TSDOS IS A BLAST. Hotel is just okay, nothing special.
My favorite getaway spot in Dallas...the price was unbeatable and the common areas, full breakfast included in the rate with Omelettes cook to order made my stay even better!

Great place, big rooms, and amazing breakfast. Staff was very friendly
Great place to host your convention. The venue and staff are fantastic.
This hotel is great. We stayed in a large corner room with a balcony. My only complaint is the balcony was a little small and some company use their pool to give out swimming lessons during certain hours so you don't have full access to the pool.
Awful and filthy hotel. The garage elevator was filthy and dirty with overflowing trash at 11am. There were spiders and insects in the bath tub. The much vaunted breakfast was very ordinary, juice machine dispensed water. Lastly the a/c didnt work properly , it was sweltering in the room , had to call the technician who said "the pipes were clogged and dirty". This is not worth 250$ / night.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is still wonderful considering some of the covid restrictions that are in place.
Our room smelled very stale and I had to spray it multiple times.... Someone wrote in the window which was kinda creepy... Kids were running every where through the hall alllllllll night! The pool was super crowded. Reception hour was blah and kids were picking over the snacks it was all gross. I'd never stay here again.
Nice, clean place to stay. Was sold out, so long waits for elevators and food.
Always pleasant stay, great breakfast, helpful staff. Never had any issues, and love the shuttle service to local attractions and shopping within 3 miles.
The staff overall was extremely helpful and friendly. They seemed to like their jobs and were interested in my best experience. Ricardo the shuttle driver..Met me as my car arrived, brought in my suitcase, provided me with area details and just welcomed me. And I continued to feel welcomed my entire stay
Beautiful hotel, great service. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and all other spaces in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Had a great experience during my 7 day stay for a business conference. Great service from the front door and all the way through! Rooms were nice and balcony with view was awesome! When I heard free breakfast I thought it would be continental but it was full breakfast with a fantastic chef at an omelet bar! Happy hour was so much fun and great way to get to know others staying at same hotel! Great Experience!!
Had a lovely stay during a recent conference! I felt safe and enjoyed the stay

Great stay. Friendly staff.
Great svc housekeeping! Xtra friendly staff from the front desk to the food. Which was always hot@appetizing. Not to mention the free alcohol on certain nights. I would have it was a 9+
It was a great visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The valet driver Ricardo made this stay 5 stars. He goes above and beyond to help guests.
No notification that there is no housekeeping, breakfast not available at a decent time on the weekend, trash in hallways was never picked up, Front Desk staff not friendly or informative of what to expect, water leak in room.
I do not recommend this hotel. During our stay the were very few guests. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Raw bacon, over seasoned potatoes. The only good items are the made to order omelets. Restaurants are not open. Spa is not open. Not impressed for the price. Would recommend the Drury next door.
Visited for a PregoExpo in the conference center in August. It was a large area with nice décor. The parking was convenient as it lead right into the conference area. A bit expensive though for $3 per hour.
The hotel looks outdated. The pictures are deceiving on the internet. Lunch and dinner menu has very few selections. No stores available inside the hotel.
Very clean facility

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and loved it. I wanted to take my girlfriend to Dallas so I chose this hotel because I already knew it was excellent and very safe. We were not disappointed. From the moment we pulled up we received excellent service. Front desk, security, and housekeeping are all stellar to speak with. There was a minor problem, it was taken care of immediately and beyond my expectations. We decided to stay an extra night. Some things I love about the place are the beautiful views, full-service bar (top quality martinis), generous happy hour, a truly exceptional breakfast (this is not a continental breakfast, it is well-prepared foods of all kinds and made to order omelets), very late pool hours which is great for those of us on awkward schedules, the business center which I used to the fullest extent, and the overall sense of safety they provide. I will continue to stay here every time I'm in the area. Special thanks to Mr Branner and the entire front desk staff for all the help they provided, and to the security team for all the helpful tips they gave.
Very clean and quiet. Cozy beds
Beautiful location. Great for events
We came here for America's Revival and we were not disappointed! The hotel is in a great area, looks newer than some of the embassy suites we've stayed in. Very clean and large rooms. The food from the hotel restaurant was amazing! I appreciate that Hilton has decided to not go "woke" like so many other companies in America. All the conservative rallies or God centered events we've been to lately have been held at Embassy Suites and have been Trump friendly. Thank you for that! We will definitely stay here again!
This place is awesome, friendly staff, walking distance from different people things to do, the in door bar is great as well as the in door pool area, phenomenal place to chill!!!!
Great place super clean
not clean. old
The performance today was surreal. I couldn't enjoy the whole show. But i look forward to the next one.
Fantastic experience over all! Everyone was kind and welcoming especially the gentleman out front with valet parking. I never caught his name, but he seemed to go out of his way to be personable and make conversation. He was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay, thank you!
Very nice ????
Wife and kids enjoyed it
As a valued Hilton Honor Member I select hotels carefully by location, safety, and amenities. Upon arrival May 2021 I tripped and fell down in front lobby as a result of loose puckered carpet near front door. I received assistance from Front Guest Manager on duty with check in and a bag of ice. She offered assistance to room and no other follow up. This caused me to remain in bed with ice bag while taking Tylenol for pain from packed luggage. Around 3:15am Hotel fire alarm sounded for everyone to evacuate building. In pain I got dressed and proceeded down stairway from ninth floor to outside. I could barely walk down stairs due to fall in lobby and thankful for people that stopped to assist me. Later that morning I checked out of hotel and proceeded to PrimaCare for injury. Medical assessment- Deep tissue bruises-right shoulder, rib and knee. Within two days, Guest Manager and General Manager contacted me with apology for both incidents and invited me to return to Embassy Suites-Frisco. Also stating Hotel would accommodate me for awful experiences. No one inquired or offered to cover cost of PrimaCare visit, Xrays and medication. I informed Guest Manager and General Manager of my new best cost reservation and confirmation number for June 2021 stay. When I returned June 2021 the loose puckered carpet was moved from front door to side door. I did not receive any acknowledgement about May 2021 incident and did not receive accommodations made to your return invitation. Disappointed Hilton Honor Member
Went for an event. Good and clean place.
We had the time of our lives! As previously mentioned, we were treated like Royalty!! We celebrated BabyGirl's Birthday 1st Class!! Thank you, Hilton!! I'm truly Honored to be a Hilton Honors member.
Amazing hotel! The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming and kind!
Everything was very beautiful and well run. We ran into a small issue and it was fixed right away! Also the man France Springs at the front is so helpful and accommodating so I want to give a special shout-out to him.
My personal opinion
Specifically booked at this location based on swimming and hot tub, call ahead of time to make sure it was in working order and we were told it was working and once we get there it was out of service!!!!!!!!
This Embassy is awesome place to stay service was great.
Comfortable & Clean, highly recommended
Staff in general is very professional, friendly and helpful. Kudos to France Springs for his kindness and great help the moment we entered the Hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The pool and sauna facilities were amazing (which was also incuded in the room price). It is ideal after a long drive. I highly recommend this Hotel for business and pleasure, Will stay here again in the future for sure.
Excellent hotel in heart of Frisco. We had an amazing view of the Pepper Stadium
Hotel was great! We enjoyed the happy hour and also the hot breakfast the next morning. Off the balcony we could see the Frisco Roughriders ballpark and sat outdoors for the postgame fireworks show.

Customer service was outstanding, the room was roomy and clean...
We reserved a room at the Embassy suites for a wedding May 22nd and found bedbugs in the fold out couch on the 6th floor. We called and they were very apologetic and quickly moved us. It was very late and we couldn't find any other accommodations near by so we inspected the new room throughly and stayed. I was told I'd recieve a call from the manager on Monday to discuss the issue and any restoration. Today is June 27th and no contact was ever made. Very disappointed.

Zach was great Room with a nice view
Good hotel. Don't let the tall guy at check in rub you the wrong way everyone else even kids running around were great.
Absolutely gorgeous and friendly place to stay.
France does a great job making guests feel welcome!
Our stay was great. The staff was wonderful, especially Ricardo. He was friendly and gave excellent dining suggestions.

Room 1404 overlooked the ballpark so we got to watch a game from 14 stories up!!! The fireworks after were at eye level. Didn’t have any meals but the view was amazing! Sunset on the balcony was the perfect way to end the evening before we went to the Speedway! Very clean hotel.

amazing hotel, they took great care of us, the absolute nicest hotel I have ever stayed at

Overall good experience
People nice friendly, they try to help and solve everything, but in the end I am not happy because the hotel wasn't clean, we didn't have air-conditioning and coffee maker didn't work.
This was my first time at this hotel and I was disappointed at the cleanliness. I stayed a total of two nights. Upon check in I was greeted by staff who were polite, efficient, and helpful. My experience was good so far, until I made it to the room. The room was very disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned even though a sign on the door said it had. The "living room" looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The beds were covered in glitter/confetti of some sort. Appeared as though the previous occupants had a party. I had to ask the front desk to bring a new set of bedding, which they did so promptly. The bathroom had stuff all over the mirror and walls, some if which may have been blood. The floors were gross and again looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I've had to stay at low quality hotels before, but for the prices I paid to stay here I at least expected a clean room. Overall, I was disappointed at how dirty this hotel was. It was obvious our room was filthy and not cleaned properly. Management should have a talk with cleaning staff about this issue. The front desk staff were great to deal with and the breakfast was decent. Parking was overpriced ($18) per day, but this hotel is a convention center, so paid parking was to be expected. The hotel was not worth the money per night. The hotel has great potential and looks great from the outside, but if you want clean rooms I would avoid staying here or at least bring your own cleaning supplies if you do stay. This may have been an isolated experience, but I will not be staying here again.
Clean room no coffee shop
We had a wonderful staycation!!! We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the hot tub and being able to walk across the street to watch the Rough Riders Baseball team!
While checking in Mr. France Springs, was polite and helpful. We had our masks on making it difficult to understand Mr. Springs, the time he took out making sure everything was understood was above and beyond his duty. His bedroom voice was a delight. My hubby and I enjoyed our stay.
If you are in the area stay at the Embassy. Everything about it is beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is great.
Such a horrible experience......We were part of a big group attending a wedding. Over 15 rooms were booked by our group. None of the rooms were in perfect condition. Personally my room (1019) had a water leak under the sink in the bathroom and no handle on the faucet in the kitchen area. I thought mine was an isolated case, but when I talked to the rest of the group, they all had similar problems in their room. We had called the maintenance multiple times. I don't think anyone in our group will ever stay in this hotel. Water leak under the sink, non working faucets, leaky tubs, non flushing toilets, cigarette smell in all room, noisy HVAC, non working AC units etc...etc.....
Walked in from garage and was greeted by dancing in the hall of the lobby as people prepared for a wedding even though this hotel has a ton of conference space that could have been used. Dirty floor in room and inattentive staff. I am sad to say this. This is a regular stop for me. Not prepared for post-pandemic opening.
Our room had an excellent view of the fireworks during Memorial Day weekend. The room was nice and very comfortable. We loved having the snacks and the happy hour.
Hilton should have taken the opportunity during covid to update this hotel but it doesn't look like they did anything. Wallpaper in bathroom bubbling from moisture, bad piecing of wallpaper and musty smell throughout room. Won't be staying here again!
Very nice Hotel with an Amazing staff
Great first-time experience. Clean facility. Comfortable atmosphere. Delicious Continental breakfast. Highly recommend this location!
What an AMAZING first-time experience! From the concierge to the room amenities, this hotel gives you the absolute BEST of everything they have to offer. During these pandemic times, they go above and beyond to ensure the safety of their guests. The Continental Breakfast (served from 7 to 11 am) provides an awesome spread of freshly-made foods, along with a chef who makes made-to-order omelets and more. Many thanks to William (Guest Services) for his warm greeting and brief after-breakfast conversation. Without reservation, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It's worth every penny!

