Garbage and cheap hotel. Staff was horrifying and has no business being in the hospitality industry
GREAT HOTEL DOWNTOWN L.A. STAFF SUPER NICE.

GREAT HOTEL DOWNTOWN L.A. STAFF SUPER NICE.
Muy bueno el Hotel. Es excelente opción y ubicación para visitar los lugares emblemáticos de Los Ángeles. Habitaciones muy amplias.
Valet parking awesome
Had a emergency and didnt get to stay for whole trip booked but the staff and the hotel was accommodating and the staff did everything to make the stay comfortable and went above and beyond will come back when I come back
Verry clean Hotel, Staff verry friendly, I wish there quality of Food was as good as the price they charge. Where I come from you get 4 times the meat for $2 less and the quality of the Chicken brest was Dry and twisted as a Frozen Brest. $31 before tip for a Salad and a Beer is steep. The hotel would make more money if they droped there prices on food and drink a little bit.
Good room and friendly front desk
Fabulous staff! Great location

A little too 'typical' for a high end hotel restaurant. Food was good but EXTREMELY overpriced for the level of quality and creativity. I know LA dining is still fairly depressed from the COVID situation but there are plenty of better options in the area that will provide a better dining experience.
Everything about Omni Los Angeles was lovely. Especially our driver Robert, he is the best. Thank you Omni Los Angeles.

Very nice hotel and well trained polite front desk. They have a very nice bar and restaurant in the upper floor that serves brunch on the weekends.
I love the patio/bar here. Nothing like it. Great service, live music from California Plaza and a refreshing, cool breeze from the ocean.

Incredible hotel! Great service at the Front Desk, 'concerns' on the drive but the comfy bed, great service at Noe and the vibe makes up for it!
I stayed there one night with my fiancé. The first red flag occurred when one of the hotel’s staff just walked in our room unannounced in the middle of the afternoon and then quickly left. No knock or warning. Also, my fiancé left a shirt hanging in the closet after we checked out, so we called asking if we could pick it up or have them ship it. They claimed it wasn’t there and no one turned it in. We never got it back.
This Hotel had the best service I've had in a long time thanks for the experience.
HIDDEN COSTS BEWARE! They charge you upon check in for full room rate. I personally don’t agree with that because if I do not like my room and decide to leave, getting my money back is an act of Congress. Next, they charge $100/ night for what they call “incidentals”. They charge that too up front. If you use debit they deduct funds immediately making it very inconvenient. Money is not replaced until 5-7 days. There is nothing in the room that justifies being taken. No mini bar or nothing. Let’s talk about the parking!! Crazy! $52/night for guests and the same amount for visitors. The parking is taken off that incidentals and they never tell you at the front desk about cost. I do not plan on returning nor do I recommend to anyone else. It’s same ole Omni same ole tricks. Everyone that checked in were shocked. We witnessed the front desk personnel repeat the same explanation every time someone checked in and it was perceived the same manner. Not happy whatsoever!!!
Staff was one of this hotel's crews. He was very accommodating, helpful, and effective for his assigned jobs.
I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience that I've experienced at your Beauty shop. One of the staves did an amazing job of cutting my hair. He was also very funny and friendly. I walked out smiling and continued to smile ear to ear for the rest of the day. I've gotten so many compliments on my new look! Thanks a lot!
Beautiful, well-situated, large hotel overlooking the California Plaza downtown. Convenient to freeways but away from the noise. All staff members were outstandingly helpful throughout our visit. Valet service is friendly and efficient. Be aware of the daily parking charge and resort fee. Easy commute to USC.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is so well taken care of, and so many charming corners all around. We loved our room and our little courtyard and pool. The staff works hard to maintain great service! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back soon for our next trip!
This wonderful indoor-outdoor restaurant is in a great location inside the Omni Hotel in downtown LA. The menu suggests French food but there is a great mix. Appetizers were above average and the menu had good options. You can really relax and we actually had dinner around an outdoor firepit. Service was so good we had a picture with our server. You feel a little incognito there and its a perfect date night place too.
World class service, gorgeous facilities, incredible location to so much of Downtown LA fun spots. Normally, I'm at Hyatts because of my Hyatt credit card, points, ect. but the Omni is so much better than any of the Regency spots in Southern California. The Omni bedroom slippers are my absolute favorite. It's my thing to compare amomg all the hotels I stay.
they overcharged me for an extra night of valet, which was a ridiculous $52, and i keep calling to try and get my money back but they aren’t responding. i’ve left multiple voicemails. do not stay here unless you wanna get overcharged
Jovial Opulence E.
We will return! The stay was comfortable, relaxing and tranquil. This was the height of my peaceful visit in this beautiful Hotel.
my favorite place to stay in downtown LA
The room's are clean and the view is Beautiful.
Beautiful room with a great view, everything was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Juan Dupone helped us, we had a long night with multiple requests and he was incredibly attentive and helpful, and very friendly. Super accommodating! Thank you, Juan!
A decent location to get your filthy clothes done at a reasonable price when compared to the prices charged by other establishments for the identical goods. It was an excellent service!
Nice hotel nooooo complaints from me...
Clean and Peaceful.
I was there hours before and there wasn’t a room available, and I still got charged! I keep calling and the person I spoke too is no help! Worst customer service!
Staying in this luxurious hotel was the best experience I've ever had! I thanked everyone for their support and support throughout our visit. The rooms are both large and cozy. It has the ability to ease tension and make you feel very comfortable. I felt obliged to help you spread your name, so I wanted to recommend you to all of my friends and colleagues!
They have only valet parking no self park. Valet parking costs $60/ day and it takes them 30min to get my car every time.
Started with the valet off bad then it went down hill from there very disappointed on our way there to meet clients at the bar on the 3rd floor called hotel first person answering the phone said bar closes at 2 but let me check to make sure comes back on the phone and says 1am so we are all set to meet with clients when we get there about 11:15 BAR CLOSED AND THE PROBLEM WITH THE VALET IS THE GUY WHO WRITES THE TICKETS BAD ATTITUDE
The said hotel is a genuine oasis, with greenery with plenty of serenity. Being in the middle of a rain forest felt odd. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was prompt and courteous. My girlfriend and I had a nice five days here and can't wait to move!
We have been to this hotel on 3 occasion and it's always excellent service. Perfect place for a luxurious Romantic date and night & the restaurant inside called Noe is so delicious and in my opinion a 5 star restaurants with either a inside or outside view. Outside view in the night is perfect.
This hotel comes highly recommended! This hotel was where my friends and I stayed about a week ago. We were very happy and satisfied with the overall services rendered by them. I expressed my gratitude to the staves for their friendliness and politeness. Thank you very much to everybody! Gentlemen, till next time!
Trash worst customer experience ever still upset about my waste of a visit to this place
All good except $55+ for overnight parking.
Keshia Bo S.
You have to love a room with a tub. One of the biggest things that I love the most is the window opens. You have to pay a resort fee. The bed is pretty comfortable. I could not hook up the fire stick due to no outlets available. We got lucky and found meter parking.
I've been going to this hotel and NOE for years, but last night Valet was extremely disrespectful. On top of that, the posted charge for valet with validation is $13. They kept the $20, told me that my car wasn't my car because the guy mixed up his tickets, then opened my door without permission while I'm in it because he left other tickets inside my car. If you read this Omni Hotels, my valet ticket was 202-800.
Great hotel and service
Beautiful hotel and good service. Enjoyed staying here.????????
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! This hotel has a fantastic bed, wonderful food, full facilities, and everything else. I had a great time here because all I wanted was delivered, and thanks to these guys for making it possible. It was the ideal location for you to unwind and enjoy yourself with your loved ones. Thank you so much!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, in the heart of downtown...easy walk to places and Grand Central Market.
Beautiful scenery and great food.
Not very smart on that front drive around!!! ????????????????
Antwain Hunter S.
Forced Valet parking that cost $52.00 "per automobile", then the valet drivers "EXPECT" a tip & will LITERALLY stand there with your door open as if you forgot something. I think that it is rude to expect a tip when you give me no other options for self parking. I tipped, not generously and wasn't happy. The room & staff was nice though.
Amazing Brunch and service! Our server Elijah went way above and beyond our expectations
Affordable budget and great accommodation, I will be back here for vacation with my friends.
The stay was below my expectations. I had paid $125 for my dog to stay the night with me. and the view they gave us was subpar... not happy at all with the dirty towels, dusty room, and the lack of coffee cups.. I will not stay here again.
really good service, and good **** food
I stayed here for the first time and I left happy with the room and service. The location is perfect if you're planning on visiting the rest of DTLA.
Amazing! I had the best time ever here! Got this place for a terrific price at ??????????.??? I like this hotel and I'm so grateful I stayed here much cheaper than what I typically spend. You can hang out in the common areas/living room before dinner, this is a shared space so you will hang out with others staying, which we didn't mind but you should know that if you want a stay just to yourself. Breakfast is also on a lovely big shared table while dinner is served on separate tables. The snorkeling right by the villa's pier was surprisingly good, lots of different schools of fish! Highly recommended!
I'm still in my room here and the power is out I can't call anyone leave my floor and if this is by any chance a routine check or whatever no one said anything. I was Happy until I felt trapped. Poor communication on Management's part. Highly Disappointed. Valet was great though.
3.5 ?? cause I’m conflicted about this review. The hotel is not bad, it’s just not what I was expecting based on other pics and reviews. It’s clean, in a great location with easy access to DTLA. We got a nice, spacious corner room with great views. The valet attendants were very friendly and attentive.
Nice hotel but parking was very expensive. Bordering ridiculous the amount.
We'll return on our next trip and tell our friends about the hotel. Thank you so much, gentlemen! Next time, I'll see you!
A hotel that is cozy, tidy, and beautiful. It's in a great place for sightseeing and shopping because it's surrounded by big landmarks and shopping centers that are all within walking distance. In addition, there are a number of museums in the region. We had a great time here. We will undoubtedly return in the near future!
Expensive for no reason!
Love it, clean, just feel parking should be part of a guest that is staying here
I procrasterbated here. 10/10 views
Super nice, Awesome people!
All hotels on google map have reviews .... only "cecil hotel" has no reviews ... you know why ... the story is very sad right! ????
Had to get our room switched since the first one had obviously been smoked in. New room is nice and the beds are comfortable. Gym was closed due to a "Private Party" of military guests. Free cocktail and appetizer at the piano bar--excellent appetizers. Free continental breakfast was basic although they serve Peet's coffee which was a nice touch.
Great fast service in the busy streets of LA
The room was spacious and views were fantastic. Great place for an anniversary. Thank you.
The Omni Los Angeles is one of my west coast places to stay. Rooms are always kept well and the overall environment is very clean and welcoming
Exactly what we need it. For our lil gateway.
Their price was straightforward and manageable for my budget. I'm thrilled to be living here. I'll tell my family and coworkers the truth about the hotel's employees. It was a huge hotel. Their wonderful employees have been tremendously helpful. I have a lovely room with delicious food.
Kevin Schrubb J.
This hotel is nice. The view from the 16th floor was amazing. The room was clean. Vanessa was very helpful before and upon the checkout. This hotel will see me again.
Room was okay but the internet doesn't work. They offer a faster internet for a daily fee but it doesn't actually increase the speed. It just lowers your bank account.
Classy hotel! Friendly staff! I appreciate the upgrade on the 6th Flr. Corner room. Will tell my bf to book this place, I feel like royalty. Lol! Thanks!
The bed was comfortable but the rooms a bit small, but I really didn't like that the parking was valet only for $50 a night that why I rated 4 stars
Outstanding services from parking the car to checking out. Telling all my friends about this place.

