Nice casino overall with a good variety of games and tables. In the age of covid why is smoking still allowed?
Very nice place to stay
Nice casino overall with a good variety of games and tables. In the age of covid why is smoking still allowed?
Very nice place to stay
What a lovely casino. Very friendly staff, and room service. Rooms were very clean. Nice TV as well. I really like there pool, its always open, never closed. The jacuzzi was very bubbly. Such a wonderful, bubbly jacuzzi.
Clean, casual casino. But let us win next time!!
Nobody knows anything there how are they still open
Met friends from out-of-town here for the weekend. We travelled to other places for food.
Had a great time gambling. Great places to eat. Got lucky on slots.
Won a jackpot plus it has mall
Awesome room and value.
One hotel check in employee slow process.
Room are fabulous but you can get lost here.
Rooms were roomy and nice. Great stores and things were nice and clean. However as I smoked a cigarette the wanna be Police AkA Blart the security guard wanted me to put my mask up after I inhaled. So this hotel got me for 50. The Paris got me for 3000.
Let's just say that during a time like covid-19 you'd think cleanliness would be of utmost importance. Its definitely NOT!! Beware I had a giant hairball that was found in my room and after bringing it to staff and management attention 3 out of 4 of my days I stayed it was NEVER dealt with. So to say the least if they can't clean a visible hairball who knows how clean, "clean" is?? So I'm rather disappointed in the quality of my stay.
Clean safe fun place
They have everything you can want
We had a 3night stay at planet hollywood for our 1yr wedding anniversary... Honestly I would recommend this place because it also has an indoor mall and you can stay mostly away from the heat or cold depending on the weather(if you stay indoors). As for the Casino we did some gambling and the waitresses were on point with drinks. The room was nice and clean. My only two issues are..... 1 the bed is hard to sleep on(a hard soft no give uncomfortable to sleep on for me) and 2 there was an old AC unit that was reading the room at 70' but we woke a few time sweating and had to lower it to 66 so we could sleep. Other then that we had no real issues... plenty of places to eat at and check out is super easy! You can check out through the TV! One last thing that I loved about our room was the deep bath tub... pure heaven. We will be back hopefully not all beds are the same lol
Had a great stay. Location is perfect. Near everything and a mall is attached. I’ll stay again for the right price!
Love planet Hollywood. It’s hip, fun and in a great location on the strip. The plus side is the mall right downstairs. Need makeup, eyelashes or ur hair done? Everything you need is at the miracle mile shops. The pics below are of the panoramic suite at planet Hollywood
No microwave,no coffee pots, the cleaning technicians were on point
I came here with my family in December of 2018, and absolutely loved it! The hotel is in a great spot on the strip, pretty central from everything. The hotel itself was also cool because it had a very large casino and had the Miracle Mile Shops (mall) attached to it. If you just wanted something to do, you could take a quick loop around the mall which was fun! The price of the room was also very fair and I believe we got a small upgrade in rooms upon arrival. This was my first time in Vegas but I did walk around all of the other hotels and Planet Hollywood seemed just as nice as any other excluding the super fancy ones! Would definitely recommend it!
Great place, glad it reopen.
Would have been better if the sink wasn't getting clogged up and the toilet flooded. I paid to upgrade and it wasn't all that great.
Dark and unappealing....I didn't like so much I change my reservations..
The themed rooms are the greatest, I stayed in the basic instinct room. All I can say is GREATNESS!!!!!!!
Great customer service the waitress MS ROSA OH I LOVE HER IM COMING BACK TO SEE HER!!! ONE TIME COMING AND IT WAS GREAT
Very nice hotel!
Manuel C. M.
one of the best places I've stayed in, very clean, near everything, excellent staff i will definitely give this place 5 stars
Marie Helene D.
Nice hotel and casino. Very well located on the strip.
Kathy, The Front Desk Supervisor, was so helpful to my family. We moved from another Hotel from the previous night and she was so kind and made sure we had a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Planet Hollywood and customer service throughout the Resort was 5 stars. I will not stay anywhere but Planet Hollywood on the strip anytime I am in Vegas.
Miracle Mile Shops, Vibrant Energetic environment, restaurants , mini city within a city, reasonably priced, lots of activities and electrifying atmosphere. Kudos
T his place is great
Gotta love one of the few places that still has free parking on the strip. Update: Added 1 star... please open again soon!
This is my first time in Vegas. Checked into Planet Hollywood at 1am Vegas time but it was 4am in my time zone so needless to say I’m super tired. Got a room that shares a wall with an elevator shaft and it sounds like a roller coaster keeps going by. Called down to the front desk and they said to call back in the morning to see if there is a different room but doesn’t sound like anyone’s making any promises. Not a happy camper. Why would they even have any rooms that butt up to an elevator shaft?? This is unbelievable. Worse night sleep ever, if you can even call it sleep. UPDATE: they did change us to a different room the next day.
It looks like the Incredibles & Big Hero 6
Beautiful place love the music in my life great spot for a honeymoon
Nice Hotel & Casino ???? Tons of stores to shop. They have a machine bar where you can see the robots prepare your drink...very nice....
This was such a beautiful place to play Black Jack! Never won much. pretty much broke even. But the experience was so much fun. The prices was all reasonable too. Cheers!
Spent most of my time in this casino when I was there for a buddies wedding had a blast there is plenty of places to eat and relax as well as gamble. Most of the tables were open and the electronic games were pretty much full.
Fantastic!enjoyed every minute of my stay and the view of the strip is magic!breakfast also great!
One of the worst casinos on the strip! Everything is over priced, boring and staff not friendly. Dont stay here!!
This place had a terrible checkin since they had no way to check in from your cellphone. They provided kiosk machines but almost 90% of everyone using them couldn’t checkin and instead everyone got in line to actually get checked in by a hotel rep. Aside from check in, checkout you can do on your phone which is nice. There were many areas closed off due to covid but for the most part everywhere you went they did their best to social distance.
Every time we come to Vegas, we hit PH for gambling.. It's our favorite place. The dealers and pit bosses are super nice and we play for hours. Love the music and the videos!
Didn't stay at this hotel. Only walked thru to visit. Nice place.
Never getting this hotel. Valet parking has a fee. Its not free. Room look's like motel 6. Very cheap.
The fkn worst instructions around hotel just to get out
Digital Media C.
Great entertainment at Planet Hollywood. ????
They took my money and made my reservation I showed up and it was closed, never got a call text or email. I am so upset it was my wife's birthday!!!
Awesome place... Like real planet ????
Drank,and felt loved
Usually only leave food reviews but they finally remodeled my fav hotel on the strip and they nailed it. Great updates!!
Good location on the strip and we picked this hotel because of the package deal on Expedia. That's the only reason why this review has 2 stars. We were not aware of the 'resort fee' that was tacked on when we checked out - a fee that applied per night - and covered the cost of amenities we didn't or couldn't use, such as the pool (we went in October, when apparently it's to cold to keep outdoor pools open). Previously, I have emailed the hotel about this but no response had arrived. (Update: Visited Oct 2017, and it's June 2020... and still no response!) The staff were terse and either unempathetic or indifferent. The weirdest of all was the housekeeper who let herself in to 'say goodnight', and when we reported it the front desk clerk looked as though we had made it up. That being said, my friend and I had a wonderful time in Las Vegas! The shows were phenomenal and the Grand Canyon was spectacular. We will be visiting Las Vegas again, but absolutely NOT staying here.
Good hotel with nice shopping.
Favorite place to stay in The City Of Sin!
The rooms were very clean and the staff of the establishment accommodated to all of my needs. I will be coming back again for sure.
Young and hip spot.
The shows are absolutely amazing and you must visit Ocean One restaurant the price is right and you get great service and good food
We stayed here for a tattoo convention and it was great this is always one of my favorite places to come gamble with the girls dancing in front of you and free drinks coming out you they also have a nice size mall and it’s in the middle of the strip
Thanks for the free parking!
Pretty good Hotel and Casino. Centrally located on Las Vegas Strip. Right next to Paris and Bellagio. Rooms were good. Several restaurant options too. Overall we had a good time here.
We had a good time in a good "ambiance"
Neat Place. We toured it with all it's vintage guitars, photos, suits, and other collectible paraphernalia that is sure to please. We were here a couple Christmas Holiday Seasons ago and there was literally nobody else around so we had complete free reign of the place. Pretty neat!
Dismounted entertainment. Classic mall inside.
We ate at Gordon Ramsey's Burger which is always a treat. Friendly staff and way more food than one person can eat on their own, but perfect for sharing. I like that the staff doesn't hover either. Great beer menu and decent wine selection.
A girlfriend and I decided to stay a night in Vegas last minute on a road trip to LA and found a room at Planet Hollywood. Best idea ever! The price, the service, the rooms were unbelievable. Very spacious bathroom and suite. And CLEAN! Can not believe we lucked out like we did. I won’t hesitate to check out PH first next time I make my way thru Vegas.
Very nice hotel
I've stayed at 5 hotels during my Vegas endeavors and this one is my fave. It's central on the strip and it also contains 2 of my fave spots in Vegas. Gordon Ramsay's Burger & Blondies Sports Bar !
Another of my favorite Hangouts! ????
Great Casino and Resort had a lot of fun
Was nice. I got a slushy alcoholic drink, they are so good . Next time I need to come with people that want to do what I want to do. (Go clubbing ) I'll be happy when we can party again. Dam Corona..
Stayed here last August, will be staying again for sure. Service was fantastic, rooms were clean. Staff as always went above and beyond to make our stay great.
Gotta try Ocean One if you ever get to Planet Hollywood. Lunch menu $4.99 as well as 3 for $10 cocktails. Food and drinks are awesome! The service is fast and all servers are friendly.
Alexis Jieun B.
Great location. Easy access to everything including restaurants and shopping malls. The room condition was great as well and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely come back.
James Donavon S.
Hip place to go and relax with some of the best suites in town
A nice modern and contemporary casino
Just left and I had a good time. Its trendy and Planet Hollywood has decent games. I will go back.
When it is Open. It is a Rocking Place. It has it all. Gorgeous Hotel rooms, Loose Slots, Rocking Concerts and The Staff is Cheerful and helpful. Being right there on The Strip, makes it very convenient to get almost anywhere fast. Definite Must See, even if you're not staying at the Hotel, because most of the memorabilia they have on hand of all the Rock Stars is phenomenal.
My favorite hotel on the strip! Centrally located. Has everything. You really never have to leave.
Comfortable beds, nice clean large/ roomy upscale hotel rooms, room was next to elevator shaft they moved us with no questions asked hours after checking in. Excellent location on the strip. Great customer service. Will stay at this hotel again without question. All under $100 including taxes and fees.
The rooms are nice.
Fun atmosphere great live music and you must stop at the sugar factory while here, if you're ready to get drunk.
Place to get your Shine on
Vegas,Vegas, Vegas! All the rooms have movie themes. I was really impressed.
Rooms exceptionally clean and very big we were in room 3160 the staff were very friendly and helpful, I was told the fridge in your room cannot be emptied (of the hotels drinks ) or you would be charged $70 in our case this is not true the fridge was empty on our arrival, there is no kettle in the room if you like a cuppa in the morning take a travel kettle or go downstairs to one of the many places that sell tea and coffee, this hotel is in a great location and right next to a fantastic shopping centre (the Miracle mile) don't eat or drink in the hotel as it is very expensive, my husband had to return a vodka and soda as there was no vodka in it , the barman assured us he put vodka in it (out of a soda symphony) when my husband told him once again there was no vodka in it he then poured a vodka from a bottle, my free drink for playing the machines was excactly the same, your best place to eat and drink is in the shopping centre we got a lovely breakfast for $4.95 in la salsa, also another great place is earl of sandwich, take a walk round it first don't just go into the first eating place as they are all very reasonable, the only annoying thing is people plonking little sachets of cream in your face every 2 minutes my advice is do not even look at them no eye contact, would I stay there again yes.
The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. I gave a 2-star because the every time we tried to ask a question of the staff whether in the hotel or the casino or restaurants we were always confronted with attitude. This establishment needs a major lesson in customer service. I’m from the south and we pride ourselves on hospitality and I love to spend money but I also want a certain level of value for what I’m paying for and the bad customer service throughout the Planet Hollywood resort and casino ruined my family’s experience.
My friends are performaning there!
A fantastic place to stay
Ac vent cover (about 5 feet long) almost fell on my daughter head! Called to ask for someone to send and repair and no one showed up, called after an hour and was told I have to wait another 45 min since they never got the call. In additional, the room carpet was wet. they sent someone to take care of that while I was at dinner and of course when we came back carpet was still wet. Horrible customer service from the staff. Will never come back.
Stayed there when I went to see Britney. We were late for the concert so were trying to get checked in first with all our stuff so we could get into the show which was almost half over. They only had one counter open with a line of people and nobody seemed interested in helping us get in as soon as we could. Should have just left our suitcases in our car and gone straight into the show and checked in afterwards. Ended up extended our stay to catch her next show (two days later) but was worth it in the end because she is a legend. At checkout housekeeping was super aggressive about getting into clean our room promptly at check out even though we were running late and making arrangements to pick up our car. They literally stood outside our door knocking for like 20 minutes. Were we the only room they had to clean before they could complete their checklist before the left? Idk but overall it felt very impersonal and cold and probably won’t stay there again but had to then as part of our tickets package.
One of the last Planet Hollywoods. Great cuisine. Love it. Coole Burger wauuuuuuuu!
We love staying here. View of Bellagio Fountains at night is awesome.
Loved their casino, amazing music, it was the funiest casino in vegas for me
Foods good. Casino staff seems grumpy.
Awesome location and I love the restaraunts
Love love love. Just wish they had an arcade
Great poker tournaments. They have guaranteed payouts.
One of my favorites, I always have a good time here.
Nice place for our first time in Vegas, but will try other hotel on our next trip to Vegas.
Oh yeah! Great shopping great food..great hotel and reasonable
Omg!!! What an experience!! I usually don't stay on the strip when I visit Vegas! But... I will definitely be back to Planet Hollywood!!!
We enjoy the stay, will come back again.
Good casino free prking
The rooms were nice. The carpet in the hallway was bubbled up in places- fall risk. I would have liked a way to walk around the clouds of smoke in the casino.
Saw the Criss Angel "Mindfreak" Show at this venue and it was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend.
Bobbi Jo S.
200 plus shops in the hotel and casino lots of places to eat . cool place
It is always super fun
Arrived at 7 am, and they offered early check in and room upgrades. Very accommodating after a long flight. Fun atmosphere and so much to do. Definitely recommended And so far my fave Vegas spot
We went to the restaurant in planet Hollywood and it was so good!! The service was great and the food was delicious. It wasn’t too over priced either. Also the food came in cool serving containers. Wish I would’ve taken more photos. The gambling was excellent and so was the food.
Check out/in very slow only 2 reps on duty at ram with a line of people for assistance. Can not do express check out since you cannot check out on those kiosk until 4am.
Made a reservation here. Despite our bank showing the charge, when we arrived they had no reservation and "no rooms available". The manager was not willing to help in anyway. Place lacking in customer service and needs lesson in hospitality.
My stay was fine, but they refuse to provide me with a receipt. The room is in my name, I used my credit card, and I provided the correct confirmation number, but I was refused a receipt for my purchase. That boggles my mind. Now to figure out how to work this through my company who's supposed to cover this charge.
I didn't win but he did,????
All Shook Up tribute to Elvis was great. Definitely worth the price.
Older resort, but still good.
In the heart of Las Vegas. Exciting place, and home of the world's tallest ferris wheel.
We like going here when visiting Las Vegas. It's a "in" place for younger people.
Nice place to visit, gamble, eat and shop. If you can't find it here, you dont need it.
Our room had the best view. Was clean. I loved how spacious the bathroom was. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip. Would use this hotel again when I return to Vegas.
We got a free upgrade to a really nice suite, on 50th floor. View was fantastic, room were super clean, perfect location at the center of the strip. Great services, you even get personal helper which can be easily contacted through text msg. Would definitely come back here again! ^^
I stayed at Planet Hollywood as part of a conference I was attending. One the first day there, my do not disturb door hanger was removed and did not return. I generally do not ask for maid service unless I am staying longer than a week. I was also greeted upon room entry that even if you post a do not disturb sign they will be entering your room anyway to see if you are alright. Even though I was staying in a smoke free room, the air exchanger is polluted by cigarette smoke and seeps in anyway. Also not thrilled that there was a $41/day resort fee lopped on top of the agreed to booking rate. Otherwise the room I stayed in was adequately furnished. If I ever have to go back to Vegas, I will stay somewhere else, where the rates are rates and the environmental conditions are better.
Loved it its like the center of everything
We loved spending Valentines Day here. Our room was great and had an awesome view.
Best gambling spot.
Love this place!!
We enjoyed the resort and the its shopping mall. The only thing we did not like is the smoke smell in our room. We had a non smoking room but somehow we had to wake up in the middle of the night smelling cigarettes in our room. My wife could not sleep well at night because of that. I don't know how it is reaching out to our room which was in a 7th floor. Knowing that the whole floor is a non smoking floor. This place is not recommend for people who cannot stand cigarettes smell. The best thing about Planet Hollywood is that it is in the middle of Las Vegas strip.
Another great hotel in Vegas that is well-themed and has good list of options for shows
Great place to stay and gamble.
Big beautiful hotel and casino! The beds were clean and so comfortable! And there's a big mall attached to the hotel with soo many shopping and eating choices for all budgets. And the casino is big and clean as well. You practically dont ever have to leave lol (but you should still go explore the city)
Yuck...our room was not clean, the toilet was clogged, it was was gross and dirty. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. We won't be going back.
Always fun. Profitable too!
Best casino on strip. Action is always there. Great poker area as well
Eli St. C.
Really solid casino for the hotel price point.
Only ate lunch at the bull restaurant but it was good and the server was excellent
We saw Christina Aguulera. The seating for the auditorium was nice, however if you are seated behind a tall person...uh-oh. The show itself was alright. I thought she still has a great voice but it was more of a production, than singing. The other three people with me weren't as much of a fan.
Be prepared to be nickel and dimed. The place was beautiful but there is no sidewalk to the front entrance.
Dinner at PF Changs and saw the Cristina A. show.
Great shows and food.
Well this place seems to nickel and dime it’s guests to death in my opinion. Got here at 2p and they wanted 15 bucks to check in 1 hour early. I don’t recall this fee was disclosed to me during the booking process. I have traveled some inside the USA and out and never been hit with a fee to check in early like Planet Hollywood Hotel. So my advice is to arrive after 3pm or book elsewhere. Haven’t seen anything that makes this place any better than any other hotel on the strip. The rooms are nice enough but they aren’t any better than Excalibur who let me check in early for free without any early checkin fee. :-p I will certainly be looking elsewhere in the future. I do not recommend. :-(
Art Em V.
terrible parking, expensive valet, nice place and staff.
Our room was dirty when we checked in including pubes in the bathtub!! The walk from the parking garage for hotel guests is insanely long and the line/customer service at diamond registration was sub par at best. Would not recommend staying here, but would recommend visiting the shops and restaurants.
I will always stay here because they are one of the few that still has free parking
My wife is diamond status and when we went into Planet Hollywood, ith was experience just wasn't there. The attendant behind the desk didn't seem interested in us. We have stayed at several Vegas resorts including other Caesar resorts and were treated better. Just seems like Planet Hollywood has taken several steps back.
Had a great stay. Perfect location on the strip.
Aside from my first greeting by a very rude & unwelcoming employee. My stay was excellent. The room was spacious & clean aside from the bathtub which I’m sure we all clean ourselves anyways. It’s in close proximity to everything on the strip. The parking is crazy but it’s free so we couldn’t complain. We will be staying here again the next time we’re in Vegas.
Stand in line over an hour for Christina and then its canceled due to "technical difficulties"... what happened to "The show must go on"?
Great decor of Old Vegas .
Poker room awesome!
I really loved everything about Planet Hollywood, great rate, great location, love that it's connected to the mall...but I did NOT like the check in experience so 3 stars. The guest service agent (who I won't name on here) was not welcoming...killed my initial excitement...didn't smile or even say 'Welcome'... didn't ask if it was our first stay... didn't confirm what room, only asked smoking or non-smoking then put us in a room on the 8th floor. Also told us Chase doesn't honor upgrades at PH. Anyways I called down after I got to the room and was moved to the 37th (great customer service from that woman!). I don't think this guy should be checking anyone in killing the vibe.
Very active place. Kept very clean. And convenient...I can shop after playing!
Cafe Hollywood had great food except for gravy and biscuits but everything else was delicious.
Great location. Easy to navigate around the hotel. Rooms clean. Non smoking room still smelled like smoke- ventilation in hotel not adequate.
So much fun and lots to do and see.
Easily my second favorite casino on the strip. Who doesn't love the passion pit?
So much fun!
Great casino and hotel. Lots to do and see
Watched Christina Aguiliara at the planet Hollywood theatre ... Amazing venue, amazing night.
The Sun L.
This is the true gem of Vegas, Every trip here is better then the one before. The staff here is great and the decor and vibe is unreal. If you are coming to vegas this is a must stay
It was wonderful ????. I had my hugest slot wins there. I'll certainly be returning for sure.
We are currently here . Paid for a double queen room with a fountain view. Open the curtain just to see a giant blue air balloon from the Paris through a tiny, dirty window obstructing the view. The room is also dated and in disrepair. The parking garage is a good half mile from the hotel. Totally misleading! Buyer beware! We are cutting this stay short and going to move to the Mandalay Bay. Totally disgusted.
Absolutely Amazing place ??????
Went through during one of our sight seeing days in Vegas
Went for a kick butt concert. Had a blast at the same time. Was amazing!
So many good places to eat, drink, shop, get tatted up, and of course gambling. If you're young and wanna have fun (old people can have fun too), this is a great place to chill. Lots to do nearby as well if ya wanna venture out. See the Robot bartender in the miracle Mile shops as ya won't see one but in a handful of places around the world. Be beware, robots are slowly taking over. But as a bartender, I can out hustle and better multitask than this thing. Hands down, I'd win the speed competition. And flair too.
Still one of my favorite Caesar properties
Great hotel and rooms however the pillows are terrible. Stop at target and grab a cheap one or throw away pillow b4 you get there.
Problems with booking thru expedia
What an amazing property WITH even better customer service on almost all levels (shout out to the late night front desk crew; your team facilitated my every request but most of all-made my stay infinitely pleasurable [Special TY 2 Lisette, Daniela & anybody else I missed] Well, like "Planet Hollywood member/muse "Arnold" says; "I'll be back"!! ???? ???????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Very expensive for what it is. Felt unwelcomed by staff from the beginning
The suite on the 17tb floor all open views down the strip
Too big and to expensive
Friendly, clean had a great time.
Very nice, clean & spacious hotel rooms.
Nice hotel great pool
Only 2 WiFi devices connections allowed free for each room. Very limited to today’s needs. The place is good and had a comfortable sleep. The casino is nice. Excellent location.
We stayed at a nearby hotel.on the strip but visited the buffet here and was thoroughly impressed with the selections. Crab Legs and other seafood available. I dont remember how much this one buffet costs but we got the buffet of buffets and paid $70 for 24hrs of all you can eat buffet at about 6 or 7 different restaurants on the strip....Sooooo worth it
Smokey, and crowded. But what in vegas isn't.
Fun evening with friends. The Tenors Rock show was good overall but a bit loud.
suite is great? very large, check in is slow though
Markie Mark P.
This place needs Mr R Earl back in the control seat
This was our first time in Las Vegas. We celebrated my son's 30th birthday. It was a Wonderful experience. I Love everything the Hotel had to offer. On my next trip to Vegas, I'll definitely stay here.????
Had a great time with the wife, good times shopping and gaming.
I can't fault this hotel at all! Free parking, great price and probably the best located for the strip. There's a mall underneath, perfect for shopping and eating. All very fairly priced. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now. The bathroom and room itself was huge, clean and luxourious. The view was nice too! Huge bonus.
Clean rooms, lots to do within the hotel. There is a mall attached to the hotel and a lot to choose from in regards to food options and shopping. I will definitely stay here again.
Nice affordable accommodations.
Great stay. The casino doesn't seem to pay much and but it was fun. However, I usually do not receive housekeeping service when at a hotel and this time was no different. My husband and I just so happen to be in our room when we heard a knock at the door from a housekeeping supervisor (I'm assuming) requesting to do a walkthrough because we did not have housekeeping. Wondering if he would have just came in if we were not in our room. We let him in and he walked over to the phone and put a number in and walked out. Strange......he didn't look around at all. Didn't seem legit to me.
Yay. Planet Hollywood. Vegas. Nice place.
Fun place...wish we had more time here.
I love planet Hollywood! They haven’t given in to paying for parking and because they are a centrally located casino it makes you want to keep coming back. PH rocks
Nice spacious, clean and remodeled room.
Stayed here twice, excellent location, service and atmosphere
Perfect Location. Loved the free Upgrade and the James Bond Suite!
Despite it being my shortest stay in Vegas, it was probably my best. Prices and accommodations were on point. Not to mention bars and clubs are excellent options while @ Sin City. ????????
Great shopping area and a walk ????
Hollywood wow california here I come
Loved being so close to the concert hall
Beautiful and hip ambience. At 8:00 p.m. their theme song starts playing after which the dj will start mixing music videos and the party atmosphere begins. Fun and hip!
Great hotel room, comfortable bed, great view, good casino and restaurants. Centrally located on the strip.
Cool spot. Vibes
Long check in queues. 15 minute walk from self parking garage. Rooms ok
Great location, fun casino
Too loud but decent buffet in the past
Always a good time!
We stayed here for 2 nights. All in all it was a great experience. We stayed in the pet rooms with our 2 dogs on the 8th floor. The staff was always professional and nice. Also, it was surprisingly quite on the 8th floor I was worried there would be a lot of barking dogs because of it being the petstay rooms but we had no issues with noise. Pros - -The room was huge compared to a regular hotel Bathroom was also big with a shower & bath tub -Miracle mall shopping is in side the planet Hollywood -Gordon Ramsay burger restaurant Cons - - Rooms could definitely use a deep cleaning ( floor boards, carpet, bathroom tiles, etc.) - “pet relief” area is far to walk and really small it’s almost better to just take out your dogs to Harmon Ave.. at first I could not even find the pet area but it’s on the lobby level and you have to walk your dog across the taxi and valet traffic
I saw Pitbull at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas I was very impressed
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They talk over you when you ask a question on the phone, refuse to transfer to management for further clarification.
Very nice casino
Where do I begin. I guess with - we won’t be staying here again. With the plethora of casinos on the strip and serious competition, you’d think PH would try a little harder to make their guests feel special. We didn’t meet one employee that was happy or conversational. We got robbed, paying $700 a night for a strip view suite that had a view of the pool that showed on their website you could get for $132.
Lots of shopping and resturants. Comfortable rooms.
Poor service, room had bugs, no Wi-Fi and high resort fee for no real amenities.

