2009 OFFICIAL RULES

This is a Contest to find the winner of the Spa Week Media Group ("SWMG") Healthy Escape Sweepstakes.

1. ENTRY PROCESS - To enter Giveaway ("Contest") go to www.spaweek.com/content/promo/sixsenses and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Individuals accept these Official Rules by pressing the "Enter" button on the bottom of the promotional page. Pressing this button constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winning individual's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation and constitutes agreement by individuals submitting an entry to be bound by these Official Rules. SWMG is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, stolen or misdirected entries. Only one entry per e-mail address is permitted.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY - This Contest is limited to residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec), aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of SWMG (Sponsor), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies ("Sponsors and its agents"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. CONTEST DURATION - Contest is run by Sponsor and will take place from 12:01 AM July 1, 2009 EST to 11:59 P.M. EST on August 16, 2009 ("Contest Period").

4. RANDOM DRAWING - Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 24, 2009 from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. If winner(s) does not respond within two (2) business days, Sponsor reserves the right to choose alternate winner(s).

5. PRIZE - One Grand Prize winner will be awarded. Package is awarded by Six Senses Destination Spa, Phuket, Thailand and is valid for one (1) winner and one (1) guest. Prize includes: four (4) Nights Accommodations in Hill Pool Villa (double occupancy), Full Board (Breakfast and Fishetarian Spa Cuisine meals) per person, per day, One (1) Private Wellness Consultation on an individual basis per guest during stay, Two (2) Spa treatments per guest, per day, Choice of daily Wellness Activities that include classes, Lectures and Fitness Programs (Approximate Retail Value - USD$9,805 and includes 18.7% Service Charge and Government Taxes). Prize is not transferable. Prize must be used in full by June 30, 2010 or prize will be deemed to be null and void. Prize cannot be used from December 27, 2009 - January 10, 2010, February 11-16, 2009 and April 11-18, 2009. Winner(s) will be responsible for any additional fees including, but not limited to; transportation, tips, taxes and or any other item not included in the Official list of included features listed above. No substitution of prize for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. All expenses not specified above, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Recipient. The value of the prize may be taxable to Prize Recipient as income. Prize Recipient must supply SWMG with his/her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of Prize Recipient for the actual value of the prize received. Other than as specified above, prize details are within the sole discretion of SWMG. SWMG and Six Senses Destination Spa will not be responsible for any fees not directly included in the Official list of included items mentioned above. Winner and guest must room together and travel together on same itinerary and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID) prior to departure. Grand Prize winner's guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all meals, taxes, gratuities, other ground transportation and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. Airfare is not included.

6. DISQUALIFICATION - SWMG reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason. All decisions are final. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, or otherwise violating the rules. Use of bots or any other type of automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All decisions of the judges are final. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (void in the Canadian province of Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. No duplicate major prize winners. Void in the province of Quebec; outside the United States, Canada; and where otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

7. TRANSFERABILITY - Prizes are not transferable. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within two (2) days of attempted notification or alternate winners may be chosen.

8. GENERAL - Sponsor and its agents are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in this Contest by any Entrant, or by any individual submitting a nomination, or from the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of or travel to or from or in connection with any prize awarded in this Contest. By entering, Entrant assumes (and by submitting a nomination, the individual submitting the nomination assumes) sole liability for injuries, including and without limitation, personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Contest or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of or travel to or from or in connection with any prize awarded. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Contest if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact Entrants or potential entrants, whether due to technical or human error. The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and all claims must be resolved in the United States. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account designated in the Entry is registered. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules; agree to be contacted by SWMG concerning the Contest; and agree to release Spa Week Media Group, Ltd. and their respective agents, shareholders, successors and assigns from all liability, claims, action or proceedings arising out of or related to the Contest and from injuries or damages relating to the Entry, participation in the Contest, or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of or travel to or from or in connection with the Contest or any prize awarded in this Contest.