When I first arrived at this hotel, I was given a wheelchair right away. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning and other facilities work, and the hotel staff is friendly. I also ate at their buffet, which was excellent. This was our first stay at this hotel, but I don't think it will be our last.
Great location with great amenities. Only issue was with the parking. Paying $52 for valet parking was a bit much. Made it less appealing when we found out at check in that parking was not included.
(Translated by Google) It is a good hotel with a spacious and very complete room and with a good view. The attention at the reception was friendly and fast. I was prepared to rate the hotel badly because both in the reservation through hotels.com and on its official website they say that the Internet is only in the lobby and that in the rooms it has an additional cost. It seemed incredible to me that there was still a hotel charging internet in the room as if that was its business. When I got to the room I found that I had two internet options: 1 free of 7 gigs and the other high-speed payment. With this and after seeing the room, the view, the services and the attention, I can rate the hotel with five stars.
Staff is great and helpful on top of that sweet rooms are relaxing and big with a shower and tub for soaking will be my future set for future trips

We knew the differences between the rooms and the great additional features which looked like so expensive. This is a luxury hotel and you would be amazed by the great assistance of the staff. You would never be disappointed of the service! I liked to stay here for long if only I could be!
As a result, I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this hotel! My stay at the hotel was fun. The food was delicious. I'll leave a message for your room manager. She dealt of a minor issue with grace, style, and professionalism. She is an asset to the business.
This hotel was fantastic, and I stayed there for three days. They were sleeping in a tidy, warm bunk. Customers will have a lot of fun when they're here. It was a fantastic dinner. The facilities were satisfactory.
Great view. I had a corner room. Everything clean and secure. All staff were nice. They have a great little cabal car that takes you from the third floor to the street. Across the street is the food market. It was fantastic.
My friend and I stayed at this hotel as part of the trip, and we were really pleased about it. The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed in the middle of it. There's a bathtub in the shower. It's a delicious breakfast! The customer has already been found!
We stayed here last week and couldn't have asked for a better location or environment. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city! The location was perfect, with many attractions, sights, and transportation links in a simple walking area. The hotel employees are always courteous and professional. I'll stay here again the next time I visit.
This hotel is awesome because they offer return visitors discounts! The assistance they've received astounds me! It is without a doubt a must-try! I'd like to return to this place!
Their staffs are very friendly and even managed to respond to all of the requests that I've made. I will definitely rate them a five-star because of its amazing service. Thank you so much! Keep it up, everyone!

Wonderful staff everybody is respectful and helpful. Best hotel experience since I been on my mini vacation ????????????????????????????????????????ten????s
Everyone was super nice ! I was hesitant at first , but really enjoyed the coziness of the hotel and my room!! Everyone I had contact with was nice ‘nn
I lived in this hotel for two days before I went to the business district. I have a wonderful service at this hotel. The room they gave me was so clean and cool. The bathroom was really tidy. The view from my room was a stunning scene. The breakfast buffet they had was just as sweet. Thank you very much for your service.
The scenery is just gorgeous and the architecture of the hotel helps guests to enjoy this natural beauty within the hotel. There are a lot of wonderful places to lay back and enjoy. The hotel is spotless and the interior is very appealing, with beautiful, cozy chairs, delightful sculptures and artwork.
The Omni has been a great experience, with friendly, accommodating staff. Their very reasonably priced valet service also allows for a hassle-free parking solution.
Our room was big, clean with excellent facilities, and a comfortable bed. Just what we needed for a 5-night stay. The continental breakfast had a good selection of pastries, bread, bagels, and fresh fruit as well. The staff are also very welcoming and accommodating. I strongly recommend the hotel!
The service and employees are polite, attentive and supportive. The room service was served on a tablecloth, and the gentlemen knew just where to put the table, so we continued to enjoy the majesty of the hotel through our dinner. A fantastic experience overall!
Stay was nice, great service. Parking is sky high so I parked on street and woke up to my car window broken and glass shattered all In the back seat and someone had stolen my bag. There was another car parked 2 cars away with the same thing, busted windows. The hotel is very nice but the area is risky! I advise you pay for parking !!! You’ve been warned DO NOT PARK AT THE METER
Excellent location in DTLA
Beautifully sweet suite!
I was astounded by their surroundings. It was quite straightforward and elegant. The employees and other staff were very friendly and hospitable.
Verity Bean L.
The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff is very good especially the front desk, which is very presentable and accommodating. Good price for a big room. The place is clean and absolutely very accessible. This is a very wonderful and exemplary stay. I just love their smiles. Thank you!
Patio restaurant at hotel was the only food place operating on the weekend for dinner. Clean room but has a shared/connecting door to room next to us. Woke at 2am to the sound of our neighbors very loud and clearly doing some activities, was like they were in the same room. Extra $80 on top of room cost for overnight parking and “resort fees” even though there’s nothing to do at the hotel. Had I known I would be spending close to another $100 for just being there, would have booked somewhere else. Overall a disappointing stay.
We2 Global, I.
I came to this hotel for a short visit, and I must admit that I was impressed by the experience I had at this hotel, because all was great! I'm sure I'll recommend this hotel to everyone I meet!
Super nice hotel and really nice views very comfortable beds nice showers