Family First Life Insurance
Nice units with full kitchens. The location, a block from the Strip, but restful and quiet. The parking garage for the Venician is close by and very easy to get to. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pools are nicely located close to the units. For me it's all about relaxing by the pool and soaking up the desert sun. One draw back, no elevators. If you can't do stairs, be sure to let them know. We enjoyed our visit here.
Amazing service and room!!! :)
The biggest issue I had here was no microwaves in rooms. The resorts already try to get every dime out of you, not being able to heat up my leftovers anywhere in the resort just really made me feel like a number.
Not crowded. I shall return!!!
Renovated rooms are very spacious and comfortable
Worst place to stay in. They don’t have complimentary toiletry items. They charge for every single thing. Worst Cesar’s property that I’ve had the misfortune of staying in.
Tidy J C.
Just woow. Heavily crowded but still neat and tidy.
Great casino for locals. Plenty of shops and a food court. Poker room is perfect for anyone that wants a friendly game not like at the Strip. A must stop if you are visiting Las Vegas.
Too expensive to the ridiculous level.

Love this place so much. Literally the only complaint I can leave is the BS resort fee but everyone in Vegas has that now essentially. Rooms are nice and clean plus the casino has a nice atmosphere. Lots of restaurants and the miracle mile shops are home to the best breakfast deals in Vegas.
I love this hotel great atmosphere, great affordable shopping, earl of sandwich and great bars.
Parking is not great, but nice place all round
Indoor scenery is spectacular. Don't miss it in Vegas
We had our family reunion hosted here. Others in our party stayed in the hotel, while we stayed down the way. We went to check it out before the party started and noticed the high ceilings and nice floors. Night 1 we had dinner and hors d'oeuvres, dancing and karaoke in one of the ballrooms upstairs. It was a fun night! Next morning, as part of our package deal, we were treated to the breakfast buffet at Feast. Service was exemplary
I really like this casino, it has a ton of food places to eat, and it is so new and clean looking. The family came together and we all ate and had fun being together. We came back through to look at the shops afterwards, and they had really affordable gifts and chocolates to die for. I want to go back soon. I saw a lot of activities like movies and kids games I want to check out next round.
I was in town for my cousin's graduation from UNLV. I typically stay at a hotel on The Stripwhen I'm in Vegas visiting family, but my cousin's graduation happened to fall on EDC weekend so rates were astronomically high. Per recommendation of my family in Vegas, I booked a room at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. I've been to Red Rock Casino before, specifically for the buffet, but it was nice switching things up this time around and staying somewhere off The Strip.
Great interior, clean, good food. Wheel of fortune machine never hits big when you spin. We spun it over 9 times and never got more than $150, almost all spins were only double digits. You gotta wonderful if it's fixed for low amounts only. Now, we are still playing the same machine, have spun the wheel at least 20 more times and only get double digit pay outs. This machine is FOR SURE rigged. It's frustrating and discouraging when you keep getting spins and it never hits more than double digits.
Las Vegas the Show in the Planet Hollywood was one of the best things every year I go there I see it. Great place to go.
Fun place lots of energy
The place have good coffee and water and jackpot
Disappointed that they remodeled and made the Buffett area much smaller. No crab legs! This used to be the best buffet, in my opinion....not anymore.
One of my top three in Vegas!
Unfortunately, there's not enough space for my 3 page report on why you shouldn't stay at this hotel. Just keep in mind, this hotel does not have an active customer service depart, the casino reaks of cigarette smoke, the odor of marijuana (at least during my stay) can be distinctly smelled on the casino floor, people assigned to express check-in really have no interest in doing their job. Look for a more detailed review on yelp.
My first visit was in November 2017. Everything was perfect, it's located in the middle of the strip so it was very convenient to go from place to place. However, after my second visit in November 2019, I will NOT be booking another reservation here. Unfortunately, on our last night here very valuable things were stolen from my hotel room. Planet Hollywood is on the strip, people are constantly coming and in and out. Security should be heightened at all times but after making a police report and speaking to the manager we were only moved to a suite.
Very dis appointed in the food.
Food took some time but was worth the wait.
I love staying here Planet Hollywood Resorts & Casino. There’s so may places I love to stay at
I really enjoyed this location close to the stores in the mall saw a couple shows here had a great time
Planet Hollywood is awesome! They say there are more upscale hotels... but I dont have one complaint about planet Hollywood. Room was clean, hotel is live, all the restaurant & stores you can ask for. I will stay here again.
Great hotel and casino friendly staff and dealers.
Always pawsome with so many offerings. Went to see Tenors of Rock tonight. Great show, on a great resort. And can still park for free here.
Great casino pin up pizza and earl of sandwidth worth the vist alone
Nice to have Miracle Mile shops downstairs
Very nice, and has A TON of stores!
Excellent place n had a great time
This place is unbelievably large. Could have spent my entire time in the hotel and never been bored. Room service was fantastic and the general areas were consistently clean.
They have 3 card poker WITH 6 card bonus!
The room was clean. The housekeeping service is good. We always received towels when requested and didn't have to wait a long time or make multiple requests. Room service is 24 hours. Although room service was expensive, the food was really good. The location on the strip is PERFECT! I don't like that there is no microwave available to warm your food, not even at the front desk. There's a refrigerator in the room but no way to warm things up. Checking in took a long time and the line was pretty long. This could possibly be because I was staying the weekend before the new year. Overall the hotel stay was great and I plan on returning.

I loved this place. We got a beautiful private room/suite. Pros: The fact that this hotel has everything from shopping center/food courts/clothing/bars, is one of the reason I will be going back. Cons: example items to pricey shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairspray, conditioner $10+ (take your own, don’t forget to pack.
Loved it! The sugar factory was a hit. Nick Cannon had a pool party it was lit
Planet Hollywood gas the best tasting buffet in my opinion. HOWEVER... their service sucks. The miracle mile tho... so many shops and you're for sure not leaving empty handed.
Great location from strip. Everything you need in one place.
Pink Taco Restaurant... Carne Asada OMG
The hotel would NOT let me check into my "roomates" room, therefore I had to get another one. If I could, I would give it NO stars. Very upset as the only reason I couldnt check in because I wasnt him..I could've gotten him on the phone, so I had to get a room of course and I spent another $200.
Great shopping experience, many wonderful stores to choose from. Amazing architecture!!
Enjoyed my stay at PH. Wonderful facilities and the suite room was totally worth it.
Saw Gwen Stefani here, great show.
Great location, nice clean rooms that have a mini-fridge.
Good place to stay.
I had friends in town for a birthday and we celebrated with a delicious dinner at Sugarcane restaurant (I highly recommend) and playing craps. We enjoyed some time in the suite with our group, it was nice but unfortunate you have to pay to play music! We ended up playing with placing a phone in a glass:) the mini bar was great, it provides plenty but watch what you touch as it gets charged automatically. Loved the height differences creating levels in the suite. Also gorgeous bathroom. Very crowded but it's weekend! A security checks room keys to the suites. We had fun playing craps at the tables of the casino and staff and waitress were great!
Great place to gamble.
Room had a great view of the strip and Paris hotel. The walls were a bit thin and could hear the outdoor nightclub at Paris very clear at 2AM. Fairly large room, bathroom was very large with two sinks, stand up shower, tub, and separate toilet. Went during "off season" so no pool parties but could still sit by and get drinks. Great location on strip!
One of my favorite casinos
Nice meal, great service
Nice hotel,.centrally located
It's a little hard to find your way around. Could use some more maps. Otherwise it has a great atmosphere and a ton of different things to do.
We booked 3 rooms for a family of 10 and this place is awesome. This hotel had by far the most comfortable beds I have ever seen in a hotel room. It feels very chic and modern compared to lot of other famous Vegas hotels where I have stayed and has great views if you get a room facing the strip. The restaurants especially, Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen has delicious food. It is at great proximity to all other hotels in the strip and overall a great location and something definitely worth the price we paid.

The worst place to go to stay way. The will rob you
Diva's World - Custom M.
We love going here
Come on slap some lipstick on the place. Very disappointed. How many centuries since a remodel. Very disappointed in my stay.
Loved staying a PH!! Located in the center of the Vegas strip! And connected to the miracle Mile shops
Saw chris angel mindfreak was the best thing to end off our vacation. Very nice guy very great show they got audience involved just all around worth every penny and would definately go again.
Nice place for casino lovers. Unlimited cocktail when you are on the casino floor,
Beautiful Hotel nice employees and it has a beautiful mall underneath the casino and it’s beautiful absolutely no complaints plenty to do in the area as well !
Great casino there are dancers on tables , a lot of shops connected to the mall
Nice hotel, room I just stayed at has no hangers, have to ask for them. One of the light bulb on a standing lamp was out.... Laundry bag was not provided.... Other times, all ok except this time... Friendly front desk.... Room has a view, seeing part of the strip and the Bellegio fountain.... No bottle water provided in the room.... Casino has no non smoking area.... Stinks your clothes and hair after walking through it. .... I will try another hotel next time
Nice place real cool that it has a mall in it
Long story short all your needs in one place
Won lots of money
rooms very nice and clean ????????
Great place that flies under the radar!!
Absolutely epic. Too much to little time. My go to spot from now on!
Cafe Hollywood was really good. They had lots of slot machines. Really cool bars. Lots of shows. AND a mall attached to the hotel! The ceilings looked like the sky. It was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants.
Love planet Hollywood & the miracle mile shops! Not the best place to gamble though as there are very few tables (even on holidays like Christmas) so they fill up rather quickly.
Very cool place
Zombie burlesque show was phenomenal. Small theatre, I got free tickets, not sure if it pay 70 bucks to see it but foe free it was great.
Food was really great.
Not bad for a hotel, sheet were clean, but you could smell smoke in the bedroom, I wouldn’t stay here again
Def leppard was playing and I nearly turned 19 again! (I am a few decades from 19, lol)
Great place to visit to eat, shop or see a show!! Must visit if you goto Vegas!
I always have fun there and cafe hollywood is so good!
BRAZILIAN...THE PAMPAS RESTAURANT...FOODS IS SOOOO GOOD
This place was nice. The bathroom was amazing in our room. Almost the size of the room. Everyone was nice, and we had a great time. Kept getting too drunk to find the uber pickup from outside. But that's on me.
Tightest slots and not much of a selection. They can do better...
Thanks again and I'll come again
Everything you need will be here
Gotta visit the buffet. Food was very good
Enjoyed my stay here, definitely recommend while visiting Las Vegas.
Awesome place. Lively for sure

Heaven on Earth....
Really good hotel.
Nice place, Chris Angel's show is there
Noble De R.
I would give this hotel 5 stars, but last time I was there the waiter (old black man) literally asked for tips when he brought my luggage upstairs. Very weird.
Oscar Leonel De Jesus Quan L.
Too crowded Excellent place
Nice place for shipping, walking and dining. Reasonable price.
Best motel room. So clean and comfortable. The bath was the best. We had an issue and the staff was fantastic. I would definitely go back to Planet Hollywood.
Unforgettable moments I spent there , even when it was very early some places were open and clean , nice experience
Great atmosphere! Excellent shows and performers!
My fav hotel on the strip! Great poker room with lots of energy!
Bathroom tub drain was so disgusting we wouldn't use it. Our room was uncomfortably warm even though the thermostat was set to 62°. A coffee maker in the room would've been a plus. It was okay for the price, and the location was nice. Late check-out was an awesome option but it's not available if the hotel is sold out. Meh.
Planet hollywood, like all hotels on the strip is beautifully decorated and offers many options for shopping, dinning, bars, shows and, of course, gaming. I chose this hotel because I wanted to show most of Vegas to my sister and aunt (it was their first time there) and, we could walk and enjoy half the strip and the other half the next day.
I love the lighting
HAPPY NEW YEAR PARTY
Just went there to see a friend that works there. Had a couple of drinks at the heart bar. Haven't been there in years but its always a good atmosphere there.
My opinion go to every resort and casino. Check them all out. They are worth it. Learn what you like and what's fun
To drunk to remember...
My backpack was stolen IN MY HOTEL ROOM during my stays. Then I found out they have no camera covered on the stairways/aisle, the security only opened a case and pushed me away. I didn't get any contacted/follow-up after 1 month now. Worst hotel experience ever.
The memorabilia in the rooms are amazing! Great food selection and shopping as well
I was inclined to give this hotel a three star rating because I believe the hotel as a whole is somewhat subpar. That being said I will note that they are seeming to upgrade and improve most areas of the hotel. What pushed me to make it four stars is the fact that they have an entire floor of rooms dedicated to individuals staying in the hotel with their pets. I believe this is a nice consideration not just for those staying with pets but for the guests without furry friends as well as it saves them from having to deal with many of the nuisances that come along with having ones animal with them while traveling.
Great resort tons of amenities music entertainment shopping steps away
Great place to stay and the parking is free
I got to go to Vegas and pick to stay here at this hotel for my 21st birthday in 2011. We had 6 rooms here, huge family and friends came to celebrate. The hotel was nice for young people. Even had women dancing on the tables while you played blackjack. I almost couldn't get into the club in the hotel because the one guy thought my ID was fake. I just turned 21 the day before. But the higher manager didn't believe it was fake and let me in. Nice atmosphere.
Just checked in. So far so good!
Clean, updated, good restaurant and drink options.
Woohoo w/o hotel super
Didn't appreciate security watching our things we couldn't take.. someone took something from being put on the counter. It was reported and the manager gave us 3 free nights on our return, 2 hrs extra upon leaving AND returned one nights money stay..
We stayed here in mid December to see Shania Twain at the Zappos theater in the hotel. Absolutely amazing! Staff was great and honestly the nicest people I met while in Vegas for the week. The casino here had so many different kinds of machines and was nicer than the other nearby casinos on the strip. I also enjoyed the music and the remixes of different songs. It really puts you in a good mood. The rooms were clean and looked very neat. Only thing it's lacking is a microwave, which I get that there's a lot of restaurants around, but I say this because we would bring the extra food back and not have anyway to heat it up. Ultimately we had to throw it away when we were hungry and pay almost $20 for something small somewhere else. We ate at Cafe Hollywood and though it had good food, but it was just too expensive for what you get. I paid over $30 for chicken Alfredo and a drink for myself. I've noticed that the people who live and work in Vegas think that you go there to gamble with your money and think it shouldn't be a problem to pay a lot of money for food. But seriously, it just didn't seem worth it. Thankfully there were other places around that were cheaper and still had good food. There is a mall there with many different shops. The ABC store definitely came in handy to get things quick, cheap and easy. I also have a suggestion for those who want to travel around Vegas without walking. We had issues trying to use Uber and ended up using Lyft. All week we had AWESOME drivers through Lyft! Definitely recommend using their service over Uber. They are helpful, funny and really know how to drive. I just have to mention a lady we had driving for us that had I believe over 11 years experience starting as a taxi driver, a limo driver and now working for Lyft. She knew every road to take to get out of rush hour traffic. I wish I remembered her name to just give a shout out, but she definitely knows what's she's doing! Overall, I definitely want to come back to Las Vegas and I want to stay here again!
Centrally located, great selection of food, gaming, and shopping all right here.
Bad parking service, most of the tables were closed.
Maria Catalina R.
saw the jets and the awsome ! Christina Aguilera] it was fabulouse
It is fine. The only issue is talking long walk to self parking.
Christina Aguilara 40 min late, BUMMER
Great hotel room in a great location on the strip, I would recommend it to people who want to be central to the activity of the Las Vegas Strip.
If you like being inside a nightclub and new hit music is your best friend, this is the place for you. Very confusing layout for hotel guests, constantly asking for directions to the room, but the updated room we had was very nice. Valet was full when we arrived, so we self parked, a real nightmare and a long, convoluted walk back to the hotel. Spend the 20 bucks or take a pass. Fantastic shopping mall attached to the complex and great eateries in the casino! Insanely long lines during the Christmas holidays though and no lines or cut-ins for hotel guests!
Dublin Gas B.
Amazing from the time we arrived at check in up to now can't fault anyone or anything. Room has great view of strip and is spotless. Will update after our week stay but we have stayed here before and enjoyed it.
Outstanding place. The lights the weather and the ambience. I would like to get back there for sure. Very upscale and not very crowded. Definetely want to.visit again. I recommend the place, worth the visit.
Nice casino and resort near the central point of Las Vegas strip. Walking distance to all major casinos in the strip. Some suites in this resort has a view of the music fountain. There are many things to see and do in and around the resort. Many stores and restaurants. Famous Gordon Ramsey burger restaurant is on site. There is also entertainment show at night.
Great miracle mile shops. I love this place
Rooms are nice and newly renovated. Some are better sized than others and some panoramic views of the strip. The service from everyone I interacted at this casino hotel has been excellent, much better than I had expected.
Fernando G De Q.
Excellent acommodations for a moderate price
Best free parking on the strip.
I love this place. The parking is good the food is outstanding and I love the spa in gym
Love that each room is a theme
Had fun here ok place. Security great and very understanding during a mishap. Enjoyed slots and had a blast. Highly recommend and hope to go back in future.
Room cleaning service is not upto the mark. Toilets are not cleaned everyday, used glasses are not cleaned or changed and toiletries not replaced / added everyday.
Not big on this hpyel but its still nice
We are check in today 27 December 2019 with 2 kids and we are sent to different floor and different tower. I ask for the same floor at least but the receptionist said it is impossible. We are reserving the rooms very advance but treated like this and the way of the receptions didn't accommodate us and not in the way of customer experience service should be. This in our first time here and it will be the last.
Great Value for your money. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. There is free parking here!
Fancy hotel on the Vegas strip that used to be The Aladdin. One of the last parts of the 'Planet Hollywood' empire.
Always have a great time here. First time I saw Backstreet Boys in concert, it was amazing!! This time I saw Criss Angel. Good magician and entertainer. I love Planet Hollywood in general. I hope to stay there someday when I can afford a nice girl on the strip. Also has a delicious buffet!
The room was very nice and the amenities were spot on. Additionally, this hotel is central to just about everything! They need to fix their door lock system. We had to have our keys replaced twice and it took about 30 minutes each time due to the lines. We almost missed a show. Maybe NFC is a better option to the magnet cards? It was a real big annoyance! The front desk was very rude blaming us for messing up the cards.
Pff I specter more of it
Had a lot of fun and I would recommend taking the stripper 101 class. Just be aware that it is a workout lol.
Parking structure extremely far from hotel rooms. Data is disrupted in the room and you can only connect to the WiFi with 2 devices and each added device is $15. The stores are decent, but not really amazing.
Tons of shops. Good food.
Dee Dee F.
Planet Hollywood Hotel was good. We went to a Christina Aguilera concert. We walked through the Lobby so conveniently located. Great choice
Check in had terribly long line. It takes at least 30min to check in. Self check in did not work. Parking entrance was very difficult to find (on the back of the hotel), signage are very unclear, the parking for shops, restaurants and several hotels are altogether and it’s very chaotic. You have to then walk across the entire parking lot, the chaotic third floor shopping area, then down from an escalator to the check in lobby. $42 resort fee. Really not sure what is the value that brings to the guests. Will not stay here again.
Really Loved It
This is one of the nicer casino hotels on Las Vegas boulevard. The restaurants are good and plentiful and the location of the hotel itself is central to all of the other big time hotels within the area. The rooms are gorgeous and not too expensive considering what you pay for a night
Loved this hotel. Customer service was amazing. And I loved the themes for the rooms. It was so artsy. Definitely a pleasant and fun stay. All us ladies had a wonderful memorable experience.
Loved staying there we had a great time loved the help from the front desk
Waiting in line 30 minutes to check in to my room while staff stands around...
Smoke smell in non-smoking areas and room. Very terrible smell of cigarettes smoke everywhere including inside non-smoking rooms on top floors. Not at all child friendly. Serious health hazard for young children, the elderly, and people with health conditions. Not sure how there are so many good reviews. I personally can hardly breathe inside the non-smoking room and got a serious headache. Not recommended.
Planet Hollywood is centrally located on Las Vegas Boulevard. It is actually connected to The Miracle Mile Shops. The atmosphere here feels live and energetic with action in the air. Definitely not a dull casino here. Plenty of slots and table games and food venues around. Really like Earl Of Sandwich here for affordable good eats. I recommend a visit.?????
Very nice. Family love it all 15 of us outstanding sevice.
I've always stayed at the end of the strip at luxor. At planet Hollywood I ate food, shopped, gambled, drank a bit, went to a club and gambled a bit again. All within the same hotel and I was having a great night, while being up some cash. The ketchup burger bar is amazing with so many flavors I've never seen. Shops are nice but overpriced. This casino is so lively, great for young people who want to party (or older people who like the hotel!) Seems like theres a live music section and a calm section, but not many servers. So far is such a fun hotel, so central so you dont have to uber anywhere. We got lost a lot cause the hotel elevators all look the same, and the main level is somewhat hidden ????. Our hotel clerk daniele (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was great. She upgraded us to a better view, was fun to talk to and very informative on the hotel. She started off my vegas experience much better than the past so thank you :) I'm extremely happy with our room and it's all because of her! Merry christmas/Happy Holidays
Good hotel with casino, and free parking.
Great hotel and Daniela was very sweet and awesome made our stay that much better ????
Buffet is always pretty good. Have never stayed here
Love the MM shops and PH casino... Tried the Spice Market buffet for breakfast /brunch and it was great
Good place to visit. Lots of cool stuff to look at.
Breakfast included? $9 Starbucks voucher? Hardly what I excepted ...... Water cost $6
Did a dinner and show at the Hotel and the weekend stay was great and much better prices as well!
I over love this place
The room was amazing and the costumer service was A plus. But finding your way out from hotel to strip is confusing and they make sure you walk by plenty of machines and distractions
We were appointed an old style room instead of an upgraded room. We wanted a king instead of the queen room that was available. We got the Hot Shots room as in the movie, and it is fabulous. The location of Planet Hollywood is great. It is close to the middle of the strip. I gave 4 stars because there are fanciet hotels in Vegas, but I will stay there again.
I stayed at one of there suites and it was amazing. Service and staff here is great! Only reason Im going to give it a 4 is because of the location. Its a bit of a walk to the other casinos but its nice and clean at this casino. I will be back here !
Pei Si T.
Great 24/7 room service, beautiful hotel room views & spacious & clean bathroom.
Has the most amazing mall and places to eat! The mall has a ceiling painted to look like the sky.
Room was great, BUT valet totally messed up our car. Unplugged our camera and moved the seat. My husband is handicap and this was a huge problem
Good location on the strip right in the middle of everything. Connected to the mall. Parking is a bit far, but the mall has it for free.
it's okay. we were not impressed with our room and it definitely was not the room we picked on line when making our reservations
Good all good ..
I Love this hotel so much! Perfect location, right on the strip, and it has an amazing beautiful mall inside. Tge rooms are pretty nice too.
Lauren Ashley B.
Just like everything on the vegas strip planet hollywood def younger crowd but great shops and good artist come through there
Awesome casino with great games and service!
Great casino. Always love coming here.
This is one of my favorite places to spend time on the strip as a local and also to bring people that visit us. It has everything! Lots of happy hours lots of shows big and small to fit all budgets. Vegas the show and Las pampas are my recent favorites. Flights has an amazing happy hour! It's an easy walking distance and connected to two very cool hotels so if you want to visit aria and Cosmopolitan I suggest parking at miracle Mile shops but don't be cheap. The parking is free and closes at around 10 or 11 but to keep it that way keep tipping the attendants when you valet. And then you can see the two other hotels and walk over to Bellagio and the Paris and beyond if you like to walk.
Might as well stay here your next visit???????????, nice views free upgrade for the cool guy Me. LOL ????????
Def Leppard was at the Zappos Theatre and it was dope AF!!!!!
Very nice hotel I'll be back
Great theatre. Excellent sound system
Pretty cool resort/casino, check it out.
So much to do in the mall area. The casino was great clean. The bar where the 2 robots made your drinks. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a great time.
Good casino. Really hard to get a beer, waitresses don’t care if you drink or not. Temperature in the casino isn’t optimal.
The Casino is fun, the rooms are plain and standard but clean, the mall is convenient. We’ve stayed here tons of times and the experiences we’ve had with the Casino executives has been a nightmare. They need some major customer service training, because their rudeness has prompted us to stay at a different casino next trip and from now on.
Loved the room and the Miracle Mile Mall attached to the hotel. Early daytime in the casino is nice but nighttime is very Smokey and loud.
My favorite hotel so far!!!! The Gordon Ramsay burger is worth all the hype and more. The room is awesome, very spacious great decor!!
Okay stay but high resort fees for staying on the strip.
Rooms in North tower are fantastic!!!
Disappointing. Rooms minimally appointed and service not what I’d expect. All of the other hotels I’ve stayed with in Vegas have been preferable. Location isn’t bad.
Central location on the strip. Room have been updated.
Clean hotel with everything at your fingertips. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay on the strip
I enjoyed my stay

DECENT quality and kleen
We stayed here 3 nights for my friends 30th birthday party. The trip was awesome, but I wish we had stayed somewhere else. One thing we really wanted was at the very least 2 rooms on the same floor. There were 8 of us - four in each room. My friend requested this numerous times and even talked to someone on the phone. When we checked in we got one on the 8th floor and one on the 10th floor. Huge let down. We booked 2 months in advance too. Second, we were honest and booked each room for 4 people, even though its cheaper if you say 2. What was super annoying is - the room said 4 people and clearly had 4 people in it - yet every day we had to call down and ask for 2 more towels because they would only leave 2. I wasn't impressed by the hotel service at all. I guess I had in my mind that Vegas hotels were extra accommodating to get their guests to spend more money in the hotel. We didn't see that side at all. We felt like a nuisance and couldn't even get the simple things like having rooms on the same floor. We spent our money in other hotels because of this. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you were looking for that type of experience. (Not to mention the two rooms combined were like ~$2500 dollars, and the hotel seemed like they could care less. Oh well I guess they got our money).
Great hotel to stay at in Vegas, next to shopping mall and easy to catch a cab. Huge hotel, friendly staff and plenty of places to eat. Thin blankets on bed, but the hotel is accommodating.
The cocktail waitress help was crude and accusing patrons of not gambling and not eligible for complimentary drinks I had spent most of my evening there but I won't be going back and I will be sure to mention this experience to as many others as possible.

