I had my first facial here by Nicole. The spa and waiting area is very calm and relaxing. Before the facial, Nicole took the time to talk to me and ask questions about my skin and current routine. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest and set realistic expectations for my skin goals. This is the first facial I've ever had where my skin looked BETTER after. I can't wait to go back!

I love the products that they use and the fact that they do not include all the chemicals like those used by other salons. My stylist is at the Newtown location and she is wonderful and always makes me feel like family. I highly recommend Eden Organics for anyone who cares about healthy alternatives for body and planet!

I have been going to Eden for almost 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else for my facials and massages! The salon is so professional and has adapted to the changes of making sure everyone is safe during this time of COVID. Everyone’s temperatures are taken, questioned about exposure and masks are being worn. During facials there is a plastic box separating you and the esthetician as well which is nice. Gabby is fabulous and my skin has never felt or looked so great! I am ecstatic that they are open again and helping their clients destress and feel beautiful during this stressful time. I highly recommend Eden Organics!

Beautiful serene atmosphere. Stylists all warm and friendly. My colorist/stylist was Kelly and she gave me s beautiful haircut and my hair was do silky afterwards. She did an amazing short style with an edgy disconnect. I'm telling all my friends!

I was very preturbed during the entire facial that it was being done in latex gloves. I do not feel that a proper facial massage or mask could be done with gloves on. The aesthetician was handling my face and not nuclear waste in these gloves, and the process made me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, I feel that not enough product was used during the session. A waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.

Yesterday I walked into a beautiful, clean and organized salon. First impressions are so important! My daughter in law had recommended Dana, at Eden Organics, for a cut and style. Dana was awesome. She recommended a style that would be good for my face and curly hair. That was what I needed. She then went on to explain how she was cutting, the products she used in styling, and how I can do this style myself. I love the new me!

I went for my first visit a few days ago and really enjoyed the experience I had there. I got a 90 minute massage and Kristen really listened to how I need some spots paid attention to more then others. Pressure was perfect. She made me feel like I was walking on a cloud by the time I was done. Still at a week later I am feeling very good. ????

The 90 minute massage I booked was wonderful! Extremely relaxing and Jen did a great job listening to what I needed. I would definitely recommend a massage with Jen from Eden Organics. Will be booking here next time I want to be pampered with reasonable prices and wonderful staff!

My experience started at the newtown locations. I consulted with Colleen for corrective color to return to reddish tone from the present medium brown. By this time I had a year of corrective color and hair cuts to get rid of the almost black patches in my hair. ( from past color mishaps). It was corrected and now the goal was color tweeking. First few sessions the color, was on correct path, 4th or 5th visit the hair color took a wrong path, I noticed uneven patch on the bangs of dark brown/ almost black color. ( wanted red people). From past experiences, going lighter red from darker tone without stripping hair color is impossible. I was very unhappy and wanted my money back. The salon provided my money and owner Eric, was very concerned and offered to have another stylist correct this error, in the Doylestown location. Erin, was able to extract the dark tone and correct the problem within first 2 to 3 sessions, and we were getting very close to returning back to reddish color. However 3rd visit, the the result was more brown than red and noted texture a bit dry. 4th visit I made Erin aware that the color took a wrong turn ( brown instead of red) and the texture was a bit dry after the color last visit. Hoping this feedback will yield better rusults, I crossed my finges in the chair. Unfortunately, no luck: immediately after the color was washed out the hair felt dry, so I opted not to blow dry hair fear of more damage. At home when hair completely dry, not only the texture frizzy, brittle and dry, but noted a large patch of black, near roots , and noted 3 different tones in my hair. Wait, this was exactly what Erin fixed and now she caused the same issue? Except this time the damage was worse, the color was off and the hair texture dry leading to hair breakage and thinning . So, Paid $125 dollars ( without $20 tip) for uneven coverage of grey, have 3 different tones of color starting from my roots, and dry brittle hair. I spoke with Eric the owner, and simply asked for my money back so I can correct the damage. I was told that money would not be returned since his wife was at the front desk and thought the color looked great. I am not sure how she could come to this conclusion since I left the salon with wet hair, in a clip. The services received by Colleen and Erin combined were substandard to say the least. Thought this experience was worth noting.