We choose to get away for our 15 anniversary, just didn't want to travel far, so I ALWAYS love staying at the Embassy Suites anyway, however, what made me select this 1, "The Spa". It was not open because of COVID. Kudos to Richardo "our Shuttledriver & Zach at the front desk. We'll be back again. Liz & Rickey Brown EVERYTHING WAS CONVENIENT. Thanks for everything!!
This was an amazing stay! Embassy’s are the go to for our family and this didn’t disappoint. We were right across the street from a baseball stadium (scored an amazing room view), minutes from really neat eateries (I recommend The Boardwalk), and very close to cool spots (National Video Game Museum). The staff were kind, accommodating and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the managers reception and delicious made-to-order breakfast. This will be a definite repeat visit. Overall a fantastic stop on our road trip.
If you want to take the chance of getting Covid, please stay at this hotel and go to the evening reception because 99% of the people there DON'T wear masks. Alex, the manager, told me that she received an email from Hilton telling them they are not allowed to ask people in the hotel put on masks, since Texas has lifted the mask mandate. Thanks, selfish people and Hilton management. The Hilton Clean Stay website needs to be updated to reflect the change of policy.
Great location and hotel. People, rooms, breakfast everything is great here
I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was awesome! Happy hour was nice but service was super slow for the free drinks. Now if ordering a non free drink service was faster. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, if you want a firm pillow bring your own. Not sure if I would have asked if a more firm pillow would have been provided.
Excellent staff and service! 5 Stars! ????????????????????
Alan, Fransico, and Mark are great concierges. They were so polite and helpful. They just are very upbeat and happy.
Great and friendly staff. Great job with checking me in and out..
Always top notch accommodations staying at an Embassy Suites Hotel.
Disappointed with the accommodations and quality of breakfast served. Expected service and quality to be similar to that of other Embassy Suite hotels and it was not so I was highly disappointed that this one did not meet my standards.
Good place to stay had a big pool chlorine was a little overwhelming
Thank you for hosting our Easter Retreat. Your caring and respectful staff made our experience very special.
Spiders and webs in parking garage elevator
Attended an event and social distancing and masks were required!!
When I first arrived, I gave this place 5 stars because I absolutely loved the setting and the rooms were nice regardless of the minor issues like slow draining sinks. Now I have to give 3 stars because we didn't understand the parking. You will pay per day for parking, in which I was initially overcharged for. I absolutely don't understand the pending charges. Everyday I woke up there was a new pending charge for like a $100 on TOP of my pending room charges and the $50 per day holds. My card kept being run for things I had no clue about. Only to be told, 'it's just a cushion, it'll go back to your card in 3-5 days.' WHAT? I have never experienced that and I would never return to this hotel because of it. They couldn't even explain to me why. Other people in line at checkout was arguing about the same thing, charges to their cards. You've been warned.
The place was nice, I did not have the best experience with the front desk. The first guy was rude (he said he was busy and shooshed me away to the guy next to him) and the other guy was very difficult to understand (between the mask and the divider and the very soft spoken voice). The accomodations are nice, the boys are looking forward to the swimming pool and breakfast in the morning!
So diss appointed. Should have considered other reviews. March 17th for 2 nights—just relaxing get away. First room not cleaned bed not made. 2nd room, 2 long hairs in shower, hot tub not hot, indoor pool freezing. Lastly was guaranteed for safety masks required. Many guests no masks and desk said they couldn’t enforce. Stayed 1 night and left 2nd morning fir Hilton2suites close by. Let me in at 10:00am! Clean, beautiful etc. will Never go to embassy suites ever again!
We went to Embassy Suites for the 1st time since COVID-19... Glad to see everything was so clean and the extra attention to detail they're providing to keeping it clean.
Staff was unfriendly, was charged for parking even though it was supposed to be included in the stay. Room was hot, and uncomfortable, breakfast was just gross. Had signs saying mask required, but was not enforced. We checked out a day early and was still charged for the night we didn't stay. Do not to hear this hotel. Also none of the policy's for the event they where having where enforced.
Save & Make Money With Big T.
Very nice, Hotel and food and service, the beds were extra Soft and the setting is perfect.
Friendly staff, parking garage and shopping nearby. Convention center was full of pokemon and sports collectors. Great time
(Translated by Google) I liked this place a lot I recommend it although it is a bit expensive but it is worth it !! ???? (Original) Me gustó este lugar mucho se los recomiendo aunque está un poco caro pero vale la pena!!????
Great hotel and convention space. Was here for collectacon and had a blast. The rooms are super spacious and a great value for the rate.
I had my wedding ceremony there on December 20, 2020. Despite many promises and reassurances, the Embassy Suites team ruined the day in many ways. I advise anyone searching for venues to avoid booking this hotel because of the lack of accountability and organization the team has, along with the lack of understanding and compassion during a pandemic. The day of my wedding, I didn't receive my bridal suite and was instead waiting for an hour before I could start getting ready in another room, the chandeliers were not working in the venue initially, the week of I had to repeatedly explain the contract I signed to avoid unnecessary fees, and so many more issues. The event coordination team lacks professionalism and organization.
Mask nazis, but they are pushovers. Just ignore them. Elevators weren't working. Room had a clicking noise in the AC/Fan assembly that made a loud sound every 10 minutes. No sleep for us. Balcony was nice and the hotel was clean and had nice views. You may require guests to wear masks, but we don't have to if we have medical reasons. You then can't ask why and must offer us another way to use your services (which you cannot, as you're a hotel). Good luck!
Welcome to the Embassy Motel? Despite being rated as one of the nicest Hilton hotels in the Frisco area, this Embassy Suites is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand, and I'd strongly encourage potential guests to find another place to spend the night. We had stayed here previously and were excited to come back, but unfortunately were hugely disappointed. I'm not sure if the Embassy staff was just overworked or underpaid, but the lobby and the reception area looked like a trash truck had overturned. There was virtually no place to sit that didn't have someone's disposable cups or napkins or bottles nearby. The front desk at check-in could not have been less accommodating or more apathetic; there was no "welcome!", no smile, and zero attempt to give us information on the hotels facilities or breakfast or evening reception times. The pool area was littered with discarded towels that hadn't been attended to in hours and, again, litter left everywhere. The mask and distancing policies were clearly spelled out on signs at the entries, but there was no effort by staff to remind guests to be conscious of these policies. A quick count on our first arrival: out of around 20 adult guests wandering around the lobby, only 11 were wearing masks. Of the 3 Embassy staff we saw on check-in, one of them was also maskless (!?). We almost left the hotel on check-in as the person checking in directly in front of us was maskless for the prolonged 10 minutes he was being checked in, coughing multiple times on the front desk, with no mention of the "mask policy" by the staffperson sitting directly in front of him. I'm not one to dwell too much on other people's decisions, but if it's your hotel and you choose to have this policy... maybe ask your guests and patrons to respect it?? The elevators had apparently been "commandeered" by kids on the top floor riding them up and down, so we were typically stuck waiting 5-10 minutes for an elevator--or taking the stairs down 10 flights. One of the elevators was put out of service as a result of being treated like a carnival ride. Quite a bit of this comes down to guests either being rude or inattentive, but at other Hiltons I've stayed at, the staff and management would have been all over these issues. This level of attentiveness from staff is the primary reason why I'm usually willing to pay a premium to stay at a Hilton. This Embassy Suites will need a serious overhaul before it earns another dollar from me. ***Except the bartender... that guy was awesome! And thank goodness for that, I needed a stiff drink after the experience of being a guest at this hotel.
Great place, staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were very welcoming.
La Madeleine is my absolute favorite restaurant. It has perfect cusine, and amazing service. I hope you get to see Mina because she was an awesome cashier. She was super outgoing, and was very nice. She was also very quick. Ten out of ten, I reccomend La Madeline.
No mask enforcing at all. We were there because we had no water and wanted a little escape for clean water. There was a convention going on and no one from the convention wore masks anywhere in the hotel, including elevators. We called before we booked and someone told us the restaurant was open. When we got there it was definitely closed. They had a sign indicating breakfast was "grab and go", but they actually were serving breakfast and there were no grab and go options. The hotel was nice and the rooms clean and had water. That's about the only nice thing about the stay.
The hotel rooms need better cleaning! There were 3 long black hairs in ours. The corners of the rooms and the ac grill had visible dust. We requested fresh towels TWICE for our second night and never received them. Our A/C didn’t work right. The breakfast was terrible ...no made to order omelets anymore, just instant eggs etc. Coffee was great. No complimentary water bottles or chocolates in the rooms like other Embassy Suites. Beds are comfortable. Wouldn’t book here again though.
Rooms still very nice and clean, looks like they are following COVID-19 protocol. The only thing missing is the big buffet that they had before this pandemic. Overall all is clean and not so crowded..
Front Desk attendant with no mask while requiring guests to wear one! Personal beliefs should be put aside while making guests more comfortable. It's not that complicated! Will not be staying there again. Management should write up, if not terminate the said employee
While the place has "Masks Mandatory" signs everywhere and all guests seem to be complying, not only wasn't the Frost Desk Manager not wearing one, but actually saw him arguing with the hotel guest that he doesn't have to as long as he is 6 ft away ???????? I don't understand how he can not see that he is sticking out like a sore thumb in the sea of people taking precaution and wearing masks. Also setting terrible examples for other employees, who all luckily were wearing theirs.
Hotel hosted a convention with no restaurants open but one for lunch. .
2 weeks ago my fiance and I wanted to get away and so I found this place online with an indoor pool, basketball court, movie room, game room, pool table and breakfast was included. When we checked in ALL OF IT WAS FALSE. They closed everything because of COVID....but failed to mentioned to us. So as a redo in an effort to have a nice little quiet getaway we tried the Embassy Suites....but this time I called the hotel to verify if the pool and other things were open. They said yes. So we booked it. After we checked in we decided to go to the pool. When we walked into the pool area....their were 27 KIDS!!! That is right 27 all in the pool. We went to the front desk and found out there was a soccer tournament in town. There were kids everywhere. Easily over a hundred in the building. So no....we had a horrible time.
Great room! Very clean!
We used the banquet hall for a wedding and the facilities provided were excellent
Good hotel and location to the conversation center next door. They finally brought back cooked breakfast. This mask-hole was happy here. Rooms were nice. First hotel that had a two cup, at the same time, coffee maker. We stayed here to attend my daughter's cheer competition. Lots of families and kids but, the rooms were solid enough, no noise could be heard. Of course, the covid every other room open, helped, I'm sure.
Paul Cooper (.
Nice hotel. No cooked breakfast due to covid. They did provide a packed breakfast with yogurt, a bagel and cream cheese plus either a banana or danish. Rooms are as expected pleasant and clean. Very quiet when we were there.
The room was clean and in order but in a hotel like this I believe it should have atleast as many TV channels as a 69 $ room and reception wasn't good and they want you to pay for wifi
Great . No problem at all . U need something they do it. We played music and no problem at all . The only time they came up was to provide us more towels. WE DID A CHEER SQUAD SLEEPOVER
Stayed here in October 2020. They had a very limited staff (4 people.) You will be notified of this shortage at check in and will be handed a paper asking you to call the front desk if you need anything as opposed to stopping by. This is understandable with limited contact being encouraged due to COVID. However, when you call the front desk, you will not get an answer. If you happen to have a problem (like not being able to shower because it is broken) , you will not be able to find anyone in the hotel o help. When you check out, there will be an $18 parking fee, per night, added to your bill for each room, even if you don't have a car to park there. Customer service is horrible! This hotel use to be very nice and had great customer service in the past. There are plenty of other options nearby and I would recommend another hotel for the price.
Great hotel. Fantastic bar!!
Beautiful wedding arrangement and very well organised!!
I have always loved staying at embassy but this time will be my last. Night Desk Clerk was rude and didn't even care about an issue I had. Parking was free as they told me upon checkin. I tried to use my key yo get out of the parking garage and it said to pay $9. We were already late for dinner reservations, so I paid it instead of going inside hotel to resolve. When I got back to hotel I asked the Night Desk Clerk to please refund the $9 and he blamed me and said I should have hit the "call attendant" button. How was I supposed to know that? He then told me he couldn't do anything and to take it up with the day shift in the morning. So I did just that and the lady did the same thing, told me that it was on me to call the Help Button. She said she would take it off my room but I saw nothing like that on my receipt they emailed me. HORRIBLE CS, and time for me to find a new place to stay when in town.
We did not stay. There was a hair on one pillow and make-up on another. Too many gross things about the room to list them all. I could get passed it being old and outdated but it wasn't clean! They have an outside company come in to clean. Very happy with the Homewood down the road.
The room was fresh, breakfast was excellent for covid, comfortable feeling with the staff very supportive and helpful, pool did have some dead insects around and some dead inside but was still fun.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, after I made my reservation by phone there was some issue come up but the young lady at the front desk fixed whatever the problem was and set me up with a great room and an amazing view! Highly recommend staying here!!
Everything was fantastic. Excellent attention to detail.
During COVID, most services normally provided were not offered (e.g., housekeeping). Very few guests. Under normal circumstances, this would appear to be an excellent property for a business convention.
Really spacious and clean definitely recommend this hotel
It was awesome ???? the service was great even during Covid-19
Simply beautiful, elegant, and over the top hospitality. An experience worth while.
We have stayed at Embassy Suites for YEARS and this was the first time that I didn’t enjoy my stay. Yes, we stayed during the Pandemic and the world has drastically changed..but I do believe that there could have been some sort of compensation. Embassy Suites is famous for their fabulous happy hour and AMAZING breakfast. Neither of these services were made available. I felt as if they could have at least served a bottle of wine or individual mini shots with a mixer (can of Coca Cola, Sprite, etc) to compensate for the happy hour. For breakfast they offered frozen breakfast items. Since they weren’t offering their normal breakfast buffet, we didn’t even eat..but I believe you had to purchase the frozen items they offered. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. We found food crumbs all over the floor and in the chairs, the doors, mirrors, and walls were dirty. The elevator floor was sticky. The rooms stayed warm at all times, even with the air turned down as low as it would go. The TV’s were showing dark and the cable was staticky. On top of all of this we still had to pay regular rates! I honestly can’t say that I will be quick to return to this particular Embassy Suites.
The rooms are designed very well. The customer service is amazing
Can't complain about anything. All was good
Great rooms, horrible place over weekends when family events take over the place

A great hotel within close proximity to shopping, dining, recreation and sports complexes!
Great conference center amenities in a beautiful facility.
Attended the Delta Waterfowl Banquet. Very lovely hotel
Beautiful property. Breakfast was good. Our room just had a very musty smell for some reason, like there had been a recent leak or something.
I really liked the hotel and its over all service. I was visiting Frisco for work and stayed at this hotel. Every time i came in the room, the room was cleaned. The staff was really pleasant. They have a nice happy hour in the evening and live omelette/pancake station in breakfast was cherry on the top.

Like all Embassy suites, free cooked to order breakfast, free happy hour every night, every room has a mini fridge and a microwave. Staff was friendly, parking not included. 24 hr gym and an indoor, heated pool.
I've stayed here several times and it's always a treat. It's a step above other hotels with great services like a on-site spa & conference center. It seems like there's always some event happening. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. And it's in the middle of great shopping and things to do in Frisco. I highly recommend it.
Very nice. I really enjoyed mu stay..

From the Valet to Front Desk Staff, They very polite, courteous, professional. For the price it is definitely worth the price. The atmosphere feels like home.

We stayed at this Embassy suite one night to celebrate my son's birthday and we had a great stay with excellence service. Thank you!
Really nice beds and breakfast is ready for you when you wake up
I would have given 4 stars had they not over billed me. And still have lingering charges. Also, I'm quite sure I reserved a balcony suit, but was not accommodated due to the hotel being pack full of teenagers for some event they did not give any prior warning was happening.
Girls stayed here for 2020's Dallas Catholic Youth Conference. They had a great time.
Great hotel stay, staff was very good, breakfast buffet and complimentary drinks were good. Only suggestion would be to update the decor and lighting, felt very 90s and a bit dark and out of style. But overall, was great.
It was over crowded and breakfast line was a mile long. For the amount of money I spent I was dissapointed. But valet and registration was perfect.
Love this place! Friendly people, GREAT food, comfy room. We stay there every time we're in Dallas.
Clean, friendly highly recomendef
Leaking faucet in bathroom. No hot water just warm.
Nice updated rooms. Easy to access parking garage. Big breakfast buffet variety and nice complimentary happy hour. Very conveniently located to major shopping areas and restaurants.
Polite staff. Good breakfast. Room was clean.
Very nice up to date hotel, nice area, Sammoon right next door, for some very nice purses, luggage, jewelry for days, and much much more, for dirt cheap. Anyways, valet very accomodating and friendly, the breakfast is awsome, complimentary hour from 5:30-7:30, nice rooms for a great price. Will be coming back for sure.
Awesome complex to host meetings with many convenient dining, shopping or just get away time.
Never stayed the night here, we just used this facility for FISD events. Way overpriced for what we got, food was always “ok” and media equipment was a nightmare.
Attended some banquets here - was a decent venue
Old Chocolate L.
The staff was nice and the view from the balcony was good. Aside from that, I remember the breakfast being better at other Embassy Suites.
A good location. Clean and safe.
The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. Staff is very personable and knowledgeable. Excellent place for a stop
Good service, clean room
I was helping out at a conference at the Embassy Suites in November. Amazing venue!!! The main speakers room was more than adequate, the hotel staff were great, I loved the layout of the building.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!! THE SUITE IS FABULOUS!!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING HOSPITALITY!!!!
Maria De La Pena T.
Emily's Bat Mitzvah celebration was wonderful only problem was that any bottle of wine opened but full the Hotel kept and charged you for it. So I will remember that for sure.
Love staying at the Frisco TX Embassy Suites! The rooms and the hotel itself are always nice and clean! GREAT Happy Hour every evening. If you’re a paying guest staying there...then drinks are truly “on the house”!
Nice staff! Bartender was a nice guy. But the bed sheets had some dirt on them and there were cobwebs all over the room. The table was sticky. When we went for Managers reception, the tables were filthy and sticky. The towels weren't replenished in the pool area, but we didnt mind going to ask for more. The back patio door wouldn't open with a key card, thank goodness we were able to get someone's attention when we needed to get back in. During Breakfast, We had to clean our own table off, and wipe food off of the chairs. We have been to this Hotel a few times and always pick it during Christmas time but not to sure on going back next year. It seems to have let itself go!
This place is nice. I stayed there for an overnight stay this past Saturday. Upon entering the room (725) at 4pm, I immediately noticed a big stain on the sofa cushion. I lifted it to turn it over and saw the exact same stain on the other side. I removed all cushions and saw crayons, foodstuff, long blond hair and other junk in the sofa. Please make this right. No worries, I wasn't in there long enough to sit on it comfortably. Place needs a thorough cleaning.
Great service, food was good. I was there for a wedding.
Upon getting to our room 506 the had stuff sprayed all over the tub. I talked to the night clerk Mrs.Venus (who by the way has exceptional customer service) and she immediately moved us to another room. Once moved over to 510 my husband finds hair all in between the sheets. He calls down to ask for new bedding and they send a guy up to check it out only for him to pretend there’s a language barrier. Mrs. Venus gives us clean bedding and says due to the hotel being full they have no more rooms but in the morning they should have something and that she would speak to them about reimbursing our stay due to the inconvenience of two dirty rooms. That morning my husband speaks to Josh the manager and he agrees to move us to a pure wellness room which is hypoallergenic and supposed to be super clean. He was only willing to refund half our stay. So we start moving our things up to room 1108 and on our way out to make another trip there’s a roach climbing up the wall. After that I was done we drove 4 hours from Houston didn’t make it until after midnight Thanksgiving day only to get dirty rooms 3 different times. Everything in the area was sold out until Sunday we had no where else to go. For this hotel to be in such a nice area I felt like I was at a roach motel. Mrs.Venus was the only breath of fresh air in that place.
I stayed over the weekend with my family for Thanksgiving. Very beautiful property, super comfortable bed, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. Special thanks to France, Shawna, and Sophia for assisting me with any request or questions I had. Perfect getaway spot and the location is near a beautiful mall and lots of restaurants.
Great place to stay great service.
Nice hotel, catering and conference center
Leslie Daviet I.
Comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent ammenties, adquate facilities for meetings with 200+ attendees. Caring and professional staff. We prepared food with many menu choices. Ample parking.
Beautiful place for our conference.
Absolutely a great stay and Wardell Davis at the bar is outstanding! He takes great care of all his guests and has great personality! I will be back.
Love this Embassy Suites! Clean rooms, awesome pool, made to order omelets and happy hour every night.
It’s a nice hotel but I didn’t like the $30 parking charge for just a one night stay. The fee wasn’t disclosed until the very last minute. If it wasn’t for that I’d probably give it a five star review.

Excellent facility, funtastic breakfast, courteous staff & clean maintenance
Excellent for conferences. Plenty of parking, covered and open. Near several sports venues. Could benefit from more restaurants in the vecinity. Driving in this area is manageable.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice accomodations. Recommend a visit
We have our ladies conference here. The rooms are wonderful. The staff is so helpful and friendly most of the time. Only negative was I had to pay for parking separate from my room. The room is not cheap so parking should be included.
Good night’s sleep but- crumbs on the bed, difficulty parking / even the valet stand was crowded, and the pool was closed for renovations (10/20/19) which the reservations desk did NOT disclose when I specifically asked while booking our rooms last week.... sad kids!
Very comfortable room. Good night's sleep. Nice breakfast. Good location. I'd stay here again.