Love this hotel. They never disappoint and pricing is always fair
Horrible casino. Played there all week long and never could win.. I had to go to other casino's to win. I kept thinking they would give me some of my money back.. we were there celebrating my birthday.. worst one we went to..
Rooms are nicely furnished and decorated. Comfortable bed, great view at the Belagio. Room service got worse since last year. Now it's very limited. There are dancers on the casino floor in the evening, so it's not kids friendly.
Lots to do Loved it
Had a great weekend
This used to be my favorite property given the central location and reasonable, middle-of-the-road prices. The customer service received from every employee on my trip Thanksgiving week was excellent. The two stars come from fees/management at this property: Arrived 1:30am. Took 20 minutes in line to check in. Self-check kiosks were unavailable at night. Resort fees nearly double the stay cost ($42/day fee). The “free” WiFi is for 2 devices only ($14.99 per device/day afterward). That’s 2 devices within 24 hours, by the way. Let’s charge fees by any means necessary... No heat in my room (cooling presumably worked) during 50F outside weather. Toilet was also constantly wasting water (leaky flapper valve) and knobs on tub and shower were very loose. Shower grout could have also used a deep clean (white grout wasn’t a great choice to begin with). So, in short... let’s charge customers extra fees by any means available, then not spend money on maintenance/repair.

Checkin this morning was simple and fast. Made a call this afternoon to the Concierge to find out where my Class is being held tomorrow and was told quickly.. good customer service...
Fairly disorganized and not the most friendly staff.
Always a good menu and a few surprises..
Great view from the rooms.
Nice central location.
We had our own cabana and we loved learning how to ride the flow rider. Although we waited forever for the cocktail waitress to come around after we asked and she never did so we just went to the bar. Not a big deal to us but just a side note. A little advice if you try the flowrider, wear a tight swimsuit or you might lose your pants!
I didn't win but that's the way it goes
The hotel is OK. Went there to watch people play and gamble.
I had a pretty good stay here of course it's a younger crowd but the staff and service is always great
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed, it was a fantastic experience, I loved so much the food and the rooms were just fantastic, I really sleep very wel!!
Love staying here!
Very nice rooms
Love this place, great service
Had great time, excellent staff
A total mess and total lack of management even in low season. They push out the check in all the way to 4 pm and rooms still not ready even after 4 pm. When we finally got to our room, we found a bathroom that was not cleaned. They gladly charge $40+ resort fee per night if you put up with this.
Worst check in experience I have ever encountered. Incredibly long lines, Express check-in kiosk did not work. No employees around to assist. Check in team was severely understaffed. What a horrible way to introduce a paying customer to your resort.
Lovely front desk service. Royce was able to hook up our entire squad on the same floor with great, close rooms.
Best hotel for me
Awesome if you like the backstreet boys and trying to relive the 90's
Nice sports book. Buffet not worth it.Great shopping.
Hotel did not meet standard the 3 star expectation, room was expensive yet shabby outdated. No modern amenities

Awesome hotel in the middle of everything. Super clean room.
It was my first time staying at Planet Hollywood and the rooms are nice (I would say 3-4 star room) but clean, organized and had all the features. The room was a good size and well set up and had a fridge (awesome amenity to have). In the closet they had sufficient hangars - but if bringing lots of clothes you can ask for more or bring some from home). Also in the closet they had an iron & ironing board to touch up your clothes if needed. Bathroom was awesome (separate shower and big tub) and a private privy. Limited TV options but had WiFi so bringing your own device to watch movies or shows is recommended while you relax in the room. The casino is great and big like you would expect in Vegas. Lots of table games, a few poker tables, and so many slot machines. Also had restaurants and a Starbucks inside, plus the Sin City room (take the escalators to the 2nd level) and you could see some shows like Chris Angel & others. It was convienently located on the strip with many hotels nearby and the staff was amazing! From signing up for a rewards card to asking directions from staff it seemed like everyone knew the area. Security were professional and polite...even if an issue should arise (which I saw them dealing with a couple people and they were very down to earth and handled the issue). It is easy to go from the casino to the Miracle Mile shops. They had various shops and lots of restaurants in the Miracle Mile plus a few places to see some more shows! It is also close to other casinos and could walk there in minutes - which is fun to do as you never know what you will see on the strip. I would recommend staying at "PH" if you are considering it.
Very clean, easy check in and checkout. I had two minor issues in my room that were immediately rectified by the front desk. Large comfortable rooms that were very quiet at night.
The room here is much better than Rio from my experience.. Very convenient location
Great place except no coffee pot in the room
Room view shows the Bellagio fountain show!
great location for walking all around the strip mall and service room is a very clean and good vibe
Clean and nice location in the strip.
Lively fun hotel
Vivek Prakash M.
One of the best spot at strip of vagas to stay . Lovely rooms .
No coffee maker in the room is rather low, and the whole building, including non-smoking rooms, smells of smoke because of cigarettes in the cassino.
Both the Casino and resort have great energy! The resort is very trendy and well appointed. Everything you need is with in close proximity!
Way over priced but nice
Stayed here for the Vegas leg of our vacation. Nicely kept hotel and casino. Check in and out was a breeze. They offer free parking but it's worth the price to valet as you have to walk through the attached mall otherwise. Location, location, location! This hotel definitely has that! Would absolutely stay her again.
I love this mall. Great stores, restaurants, and beautifully decorated.
Very strategic place in vegas strip..it has a mall inside which i love most
Nice hotel. Will stay there in the future.
They have Gordon Ramsay burger which I must say is amazing !
I always have a blast when I come to Planet Hollywood. It’s fun, the prices are great and it’s just a good time.
Mile shops great Verity's
Saw the Chris angel show very entertaining
I went to see Criss Angel, and was not disappointed as usual! Casino has wide aisles, easy access. Hard to find shops though. They are in consideration for a future visit.
The hotel is really really old and there is absolutely no personalised service.
So much to do this place is an absolute blast.
Overall it was enjoyable but the negatives for us were a lengthy wait for check in after a 20 hour journey, it was the last thing we needed. The 9$ breakfast allowance in Starbucks was useless, we were not even asked at check out if we enjoyed our stay, a fairly basic question in europe. The blaring music in both the casino and the lifts perplexed me, why was it necessary (is this being ultra hip???). It is unlikely I will return to vegas but if I did I think I would stay in a different hotel. Cleaning staff were very good, pool area was very good and the room was excellent, although coffee making facilities would have been useful.

Nice place. Recommend this resort. Excellent location...
It's really a very nice hotel. I like the colors and the furniture arrangements. I honestly felt very much in harmony and belong. Most of the staff I meet were genuinely helpful. The food is delicious but some of the dishes are extremely …
I was very disappointed this year. I felt the hotel was not very accommodating to their guests. We had a few requests and we were completely denied and not even offered compensation, credits or anything. We had to move rooms too. Very disappointing.
You know... I get all the excitement being Planet Hollywood! But it's overpriced and... Boring! I just don't get all the hype. I'll go with the group because it's Planet Hollywood, but I don't know it's just really not my thing.