Came here for the nightlife, where they change their lobby into a "club"... First time seeing this happen. They played hip hop all night, and I don't mind that.
Almost no guest is here now. All of the staff are so kind and prompt. It makes me feel like private place.
Beautiful hotel was surprised that parking was $50 yes $50 a night
I am so happy with my stay here at this hotel! They have been able to fulfill our needs! The workers were so friendly and even supported us with all my baggage! I would certainly recommend this hotel!
Very clean, and very safe environment.
Between the bar and Alfred's Coffee in the lobby, you'll see a lot of people and their laptops at tables and couches. Had a Starbucks feel except but more hip. The chairs have a curious floral back cushion but the backs adjust. Nice.
beautiful space and friendly staff. also walking distance to the museum and other attractions.
This hotel follows a proper protocol for the safety of their customers. From time to time, they cleaned the area and made sure that it was free from any unwanted odors. The whole area was very fascinating. I will definitely go back here! Thanks a lot
All of the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond. Our day was absolutely awesome and everyone who everyone says that the place was absolutely beautiful. The food was also very delectable! Thank you so much for everything, we will be recommending you to others!
It's a family-oriented hotel, and the staff are very accommodating and polite. Whenever we spend our holidays and vacations here, this hotel is always our choice. My kids love their pool, and their food in the restaurant was very delectable. The last time we here were last month. We spend our son's birthday, and he enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended!
Nice location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay in is the staff. All of them are so professional. They could accommodate fast. Our stay was awesome. Five-star service!
We chose to stop here for we knew that this is one of the best hotels here. They have a delicious buffet breakfast (with bacon and eggs!), a rooftop pool, a sauna, and a gym. The location is PERFECT. Your stay here is not a problem for they also have complete facilities and accommodating staff members as well. Highly recommended!
We had a very satisfying stay in this hotel a week ago. The place was very conducive for those people who want to get relaxed. The view from the room to the outside was very nice especially if you are on higher floors. Amazing!
The deluxe King Room is very nice for the price.I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Los Angeles.
I'm very happy with the quality and service I received. ????
Very nice Hotel, downtown Los Angeles...
Every one was nice and professional. The valet guys to the front desk. I will definitely recommend. Wear your mask!????
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years! Very convenient location and walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping center. Easy access to anywhere you want to go to! We're all happy because we could stroll around the place where the hotel is located. This is the perfect place for all of you. You will not get bored during your stay!
We celebrate a wedding anniversary here at your hotel. Because the place was very romantic and they offer an array of wines. What I like about this hotel was the service was very fast and accurate. I will surely use your service next time. Keep up the good service, guys! Highly recommended to all of my friends and family!
The most reputable hotel to stay with. From their front disk, Alex assisted me and found me the best room that would fit me. I was not expecting He could be this nice, brilliant, and effective for his jobs. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. I strongly recommend this place to all of my colleagues and friends for sure.

What an incredible hotel! The staff was so kind and friendly. The manager was kind and welcoming. He truly cares about his place of work and the people staying at the hotel. Also, it was so clean! I only stayed one night, and I wish I could have stayed longer! I’m looking forward to coming back shortly, and I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
A very comfortable place! We had an excellent stay at your Hotel. We arrived at the train station and were pleased to know the hotel was only a few shorts blocks away. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us politely. The place was also very beautiful and the staff was very helpful. What a nice hotel!
This is one of the beautiful hotels here and the setting is amazing. We also found it possible to relax and enjoy for it was a cozy and very unwinding area. I found wonderful, no wonder why this hotel became so popular. We really had a great experience here and made relaxation good during our stay. The food served is perfect, thus we really enjoyed the stay so much! Highly recommended place!
In one year after high school, Alicia Keys, America Ferrera, Liza Koshy, Lilly Singh, and Sasha Lane should accompany me, Shelby P, Rachel Schroeder, Mya Fedorzsick, Maya Christian, and Kennedi to Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza!!!! Can't wait for summer vacation!!!!
Loved my stay here, Super clean, comfortable, safe (Covid wise) and everyone were really helpful. We asked for the top floor and that was what we got plus a great view.

Stayed here several times when traveling for work. and that is important to me while traveling. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and it is usually very quiet I felt safe at this hotel. Hotel staff a very helpful and friendly too. The hotel restaurant is good and service is exceptional.
Awesome place every time I come here. Always end up baby sitting some one after its all said and done. Staff is super friendly. Drinks are a bit pricey. Awesome pool tables in da back...
Great location. Great room. The beds were very comfortable. It had a separate bath and shower. Easy check in and out. Good Valet service. Great customer service. We felt very safe. Easy walking distance to shops and LA Live.

One of the best experiences I have had from the arrival to departure process. Great job to the team at The L.A. Grand. I look forward to returning and seeing the on-going improvements to the hotel....
If anybody out there is looking for deals for hotel rooms visit ??????????.??? made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the absolute best rates anywhere! We had a very good stay, great room, great service, and beautiful location! Their staff was also very professional and very friendly. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I would really like to come back here again and again. I can extremely recommend you to everyone. Good job! A big hand to all of you!
Good location. Hotel does not even have microwave to heat food. Front desk is lazy
The hotel was very clean and modern. The Staff on Reception were very polite and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of a number of busy freeways. It was exceptionally noisy and you could not hear the TV. When to Reception and our room was exchanged to the 8th floor quite a bit quieter. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, had an excellent nights sleep.
The staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. Not a single issue all weekend. The location was great for sight seeing because of their location you can get anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and i will most certainly be staying again.
Great location and amenities, especially the espresso machines in the rooms. Very clean and modern with wonderful guest services staff and helpful housekeeping staff. No dining services but tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. Plus if you are in LA, you shouldn't be eating in your room anyway.
Nice, clean friendly, helpful staff. About a mile walk to shopping area...Zara, Target, Victoria Secret, Restaurants, etc.
Nice room very comfortable ????
Fantastic hotel and exceptional service! All of the staff this hotel have been the most service-oriented and friendliest people I have ever encountered. I have nothing to complain about their service and couldn't ask for more. I wasn't disappointed with my three nights here. I will be back shortly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
We had a very good stay, great room, great service, and beautiful location! Their staff was also very professional and very friendly. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I would really like to come back here again and again. I can extremely recommend you to everyone. Good job! A big hand to all of you!
I didn’t stay the night here, but the customer service here is excellent. Everything is very clean and it smells so good right when you walk through the door.
The Manager was more than amazing, attentive & helpful, front desk staff were super, especially the staff, our suite was very clean & absolutely wonderful
Very elegant I loved it
Outstanding services and rooms super clean and healthy vibe! Love how close it is to the museum of contemporary ART!
This hotel surprised both my husband and I, from the outside it doesn't look like much. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely team and this service was maintained during our stay.
I’ve been staying here for almost a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond. Our day was absolutely awesome and everyone who everyone says that the place was absolutely beautiful. The food was also very delectable! Thank you so much for everything, we will be recommending you to others!
I booked an online reservation and paid extra for a king size bed, upon checking in the room coming from a 6hr trip from Sacramento I glanced at the ceiling and noticed a flying roach which are known to cause health issues I immediately took pictures then contacted customer service in which they moved me in a down graded room with double beds their best regards was to accommodate free valet for the remainder of my stay. This service quality is poor, unsanitary and unprofessional. I feel like a under valued customer and taken advantage of.
Good location! This hotel sits near the airport and the city. It looks older but very well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and the linens are fine quality. Their restaurant has a good selection of food. The pool and gym are nice. This will be my new go-to hotel whenever I will in this city.
This was a great hotel at a great price! We truly made the right choice for our mini-conference. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. What a nice place to relax and enjoy. I will be recommending your Hotel to everyone here in our area!
This is no ordinary hotel! The staff was able to help me surprise my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. They decorated the bed with fresh rose petals in a heart shape, and my wife loved it so much! They also put candles everywhere to make our place more romantic, and the wine and food were amazing! I highly recommend this establishment!
Outdoor patio and lounge restaurant offers the quintessential LA experience.
Checking in was quick and pleasant. The room was nice but had a little wear and tear. When I booked a room with a strip view means that I want a view of the strip not a view of another building's roof with a hint of the strip.
Not a guest but a resident nearby. Horrible seems rooms are for up to people? But we often see groups of 20 or more coming out mid pandemic ???????? out of this building making too much noise disrupting Nearby residents , 2 fights have broken in parking lot across the street !with very loud and obscene vocabulary Crowds. After 10 it’s illegal . Your building has very irresponsible management . What’s going on! It’s 2 am and the noise coming from balconies it’s too much!! The fights !
After a stressful week at work, I decided to have my vacation leave. I booked three nights at this hotel, and they did not disappoint me! The hotel view was great, the food was delicious, and the service was pleasing! The room was super clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience! I will come back again soon.