Just love Embassy Suites
Good rooms great heated pool terrable quality breakfast buffet no flavor on a rating of chart a 1 ????
Loved every minute there.
Very welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast are fantastic. Great customer service and rooms are nice. Great areas to walk.

Meh. Wouldn’t go back. Had to switch rooms three times on arrival to get something acceptable.
love this hotel!
Has some of the best staff there ready to help you with whatever you need.
Good conference hotel.

Big ballroom. One of the largest in north Texas

They are very patient working Environments but a little slow getting a cart so I can carry my baggage down stairs to leave!!
Loved the place got breakfast then a complimentary bar in the evening
I was there for a conference and didn't stay at the hotel, as I'm from Frisco. The facility was super clean and updated, and the food they catered was excellent.

By no means should you go here to stay in a room. I was there for a conference. Had I more knowledge of the area there are better hotel choices across the street. This place needs to be torn down honestly. The rooms smell and doors drag it's outdated. The conference area was fine tho so if you have business there just stay across the street it's very close walking distance.
Very nice ???????????????? e
Great location, nice breakfast, happy hour. Hot tub & pool nice. Limited restaurant if you want to stay in.
Enjoyed our stay. STAFF were polite and efficient. Thank you.
Nice place, comfortable rooms and beds. I particularly liked the bedroom being separate from the sitting room, especially if someone is an early bird or a night owl. Small fridge, microwave and coffee service. Bathroom a little small for two people. Full complimentary breakfast with an omelet bar. Hot coffee!
Buffet breakfast was ok, the made to order omlette was great! The pool was gross!
It a great place
We hosted our son's graduation party at Embassy Suites Frisco. Hotel staff has shown highest level of professionalism from the very first day we contacted them. Michelle and Enrico were always available for any questions we had; they responded to our emails/queries very promptly. The day of the event went smoothly and without any hiccups. All the people were really friendly and diligent. Audio/video guy was knowledgeable and provided extra connections for laptops. Banquet hall team managed decorating/food serving/cleaning/etc. activities very efficiently. We are immensely happy with the great support of the entire team. We highly recommend this hotel; they made all our guests' evening a memorable and truly enjoyable one. Best regards, Farhana and Monjur
We’ had an wonderful and memorable evening last night attending to our dearest friends Kona and Manjur’s son’s graduation party at the embassy suites. We’re vary pleased with the service of the staffs. They’re very attentive and prompted wherever they’re needed as well very supportive to the hosts organizing and carrying on the entire event. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends and families to host events to the embassy suites in future. Sutopa and Prosenjit
I attended my cousin's graduation party here last night and the event was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised with the venue, food, and most importantly, the quality of service. The caterers were very attentive and prompt, and had a smile on their face the whole evening whilst making sure everyone had what they needed. I highly recommend.

Amazing place, amazing arrangements. Last night we attended my nephew’s graduation party at the convention center. Very clean service, the employees involved in banquet were very efficient. They kept the food warm and they were very fast to ensure tables are cleaned in a timely manner. Technicians engaged in light and music are very active too. I highly recommend this place.
Great conference venue.
Loved our stay! They offer free breakfast (they will make you a personalized omelet) and happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Parking is free for guests and they also offer valet parking for those who wish to use it. Pool is indoors and it's open from 5 AM to 1 AM and the water is cold. There is a gym, hot tub and sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend staying there!
Everything was as expected till after checkout. My school paid the parking and room up front for two weeks. Then after 2 days from check out a bill for the parking showed up on my credit card. It took an hour for someone to finally take the charge off. Very nice before and during stay but after when you need a problem resolved they were more than condescending.

Excellent hotel nice spacious room, large complimentary buffet breakfast, nice bar and pool. Great for meetings.
This is the most beautiful Embassy Suites I have ever lodged. Great staff, great buffet, everything just wonderful.
Very nice hotel & service, but the AC didn't work well enough for me.
Nobody knew what was going on
Great hotel with indoor pool and spa plus full buffet for breakfast
Great Hospitality! Would reccomend anyone!
Just one word (WONDERFUL)!!!!
Great hotel good people
Very nice hotel and conference center
If you are looking for a hotel that has an heir of ambiance this is a hotel to go to. I consider it a quite luxurious hotel with great service.
The staff was very courteous, the breakfast buffet was very good (the scrambled eggs were the best), the room was very clean.

Marvelously place to stay!
First class service and staff.
Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, wonderful stay!
Our stay at this hotel was very good, however there were a couple of things that could have made it great. Pros: Great atmosphere in hotel, everyone at front desk was very nice and professional. The hotel is very pretty and updated. We were given a room with a view to the stadium, I guess there was a game playing since we had a nice surprise of a fireworks display. Con: The room was not that clean, it looked rushed, ( which is understandable if they had a quick turn around but we checked in late in the afternoon) and the room smelled of vape. We decided not to say anything at the time since it was already late and we weren't sure if there would be any other rooms available with the view we already had and we were only staying for one night. Pro: The breakfast selection was delicious, good variety. Con: Breakfast ends at 10, in various hotels that's when they start picking up food, but leave juice and coffee stuff still available for those who want something to drink before they go or for those are late and rushing. However that was one of the first things that were turned off and taken away, to me it felt a little rude and surprising, I have never experienced that service in any Hilton brand hotel. I have stayed at other Embassy and the employee in charge of breakfast have always been kind and firm way of letting all the guest know that it was closing time but always leave coffee and juice as the last item to pick up. (We later learned that because there was a change of owner they run things differently from other Hiltons.) But in all we enjoyed out time here, it was just little details that could have made it great, will definitely stay here again :)

It's a great holet and best place for prom went there. And I still remember everyone who went to prom there. Thank y'all for letting u be there!!
Looks good , good space for events
Occasion: attended a conference/ party at this establishment. Pros: Huge Clean Lots of facilities Easy parking Great decor Professional staff Cons: none Bottom line: can’t wait to attend the next function.
Great staff, rooms and meeting facilities!
Great place to stay
Great place to stay
Hilton... Need I say more.. ?
The parking lot (not the garage) is not controlled. They do not give you a pass or ticket to put in your window. They don't ask for license plate information. Literally you can park on the lot for free. If they ask you at check in if you parked, and you said no, they have no way to verify whether you did or not. I felt it was very unfair for those of us who paid the stiff $17/night parking vs those who cheated out of the parking. The room is ok. Nothing that we felt was amazing. The pool is indoor and nothing great about it. Someone smoked in their room and set off the fire alarms at 3am. We didn't get back in till about 4:45am and was too tired to get up to enjoy the free breakfast. I don't think that I would stay there again..nothing appealing about it. But they did offer Hilton points for the fire alarm inconvenience. I'm shocked that this is considered a "4 star hotel".
Went for a company convention. The staff made sure everything flowed smoothly. The temp in the room was on freezing. Bonus was that the sound system clear. I'd suggest more restrooms
Parking is ridiculous.
I wouldn't say I hated it, but I will say this is the very first Hotel where I stayed where the Air conditioner was way too high, I could not understand why they had it so cold in there, the staff were great, but the AC was a huge problem.
Had am awesome time with PHP! Thank you Augustine for all the tips!
Terrible experience this past weekend at Embassy Suites. #710. Shower clearly had a clogged line and water loudly gurgled in and out of tub waking us all up a 1:30am. Then fire alarm went off at 4 am. We were evacuated for almost an hour with no communication at all. We finally just went back to our room when we saw other guest heading back in. Apparently 1 guest decided to smoke in room, which resulted in the whole hotel bring evacuated, instead of isolating it to that particular area???? Mind you my poor 12 year old son had to be at a basketball tournament at 7:30 am. Anyway at checkout despite my video evidence, we were given a flimsy apology by the front desk clerk just for the fire alarm, not even for the poltergeist tub incident and told that a manager would be contacting us. Yet here it is three days later and I haven't heard a word. Will never stay here again!!!
Immediately upon our arrival, one of the valets, who was Hispanic with a pot belly, demanded my car keys, was extremely rude and would not allow me to enter the building without giving him my keys, even though I told him that we were not valet parking. This gentleman ruined our evening and I will not be back to the Frisco location and be harassed by an employee again. In addition at approximately 4am in the morning a loud screeching alarm with strobe lights awakened me from a deep sleep and we had to go down flights of stairs to the outside for about 45 minutes while the fire department cleared the building. The next morning at checkout, I asked about a possible discount or voucher for future stays and the young gentleman at the front desk just laughed and said it just a guest in the hall smoking and he had the same bad attitude as the other employee that hatefully greeted me at the beginning of my stay. All I can say is wow! What a huge disappointment! I am experienced with the fire alarm event at other hotels and both times they awarded vouchers to the guest for the inconvenience. Never expected this treatment from an Embassy Suites. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
This hotel is really nice however we were in town for a nursing conference and the service was less than good. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous! Both days it took a really long time to get through the line and the food was luke warm, and the buffet needed to be cleaned. The restrooms were a mess. The first day the restrooms in the conference center were out of order, which was very inconvenient because there were so many ppl. The other restrooms were out of soap, and toilet paper in some stalls. Everyone knows nurses HAVE TO wash their hands! This hotel and conference center was not prepared for this volume of ppl. I feel they should have up'd their staff if they knew this volume of ppl would be attending. The staff was nice, but it was inconvenient and frustrating!

Extremely poor attitudes. Not customer friendly. Rude and accusing. Coffee sucks. It's a shame. Within a nice hotel.
The Awhonn 2019 Texas State Conference-Leadership event Looks like a great opportunity for nurses, OBGYN’s and any Doula looking to gain more insight on how to work more efficiently should attend.
Great hotel in a great location. The staff is always very friendly.
Great place. We had to stay there for 2 months due to some water damage at our home, and these guys are almost 5-star...I just can't give the five -star due to the general populations expectations of a 5-star hotel. Staff is awesome, rooms are good, and they keep the place CLEAN. My only complaint is that the temperature inside the room that we were in was a little warm...maybe it was just the room that we stayed in.
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast! We will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for our anniversary and wasn't toooo disappointed... most definitely not all that we expected when we were told it's a king suit... the bathroom was a bit eh... the tub was just a normal sized little tub and the shower was just bleh... the hot tub was nasty the water was brown, but the hotel itself was ok!!!
Great hotel to stay at!! 1. The view we had was amazing. It overlooked the Rough Riders stadium and other parts of Frisco. 2. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. I did find some hair on the toilet seat but other then that it was spotless. The beds were comfy and I slept great. 3. This hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub and sauna. They have plenty of towels as well. Above the pool on the second floor is the gym. It overlooks the pool. 4. They have happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 with free beer, cocktails, and snacks. 5. Breakfast is fantastic. They have made to order omelets and fresh waffles. They also have an assortment of pastries, fruits, waffle and oatmeal toppings and more. All in all it is a fantastic place to stay. Would love to stay here again.
Booked through Hilton app, and I got a room next to the ice machine, with obvious damage, and even a stranger's fake fingernail on the floor (gross). Manager's reception was poor compared to stays at other Embassy Suites - stale snacks, assembly line service only for drinks, and had to literally hunt down a server to order actual food. Facility is also badly in need of some updating. So many options for places to stay in this area now, so pretty disappointed.
Nice location and staff
5 of 5.
Had Awesome Time, With a Special Person Venus Carbin is And Angel She is a Blessed Person with a Heart of Gold, She Helped me alot, May God Bless her. Always Be in My Heart a True True Angel..Just Outstanding Place to Stand with Friendly Staff..
Best customer service ever, great food ????????
A great place to stay when in town on business. Good breakfast buffet with clean rooms and friendly staff.
Great suite and very nice facility overall. My only complaint is no warm water in my room occasionally and AC went out in the meeting room we met in.
Alfredo A. Rios C.
Incredible service by the manager.
Jeffie Caroline N.
Was very beautifully decorated. And I felt as if I had entered Heaven because it was so rich looking. Every employee was very very Nice
This resort style hotel has it all. Indoor pool, huge breakfast buffet, good food, and staff that is educated and helpful. Recommend.

I recently love this Embassy Suites Frisco, because Y'all did a fabulous job with Texas Workforce and Project Search Internship. They also told me about "Keep up your great work/multi-rotations." UPDATE: 1. On May 1st will be my last day of Project Search and I am going to miss them all. 2. We still need electrical vent for all Frisco Embassy Suites Hotel guest and presidential suite rooms in the next update.

bland, managers hospitality offers nothing. Breakfast is the same it's been the last 30 years at embassy suites.
Clean, very pleasant staff, great breakfasts, and good views from the room windows! Also, within a short walk of a mall and multiple restaurants.
First of all, I had called the hotel to ask what time the indoor pool closed and after the phone rang forever, someone picked up and told me the pool closed at 11 pm for children. I asked if it was open for adults after 11 and she said, yes, until 1 am. So then I asked if it was okay as long as the children were supervised and she replied “we prefer kids not be in there after 11 because of some things that had happened”. That reply was vague and scary but then when I got to the hotel, the sign mentioned nothing about 11 pm being closing time for kids. Then, we went to the gym to check out the equipment, and within minutes of being there, a security man came in and told us “the gym was closed”. We walked out and clearly saw a sign that said 24 hour access with key card. When I confronted the man at the front desk about why he kicked us out, he said people under 21 aren’t allowed in there by themselves when there is “high occupancy”. Apparently, there was an event going on but we were just regular guests trying to enjoy a birthday so we had no idea whether it was high occupancy or not. Also, I am 28 this year and the man admitted that he didn’t ask us for our age but never apologized. Overall, this experience has been very sub par for a hotel that seems to be of higher quality. I would give zero stars if I could.
This was by far the Worst hotel experience I have experienced by far. Even motels were of better service. I wish I could give zero stars. I came here for my 20th birthday this year with my family and they would not let me check in because I wasn’t the one who had booked the stay although my name was on it. I even called the day before to make sure I could check in or if the person who bought it had to come with me l. They said it would be fine so I went and they told me that was not allowed?? They told me that that the person who bought it must be present so I had to wait 5 hrs for the person who bought the tickets to come. (He was in the middle of a soccer game and lives 2 hours away) I was so stunned that they could change their word like that. I asked if there was anything that they could do for us for the inconvenience of driving all the way here. They told me that they would waive the cancellation fee. I have nowhere to sleep. I can’t cancel and they had no empathy whatsoever but I got the impression they were pushing me to cancel. I got there at 6 pm and finally got checked in at 11pm. I missed the dinner reception which is what I was looking forward to most and much of my families precious time to be spending together. Yet all they could offer us was a discount to cancel and sleep elsewhere. They kept changing their rules on us also saying that no children at the pool past 11 is preffered and then changed it later on and told us that it is strict hotel policy. Later we went to the 24 hour fitness center and told us to leave because they were closed????!! It’s 24 hours. However the manager(?) told us we need to get out. Went to the front desk to talk to him. He kept hiding in the back and when we finally decided to complain to the other worker he came out trying to justify himself by saying that minors were not out past 1. But.. we’re not minors? Which we told him. And then he replied, “oh then you’re fine” with no apology. Very upset and definitely would not reccomened and words could not express how displeasing the service was and how unfair the treatment was here.
I handle some of my affairs here.
great. loved the breakfast buffet...BACON!!!! The happy hour is fun, but kind of cramped now. Love staying on site during Texas Pinball Festival--just wish they blocked off more rooms for Festival attendees.
My stay was awesome.....the breakfast was amazing
Here in Dallas/Frisco for 2 days.. From Dallas airport, hotel is about 30mins away and we took an Uber going here which cost about $35. The hotel is spacious, nice interior designing and and has a patio. Bed was comfortable and big! There are 2 TVs in the room, bedroom and living room. There’s complimentary breakfast buffet and the hotel bar has free drinks.. With an “s” from like 5-7:30pm. There’s also a pool and jacuzzi open til 1am. Close by stores and restaurants are about 6-10mins Uber away from the hotel.. Didn’t really ask about their shuttle services. Update. Just went to the stone briar mall and discovered so many places and stores and restaurants nearby the hotel that’s walking distance. Love it!
Really great place. Texas Pinball Festval Rocks !
Very friendly staff!
Outstanding hotel with friendly service
Very nice place connected to the Frisco convention center
Had a great time loved the sauna
I love the rooms in this Embassy Suites, unlike some others in the chain, these rooms feel like a home away from home. They have valet parking, electronic check in through the app. All rooms wrap around a central atrium overlooking the bar and restaurant which makes it bright and open. The room service menu has good options. The added benefit is the huge shopping mall across the street.
Was there for a conference, they were very nice and helped greatly when my shuttle to the airport did not arrive. Not a lot of places to eat walking distance unless you do the food court at the mall. Had a good stay clean and nice room.
Can't say enough great things!! I highly recommend this experience!
Great update and nice location
I went to a conference here. The hospitality and service was great. They were attentive and accommodating. Our air wasn't working properly, we called, they came within minutes and fixed the issue.
I Love The Embassy Great Place Family Environment
Very nice hotel & convention center.
Conference centers are good for big gatherings
Great breakfast! Beautiful suites! Enjoyed my stay and conference!
We enjoyed the spaciousness, ambience, & cleanliness of this Embassy Suites! Staff were helpful, parking convenient, and the breakfast buffets excellent with their service staff quick to clean tables for the next patrons. Despite the huge #s of people & business of the lobbies & elevators, everyone was courteous & friendly! We would stay there again!
Friendly people, and a quiet, clean place. What more can you ask for? Breakfast was really nice! Happy hour was a pleasant surprise. Oh - and they are pet friendly!
Great room, food, and service! I look forward to returning to the hotel for sure!
Thai hotel deserves all the five stars. They have the friendliest staff and the rooms are very clean and comfy. I have stayed here several times during my business tours and will continue doing so!
It was an absolutely pleasant and relaxing experience!!!
Great breakfast all you can eat. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Always love staying here while in Frisco. They keep the place clean and the service is always good. Most Embassy Suites I visit are old and run down. There is a nice bar to enjoy at night and a great breakfast in the morning. Great job! I will be back!
The rooms are great!
Conference room was nice.
Very nice hotel. However I received a threaten note under my door in the middle of my 1st night here. When I called the front desk they immediately sent someone to move me to another room away from the exit doors. They assumed it was just a child playing but in today's time I take everything cautiously. The remainder of my week long stay was very pleasant.
Stayed here for three days it was excellent the rooms the mini suites are fantastic very clean great view of the surrounding City the people are really friendly the food was really good would highly recommend this place to anybody who is coming into Dallas or staying around the Dallas area in the minor league ballpark is right across the street a beautiful place Dr Pepper Stadium
Very nice, grandkids loved the indoor pool and they serve a good breakfast
Very comfortable room, clean and great service, will be back
Excellant as always
Great staff, good location, and wonderful complimentary breakfast.
Great hotel and conference center. Food, accommodations and people are fantastic. Always top-notch!
The bellhops weren't too friendly at all but the cleaning ladies were real good and real helpful
Had a great stay during my conference. Friendly and abundant staff, easy check in, good breakfast, rooms are laid out really well and the beds are comfortable. The only two things I noticed were the climate control (meeting rooms and lobby felt like they were 50 degrees), people were wearing their coats in the meetings. Also, this is petty but in this upscale hotel, all the coffee is this nasty, weak instant stuff, the same throughout the hotel. It comes in tiny cups with lids that don't fit. If you need a caffeine boost to start your day right, you need to make a run somewhere. I know this isn't something one would base a hotel choice on, just a fair warning. If you are here with a conference, I suggest requesting a room on the lower floors so you can use the stairs. During peak times (like when 300 people get out of a conference at the same time), there is a huge line waiting for an elevator. Rooms have wifi, decent but not awesome speed. I've seen people checking in with dogs so they are clearly allowed.
Love staying here!!
Went for the Ignite conference by AAGD. Very good venue, lovely decor and good food.
Very easy advanced check in. Suite was roomy. Nice southern view from 9th floor. Full atrium up to the 14th floor and can see all the way down. Fantastic ballroom for dance with very tall ceiling and portable flooring. Catered dinner at the New Years Eve event made it special. We will be coming back.
Decent place, needs some updating, especially in the rooms
Nice hotel with a great selection of restaurants surrounding the area.
Hotel is very nice. Has convenient access to local restaurants and amenities. Rooms are quite variable in layout depending upon location and these variations in suite layout can sometimes produce rooms that are not ideally lit (dark) in the outer room.
Beautiful hotel. Stunning inside open atrium views with water falls.
Huge! Charging stations in the covered parking and space galore. A classy and professional place