I had a lot of fun here
Went to See Florida georgia line last night, and a host inside helped me get to my seat.name was Jeff, i am newly disabled and his personality and energy towards guest was the best i have had at a ceasar hotel . He works in zappo theatre he needs commended.
I stayed in a room at this hotel. I played slot machines here, winning real US cash money. I played a craps game with big dice and a button to pop them around and again I won real cash US Dollars!!! Enjoyed this!!
I recommend! ????
Did a walk thru as you do in vegas. Lots of slot machines and shops.
FGL was great! Thank you
Good place cool games awsome stores and food
?????????? One of the Vegas visitors place and I was there last year too and the hotel/casino was very nice. It's a great place to stay and play. The rooms are really nice and the resort is awesome. The food there is great! The service was awesome. I will definitely stay there again.planet Hollywood resort and casino is closed to strip!
Gordon Ramsey's burger joint is the best and you get drinks fast in casino
Exelent place, with many things to do
They have one of the best shopping malls! Miracle Mile Shops. A great shopping mall with great stores. And I love the fact that they have Garrett popcorn! Enjoy. CAB ????????
I was in Vegas for a trade show and stayed here. Comfortable after a long day. Great restaurants. Be prepared to spend.
A lot of great concerts here
We spend our 20th anniversary here . Room was clean nice veiw really enjoyed it. Apart from that we were very disappointed nothing was done for us. No greetings, no card, no flowers on the bed nothing . But other then that this place is nice right on the strip close to everything.
This place is awesome. Here for 4 days and not sure I'll see it all.
Rooms were nice and the smoke ventilation in the casino was pretty decent.
The best hotel ???? to stay in Las Vegas!!
Good shows in herr
I only visited the casino and had not stayed in the hotel, the casino is nice and a live with young people, the bar offered a great service.
Fantastic shopping and food
Came to shop miracle miles shops. Free parking and great location on strip.
Decent poker. Decent service.
It's planet Hollywood fun
Love this casino and all of its entertainment and food/shopping options
Very poor air circulation! They should improve the venting system! We stayed on a non-smoking floor but can still smell very strong cigarette smokes, most people need to go through the casino to get into the hotel elevator, every time you pass through the casino, the smoke again makes your clothes and everything smells of smoke. I highly suggest not to stay in this hotel if you are pregnant or with kids, it will damage your health!
Great location and food choices
Hip spot in the center of strip so its prime
Oregon Coast B.
I attended a concert at Zappos theater in Planet Hollywood. It was a Great experience. I am mobility impaired and the staff were quick to offer assistance before I even had to ask. I'm not a gambler but I walked through the casino and through the shops on the miracle mile. Everything was clean, organized and inviting. My only complaint is that smoking is allowed indoors. Being asthmatic, it's difficult for me to be around cigarette smoke. Plus it's just nasty. Overall though 10/10 would visit again.
Very modern gambling area
Way better then I was expecting. Great staff great location. Great restaurant options. I will deff be booking at PH in the future.
Good spacious room. Bed is comfy
It was awesome I loved my stay
Pretty cool place to stay. Be famous for a day in Hollywood
Was a nice resort but room was dirty when we arrived
Stayed here for 5 nights. Really comfortable room. Great bathroom. The weather in October was comfortable considering how hot it usually gets... The room had a fridge, a kettle in the room would be ideal. Having to go to downstairs is a pain. I guess I'll take a mini kettle next time. Staying here you are centre of the strip which was ideal as 1 person in the group was a wheelchair user. Uber out here is popular and the casino has a designated area for drop off and pick up.
So my friends and I went on a trip for my birthday to multiple cities and Las Vegas was one of them. I was the only person in our group who had not been to Vegas so I decided to allow my friends to make the decisions for most of the trip based on their previous experiences. We stayed in Planet Hollywood and let me just say I think they made an awesome selection. This hotel was extremely nice and vibrant and customer service was never a problem. Everyobe was so helpful, which is necessary for a Vegas first timer like myself. There was an entire shopping mall downstairs with some of my favorite stores, tons of restaurant options, a tattoo shop, jewelry shops, dessert shops, suvonier shops, casino, you name it. Everything you need is within this hotel. You technically don't even have to leave the premises and you will still have a great time. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfy and the bathrooms were amazing. I was most excited about the oversized tubs because we'd just driven into Nevada from Arizona where we went mountain climbing so my entire body was extremely sore. I was spent!!! I so appreciate being able to soak???? Planet Hollywood is also in a great location. Pretty much in the middle of the strip so you are central to everything for the most part. I highly recommend and would definitely go back to stay at this hotel again.
Very nice casino, clean and honestly the staff is very friendly and helpful
Lot's of great restaurants and gaming slots
Planet Hollywood I love Planet Hollywood more than any other than the casinos other than the Cosmopolitan cuz it was a hotel that was there before the city center became a development the Planet Hollywood pleasure pit the way it's set up the dancers the entertainment they have there that place is freaking awesome it was a wonderful stay and makes you feel like you're really in Hollywood but you're in Las Vegas you just don't really feel like you're in Las Vegas
Around The W.
Love the shopping malls there.
Batia Ben H.
The best hotel in vegas for.the place in the skript..the casino..the rooms..
Jim Hersman J.
Lots to choose from, good atmosphere, only checked out walking through
The greeter at front door got me exactly where I needed to be on time for the shows and dinner. He wouldn't take any tip even though i would have never made the shows without him.
Definitely an on-par resort for the area. Beware the odd check-in times. No big complaints at all. The room was nice, and so we're the amenities. It can be a hassle getting the last of the land on the first visit. We stayed and used their convention hall for a conference, and the service and catering were exceptional. The hotel moved the check-in times from 1pm to 3pm a week before, which was a bit of an inconvenience to say the least. Outside of that everything was acceptable.
It’s very bad for check in. We are here at late night and had long queue but at the counter just only 3 person for registration. That’s the first bad impression I get from this hotel. ????????
A nice place to shop, eat & sight see!
Nice place to stay with good views...on the strip so the front entrance is always cluttered with street riff raff. Seemed I had to walk through a cloud a pit smoke to get in the hotel. Maybe that's your thing, but not my thing.
Review for the Strip House Steak House. Really good steaks but you'll pay for them. Also, everything is ah la carte and things add up quickly. Next time we'll just come in for the chocolate layer cake. To die for (plenty for two people).
This is one of my most favorite of places to stay while in Vegas! Planet Hollywood was clean, comfortable, and is the least smoke-smelling place in Vegas! And they deliver excellent customer service! Thank you!
Cool hotel and casino. Had great luck playing games here. Really hip atmosphere and lots of fun.
Lovely place to stay friendly people, central to everything only let down is the pool closes at 6pm so be sure to use your time well
C. A. T.
Great place!! If you get bored here or can't find something to do, then you wouldn't have fun anywhere.
Fun place with lots of restaurants and cafés
The casino was subpar the mall around it was great.
Try Mediterranean lamb burger , by the pic u know where ( Gordon Ramsey ) , it’s amazing
Love the Miracle Mile Shoppes
Lots of good food places
Went and saw criss angel it was amazing and heart warming all at the same time...Thank you Criss Angel.
A dream come true, had a grate time and amazing food,, will be back again
Great place to celebrate my 21st!
Great rooms, an entire mall in the lobby floor, and free parking!
They have baklava at brunch here at times I think.
Lots of fun there! Love P.H!
Because the way the room is set up to bathroom you have to cut all lights on no switch inside bathroom you wake up your spouse and the toilet paper rack is behind the toilet not on the side the money I spent I was not happy
Parking is free, and you can find wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, shows etc. The casino is excellent, minimum bet on the table games is not too high, and the machine payout is quite good.
Brilliant Minds Production A.
Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino can give you what you want and what you need at the right time the hotel is very very large with all kinds of table games and over a thousand slot machines Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino right there on the strip in Las Vegas
Best burge u can get
Don’t recommend it, there’s better options on the strip
Gwen gave a Fantastic Show????
My favorite in Vegas Food Concert Bar Drinks
Loved staying here! Beautiful and lots to do!
So much to do.. my favorite casino
Sink was clogged our whole stay hot water only work during the day our room was wack for all the movie we spent
A great place for a very inexpensive trip. A free room with points from my Visa card. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Vegas, so much change. If your like me the room is just rest your head, recharge and go again REPEAT ????????????????????????????????????
Incredible hotel with views. Each floor has decor different from each other. Has an attached casino. Located in the middle of the strip. We loved the stay. Room was clean and very comfortable.
We love all these hotels in Vegas
Crazy busy Las Vegas. Not my cup of tea.
Casino lacks the class of others but price and location are brilliant, would stay again
Good shows at the theatre!
To hard to take luggage to room from parking alot of little hidden prices
The security for the Gwen Stefani show were so rude & ruined the experience before the show even started. Zappos theater needs have their security on the floor get a reality check. I've never been treated the way my group & people aroynd me were EVER before & I attend many concerts!
I really enjoyed my food, meat came out a little slow at my table but the wait was understandable seen that the place was very packed. Great staff
everyone is friendly...it is clean enough. signs of wear and tear are obvious but the beds are firm and clean. modular layout makes the rooms spacious. the toilet paper is AWFUL
Tiffany Danette G.
So much to do here. I could've spent all day here. From Casino's...to shopping and fine dining
Lots of games definitely nicer casinos in the strip. We played alot because we had rooms at the elara. For cheap gambling and lots of shopping/eating this is the place to be.
Wonderful customer service and helpful staff. Theres always something to do at the hotel or at the adjacent shops.
PF Chang's and Chris Angel Mindfreak... What a great combination.
I'd give PH a 5, because it was fabulous, but compared to the other casinos, it was really poorly ventilated. If you're sensitive to smoke, stay in the Miracle Mile area.
Planet Hollywood (PH) is located center-ish on the Strip which makes it conveniently located if you plan to hit shows or pools or whatever at another Strip hotel, and there is people watching in front at the escalators up from Las Vegas Blvd to the combo entrances for PH and Miracle Mile Shops. Kudos to PH free parking which might be a bigger deal to me than you - I hate Vegas charging me a room fee, and then a resort fee, and a parking fee, and on and on with their chiseling and deliberately blurried total costs...however the garage I was in was a journey to walk between my car and room when carry a duffel bag for suitcase. All Vegas hotel have designed their casinos to be difficult to navigate direction so that you hopefully get lost a bit inside but it seems worse at PH. Trying to figure out where your elevator lobby for your room is a pain, you're left looking at visual ques near the ceiling that you've sorted yourself after walking around a lot...but in my case I don't spend more money because I'm struggling to find where my elevator lobby, I just second guess booking there again. The casino bathrooms need to be updated, they're past their prime. Planet Hollywood is doing the ATM looking machines in the lobby thing for self check in/out but there was generally a line to use the dozen machines so they aren't saving customers time, just saving PH money.on labor costs. The machine will issue you room keys. At the auto check-in you can "go green" and opt out of daily cleaning and get rewarded $10 sort it...it's not $10 of your bill each night as it should be, instead it's $10 reward to use at on site restaurants but that means you need to go spend more money at their restaurants in order to gain the $10 credit for opting out of cleaning. Pool deck is a bit unimpressive by modern Vegas standards. The patio is large but the two pools are small by comparison, so there is a lot of patio space that has no pool...filling the blank space are Cornhole boards so guests can play that in lieu of big, fun pools. And looks like the pools were maybe added later in the building of the hotel so they are elevated above the main patio which means you can't really look across the whole patio and both pools. My room (Ultra Resort Vista Room - king) was bigger than I expected, it had plenty of open floor space with enough room to exercise or do some stretching or yoga on the floor. The bathroom was much bigger two than typical Vegas hotel bathrooms...two vanity sinks on opposite sides of the bathroom, a shower, a bathtub seperate from the shower, and a toilet in its own little room with door. I had a great view of the fake Eiffel Tower and Paris Hotel next door and I could see about two thirds of the Bellagio Fountains. Similar to my experiences at other Vegas Strip hotels, I had decent Verizon cell service outside the facility and inside the casino, shops, and restaurants but very limited use of my smartphone data transfer wise while in my room...all of a sudden I had a poor connection when in my room. Gordon Ramsay Burger inside was very good and decent prices by Vegas Strip standards...heads-up, the line to get a table can be really long particularly on the weekends. PH's sportsbook is unusually dark, almost movie theater, I prefer more light in a sportsbook so I can read & write my picks (and not fall asleep) similar to what many neighboring hotels are doing. Late night a few casino table game pits get beautiful dancing girls up on platforms shaking their stuff and I believe I noticed that one pit outside the high stakes pit appears to be one in which all card dealers in the pit are female card dealers going big on showing cleavage. Location, location, location...it's an easy walk to explore Cosmopolitan and Bellagio across the street, or Paris next door. A little more walking for Aria and Caesars Palace also on the other side of the street and Ballys and Famingo farther down on same side. More distant Strip properties like Mandalay Bay and the Wynn require more time to walk. Would I recommend PH, yes, but it's not Top 5.
We had the best time. Love the room
Nice. Clean. Lots of fun. Didnt win but had fun.
Loved the mall area. Worth it
Room was clean. The customer service was good as well. The parking is the only bad thing. Pay for them to NL park your car.
Oscar D. Diaz Miron G.
Great room, gold service
great place! the people and the house keeping were great. its less fancy for me and it was for the best.
Stayed here for the Pitbull show and the Gordon Ramsay Wings!!
Excellent Place to Stay.
Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the casino is amazing and the food in the restaurant is amazing. Especially the thai food. Location is great too, walking distance from the strip.
Absolutely great place to stay. We will stay here the next we're in Vegas.
Brand new renovated room with nice pop art style, which even with view on the back, was very nice. The bathroom is huge with both shower and bathtub. Also one sink on each side. We went for double queen beds and the beds were very confortable. The room is big with a canapé too. TV has a pretty big screen. The whole heating /cooling system is pretty quiet and very efficient. There is a safe and enough storage for your clothes. The casino floor is great, music a bit loud in the evening but that makes for a great atmosphere.
Went to Las Vegas. This Hotel is simply beautiful!
So much fun stuff to do for the whole family.. Great food..great shopping..
There's a lot of things to look at with the shops, but signage isn't so great for directions. There's no quick way of getting from the garage to the casino except to pass all the shops. The exit sign to actually get out of the garage (go down the ramp) is confusing/nonexistent.
Beautiful and luxurious great indoor mall with the sky ceiling is truly special
Nice inside saw a great show the beatles show
My 1st stay at PH celebrating my son's 25th birthday! The amenities, location and price are great. I loved that the Miracle Mile mall was connected!! So awesome.
Yessir... Done and doner..
Incredible casino! Lively energic and exciting.
It was ok, stayed here 2x and first time was pretty good but this last time I wasnt as pleased with the cleanliness. The room was clean but there were details that they seemed to not be paying attention to like the ceilings, corners, and in between furniture, the bathroom floor had long hair on it. The casino games had alot of older games I would have liked to see more relevant slots but overall was a decent casino. Location on the strip is great and the mall attached to hotel is very convenient.
Great location, loved the atmosphere. Would have loved a microwave in the room along with a coffee pot.
Came for a concert Yet found ourselves wanting to hang for a bit. Thought the couches in the lounge were nice addition.
Good price and plenty to see and do and close to everytbing
Awesome property, great service and friendly staff, had a blast!
Huge hotel right in the middle of the Vegas hotel strip. Good service. Awesome rooms. Has a pool and great views of the Bellaggio. Has a mall inside, which is really convenient. Great place to stay
Its an all inclusive resort! Met gwen stephanie who is performing here. There is a mall. Parking is free its just too much.
Pretty cool environment. Loved the indoor malls. The ceilings were painted like blue skys and white clouds. Made the atmosphere feel so relaxing and unrushed. There is a lot to see here. Amazing stuff to average stuff. Could lose track of an entire day here.
Always have loved the many casinos in Vegas.
Great place to spend a week for my convention
If you wanted the margarita visit Planet Hollywood OMG the very best. Planet Hollywood is conveniently located on the Strip they have great restaurants shows and a huge indoor mall
Awesome rooms very clean service in casino and bars a little too slow
Grate place hundreds of shops inside, huge cuseno, good live music and shows with an endless selection of tasty food
Spacious room with comfortable beds and nice atmosphere. Ample of food options.
Love the casinos and the reataurants
The new expansion is amazing!
Vegas trip with my Bestie had a Blast
Great location, just need update
No tea or coffee. 42 a day resort fee total rip off. We booked with continental breakfast. Then they give us a 16 dollar credit at Starbucks for three of us. Very disappointed just a money making machine. I don't mind paying for value but you don't get it here. Next time I will stay elsewhere
Has a good buffet and has great shows
Do not reserve thru Expedia late at night.. got stuck with a charge and no room because they supposedly couldn't find reservation... trash
Prett damn cool
Really nice casino and hotel, checkin was great and the room was excellent. Slots was so so, but pretty tight in general.
Lots to do and nice and clean... A well known Vegas party...
Chose to come back to PH for low room rate and free parking. The resort fees at every place in the strip are ridiculously high. All I used was the wifi of all the items listed as part of the resort fee. Room and the whole casino was very clean. Tried the Spice Market Buffet for breakfast because we had a $5 off coupon. If it wasn't for the lukewarm food I would have given this stay 5 stars. Take a walk around the Miracle Mile and you can find some good deals on good food - try the $5.99 specials at Blondie's. PH is in the middle of the strip so pretty close to everything. Saw the Tenors of Rock at PH, great show in a smaller venue so there is not a bad seat in the house.
Don't Eva go to PF Chang's I have a food allergy and the waiter gave me shellfish shrimp when I didn't ask for it other than that the Christina Aguilera show was amazing
We stayed in a Ultra Resort Vista it wasn't one of the newly remodeled rooms which is what it said on the booking but we did get strip view. I just can't understand how this room comes with 2 separate closets and you can't get something as simple as a body mirror to check out your outfit that was very disappointing. O and my bathroom sink has some obvious plumbing issue. Other then that it was a good stay.
Great place to see a concert
Excellent food service and views. We had the pistachio souffles and it was awesome!!!
Great stay, one of the best on the strip! Room was very neat and seemed to be newly renovated
Fun central location
Nice and clean. Great place to stay.
Me and my husband Hurk favorite places to play black jack and poker ..
Nice hotel. Lots do do withing a reasonable distance. Good luck sleeping during the day, or at a reasonable time.
In the middle of everything. Great mall on property and a mixture of restaurants, from really expensive to extremely affordable.
Great experience! Awesome location, beautiful view of Bellagio fountain, nice rooms
Fun place very entertaining
Good time, saw show and ate at Gordon Ramsay's Burger place.
Very extensive games selection with a great strip location right across the fountain!
The resort itself is pretty nice. However, if you stay here, request the North tower. Our friends room was WAY nicer than ours at the same price. Not to mention, I had one small window that was covered by a Christina Aguilera ad on the building. This greatly obstructs the view from the one little window. On top of that, our room had some plumbing issues. The toilet clogged very easily, even with multi flushes and the shower would be ankle deep by the time you were done. Pretty nice establishment but just an ok experience. If I ever get to go back to Vegas, I probably would not return to PH
Criss Angel MIND FREAK amazing if i could rate more than 5 i would
Room was nice. Fun atmosphere. Casino was laid out a little odd so it took a while to get our bearings. Self parking for hotel is a long walk.
Excellent Resort, Zappos Theater is $$$ ????
Really competitive pricing and stellar location. I ended up staying a few nights here and loved it. The room was really nice and the view was awesome. If you want to go to Vegas and not absolutely destroy your wallet while doing it (if that's possible) then I'd highly recommend giving this place a go. I will say that it can be confusing finding your way around, but you'll manage - we did.
Seems like it would be nice but it was dead for a Friday night
Sorry, but a hotel and casino of this size must have 24 hour room service, no exceptions. This is totally unacceptable.
Great atmosphere. Fun. Clean.
Zappos Theatre for Def Leppard
Got the ultra hip rooms with 2 queens. It was a nice room, quiet large and clean. The resort fee as always in LV is high and for most people not that useful. On our floor since we were only on the 30 floor the view was not that great as we were facing the back overlooking a parking lot of sorts. Check in and out is a bit of a pain with long lines and the sled check in machines don’t always work for all situations (e.g. if you don’t have your passport but also don’t have a US drivers licence).
Beautiful hotel and lots of shopping.
Nice fun located in the heart of everything clean. Enjoyed the stay.
It is a pleasant place to go.
Clean rooms and great atmosphere. Had a blast!
Great service, great location
Really awesome stores and games here.
Only stop in for a moment. Can't rate not enough time there.
Good!! I love it.
Loved concert and resort
Check in was difficult and long, rooms clean, did not know smoking allowed in casino which made my asthma flare up.
Marvin L. S.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at planet Hollywood!
Great shows including the V-show!
Nice place to stay
Very nice hotel and casino
Went to zombie burlesque show, it was fantastic and hilarious would recommend seeing it, leave your kids with someone else, not a children's show, hence the name.. Duh... The hotel was super clean and had lots to do.. Again leave your kids at home Vegas is not the place for them.. They were cranky and bored and obnoxious.. It's the land for adults.. Again, duh..i didn't have children with me.. I'm smarter than that
Nice resort centrally located.
We got married at the Chapel here which was amazing! Now the rest of our stay was not up to any satisfaction at all. We were in a suite for 4 nights of our stay and during the course of the stay every time housekeeping came up our room cards were deactivated. In addition the maid service was horrible, almost like they never cleaned the room. After our wedding we had a small reception in our room. After we were done we called room service and housekeeping to let them know that what was left could be removed from the room. This never occurred and there was several attempts by both my wife and myself to make contact to get the room cleaned. This was reported to management and still was not corrected.
Bogus, shameful , hidden " resort" fee ! Should be illegal. Nice casino.
Chris angel mind freak. full throtle loud very lively
Okay hotel but great location
Nice location and spacious room.
Love this place!!!! Great location and so much to do!!! Staff is top notch!!! View is amazing!!!
Mr. K. R.
All you can eat dinner was good
Nice place, nice people. But I wish people would stop smoking everywhere. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke the entire week and they couldn't move me to a better room.
You got everything you need. I have just arrived. A lot of walking
Great location! Right on the strip! The rooms are decorated uniquely and are very clean. Front desk was very accommodating when requesting a room with a view. We will be back!
Expensive fast food
Lots of fun here. Super modern, club is amazing, table gambling was a tad pricy but nice, restaurants are so good!
Very upbeat & had so much fun
The rooms are remodeled/upgraded. We had a fountain view & it was nice for the 1st time since we are total rewards members. However, why do you charge for an early check in? I used your kiosk to c/i, yet it tells me room isn't ready. I was getting upset so i had to go line up and talk with front desk then the guy was nice enuf to over ride and give us a room. P.s. vegas hotels shouldnt charge resort fees as WE NEVER once use your amenities, pool, gym room or wifi. Ridiculous!
Great rooms, nice staff, great location on the strip.
Wonderful venue large and personal at the same time. Enjoyed Def Leopard 100%
Shops are fun here, great selection
The shops at Planet Hollywood are wonderful. It's a must do spot when we go to Vegas. We also like to gamble there. The staff is pretty nice. They also have an excellent selection of restaurants for all budgets.
So beautiful. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly.
Nice place lost some money there
Truck Driving S.
Fat Tuesdays is here. They have a nice comedy show too
Used to be nice but showing its age and getting shabby w/lower end shops, restaurants and people
Super convenient check in and check out. The room was very nice and located perfectly in the middle of the strip. I would definitely stay there again.
Lots, too see and do.Brings huge crowds. Lots of games and shows.
Good poker room. Good mix of tourists and locals
Friendly staff. Rooms are nice for the price. Lots to do at the hotel.
Huge and so much fun
Great service, modern decor in the rooms, wonderful view from the deep soaking tub and enough room to stretch out. This was the view...
I love this hotel! I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else on the strip. It is located in a great spot and the first night we stayed in a room that overlooked the Bellagio fountain. The next morning our toilet overflowed, after I only wet pee. After realizing our room was going to flood before maintenance got to us. We quickly packed up our stuff. They got us a new room right away. It was now on the pool level and overlooked nothing impressive. But we loved a million other things and will definitely be back!
A nice casino, shopping and entertainment centre well worth a visit
My girlfriends and I spent four days in Vegas. We stayed at The Elara, which is connected to the Planet Hollywood casino by the Miracle Mile shops. We love this location, because we do not have to go outside to eat, gamble or shop, and we can avoid the triple digit heat! Planet Hollywood has the nicest dealers on the strip! The slot options seem more abundant than some other casinos, and I enjoyed the music selections. My only negative is the air quality. I always leave feeling stuffy and full of allergens. I believe this would be the case at most of the older venues. The Aria seemed the cleanest air. I did not walk away a winner, but had a grand time playing tables and slots. The food options range from $$$ down. We had amazing burgers at Gordon Ramsay’s Burgers and a nice selection of options at the Spice Market Buffet. We attended the brunch where I had items from kale salad, roasted zucchini to tandoori chicken to eggs, bacon and toast. When I had an issue with the toaster the management was immediate and responsive. I do not typically eat at buffets, but the option covered the three of our desires nicely. They also had an omelet station and a crepe station.
Fabulous, but be careful in the casino....
We loved our stay at planet Hollywood in Las Vegas! It was our 1st time in Vegas and we will definitely be back and will definitely be staying at planet Hollywood again! Is perfectly located on the strip and easy to get to everything!
Gigantic Place good times not bad free parking still which is rare on the strip
Nice room with an awesome tub.
Great restaurants and shopping
Nice place foods good but pricey
Concierge was wonderful, diamond check in. Only MAJOR issue I had was with a person who works at the shop across from Starbucks selling beauty products. I was polite the first time, through the 10th...as I was walking past to the elevator area he once again started and this time, I was speaking with my friend and kept walking. He, in front of dozens of employees, guest and the world started screaming "B!t<h, and Wh0$3" at the top of his lungs. I informed the concierge and the whole thing was videoed. I am following up with them to be sure he is gone! The rest of the actual resort staff are AMAZING! We adored out cocktail waitresses! One in particular. It was a great time except for the jerk from the store.
One of the best location on the strip. You are in the middle. The hotel rooms are very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is mall and restaurant that you can access from inside the the hotel casino. This.was the view from our.
Stayed here for my wedding, upgraded my room to a suite for the 5 days. The view I had was the roof of the mall and just a little bit of the strip. The hotel is nice, very convenient having Starbucks in the lobby for that morning cup of coffee. Location is good as well, right in the middle of the strip.
Hotel rooms very nice and clean
Fancy rooms. The view is lacking but I dont go to a hotel for the view.
Room was nice with a big tub.
I visited this spot with some of my closest relatives. We chilled here for nearly a week. They didn't have a coffee pot in the room which really sucked but I can say the staff was attentive and hospitable. Other than that, I'll definitely stay again.
Cool place. Went to the connected mall and ate lunch. Many good options here for all different kinds of crowds.
Enjoyed the mall and the food shops a little bit of everything for everyone
What's not to love?! Large casino floor with direct access to the Miracle Mile shops. Many restaurants, bars and shops. Plus there are 2 theaters with various shows. And you never even have to step out into the 105+ heat!!
Loved it probably my favorite casino in Vegas!
Everything was great
Great hotel.. By far one of my caves on the strip
Def Leppard concert rocked. The casino was nice to good times!!
Interesting but not my taste.
Love the fact that it's connected to the miracle Mile
Very Good .The Best
Great entertainment site.
Great time at Def Leopard residency
Loved it! Great experience
If youre looking for location thats the best hotel with the best rates on the strip, very good new rooms, also if youre not looking for luxery brands thats the place. Dont count the pool there, its small pool and decent.
A nice gambling experience
Awesome place was there with my son who turned 21
K Dot P.
I don't like alot if buffets but this one is great. Get the Groupon and won't be disappointed.
Saw Chris Angel show and it was great
Big room and super clean. Very nice and easy check in and out.
Luis C T.
Nice rooms, clean and no charge for self parking????
Nice place. Rocks!
1st night here and lost in the casino however the rooms are nice especially the bathrooms. Resort fee is too high with no amenities except for wifi. Will update as trip progresses.
I love their Casino, dealers are pretty and very kind. But the building is quite outdated and no speical theme on the resort. You should check out the Casino though!
Not the best. Not the worst
Didn't stay at the hotel but went to the Vegas Show and it was very entertaining. Well done and all the participants were awesome.
Saw Def Leppards final performance for their residency and they killed it. Would definitely Italy return for future concerts.
Collette Gray L.
Ate at Oyster Bar, Enjoy seeing the Aladdin decors
Great place to stay while spending time in sin city..... ask for Oscar at the front desk he has the best cocaine.
Nice rooms and location but the pool needs new management. Reserved a cabana and was told it would be comped due to my new tier matched diamond status. Go to checkout and they would not comp it off. Talked to pool management and they would take $100 off my $225 cabana what was suppose to be comp. I then brought up the poor service since we waited 30 minutes for service (not gonna complain when its free). Manager agreed to take off $50 from my $200 dollar food bill. Manager comes back after getting my receipt and says sorry can only take off $25. I shake my head and leave. So stay at the hotel wonderful it wonderful. The pool staff could use some work. Reception staff and cleanliness was great!
Nice enough. Miracle Mile shops are great.
The Miracle Mile Mall has an area where its actually rains and has thunder every hour till 9pm. You would have to see it to believe it. Also Criss Angel moved to Planet Hollywood so thats another very awesome reason to visit.
Plenty of bars n restaurants to choose from with great happy hours. One of the more affordable casinos on the Strip.
Great place lot's to see and do. And yeah don't forget to put $20 on 14 black. Good luck.
Centrally located on the strip. They also have amazing shows
It's a great venue for food (Chef Gordon Ramsay of Hells Kitchen) burger. Zappos stadium sits in the center of the casino and shopping mall around. Look and see who I saw.
Ocean One Restaurant is the best on the Strip. $5 Lunch.
A fun shopping mall with fun eateries and drinking establishments, plus a huge theater with multiple shows of various themes daily. A nice retreat from the summer heat with interesting shops to peruse.
Not the best of Vegas, not the worst. Get a Burgr, those are pretty good
Went to the Zappos to Def Leppard, Very good theater. Then to the casino, was full of crazy people, lol
Trying to get down from the garage to the casino lobby....good luck. Nothing works, it's hotter than hell. It's a harrahs property, don't expect much.
Planet Hollywood is very nice because it's connected to an indoors Mall that's appears to be outdoors!
Fun place, there is great shopping and dining. Casino games are good too.
Elvira Martinez L.
Always the best place to go.
Amazing stay at the Planet Hollywood. Central, beautiful and modern. Stunning view too
Shopping and fun. Lot special
Best drinks. Great place.
???????????????????????????????????????????## nice place stay
Love this place ...shopping is great Drinks are great and the shows are on point. Got to see Hitzville and loved it . Got my tickets and the lady gave my wife and I 4 free drinks...and they were GOOD STRONG DRINKS...LOL...
Nancy Cifuentes R.
Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff.
This is such a beautiful resort! We walked from New York New York to come to the Ocean 1 restaurant daily because it was such good food for an amazing price!
The Concert was great. To bad there wasn't enough security to protect the public from pick pockets.
The room was great with a great view. I was there to see Def Leppard which was an awesome concert! Highly recommend!!
Very active casino.
Many shopping center affordable price, one of my favorite restaurant is here, Ocean one" !
Stayed here in February. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was within walking distance. There were plenty of games in the casino and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Excellent breakfast. One of the few places open early am
This is where all the shopping is! Lots of fun!
Great place! But valet parking sucks
Got sick from the buffet in the basement. Avoid.
Crackin nice mall?
If You my friend came to the miracle mile is your time to be you , pamper your self today , I'll see you at PH
Looks great , but wasn't opened when I got there.
Great casinos with plenty to do. The Staple place to go. Super touristy.
Great Place specificly magician shows here
Very nice! Went to Def Leppard concert at Zappos, Loved it!
We did attend the "Vegas show" in the Sax theater. Wonderful show and cast members! Walking through the mall and had dinner at the Flights restaurant.
Inside Zappos Center, playing De Leppard.
V.I.P that's why it is free top parking spot
Stayed here for a bachelor party I'll never forget. Great rooms, service and location. Will be back!
I come here every year for New Year’s Eve, and it is always a blast! The staff at this hotel is the best I’ve encountered in Las Vegas!
Great room, great view to the Bellagio fountain. Friendly staff.
Def Leppard was rocking the place to the ground!
The Mircle Mile Shops is a great mall with stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. We always make a visit there when in Vegas. The hotel casino has a lively atmosphere.
euro zone inflation yields the box office for the box office 6AM 3rd of Ireland Saturday get the box
I was there for a month, cool casino and hotel.
Great entertainment & fun activities !
The stay was good. I like the fact that mall is located downstairs even though it’s super confusing to get out of the casino to get to it. Not uncommon in Vegas. The rooms are very nice. The worst part about this hotel is the incredibly slow elevator - what’s up with that. I’ve never experienced this at any, any other hotel. Everyone complains while waiting for them.
Good location lots of shop on the inside.
It's ok. Nothing special to me..I enjoy the others due to their art much more.
Nice facility, Zapo's is a great place to see a concert.
I came into town for a Def Leppard concert at Zappo Theater... Everyone seemed to be very nice and helpful!
Alexis F Phillips - B.
Great place can't wait to see it refurbished
Not a bad place. Eggs? Can't go wrong!
This place is also amazing shops upon shops something for everyone you can't go wrong here is also close to everything to do
I loved the Marc Savage's show.
Had great time! Very clean edgy and fun!
I really like the atmosphere here, great music all around casino, lively feeling, eye candy especially with the sexy casino dealer outfits and go-go dancers. Nice gym, comfortable hotel beds, good spa area too.
Not one of our favorite places to gamble. Never do anything. To loud and congested feeling. Have not stayed in there rooms recently, so cannot comment. There are many bars and restaurants.
The best mall on the Vegas strip!
Its PH not Aria but all in all the newer rooms arent too shabby.
Hotel rooms have gotten a lot nicer since the redesign... But I'm giving PH 5*'s because year after year for over a decade of trips... The staff has been amazing. Waitresses that remember you by name years later, service with a genuine smile. Great customer interaction.
Great place to stay off the strip
Great hotel, free parking.
Koi restaurant is top notch. Kris Angel show is also great. Check them out!
Beautiful place, but not spectacular like other hotels in Las Vegas.
Had a great time seeing def leppard
Good location with many things to see around.
Awesome ,clean ,cheap ,yet great places to eat
Must see. We went to Vegas the Show at Saxe theater. Highly recommended.
Great place to hang out there are lots of shows. And If you want to shop there are stores the Cascino is great had alot of fun! There are all kinds of fun things there there is even a bar that a robot makes the drinks it's called tipsy robot go check it out its worth it.
Great room and place. Would definitely stay there again!
Booked a room for a non smoking two queen beds in months advance. Pre checkin in early morning on arrival date. Offer us a smoking upgraded suite with two queen beds at check in. Both of us has asthma so can't take it. Then they offer us a room has one king bed non smoking room. I traveled with my teenage son. I told them we couldn't sleep in one bed. Their argument were their website shows they will try to offer you two queen beds if it is available. Be careful this wording game everyone! After a long 15 mins negotiation, they agree to add an extra bed in a king bed room. No walk way after they add the extra small rollaway bed in room. The room decorations shows wears & tears. Beside the location, I'll not come back again. Mandalay Bay always give us two queen beds on our booking.
Great food options, casino vibe is full of energy. Great spot
I like it here, close to everything! We did the 24 hour buffet pass save us money !
Love planet Hollywood I always stay here when I come to Vegas.
For the prices they could do a lot better with the upkeep of the place ! Was highly disappointed. Drinks at the casino watered down and staff rude if you turn down their offers . However it is a great location on the strip.
Friendly staff stayed at the Bellagio and went here for the Chris angel show probably should of stayed here like the environment
We enjoyed this hotel and casino, rooms are large and nicely decorated. Slots seemed tight, none of us won in our group.
Love this hotel and all it had to offer
I'm a bit surprised at this as it is on the strip. First of all the room was great. I had no complaints at all, but not very different than other hotels there. However, the casino seems smaller and unimpressive, and there are no interesting restaurant choices at all. There is nothing really wrong with it at all, just not very impressive. That is the best way to describe it on the whole
This hotel, well the casino part, is amazing. The mall connected to it is HUGE, we enjoyed our time visiting here.
I like the casino, it's well run and friendly enough. Certainly a fun casino for the non-professional gambler. We stayed in a panorama suite which was very nice. The carpet was ready for an upgrade as it showed major wear. The smell of marijuana was kind of embedded in the suite as well. Concierge service was available via text and helped with reservations and other needs effectively. I would consider staying here again in the future.
The resort fee is a joke
Excellent rooms , excellent staff , our free drinks during gambling were very weak
awesome. Restaurants and food options were plentiful and delicious. I will stay here again for sure!
First time in Vegas , would definitely stay in PH again. Location location location !! Amazing pool , quick walk to the strip. Book a fountain view room and you won't regret it !
What's not to like about Vegas ???????????
Lots of great food
Great ambience, beautiful people.
Haven't been here since the Aladdin days....very nice !
You can't be the free parking! Awesome shops and easy access to strip.
5 stars for keeping Gordon Ramsey’s burger there
Food was horrible, absolutely foul.
Stephen J. L.
Excellent location for a great weekend trip to the Vegas Strip.
Very nice hotel. I definitely recommend it.
Worth visiting for Gordon Ramsay Burger.
Great time at this casino, friendly staff, good views and reasonable hotel prices. Also it is centrally located and a short ride from the airport.
Not a great room for the money. Shops are nice but the rest was lackluster. The pool was crazy loud with dated music. Huge resort fees. At least parking was free.
Gorgeous and great venue for def leppard
I've worked, shopped, stayed in the hotel and I've had breakfast in here and honestly they have excellent service and prices, not to cheap not to expensive????????
They have a great steak house called Pampas
The place is so big and has so much to do that my feet still hurt from being there!
We went for a concert and were pleased with the amenities. The Zappos theater was nice with helpful staff. Very clean. The mall was a nice distraction. The only drawback is parking, but it is in downtown Vegas.
Arthur Leon M.
Chris Angle was awesome will visit again. Awesome place
We visited the robot bartender. It was very interesting to watch. The drink was too bad for a robot making it.
Need some cool kicks come here good prices too.
It's great nice food good entertainment
The pictures featured online were nicer, the room did not have Keurig/ coffee maker. I was told to call for room service or go to Starbucks for hot water so I can make tea... Bizarre. Motel 6 has coffee machines, so this doesn't make sense. Pools were small, and children are allowed to come in after hours. For all the disappointment, I was even more turned off by the resort fee being more than hotels that offer way more. I won't return here, but I will positively rate the mall they have. Their location is also ideal.
Loved my stay the best view take a look we could see both swimming pools and the surf area. We had a issue with our safe we were gone all day and someone tried to open the safe even though they fell. Could have been malfunction. Not sure. The hotel staff was great reset the safe and we were good to go. The hotel leads right into the mall everything you need don't have even go outside if you don't have to. Oh and the room had a refrigerator. We bought bottle water. Lot cheaper then paying $3.00 for one. We caught the bus and went to Fremont street what a experience
Always beautiful women frequent their
Good attraction. Shops were nice
Nice room and view, take out 1 star for mall parking (walk too far)
Awsome...when my HUSBAND was alive.
We had a great time. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly.
Generally an ok experience. Room was comfortable, but did have tape on the ceiling, and something I'll want to say was tomato juice stain also on the ceiling above the fridge. Trying to find your way around the casino floor to where you want to go was confusing due to cramming in as many gaming stations as possible, and placing signage in locations that were blocked from sight.
Visited this casino property to see a show / concert in one of its halls. We did not stay there. It seemed pretty much like every other casino, full of noise, smoke, people milking around, gambling, flashing lights, etc.
Loved the stores here! Coming back ????
A beautiful place to be a lot of things to see
Comfortable rooms, great casino and connected to a convenient shopping mall
The customer service throughout was great. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Really thats all that matters in vegas!!!! The view in the room was awesome too!!!! Definitely stay here again!!!
Different shops and restaurants. Cool atmosphere.
This hotel is amazing. I thought we were outside when I went inside, but you're not. The clouds up top look so real, but beautiful. We went for a comedy show. It was good and funny.
Best hotel on the strip! Amazing customer service. The rooms are spacious and comfy. My go to everytime we head to Vegas. Can't wait to go back!
Dr Christine O.
Awesome!! Won $400 on roulette :)
The worst stay at las vegas. Around 3 am we wanted to get back to our room but the lock on the door wasn't working. We went to the reception to get help, the receptionist was a very rude and careless girl and after she send us back and forth to our room for couple times and each time with a new key, she finally believed that the lock is not working!! Then, she said that I don't have anyone to send to your room to check it right now! Finally we had to wait around 45 minutes until someone comes and open the door for us. She didn't apologized at all and she kept being rude and the worst thing that really pissed me of was that every time I talked to her she would turn around and respond to my boyfriend instead!!!
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room with awesome bath. Our room overlooked the Bellagio fountains. Try the poutine at Gordon Ramsay's burger.
Loved it!! I loved Mindfreak starring Chris Angel!! Great show!!
We stayed here for our Def Leppard concert! Enjoyed everything but the stinking cigarette smoke. Don't know why our king bed we reserved was given away by the time we got there..???????????? The weekend undoubtedly would have turned out different. But we did appreciate our upgrade to the 38th floor! Talk about a room with a view!
Food was good and I won money so 5 stars
Fantastic location and top notch rooms. It Says, i am on Vacation. Love it. Las Vegas. Yea
Really nice place. Great mood and lots of choices for things to do.
Every room is unique yet weekend prices are scary
Tons of fun super clean great prices would recommend
Seen def leppard at the zappos theater. Sound and def leppard was amazing.
Nice rooms... Attached to mile high shops made it extra fun!!
Had a lot of gun here . The restaurants and food are great.
Big brash loud and totally Vegas !!!
Alot of fun, great place to shop
Went there for a show, which was hilarious. Don't opt for VIP seats, as it doesn't give u any additional advantage for the extra $20 bucks u are paying.
Love the crowd. Real hip. Very cool. P.F Changs inside a plus!!!
Great central location on the strip. The rooms are clean and and well decorated and it's a great value for what you get compared to other hotels nearby. Parking is free which is now rare on the strip but you have to walk through the mall to get to the parking lot, but the mall is quite convenient for food and for shopping. Remember to make time for the slow elevators.
One of my favorite hotels.
Chris Angel is awesome! Nice casino!
Disappointed. Not a lot of memorabilia, the service was very slow and the food was okay. Not worth the price.
Was very interesting most shops were closed so was disappointed
Huzaifa Akbarali F.
Chris angel show is tooo good to be true. Way too awesome to visit and not see...
Bubba Gump is awesome
We walked here to go to the Starbucks and wandered around looking at the different restaurants in here and enjoyed it. Only issue I had was a machine glitched on me so we tried to find an attendant to fix it and my husband spent 20 min walking around looking for one and finally did. He was friendly and the issue was resolved so major complaints. Just surprised at how slow they were.
Jose B Garcia J.
Cris Angel Show was Great!..Must See!
The milkshakes at Cafe Hollywood were fantastic.
Staff are friendly. Rooms was good.
the mall is really nice..????
Our favorite resort to stay at when coming to Vegas. Nice rooms and always a good view. We also love the restaurants and casino. If you're coming to Vegas and looking for a hood time that is not going to break the bank. Planet Hollywood has some of the best prices and when quality is added in I'd say they have the best price. Can't beat the location either.
Always a great place to visit. Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino is always fun to walk around. There is always something to do and you will see so many different characters all around the place. A great place to shop, eat and people watch.
This was an excellent place to start our Bachelorette party. We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. With Casino downstairs and plenty of resturants to choose from.
This place is so cool and fun!!
Jersey Shore Family Vacation anyone?
Centrally located on the strip. Clean rooms and spacious.
Very nice did2stay but would consider on our next trip
Had a ball the casino was really nice
Had a great time and I will go again
I would like it more of didn't have resort
Bob James L.
My family and I were constantly harassed by employees and security.Charged extra resort fees, incidental, and other hidden fees. I was not notified until my arrival. If currently looking for a good time in Las Vegas this hotel is not where you should stay.
This is not just a casino and hotel. There is a shopping mall with tons of restaurants at least three theaters with live shows. The interior is amazing. If you go to Vegas I highly recommend you visit here.
Overpriced, ok food nothing special.
Nice place to hang out and gamble.
Younger crowd, casual, party atmosphere, good shopping
Enjoyed the Zappos concert venue. Flights was fun for dinner.
Classic ceiling painted like the sky
it's good but not excellent
Gorgeous casino,great service
Fun casino with a hotel hidden above. Hard to navigate like most Vegas casinos, but you'll get what you need.
Super neat hotel with a huge mall inside of it! They have "Gordon Ramsay Burger", and other unique places to eat at.
Came here to see Criss Angel-Mind Freak! Nice hotel and great location for the show.
What a beautiful place! Gordon Ramsey's Burger Restaurant was TOP NOTCH ????????????
Very nice must visit
Lots of affordable eats and shopping!!
Had a great time???
Casinos need to adopt a no smoking policy, and have more bars with music entertainment.
Loved it classy great place
Went to pampas, had good food and a great time.
One stop shopping for vacation in Las Vegas. Shows, food, shopping, great place.
We hit the most $.even if we stayed at mgm
This is always a good place to stop on the strip when in Vegas. You got the Miles shopping mall with many eatery and shopping selection. The casino is nicely maintained and have a bit of the nostalgic Hollywood flavour to it. We stay at one of resort timeshare connected to this place.
The shopping center is nice, has quite a variety of stores. You should be able to find most of what you need without going to far.
Staff is super nice and playing the slots was good experience too. The waitress come around often so your never without a drink
PH is one of favorite hotels on the strip. It has tons of restaurants to pick from and shops. The rooms are big and comfy.
Slot machine action was awesome . They have plenty of table play and although it took some time to get a drink... Once you did they kept coming. Very colorful place to play and all day to do it in. They also have the indoor mall which is nice for walking around.
Fun themed casino. Lots of room and lots of table games.
Fun time. Excellent burger from Gordan ramsays burger
Loved the Chris Angel show. Just don't forget to leave your camera in your room. Had to leave my other have. Given 4 different sets of directions to take my camera for keeps during the show. How ever I and every one else got to keep our cellphones.
Loved this place. Gotta go back again!
The best to get good food
Love their sport book great place to take a nap!
Great place awesome energy
Too much noise every 5 to 10 planes flying over to land at Vegas airport couldn't sleep from the noise 19th floor
Great venue for seeing live shows. All seats are good seats, great light shows.
Cool casino geared to a younger customer base.
We went there to go to a concert at the Zappos arena. spent some time in the mall area and had dinner and one of the restaurants.Watching people Las Vegas is just a crazy place.
Overwhelming! So much in one place. Cool shopping area.
Loved it! Going back there today for a dinner and a show.
Enjoyed the Miracle Mile Shops. Really enjoyed the Ocean One Bar & Grill.
Super cool presidential suite. All white with a stylish modern design. Nice artwork and a giant round bed.
Love staying at this hotel. It’s close to everything and is attached to a mall, what more could a girl ask for! Just make sure to stay on a higher floor bc you will be able to smell the smoke in your room from the casino below. I was on the 8th floor at first and had to move bc my eyes were burning so bad from the smoke. Be prepared to pay a $37 resort fee per night
Bad food, to noisy and machine take money and don't pay back
Awesome Def Leppard concert. We had a great time.
Do not valet your car at check in. They will charge you 15 dollars. That was my experience
We enjoyed our visit everyone was very helpful and courtesy
It was nice I'm just not a fan of Vegas and have nothing to compare it to.
Its great. A bunch of newly remodeled rooms. Excellent service when we check in, every single time. It's got excellent shopping. The machines could be a little looser, lol. The restrooms on caasino floor are always sanitary.
Too big. Near airport. No cheap tables. Too cold????
No other place we will stay in Vegas. Planet Hollywood has everything you could possibly need.
Good place to shop. Watch shows and hang out.
I come here for the beer and the good times.
Miracle Mile was as described:). Cool architecture and lots of shops. Saw a magic comedy show that was excellent
Planed Hollywood makes for a great place to stay, shop, dine and be entertained. It is a hip hotel and there is always something going on. Hold on to your wallets folks, the shopping here is to die for!
Fun! Packed filled with people.
Hip place to shop n watching hip ppl going shopping!
Enjoyed dinner at La Cafe. Food was delicious. Outside seating is better than inside. Seemed short of servers; meant slow service.
Beautiful! Went to see Def Leopard last night at the Zappo theater and it was super dupper to say the least. Had a great time! Venue was amazing!
Nice rooms. Well appointed and nicely furnished. One of the better hotels on that block and decent rates to boot. I didn't expect to like it, but I did. Likely going to book my next stay here as well.
This is truly one of my favorite places to go for hotels food and gambling. It's like I'm on another planet LOL great job guys!
Ocean one $5 lunch and many more bfast and affordable lunch eateries.....blondies has grt $5 b.fast...shops affordable...keep those eat prices low!
It's been sum yrs since I've been there.. can't wait to go back to Las Vegas tho and not just Las Vegas
Casino is tight, but I love the mall. ABC store is the best if you forgot something from home they have everything.
Great place to see a concert !
I love their mile mall....lots of stores for the whole family
Planet Hollywood is the best hotel that you can hang sleep eat and chill at in Las Vegas but the best restaurant ever step foot in was ocean one in the Planet Hollywood very inexpensive $5 for a salmon meal fresh salmon at that $3 for margaritas all day enjoy
What a phenomenal place. So many places to visit and shops to explore
Love the atmosphere! Love the food! Love the shopping!! Can never get enough!! So many things to do and see!! It is a must see!! One stop shop!! Better yet they have a Sugar Factory bar!!! Woot woot!!
Def leppard rocked best concert I've been to in along time
The check-in process was fairly straight forward, with a small, overlook-able, snag. I attempted an early check in via Kiosk, as I arrived around noon. However, my room was not ready (no problem, understandable), but I was given the option to receive a notification once my room was available. Unfortunately I never received that notification and after 3 hours of waiting, I attempted to check in again and found that my room was ready. Very minor inconvenience, but something that could be improved upon. The check in staff member was accommodating, combining my 2 different reservations (1 business and 1 personal) into a single reservation without having to check out. My room was exactly what I expected for a Las Vegas casino hotel room on the strip. As I did not spend a whole lot of time in the hotel room itself, the amenities provided were to my satisfaction. The king size bed was very comfortable an did not feel anywhere near the end of its lifespan. The amount of TV stations was adequate for me to find something to watch, though the USB port on the TV did not seem to like the movies I had brought on a USB drive. Wifi was adequate, with an available network port. The bathroom was very clean (though the shower and tub drain was very slow), possibly look into 2 sinks instead of just the 1. One of the things I really appreciated, my room came with a usable mini refrigerator, not one of those that they try to sell you things from,(where you cannot store anything but their for sale items). I was able to store many bottles of water, Powerade, and beer, which was really convenient for the amount of walking that I did (not the beer). I hope that they maintain having a usable mini refrigerator and not replacing it with a useless refrigerator that I would never purchase overpriced items from. The housekeeping staff here are very pleasant. I met two of the housekeepers and both of them were very friendly and accommodating. A couple of times I had returned to my room while they were resetting things and had no problem letting me pick up an item or drop an item off, after confirming that my card opened the door lock. The primary lady who had been tending to my room remembered me but maintained the hotel policy, which I understand and am totally in agreement with. The house keeping staff reset the room daily without much issue (one time forgetting to replace the floor towel, nothing to get upset about) Overall, I had a great experience. The price of my room was very reasonable and thankfully, they did not jack up the resort fee like some other casinos recently. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Mini refrigerator was very handy. The location was very centralized for accessing the various places along the strip, either by taxi/Uber or monorail. I would recommend Planet Hollywood as a great place to stay on the strip and would stay here again in the future.
I just started my new job at the Mandera Spa and Salon I Love it, its beautiful and everyone is so friendly and professional come check us out!!!
I went to Planet Hollywood for an overnight stay to see Def Leppard in concert. It was a memorable experience. The venue itself was smaller and more intimate than a colliseum which was nice. All in all it was pretty cool!
Mall was nice...good variety of clothing items
Really fun casino with a young type of vibe