The hotel was immaculate, my room had a great ocean view from the balcony, the pools were great and well laid out, and also next to the beach so we went from beach to pool with ease, the staff was always helpful, and friendly. Lastly, the food was delicious with several restaurants to try over the five days we stayed! I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Great place Good service.

We felt like a Royalty during our 30th Anniversary stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we know exactly this hotel was special. From the concierge that opened our taxi door through to the wonderful reception team. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud wish I could have taken it home with me! I will surely recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

This was an outstanding hotel! I got the room I liked the most where I can see the blue sky and amazing scenery. The staff who accommodated me that day was very understandable, polite, and respectful. I am very happy and grateful that I turned to this perfect hotel for my vacation. One of the best experiences I've ever had.
The staff was friendly especially the staff greeting us at the door. Super clean and the rooms were amazing!

One of my favorites. If you choose to stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed. All of the staff are kind, professional, friendly and pleasant to talk with. I already miss them so much. I wanna go back there. You get the most amazing breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and desserts daily. Great location too. Highly recommended!

Spectacular! 4 Star 3 Diamond
Great service, beautiful view, delicious food
Eduardo was our waiter and he's fabulous!!! He was super attentive and warm. We were here for a work event and he was very professional and so so nice! He was attentive and brought the drinks quickly.

I stayed here for work and from the moment I arrived and left my entire stay was amazing! Staff was super helpful and friendly. The decor was super trendy, the rooms and gym were clean. Wish there were more locations in other cities!
Pretty dated building. Not terrible, but the shower temperature was pretty unpredictable (a major minus). Also, the air vent shield slid off at one point and left a gaping, dusty hole in the wall. Ew. The downstairs bar/bistro was so-so, but they took forever to serve us. I had to get up and look for them repeatedly to ask for things like silverware and condiments. The daily breakfast (at additional cost and somewhat pricey) was fantastic and had an abundant selection, plus they more than made up for the poor bistro experience with their attentiveness and friendly attitudes. The entrance is ridiculously difficult to find if you're driving there for the first time and following Google Maps directions, and the website directions do nothing to help. Concierge is super helpful and there's a free shuttle service so you don't have to drive or Uber around if you're staying local. All pluses and minuses considered, it's a three.

Great hotel great service. Not so great room service. If I’m paying more than 20$ for fried chicken it should be good and not fried from a frozen state. The rooms need a bit maintenance. But overall it was a great experience and well priced.
My parents one of the best hotel. I went there with them and really everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

Wonderful and clean
The brunch is soooooo good!!! They have sucha good selection of food here
Excellent hotel. Enjoyed out stay. All the attractions we wanted to see were within 3 blocks for the hotel . Room on 17th floor was special and the Concierge lounge exceptional. Hope we can do that again the next time we visit the Music Centre.
No hot water
No way to get a drink or snack between 10p-6a, unless you want to pay for room service. No morning coffee service in lobby. Room was worn out and dated. No one cleaned or restocked my room between Monday and Friday, when though I only opted out for 1 night. Even with gold status there were almost no perks to staying here.

Hotel configuration - kinda strange but not necessarily in a bad way. The lobby is located on the 70th floor so you'll have to take the elevator to get to it. Our room was on the 61st floor, but there was no access from the main entrance on the 1st floor to the 61st. I'd have to go all the way up to 70th and then took another elevator down to 61st. Super weird. Bye, the elevators were top notch in terms of the technology. You'd have to press the button (and indicate which floor you were going to) before entering it. There was a sign saying "if you accidentally entered this elevator without pressing a button, please press the emergency button." Lol.
Hummm? by this price ? Hot water quantity is poor ,
a hotel I stay at all the time, usually excellent, especially for the convenience to the music center (walking distance). THis last visit was not as great as they usually are, it was overly crowded, no space to walk into any of the dinning facilities and 50% of the elevators where down for repair
Perfect location clean quiet. Parking is valet only. There is parking near by. Recommended

This is a pretty nice hotel. The staff is great. The resturants need work

Love this place it's just full of great people just waiting to help you
The hotel itself is nice. Check-in was seamless but the host apparently didn’t have much to say to me being that I’m an African American. He asked for my name, credit card and stated that I was staying on the 5th floor. I had to open my key holder to find out the exact room number. After my 1st night I noticed my room hadn’t been cleaned and I had to call for new towels. Later that day I found out that he had opted me out of having my room cleaned daily. Not only was I opted out of daily cleaning, the room had a musty odor. To rectify the matter the hotel offered me free breakfast at the buffet.
Nice rooms, good view.
We were here for our anniversary -first anniversary and everything was high-quality.
The staff in front of desk was really friendly and kind for guide at all. It was good experience while hundreds of business trip to LA..

The woman at the desk was super friendly and endearingly would say "ya'll." She was very sweet. The place is older so the rooms are smaller than some, but it is super clean and modern. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the beach.
We were here for our anniversary -first anniversary and everything was high-quality.
nice, clean rooms. friendly staff
Many if not most guests are here on business. We come here for pleasure and highly recommend that you do the same. The atmosphere is relaxed, the accommodations most inviting, and the cultural and entertainment possibilities within easy walking distance are practically endless. I assure that you will run out of time before you run out of amazing food and entertainment experiences at this location. A rental car is not necessary!
Loved this hotel: very clean, convenient, friendly and very helpful reception, good breakfast. Very reasonably priced, quiet location.
Good conference stay. Adjacent food court closed on weekends. In house food/coffee was very good but pricey. Super quick plumber on call saved the day. Incompetent, over-priced car valet. Decent pool doesn't get a lot of sun due to surrounding high rises. Slow elevators. Fun 4th floor terrace with putting games, veg garden, heated outdoor seating, and great views. Inobstrusive professional staff. No real issues, except valet.
Good location. Very quiet rooms with comfortable beds.
Centrally located, lovely bars, beautiful room
Very nice Hotel...Extremely clean and the staff was professional and very polite.
Nice hotel but needs attention to detail. Electrical outlets fitted into furniture very loose with terrible charging. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so very hot, stinky, and humid.
Great location, staff & amenities. Checked in early and probably missed a better view for our premier view room reservation. Request Grand Ave. view to see the best views. On checkout got some great advice from super nice porter, Enrique. He recommended to take a taxi to LAX. $46.50 flat rate and drops you off at the gate, unlike Uber & Lyft!
Promises a lot. Delivers a lot. Fabulous staff, quiet comfortable rooms, and if you're doing anything on Bunker Hill, it puts you in the middle of it all.
The rooms were excellent, and having a fridge and microwave was very handy.
Came here for a weekend trip. Always love staying at Omni Hotels. Services and room was wonderful as usual. The only reason I gave this Omni 3 stars instead of my usual 5 stars is because of the restaurant. Now, this was a quick weekend trip for us. Just wanted to go to a handful of shops that would take a day. We came back to the hotel exhausted from the running around and the traffic. We really did not want to try to find somewhere to have dinner. We know that the Omni restaurant is always good, but since we were doing a fast weekend trip we did not pack our "dress up" clothes. Went down to the restaurant and asked for a table for 2. We did not wait long and were seated by the kitchen, no big deal. As my husband and I talked about the day we started taking notice of the open tables that were up front and had a better view of the city. We watched as other people came in, that were "well dressed" were placed at those areas. At first we were insulted. Then we had to laugh. We looked over and next to us was also a family not "dressed up" . They got stuck in the back with us too! We just laughed. Must be where they stick the eyesores..put the pretty people up front for all to see. So....if you want a nice table with a view, make sure you are dressed to the nine!
Very nice rooms, good service, nice view from the rooms, the staff r nice too
The room was on the 10th floor with amazing views. TV, AC, safe, wifi and everything else was very user friendly. And the remote control curtains??? Absolutely amazing.
Me and my boyfriend spent the majority of our stay which was really easy to do because of the attentive wait staff and beautiful views of the city.
Bridgitte Doe E.
Parking attendants and housekeeping staff are all very welcoming, however, the front desk staff is unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and need to brush up on their hospitality skills. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located for fun things to do in walking distance. Lastly, the food at their on-site restaurant, Noe, was great and I would go back to dine there. As far as the hotel goes, I think I'll try the Ritz Carlton Los Angeles next, since I tend to encounter exceptional service from all the Ritz Carlton's I have stayed at.