Amazing hotel clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub was clean and relaxing amazing view of the city and skyline of downtown Dallas although the resterant we got two Pepsi's and a kids pizza and it was 65 $. Expensive hotel but you get what you pay for delicious snacks and breakfast staff were good but we stayed on the 12 floor all night we heard a knocking sound from upstairs we called the help desk they said they come see but they never did anything but my favorite hotel so far I love the area of Frisco it's just a beautiful hotel
The suites are clean and well organized. There is a nice gym in the hotel. Not a lot of food options in the hotel, but there is a mall across the street, and plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 min away.
This is a great hotel!!! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms wore good and comfortable. I had a great sleep the 2 nights i was there. There is a bar you can go to down stairs and the margaritas are great on my opinion ????. I didn't like there inside pool, not my type of pool. Other than that staff wore very friendly. There is a mall close by, you can go walking if the weather is good.
Mardel the bartender is Awesome!!! He makes the Best chocolate martinis ever!!! He is highly energetic and very friendly!! He remembers your name is a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan!!! Yes!!! Breakfast buffet is good as always. Missed going to the hotel's complimentary socializing event b/c I was always out visiting friends I haven't seen in years. But the one thing I truly dislike was their bathroom plumbing. The drainage in their tub was very slow when showering, and I do not like wading in soap scum when showering. Also, the hotel did not have anymore king size bed rooms, and that was okay. However, the layout of their rooms with double beds had you either confined next to a very large window or next to a 2 feet portruding wall. Access to get out of either bed was not easy
Rooms w slight odor , resembles motel rooms . Food is not eatable and way over priced .

Excellent property. The entire staff is amazing and takes great care of guests.
Awesome room. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic food. Worth the expense.
Great layout of a hotel with a really good breakfast
Went for the New Year's Eve party and stayed the night. The hotel is very pretty, the rooms were nicely decorated, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast has a ton of options.
Nice hotel for an event and I would stay here regularly. Rooms are clean and staff is nice.
Good Hotel and Nice Staff
Very rude when trying to pick up guests. And they give you no options on parking for just 15 minutes
Clean, rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Stayed for a week and felt like home.
Beautiful conference room and great food for the event.
Fantastic experience at frisco location. Free drinks and snacks for happy hour and free breakfast with omelettes, biscuits and gravy and more.
It was a lovely experience I remember the sweetest girl in the front desk and they was Angel she was so helpful it made us feel so welcome and comfortable just like we were at home thank you
Very nice place and a cool Happy Hour at the bar.
The G F.
Beautiful, very friendly staff.
Great location. Shopping options very close.
First time in Frisco and first time attending a Parent Conference. I loved it and can't wait for the next two days.
Got lost and concierge was very helpful. Beautiful design and wonderful staff and accommodations.
Great view from rooms. Room setup great for group hangouts.
Beautiful facilities. Excellent breakfast.
Fantastic stay... very nice hotel. Staff was excellent... breakfast great as usual....
Beautiful building. Great staff!
Clean and neat
Nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The indoor hot tub and pool was a nice touch and very enjoyable. My only gripe was that lunch buffet was average at best. Breakfast buffet was above average.
Had breakfast with my family there and it was very, very good.
Attended the TPA 2018 conference. Embassy Suites was a wonderful host, both for the conference and staying in the hotel. It was clean. Staff was courteous. Room service food was hot, good, reasonably priced, and prompt. Breakfast had a lot of great options and was free. They provided water and coffee all day.
We were here for a conference and spent some time afterward at the bar area. Nice and relaxing spot within walking distance of several local establishments. The staff was excellent!
Great place, Wonderful for a convention /Event Conference
Awesome place to stay. Lot of options for breakfast
We came here for a seminar, and it was great. Easy to find, plenty of parking, near lots of food choices, and the bathrooms were clean. Would come again.
Always a great expierence when I come, the staff is wonderful!
Our room was clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was good, especially the made to order omelet bar. It's a great breakfast selection. My husband and I really enjoyed their happy hour too. We brought our kids; they loved the pool area. Shopping is so convenient and there are lots of restaurants to select from. It's easy to get on and off the interstate and other local highways. I would definitely stay again.
Great place. Excellent service.

The location was a bit far from the Dallas love field airport. However, the venue was amazing. The rooms were clean. The conference rooms looked very nice. Also, the front desk was very very friendly.
Great place to stay
The desk management was very nice and helpful!
Toured the venue
Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an incident upon my arrival and check in that I won't detail because they did superb service recovery.
Hien Hoa V.
Hotel was very spacious and newly renovated. Rooms are renovated but still lack some needed updates - tub/shower, outdated decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good location and beautiful hotel. Every perk was more money though.
Amanda Rachel L.
We attended our company's quarterly event here. It was perfect. The bathrooms had a vanity area to freshen up make up and hair before photos. The chairs were comfortable. The lighting was great for photos. Over all the venue was just perfect and we will be using it again!
The experience was awful. Unfortunately I was freezing for 8 hours. Heat was not working. Called for assistance twice and explanation was "we don't turn on the heat around this time or year" whatever that means. Will not be back as a Diamond member
I would have preferred to have known there was an event happening at the hotel which would hinder your access to and from the parking garage.
The location and room were great for our purposes. Comfortable bed and had a nice view of the ball field, and decent size rooms. The trouble was parking, they kept changing how to access the garage depending on the time of day for some event very frustrating.
Amazing staff and amazing rooms.
Excellent place to host a large event
The room was nice. The bedroom door could be closed to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and seating room. The water temperature fluctuated during my shower but other than that the room was great. I was able to walk across the street to the Dr. Pepper center where my meeting was being held. I had a great stay.
(Translated by Google) I attended the night event of IFT Longhorn suppliers, the building was nice, clean, and the staff was courteous. (Original) Asisti al evento de la noche de proveedores de IFT Longhorn, el edificio fue agradable, limpio, y el personal fue cortes.
Clean Rooms and Large Convention Center
It a nice hotel and convention center.
Went to the hotel for a gaming event, very nice looking and the vending machines were reasonably priced
Awesome facility and people!
The staff is really nice, the spa is incredible, the rooms are decent, but the hotel needs an update. The fourth star is for the spa staff, I cannot remember her name (expecting mother), accommodating my fiancé and I by seeing us on a holiday they are usually closed.
I am here right now and it's the best!!!!!Food is great!Rooms are great and cozy!I recommend coming!
Nice hotel. Unfortunately pretty expensive
Attended a multiday convention as participant and presenter. Hotel-provided services were great, including beverages and light snacks between sessions.
The venue was nice... It was a little chilly in some of the conference rooms but rather be cold than hot.
Did not stay at the hotel but attended a professional conference. The facilities were very well maintained and the meeting rooms spacious and comfortable.
I attended a conference and the facility is very nice. I can't comment on the guest rooms as I drove in each day from Garland. I will say you definitely need to bring a sweater as most of the meeting rooms we were in were extremely cold! This is the fifth year we have attended this conference at this hotel and I guess the conference folks listened to us as the give away this year was a fleece blanket! The snacks provided were very good with the exception of the bananas, which were still very green. I definitely want to stay as a guest one weekend when the Roughriders play and maybe get a balcony room to watch the game!
Conference center is great
Friendly staff, clean, nice amenities, great location
Went here for a meeting. The staff are so nice. They didn't mind us holding an impromptu meeting in their lobby area. Very nice atmosphere
Ali A K.
Good food but small portions
Such a nice hotel. All of the staff are friendly and go out of their way to say hello & help in anyway possible.
Nice place. The event that was held there was for an awesome cause.
Superb!! Strongly recommending
Loved my stay at Embassy. Great convention center. Plenty of space. Rooms was lovely. My wife really enjoyed the elevator and atrium.....and she doesn't do elevator.
I visited this place for my daughter's class there. Looks neat. Friendly staff.
Great rooms and wonderful breakfast!!
Attended a multi-day meeting here. Great facilities at the hotel and attached conference center meeting rooms.
Nice room, food not so much. The hotel was nice and the room big and clean. Had a great view of the ball park. It was easy to get to, and easy to check in. The staff was very friendly. Very clean as well. My reason for the 3 stars is the bar pricing and the food. They think highly of their alcohol but what hotel doesnt anymore. The food though - not good in my opinion. Left a lot to be desired.
Very nice. Nice staff. Nice rooms
This hotel is really nice and well apportioned. I love the huge rooms and the complimentary breakfast service. Only thing that is bugging me is the high price of medicine.
Very nice rooms. Spacious with great amenities
Nice big room with lots of amenities. Indoor pool is nice. The free cocktail hour is a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty of options.
Holly Naylor D.
Great service and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend for both business and social events.
Love the breakfast and happy hour!
Wonderful stay. Hotel staff friendly, professional and eager to help. Rooms are nicely decorated, we'll mtained, with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this property.
Clean and beautiful inside
Clean rooms, friendly service, and great location
It was a lovable place to stay.
Great accommodation and service ..very clean hotel
Great location and Well setup
Everything was lovely and professional, but it was excessively chilly.
Decent place for events, expensive parking.
Awesome hotel. Great service!
Very nice hotel good service
Attended a conference. Facilities are adequate, food was good.
Nice conference area.
Great place for a conference
Nice big room. Free breakfast and happy hour every day. There is a pool sauna and 24 hrs gym.
The spa was awesome, the complimentary breakfast was good, room size is nice.
Brandy L. T.
Nice hotel good parking and plenty of shopping, sports, entertainment and places to eat
Beautiful hotel. Loved the view from our room and the staff was awesome.
Very nice hotel. Very big. Looks nice. Towels are soft. Rooms are new, clean, and comfortable.
Very beautiful place. Attending a wedding there.
Professional and friendly staff
I just went to get Starbucks
Beautiful large conference rooms, the staff that I encountered was very friendly and the restrooms were clean
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay again!
Good hotel. Parking is expensive
Michael J Maloney J.
Amazing with an amazing staff
Old. Lobby is so old and dirty. The breakfast area is even older. Not up to the Hilton standard. Needs to be remodeled.
I stay at the hotel from Monday the 13th thru Friday the 17th of August for a Electronics conference sponsored by the company I work for. The rooms are phenomenal, very clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful. The bar offers happy hour starting at 5:30 PM. Over all a good place to stay I recommend it.
Great service, inside is gorgeous, big room. great hotel.
Attended a work event and used the conference rooms at the Frisco Conference Center. Conference rooms were perfect for the small classes and catering ordered by event management was good.
Great food and service
This was a very informative Google and Nest merchandise class
Darielle Rhea D.
Great hotel and conference center, very easy access.
I attended the women's conference, which was held in the conference center. It was an amazing event due in a large part to the staff at the Embassy. The entire place was clean and astetically pleasing. The meals were delectable and satisfying. The rooms were a home away from home, cozy, and immaculate. I would highly recommend this venue for any professional conference.
Spacious and comfortable rooms. Courteous staff.
Nice place good service but some people who do work here are rude, and I definitely took pics of 3 roaches so far.
I loved it! Everyone was great !
The room I am is nice and have a lovely view of the city. The staff are kind and willing to help set up in the convention center when needed.
Loved the breakfast! Lots of options and everything was delicious!! There's a mall right across the street with lots of great stores and restaurants too.
This is a great hotel. Wonderful environment, professional staff, and delicious food. Always a great experience whether going to an event or spending the night.
Great place to stay
We had dance camp here this year. The conference toom was large, but not large to accompany everyone. I hope there is a larger room for this event next year.
I like this hotel and have been here frequently. Rooms are clean and the indoor pool is great! Breakfast is good - love the biscuits and gravy and the omelet bar. Good location.
Comfortable rooms, great location and amenities.
Hotel is conveniently located next to The Dallas Stars arena. Plenty to do near by. The hotel itself is nice. It is a little older and some of the lobby furniture have seen better days. The breakfast is good, at times it needs to be refreshed better. Free happy hour. Shuttle service from the hotel is spotty at times.
What a lovely hotel
Very clean. Very nice room.
Its a great hotel with a lot amenities for a Family stay. Complimentary drinks and snack in the evening. Buffett breakfast in the morning. Alots of place to eat and shop around.
Attended an event in the conference center. Everything was clean and looked accommodating.
Went to Embassy Suites for the ZT Records vinyl day sale. The hotel and conference room were outstanding.
No free WiFi for such an expensive hotel.... $10 a day to park
Great location. Very nice facility.
We have stayed here many times. But now things have changed. You have to pay for parking. Cocktail party every night is in a small bar area. No real snacks with this anymore. Not sure the employees care anymore. Kids running around at all hours. Really it has gone down in my view and with many options in the area.. I would encourage you as I will to check other properties and options out.
View from room 1103
Obviously a nice place
Had to change rooms bathroom shower and toilet did not work. Customer service great.
The hotel is great. Comfortable and inviting. The breakfast is great and the reception at the her is great. I would stay
Enjoyed everything about my stay here
Hotel is classy, nice, and respectable
The air conditioning was inadequate and subpar. The room had a faint smell of mildew and entirely too hot. The breakfast (omlette) was delicious. Overall, my rating is 2.9
Nice hotel. The kids liked it.
So far really great time.. Managers reception is always great!
Very comfortable and accommdating.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The banquet rooms were clean and well and maintained.
The location and rooms are nice. Check-in service was a bit slow, and in-hotel eating options weren't great. The restaurant was closed and they said you could order food at the bar but it was packed. Room service was said to take over an hour so I went out to eat.
This hotel was very nice. The front desk was very fast with check in, complimentary breakfast was delicious and the room was kept great! It was located in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants near by. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
Over the top on their level of service.
Great location, polite staff, and nice rooms. My only qualm is that parking is not included ($10/day). Great place for events. Our dinner in frisco 7 was delicious.
Great hotel free drinks in the evening for a couple hours and the breakfast is awesome!
Hands down the nicest embassy suites property I've ever stayed in. Most of them are kind of dated. Not this one. Send modern in every aspect.
Our room is nice it has 2 full beds, fridge, microwave etc. Breakfast is nice. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we left breakfast dishes in our room and I'm assuming housekeeping put them on the floor outside our room. The dishes are still outside and its 930 pm
Hotel is beautiful and the staff are all kind. We stayed in a Pure room and it is wonderful.
Awesome place to stay.
Spacious rooms. Good service and meeting rooms are nice.
I only visited
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The pool could be cleaner. The dirt rings around the colorful tiles are gross to look at. I love the build in shower on the pool area along with the bathroom easy access. The white private windows to the lobby are also great. The pool hours are also convinient.
I liked that the room had like a living room and a bedroom and two tv s, great option if u have a roommate and u can sit on a couch. The room was ok clean but the housekeeper didn’t come one day of my 4 day stay. The option to have a shuttle was great. Pool was ok and fitness center. The breakfast was good but the chairs and tables could use some major updates. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the free happy hour and the restaurant. On the conference side you could tell that the carpet was dirty and the toilets needed to be fixed.
Nice hotel with fine amenities!
Great hotel and place to hold conferences!
Very nice rooms, happy with accommodations
Very clean and nice ambience
Embassy Suites here in Frisco was fantastic! Very spacious rooms with couch. Clean, cool, well-designed rooms. Room service was above average, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
The hotel is very nice. Too bad the conference wasn't.
Nice hotel with a very good front desk and a great Engineering staff.
Had everything you need and then some
Had our mid year summit here and it was a nice place. Staff was friendly when we asked for directions.
Huge facility, clean, rooms are some of the largest I've experienced.
Awesome service and a great experience
Excellent service in a beautiful hotel.
This place is amazing great service great breakfast and especially the rooms they were nice and clean. I would recommend this place for friends and family.
My recent visit in room 511 was awful. There were three “roaches” in my room. The bugs were brown with long antennas on the kitchen bar area and on the bathroom counter. When I notified staff at 2:30 am they did not seem concerned. The following morning I was refunded for my stay. This team member admitted that it had been a past issue. A few days after my stay, management reached out to get details via email. My concerns were the fact that the staff admitted to this being a “seasonal” issue yet they failed to express empathy. They really believed that simply giving me a refund was enough! Being a veteran, I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend. However, after this stay I’ve exterminated my house to eliminate the chance of this issue traveling with me. They sent me a voucher for my return but I’m not sure it will be used. The voucher was for a $145, when in actuality the rooms are typically more. This was an insult in my opinion. My exterminator was paid $75 after being given a military discount on my services.
Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.
Great stay. Next time I'm in the area I'll be staying in the Embassy Suites in Fresco.
Amazing rooms. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Pool area is wonderful.
My stay was comfortable my sleep was sweet and the breakfast was divine.
Great Hotel. Good service. Clean . Easy access from the highway. Surrounded by various eateries and business.
Suzanne De P.
Absolutely unacceptable that there was not a functioning restaurant/coffee shop open during the afternoon. The so called Starbucks with premade sandwiches and limited menu was a very poor excuse for a bona fide place to eat. As of 6 PM my room 1225 had not been serviced. Very disappointed.
Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast
Rude staff and very disorganized
Very nice and professional staff. The building is very clean and neat. Location is great.
Hotel and convention center are top notch! Great meeting place for large meetings and business gatherings! Diamond perks are some of the best I have seen with the Hilton Brand....nice work!
We came here for the Pinball event. I didn't see any hotel staff but The place was clean and set up nice. Parking did cost in the afternoon because of a hockey game going on but because of the parking garage it was easy and fast to park.
Vinod Kumar J.
We go for swimming training here and we'll maintained
Indoor pool is a great place. It's warm in there and great for swimming.
Great room and good room service
The lobby and conference area are very nice. The rooms themselves were spacious and nice but i wish i could say the furniture and bedding was better, especially for the cost. Ive been to better for less
Stayed a few days for company meet, while staff is friendly and food incl the free breakfast is good, the room wasn't what i expect when it's +100/night. Anti slip mat had been removed from the bathtub (not a big deal to me), but tub wasn't cleaned and had dirt stains on area above (where the mat was). Both mattresses were worn, went to the reception desk and the lady looked at me in disbelieve, stating they were only a few month old, which to me is irrelevant, as worn is worn, and when you start to roll to the edge when lying down in the middle, shows it wasnt in good shape. She promised me the staff would flip them over, but coming back in the evening, i could tell that didn't happen. Guess the chairs in the lobby are also just a few month old (see pic). Will recommend a different chain to my company for the next meet.
Everything is nice and fancy but the Wi-Fi was bad and when you need to work it's very hard
Fabulous place. Great convention center, great rooms, located near lots of restaurant options, plus staff is phenomenal! Hilton honors members can check in through the online application and you go right to your room with the door code on your phone. So convenient!
Just Q E.
Second time stay here and it's been great. Nice spacious suites, great employees throughout the hotel and awesome happy hour daily from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Rooms are good and the breakfast is awesome. A bit too pricey.
Michael at front desk was fantastic
Had prom here, it was pretty lit.
The location is perfect. It is right by the mall, restaurants and major freeway. Rooms are spacious and the food is great.
Older hotel. Breakfast omlette station very good. Dishes not well cleaned so check carefully before placing your food on a plate. Lobby area smelt of sewage.
This was the location for our high school prom. It was dope
Beautiful event center.
I was only here for a conference so I didn't experience the actual guest area, but it's very big. Not my style but it was comfortable and well kept.
Good place to stay
Stayed for a conference. Facilities were nice and comfortable. Plenty of parking provided in parking garage. Convenient location very close to the Tollway, right across from Stonebriar Mall.
The Purple Q.
Good service, breakfast decent and sizable rooms.

