This was my first float in the new location and was not disappointed. The float itself was fantastic, very relaxing and left me feeling like a new human. I was surprised that the people managing the desk did not give the same run down to myself and my partner as they did the person who entered behind us. It was my partner's first float and he was feeling nervous and could have used the same care as the other person in the room. We also arrived about 15 min early and were invited to sit in what we thought was the waiting room, just to hear that there was a second waiting room, which we only found out about because the person to enter after us was directed to it. I peeked into the second waiting room on the way to float and saw it was so much nicer than where we were invited to sit. The float itself was fantastic, but I feel like the customer service was very different between my partner and I, and the person who came in after us. I wish I had gotten the full treatment.