Beautiful place and atmosphere.
Excellent brunch and scenery
Good hotel with Nice Staff the water up front was fresh and clean the food was good and the room was clean yes construction was going on but I mean damn people no one can better the environment they were once in or add unto themselves??? Anyway the view was fine they have pics online people!!! Oh and the chips and guacamole !!!!!
The hotel overall was good but my 3 stars is coming from the fact that their beds were not that comfortable. They seem to have old mattresses with thin mattress toppers making the bed quite hard. Also, expect to not eat at the hotel, as prices for food seem a little over priced, even for LA.
They were very concerned about making my stay enjoyable. Will be very happy to recommend.

Adjust to the client needs
This is the worst place to stay at. For the price u might as well go somewhere else and actually get ur moneys worth. They have no microwave and the people lead u on saying they will give u one once its available. Even the cheapest of hotels has a damn microwave in each room or lounge area. Only giving it one star bc the cleaning people did they job thats it.
Great food. Pricey

Stayed here one night and everything was first class. Friendly service and comfortable room.
This restaurant is beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and bar was excellent.
Great customer service from front desk, valet and housekeeping. The service is excellent, and the staff most welcoming.
This hotel always exceeds my expectations when i’m in LA . The room is always spotless and absolutely beautiful . Worth the price !
This 4.5 star hotel is located near 101 freeway and in a relatively safe and classy area in the heart of downtown Los Angels. The parking is not easy unless you pay for valet. It was 13 dollars for me and less than I expected. The building and design, are very modern, big, and classic too. It is very quiet and spacious inside, so you feel a good sense of peace and relaxation. However, it is so close to the building and structure next to it on the back side, so you can see through the open area and glass to the next door neighbor. You will be confused about the food court next door, and mistakenly consider that they are part of the hotel! As a consequence, I was wondering how come the 4.5 star hotel, suddenly has a 2.0 food court on the second floor? Also, the patio area on the 3rd floor, it is also open and connected to the street. If you want to stay in a more excluded hotel, then this hotel is certainly not for you.
For the amount of money spent it would have been better anywhere else. Amenities, what amenities? The pool that is a small pool by any standard goes into the shade of the buildings by noon. The room was ok but size wise was comparable to a days inn for 4.5 star hotel I think it was highly over starred. . No fridge in the premium room. $15 for 2 sprites from room service because a vending machine wouldn't be a useful ammenity in the property. The gym was small and had very basic equipment like a treadmill. With Valet parking at $55 a night forget about bringing a car. Doors going into the stairwell were locked once you got into the stairwell which should be against some kind of code. The view overlooking construction not that great. The hallway outside the room under maintenance not that appealing of decor. I would have never even booked there except I was forced into going through Priceline Express and couldn't rescind my booking. Definitely not worth the nearly 500 they charged for 2 days there. If you have money to burn go by all means have a mediocre stay. But if you are looking for a place to go and treat yourself without literally breaking the bank Chuck money at this place and watch it burn.
The rooms are 5 stars, beds are soft with huge pillows and a great place to relax.
I stayed one night at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza for a bit of me time, I could not have asked for a better night stay.
Spotless -clean smelling rooms with comfortable beds and pillows The hotel offered a great spa and such comfortable beddings .
Friendly service. Clean with updated facilities. Spacious corner room. Comfortable king-size bed (medium/firm mattress). Not a noisy stay, although sound travels easily from hallways into room. Location being downtown LA is literal. Plan for compulsory valet parking, pay for it when you book your room and save 20% of the $52/day rate. Quick valet service morning, day or night.
Brunch, excellent sea food, sides Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes mediocre at best
Great location. Recommend for Holiday party.
Hard, $$$, parking for own pvt ride!
Was staying there to see the Seahawks game and there were people handing out cards about omni hotels being shady about animal welfare. Not cool with me.

Great place to stay for being in the middle of LA's art and music world. Wonderful service and accommodations.
I want to like the place but there are issues. The hotel booked an event so the hostess tried to seat us in the cafe next door. We had to suggest eating in the bar. The bar is very nice we great atmosphere. The food was imaginative but salty. The wait staff was excellent.
Excellent facility but charged $150 when business trip ended early and therefore extended stay ended early. No class.

Great place the cafe is awesome, dont stop you will regret it
I was very disappointed by this property. For over $269 a night - I wish I had had a more enjoyable experience. Arrivng early in the day, room wasn't ready, so I checked my bag with the bellman. Later in the day, after checking in, I asked for my bag. The person at the front desk (there were 3 at the time) said the bellman was busy assisting another guest and that I should take my claim ticket to the door man and he would get my bag for me. Really? The doorman was roughly 50 feet away from the front desk. Couldn't the person at the front desk have gone and done this for me if they were truly interested in helping me? Obviously they were not. Bewildered, I got to my room (1622) and immediately crashed being so tired from traveling all day...not really noticing the room or the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. When I woke up, I realized they had booked me into a wheel chair accessible room. Pretty much everything, shower included, was mounted at about 3.5 feet off the ground with huge hand rails around everything. I'm 6 foot 5 inches tall so this was not the "ideal" room for me. You would think that the person that checked me in would have realized this... On my way out for a day full of meetings, I stopped at the front desk to complain about the room. They offered to switch me to a new room, gave me new keys, and said that my bag would be placed in the new room fro me. Wonderful, right? Umm, no. I returned late in the day to find that they had moved me to (601), sixth floor front corner of building. There is a VERY busy thoroughfare that runs in front of the Omni. Traffic running pretty much all hours of the day and night. Well, there was an hour or so around 3am where there wasn't much noise. This, and the room, especially the bathroom tile, was in very poor condition. I will post pictures. On top of all this, the internet connection was constantly kicking me off. Calling the front desk for help with this - gets you transferred to offsite IT help. Second time I called, front desk transfers me, the IT person picked up, I explain the situation. They told me that front desk had transferred me to wrong IT dept and that he (person from IT) would notify the front desk of this and my problem and that front desk would get back to me. They, the front desk or IT never did get back to me. I ended up fumbling around and fixing it myself. AGAIN - NOT MUCH CUSTOMER SERVCE HERE. I have traveled to many countries and have been fortunate enough to stay at several fine establishments, Westins, JW Marriotts, Oberois, and this place is not one of them. I only give it 2 stars because it is in a very good location.
2nd time and I love it! Had wine and a impossible burger! Bother were good!
Hotel is nice but find a better place to eat. Make a plan in advance for food if staying on the weekend nothing is open nearby except for a Subway.
Ole Henrik K.
Was very good stay short but good. Very nice room.
Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms! Treats provided at check-in, and the complimentary infused water is DELICIOUS. To note: Valet parking is VERY expensive per day ($52), so we looked for other options. We got lucky a few nights to find street parking across the street. If you don’t, look on SpotHero for one of the $8 lots.
Lovely room, great service, extremely comfortable bed. Omni is my go-to hotel when I have the option and have yet to be disappointed.
One star for a hidden destination fee that covers stuff like coffee in the lobby. That's just insulting.
It was a nice hotel I stayed 5 days there in a gold member and as a gold member you have room Preferences I requested a room with one bed they game me one with two I called to change it and said there’s nothing they can do and on top of that I asked for a mini fridge and never got one the valet gets a 5 star rating very kind and fast
I have traveled quite a bit and I have never had such amazing, friendly, helpful, over-the-top service as I did at this Omni Hotel. The bed, the views, the ideal service, the smiles from everyone that works there. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I cannot give enough high praise for the people that work at this hotel.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave us connecting rooms without even being asked. I needed assistance with scanning and emailing some documents, and the front desk staff handled this task promptly and perfectly.
Wifi sucks. Couldn't pull up my tickets. Also. printer did not work in Business Center. Just had a big sign on it saying sorry for the inconvenience.