Needed to speak to someone about a wedding ceremony space and setting up a room block for next year. Literally No one answers the phone. You get transferred to 5 different properties, and all of them go straight to a voicemail box. Glad I got the run around. I dont want to spend my money in a place that's too busy to answer the phone, or send you to the correct person the first time around. I'll take my business elsewhere. Really dissappointed.
Attended an event here in the main ballroom and everything was pretty great. Banquet staff was on-point, table placement wasn't cramped in the least, and the food was quality.
Very nice hotel, staff is polite, pool says its heated but we were there in February and it was as little chilly.
Even though it was a short stay we had a blast! Check in was a breeze, Michael was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! We even got to see Michael again before leaving. He is a wonderful assit to the hotel.
One of the best hotels/convention centers I have ever been to!
The Embassy Suites here in Frisco is amazing. Well worth the money because it has great scenery and elegance
Great venue, convenient location
Mostly friendly staff. Front desk was not incredibly helpful, but all others were great. Room was good. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Great hotel overall.
Great job hosting the 2018 Academic Decathlon National Final!
Conference center at embassy suites, the entrance is welcoming, the staff was very accommodating to everyone's needs
Embassy Suites Frisco is fantastic in terms of location, spacious rooms and the evening appetizers & drinks. Improvement is needed in a couple areas. Foremost the TV signal must be addressed and corrected. It's frustrating and lowrent. The price of the hotel was fair until parking and other fees were added. At a final price of $215 a night I expect the TV and remote and A/C, which also struggled, to be in working order.
Two Podners Inc.-Lashonia B.
Awesome visit! We'll be back soon!
I'd describe this place as good, not great. The service has been friendly, just not acceptional. The hotel rooms are large but a little dated. They need dehumidifiers for the rooms, a little musky smell from all the moisture.
Great hotel, convient distance from anything in Frisco. The mall is across the street. The rooms are amazing, the complimentary breakfast never fails us, and the pool is relaxing.
I was only ever in the convention center but that place is massive and of course the pinball Festival that was going on was a whole lot of fun as well, happens every year during March.
Everything was great, and I was impressed!
5 stars...enough said
Went there for a conference. Beautiful place. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great place to stay
Staff was very nice. Rooms were comfortable
Attended a conference only. The general appearance is nice, but the men's room was a little dated fixture wise and consistently messy around the trash area. Food served was not good. Handicapped buttons didn't work for doors, some doors functioned poorly, and the accessible sill on the outer doors seemed a bit high.
Nice, clean, good staff
Never Winter F.
Great experience! The hotel is located in walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There is an in-house cafe (pseudo Starbucks) with ok service. This was observed only because the hotel staff are so accommodating and they raise the bar for all. The breakfast bar and made to order area provided excellent food and beverage options. I did not join happy hour, but I appreciate that it was an option. My room was clean and inviting. I definitely appreciate the service and the experience.
Didn’t stay here but did have a conference and they catered to hundreds of us ... great atmosphere and people
I am so happy to have found this spa! Many locals wouldn't think to look in a hotel, especially since they are not staying there. But, there is no need to be a guest at the hotel to use the spa. It is a lovely and relaxing place. A great day spa experience. They have a lovely quiet room to sit and relax before and after your treatment. i have had a few massages there and they have been excellent. This is a place I keep returning to.

Great place. The location is perfect, staff and amenities are top notch
Comfortable day, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!
Beautiful location. The staff is super courteous!
Excellent hôtel. Great rooms! Also the omelettes in the breakfast area are amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
We love this hotel! Great service!
We enjoyed our stay! The happy hour was great! The bartender was super friendly and the entire staff was excellent!!
Ck Lita D.
TPF held there go every year
Way too many guests at breakfast and happy hour.
Great place to stay.
It's a great hotel. Water at the event could have been filled up more frequently. Happy hour is always nice.
We had an awesome experience. The staff was very kind and accommodating
Went there with my fiance for the pinball convention. All the hotel staff I talked to were extremely polite and helpful with any questions I had.
Visited for pinball festival. Nice venue
Big rooms, polite staff, great breakfast! Been here 4 years in a row now for the Texas Pinball Festival, no complaints yet!
It's pretty cool
This place is an awesome venue for large events.
Great breakfast, large, clean rooms, and amazing customer service
We stayed here for the Pinball Festival in Frisco, and we had excellent service, the room was clean and pristine in presentation. The breakfast was on time and tasted great. The employees were extremely nice and never rude or short.
Absolutely love this hotel. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Hotel is competitively priced, but the happy hour and free breakfast in my opinion warrants paying a little extra. Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. I usually stay here quite often for business as will continue to do so. Well done!
The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, and everything was nice and clean
Oustanding staff, beautiful well maintained hotel. Sootless room. Great place for a conference too!
Staff was excellent. Service was more than I expected.
Gorgeous hotel, great staff!
I was very unimpressed with the parking situation during the TDHA conference in February. It's a convention center.... you'd think they would be able to manage crowds. But over all, after the chaos of parking and check-in... it was a great experience.
Clean rooms, free breakfast, Happy hour, friendly staff. I really like staying here.
Here for a gymnastics meet. Nice hotel and venue. Kids really enjoyed it. Would stay here again.
Conveniently attached to convention center, reasonable prices, friendly staff
Awesome place. Here for a conference. Did not stay in the hotel but the aesthetics just ooze quality. Upscale. Valet parking available. Parking garage free for up to half an hour. $5 for up to 12 hours. And $10 for up to 24 hours. Must pay at a kiosk on the 1st level. Not convenient because you must exit the vehicle to do so. Otherwise, lovely HUGE place!
Three star hotel with five star amenities. Within walking distance of several entertainment venues including Dr. Pepper ballpark -- home of the Frisco Roughriders minor league baseball team. Other sports venues a short drive away include Dr. Pepper Star Center -- practice facility for the Dallas Stars, Pizza Hut Park -- home of the major league soccer team FC Dallas, and six golf courses. Other attractions a short drive away include four movie venues, six shopping malls, Stonebriar center, and historic downtown Frisco. In addition to the in house restaurant, there are eighteen restaurants a short distance from the hotel. The hotel offers a complimentary made to order hot breakfast Monday through Friday from 6:00AM until 9:00AM and 7:30AM until 10:30AM Saturday and Sunday in the hotel atrium. There is also a complimentary evening reception with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks nightly from 5:30PM to 7:30PM in the atrium area. In suite dining service is available from 11:00AM to 11:00PM daily. Late night dining menu is available from 11:00PM to 6:00AM daily. Safes are available in each suite. Most are located under the bar sink. Excellent fitness center and spa at this location.
Very friendly and hospitable hotel. Would stay here again... Good staff...
Mark was great, the catering and sales department was great. The breakfast chef was great, very enjoyable time
(Translated by Google) Excellent. (Original) Excelente.
Great convention space, did not actually stay at the hotel itself.
I stayed at this hotel over the weekend I took my wife and two little ones and got the presidential Suite to have a nice quite time. At the time of reservation I told the agent that I needed quite time as I was hospitalized a week ago and I really needed the getaway. At 2:30am kids running around knocking on doors and running off. I called the front desk it took them a min to answer and I was told that they had a convention and that they have over 2000 kids staying there that weekend. Can you believe the answer. I got for the complaining of people lnowckimg on my door at 2:30 I get told they have over 2000 kids?
Awesome place, wonderful rooms and very service oriented staff that go way out of the way to make sure you have an excellent stay
Our church (One Community Church) hosted a Black Tie Gala here recently. It was one of the best nights of my life. Furthermore, Embassy Suites is one the best hotel chains you'll find. They have the absolute best breakfast hands down.
The color of the water in the pool needed to be cleaned. The hot tub water was the color brown, and the pool water was greenish. Other than that, the stay was nice.
super nice-great breakfast
The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was wonderful and very friendly.
Well located. Good service.
The Embassy Suites in Frisco is really nice. The hotel is exceptional! I will definitely come back again and again! Nice gym too!
Great hotel attached to the convention center. Very welcoming lobby and friendly staff.
We attended an event here. The hotel was nice and clean, conveniently located. Staff was polite.