It's so much fun here the opportunities are endless.
The room was average in comparison to others on the strip. Quite small but the king bed was comfortable enough. Several cons: 1. Room wasn’t cleaned properly for our arrival. There was left over hair in a few places in the bathroom. We left a tip for the cleaner to make sure it was clean the next day. That did the trick, it seems. 2. Our room (1617) had a noise every 5 minutes (literally) that sounded like a tram going by, followed by our room slightly shaking from the noise. It didn’t make sense to be a tram since we were on the 16th floor, but that’s exactly how it sounded like. And this went from about 5/6am all the way until about 1/2am. DO NOT take this room. Change it if you get Room # 1617 3. There is a HUGE bubble of water in the ceiling over the bathtub. It is going to pop any minute & water will start leaking from the floors above. Not a very pleasant sight to see when you’re taking a bath. The stay was average. No coffee in the room either. The hotel itself is average, too. Medium-sized casino (compared to others on the strip), pool had no shade at all unless you buy one of those enclosed day beds. And lastly... $42 daily resort fee... my lord. How times have changed.
Best casino. Pleasure pit is pretty cool idea.
I've stayed at PH Las Vegas three times now and I'm already looking forward to my fourth trip to PH. I've stayed at one other place a few times in Vegas and I feel you get a lot better service at PH.
Lots to do, friendly staff, and even Mondays area busy.
Super packed but always delivers a luxurious experience.
Very nice hotel one of the bests in Vegas
Had a great time Plaet Hollywood casino in Vegas!! Enjoyed the casino, the restaurants, and the gambling!???? Great food!! Close to most of the other places to go. Paris, Eiffel Tower. The Aria and others.
Good central spot on the strip close to all and fairly decent.
The shops are very affordable for Strip prices...Food and drinks are good..The entertainment is Exactly...Dont forget to stop by FAT TUESDAYS
Lots of nice restaurants. Pretty ckean
Went to Def Leppard concert, it was an amazing concert! Love the venue, just the right size for a concert.
Only 4 because I lost $60 playing slots... I Should have stopped when I was up!
Chris Angel Mind freak
One of the old Casinos. Used to be Aladdins. You get a rainstorm inside every hour on the hour. Brilliant shopping.
Absolutely the best of the best. No burger would come to this level.
Absolutely pitiful. Terribly disappointed.. will never that building ever again if I can help it!
Planet Hollywood has never bee a disappointment. Everything Vegas conveniently surrounds the property. It is live and trendy...and the rooms do not smell like an ashtray. Party up!!!
Very lovely visual set-up inside the shopping area
So fun , great vibes and staff was so friendly
Ca Kris K.
Had the best time at the pool.. A dad with 2 kids and beach bwas able to do the Flowrider for 2 sessions and the most fun this year.. ....and Hot.Hot.Hot bikini blackjack dealers at the pool...
Keith; Iceman F.
They charge an undisclosed mandatory fee for internet which was not very good.
Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas is always a great time enjoy with friends and friends
Best mall i ever been to..a must go if you in Vegas..
Fun atmosphere cool themes and good chances to win money
Went to see def laperard in concert an it was awesome.
Alot of fun and huge area for casino
Went to the def Leppard concert!!! Was awesome
Greatstaff wonderful executive hosts and excellent valet
One of the best location on the strip. You are in the middle. The hotel rooms are very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is mall and restaurant that you can access from inside the the hotel casino. This.was the view from our.
Josue M E.
Blondies has a great atmosphere..
Stayed here when I got married as well as for my honey moon! It was great and we got two free nights ????
Pompas was an excellent place to eat drink reccomend
Always a great place to stay fresh in this hot a*$ heat!
Stayed for 2 nights in suite.. Cant complain a awesome view of the strip..
Lovely place. Near fact that it is fully air conditioned did ot for me because the Vegas heat was shocking! Nice selection of shops and theaters
Very clean casino room was quiet
Average as far as LV Casinos go. Good shopping precinct but nothing spectacular.
Great place to eat, meet friends a play.
David Copperfield show is absolutely the best magician you will EVER see....worth every damn penny!
Very nice resort. Room was spacious, could get a little lost making your way through the casino, but that's by design. Went to a concert at Zappos theater, great sound, good concessions. Dinner at gordon ramsay burger was delicious. Only thing I didnt like was the searching for 3 to 2 bj tables, and no water in the room though there was a fridge. Will stay here again.
Lots of shops to fit everyone's taste. And plenty of food options.
Just got a drink there. Its OK, nothing special
We had a great time!
Awsome concert venue DEF LEPPARD was overwelming!!
I sow Gwen Stefani here few weeks ago; I have seen Britney too. They book the best shows in town.
Love Planet Hollywood its perfect esp with the mall downstairs
Get to see some wax characters and gamble, eat & shop in one
Room was awesome, we upgraded to a view suite and they delivered. We could hear and feel the pool music, but they shut the music and pool area down about 6pm. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. The "fried egg" lamp was a fun touch. We will definitely be back for other shows and will stay here again.
Lively place. It's where it is happening.
all of your employees are rude and not helpful at all. I will never come here again
Never disappoints to come weather to gamble check out shows or shop around
Big and great hotel,in the center of las vegast strip.the rooms are big and very clean.
Pool service is absolutely terrible. Waiting in line for 15 mins to get a drink and then they served people who weren't in line, just butted to the front. Hotel was nice but in Vegas an awesome pool experience is also a necessity when deciding where to stay. I actually went back into the hotel snack shop to get some drinks.
The place is Beautiful and everything is so clean also the rooms
Great place to people-watch the bartenders are great there
The gym here is worse than my gym in my own garage. I was in the sauna and they came in and said the gym and sauna closes at 7pm so went to the pool which also closed at 7pm even though its still sunny out in the summer. It is so smoke filled downstairs I can't breathe. And the water pressure is probably the worse you will ever find in a hotel not a happy customer right now :/
Friendly staff and centrally located around other shops and attractions. The indoor "thunderstorm" is a must see!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not care about customers at all. Rooms are dirty and old, mold in bathroom, wallpaper peeling off, food and trash from guests before. After already taking 2 hours to checks in we waste another hour to get a clean room. Manager didnt care and did nothing to make up for their mess ups. Then on top of that they over charge me and a week after my stay have not gotten that money back. Talked to several managers and cant get anything resolved. Hotel is sub par at best stay somewhere else. Way better hotels on the strip than this like cosmopolitan where we will stay next time.
One of my favorite casinos. The spice bar buffet is always our go to in Vegas
Huge, but pleasant. Staff encounters were good.
The best bang for your buck.
Clean new and well organized.
Love this casino. Haven't stayed in a room but we always visit when we are in vegas
Fun, cool atmosphere, nice layout, good food and shopping!!
Good food great hospitality
There always something going on there. Staff was cool! Great atmosphere!!!
Great casino. Clean and very friendly people.
I won big thank-you Planet Hollywood
I was at the rain storm place at the top of the hour. There was no rain. I feel cheated. I am never coming to this casino again.
This is my go to for hotel and gambling spots I Vegas, always lots to do and a very happening place.
Miracle Mile shops, eateries and scheduled rains at 'The River' are worth the time to visit and see.
Love Planet Hollywood but the buffet was bad the food was cold and not a lot to eat not my best choose for the buffet.
We Had So Much Fun!!!!! We just Enjoyed Everyday And Every night we were so tired
Came back to my room and my toothbrush was moved and my bag was rummaged through. First and last time I'll ever stay on Caesar property. Disgusting.
It would be nice, but Nick in Pleasure pit ruined it. Every other person was extremely nice and friendly. But this guy was aggressive out of nowhere. Be aware.
No wayer preasure, room was sparse and a little beat up. Carino layout is worse than most. Burger at Gordon Ramsy was horrible, who puts sweet pickles on a burger? at least warn me. Slow service and ok staff across the board..lost my reservation, over charged then fixed it...ok fine. Very ok.
Amazing views and high quality rooms.
Enjoy the shops in the Mall and the Casino ????????
Cheap hotel, needs updates such as new carpet throughout. Room was basic and not clean.
Nice rooms and perfect location.
Great atmosphere...preferred casino overall
Stayed in room 2276 had an AMAZING view of the strip. The room and bathroom were beautiful and spacious. My only critique would be an air vent by the window was very dirty(maybe not ideal for someone with respiratory issues). Didn't go to the gym or pool, frequented the casino; not great if u can't deal with cigarette smoke. My biggest issue was in the casino and being tailed by a timeshare representative. Can't remember her name, she was a Latina with dark curly hair. She followed my sister and I to the atm; not cool and extremely overbearing (guess that's to be expected ????). But all in all, I enjoyed what this resort offered.
Really cool place, the pickup and drop-off underneath the building though is a nightmare
It is a every nice to stay.at Planet Hollywood Resort.
Angel Jennen S.
Great servers, fun atmosphere. My daughter and I had a great time!
Great show...crazy girls
Their newly renovated room are very competitively priced and a pleasure to stay in. Went for a "staycation" due to the amazing location of being located right in the middle of the strip. Would definitely stay here again if they keep the weekday room prices low.
Luis Angel Martinez R.
Great experience! Great service, nice rooms and a lot of everything.
High-energy environment with the biggest wins. Great shopping/bars for those not wanting to gamble.
Reasonable prices, nice people, and great food
Great food, great service, Chris Angel was fantastic.
The Casino is more pleasant than other Hotelcasinos in the Strip. The Buffet has man's choices.
This is where we are spending our vacation. It has everything you need and more. Restaurants, mall casino, theaters and pool!!
Nice and interesting
The NeverEnding loud music, smoking as well as extremely high prices make this a no-return place
Great place to be at the strip. Rooms are very spacious.
So far, my stay isn't going so well. When you phone the hotel to book a room, it states never pay a resort fee. But when I check in I'm paying resort fees. When I did check in, I was practically rushed in and out. I asked about a room with a view I was told my room had a strip view. All I see is the roof of the casino. I get in the room and the light switch next to the door doesn't control anything. The pedestool light is broken and barely hanging on by some wires. I called from the room to inquire about a room with a view and I was told you got what you paid for and was hung up on. So now I'm currently down stairs trying to see what I can do about my room.
Loved PH hotel has been renovated. Great atmosphere.
Our host Amy is good. She knows where we like our room to be facing which is the water fountain of Bellagio. She answered questions when asked. The rooms are awesome. Haven't had a bad experience so far. Thanks planet Hollywood
Always have fun here.
The view is amazing. I can see the other hotels on the strip plus the mountains in the background. The staff is professional and courteous. Around the clock room service is s big plus, I never experienced this. I get a text from my personal concierge to contact if I needed help. Best gift I gave my wife for her birthday
Spacious rooms, lavish bathroom with separate shower area, well located hotel on the Vegas strip. Good restaurant, food options. Casino is OK, with miracle mile shops around. Service at reception could have been better
Love it here! Great atmosphere and great place for small buy-in poker tournaments!
Your average casino on the strip with decent entertainment and shopping.
So much to do here. Definitely booking during my next Vegas visit
Regjo Da M.
I will be staying here when I go back great atmosphere
Just ok lost money to fast.
I wish I could of stayed there but we went to go watch criss angel best Magic show in Los Vegas. You rock criss angel!
I have stayed here several times and I’ve never had a a bad experience. The experience they give you here is exceptional. I stayed here for my !bday last year and they spoiled me. It was the best! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The food choices are great at night after you get back to your room from a crazy night. Staff is happy any helpful.
It's a nice place , great shows, good shopping center, kosher dary store, strong air conditioning inside, a good place to visit
I stayed at Planet Hollywood from 7/17 and left on 7/20. My plane was delayed. I called to be sure my non-smoking room would not be given away. They placed me on the "late arrivals" list. When I arrived the check-in clerk said I could not have a non-smoking room b/c there were none left. The room had a stale cigarette odor. I was on the 6th floor - where the pool is. Be prepared. It is a very noisy hallway. The final night of my stay folks checked in next door and threw a party from 11- midnight when I called security. I could hear F bombs and very loud rap music. Not at all conducive to sleep. Security must have asked them to quiet down. They left and returned at 4;30 am to finish out their party. There was no going back to sleep for me at that point. When I mentioned it to the staff upon check out - his comment - well it was Friday night in Vegas. Thanks much. Won't be back.
We gambled and ate here nice place no complaint
I won't be back. The parking is way on the other end of the complex. Nothing is well marked to get you where you need to go. I'm not i.pressed at all. The room I got is nice getting to it is the problem.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now... very central on the strip and great vibe.
Really nice gaming floor. They also have a nice mall and plenty of restaurants.
Trendy hotel with a great night life!
I love the decor, wish I could live here!!!
Saw criss angel. FANTASTIC!
Lovely casino. Lots of restaurant choices
Friendly helpful staff, good verity of slots old and new. Good pay back ratio, drinks plentiful and served with a smile. Casino was clean and we'll organized. I didn't stay there, just gambled, but will go back.
Awesome huge hotel and casino
I am so disgusted with Planet Hollywood and it’s management. They put us in a room backing a elevator and it sounds as though a freight train is running through the room every few minutes. I am paying $160 a night and $42 resort fee for phone calls and the gym which I won’t be using on this trip. I called down to ask for a room change as it is impossible to sleep through the room shaking and was told there is nothing they can do I must go downstairs and talk to a manager. I go downstairs and speak to manager “Frank” who informed me there is nothing he can do but give me EARPLUGS!!! I won’t be getting any sleep tonight due to noise and will never stay at another Cesar resort ever again!!!
Rooms were clean staff hotel staff was amazing our room wasn't done and we arrived early it was hot so they was able to not only get us into room but upgraded us too! Couldn't be more happier with the hotel staff very helpful
Very noisy at night, only way to get to rooms is across the casino floor. Music also blasted obnoxiously loud in the elevators. The rooms themselves are nice, but the noise is a major turn off. If you could easily get to the room without crossing the casino floor and if the elevators were more typical volume the rating would have been much higher.
One of my favorite hotels to stay at and we ate brunch at the spice market buffet almost every morning
I usually have a good time here one bar has a live band a few days a week. Remodelled rooms are nice. But people come to this place to party hard and it gets thrashed daily. Casino floor and hotel hallways can get pretty messy.
Great Hotel to stay at, Glad to have gone back for the Rehab Summit looking forward to the next time I can go! Went to a Great Show in the Miracle Mile Shops, Popovich where He, Talented Animals, and Humans do Amazing Tricks! Also, Rainforest Cafe is an Excellent and fun place to Go for Breakfast, Lunch, &/or Dinner :)
Over charged by a whole day, then snarky service when asked to correct “their” mistake. Also had to call maintenance multiple times to repair room issues.
Love going here for the shopping, casino, and restaurants. I haven't stayed in the hotel here yet, but would like to try it at some point.
It was clean. They had some nice, reasonably priced restaurants. And the location is good.
One of the better places to stay in Vegas. Secret place for pizza in the casino which is amazing. Pool is very cool to hang out in the sun and have fun
Great rooms, plenty of shopping & restaurants in the resort. One of the better theaters as well as short walk to several major venues
Very nice rooms with a great view but hotel management have the pool speakers facing upward with full volume so that the guests facing the strip cannot stay in their room during the day. Windows will vibrate because of the high volume even on the 32nd floor.
The Summary G.
The most underrated casino on the strip. Centrally located (bested maybe only by Paris), great atmosphere, good restaurants in the casino. Rooms are solid, but there are slightly better ones. Overall though great place.
The mall inside is really cool, we only ate the buffet here and it was TERRIBLE. It was so bad people were trying to get a refund when we were leaving.
A special shouout to Amy at the front desk. There was an issue with our reservation, and she more than took care of it. Great rooms, great location, great service. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Vegas.
Gotta love the pin up pizza
Didn't get the rooms next to each other like we asked. Were surprised with all of the fees they managed to sneak in and too tired when we left to dispute any of them like we should have. Ended up having to wait a long time to check out because they decided to remove the checkout option from the automated terminals which was stupid. The rooms are awkwardly laid out and the bathrooms offer no privacy and no fans in the toilet area (awful when you're sharing a bathroom). Plus when we were there a few nights and didn't ask for cleaning to come they sent a security guy up to look through the room, which was uncomfortable and seemed unnecessary. While located on the strip the pool was sub par and closed notably earlier than we expected. For what was paid the experience was altogether not what we would have expected from a four star hotel. There are likely better hotels and wish we had looked into another option for our stay.
Random Things A.
It's ok didn't stay only went to see GWEN STEFANI SHE WAS FABULOUS!
Most busiest and most happening, entertaining casino. Dealers are beautiful
I am not liking smelling like smoke all of the time. There are about 12 non smoking slot machines with the rest being smoking...just going to the conference area and back to the sleeping room I would totally smell like smoke. Across from Starbucks in the lobby is a makeup store...the employees are the pushiest people I have ever encountered. I would go 10 minutes out of my way just to not have to go past these ignorant pushy people!!! They do not take NO for an answer!!!
The room was nice but a little too small for two females . After checking in we saw that our toilet's flush was too weak the toilet paper wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone take a look or we could just switch rooms. We had to go out to meet the rest of the group so we asked to have it repaired. After the call I noticed there was only one set of towels. I didn't want to call again so I left a note. We returned to the room a few hours later and it was fixed AND there was two more sets of towels. I should have sprung for the Aria like the other people in our group or tried the $20 trick but I was too chicken. Our room felt kinda outdated and basic. The service was fantastic though from the check in staff to the friendly casino staff plus the location is so convenient. The table minimums are also better than the Aria and feels a lot more welcoming and warm.
Amazing! Best Hotel ever! I wouldn't stay anywhere else, it has the most amazing view of the Bellagio fountains!
Awesome Place enjoyed Hitzville Show
Fun way to lose some money!
Great food, great shows and atmosphere!
Great hotel always fun place to stay.
Probably the best situated hotel in Vegas in my opinion.
Dave Hottwatts W.
so many great places in here. gotta see it
Great restaurants and reasonable drinks!
I’ve never been to Vegas so I’m not sure what the norm is, but this seems to be an older hotel that has simply been doing surface repairs- the shower filled with water within seconds and when maintenance came to check a clogged toilet it seemed to be a normal occurrence. They don’t seem to care that customers smoke weed in the rooms, so expect your room to smell of weed and all they will do about it is spray an air freshener in the room. We found garbage and clothes from other occupants in the room, so they aren’t cleaning the rooms thoroughly either. I give two stars because the location is alright, and if you’re a diamond member it’s worth it but if you aren’t a diamond member there’s all kinds of service fees they’ll slap on. If I ever stay in Vegas again, I’d stay elsewhere.
One of the worst places on the strip to get in and out of with a vehicle I don't know why or understand how the hotel can allow the traffic that it does at the front door it appears that all the rideshares can't even Park where they need to because the limos take up all the spots the Cabs have to fight it out with everybody someone needs to take control it's terrible
So many shopping options and well air conditioned!
Great food. Too bad Gordon Ramsey didn't show up!
This place is really nice and food is affordable, this place caters to the people
One of the better malls and cassinos on the strip.
A great hotel and casino with a mostly young to middle age crowd. Lots of fun can be had here.
Drink girl are slow ... Ok feel very small
Great food places
Good food reasonable restaurant
Love this place! Every single worker there- from the check in staff to the restaurant staff to the people cleaning the rooms- are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is our favorite place to stay on the Strip!
Free parking, lots of shows and shops. Restaurants can be pricey
Room was nice but absolutely terrible service from Livvet at the front desk causes me to leave the poor review. Never been treated with less respect at a place of hospitality before - unbelievable.
A very fun place to visit and the have fun
Very nice people there
My favorite hotel on the strip. Plenty of shopping and dining options, as well as a decent poker room.
Luxury, large room. Trek to get from car park with cases but super atmosphere!!
Great place to gamble. Here for my moms 80th Birthday.
My husband & I love traveling to Las Vegas every year. We have stayed in several hotels. A friend told us to book a room at Planet Hollywood. We booked a room & our plane arrived late. I called inform the hotel that we would arrive after the check in ours. I was inform that it was fine our room would be held until we arrive. We checked in & the hotel put us in a smoking room & we paid for non smoking. Wait we waited on line over 1hour & 30 minutes just to check in. My husband had cancer last year. We don’t smoke. We complained to the hotel they did nothing to accommodate us. The overall experience at Planet Hollywood was terrible including their customer service. I would never stay at this hotel again or recommend anyone.
Beautiful hotel I would recommend
The carpet in my room was soiled.... stained.....I requested a non smoking rooms..... and at check in I was told none were available......the joining door in my room was not secure.....I could not lock it......there were plenty options.....I obviously made the wrong choice.... They comped me for some food ... on top of it all I can move they tell to a non smoking room about noon tomorrow.... disappointed......
The hotel staff was amazing. If you are an active or retired/disabled service member I highly recommend this hotel. Staff are quick to point out there reward programs to save you money. Particularly nice is the free valet for said people. The attached Miracle Mile was icing on the cake. Lombardi's was excellent as was Mr Edwin San Juan the comedian.
Check in service is mediocre, but if you can figure out the kiosks yourself it shouldn't be a problem and you can skip all the lines. No wifi, rooms smell like weed, but that's to be expected in Vegas Strip? We did, of course, bring kids, so it was interesting explaining why our room smelled like skunks and why the walls were full of posters of very obvious breasts. (also surprise resort fees) <br/>update: <br/>when we requested a room change because of the obvious weed smell, they sent over a guy from housekeeping instead to spray the room with mild air freshener. Update 2: Found old dirty ballet flats under our bed. Honestly people. <br/>one star.
This was a return visit with the family. We chose to stay here again as we had a great experience the previous year but also because there were other things to do besides gamble. I booked the wrong room by mistake and the reservations line was extremely helpful. I needed a bigger room as we have a 1 year old who is beginning to run before she walks! Would have loved to give 5 stars but I do not recall the place being so full of smoke. It was hard to breathe and had to dash through the casino floor every time I was there with my daughter. We do visit other hotels so can compare directly and planet Hollywood does appear to not filter out as much smoke as other high end hotels. Apart from this we had another great stay.
Decent rooms. Good location to just about everything on the strip. Quick check-in kiosks were not working
I just want to share my experience with Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino because when the lady gave me the coupons when I was like around the casino she told me that everything was going to be free if I gave him the coupons I ran into a rude waitress guy and he told me I had to pay $45 for the food plus the coupons how do I say I didn't have any money can I just get the food with the coupon and he said I'm sorry I'm afraid I can't let you stay in here and eat luckily I didn't cuss him out
Great vibe, great restaurants. Some of the Table staff could have been nicer
Great, hip vibe.. Just know it's loud for those that don't like that. My one negative review is the valet. If the hotel is busy, they are can not keep up with the rush and it will take extremely long to get your car. Never fails. I'm a frequent Vegas traveler
La Salsa Restaurant has the best happy hour
Omg the music the drinks had a blast
Love the vibe. It's fun and energetic. Directional signs can be a bit confusing though.
Shopping, yeah miracle mile, shows, great food and bars. Entertainment deals
It was always pleasant to meet up friends at PH. Best part is FREE parking... Clean casino, friendly staff, amazing walk through shopping area from parking to casino. Enjoyed every second of it. Great bars and restaurants. Overall, very live and happening place!
Great shopping, but some stores way overpriced. Saw the variety show at x theater. Great funny show.
Breakfast with my very good friend Julie ????????????
Can't get much better than a 1250 sq ft suite with the best view in the hotel
Got Married Here: Ive stayed here many times for business and pleasure. Recently we got married here. Looking for a place to get married in Los Angeles and it was just too expensive. Luckily my wife found that PH does wedding packages. We were married in the chapel, had about 65 guests. Afterwards we all ate at PF Changs and they did a great job. After that we went into our Suite at PH and had a little drinky drink. The package was fantastic and VERY affordable. Definitely think that this is a great option for people who want to get married on a budget but also want something nice. Very memorable
Clean fun place. Loved it
This place is fun and has the true spirit of vegas with girls dancing on the casino floor. Connected to the miracle mile mall it works and has so much to offer. Stay here for a fun time in the middle of the strip.
Srinivas Rao P.
I have been there for one day and I watched a show but it was disappointed because of fire alarm. There is a place looks like real sky . First look ???? I thought it’s real sky but later I found its artificial but it’s wonderful. This building has lots of theatre and a lot of live shows . Whoever visits Vegas must visit this place
Good places to eat on strip. Spice buffet and Gordon Ramsey Burger.
Had a problem with my rates when I went to check out and front desk lady did not want to help at all. Just kept saying the rates are changing all the time and talk to your host. Got it figured out in the end but with all the other great hotels and service around will never stay here again. Nice hotel though.
Awsome room great atmosphere
Florida City E.
Definitely had a great time filming here in Vegas..
Rose Alva Valencia M.
Went to go watch Gwen Stefani at the Zappos theater. It was AWESOME!
Great place for weekend nights
Went to the Pampas Brazilian restaurant for dinner. Extremely delicious food. Meats are brought to your table for your choosing. Almost everything else is buffet-style.
This hotel is very nice location, but the key card for the room is not working well. You will get so much problems with the key card. Also, the service is not good, if you want to get help they don’t really help you and they don’t really know how to talk with the costume!
Had a great time' lots of energy. Diamond Lounge service was awesome
Enjoying shopping making extra money,
Stayed there for 3 nights in a room facing music fountain. Very nice view. Room is clean. The only thing I dislike is the loud music from pool area during daytime. very annoying.
Great Restaurants and Fun Vibe..
Casino is definitely the highlight here!! Very modern and large!! Will definitely be a part of Vegas I visit every time I'm here!
Fun place with some sexy ladies
Great setup staff for our conference. The AC almost froze us out though!
Great service and beautiful rooms
It is big, some rooms are nice, casino is big, it has many stores. It is close to other beautiful hotels and eating places.
Great place it is super confusing walking around but very friendly people to help you find stuff. They have some amazing shows
Pretty good resort and elegant hotel.
Excellent shopping and food choices!
We're staying at Elara by HGVC, but love the Miracle Mile
The mall is nicely designed with the fake sky. Altho u can see the building is a bit old.
51st floor Martin Scorsese suite xxx lush
I expected this place to better than Hollywood Casino in Tunica, MS. It was another casino. The same slots and games as every other casino on the strip. It didn't have any Planet Hollywood displays that I saw.
Free self parking and great shopping. Great restaurants !
Very modern casino, and a beautiful property connected to the mircale mile mall and the Elara.
I had lost my wallet in the Casino which of course is a panicking situation. I went to security in the morning and they had it right there for me including all of my cash that was in it! Thank you!
Great variety of stores to shop, restaurants to eat, and a clean environment.
Awesome and right in the middle of all the action there's a bar koi 20$ to enter and open bar nice for pre gaming then go on no cover guest list and go to a club free just be sure to check what time the guest list closes and if it's free or discounted entry
Nir & Etty Y.
Beauti place, big rooms. everything you need is around you.. shops,food,shows..
Google maps was incorrect and the directions led us to the Waldorf Astoria. After exiting the freeway, turn right and then right on Las Vegas strip. Make a left on Harmon and a left on Planet Hollywood into the parking structure
It's good I loved it and it has casino literally at the bottom
Shows food all great
Clean, spacious and attractive rooms. Friendly staff. Tons of dining and shopping on-site.
Helpful staff, room was nice and clean, fresh sheets and towels every day, perfect base for a good holiday
I love working here in this establishment. Coming from Texas where there are no casinos, to moving out here 6 years ago, I really appreciate the atmosphere and I really enjoy interacting with the patrons. Planet Hollywood is the best hands down, if you want a fun, upbeat atmosphere to enjoy from sun up to sun down
Great concerts and venues. Rooms are priced higher than fancier hotels.

