What is a Voucher?
A Voucher is a deal that has been pre‐purchased for your business and for a specific service or product. Customers purchase them from your listing on spaweek.com and will redeem them directly with you. A Voucher is redeemed similar to how you would process a Spa & Wellness gift card. Upon entering the 17 digit number, it will identify the service and ask you to confirm redemption. Upon successful completion, you will receive a confirmation email.
What is a Variable Load Gift Card?
A variable load card is a declining balance card that can be used at more than one spa location. Remember to return this card to the client after redemption.
Variable load cards are NOT re‐loadable. If you receive a card with $0.00 balance, or redeem the full value of a variable load card, you must not return this card to the client, but should retain it for your records.
If you are unable to retain the card for your records, be sure to print or save the confirmation page.
Remember to ask the client if they would like a gift card balance receipt sent to their email; you will be able to complete this on the confirmation page.
What if I cannot find my spa?
Only spa partners that participate in SpaWeek's National Gift Card Program can be found through this redemption page.

What if the client's gift card value is more than the service/product cost?
For Variable Load gift cards: Please see section “What is a Variable Load Gift Card”
For all other gift cards: proceed with redeeming the client's gift card. After redemption, reimburse the client any balance left with internal spa credit
What if the client's service/product cost is more than the gift card value?
Proceed with redeeming the client's gift card, then ask the client for an alternate form of payment for the remaining balance due
How is a Voucher different from a Spa & Wellness gift card?
Gift Cards: are good at any participating facility for any service/ product.
Vouchers: are purchased directly for your business and for a specific service and price. These correspond to the “deals” you add into your spa partner portal.
Vouchers MUST be redeemed by the expiration date printed on it. The promotional value will expire on the date specified, but the amount paid will never expire and should be honored by the merchant after the promotional value expires. The merchant has the option to honor the service at the promotional value or issue store credit, at their discretion.
What is the difference between a Promotional Gift Card and other Spa & Wellness gift cards?
Promotional Gift Cards have an expiration date and MUST be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the front of the card.
What is the next step following a successful redemption?
After a successful completion of Spa & Wellness gift card, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email or you do not know which email is associated with your account, please call customer service at 212.352.8098 or 888.223.8791.
As a precaution, retain the Spa & Wellness Gift Card or Voucher for your records until you reconcile payment for it.