Attended an International gymnastics event. Convention Center was great. Food was HORRIBLE (assuming it was provided by Embassy Suites) Over all, nice event.
My family and I stayed here this weekend for easy access to the convention center. While convenient I would not plan to stay here again. From the time we were "greeted" by valet, to the coffee bar, the customer service was extremely poor. Only the registration desk showed any customer service skills at all. The coffee bar attendant Saturday (2/17) night needs some serious training, including food handling skills. In fact, we threw away our food purchases after she proceeded to scratch her face and plop our breakfast muffin onto the cashier's counter top without gloves or a food container. No food containers, so she literally handed us a plastic shopping bag to unfold to place our open, unwrapped muffin. While the room was spacious, the chlorine smell was overwhelming. We were on the third floor above the spa area. Maybe we were directly over their pool? I am giving them 2 stars, one for the convenient location to the conference center and the other for the spacious room size. If you stay here, ask for the chemical free rooms, don't use the coffee shop, and don't expect the valet to offer you a luggage cart without a stern warning to bring it back.
Attended a gymnastics competition. It was set up well.
Went to convention for RevitalU brew
Event rooms were very nice and clean
Great place to stay. Free drinks in the evening.
Very nice hotel. Water is hard so bring bottled water with you to drink but other than that is good.
John “The Gun Jungy” R.
Security guards laughed at me as I was leaving
The TDHA event was held here. The facility is very nice, I enjoyed the meeting and the nice amenities. We had a catered lunch, grilled chicken salad with avacado and cheesecake. It was delicious. We did not stay on sight, but rather stayed with a family friend while we were in town, but we're able to find parking each time we returned.
Happy hour from 5 to 7
Amazing venue for large events! Parking lot is convenient to the complex with easy access. Ballroom is huge. Good breakout rooms. Catering is top notch.
Friendly staff, clean conference rooms
Great place to stay
Visited Embassy Suites for a social event using their ballrooms. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive.
Beautiful facilities, helpful staff. Meeting rooms very cold. Bartender served red wine in white wine glass.
Went to the Daddy/Daughter dance and the venue did a nice job. Setting was nice and the food was good as well.
Came here for the Frisco Daddy Daughter Dance. Easy to get into parking and finding the entrance for the event. The venue was clean, staff was friendly.
Beautiful artwork all over
Was a wonderful hotel with great conference facilities. Staff was helpful. Decor very pleasant. Parking was expensive.
Paul “Bill” S.
This is really a 3 star hotel but I love the workout room and my boy loves the indoor pool, so I give them 4! Staycation here we come!
Always love staying here. Good service and clean rooms.
We have stayed at the hotel many times and have always had a good time. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please. The rooms are specious and clean. However, beware of the spa. This time my wife and I booked a spa appointment. I had a massage and she had a facial. The massage was OK but my wife's facial was something else. The products they used on her face left her face red and almost burned. At the time of the treatment she ask should this be stinging and was told it was OK because of the minerals she was putting on. When she was done her face was red and at the time of this writing still stinging like she had a sunburn. She has had many facials and NEVER had a reaction like this. For the money I WOULD NOT recommend the spa.
Great hotel! People were very helpful and friendly! I subtracted a star because you have to pay extra for wifi when the room is already pretty pricey.
Roxanne De L.
Beautiful conference rooms that weren't kept too cold. The refreshments provided were very good. Sodas, coffee, and hot tea. The coffee has a good flavor.
Always a great experience at the Embassy Suites in Frisco. Stayed there for a three day conference. Rooms are great...beds are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pretty nice. I'll likely stay there again.
Rooms were clean and service was prompt. The free breakfast each morning was quite nice. The hotel bar is convenient but the service there was a bit slow.
Great location, right next to Dr. Pepper arena. There are plenty of great restaurants close by.
Lucy is easily available for travelers with no cars. Also plenty of close places to eat
Great location with a huge conference center.
Nice facility than can accommodate many conferences/events. Plenty of space with lots of parking. There are many convinces nearby.
It is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and nice staff. There are plenty of places for a meeting as well a social gathering.
Very friendly staff, very nice clean room!!
Really nice looking hotel, clean
Wasn't impressed about the place and city that why we couldnt wait to leave the place, dirty bath, sinks and carpet, towels and bed weren't new, late room service glad I had some extra trash bags, noisy next door room I was hearing their pipes and shower, talking and laughing, shutting doors all night, nothing interesting in the lobby, breakfast was good but poor guy who picked up the plates was asking for tips from each family so badly every day. The city had a bad traffic and construction ,lots of international people around, they got most of the jobs in the city.
Great hotel, friendly staff, great bar!
Attended a seminar here. Great looking place and the service was pretty good...
Attended an event at in the confrence center. Everything was clean and organized.
First I must say that this was my first time staying at this location it was very nice, of course. I made my reservation 2-3 weeks in advance and specifically requested a room with a walk out balcony called the front desk about this issue and was told they didn't have any at the present time, by this time i was upset. The room had not been cleaned properly, there was hair in and around the bath tub, under the cabinet was someone else's clothing that was not removed around the back of the toilet was very nasty. But after all of that obviously whoever was in the room before me had smoked because after a while you could smell it. I have stayed at many Embassy Suites but this was one of the worse experiences ever.
Was very accommodating, had a complimentary service event
Great hotel, great location, great service. On site food is not that good, but take a shuttle to the mall or use uber eats!!!
Love the new look. Great staff.
Great hotel with included drinks and breakfast. Close to Frisco attractions.
The room itself was wonderful. Spacious, comfortable bed, clean. The two reasons for only three stars: there was an evacuation alarm at 4:30 am. My elderly mother and I were on the 14th floor and there was NO ONE there to tell us what to do. We finally found the stairwell and began the long process of going down 14 flights of stairs, mom with bad knees. After about 15 minutes some kids were going back up to their room and said the drill was over. Again, ZERO employees to be seen anywhere. They never explained to us what happened, what to do, or any mention of it at all. I heard another guest say that they waited outside in the cold and no one ever told them to come back in. The other reason for the low rating is that they advertised and had pictured an evening "reception", and the pictures showed cheeses and fancy crackers. It turned out to be cheap tortilla chips and queso, or at least it was supposed to be queso. We also ate at the Cyprus grill and service was slow. But- the room itself was nice, the valet guys were awesome, and the front desk employees were friendly. Just bring earplugs so you sleep through the fire alarm.
Pretty good hotel. We've stayed here twice, will probably stay again. Free breakfast is a plus.
Started off wrong but like Dennis Rodman they rebounded excellently to put a smile on my face.
If I could i would give it zero stars! First night here had to change rooms because of cockroaches then we were just at breakfast and a cockroach went across our table!!! They definitely need to get exterminator!!!!
Throughly enjoyed our time at this Embassy Suites. Had a room concern soon after checking in but dialed the front desk and Josh (MOD) was in our room within minutes. He handled the situation quickly, professionally and with an attitude of true concern. Staff very friendly, professional and even found kitchen management (Ed) polishing silverware. Great beds, clean updated rooms, nice pool area and great breakfast.
Recently it has been updated with new carpet, wallpaper, and furniture. They have discontinued in room movies and charge for all parking. Full breakfast and clean suites. This is a family favorite.
Nice hotel, with nice happy hour.
Nice hotel. Spacious rooms but it's typical of any Embassy Suites.

The hotel itself is nice and offers a lot of conference rooms for large parties and events. However, they seem to be the only hotel in all of Frisco that charges $20 to park. It makes no sense.
Had a wonderful time here for a party!
Slightly outdated amenities Overpriced food and drinks Location is great

This place is amazing and it's bigger than it looks. I love the decor. We had our company Christmas party here and the staff was wonderful
Beautiful suites on this hotel, spacious, clean and the view at the breakfast area is awesome. Made to order omelets, various choices of fruit, and all of the buffet is more than I expected to have. Had a blast last week when I came over for business for a few day's and all of the waitresses and waiters are very professional, and pleasant especially one beautiful Spanish lady that her name is Sandra if I'm not mistaking her name, she was wonderful, friendly and attendant to all needs and needed to write this review about her because she went out of her way to make me feel wright at home with her smile and nice short conversation I had with her. Eager to show me where all of my favorite breakfast was and she even brought me a few things to my table. I just want to say "THANK YOU Sandra" for all you did on does day's I was there.
Beautiful hotel located in walking distance of the mall, baseball park, and hockey arena.
Really clea, spacious rooms. Open 14 or 15 story atrium. great breakfast and happy hour, you can't beat that!
It's always a treat staying at an Embassy Suites. Atmosphere is festive and fun. Rooms are very nice with great views. Love the evening happy hour but snacks could be better. Great location with tons of shopping and things to do make the Frisco ES stand out.
Had a company event there and Jenn Gill was amazing. Very pleasant and professional in every aspect. She made sure that everything was correct and as requested. Her manager some lady not worth remembering was rude and off putting, the uppity type, however Jenn more than made up for it. Even thought you could tell she was extremely busy she always had time for our questions and concerns.
Excellent convention and event venue
Clean and nice ambiance.
Often have company events. Good food spreads and nice accommodations.
Fantastic I loved every minute of it stay there for 2 nights as great I highly recommend it
Attended a wedding. Facility was great with nice rooms. Breakfast in the morning is a excellent.
Their pho is amazing
Very nice size ballrooms and the staff was very professional and courtesy
I didn't get a room I was there for my office Holiday party. Very beautiful
Everything was good!
A nice suite, comfortable with plenty of amenities.
Good furniture, big rooms, good breakfast. Bad plumbing and a fire alarm at 4 am dampened the experience.
The Gradiz Group Real E.
Tremendous customer service. We arrived at the early hours on tuesday morning. We were not satisfied with the room that was given to my wife and I. We quickly returned to the front desk and they immediately gave us another without major dilemma.
This is an awesome hotel.
Manager happy hour
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Easy access.
Luis at the registration desk on the evening of 12/5 was awful. Short, rude and didn't provide us with WiFi access info, or breakfast coupons, etc. The room is wonderful and the rest of the staff are great.
Great place to stay. Clean rooms and they even had complimentary drinks during happy hour.
Very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast
Beautiful n great staff!!
Not impressed. I was there for a conference and the place is not well maintained. Stalls with broken latches, a broken faucet and an out of order toilet.
Great breakfast and nice happy hour. Rooms are decent and staff is accommodating.
Nice hotel. Breakfast was well done and tasty. Rooms were dark but clean and we'll appointed. Staff was awsome.
I’ve stayed here on more than one occasion. And while I appreciate the proximity to shopping, additional food options and friendly staff, this last experience was memorable for the wrong reasons. Our room smelled. Like the carpets had been cleaned but not completely dried and the doors have been shut for months. It’s was quite musty and stale. Lucky for us we ALWAYS travel with Febreeze. The breakfast buffet was inconsistent. One day the the eggs were dry and the pancakes soft. The next day the scrambled eggs were in their own swimming pool and the pancakes were flat rocks. And to top it off, a hotel guest notice a plate that was dirty and handed it out to an employee. He then turned around and put the plate back with all the “clean” dishes for guest to use! It wasn’t until the shocked crowd called him out, and the hostess finally told him to take the dirty dish to the back. Really? This is the training of their employees? I’ll order Uber Eats next time.
Nice facilities, but parking was a bear.
This hotel was great, I loved the pool/sauna and the cocktail hour they hosted was nice. The rooms themselves were very nice, I liked that they had a separate living room area and bedroom area.
Very clean, and friendly service.
Great service and the food was amazing. My family and I enjoyed the event and the hotel

Excellent hotel! Rooms were very clean and comfortable (even my pull out couch). Breakfast was also very nice, made to order omelettes and your typical continental.
Great event. Helpful staff
No channel guide provided on the TV. Place is so outdated and
I attended for a conference. The hotel was very nice. My only complaint was parking. There were plenty of spots, but when you have a lot of people and one person taking money this causes a problem. Nothing major bit important. The food catered by the hotel was wonderful!
Excellent stay. This was my first Embassy Suites experience. The rooms seem great for families, although I was alone. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the happy hour was great!
nice and clean
Clean, updated rooms.

Upscale Embassy suites. Very busy, even on the weekends. Quite expensive.
Excellent breakfast, exceptional beds and pillows, lots of stars off due to rain hitting a short roof outside the room resulting in so much noise it was impossible to sleep in middle of night. They did move me with no issue the following morning.
Went for a fundraiser and had a great time. Food was a little disappointing.
It was great, plenty of space for parking, meetings and food was delish!
The conference center was very nice.
The whole hotel is a beautiful conference and resort!!! It even has a little art hallway in the conference center. The entrance and lobby are beautiful. The restaurant and dinning area are more than I expected! And the spa was just what my wife and I needed! It's perfect for all occasions!!!
Very clean place and friendly staff.
Beautiful hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Couldn't have gone better!
Beautiful rooms, and nice service..
It is a very nice place to stay. Its in a good location with a lot nearby. They do a good job keeping the place clean and making sure you are happy during your stay and the 2hr happy hr with an open bar is always helpful
Nice conference rooms and good catering
The convention center was very clean and well take care of! The service and snacks were great!
The best day ever there!!!! ????????
The hotel is fine but the convention center doesn't have the necessary wireless infrastructure or bandwidth to host a conference with any sort of technology angle. Trying to use the conference app was useless and sitting in a class dealing with a technical subject and not being able to use the WiFi that my registration presumably partially paid for is very frustrating. If you are going to be in the conference business, you infrastructure has to keep up.
Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. Front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good & even the shuttle service was nice.
Really nice, fantastic breakfast and happy hour!
Very nice room and hotel especially for the price. The staff has all been very nice.
Was there for a continuing education conference, very nice hotel and staff pleasant.
Great conference location.
Nice, spacious rooms for a conference. Hotel layout made finding everything easy.
The staff have been very courteous. Room was very clean and big.
Great staff, rooms nice, and amazing amenities.
By far the most up scale Embassy Suites I've ever seen. Nicely appointed, well run with beautiful public spaces.
Didn't stay here but attended conference here that is connected to hotel. It appeared to be first class joint.
If you've been to one Embassy Suites, then you've been to them all. However, that doesn't mean that they aren't great. The suites are spacious and the atmosphere is quality.
Very nice for a conference
It has been a wonderful stay. Room has been clean and staff very nice and helpful. The WiFi worked good enough, but not the best. Breakfast and the evening reception were both tasty! The bed was super comfy...overall a very nice stay.
Great conference facilities. The chairs are comfortable and the facilities are clean and we'll serviced.
Was there for a business meeting
Great friendly staff easy parking. Pool is nice. Bartender Wardell was awesome
Great rooms and amenities. Wonderful customer service.
A Hilton Honors member who regrets to have to warn others about a bed bug issue over two nights at this otherwise pretty nice hotel. Considerable bites. I wouldn't recommend this stop.
Next to baseball park
Just went for the Copa room gala, it was a beautiful hotel with friendly people
Nice location rooms were cool. And employees were great
Service was awesome, rooms were nice, perfect location that was accessible to highway, mall and restaurants
Very nice hotel. Rooms are great, so is convention center.
Came here for the TSDOS conference. All of the conference rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful. The catering was excellent.
Recommend room 1429 for game nights. The view is worth the price of tickets for the family. Full view of home plate and field from the balcony. Bring binoculars for close ups.
Our first room looked great, but the tub backed up with dirty water when the roon next to us started using their shower. And we killed 3 cockroaches In the bathroom! When we told them about the tub, they just offered to move us to another room; nothing else, no upgrade, or anything. We lost the room we had over looking the ballpark and didn't get to see the fire works, which my daughter was looking forward to. It's overall a nice hotel, our second room was much cleaner, and colder. That was another thing about our first room, it wouldn't get cold. However, this 2nd room is great cooling wise. We would stay here again, knowing that some the issues we experienced we're due to the current room renovations going on. We love Embassy Suites, and only stay in them wherever we stay, and would stay here again, but definitely feel a little let down on the customer satisfaction experienced on this stay.
Went on a Saturday morning breakfast staff was late getting the food ready. There needs to be one employee standing in the food line and put what is needed in the food line. Because food was emptying real quick and cups. I wish they had chocolate drink for breakfast. They don't have it.????
Fantastic facility. Spacious and clean rooms. Meeting rooms are suburb. The Frisco Hotel and Convention center is perfect for all of your convention and hotel needs.
Great hotel and convention center
It was a nice hotel and very pretty. But we found a tick in our room, and the hotel was still under construction so it smelled a little toxic. Since we had the tick we moved rooms and our floors were wet and it smelled like mold. And our air conditioning was broken so we were either really hot or really cold. But it was a nice view.
Clean rooms and common areas, polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, good location. Recommend.
A Google U.
I just love this place
I always enjoy my visits at the Embassy Suites . Staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast and happy hour is the best part!
We only went in to get Starbucks coffee but the place was very nice and clean. I would definitely want to stay there.
The rooms were very clean and made me feel the highest level of comfort. Free breakfast and it was quite good.
Was making a delivery everybody was very helpful and courteous
Great location right next to Dr Pepper field.
The beds are comfortable and service is great
I've stayed here several times and every time it's been enjoyable. Clean room and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast and amenities.
Very modern Place and updated
It was so beautiful... Nice balcony views of the Texas Rangers....
The hotel is being renovated right now, but it was still a great stay. The location is excellent, as it is located next to a large shopping center with many restaurants and Dr Pepper Ballpark, home of the Frisco roughriders, which is one of the best minor league fields out there. The rooms are nice and clean with updated furniture and the breakfast buffet was great. Definitely my go-to when staying in Frisco, especially with the highways serving as vessels to the rest of the metroplex.
Its to scary I don't feel safe there
Very comfortable, good breakfast, would stay again!
Very nice embassy. Many rooms updated. Nice bar. Great if catching a game at Dr Pepper stadium.
Favourite hotel in plano Frisco. Happy hour- free drinks. Great ambience. Great room service. Clean and fresh interiors. Pool is inside the hotel which is bad but overall great experience.
Beautiful Hotel, happy hours every evening.. pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.
Ample meeting spaces. Rooms are nice and comfy. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
This hotel is very nice and clean. Close to the stadium, highway, and shops and restaurants. The suites are lovely with a living room, desk, bar, bathroom and large bedroom. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with fountains and lots of places to sit. Glass elevators to boot!
Nice staff and bartenders

Probably one of the best rooms I've been in. The breakfast was good. I've had better tho.
Meeting rooms are very nice
Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms
great customer service clean rooms, many choices within the hotel.
Very beautiful set up for conventions. Close to local businesses and restaurants.
Fantastic breakfast buffet, and free happy hour!!
The hotel staff was very friendly. I was here for a conference and the food and rooms were excellent. I would like to see more recycling containers but otherwise was very pleased and recommend.
My son has swim lesson there
Amazing, staff was great!
Nice atmosphere and the Staff are amazing
I stayed here for a convention. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The facilities were top notch and very inviting. I would look forward to any future opportunities to stay at this location.