Awesome. You don't have to go outside. Everything is available. There's a mile of shopping extravaganza attached to Planet Hollywood.
So far it’s ok. Still a guest here. The staff are nice enough for sure. Rooms are definitely nice. BUT it ridiculous that there are many indoor smoking areas, you can smoke in the dining and casino area, you can smoke out front, but the only way you can smoke in the giant back patio/pool outdoor area is IF you are gambling. This doesn’t really allow for a well ventilated outdoor area for respectful smokers to go outside. Will probably try a different hotel next time.
Never stayed here but the restaurant and bars are pretty cool and the shops also
The atmosphere is so diverse. It's fun, hype, & cool. The mall is nice many stores to choose from. There are tons of food places to eat at too. Parking is FREE!!! VALET IS FREE TOO but only to Reward members with the card. I ate a Gordon Ramsay's Burger. I loooove it there. Their burgers are amazing. I hate ketchup but their special spicy ketchup is really tasty. I highly recommend. Sorry I don't have any pictures. It's my birthday so I wasn't paying attention to my phone.
Went to see the show All Shook Up. Elvis was great
Very lively, fun and party atmosphere.
It's a bit too hectic especially on the floor. Food options are good though
Stayed at the Paris Hotel and Casino June 17 thru June 22. Went to Hollywood casino on the 22 of june. Playing video blackjack, machine ripped me off, told mgmt. They did nothing Dont go to planet Hollywood!
I stayed three nights at Planet Hollywood, reserved for an Ultra Hip King room for my stay from the 5th-8th of July. I’m a veteran and was in town for the 4th and a bachelor party for a friend. When I first arrived at my room I noticed it was a little warm so I turned the AC down to 60 and went out for the night. I didn’t return until late that night ready for bed, but it was still warm in my room, I was too tired to do anything at that point. The following day I spent at the pool so I wasn’t in the room much then went out until early evening. When I got back to my room I was starting to sweat so I called the front desk, the sent an engineer to look at the unit who determined it was broken and needed repair. Ultimately they offered to switch me to another room, but it had no blinds...the AC worked though. When I asked the hotel desk about an upgrade they kind of laughed...the room without blinds made it early impossible to sleep with the light blasting in 24/7, but the front desk had said it was the only thing available. I passed out then the following day someone for maintenance randomly came by to look at the blinds and mentioned to me that my room was supposed to be vacant and off limits...also noticed that the carpet between the double beds in the room looked like a slice of pizza had been dropped in it and no one ever cleaned it up...overall, it was pretty underwhelming to say the least. Based on my experience I would not recommend this hotel. Checked out and don’t plan on staying there ever again.
This is a joke. It's quite clear the poeple rating this anything above two stars have never stayed in the Wynn, Cosmo, Aria, Bellagio, Caesars, etc. Rooms were disgusting and stunk . Customer service was junk. Other than location this was terrible.
Good hotel casino lots to see and do...many restaurants and shopping experiences
I have been to Vegas 12 times in the past year and this is by far the worst experience. Will never ever even consider Planet Hollywood. Staff doesn't care to fix their problems. Zero customer service what so ever. Have never been so upset.
Awesome place to go had a blast
Great hotel, good rooms, poker table are great.
Great music, vibe, shows, and restaurants
Expensive, great spa but VERY pricy. Did not stay in hotel so cannot rate rooms. For goodness sake do not buy a drink from the ? bar! You will get a coke for 5 dollars that is in a juice glass or for 22 you can get about a shot of liqour.
The room was fantastic!! Clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it.
Nice rooms. Polite people. Earl of Sandwich is good. Other restaurants in casino are no good. Eat in the mall.
Definitely nice spot to go.
Hotel was ok but got "upgraded" when we said we were there to get married. Only to find out it was an extra $200 added to our bill.
Big portions, food decent, Waiter not real friendly
Nice place to visit and walk around the stores and get some shopping done. Many restaurants. To chose from.
So many shops on miracle mile. Lush store was my favorite. Gorden Ramsey burger was gross.
Great atmosphere, real party house of a casino
Right on the Las Vegas strip, has a mall and plenty of different places to eat. Be prepared to walk if you visit. ????
A nice resort on the strip.
Big casino with hollywood super monster bike
They give me a 25 dollar voucher. I try to redeem it then they say it was a good will voucher too bad go f your self. What a joke. I was not trying to scam them it was legit. A multi million dollar casino 25 dollars. Enought said. There a joke. I will keep posting till I get a response
My first time to Vegas. Spent the week with my father and sister and had a great time. Watched the Independence Day fireworks from my room. Fantastic view.
I spent three nights here in a standard 1 King room and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The check-in kiosks make check-in a breeze. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom with shower and separate bathtub was very spacious as well. Unfortunately the room did smell somewhat of marijuana which I'm not keen on, but it didn't bother me much either. I'm a big fan of the separate pools for adults and families. I didn't appreciate it quite as much until I moved to another hotel that didn't have separate pools. It's nice not having screaming kids in your face and splashing all around. The pool temperature is FREEZING and I love it. It's exactly what I want in the desert heat.
Love to stop by and shoot some craps while in Vegas.
Planets best casino. I win every time I play here.
Allan Jay G.
Aloha! Next to our HGV resort vacation club Elara. We have the perfect mall to have all the amenities we need. Lots of stores and restaurants. This place works for us.
Had a great time with my family.
Spacious and luxurious room with a great view.
Absolutely Fantastic, looking forward to coming back
Ms. Nicole F.
I loved the show It was GREAT! My son was thrilled! The food was delicious the waiter Sucked!! I will never forget waiting 25mins for someone to come to our table to say "hi I will taking care of you today" I mean People seated 10 mins after us had drinks and appetizers and we had yet to get a glass of water and napkins. They gave a discount on the meal for the oversite Though!
Buffet was terrible. How can u mess up chicken soup. No meat at the carving station.
It was very interesting and I had fun ????
Had the best time of my life here. I've been to Vegas many times & I have to say this is definitely one of the bests
Had a great time visiting here
Nice room, restaurant very good foods.
Was amazing my stay here. Family friendly.
Chris angle show was amazing.
Las Vegas The Show! is Grest
Susan M De Vries C.
It was terrific. I loved every minute I was there.
Great place had a wonderful time and stay
Adam the food manager at Spuce Market and his sous chef Silvio made great efforts to make our dining experience to be most pleasurable.
Fun place. All kinds of shoppinng and resturants. Have casino in the as well
Great location, good rooms and very good service
Supa Ka R.
Loved it Awesome Atmosphere!
They have a flowrider. This alone gives it 5 stars
In Las Vegas for a dance convention. Hotel was always clean and well taken care off. Staff always available and friendly.
Great place good restaurants and lots of entertainment also very friendly staff
This has been the best experience! This hotel has all that you come to Vegas for and more. The staff was amazing from front desk check in to housekeeping!! We frequented Cafe Hollywood and our food was delicious! If you are looking for one stop shop, this is it!!
Love this place to go play some slots and have some drinks pretty chill spot
I loved planet Hollywood. The food and service were great and I loved the huge mall connection to the Hilton. Great place to stay if you're visiting Vegas.
Great room. Amazing soaking tub! Huge bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Pet friendly.
Great shopping mall and inexpensive shows
Really loved the stay here. The room war really nice with a big tub and the location is central to everything. Will be staying again!
Had a great time in Vegas everyone was so hospitable live music was great We were so comfortable we sat there for hours thank you The hostess in the restroom was incredible
Lil Moma C.
Love the Show Motown Hitville the Best Show Ever
The customer service was top notch
Family holiday Great room everything bigger and better
It's basically still Aladdin's with the PH logo slapped on it. Outdated and Smokey. Also not impressed that they didn't have a real PH restuarant on site with all the awesome memorabilia I've seen in other PH restuarants. All they had was a tiny cafe with pics on the walls.
Very nice hotel. Better than I expected. Got to stay in suite and was very please with it.
Always fun. We never win there but it is a nice place with lots of shops on the Miracle Mile
Very nice place and easily accessible... They are connected to the shopping mall which makes it really easy to just get to the planet Hollywood and get some shopping done and gambling at the same time without driving around Las Vegas
Planet Hollywood has a lot going on the Room's are nice the staff was great it's a fun place to be. Love it
What can I say... Perfect place... Perfect city.. Love the shops
Check-in Process was smooth . However, the check in staff told us they upgraded us to a better room which was a total lie as we realized, we got the exact room we had booked online. The self park is a joke as you need to walk through a mall and casino to actually get from your room to your car. They do offer free parking which is good compared to other hotels. The hotel is located at the center of the strip which is amazing. We did get a room which was facing the fountains from Bellagio (we booked it online as a premium fountain view room. Talk about minting money off someone else's property!) The biggest disappointment is when we saw there was a layer of dust over the refrigerator (it was definitely never cleaned for more than a month!) They do send you a text with your concierge but we got nothing what we requested for (We just asked for a shower cap and enough body shampoo to suffice for 2 showers a day! yes its that tiny). When we were checking out, the valet parking staff was very rude and did ask us to confirm if we SURELY had out luggage in the lobby and would not take more than 5 minutes! Do they expect the guests to drag their luggage through the mall to the parking? The place is great for the location and casino. Would not recommend a stay here.
Perfect amount of class and Glam without feeling too far in over your head. Great stay!
Middle of all the action. Miracle Mile shops connected to casino. Great atmosphere. We stay here and no where else when we visit.
Every time I go to Vegas I stay here. It’s my favourite. Great location and good shopping
I enjoy myself it was very good.
Great place in the middle of the strip there is mall inside too...
Criss Angel show at Planet Hollywood was fabulous
Stayed here for a week! Absolutely WILL stay here again in the future. Rooms seem upgraded. Amazing view of the Paris hotel and Bellagio fountains. Attached directly to a mall, theater, and 2 24/7 hotels. Felt very centralized and had an amazing pool that we didn't have time to go to.
Loved it very nice staff working there, thanks again had a great time @ Planet Hollywood
Fantastic vacation. Great room.
The Buffet was tasty, but not worth the price. The Tag Team Poker Tournament was a lot of fun!
Perfect location to stay your right in the middle of shopping and partying
Rooted right in the middle of the strip! The mall attached has a variety of shopping and dining for any budget. The room was not luxurious, which I don't need, but the bed was comfy and there was enough space for 4 of us to reside comfortably for our girls trip. The buffet was ok. I wish they had a monorail station then I'd give 4 stars. However, the walk along the strip from here is not bad.
Huge place! Criss Angel was incredible!!
Everytime we go to Vegas, this is the only place we go to. Amazing rooms and staff.
Was cold but staff helpful.
I frequent this place for concerts. It’s very easy to find. Plenty of places to eat.
Wonderful hotel but very loud in the casino
Great variety of machines and a good Diamond Lounge
Stop by for some relaxing slots, exciting shopping, and amazing music memorabilia!
Nicely renovated rooms but the suite was corny and seemed kinda cheaply put together compared to others...
One star for us because of their marijuana smoking policy...which apparently is as follows... If you complain that the room next to you smoking marijuana, the manager will move you and your family to a different room instead of making the pot heads leave the hotel... It apparently is a pot head paradise at Planet Hollywood and my family and I are proof..was asked to moved rooms at 1am with my wife and kids so the pot heads next door could enjoy themselves... Will never stay there again... It was one of those rooms with a connecting door and the smoke was coming into our room, management did nothing to resolve the issue correctly... For the upper management, contact me and I'll tell you when and where this happen if you really care...
Great vibe love Brandon the representative that assisted my wife and I. We will be back!
Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is so nice! Highly recommending!
One of the better casinos on the strip. Open and well rounded. Great vibe.
Rooms are gorgeous but front desk could be more welcoming. I felt rushed and was given little direction.