Good hotel. Expensive parking
Front Dest staff are just awful.
Be careful, they will not serve drinks for you if you don't bring your passport book. I am 31 years old from Europe. I showed my European drivers license and European ID but they want you to bring the Passport book before they serve you a drink. I've traveled in multiple states for many years and have visited many bars and casinos. This is the first place that wouldn't serve me a drink with my European ID or Drivers Licence.
Like the bar!
Old and outdated. The first room they gave me had a huge rip in the carpet. The seem to be renovating floor by floor so perhaps it will improve. The pool was super neglected, sad and located next to the giant noisy air conditioning machinery.
The Omni Los Angeles is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown LA. The rooms are quite large in comparison to other hotel rooms in the DTLA area and the rooms have some nice little perks that really make you feel comfortable. Here are the little things that make a big difference about the Omni LA: 1. There is a standup shower and a separate tub in the bathroom. 2. The coffee maker is a single-serve Keurig with great coffee pod choices. 3. The TV in the room comes standard with a Google Chromecast, so you can cast from any device to the TV. Works like a charm. 4. The room has a mini-fridge for leftovers or keeping drinks nice and frosty. 5. The hotel staff is top-notch. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. 6. The hotel location is perfect to walk around the city and see the eclectic independent shops, restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a hotel in downtown Los Angeles, feel confident in booking at the Omni Los Angeles.
Easy check in, clean rooms, great amenities, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with a tub and a shower shower. Also the view from my room on the 17th floor is great.
It was a very nice staying, modern rooms, super clean, cozy, amazing view
The place has one of the nicest place you can stay in! Thanks for your service!
Beautiful hotel right in the middle of downtown Los Angeles. Lots of places in walking distance. Courteous hotel staff.

Really loved the rooms & location. Very nice
This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. I go to a lot of conferences and their banquet staff is the friendliest and most accommodating of special needs I have ever encountered. The food in the restaurant and bar was excellent, as was the service. A nice touch was that they had fresh apples in the lobby for guests.
One the best hotel in DTLA. Perfect location to business meetings in DTLA. Spacious atrium in lobby area. Breakfast buffet on the 4th floor is quick and dirty prior to hitting the road.
Rooms are nice but for a highly rated hotel that didn't have usb plugs to recharge electronics. Really dated. They offer a shuttle service, with a really nice driver, but was shocked when i had a 45 min wait for a return driver
Beautiful high end hotel...and friendly staff
So my wife stayed at the Omni in LA. The stay was fair but it all went down hill when they charged my card three times for a 2 night stay. When I called them, the hotel took no blame and placed it on others and not their inability to properly charge once. They passed me around to several people with only excuses and half thought out reasons for why they triple charged. Customer service is horrible and they never offered anything for their mistake. Just a bad way to run business, be careful and check after the charges because they do not know what they are doing!
Can't beat Groupon deal on good food, nice atmosphere, view, live piano player, but don't like second time restaurant advertises lower parking rate and validation than what is actually charged. $13 with validation and turned away for full lot anyway. Park alongside and over 2nd Avenue tunnel for $8, less than a block away.
Nice event, great company and superb food.
Great stay. Friendly people. Clean rooms. Enough space. Nice workout area.
Great Location on downtown LA. Close to Grand central market and the Angel flight
From the ambiance to the customer service to the food everything was amazing. The food is reasonably priced however the drinks are overpriced and watered down. We received a sweet treat that was compliments of the chef that was a nice surprise. We had mussels as our appetizer. My husband had the Bouillabaisse and I had the filet mignon and for dessert we had lemon cake. Parking in the structure is $15 however if you valet park with validation from the restaurant it will only be $13. We truly enjoyed our experience at the NOE restaurant and will be back.
So far so good. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.
Nice, clean hotel. They have free shuttle to close distances
Great service and relaxing not busy, decent food
The room and staff were good
Love this place. Really well managed and right priced for LA if you look for deals. Super friendly staff that really care. Had an awesome time and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice job Omni. Thx
There was hair all over the room, on the bed, on the towels, and on the floor in the bathroom. There was also a dirty pair of panties in the closet on the luggage stand. So gross. Will never stay here again.

The rooms with the view are spectacular the room service is impeccable.
Beautiful hotel - excellent location,well-appointed rooms, great pool, fantastic service.

Good food and good service after Grand Cafe!
Great service, great staff, great hotel and great location!
This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The customer service is exceptional. The room was so comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a very short walk to DTLA and Grand Central Market.
Its basically a Best Western with a spa, if you want to pay up for nothing this is your place. Old rooms, cheap decor, barely any real amenities. Nothing special here

Nice location. My stay was not particularly pleasant due to construction and less than expected service, but I'm sure it's a decent enough place normally.

Treat yourself to the Club floor! The breakfast was excellent and the club room was relaxing. Super quiet, beautiful view and a great happy hour at the club. I’m a light eater so there was enough for me to skip dinner!
One star because they charge a hidden, minimally disclosed $25 per day destination fee that dramatically inflates the advertised price. Also, only valet parking is available, and it's expensive at $52 per night.
Amy was AMAZING!!! She helped us get around the whole city! But those maids were knocking on my door at 3 AM! Please educate your maids more but Amy was GREAT!!! Very good service!
Nice hotel, nothing special though. Could maybe use a bit of a refresh. Would come again
Very nice hotel excellent staff, particularly Amy, the concierge. Amy was amazingly helpful. The location is great. The hotel was very elegant for us
The property location is great, however, for the same price, you can get other hotels within the same walking distance to all of the Downtown areas with much better amenities. The parking is an extra $52 a day. When we tried to bring food back to the hotel, there was no refrigerator or microwave. After ordering overpriced room service, the food was so bad I decided to let the money go to waste. It wasn't worth it. The shower never worked while we were there. It was either freezing cold or scolding hot. I don't leave exaggerating reviews, nor do I review often. There is construction right behind the hotel and it's going to take awhile. It's immediately outside the back door, not down the street. It ruins the view and the noise doesn't allow sleeping in. Pros: clean hotel, friendly staff and great location. Cons: Very overpriced and outdated. Terrible food. Missing/broken amenities. Other hotels far outperform this one in the area.
Great brunch. Nice selection.
The hotel was truly amazing and i had great experience here because of the treatment the provide. Rooms were neat and cleaned . The food was super delicious with great menu. The staff was nice and the service they provide was appreciable .Good job
Clean nice room. Rating 4* because there was no fridge.
Very high quality and staff very friendly. Well worth staying in.
No refridge, No toothbrush & paste
I had a great time, should be in Vegas as a suggestion.
I won’t ever never ever come back this restaurant. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
Bougie. $13.00 for required valet just to eat here. Yikes.

Very nice and quiet...
Nice view, quiet.
Large room, nicely appointed. Desk and nightstands with easily accessible outlets. Good lighting. Room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We stayed on a Thursday evening and they had a singer and piano player. Staff helpful and friendly. Fast internet. Valet parking only. A “Destination Fee” is mandatory. A Discovery Hotel.
Best buffet! A bit pricey but we'll worth it
Really loved the presidential suite. Food was fabulously. .highly recommended
This hotel is pretty awesome
The staff is great, the rooms are so nice. The elevator situation could be better but that is small compared to how great this place is
worst place to have parties I had to wait 1 hour 10-11:00 just for valet to give me my car

Both Amy and Kelvin provided EXCELLENT concierge services - from booking tours and car service to recommending restaurants and museums to finding us spa services outside the Omni when the Omni Spa was took booked to take us on a short notice request. They both made our stay so enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about both of them. Robin, our Hotel Courtesy Car driver, was another grand asset to making our stay at the Omni so pleasurable. He was courteous, kind and enjoyable to converse with during our numerous 'drives' during our visit. These 3 people were excellent. I also would like to mention our Omni Spa technicians - my granddaughter and I booked 2 services each during our stay - all 4 treatments were excellent - all 4 technicians did a wonderful job. Restaurants were also very good - service and food. Great Jazz style piano player Saturday night at the Noe Lounge. Breakfast was always good at the Grand Cafe. The actual rooms could use some updating, but the personnel were so great it overrode the averageness of the room. Highly recommend this hotel.
Elegant hotel, right in the heart of downtown LA! Close to many shops, restaurants. Great place to stay!