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel itself was not so great. We checked into our room, but the pipes in the wall were making noise. My wife is a light sleeper and couldn't fall asleep with the noise. The front desk was great about finding is a new room, but even that room had it's problems. The thermostat did not work and the room was 67 degrees and the sheets on the bed were thin. The breakfast was great. They are doing renovations right now and I believe they are fixing the issues.
One of my favorite homes away from home. Great location and nearby entertainment.
Beautiful hotel, conveniently located to shopping and dinning. Banquet halls are spacious, bar/restaurant have great options and daily happy hour. Staff is always pleasant and very accommodating. We have had our Annual Session here 2 years straight and loom forward to next year.
This was a great hotel

Will use this facility for our school prom and for banquet each year. It is great for hosting large events but the parking is terrible. If you don't know some of the local streets and some hidden places to park you can wait for 30 minutes getting in and out of the parking garage
The room was nice and clean, staff friendly, bathrooms well stocked.
Fantastic Hotel and Event Center. The hotel is beautiful with many amenities and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Nice large rooms with balcony
Nice place. Currently being renovated but have additional perks like hot breakfast, evening social hour.
Great place for banquets
Room is ok, faucets in the bathroom have limescale build up. Restaurant is great, lobby and buffet are good.
Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating
Terrible breakfast, only there for that as family was staying at hotel
Stayed here for my husbands work ceremony. Hotel is a little older but nice! Theyre doing renovations, but it didnt disturb us. I was impressed with the room, had a separate kitchen and dining area. Very spacious and we slept wonderfully. The free breakfast was awesome! Honestly.. i look forward to free breakfasts the most, and i was not disappointed. They had lots of food and beverage options. There is also starbucks coffee in the hotel lobby as well. You can see Stone Briar Mall from our window (we had a pretty view from our window too) and if we had more time we wouldve went and walked around, we love that mall. It was easy to get around the hotel and they did have happy hour at night. I was happily impressed with the service and accommodations. I gave it 4 stars because it was a little old, but thats all. We are thinking about bringing my toddler with us to stay here next time because it would be easy to get her to nap/sleep with the black out curtains and separate rooms. Shed love walking around there too.
My view of the 10th floor is wonderful.
Rooms are nice a big. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful breakfast.
Very open space with lots of professional employees. The bathrooms are rather large (although the location is far away from the conference room). Overall, great experience and good food was served.
The food was good and the service was fast and helpful.
It's a very nice and pretty hotel. The breakfast buffet is great and the 1st floor is beautiful. The carpets on the room floors are a bit dated, but they are renovating. The rooms themselves are spacious and great for families with small kids (the couch pulls out) or for a work trip where you need some space to get stuff done in the room
Stayed here overnight, I arrived late and the check-in was really fast and the lady at reception was very helpful. The hotel and room was stunning. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend this hotel.
This place has a bugger foot print then you think
Okay, great ambience. However, carpets on our room were wet. Nice facility. Reception staff superb.
It was an ok experience
Cocktail hour is a plus. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok.. pillows not awesome. In room fridge, coffee microwave was a good thing.
I got a great price using Priceline name your price... The breakfast was awesome much better than most hotels however the bed is super hard and uncomfortable
It is always a great experience.
Nice clean room, quiet, great location, breakfast buffet is ok
It was great
Omelets are the bomh
Great breakfast. Has the traditional continental breakfast, but also has a cook to order section. Rooms are nice. Walking distance from the mall (if you're adventurous).
Excellent service and rooms

Came for a conference. Location a little far from the airport but nothing terrible. Rooms are clean and spacious as is the hotel it self. Seems the hotel is on the older side. Elevators seem a bit run down since some of the buttons don't work. Service with the staff has been excellent, extremely friendly and accommodating.
Very clean, professional staff.
It was high school prom, and the accommodations were perfect, and the served food was fairly good.
Easy access to a substantial amount of parking. Friendly staff and easy to navigate the building. Everything is high quality
Great staff, rooms need update
The lobby of the hotel was gorgeous. The staff was helpful as well. The interior was a bit outdated. The food was average at best. We did experience insects (roaches) and spiders.
Very nice very classy
The food was excellent, the service impeccable. The venue was perfect for the MP Community Ball. We were in the main halls.
Nice, Large Room. Good amenities and breakfast. Outdated bathroom.
Our family attended a party at the hotel. What we saw of the hotel looked new, big and clean. Staff were friendly.
Spacious, clean and courteous staff!
We purchased the romantic evening package for the night of our wedding night and it was pretty good. It included valet service, a chilled bottle of wine, and some roses on the bed. The room and everyone was great but I'm not sure the romantic evening package was really worth it for what it came with.
Good hotel for a conference. They have a happy hour and good restaurant.
I went to the ID show today, I received very good information from them. The convention hall was nice and well appointed. Facility was clean and convenient, I would recommend it to anyone interested in hosting a conference.
This was my second convention at the embassy suites. They have very nice facilities
Nice place close shops good restaurants as well. Highly recommended
Good sandwiches, and cookies, reasonable parking, awesome meeting room.
Very clean hotel. Easy access. Easy parking. Nice rooms. Great for hosting events.
The room was very large, and had all the standard accommodations. The staff was friendly and happy to help at all times.
The best embassy suites in town.
The employees are very helpful and formal. The location allowed our organization to be very flexible with decorations. Served great food. Aesthetics was probably the best part of the experience

Clean, restrooms always stocked, helpful people
Great place. We have a lot of Herbalife Nutrition trainings here. Staff takes great care of rooms
Marla “Mar” C.
Room is clean, bed is extremely comfortable.
Clean and nice
Good service. Loads of space. Happy hour drinks.
Very clean, friendly staff.
It was later in the evening, around 6:30 p.m. when I arrived, on a Friday night, and very quiet in the convention center. The only staff I passed did not ask if I need help, though I was obviously looking around, and since they were talking with each other and ignored me, I did not stop to ask them for direction. Found my group with a little trouble. The facilities were very nice, the restrooms clean.
Absolutely love staying here
My school had our prom in the Embassy Suites. It was a very nice room and I think they did a great job. The staff did their job without getting in anyones way, and I would love to go back someday.
Very clean and inviting
Huge place with a nice conference center
Noisy rooms. Dust on the floor. An older hotel.
Great stay, quite, spacious rooms.
Convention center was clean. Could use more parking.
Fantastic large room for the convention I attended.
Didn't stay in the hotel, but was here for a convention. The lobby and conference rooms were nice and clean.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Happy hour was great, I do wish there had been a larger selection of food. But overall it was a fantastic experience.
The convention center is always clean and easy to get to. With large to small rooms they are ready for any event!
Convention center was very clean
Nice rooms, good service, beautiful facilities. There was a lot of construction going on while we were here but even unfinished it was nice.
A wonderful place to go for events.
Great hotel to stay at especially when attending an event in the convention center. Free breakfast. Breakfast has eggs. Potatoes. Biscuit and gravy. Waffles. French toast. Oatmeal and your usual fruits. A large open dining area and a free drinks happy hour from 530 to 730 including beer. Wine. And a few cocktails.
I attended the Texas Pinball Festival, and really enjoyed myself. The breakfast was wonderful, the happy hour wad excellent. I recommend the hotel. I have stayed there the last 3 years, and always had fun.
Here for the TX Pinball Festival.
Visited Embassy Suite for the Texas Pinball Festival
Went there for pinball festival, was a great location. Big conference room, good parking.
Nice hotel, visited for a convention and staff was friendly
Great facility for a convention.
There for TPF and as usual they were very accommodating.
Jeff F. (.
Good people working here. Happy hour is great.
Pinball festival was fun
Free alcohol from 530 to 730 pm is the best thing on planet earth! Rooms are nice.
Very nice and clean rooms and attentive and friendly staff!
Attended a convention at the hotel. Staff was great.
Excellent location in the heart of Frisco. Very nice rooms and staff as well!
Staff very friendly and very helpful; breakfast is fresh and delicious. It is a great place to stay!
This hotel is super gross! My husband and I have stayed in the Embassy in Baton Rouge on several occasions and have always been very impressed with the cleanliness and service. The service here is nice, but the hotel itself is in shambles. My first room had a broken air conditioner that kept making a loud clicking noise, blood stained pillows cases and tape on the walls where some sort of repair was happening. This is not what I would expect from Embassy! I called and the manager and he moved me to a "better room" it was better in the since of no tape on the walls and a working air conditioner, the sheets were still stained with something. I slept terrible. I have never felt the urge to want to leave a hotel so quickly. There is a free drink in the evenings and free breakfast but if cleanliness is your thing then you are like me to where I'd be happy to pay for my breakfast in exchange for a clean room. I most certainly will not be back here until there is some sort of rennovation that happens.
The staff is very friendly and answering any questions I have about the area however I found that whenever I stay at this property if I need to get around and do not have a vehicle of my own they only operate their courtesy shuttle by appointment only and it only covers a three-mile radius of the hotel which makes it very challenging if you want to go into downtown Frisco I feel that they are very much overpriced on the rooms I have stayed in one of their rooms in the past and there's always a very bad Echo which makes it harder to get to sleep
A great place to stay and host a conference. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. They have places to eat on site and within walking distance of many restaurants. I have stayed here twice and had no problems either time.
AWESOME place and people, Look forward to staying there again!

Fantastic place to stay
Happy hour, good rooms, good convention center and very helpful staff.
The hotel was convenient to Toyota Stadium, the breakfast was great, the staff members I encountered were nice, and my room was cozy......
Right in the middle of what Frisco has to offer
It was nice.
Sutton Michaela A.
There are many stairs that are fun to climb. The staff is pretty uptight about playing music in the stairwells at 11 PM.
Amazing breakfast! Fantastic staff. Had over 600 kids in the convention center and hotel for the weekend. Kept the kids safe and dealt with security threats adequately.
It's pretty hard to walk from the hotel to the mall. There's no very safe way anyway. The rooms are very nice though the hotel is kinda hard to navigate. The lobby has a very peaceful design. This is a great place for conventions.
Beta Club convention
Nice, clean place . Staff not exactly friendly.
Excellent service, as usual
Great service from staff!
Happy hour was great
Awesome place with great service. Looking forward to returning.
Nice convention center. Nice art.
Was there for the WOGA classic. Great event.
Super clean, kind staff, decor a little outdated, but overall very positive experience!
Went for a conference. Decent.
Warren Paul H.
Great hotel and Convention Center. The best view of Roughriders Stadium. A great view of the dining area from the top floor (unless you are subject to vertigo...
Very nice place to stay. Sometimes the breakfast was hit or miss. If we had a request they made sure it got done. We will stay here again.
Soda selection was nice.
Great location and friendly staff.
Enjoyed the 2017 Frisco Daddy Daughter Dance.
The conference center is very nice. I attended my first daddy daughter dance there.
Went to the Our World Underwater Lone Dtar State Scuba Expo in one of the convention center rooms. Everything looked great!
Were in The convention room. Nice, large, clean space.
This is a great place to stay, close to everything in Frisco.
We were just there for a business meeting! What I did see was very nice. But never seen the rooms.
Great staff. Good hotel. In a very busy area with lots of shopping and food choices.
Great location. Moderately sized rooms. Excellent service
This hotel is used for podiatry residency interviews. Was clean and had nice open spaces
Nice place in perfect area
Pretty good. Rooms were ok. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad at all.
Show up ,you'll figure it out!

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were great, and overall a very clean place to stay.

The manager, Helen is to be congratulated. I know all the hours she spends attending to minutia pays off. If you get the small things right, everything will go right. Breakfast great! Lunch Great! Dinner Great! FREE DRINKS! GREAT!!!!!! Well one free drink at happy hour. Great view of Plano from my hotel room.
Good hotel with friendly staff willing to help in any way.
Very clean. Friendly staff.
Corner room suites are fairly massive and allow for meetings and social gatherings without bedroom intrusion.
Perfect location. Wish food was better
Great location, professional staff, clean
Overated. Definite disappointment
Upscale with room service...the works!
Kind of far from a lot of places but other than that everything is fine. Breakfast is great
Good service and clean, spacious rooms
Awesome hotel, my only concern ain't is how long you have to wait for the elevators
Comfy rooms and free happy hour.
Spa is outdated
Hotel was nice and neat
Clean and very friendly bar staff.
Staff and rooms are great. Common areas are a little scruffy. Bits of trash on the carpet. Smudges on glass...but overall good.
I loved the pool and sauna, the suite was fantastic and the breakfast was yummy. Great location!
ok kind of stay, few front desk staffs are warm with their gesture and behavior, cute by looks

Very nice hotel, great staff!
Easy parking, easy to find, huge space with very new feel to it.
Loved the beds, breakfast was really good. The omelet cooks were really nice. Common areas were very comfortable. The reason I didn't give 5 stars were that the televisions in the rooms would not work with my electronics, wouldn't read my USB or laptop. For a convention center, these should really be updated for newest tech. Otherwise, great hotel.
I went for a work social event. The venue was very nice and fancy. The food was also pretty good.
Beautiful pool and hotel! Highly recommended!
My wife's company had their Christmas Party there. The facilities and food were great.

Only one person at front desk we were setting up Photo booth and had a ton of equipment with us waited for a most 15 minutes and the one and only front desk person was on the phone the entire time and we just wanted to know which way to the ballroom..
Well maintained, nice staff
Company holiday party, Great time. I hope they have it here every year!!

It's nice great staff. A lot of things to do around the hotel.
Very clean, upscale

Wonderful experience, I'd rate 10 stars if I could.
Friendly staff. Nice place. Well layed out
Hotel is amazing, breakfast is what you expect. Not a fan of the pillows. Had a hard time getting comfortable. 8/10 overall I'd say.
Clean beautiful rooms with excellent service and great views
Larger than expected, with spacious rooms and a cool interior restaurant and lobby
Great conference room
Clean and very nice. No complaints
Perfectly located near to 121 and closer to Stonebrier Mall. Conference Halls are neat and Big.
Really nice Embassy Suites close to the ballpark and Stonebriar.
Nice place to stay. Prices are a little high but a very nice place. Close to shopping. Enjoyed my stay.
Nice hotel, good breakfast, very near Plano industrial area.
Wow. One of the large hotel in Dallas.
awesome suit and service as well is good ... one of the best place to stay.
Great rooms and amenities, free breakfast and happy hour are a bonus
Great hotel, great rooms and breakfast
I have stayed here several times over the last 5 years. The facility and service is always great. The made to order breakfast is wonderful.
A Google U.
The service at the spa was over the top, they made us feel special and treated us like royalty.
Attended an industry event there and thought they did a good job. Good food, but the sound system was not good.
Very nice hotel
Not Embassy Suites quality. Service, room, and food were subpar to all other Embassy Suites hotel I've stayed in across the country. Better than a motel, but certainly not your average Embassy.
Lots of convention rooms. Wish the convention activities were better advertised. We had to walk all over and ask for help too find the appropriate activity we were looking for. Would've been nice to have signs outside the hotel by entrances explaining locations.
I attended the Corvette show at the hotel. The convention center was nice.
Very nice rooms and the convention center was close by and easy to navigate. Food was good and the Embassy Suites has complementary happy hour and light finger foods for guests. Staff is nice. I suggest they have check in staff ask if the guest is there for work. If they are, ask for their company credit card advising that if the guest uses their personal debit card, it will place a hold on your account for the ENTIRE cost of the stay. It's not for incidentals only. I asked if it was for incidentals and they ran my personal card without giving me a clear answer. The next day I learned it cleared out all available cash, labeled as pending. Five days later we finally had the money back. They say they can release it, which they do, but then it stays on the bank to do the rest. They say Chase can get it back in three to four days, but Bank of America takes five. Since we were essentially broke for a week, due to lack of communication and the push the run a card now, I gave a four. Miscommunication or lack there of caused this. Had I known, we would have waited (and gladly) until the company card had arrived. Six hundred dollars in limbo is not my idea of a five star experience. Allow your guests to opt for waiting or allow them to decide if that pending charge is a hit they can take until the money is released four to five days later. Other than that, it's a great place to stay, staff are welcoming, nice and helpful. And as I don't travel often for work, now I know for next time! ????
I visited the hotel convention center and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get into the parking garage and when I got to the gate they had a kid there trying to collect $5 from two lanes of cars pouring in I saw tons of people scrounging through wallets and purses because they didn't have cash on them and he wasn't setup to take a card. It made me late to the conference and I even called the hotel while waiting in line to let them know they needed to do something to fix the problem. They even had tons of parking spots roped off so people had to pay to park. This is not a way to run a convention center. Sure it may make you money but it would have been better to find another way of getting money from people instead of making them late.
Bar was nice. Bartender was friendly. Beers were overpriced.
The internet is horrible! Why can they not atleast get that right? Beds were alright. Breakfast isn't very good.
Andrew M. S. B.
Great facility for professional conference.
Great place to stay for the frequent traveler.
Beautiful venue, amazing service, perfect location
Great place to stay! I love everything about Embassy Suites every time I go. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it was impossible to get breakfast this morning. It's more like a 4.8 star rating.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly. And the food offered is delicious.
The prices are kind of stingy for events and they did not allow my group to do a taste test. The space is very large and nice though. Staff has changed been very friendly. The conference center is recently renovated and looks very nice.
Food was great
Everything was great
I've been here several times over the years and it always does a great job accommodating the large conferences.