Dated. Beat up. Could use some easy touching up. You get what you pay for... $100 a night on the strip...
Bartenders never asked me if I wanted a drink!???? Don't want to give a star but have to in order to post..
Clean. Fun stuff to see
Very nice hotel and venues are awesome.
John Michael D.
I love this place. I love the specials they run on the rooms. And this is my spot to stay at whenever I am doing Vegas.
Bad experience becuase there was no availability for the flowrider
Pricey but fun
Great atmosphere at Planet Hollywood. Hotel rooms are nice, food ranges from good to great. 24 hour Earl of Sandwich is a great late night find.
Hollywood Cafe is terrific and hands down the best blackened chicken pasta I have ever had. Near the Casino and the carrot cake is to die for..
Very clean good things to do
Easy to navigate, great restaurants and eateries. Clean rooms and Free Parking
Very seedy. The Miracle Mile shops walkway needs better lighting.
Great location, huge rooms, and a connection to mall inside. That gets hem three stars. I’m sure people who come to enjoy gambling like it more. Its the second day and there has been multiple accounts of the bottom of our feet turning black due to some disgusting dust or dirt on the floor. Can’t seem to figure it out if it’s the washroom or the room carpets itself. I wore slippers to the washroom each time and my feet seem to be the same as my kids. This has never happened to me ever before in any other part of the world. Vacation or otherwise. Was unfortunate enough to order room service today. The fries were stale. Seems reheated. The chicken tenders were extra salty. My kids didn’t even take another bite. The Sandwich was bearable. Both of these items one being an appetizer and one sandwich being main was 50 bucks (usd). Not cheap but very disappointing. At least serve people something decent to eat. The first day I came I got an impression it would be a blast. That went away quickly.
Over priced. Rude casino pit boss. Lots of better choices than PH.
always love the aesthetic of planet Hollywood not a huge fan of the gambling there I've had a few isolated when's here and there but all in all you're looking for a good time in Hollywood is the place for you never dull moments 24/7
The bad: Coming to this hotel for the first time ever was chaos. It took an hour to simply find a parking spot. Valet was full. Once we finally got parked, getting to the check in counter was crazy. We had to walk about a mile through shops and the casino with our luggage to get to the check in. The check-in kiosk didn't work right, so we had to go to the counter anyway. Just very tedious. You would think the process could be simpler for such a nice hotel! The good: The shops were amazing and catered to a variety of budgets, the food options were endless and reasonable, and the actual hotel room was fantastic. The bed was super soft and the room was decorated nicely. It was sparkling clean. I loved having a personal concierge I could text on my phone and get a response almost immediately. I asked for an extra blanket and one was delivered to our room within a few minutes. The bathtub is separate from the shower and the toilet is in a separate room as well. Definitely nice once you finally get settled in!
I loved this place!! Room was great and service excellent. Everything you would need is an elevator away Including Earl of Sandwich!!
Went to Gordon Ramsay's, it's bomb. They should call it Gordon Ramsay's wings though because the wings are better than the burgers.
Nice place but weird dealers
The staff was great! The rooms are very (very, very) large for the price that you pay. The bathrooms are huge. The casino also looked (we didn't play) very nice. It's in a very good location with a ton of food options near by. The rooms were very clean and we never had any issues while we were there. I'd stay here again.
A bit old fashioned, but everything well served.
Great resort on the strip. Easy walk to shops and dining.
Saw Criss Angel here and all I can say is wow!!
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. The entire place smelled like an 80's bingo hall. hallways, non-smoking rooms, elevevators, everything reeked of smoke. The casino is extremely outdated. Parking is not easy to navigate. The check in was easy
Fantastic event space and great seats
I only gave them 4 stars because we didn't stay at the hotel but did use their pool. It was the best pool for the kids. They had a 21 and up pool and an all ages pool. The pool for all ages was kind of small but it worked. They had other activities to do such as ping pong, pool, and cornhole. They have this wave rider which the whole family enjoyed. We will be coming back for the pool area.
The room and service was fantastic. I would not say this is very family-friendly as there are no chairs and the pool area. Only loungers and canopy beds.
Had a great time here at the Rangers convention.
Nice updated rooms right on the strip. It’s all good here. Pitt Bull show here was awesome.
Kelly Von W.
Great housekeeping, girl named Candace very nice
If anyone ever sees Gordon Ramsey come through the doors of planet Hollywood please hand him a chair . He is probably exhausted of carrying this casino on his back. The only reason I would come to this place is for Gordon Ramsay burger. The room decor was absolutely not there , really there was nothing on the walls. The toilet paper was the absolutely worse thing I ever used. Then I get my hopes up and go to the pool????worse part of the hotel. The bathroom in the pool area haven't been touched in ages. The pool area was not cleaned , the floor was not cared for. I don't believe the hotel is kid friendly at all, there only is a small pool for children . The whole ambient of the casino is just down. It's almost like they gave up on attention to detail. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is not the place to be. I checked out and went somewhere else, that bad.....
Nice place. I feel like visiting this place again.
They serve the best margaritas and my favorite spot on the Vegas strip
Christina Aguilera concert at Zappos was awesome!!
Always clean, roomy rooms, great staff.
This past weekend I went to Vegas for my Birthday and stayed at Plantet Hollywood only to get bit up by bed bugs. I ended up having an allergic reaction and got numbness and tingling in my hand due to getting bit. I've reached out to the hotel to file a complaint and only thing the security asked was how much is your Dr bill? To this day I still have itching and nasty bite marks over my arm and have not heard back from a manager or anything. I would not stay at another hotel in Vegas again. I assumed because of the price and name I would be safe however that is not the case here.
Awesome food at Wabo Cabo !
Went here for a concert and ended up exploring a lot more! There are tons or restaurants and shops. The concert was amazing! A huge arena! Great place to go for a show/concert.
1)Needs some money invested here. 2)Vagrant "showgirls" (fat and foul mouthed) hang out day and night and harass you at front doors for money. It's beyond gross and annoying. And illegal. Why does security not run them off?
Check out Gordan Ramsay Burger. Great food, a little pricey but worth the money
We are just back from a 5 night stay in plant Hollywood. Rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Only bad thing to say was beds weren't changed for the 5 nights we stayed. If so much as a t-shirt was left on the bed they didn't make it. shower and bath was also not cleaned while we stayed there. Towels changed daily which was needed. The pool wasn't very impressive you have to rent the beds by the pool. Also you have to pay a resort fee per person per night at cheak out.
The casino is okay but the best part, if you're not that into gambling, is the variety of Miracle Mile Shops in air conditioning. There are a variety of restaurants, shows, stores and bars.
Classy Casino that stood out in my eyes from the rest.
It's a bit dark everywhere for my taste but they have a lot of poker slots, which I love.
Amazing service. They are willing to go above and beyond for you . Will book again when I come back
I am currently staying at Planet Hollywood and so far I am shocked at the customer service. How in the world do some of these people have jobs? Just a couple examples out of many little things.... I've never met an employee of anywhere as nasty as the guy working the roulette table last night. This hotel has slightly different rules for game play than other places, no big deal, but the guy actually snapped at my husband, "maybe when you buy your own casino you can play that way". No one even argued with him. And this was right after he snapped at the guy sitting next to us who accidently played one chip short of the minimum bet. And don't get me started on the cabana. Cabana table and refrigerator were gross when we checked in. Asked the attendants if they could come wipe them down, when they were available. Never happened. Keep in mind, the cabana came with an automatic $45 gratuity charge. Cool. Definitely wasn't towards our food/ drinks server, that was a separate gratuity. So all I got for a $45 gratuity was a rude greeter and a dirty cabana. I am so disappointed that I still have 4 more nights of being here.
One of the best locations to visit while in Vegas. Their indoor mall is super clean and has plenty of stores to do some shopping. Their is plenty of parking in the back with plenty of levels, Club tattoo is in the mall which is one of the best tattoos shops you can visit. Really a great place if you're looking for something to do while in vegas and wanna kill time.
My experience here was great. I had a WONDERFUL time. The rooms are very nice and theneeds are comfortable. The restrooms are nice and a great size. The casino is great and the staff members are prompt. There are many places to eat inside of this casino/resort as well and stores to shop at. This is the perfect place to stayin Vegas when visiting. Located right in the center of the Vegas strip.
Planet Holly wood is a marvelous place to be. Its very busy most of the time and thats partly due to its location and that its still free to park at Miracle mile shops! Planet Hollywood is in a great position on the strip, just across the road from City Centre including the Cosmopolitan and Aria and Belligio fountains and next door to Paris. The shows around this part are fantastic. The rooms are fab and lots of places to eat or snack. Complete with its own mall.
The rooms are nice but the door locks don't seem to work. I've been trying to get into my room for over an hour...went to the desk thinking my keys were bad but no. Was told that someone would be there when they got here but apparently nobody has made it...so just waiting for security and an engineer. Possibly the worst way to spend your last night in Vegas.. Well, besides jail.
Still early but I just simply love it. Enough said.
Loved this hotel and casino!!!! We had an amazing time and everything was perfect here! We also saw Christina Aguilera perform here and it was AMAZING.
Great Christna Aguilera's show
For an older property it's not bad. However compared to Aria, Cosmo, and others is in a very poor state.
I really like the sets of the hotel. It’s pretty and those shopping area is good. The reason I’m giving three stars because it is a hotel and their bed is really uncomfortable. I can’t sleep and the air conditioner blow to your face directly. I know they can’t change that but please do change a bed. I went to Las Vegas a lot and this hotel’s bed is unacceptable.
Clean hotel. Never had a problem here other than never being able to play craps. Usually only have 1or tables opened and like 2-3 others not being used. Rooms are fairly nice.
Good place to shop. it’s like just regular malls, not too different.
We did ok on the slots here in a few quick games but went to see Chris Angel which was one of the highlights of the entire vacation!!!
The room were nice, but the hotel staff was not friendly at all. The front desk was unattended when we check in and the resort fees were pretty expensive. Everything in the hotel mall was over inflated. Soda/water $4 bucks, food way to expensive. Weather was good for June. Overall I'll rate it a 3....but it is Vegas...
Great service and had a wonderful time being there a whole week.
Nice go-go dancers right above you during table games
The casino/restaurants/shopping was awesome. The resort/room we had was disappointing. We had issues with the room we reserved and didnt feel we were treated well. I personally would not stay here again but we did not let the room ruin our trip. If you are planning a trip to Vegas, stay at the Bellagio (for something fancy) or the Flamingo (for something cheaper). They are BOTH beautiful and will both give you an awesome Vegas experience!!
Travis Allen was great at elvis
Nice casino good stores to shop and a nice place to walk indoors
Nice hotel right on the strip. Pretty decent restaurants (get a reservation) and other amenities.
First time to vegas, Its a blast! So clean nice staff, nice rooms.
Biggest complaint is that the bathroom smelled musty and like piss We were pretty grossed out by the smell. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time in room!! Also at the very end, when we were leaving the bag concierge( after getting our bags) We didn’t have any cash on us and the worker guy screamed out it’s OK GUYS WE WORK FOR FREE. Now I completely understand that they would like a tip. For holding on to a bag ( not delivering it to the room) but that was very unprofessional and ghetto of his part. As I had apologized that I had no cash on me at the moment. Three stars because of the location but highly doubt we’ll be staying here again!!!! Planet Hollywood should train their employees better and hygiene in rooms should be a priority!!!
Really neat decor. I saw the uniform of Lt. commander Data from star Trek the next generation and nearly naked girls wiggling on tiny stages in the high roller game areas. What a world we live in! This place has everything! Goodness.
Good hotel and casino ????. nice spa and swimming pool for free to use. Sexy dancers perform in the Casino every night.
I loved my stay here at Planet Hollywood!!! I wouldn't stay with no one else!!!!
Top, top hotel & casino. 1st visit to Vegas, would not hesitate to stay at Planet Hollywood again. Recommended.
Gordon Ramsay burger is quite tasty, I ordered a botanical rose cocktail on top of it. Their jalapeño in the hellfire burger literally set your mouth on fire for a good 10 minutes. And as always on the strip, lots of place for shopping and gambling.
LOVED IT THERE, BEST SERVICE, SUPER NICE STAFF?? ?????????????????????????????
Great food. Always wonderful
Love the bathroom. The bath tub is awesome. The room is real nice.
I love walking around and meeting new ppl
You'll forget what day and time it is when you stay here! The staff are exceptional in the facilities are well kept and clean. The food is top rate and the entertainment is tops. Certainly deserves a 10 star review and a return trip back in due time. I could not find anything or experience anything like Planet Hollywood
Fabulous! Great rooms, great spot on the strip!
Everything was clean and staff was friendly and knowledgable
Start out the stay carrying six bags and know one ask to help tells you how the service was going to be. Not a very friendly atmosphere and I have never had a bell hop argue with me before.I should have stayed at Ceasers for are 18 year anniversary
Fun place to stay, rates were reasonable, clean rooms!
Great location and clean casino areas.
Bad service at desk. Food poisioning. Called Bally's where we normally stay and they took great care of us! Shout out to Bally's! Great service and hospitality! Will NEVER stay at Planet Hollywood AGAIN!
Nothing much about hotel its like any other hotel on strips. Most of the time played casino on Baileys they have more winning ratio. Room service was great at this hotel and their prices are competitive. I hade a great view from my room though.
The surfing machine is so cool. Surfing in Las Vegas!!!
High priced rooms that doesn't even have a coffee maker... room was small nothing special for the almost $500 for two day.
Beware! This is one of the few places on the Strip that offer free parking but you pay for it in another way. We drove around endlessly for half an hour trying to find a parking spot. I'm disabled and there were very few disabled parking spots. By the time we actually got inside, I was extremely frustrated and in a lot of physical pain so we ended up not even getting to the casino. We did walk through the Miracle Mile stores and grab some dinner, but I was just disappointed that I didn't even make it into the casino. The shops are open till midnight, at least on Saturday night, and they do have some nice eateries and shops. If I had it to do all over again I would have paid the money to valet park. I will give a shout out to to Subway employees who stopped to talk to my friend and I because of my service dog. They couldn't have been sweeter and they were off duty. They invited us to come back today and they would give us a discount on our sandwiches. Their thoughtfulness made an otherwise frustrating evening turn around for the better. I wish I had gotten their names.
Nice atmosphere and the concerts were great
Old and outdated. The staff are as usual very friendly. Probably just best to go to see your shows than partying or gambling in here
Dealers were very friendly and enjoyable. St OP pipes while I was ahead so that was good. Not too smokey. Drink service was pretty regular
I really loved the casino and connecting shops. A little something for everyone for groups with diverse food & shopping tastes.
Nice casini, always busy, with shows on the counter of the bars
Went to see Madea it was a great experience
Rooms are spacious and clean and the bathtub is big enough for two people! It is perfect!!
Pool was excellent. Lots of activities happening.
The site of the old Aladdin Casino, Planet Hollywood kept the best features an updated the outside. The mile of shops is still there and still full.
Called all day per their request to let them know about flight delays to be sure I didn't lose my reservation. The rest of our group got here earlier on the day and were told they would put us all on the 14th floor. Arrive, WAIT IN THE CHECK-IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD 1 GUEST SERVICE PERSON WORKING. Only to be told that I would not only be sorry far away from my party but I would also only have the opportunity to stay in a smoking room. Immediate eye burn and stuffy head.... Spoke with Isaiah who " promised to let the higher ups know that some of Planet Hollywood's policies may be inconvenient to some of their guests" because they have our room away regardless of my complete communication with them throughout the day. Save yourself some time and don't bet on guest care from PH
Had a very nice room. Very comfortable. The Casino was fun but loud at times. The pool music was too loud and didn't like the fact that the chairs by the pool were extremely limited. We like to be in the sun so that was disappointing.
Stayed here twice. Beautiful rooms, and the mall portion has a decent selection between "I couldn't afford to shop here in a million years" to small tourist shops.
Awesome. Clean...saw Pitbull there.....
Great ultra hip room! Bathrooms we're huge! Right in the center of the strip! Bed was soft. Everything you need food wise is close! Even has a miracle Mile mall attached. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
I love the location, and this is my second time staying here. I deducted 2 stars due to the EXTREMELY loud noise from the pool area (music with loud bass) . The last time I stayed here we weren't in a pool side room. If you are, the noise level is a constant 65-70 decibel level for about 8 + hours. If I reserve a room here again, I will leave a " nowhere near the pool" special request. I love the hotel, but the noise from noon until the pool closed was horrible.
Everyone is super friendly.... nice mall and great restuarants right inside. You can get breakfast for $5! You will need that after you've finished gambling all night....
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Planet Hollywood. The location on the strip is great as it was a short walk to other popular casinos and the area was well lit and busy. I stayed with a party of 8 girls and they were accommodating by giving us connecting rooms with the Jack and Jill doors. The decor in the room wasn't that exciting but it was clean. They also didn't have a coffee maker in the room so I couldn't make my cup noodles which was disappointing. The casino floor was great with a big selection of slots and reasonably priced table games. The Miracle Miles Mall was connected and easily accessible so you didn't have to go far for shopping, food, or souvenirs. The pool area was cool too. They have a wave pool, cornhole, a good sized pool, and also servers and an indoor bar. The drinks were pretty pricey though. Overall, it was a nice experience at Planet Hollywood.
The hotel room was great (suite). Vegas it's self was terrible. High prices and tight slots. Made it hard to enjoy. The changes in the rewards programs makes it difficult to get any rewards for all the money you spend. Your better off gambling in your local casinos and plan a hot vacation some place else.
Had more than a good time! Love the butt statues
Price and location was good but did not know that water was a luxury and not a basic human right. Not even a kettle in what was supposed to be an upgraded room. Water from room service costed money too.
love miracle Mile shops at planet Hollywood if you're coming to Vegas that has to be one of the places on your list to go visit check it out awesome
One of the best experiences! Everything in one place if you are unable to commute to events. It's pretty Central to many attraction!!

Not to shabby. Respect gets respect. Be nice to the people that work here. They have lives. They have families. Sure you’ve come here to have a good time get drunk on vacation but don’t go to wild at everyone’s expense. Pace yourself. And treat yo self. Loved Ocean 1, BRUNCH and drink prices, $5 for everything on the menu
Best value on the strip
Wonderfull place with a nice view
Chris Angel show was awesome! As well as Gordon ramsays burger joint. Loved it!
One of my favorite places on the strip. The casino is fun and they have so many places to eat that actually taste amazing. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
You need to tell us about the resort fees. I had no idea I paid them until check out, I was lied to at check in saying that money was just a hold and I'd get it back in full... not good. Most staff were friendly but just not the ones at reception counter, they were pretty rude. I guess only good service from staff making tips. Hm. Good hotel. Didn't get to the pool though, but for a conference it was good. I love the close proximity to everything (casino, Conference area, mall shops) all attached and next to each other.
Great place, hip decor. Younger crowd, good DJ playing a variety of music, drinks a little pricey but good.
Found a game I'm totally good at can't wait to go again
Fun casino with space for conventions upstairs. Lighting for exhibit space left much to be desired though.
Jessica Von K.
Zappo theater shows are a good size.
Beautiful hotel with lots to do, shop, watch a show, eat etc, its a must if your in Vegas
Always our go to stop in Vegas. Enjoyed stay here and gambling here! They keep the free drink comin' and you should check out earl of sandwich!
Great place, just as we imagined it to be.Great service friendly staff, nothing to much trouble.
Had a great time very clean my only complaint was no coffee maker in the room
Have stayed here a few times, and have been happy every time. Self-parking is pretty easy, staff has been great, and it is centrally located on the strip. Will continue to return.
My favorite hotel to stay in at Vegas! The Miracle Mile Shops are a high attraction. You wouldn’t need to leave the hotel itself everything you need is already there! Restaurants, shopping, snacking, lounging, etc!
Great J. Lo concert! Awesome!!
The atmosphere is fun. The hotel bathrooms & showers need a definite upgrade! Couldn't even take a warm shower; the water kept going cold. The hotel gym is nice.
We've stayed here many times and will happily return many times in the future.
Stayed there earliwr this month for a njght to try it out. It was fun to be center to the strip amongst eveything. It was a very nice clean room. My only issue with the room was not being able to sleep. It was right next to an elevator. It honestly sounded like a rollercoaster.
so much to do....excitement at every turn..
Went to a live theater performance. Excellent.
An excellent party venue.
Great ambient music with late jazz music
Confusing place to get around at first but in a day or so you know the layout. Great food and shops here and great friendly service
Very nice I would probably stay here next time I visit Vegas
One of the best casinos plus connects to others great places for shows drinks and food but also amazing views and beautiful inside as well
Oh my I love this poker room!
Amazing and Wild...what a night..Viva Pitbull
I reserved an Ultra Hip King Room with Foutain View. The picture is what I got. The whole stay was around $770 and I got placed in a room right next to the pool. I went right back down to registration and they just gave me the run around. I will be going back down (BTW I am in my hotel room as I am writing this) and DEMANDING some sort of compensation.
The food and gambling was great.
Meh. Outdated casino, outdated hotel, and mediocre food. Updated to include Ocean One, which is a fantastic place to get a five dollar lunch.
Saw Backstreet Boys at Zappos.. fun fun..
Live this hotel and all it has to offer!
Service was great. The rooms were clean. Staff is super friendly and attentive. My only complaint is about their gym. What a disappointment! For such a nice resort, that gym is PATHETIC. And they want to charge $25 a day for it! I did get in for free as I was a guest, but I've seen nicer gyms in apartment complexes. It was the most outdated and sad gym I have ever worked out in. What a waste!
Avoid room 2481. We were in the north towers. View of the fountains was excellent! The room was clean and modern. Lost two stars because of the noise. We could hear the elevators constantly going up and down and the noise from the hallway was very loud. We could hear housekeeping vacuuming and knocking at 915 am. Great location on the strip. Also be aware that all casinos charge a daily resort fee, we paid an extra 43$ a night that was not included in the price of the hotel it was billed during check out.
First let me begin with...... "free parking".... something other casinos now charge for. This casino had a mall in form of a circle. Many good restaurants here to choose from. We actually went into Zappos Theater. We had a blast enjoying some Pit Bull. The thing I should point out.... frozen mixed drinks $19 a beer $13 so come prepared or tipsy!
Rooms are not that great, stayed here 3 times as a diamond member. Shopping, dining and entertainment are comparable to their competitors. Would stay again if rooms were improved, but there are better options out there. Dealers and rest/bar staff were great, mgt seemed not present most of the time. Overall middle of the pack when choosing a caesar property to whom I am loyal to
Great time! Wish they didn't allow smoking in casino's!
Super big room, very nice bathroom and friendky stuff. All for a small amount of money. Very good.
On arrival to our room large bag of rubbish and empty alcohol bottles room was not serviced on first day. We were on a non smoking floor smell of cigarettes smoke drifted through the room Great location to the strip would not recommend to stay
Great central location, rooms really nice and spacious , the casino is quite small so can get really busy. some of the dealers were quite miserable. Recommend eating at the miracle mile restaurants, dirt cheap, by far the cheapest on the strip, large portions . 3 cocktails for $10!!
Busy, beautiful we saw a wonderful show located in the Miracle Mile.
Interesting place. A must see on your tour of the Vegas Strip.
Liked the energy in the Casino. Great restaurants.
I had a blast. Very cute Resort, nice decorations, friendly staff and good service all around.
Courteous and friendly staff. Would stay here again
There's a spa on the mezzanine level. Staff there is fantastic. So is the coffee
Came for dinner and it was delicious. Prices not crazy and you can find a coupon. The nachos were delicious and always a view or action around each corner. A fun place!
Nice Hotel and Casino. Music and atmosphere are very loud and too young for my taste. Didn't really like the young girls dancing in skimpy outfits on the center tables. I felt it was degrading and in poor taste. Employees in rewards service were very rude if you didn't have a high ranking rewards card.
Very nice and clean hotel. Views are awesome and the rooms are elegant .

