Senior Massage Therapist & Massage Instructor Jessica LaGarde will be offering Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) sessions. CST has been shown to be effective in treating headaches and chronic pain. Professional choreographer and movement educator Daniel Burkeholder will be offering bodywork sessions based on the Feldenkrais method- a sought after technique so rarely found in spas.
