old out Broadway plays and front row seats at that concert you've been dying to go to are highly sought after but even they ran a distant second to the Spring 2010 Spa Week Media Party held at the Prince George Ballroom in midtown Manhattan on April 8th. The nearly 450 media attendees were a testament to just how sought after an invite is for this Event. Top media professionals in the health, beauty, fashion and travel industries showed up to de-stress and enjoy 8,000 square feet stuffed with complimentary offerings by

some of the country's top brands.

Highlighting the night was the serene spa

encompassing sanctuary featured Dove

Deodorant's signature "PitiCure" treatment.

Back for a repeat performance was Rioja Wines of Spain. Their four sided display featured flights of their finest offerings.

A signature feature of the Event, the luxurious "spa cabanas," complete with flowing canopies illuminated by sensual spa lighting, provided party-goers with a wide array of complimentary spa treatments from some of the finest day spas in the country. The buzz was electric and everywhere you turned was yet another interactive area with offerings such as complimentary make-up applications from Bare Essentuals, delicious cupcakes from the Wedding Channel, and a cooking demonstration courtesy of Flame Deal events.

Last but certainly not least, the now legendary Spa Week goodie bags were stuffed to the brim with over 35 of the latest and greatest products allowing recipients just enough goodies to tide them over until the next party.