It's Vegas!! And this is my favorite of the whole Vegas experience, they have everything, kept finding myself back to this casino.. My definite first choice in Vegas.
Place is jumping. Also has a great big shopping mall connected to it.
My favorite place to stay and gamble while in Vegas. Great places to eat, fun atmosphere, and located in a great spot on the Vegas strip!
Definitely the most active casino I saw around, even mid-day!
Three Crazy C.
Overrated, rooms are outdated, food is expensive, Good concerts tho
One of my favorite spots. We've always had very clean rooms and registering for our room at the kiosk was a breeze. Of course we always hit the black Jack tables and slot machines but this last time it seems like I was only waited on 1 time our whole time gambling at the casinos in PH. It's a nice central location to many other casino/hotel/shopping centers. Ramsey burger was excellent in the casino too. Planet Hollywood and MGM will always be my top 2 favorites in Vegas. Great experience overall.
perfect location right in the middle of the strip. that would mean that the place is very busy and not suitable for families with small kids. if relaxing is what you are looking for this not the place for you.
Good vibe in the Casino compared to a few other stodgy venues.
Stayed on the 6th floor, sounded like there was a bowling alley on the 7th floor, nonstop for 5 days. Great view of a cement wall outside the room.... Random stains throughout the room, including for prints on the back of the bathroom door somehow. Also several cigarette burns on the sheets/comforter Tables were ice cold, and majority of dealers have no personality. The PASSION PIT is actually just 2 strippers dancing on tables in the middle of the gambling pit, while the dealers sit stone faced and don't make much conversation. If you can find a young lady named TK dealing, she is definitely the most friendly and entertaining dealer i came across. Good conversation, makes the game fun, even when you're losing Would not recommend staying at Planet Hollywood. Many other better options up and down the strip!
Best experience ever. Our room was quite spacious. The staff was amazing. The location on the Strip is perfect.
Good space overall. Lots of gambling opportunities, but the odds are not good. Great pool area.
Fun Blackjack but slow drinks!
We liked how centrally located it was on the strip. We never had to use our car for the entire stay(which was two nights). It is easy walking distance to the Cosmopolitan, Aria and Bellagio. Plus the Miracle Mile mall is attached to the hotel so there was more shopping opportunities. A nice feature is being able to check-in and check-out via kiosks in the lobby area. So no standing in long lines at the counter. The room was kind of meh though. If you have loud neighbors, or neighbors with kids that jump on the bed...you will DEFINITELY hear them. Our cold water faucet in the sink was broken but was able to still kinda use. The bathroom floor was kinda dirty as well. One other gripe is the parking. Yes it's free, but it's a hike when you have a lot of luggage. You either have to walk through the mall, or the very dingy drop off/garage areas that are CLEARLY not for peds. We really couldn't find a easy way to access the parking structure. Again, just be prepared to hike and schlep your stuff or have someone drop you off in the lobby while they park(of course that person will be doing the hiking back). I am not familiar with valet and if it was free. Everything costs something on the strip so we assumed we would have to pay. Another word of caution, the Starbucks in the hotel charges WAY MORE than other Starbucks. I ordered my usual drink that is usually $4.45. In this hotel, it was $7.25!!!! I know there will be people that don't care and will pay...but geez! There was nothing fancy or different about my coffee other than buying it in Planet Hollywood.
Very nice and VEry big. Easy to get lost but security and staff help a lot.
WiFi doesn't work, front desk and concierge are always on busy. Rooms are meh. Would not stay here if it wasn't comped.
Everything you could want wrapped up in one place...gambling...superior mall...food galore...excellent service
Me and my wife loved this place
Lively place. Pbr rock bar was great
Planet Hollywood is one the best hotel in Vegas it is on the strip. Mostly you will see all youngsters staying in this hotel. It's opposite to Bellagio from the entrance of the hotel you can see the Bellagio fountain show. The room are v.spacious and compare to other hotel price was reasonable. We went during the month of August it's a v.great season. The pool is really great it's quite big you can the Eiffel tower from the pool. They also made a separate pool for couples with kids. The hotel is quite huge. There is a shopping area, food counter, Casino which runs whole night. We use to come from club like 4am and than we use to play casino war till 6 am. In the afternoon pool is the best place to chill and relax with a beer. We had fun in this hotel.
Great Time . Good Location
One of the many beautiful and magical hotels in Vegas!, must visit when in Vegas!
I Actually went to Ocean One inside of the Miracle Mile shops for Mother's Day. Planet Hollywood is a beautiful place. I must say it was very nice. All lunches are 499 and the drinks are no higher than $7 each. This is a great place to shop and also a wonderful place to catch a great meal.
Great experience and super friendly front desk! Younger crowd for sure.
Nice hotel, amazing staff but we ran into a few things that were disappointing... I went online and booked what is called an "Ultra Resort Room" (photo on the left) It is supposed to be an upgrade to the "Ultra Hip Room" (photo on the right). I paid more for the nicer room and was put up in a standard room. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, our bathtub was lined with the previous guests black hair... With all the beautiful weather; I was sad to learn the pool closed at 5:00 PM. Resort fees are a bit pricey but to my understanding that is normal when travelling to Las Vegas. Overall the staff was great, the casino was fun but I don't see myself staying here again.
Went there for gordon and Ramsey burger. Nice joint and food
Great room and view. Friendly staff.
Donna Playlist N.
I love the scenery at the Hollywood. I went there everyday I was in town to shop, eat and watch a show.
Danielle Robertson W.
Great stay! We had a blast!
Only place to be great location right in the middle of the strip
Pretty good place, but was slightly expensive for the amenities provided. Only concern is I wish the bathroom doors actually locked but can't complain about the view.
Room was great. Location was great. Lots of dining options. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.
Helpful tip: Ask the front desk for anything... They usually come through... Even tickets to sold out shows or meal vouchers. Try it!
This is one of my favorite casino im visiting few times a never have nothing bad to say about. Thanks to the personal they're great. ????????????????????????
That Guy J.
Incredibly swanky hotel, clean linens, modern decore, friendly staff. There for the accommodations, could not have been more pleased. Suite had living room, wet bar, bath and a half, hot tub that opened to both the living room and bathroom and an amazing panoramic view. Highly recommend it.
Don't Honeymoon here! Terrible experience. Lied about upgrading our room. Customer Service doesn't know what a guest experience should be like. Two separate occasions we had someone try to walk in while our "Room Occupied" sign was up! Hello this is my honeymoon! Toilet is busted and wouldnt stop flushing. Wallpaper coming off walls. Stuck us on end of HVAC all smoke went to our room. Asked for an extra hour check out, and they want to charge us for a whole night (flight is late) Save your money and stay somewhere else. Would never stay here again.
We've had a room with great view of the Bellagio fountains :)
Very pretty rooms such a great view of the strip!
The best hypnosis show is here. A must see.
Great place to stay, very convenient, clean rooms, up to date rooms.
Great gambling casino and great sports book!!
Good deal, good location, fun casino.
Not a bad hotel/mall, not a lot of food options. But seeing the Backstreet Boys at the theatre was convenient!
One of my favorite hotels now.
If I could redo my Las Vegas trip i would stay at planet Hollywood resort!! The location is great. Right on the strip, close to many restaurants and shopping. I loved this location most of all. Everything on the strip looks close but it is a deceptively long walk to most places. Planet Hollywood is clean, central, and very convenient. We loved visiting this casino. The only downfall is lots of people smoke inside making it smelly and gross. With that being said, all of the casinos allow smoking so theres not much you can do about that.
Miracle Mile is conveniently located downstairs and is within walking distance to every location on the strip.
The rooms have been redone and updated. Nice!
Planet Hollywood was so awesome that we put my son and his wife up for a night there. Unfortunately it was on 1 October which locked them out of P.H. due to the emergency protocols for that night.
Get onto the 50th floor for amazing views.
We had a great time, location on the strip was on point right in the middle of everything
I loved this place....Lobster Me in the mall area is the absolute best!!
Great hotel right on the strip. Clean rooms, great buffet on sight. Check out the 'Extra Lounge' for live music Monday through Saturday, the bands were amazing.
Amazing food and service
Clean room with a great view. Nice pool area.
Great Restaurant there
Didn’t stay, quite annoyed .. I live in Vegas . Work on the strip, my wife wanted to see Chris Angel . Tickets over phone . 2 tickets with local discount .. $148.00 .. then I get hit with all the different taxes.. what’s the point of being a local .. ended up paying $188,00 $40.00 worth of add on sales. He isn’t that good .. If my wife didn’t want to go .. I wouldn’t have booked it. I guess it’s true.. The casinos only care about outside money and screw the locals .. last time I am coming to your place ..
Rooms are clean. No microwave or coffee maker??? The bathrooms are large! Express check in at the kiosk doesn’t tell you that if you use a debt for them to keep on file, it will charge your account $150. Very unclear!!! A
Have a great time day and night
Beautiful hotel, with a great location. Miracle Mile shops, close to all the action of Las Vegas. We had a suite on the 17th floor facing the strip with gorgeous views- even more spectacular at night ! Drinks on the expensive side if your not gambling is the only negative.
Has a good vibe. Kind of a bust place but really good location with alot going on. They have a ton of stuff here including the PBR bar. All the staff was super friendly, this is something being lost in Vegas right now. I haven't stayed in the hotel but I am willing to try it next time for sure.
Awesome. Pool rentals on cabanas
Always a gun place to be. Weekend nights are Crazy fun at PH...
I love this place! Mindfreak!
Nice paid casino
Great location in the center of the strip, great modern rooms. Close to everything.
Great stay!!! Staff was amazing and very helpful as well as helped fix problem with room
Decent but need more blinds options in their poker room
Good and nice Hotel Planet Hollywood Resorts and Casino.
Best Casino on the strip!! The best service, the best food, the best accommodations, the best location.
Service, location, rooms restaurant and casino were awesome. Very friendly. Just celebrated my 49 th birthday yesterday. Had a blast. Thank you. Definitely going back.
Really enjoy this property. Always clean and new things happening. Went to the Gordon Ramsey Burger and had an amazing time. Restrooms are located very conveniently. Very pleased.
The place is lively. Eat, shop, and hang out, not a bad place at all.
I've never stayed at this hotel. I'm usually at the Caesars bellagio venetian aria. I was impressed with the overall hotel. I'd go back. The 24 hr Cafe is amazing! The Japanese restaurant is phenomenal! And the jewellery store near the escalator/ cafe is amazing! Doreen is amazing! Overall service is very good. BUT something must be done about the pool area. They have all these chairs and cabanas empty and yet my friends and I had to lay on the ground. We were drinking and spending money while the empty chairs were there. They need to free up more chairs around the pool or at least reduce the price for renting a cabana. BUT Perla was amazing. She is one of the pool managers and was very helpful. She tried her best to accommodate us and understood our issue. Thank you Perla! See you again!
paid extra for a suite, room was very very BAD, beds had stains on it, carpet was worn out, cabinet glass was cracked, i informed the duty manager but he was very rude and didn't want to hep resolve the issue or fix my room, i will never stay at this hotel every again
Nice place for dinner
Loved every bit of my stay there...I will definitely be back!
The hotels staff and manager at the time of check in (4/24/19) was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I had a confirmation for my stay at Planet Hollywood, upon my arrival I entered my confirmation number at the Kiosk and it recognized my name and stay but was unable to print the keys to our room. I waited online for about another 30 minutes and was finally able to reach a person to check me in. After providing my license and confirmation code I was provided by booking the day of my flight arrival to Vegas) the staff member advised me that my reservation was canceled. I was shocked! I was told it was canceled back in February and that there were no more rooms available. I DID NOT receive ANY notification by email, telephone, text and/or by booking agency NOR by Planet Hollywood . I am so disappointed and disgusted by the way the entire situation was handled by the manager at Planet Hollywood AND by Booking. I spoke to both these parties involved to see that they were just pointing the blame finger at each other. I will never use Booking or stay at Planet Hollywood ever again.
Ok fresh rooms. Nothing fancy.
Good location to the mall, strip, and all else. Vegas has to offer.
I didn't stay here. The girl at the front was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I did eat at the Ramsey Burger place and the food was excellent.
The beds were nice and comfortable. I like how there was a mall connected and places to eat in the mall as well. Never seen a Nestle Toll House cookie store before and it was good. Pool and DJ was good. Cafe Hollywood food was not good at all which is in the hotel. There was Gordon Ramsey Burger place in the hotel too but didn't get the chance to eat in there. The walls were not thin at all, it felt like me and my guests was the only ones's on the floor. Overall not a bad place to stay at all.
I've seen two concerts there they have the perfect sized arenas
Great hotel! Comfortable and clean. As a bigger guy, I enjoyed the deep bathtub especially. The convention center is a bit dated, but nice. The service is great!
The room was extremely nice and the pool area was excellent but the room service was not too good, i left a note for room service to change sheets my bed came back to the room and realize that the same sheets was on the bed !!! the reason why I know because I'm Marked them with an ink pen before I left???? just to see if they change the sheets and sure enough they didn't.
Great place to stay! Had a great time there and the surrounding area.
Nice hotel and casino, with entertainment at the tables.
Richie Simons J.
Great pool! Kinda small, but lots of fun and theres a surf machine! Plus Cabo Wabo, great mexican food. PBR bar, lots of fun and good nachos.
Still a great hotel. $25 drinks?
Brill central location. Nice hotel
Had fun but lost all my money lol
Hotel was great we got a suite with no view but we asked and they were glad to help us with an upgrade when you exist the hotel theres a mall with fun stores
Our stay was terrific. Great rooms, very clean and spacious . We had to leave for family emergency and they were able to cancel our reservation for second night at last minute. Very helpful staff
All In One Las V.
Jimmy Kimmel was awesome. Planet Hollywood ran the venue great.
Great hotel, clean and modern. You can use totems in the hall to book a room. IMPORTANT: choose "fountain view" room
The first hotel we ever stayed out and it was great!
Gotta love #PlanetHollywood the atmosphere is great drinks the lights the machines the whole vibe of everything there is just so much fun and anytime I go to Vegas I always try to go to Planet Hollywood. if you haven't gone you should go, if you have gone you should go back next time I'm in Vegas I will be back there..........
Large hotel property. It's self sustained meaning you have everything necessary to survive without ever leaving this place. There's a huge parking lot which is usually very crowded as the Saxe Theatre is located in the property and it is a very popular location for shows. There are many shops and restaurants on the property. I always enjoy visiting here.
Very nice casino been traveling to Vegas over 40 trips casino has not change much at all Earl of sandwiches steel grate place to eat price is just right
Great hotel/casino. Would stay again when in Vegas
Absolutely love this place. The people are fantastic and the service matches!!!
Great food and fun
Nice casino, great place to see Criss Angel to
Love it there. Wish o could visit more.
Our favorite place to stay in vegas! What is better than staying at a mall? Best casino action. Fun crowds and great people watching. Nice rooms..fun pool...what more could you ask for? ????
Nice place and affordable. Connected to an indoor mall and the V Theater. There's a lot to do
Nice rooms with art. Really nice bathroom, view not that great and they need better restaurants. Pools are nice but they lack seating close to pool unless you want to pay.
Tight slots, buffet over priced for the small selection, but deserts are good
Love the new Gamblit games. PacMan, Deal or no Deal
You can pretty much do anything you could want to at PH we were able to walk here from a neighboring hotel to get Fat Tuesdays! Really awesome.
Nice spacious rooms. I will go back again.
Relax and enjoy life. Gambled. Won. Had an amazing customer service experience.
Love PH. Lots to see and options
Had fun there. Buffet was exellent and Mind Freak show aka "Criss Angel" was even better! Highly recommend.
I had a really good experience at the casino.... And the lady was so fine to explain how the game work. Drinks aren't bad..and cheap. Will go back!!!
The place is very beautiful! but the only problem I had was at the swimming pools both bartenders were very rude to not just me but everyone else they were serving also.
Alex Tv A.
Really wonderful place to stay! While the entrance is away from the strip I appreciate being able to avoid all the mess with driving down those streets like how many other hotels have their main entrance right off strip. Room service was great, is connected to the Mezz, and the BEST pizza place downstairs by the casino!
Great hotel with great rooms and big mall.
Lots of machines and tables here. Fun vibe! Great shops.
Food was Okay nothing special but ok. A bit sad cause it was expensive.
Great stay... awesome room
Planet Hollywood has always been one of my favorite places to visit. I like the shops and the casino here. Plus, Gordon Ramsay's Burger is here. It's the best burger you'll ever eat. We even sat a table away from Gordon himself today! You just never know. I have also eaten at the buffet here and it was solid too.
I go to this awesome restaurant called Lobster Maine for years when I visit here! And I found out Chef Ramsay has this awesome restaurant called Burger.....absolutely awesome!!!
I visit Planet Hollywood about 4 times per year and I always make it a point to get popcorn at Garrett popcorn shop. It’s absolutely delightful. I also really like the decorations in the shopping center. I’ve always had a good time at Planet Hollywood.
Wonderful experience ..... beautiful friendly atmosphere !! Coming back next year!
I spent few days in this hotel and was great. The staff was friendly, that gave me a room upgrade as courtesy with a nice view of Strip st. It was fantastic. The room was quiet, large, clean and modern. They only missed a housekeeping once but was just call the responsables that was fixed quickly. Also, they gave us a voucher for a extra sandwich at Earl of Carl. You must try it! The location is fantastic and you are a walk distance form anywhere on Strip st. (of course if you like to walk like myself). Pay attention that self parking garage is far away from check-in counter and is not very well signed. You must to cross the mall to get to the cassino where the check-in counter is located. My experience was very pleasant and would recomment this hotel.
Great slots and atmosphere is great
There is free parking here and that's a huge bonus! There is a huge variety of things to eat, see, and do. It's a Resort, casino, mall, eatery, and a place for various shows. Also, access to the strip and close to lots of other casinos if you want to just walk the strip and check things out.
An amazingg place to stay..So posh and pretty!
I had a great time at planet Hollywood. The room I got had a great view and the casino was great! Definitely recommend.
Been here many times in the past, but still I kind of get turned around due to the layout as it's kind of like a circle and it's hard to navigate unless if you use landmarks on the inside, such as the cage or certain businesses such as a Starbucks. For some reason, this casino is really popular with smokers. And even though it has a high ceiling, the smoke is really bad here - always. Modern vibe, good music, and at night they always have dancing girls in the card pits who are a nice distraction with the lingerie they're wearing. Hey, don't call me misogynistic, that's why they have them there. They're there to distract gamblers, and I imagine they do a pretty good job of it.
My wife & I loved it here, can’t wait to go back.
SLAYYYYYY! GREAT shopping experience! Tasty Restaurants! You can enjoy Frozen Adult beverages, while listening to Awesome music.
Coming from the guy that Twitter is @iamLAyabish I approve of Planet Hollywood ? it was the most futuristic / up to date out of all
Nice casino, I'd definitely go back.
Loved it will definitely we will be back, had a good day at the pool. went to go see Criss Angel outstanding no doubt is the best''s in the world... I am a veteran power wheelchair people were very accommodating so thank you for that.
Great fun casino. Amazing for in the complex. Especially earl of sandwich. Don't worry about the line, it moves fast. Also be sure to get the beads from the entertainers in the casino!
Nice casion. Can get too smoky at night.
Nice place and stuff is nice
Great hotel and I also met Criss Angel at the hotel valet.

Fun but lots of walking
Looks awesome in the inside, the Miracle Mall is HUGE and I swear goes on forever! (Easy to get lost in) I definitely will be back! Oh and the Variety Show was all the later and awesomeness I need!!!!! So fun
It was our first time to Vegas, and we chose Planet Hollywood because it was on the strip and accessible to many sites. We arrived past midnight and were extremely tired. Quinnton helped us check in and was very friendly. We told him about our long flight and quickly got us a nice room and recommended a place to grab a quick bite before hitting the sack. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy! We loved the Miracle Mile shop connected to the hotel and casino. It was the perfect stay for our first time. Thank you Planet Hollywood for making our first trip one we will never forget!
Nice place, clean inside and out. Customer service eas great. There was plenty to do there inside.
Charlene at the North Miracle Mile entrance to the Casino is absolutely the employee of the year. She went above & beyond for us.
A great, central hotel on the strip. We had a great room with a beautiful view of the fountains at Bellagio.
This is an excellent place to stay! Central Strip and easy to walk everywhere! Try to book a Resort King!
Need to be smoke free but great time here
The room was so nice, spacious and had a great view of the strip!
Planet Hollywood is okay. Pretty overstuffed with people. Not the best of Vegas. Rooms are fine.
We love it here and return every year. Great location on the strip with nice, clean, updated rooms. Guest services are exceptional as they always make sure we have everything we need.
Very nice, lots of slot machines and good variety of places to choose from to get a bite to eat.
Very hip and popular with the younger croud. Our room was 2100sf with 2 king bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large living area with the best view of the strip I have ever had. Lots to look at and not too crowded in the casino. Was the best Vegas experience I've had in 25 years.
Stayed for a few days coming back from Grand Canyon. Great place
Service excellent great atmosphere
Very well managed. Superb experience and fun filled rides. But never go on holidays. Your time is wasted in the long queues. No restriction on taking food item inside.
Very close to everything and nice room as well
The Strip House-best bone-in filet and caught The Backstreet Boys. Awesome!
High priced rooms with zero amenities. The room has no coffee maker or anything. I also suggest bringing some toilet paper because they don't have any... They give you sandpaper instead. The hotel is nice but it feels like everything is designed to nickel and dime you. It really feels like a rip-off and I wouldn't come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in a cheap motel and had a better experience.
Slightly disappointed. The room was clean but want anything special. Casino's ventilation wasn't as good as other hotels and was really smoky all over the place.
Nice the restaurants inside the casino are pricey. The miracle mall is nice lots if stores n restaurants. The place is very clean and staff are great n friendly.

Very nice casino with nice dancers while your playing. Plus there are nice player massages.
Best place to people watch and grab a bite to eat

I love planet Hollywood I won't want to stay any other hotel again planet Hollywood I will call home way from home
Very nice, it had Gordon Ramsay Burger which is the go-to for burgers in Vegas.
Nice shopping in the mall area pretty decent casino
Went to go see Mind freak with my wife and OMG let me tell you is a Great hotel and casino. We loved the Mind freak show. Outstanding!!! We were so impressed with it that we will be coming back. The hotel had a Starbucks,Restaurants, nightclubs and, and a great environment for what we would see. Security to watch the show was good and it made us feel comfortable and safe. The only thing I can criticize is for the ushers to actually do a better job at making sure people are not talking or screaming during the show. We had a lady almost next to us talking so loud,we missed a couple of tricks every time she interrupted by talking outloud and not caring about the other people around her, the usher on the top row at the mezzanine was completely adamant of this even though a lot of people were complaining about this lady. Also, at the end of the show she rudely told us we had to leave, even though we were waiting for more people to clear the theater. We got up and moved by the door, were we had to wait for people to finish going downstairs because it was still really packed. So the usher's rude behavior was more worthless since there was no reason for her to hurry us up with so many people still waiting. Other than that we had a great time and loved every minute of the show.
Love going to Burger. The food and service is great!
Our room was very nice!! We had a huge bathroom and the beds were very comfy!!!
Nice clean atmosphere and decent sports book

Booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool only. When I checked in there was no warning that the pool was closed, after finding out it was closed. I called the front desk to ask why I wasn't warned, and no one was of any assistance, and they where very rude. Not coming back!
Fantastic placeto stay with nice rooms. Central spot on the strip close to everything. Would stay there again.
Welcome to the most frustrating shopping experience in town starting from the moment you arrive. Enjoy the free parking space you navigated every floor the last 15 minutes for because it may be the only compensation you'll take away for what you'll endure here. For startsliikely only one of the two elevators (already inadequate for the amount of people coming and going) to the entrance is working today and if by some God send both are running well it's still going to be a genuine 5 minutes wait to get on because each time that door opens it's filled to capacity. I'd suggest split the family up and don't keep waiting for one that will fit you all because it likely will not come. If you're lucky enough to hitch a ride you'll soon lose your mind as you have to stop on each and every floor down for nothing because individuals have long given up on waiting and taken the escalator. I prefer to always take the escalator but likely they have down for maintenance signs blocking them on multiple levels which leaves you no choice but to wait or to strap up your bags, lug your suitcase and test your cardio on the stairs at the far corners of the garage. To navigate the mess that is the mall and casino for all to know The Planet Hollywood hotel and casino is on floor 3. Can't tell you how many poor souls can't figure that out before it's too late and they find themselves in the valet which means they get to wait on the elevator to come back for or take the escalator, not located next to the elevator but awkwardly down a hall inside the bottom level of the mall which never mind anyways, assume they're broken. For Planet Hollywood you'll need to walk either direction through the mall to access the back side of the hotel, then head downstairs to their desk. If you want to do some shopping, dining or catch a show prepare for disappointment. Half the stores here are vacant at this point with the strip side of the mall being the worst. A lot a major retailers have pulled out leaving less variety and a noticeable amount of those cheesy discounter suit, dress or swim wear stores. A few restaurants are gone too leaving only a handful of decent although expensive dining offers. There's 3 theatres you may check out with a variety of shows between them although the reviews of these are very mixed if you look them up. Likely nothing a few overpriced mixed drinks can't help you with. Once you've had enough and are ready to see what better experiences this incredible city has to offer then you're back in your car but not home free yet. I pray for you that there wasn't any show getting out because you will absolutely be in bumper to bumper traffic for the next hour to get out of the structure. It gives you plenty of time to ponder your existence and contemplate why you'd ever come back here other than for free parking. At least that's how I've felt many, many times. Hope this helps you on your next visit!
This is a difficult hotel to rate because the pros and cons are both very strong. The cons are fairly simple... the hotel is very busy which makes it difficult to access even by taxi, the free parking is not very convenient to the hotel at all, and the entire hotel in every room smells like smoke. On the plus side...the central location on the Las Vegas strip and all of the restaurants and shops that are directly attached to this hotel make it a fantastic starting point to explore Las Vegas. if this hotel would take lessons from other hotels like Mandalay Bay and the Wynn, it could greatly reduce the smoke smell which would help tremendously. It really comes down to that...if the smell of smoke bothers you DO NOT stay here otherwise this is a great choice in Las Vegas hotel.
We enjoyed the shows and the mag mile shops.
My stay at planet hollywood was fantastic, staff was helpful and kind, i liked being super close to the mall and found the casino the least confusing to get around!
If you are expecting customer service DO NOT COME HERE..... The person checking us in said and I quote “the resort will not take care of anything they promised on booking they have so many people coming here so it does not matter what you want.” The manager even pointing out that the amount quoted to us on booking site does not include other resort fees when you get here. On booking site and phone conversation with resort (loose word for trust hotel) they said they had a coffee, not true. You had to pay for it at Starbucks or coffee bean. This comes from front desk manager. So be a high roller if you want to be taken care of!!!!
Rooms are big, great food and dancing.
Planet Hollywood is pretty awesome! Of there is a casino inside, as well as a mall and many restaurants! There is something for everyone!
Great central location. If you can afford an upgrade, recommend getting a view of the strip and Paris's Eiffel Tower next door as well as the Bellagio fountain show across the way.
Clean reasonable priced. Lots of stores and restaurants inside. Live entertainment. A fun place to be
Hotel is nice and has a lot to offer but the customer service and housekeeping leave a lot to be desired. My first experience here in Vegas and I have to say I'm disappointed in the stay. There was a pair of old underwear someone previously had left behind along with food still in the floor by the bed. I explained to the front desk what happened, she was a bit rude but said they would have someone clean it up. Went back to the room a little later and still nothing done. I am enjoying Vegas and the experience but will be staying somewhere else next time.
Great location..nice size rooms....dated casino and lobby......
Most of the shows are here. The staff went above and beyond. Great deals and a huge casino that connects to the mall.
Hell yes! Best place on the strip. It's right in the middle of everything! Plus the rooms just got remodeled. We aren't staying anywhere else. For the money its hands down the best place to stay in vegas!
Great time. Will be back!
Play huge and don't see the comps like other properties, dissapointing.
Criss Angel Mindfreak was awesome!
The floor cocktail ladies are the friendliest gals on the strip
Staff was friendly and informative. Room 2191 was spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows per bed and extra in the closet. Large soaking tub and walk in shower, with toilet in adjacent room. Beautiful fountain view Room. Would definitely stay again! My only critiques- vents in room need to be dusted and bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed, not just mopped. I would also suggest frosted glass on shower door so that toilet can still be used if someone is showering.
So much to do at this hotel, there's something for everyone, the rooms are very modern and hip
Great tables that allow you to win and keep your profits if you get hot. Great location shops and restaurants.
Great casino, amazing hotel, awesome location on the strip!
Nice place, nice casino but buffet not that great
Service was great, we both had the Mongolian beef, extremely tough . Unfortunately.
