Excellent competency and attitude. I was about to be disappointed no wine available like some spas greet you with, but reception offered coffee and came back with a personal cup of joe from Starbucks. The technician worked efficiently and made time to do a second service, neither of which I had reserved. Thanks for making my morning!

I asked for powder nails. The woman got to the very end of the manicure and then put a gel top coat without saying anything to me. No confirmation if it was okay to randomly switch me to gel at the end of my manicure. They don’t let your nails soak before cutting your cuticles and they don’t have you wash your hands after the buffing/before putting on your top coat.

I had a powder manicure, it was clear the technician was rushing and the outcome was sloppy. The vibe here is abrasive, no warm fuzzy feeling from this spa.

Not sure how you mess up a $65 pedicure but they did. My pedicure included at 20min foot massage. Trust me I needed one today. The tech was so busy watching the stop clock that she manage to do what I thought was impossible...mess up a foot massage. HoW...WhY? This was the worse. They barely cleaned my feet properly. I'm literally writing this while I'm still in the chair. No bother telling her how bad this is because no one speaks english in here. :-(

I didn't get the equal service that other customers were getting. Not sure to relate it to race or what! Also, they argue with you for the amount of tip and force you to pay at least 15% no matter if you are happy with the service or not. The associates do not speak English and it's very hard to communicate with them.

After a bad experience there just yesterday, I will not be returning. I dared to criticize a service. The staff became very cold to me. And the lady at the desk criticized the amount of my tip! Rude! Some of the staff wear face masks, as if the customers were diseased. And it is very hard to describe what you want because of the language challenges. I don’t feel comfortable there.

I’d never been to this spa but I LOVED it and will be returning. I got a perfect gel manicure as well as a 10 minute massage. The possibilities are endless and it’s totally affordable. They also gave me a coupon for my next visit!!! I’m so pleased. EDIT: for $50 you can become a member and get 20% off all services! I love this place.

I have been a customer at this salon for a while for mani and pedi. I always tried to schedule with Ryan when possible. He takes great pride in his work and I’ve been very happy with his work quality. If you go to this salon, be prepared to get little to no interaction from the technicians. The place does not have a spa like atmosphere and more of an assembly line environment. This had not been a problem for me since I always just kept myself busy reading. I even purchased the frequent client package, extending 20% discount for nail services. Today, on Mother’s Day when I showed up for my appointment, there was mix up with my appointment time. Without getting into the details and why there was confusion about my appointment time, I politely asked if there was someone else available. I was patient, didn’t make a scene, and just looking to get some help. The lady who was in the front was rude and adamant to prove to me and other customers present that I was wrong, while laughing with condescending and pompous demeanor. It was truly a demonstration of how this salon views their customers! I guess I had known all along, but since I liked Ryan’s work, I was willing to overlook the things I didn’t like. Ryan did call me and offered an alternate time later in the day. Although I am grateful for his follow up, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I won’t return to this place again, deeply disappointed! They really don’t have a concept of customer service and developing relationships with their clients and the community which supports their business. The management at this place has much to teach their employees. You are just valued for the $ you pay, and nothing more!

I really like this spa. I take my grandmother here to get he toes done from time to time. Today I got a full gel set and it hasn’t even been 5 hours since I got them done and it has already chipped off. This is very upsetting because I’m on my way out of the country. If you want to get a manicure or a pedicure it’s a good place. It just upsetting that I spent $55 for this to happen. :(

My nails look still perfect after two weeks dipping powder gel .Everyone was very nice and made you feel welcomed. Afterwards I got my legs waxed. Though I wanted to cry, cuz it hurt!! But I love the results! Definitely coming back!

My Mum and I both go there for padis, manis and waxing, but honestly sometimes its hit & miss. Depends on who you get. Some tech maybe amazing and then you might get someone who does a pretty bad job. Very clean & relaxing though! AND If you are running late and you call they are SUPER nice and accomodating. I had to get a mani and waxing before my trip to West Palm Beach and could only do that one day and late hour. I ended up stuck in nasty traffic coming from work. They still had me come even though I was almost 20min late! I only wish they had later hours. 7pm is too early for most of us that work. Overall great place! Even my Dad goes! And he is picky, picky, picky!

I had a new technician (Ann) who took her time but my cuticles on my hands and feet were cut dry and she didn't soak before your cut them back and cleaned them up. I had pain for a week around them and they are so dry. I asked for a light pink french and it turned out darker pink and it didn't look good on the tips. It was darker in some areas then others. I love this nail place and it is convenient. I feel she didn't understand what I was asking for and did what she thought was good. I didn't say anything at the time because I felt bad for her. I paid a lot and gave her almost 20% tip. Very disappointing.

After having some so-so experiences here, I got a bacterial nail infection after getting a pedicure at Acuspa. The woman who was doing my toenails was digging pretty deep into my cuticles with some equipment (which I assume wasn’t well cleaned) and my foot is throbbing still a week later. Starting with Epsom salts tomorrow but if that doesn’t work I’ll have to do antibiotics.

We like this place and can always count on a good manicure and pedicure here. The place is nice and clean and making an appointment is generally easy too. John is pretty good at what he does and we prefer him for the manicure and pedicure. A nice local gem!

I shouldn't even give one star to the horrible scheduling place. I had eyelash extensions scheduled 2 months in advance for my wedding. Well the cancelled on me and cannot do them in time for my wedding. I purchased from Groupon and may not get my refund!! If your looking to get cancelled on by Julia then sure go ahead and schedule.. my best advice STAY AWAY!!!!! ????????????????????????????