The room is fantastic.
The hotel is a little dated, but very spacious rooms. They do not have lunch available except at a little cafe.
I had a nice time at a convention there. The meeting rooms are modern and the catering service was impeccable.
Great food, wonderful location.
Stayed at Embassy on a business trip. Big comfortable room, good email connection and good breakfast.
New, very nice
Here for a convention. Shower doesn't drain. I just ran out of hot water after a 5 minute shower. Something above me drips every 15 seconds or so; heard it all night long. The folding glass closet door is something out of the 80s. There was a hair in my sink yesterday. Bed is super hard. Sprinkler overhead flashes white LED occasionally throughout the night. Despite all of that it still feels relatively clean. Convention space feels newer. No complaints about it other than lots of light bulbs out so it's obvious maintenance is not a priority in either building. Embassy Suites in Overland Park, KS is amazing. Truly amazing. This place is regrettable.
This is our favorite hotel.
Good value for a nice hotel. Rooms are big but a little dated.
Very clean and professional. Convenient location.
Very nice carpet!
Very nice very clean good customer service
We went there to go to the Spa Botanica for the morning. We very much enjoyed ourselves at the spa. It was relaxing and a great experience.
Very nice hotel, great food, friendly staff.
The location is great, got to watch fireworks from my room. Breakfast was great, and included. Would stay here again.
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff!
The rooms are very spacious and clean. Great breakfast, with made to order omelets and huge buffet. Complimentary bar in the evening. It's wonderful really.
Rooms and facilities are a bit dated. Great staff and service, breakfast is also excellent (because of the omelettes).
It was good experience
My husband and I stopped by for a quick date in the lounge and enjoyed the atmosphere.
The experience was good until the manager framed me and my friends for something we didn't do. He was blonde and stocky. Had a mustache. Please reconsider if you are going here!!!!!
The hotel is nice but I have been having problems with the tub not draining well.
Nice hotel. Very cold inside, take a jacket! Beware of the Starbucks inside...they price gouge(3.25 for a generic 16oz water bottle)
Great location for a conference. Frisco has the best restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
Nice facilities, some construction, rooms nice but dated

I always stay at embassy' suites and love the suites, the free drink reception, and the breakfast! I must say I was absolutely disappointed this time around! I did speak to the front desk and they did credit my room for one night! But to be awaken to have 3 different types of bugs in the bed, the curtains, and walls! My skin is still crawling and my son is freaked out! Not to mention when I did pull the mattress off to find left used water bottles tucked between the headboard and wall! Filthy room... Also the parking situation! If you self park outside it costs you $10 or you can park in the parking garage for $10??? I get the parking garage, but to park outside???
This hotel is very nice. The Embassy never ceases to amaze me with their breakfasts, they are always on point. The rooms are pretty clean and very roomy. The bathrooms are also clean. The staff seem to be very nice, with almost every employee I encounter tell me hello and ask me how I am doing. I haven't ever had any complaints about the Embassy during any stay I've had.
Was in the Indian room. Was there for work meeting. Was decent.
Hotel remodel going on, disruptive to meeting
Its an excellent place to stay. They have an amazing breakfast
Nice facilities for professional meetings
Clean rooms, and a good breakfast.

Some of the hallways smelled like gasoline
Very nice room with plenty of room.
We stayed in a king suite. The room was clean, but there was an unusual smell (which was likely cleaning product). The sofa bed had a thin mattress, but was nice. The breakfast was fantastic.
I enjoyed coming to a conference here. The staff was so helpful and energetic. Despite the construction everything was clean and orderly. This is a nice spot!
Kevin Ten E.
Large, clean rooms, manager reception with free drinks, excellent breakfast. Great pool, had a broken sauna but otherwise great! They just replaced a bunch of mattresses.
Staff was super helpful and courteous .
The rooms are so comfortable and the service is amazing!
Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms. Buffet breakfast, beer/wine and light hor d'oevres, coffee shop (they serve Starbucks coffee but it is NOT a Starbucks store) Delicious, reasonably-priced food at the hotel restaurant. Connected to the Frisco Conference Center.
Beautiful and close to near by entertainment
I was there for a large luncheon. The building was very nice and we'll kept. The catering for the luncheon was excellent. Great experience
The hotel was clean and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Will be back.
Wonderful staff, food is good, beds were noce, and rooms very clean!
Attended a conference at this venue. Very nice facility with and incredibly professional staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to host an event.
Nice view Decent food Nice pool Great rooms Friendly staff And decent accommodations

Since it was only fo a banquet, I only saw the waiters yet they were still fantastic.
Attended a wedding reception in the Frisco room. The venue was great and had ample room for all the guests. The speaker system in the room was lacking so it was hard to hear all the speeches and venue management didn't fix it during the event. Otherwise the venue was great.
Lovely hotel, great atmosphere.
Went to help plan an event we are hosting. Went well
Rooms were dated, air conditioning didn't cool properly and clicked alot. We asked for a fan and they were out of fans (guess this meant we weren't the only ones with the a/c issue). Plumbing messed up and water overflowed out of the toilet before it had been used. Whole bathroom flooded. Want a great experience, but it could have been worse.
Nice, clean hotel that may be showing its age in some areas, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Parking can be an issue if there is an event going on at the nearby baseball field or in the attached convention center.
Staff was nice facilities were dated and food was ok
Hosted a corporate training at this location. Erin and her staff were top notch!
Such a beautiful Hotel and Convention Center in the middle of Frisco Texas. Great for any occasion whether it's a wedding or a meeting or special event.
Eh, for what paid, I expected more. I was constantly awaken all night due to toilets flushing, water running, the pipes are extremely loud! I had a migraine by morning. Louder than anywhere I've ever encountered. My view was a brick wall lol but that's OK because I went straight to bed. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. I won't stay again due to the pipes.
It was good
It was nice
Great location, lots of walkable locations. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
It was a great stay for the Varsity University conference! Extremely comfortable and hospitable!
Our stay was very nice. All of the staff from breakfast, housekeeping to Maintenance were very kind and very responsive to make our stay comfortable, however I am giving it a 1 due to one very rude person. As we were checking in the lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Helen was very rude and loud to her fellow employees and spoke to them like they were stupid. I would highly recommend you look in to who you hire to greet your guest. I felt so bad for the employees that had to deal with this bitter old lady. When we checked out we avoided being checked out by this lady. Because of this lady we will not be returning.
Great staff also clean with decent food
I went to the Embassy for My Possibility Ball. It was a wonderful event. The food was great. Also the music sounded great. I will go back to the Embassy Hotel another time.
Well kept, professional look.
Huge Convention space. Seems to go on forever.
The hotel was very nice, and the food was fantastic. The wifi was also very good
Shahrzad “Shazoo” R.
Clean conference rooms. Audio and signage weren't ideal but it works well for the setting.
I did not stay here for the convention. However my time here was peasant, and there was plenty of room for each presentation and activity to be held.
Friendly service, great breakfast and happy hour.
The facilities were clean and adequate for our needs.
I love the hotel but the room conference room was rather small. They also did not have the ac on when we arrived so it was pretty warm. The projector was horrible - very blurry
Very attentive and friendly reception staff. I talked to Mimi and she helped me checked-in quickly and smoothly. The room is huge and clean with built-in fridge and microwave. Have I mentioned 2 tvs and an area to work and meet your guests? Exceptional! The hotel's breakfast is very tasty and offer plenty of choices. I wished that they had offered some turkey bacon and sausage. Though you gotta try the made-to-order omelet!
My boyfriend works at this hotel, so I gave it 5 stars because I know it's got great service!
Good service and professional staff.
Nice hotel with very spacious accommodations.
Nice hotel. Sheets could use a little upgrade. Solid breakfast.
Perfectly fine place with courteous staff
Went for a pinball convention. Very clean, friendly staff, good setup, would return again.
Absolutely loved my accommodations they provided. Location is in upmost rural sshopping area
Had a great stay at this hotel everything was clean the place was awesome the staff was amazing I highly recommend it
Jonathan M. H.
Great hotel great staff always a pleasure to go there.
The hotel is in a great location. It's across the street from the Frisco mall, the Dr.Pepper baseball park, and across the freeway from the future Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. My room had a perfect view of the baseball field. It was a spacious two bed suite with a sleeper couch. The staff was extremely courteous. Great stay.
Nice experience and is where I normally stay when on business in the area. Complimentary breakfast is a plus and is pretty decent and there is also a complimentary happy hour at night. Rooms are large and clean, but I find the wifi can be a bit flakey at times. Overall, recommended.
Rooms so so. Front desk not very friendly. The velet person ignored us until we went and parked ourselves. Won't go there again.
It was beautiful. They need better music though...
Great experience and service. Was here for a convention and we were well taken care of by the staff. There is a ton of space to hold events. The staff is more than gracious to find the best solutions for you. The hotel room was well kept and the breakfast buffet was wow!
Great place to host work events. Food was catered by the hotel and was great. Will use again.
Great hotel and convenient location for the heart of Frisco where everything is located.
John “Jt” T.
passing is easy, straightforward
Went to the father daughter dance. It was wonderful.
Great venue and awesome hotel!
This place is just wonderful! Everyone from the FD staff, bell staff, banquet staff, and the housekeeping staff were just great. Thank you for being so hospitable the 3 nights I stayed. The full cooked to order breakfast and complimentary evening reception just topped it all off. Really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna being open until 1am. Keep up the great work Frisco Embassy!
Everything was very nice
Embassy suites is a very average business hotel that fills a niche market for those who need large suites. I stayed here for a business meeting and was very underwhelmed by what I got for the inflated price I paid. The rooms are dated slightly dingy but are very large and functional. The hotel is, however, very conveniently located near a mask and lots of good dining. There are much nicer hotels the area for the money though but I stayed here primarily out of convenience.
Comfortable, close to good restaurants, but the breakfast was pretty subpar (as far as my past experiences with Embassy Suites breakfast goes). Still, not bad for a brief stay (and always comfortable furniture).
Amazing experience. Cleanest most professional staff I've ever experienced as an enterprise level sales employee.
I stayed here for a work event. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. I took the free shuttle and the driver of the shuttle/valet was so happy and talkative. All of the staff were great and the rooms were clean and food was great. Would definitely return and recommend.
Stayed for a work event and I will break this into food and room. Food sucked. Breakfast and lunch. I had something that was pizza but didn't taste like it. Morning buffet was luke warm and the orange juice is only 65% juice. The room, shower going from freezing cold to boiling hot every 7 seconds. Others that stayed also experienced the same thing. The light switch in the bathroom also flickered on and off. The staff was great and the location had lots of places to eat. I would recommend eating elsewhere. Last, the bar and bartender rocked.
I was only there one night. But it was nice.
Great hotel and location. Rooms needs some work but staff is great to work with.
We had a company meeting and the conference room was awesome. The pastries and coffee were delicious as well.
Always a pleasant stay...
Great stay! Nice hotel, good service, big room, and fast elevators.
Stay was March 13-15. Fire alarm went off early Sunday morning around 2 am. No communication or emergency plan by staff on-duty. Pregnant wife went down 9 floors of stairs when a simple call or hallway check could have prevented the mass chaos and confusion by most customers. There was no fire, but someone who burnt popcorn in their room microwave. They should have a system in place in general for emergencies, real or not.
Very nice hotel. Comfy, spacious etc.. But, you have to pay additional to park, for pets and for Internet.... The view from 1/2 of the rooms is a concrete service area, but the other 1/2 is either a view of the Ball Stadium or the Frisco area...be sure to ask while checking in or you'll be disappointed.
We had problems at this hotel from the time we checked in. Our first night there the sheets had blood stains and Kleenex tissue on them. Someone came up and changed the sheets. She was a very pleasant young lady and apologized about the situation. We made appointments at the spa and decided to get into the Jacuzzi before our appointments. While in the Jacuzzi the smell of chlorine was extremely strong. We thought that they must have just treated it thus, the reason for the loud smell. Once we got out of the Jacuzzi I noticed that my swim suit as well as my wrap that my husband purchased out of the country had been bleached. I went to the spa and asked them who should I talk to about my items that were bleached in the Jacuzzi. She stated the manager at the front desk. After our massages I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. A gentlemen came and I explained the situation. He said he was going to have a tech test the Jacuzzi and he would get back with me. No apology, no is there anything we can do, NOTHING! We left to go and hang out with family. The gentleman left a message on the phone in our room that the Jacuzzi had been tested and the chlorine levels were fine. Because it was late when we got back, I went to the front desk and asked for the manager the next morning. She stated that she heard about what happened and that they would credit my sister's room. I told her that it was my items that had been destroyed not my sister's. She said that the previous manager credited the room and emailed the general manager that would be contacting me. Still no apology, no is there anything we can do, no NOTHING!! it's been three weeks and I have yet to hear back from the general manager regarding my items one of them which can't be replaced not unless I go back out of the country! This is unacceptable, the lack of customer service skills with these managers is ridiculous! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!! Nor, will I stay at any Hilton facilities again! They do not care about their guests at all! I will spend my money where I am appreciated and HILTON won't be it!

Great place to stay and have lot things close by to do and all the shopping u can find.different eating options and great sports events to attend.
This is a beautiful hotel with clean rooms, a friendly staff, and an outdated internet policy. The price of the room does NOT include internet access. Internet in your room is $10.95 per day. For the price of the room, which is not cheap, you get to sleep in the bed (linens and pillows included), use the shower (soap, shampoo, and towels included), use the toilet (TP included), wash in the sink, watch TV, sit in the chairs or on the sofa, use the coffee maker (coffee and condiments included), use the microwave, use the refrigerator; BUT you don't get to use the internet in your room. It's pretty hard to believe that in this day and time, when all the less expensive hotels provide free internet, the expensive hotels still charge. Internet access is a basic utility, like the water and electricity provided with the room. But internet access is not included at this hotel. Disappointing. They do provide "free" internet in the lobby. It's passable, but not very fast. I find it strange that they obviously put so much effort into providing a beautiful room with lots of conveniences, and then want me to drag all my stuff downstairs to the lobby for internet access. I've browbeat the shift managers for years, but they don't make policy. Maybe upper management will read this review. Yes, I could vote with my feet. We come to weekend conventions that are hosted at the adjoining conference center. The convenience of being next door is nice. This hotel would be perfect ... if only.
My preferred place to stay in Dallas.
Hot water is luke warm at best - they can't fix it Water pressure in the shower is like a sprinkle When you turn on the heater its quite noisy they never restock all of your items in your room -weekly traveler
I have never experienced the level of service I received as I did on my one night stay here. I had my a horrible drop in my blood sugar and as I was there on business was all alone. I struggled to the phone and got ahold of the front desk. In minutes they were upstairs with OJ and fruit. That seems like what anyplace would do you say but it was the follow up that stood out. They continued to check on me. I felt as if ilI was safe in my fidst VERY scary drop in blood sugar. I asked if ilI coukd have a banana and some asprin and just when I thought oh well it was too good to be true until I had a knock on my door. It was a grounds person whom had left the property to get me 3 fresh bananas and an bottle of asprin as they only had anither pain reliever on site. <br/>There is not enough I can say in regard to the customer service and as I spend alot of time traveling to the Plano area I will stay NO where else.