Best all around service we’ve had in years. From the valet to registration to servers. Excellent. Very convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms and great food (especially breakfast).
Easy check in and check out. Room was very spacious and experience was amazing. Very friendly staff at the front desk

Had a great time
Never in my life have I been to any hotel that charges you a different amount than agreed upon before checking in. I did the "online check in" to make my "check in a breeze". They then charged me 50$ extra for that service. When I called to ask about it, they said they would be refunding me the difference off my bill, and that it was policy to charge the credit card the surplus. They also recently added a 20$ "destination fee", that was implemented by corporate a few weeks ago. When I made my reservation, it was not a part of the fees outline. Between that, the door to my fridge being broken, and the AC rattling, I will not be choosing this hotel or any of their other ones ever again. I stayed at the Westin the nights before, and it was PHENOMENAL. No nickle and diming, no random charges, and a much better experience. Thank you Omni, but never again.

Loved the hotel !! Great service. Great location downtown Los Angeles
“Thank you” to the staff at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza for making our stay during this year’s Anime Expo so incredibly pleasant! The room was perfect and the shuttle service truly appreciated! There is so much with in walking distance that I was able to stay “busy” while the boys were at the convention! The view we had was beautiful, the beds comfortable and the noise level next to nothing! Your gym was a great experience too ...and, a much needed retreat! I would like to also thank Chris V. For his kindness upon checkout and all of his assistance! We look forward to staying here in the years to come!
Nice room. Bed was very comfortable
Extremely clean and friendly here. Got a great deal online.
Very fancy have grest service really recommend it
I never set foot inside the hotel
Only 8 minutes away from Dodgers Stadium. No traffic from hotel to the stadium which is priceless. Nice hotel. We stayed when the Colorado Rockies stayed. So apparently MLB teams stay here. We ordered room service because they do not have refrigerators in the rooms.
I spend one night very good and clean real estate. Be careful not to park in street I get $50 ticket
Great hotel and location for vacation or business. The staff is outstanding and goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and care during the stay. This hotel is steps from the historic Angels Flight funicular at the base of which is the Grand Central Market with ample choices for great dining. The Pershing Square metro rail station is right there on the corner too. You can take the red line to Hollywood and Universal Studios in one direction or back toward Union Station for connections with other rail lines. The MOCA, Broad and Disney Concert Hall are all within walking distance.

Older building that needs updating and cleaning
Enjoyed my stay here couple weeks ago. Beautifull area, spacious room with a nice view. The only below average was the housekeeping. Overall was a night stay.
Had a great experience here. Fantastic bell guys. Very clean.
For about 2 years now I have stayed at the OMNI about once a month and requested the club floor. Several times the room has not been ready at 4 p.m. the check in time and it has not been on the club floors. Since paying more seems to get one nothing I will not be staying at the OMNI again.
Casual and very comfortable
Very comfortable and accommodateing.
Great hotel! The food wasn't so great! Lovely staff. If asked to stay again..I would without a second thought
A lovely hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. It does get very busy and therefore wait times for valet parking and assistance with luggage can be delayed for quite sometime. I was impressed by the manager who assisted me with getting luggage to my room ( he carried them by hand for me) when there were no carts available. He went over and above. Disappointed by the food during this stay however. It was not up to par.
Excellent service. Large, comfortable suite (an upgrade that cost almost nothing). Good location. I would choose it every time for downtown LA. Omni has a great loyalty program, an added bonus.
Nice rooms, good access to downtown!
Pleasantly surprised that although the hotel was close to the usual "old part of town", we felt comfortable walking around. Even walked to the Cathedral which is a landmark. Not many walkable restaurants but we had room service and the food was delish (albeit expensive of course). Disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room as was indicated in reservation; we had to ask for one and they did bring one up quickly. The TV worked only part of the time; they did give us another remote but it worked only intermittently. (upon checkout, we were told that they plan to look at all the TVs in the hotel). The coffeemaker did not work on the second morning. We asked for repair and we were told they repaired it while we were out but it still did not work the next morning. Parking was expensive at $52 per day but valet service was excellent. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.
Nice hotel. Great ballroom. We had a conference here.
Staff was very nice. Did not have many amenities but overall nice stay.
They took away the all you can eat! ???????? My stomach's heart is broken. My wallet shed a tear. Their plates are tasty though. Burger and tri tip are ????
Took 3hrs to check in and the parking is absurd. What a joke for almost $400 a night

Nice hotel in DTLA. However, DTLA is not so nice.
Love the property and the staff is wonderful
Great experience, helpful and polite staff, tasty cookies, nice lounge. Rooms are nice. Good location too.Wow!!
Great location, excellent service, good value.
The staff goes out of their way to assist you with everything. The breakfast package was priceless and the quality of the food is the best. We also had some of the best sleep on the bed and perfect pillows.
Fabulous time here. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean!!
My 1st experience at an Omni Hotel. Modern decor. Friendly service at valet & check-in/check-out. Spacious, well appointed, clean room with a nice view. Close to Little Tokyo.

This hotel is more like a contemporary art museum than a hotel! There are beautiful metal sculptures placed throughout the hotel, artfully placed paintings, objects of art and lamps placed on tables and sitting areas throughout. It is worth the time to just walk the hotel to discover them, and the most striking piece is "Yellow Fin" in the lobby. Take a glance at it from second floor - It is conveniently located next to MOCA and The Broad museums, California Plaza (great fountain there!), a few blocks from Walt Disney Concert Hall, Pershing Square and other attractions in the area. There are casual dining restaurants and services not associated with hotel located on the second level patio, and several other restaurants and services across the street. If you feel adventurous, the subway and other public transportation is within few blocks. The service here is excellent. Whatever you want within reason, all you have to do is ask. There are sweets at the check in desk (same as the selection for brunch at Grand Cafe). My last visit was the spa and pool day - they were happy to provide me with card key so that I could access areas otherwise restricted to guests not registered at hotel. (And the spa is by appointment only). Must do here. If you are visiting on the weekend, the brunch at Grand Cafe is worth the time and money. All you can eat food and dessert, with endless mimosas. Nice views of the museums and attractions across the street from hotel. The other restaurant is Noe, which is a French-inspired menu, patio or inside dining. Generally closed during day, but you can get bar food at their lounge from the menu when Noe closed. Best time to dine here is at night - it is just magical all lit up, and if weather is good, great patio dining with views of skyscrapers of downtown. Overall, a great place to stay and experience!
I stayed 2 nights in May. Excellent customer service from check in to checkout. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly(female). I preferred ordering off the menu for breakfast rather than the buffet. I didn't think much of the buffet. Uber rides to nearby restaurants and conference center. Very quiet location.

