Second visit to this salon and I was unable to get an appointment with the stylist who first cut my hair. I should not have settled. It was by far the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I have fine hair and she over conditioned the top of my head and couldn't style it because it was so flat. A person who is experienced should know that you should condition the ends of a person with fine hair. The haircut was so unbalanced and one side of my hair has long layers and one side doesn't at all. There is no shape. I don't expect miracles but at least have some sort of skill set. What is the point of complaining if they will just send you back to the person that screwed up to fix it.
I personally stopped in and set up an appointment for Saturday the 26th two weeks in advance. Then, I called back on the Tuesday before to confirm the appointment 4 days ahead. The day of the appointment we even showed up 10 minutes early. They told told us that we missed our appointment and that it was scheduled for Friday. They didn't try to reschedule it and the lack of attention from the receptionist was appalling. This was supposed to be a surprise and instead we were shocked. It was pretty sad since we had drove down from Sedona and we were expecting superior service from a place like this.