As always great hospitality
Lobby is iconic if you've watched Bosch and you're literally steps away from Angel's Flight. It's also a quick walk to Grand Central Market and the Disney Concert Hall. Or you can take a 30 min casual stroll down to the Staples Center. Let's just say it's convenient. It's also located in an exceptionally hilly part of LA so take that into account. Chilled water, desserts out for the grabbing and helpful front desk staff. All in all it's a good experience. The pool is small and there's not a hot tub. Bummer. Also: If you are in for a major event like the LA Marathon, you will be disappointed in the Omni as a partner hotel. They do not offer a late checkout, as is standard for race partner hotels.
Very fine hotel in the heart of L.A.Friendly stuff and good service
I didn't stay here, but had brunch which was very good, but expensive. The variety and quality was very, as long as you don't mind dropping the money. We didn't mind.
Went for mother's day. Brunch was very good. Multiple dishes to choose from.
Fabulous time here. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean!!
Stayed a Omni LA at California Plaza the night before a mental health public speaking gig at nearby Belmont High School. I knew I'd be totally stressed out driving in rush hour traffic to get to the high school before the assembly. Omni spoiled me. While rewriting and practicing my speech, I ordered room service and took breaks by watching a movie and streaming video. Used the business center to print out my revised speech for free. Loved the delicious food delivered to my room. Mussels and salad. Creme brulee. Chandon Rose mini. Breakfast sandwich. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Treat yourself to a stay at Omni.
4 stars?! NO WAY!! Just checked in and this hotel is 3 stars at best, I’ve seen nicer Holiday Inns. The moment we walked into the room it was hot with a moldy / mildest stench... (Must be what has given an extreme uptick in my allergies overnight). The AC was broken, I called the front desk and told them up front to try and get it fixed and nothing has been done. The Fan can’t even blow out cold air and it turns into a steam room in the whole room when we showered since there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. We have no mini fridge at all. There’s only one accessible outlet in the whole room with two plugs, one used for a lamp, we can’t even plug two things in at once! Tiny showers, dirty bathrooms with mildew in the shower. Stained bathtub with hair in it. Everything is just dirty in general, I don’t even want to know what more I will find if I keep looking. Tried to Iron my shirt yesterday and the iron was broken. Out TV stand cabinet handle is broken off. There’s no lights in the main room other than a few lamps. The list goes on and on, avoid the Omni AT ALL COSTS. Better off staying at a trustable and nice chain hotel, I’m sure the Sheraton down the street is great.
Friendliest staff ever!! They dropped us at the event in their Lincoln Navigator shuttle and even picked us up. We will be back.
I stay at this Omni property regularly. From arrival to departure, everything is perfect. Highly recommend club level.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff very close to everything
Faulty systems, poor front desk interface, old hotel 3 nights. Club Room. 6th Fl. Family member and I were arriving in Los Angeles for stressful family business and wanted an amenities-filled hotel for our down time so we could relax and decompress. Online, this hotel looked like it would fit the bill. The hotel itself, while clean, did not have the luxury feel that we were hoping for. No full time lounge, just a small bar open only in the evenings. A family member enjoyed their facial experience but the spa was just a side room off the gym, not quite what I was expecting. A sitting area on the 3rd floor was just standard hotel chairs and couches along a windowed hallway leading to a restaurant and snack shop. Adequate but average. Room was clean but cramped. Their key card system malfunctioned 4 times over the course of 3 days, which required us to go to the front desk each time for a fix. Last lockout involved a family member not being allowed back in the room for hours due to her name not being on the room. Front desk gentleman, John, combative and argumentative and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Though other members of the staff were wonderful, this last experience was enough to disappoint us and we do not plan on returning to this hotel.
Beautiful property conveniently located to the Ahmanson theatre.
Great service and an okay selection of brunch but not an ideal place for some real healthy food. Had an oatmeal with some fresh blackberries and raspberries, salad, miso soup and eggs and chicken sausages. The chicken sausage was not cooked well as it was tough to chew and the salmon was dry. Might be a taste bud for some people out there that like it just the way it is but not for me. The selection for the food itself was limited.
Very nice experience !
Attended an event Food and decorations were splendid
Excellent breakfast buffet! Superb attention!
Great staff. Beautiful hotel. Great to have a separate shower and bath. Close to the Market and the Walt Disney concert hall.
I really enjoyed my stay! I would highly recommend it to a friend! :)
Nice hotel, great staff and quiet location!
Great looking hotel. Its location felt isolated but I loved it. The bed was nice and soft. I slept well. Staff was very helpful. I'd stay there again in the future.
Altho a little dated. Its the people here who make it awesome.
Everyone is so pleasant. Rooms are immaculate and the location is awesome for shopping, entertainment and conventions
Great location and service.

Met with my childhood friend. Great day
Beautiful, quiet room and excellent service. Many restaurant choices nearby.
Great location and price. Walking distance to Perch and Grand Central Market, across the street from the Broad. Good for families, adults, any group that is looking for a quality hotel experience. Looking forward to my next stay at the Omni.
Great place you can blaze. Np
Wonderful service. Elegant decor and comfortable beds. My personal favorite is the fruit flavored water in the lobby. The food was good and they made special accommodations for our dietary needs. The doormen and valet are friendly and they remember our name. My daughter loves the waterfall outside; it's always a must see for her. I would highly reccomend this hotel for your home away from home.

Nice hotel in great downtown LA location. Friendly staff especially Amy. Had some issues with their car service but Richard prompted addressed them. Gym is clean but very warm in there. Definitely a great hotel and would stay again!
Nice hotel, great staff, nice bar, food was good, and a pool you can actually swim in with nice workout facility
Waited late to reserve and was able to get a reservation a couple of days prior to the Easter buffet. Buffet was overall good as far as taste. Most guests were not dressed up, very casual. There was someone dressed in an Easter Bunny costume walking around. Not sure if buffet was worth 70.00 per person (210.00 plus tax for the 3 of us) for Easter. Prime rib was tasty. Salmon display was nice but tasted bland. Heirloom tomatoes did not have a good taste or texture. I liked the coffee as I did see reviews which said the coffee was not good. Sangria was really good. Husband said the buffet was mediocre. Snow crabs were small and had to be cracked by you.... most nice buffets serve them cracked for you. Server-bussers, valets and main lobby staff were nice, attentive and professional. Parking was reasonable...13.00 for 4 hours. Teen daughter liked the sushi, desserts and mussels. Alarms went off while eating. Staff did not budge so this is something which may happening regularly at this hotel and when I asked a staff member he said someone would say something over the intercom if we should evacuate. That did happen and said the alarms going off is not an emergency. There is not any hot water in the restrooms near the Grand Cafe. Staff attendant said that it never works. My husband complained to the manager who said he would get an engineer on it before we left. I used the restroom before leaving to wash my hands. Water was cold.
Great location - easy on/off access to 110 fwy. Parking is a little expensive if you are visiting - $52 per day - with in/out privilege if you are staying at the hotel.
Clean and friendly. I would stay again
12 th floor looking a little worn. Hallway could use some painting touch ups. Main lobby reeked of Mary Jane several times during my visit.
The last two visits to this hotel, I have smelled strong odors of marijuana some nights and it permeates the rooms...mostly frequently on weekend nights. On the days and nights your neighbors arent lighting up, it is a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, convenient coffee bar, large meetings space, convenient to restaurants. Good bar food and drinks, decent room service menu. Rooms are very spacious.
Very nice hotel, good staff, good food, updated and clean.
Convenient location. Great service. Clean, comfortable room. Terrific bar with tasty drinks. But, bring your own power strip/power block if you have phones/watches/devices to charge, as the working power outlets in my room were either in use, or in an inconvenient location away from the bedside.
Great location downtown LA. Room was ready and clean! The bartenders on the 3rd floor, really nice people!
My only complain is that the AC was blasting. It was so cold and very uncomfortable. Not only the lobby but the restaurant and the room. It really affected my desire to return.
Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. No easy walking anywhere. On top of hill. Have free shuttle up to 3 miles.
I had an almost perfect experience. Early check-in was available at 10:30, the room was very comfortable, great food, and friendly and helpful staff.
Room was big and clean. Bathtub clean as well and food was great with fast service. Checking out was smooth as it was with checking in.
Clean, comfortable bed and pillows and friendly staff. Check in and check out were efficient and concierge very friendly and helpful. The rooms are in good condition but slightly dated in the décor. The rooms are totally lacking in accessible electrical and USB outlets for devices. But for that, I would have given it an additional.

Omni Los Angeles was a beautiful place to stay for my downtown conference. Beautiful hotel and nice surroundings. The staff was very friendly.

It's pretty good overall, but $52 for parking is killer
The food and the service were both excellent. We will definitely be back.

Living across the street from this gem of a hotel is a treat. When I have family from out of town it's where I asked them to stay and they always always are thrilled with the service and the rooms. Their branches are amazing the restaurant phenomenal and if you ever go to one of the concerts in the area having a drink at their bar is a must. Truly happy to have this hotel in my neighborhood.

Very convenient location and nice big rooms. Walls a little thin as we can hear the corridor thru the night..
Love this hotel. It's my go-to place downtown. Chill atmosphere and nice, spacious rooms. I love the outdoor spaces around it, too. Plus the convenience of visiting the Broad, MOCA, and the Phil just across the street.

Beautiful downtown property, close to all the best stuff! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The the brunch buffet we had Sunday morning was incredible! Thank you Omni LA I will be back!
What a nice hotel
It's disappointing there wasn't a mini fridge for our use - it was filled with expensive drinks instead. So we had to make do with an ice bucket, and I'm sorry, but if you're having someone pay $600/night I find that unacceptable. We enjoyed our stay at Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. If you can afford to splurge, it's definitely a very nice hotel to stay at. The level of customer service really made the experience that much better

Nice large clean rooms , Clean bathrooms , friendly staff . Would return
The hotel was excellent
Great hotel. I definitely recommend.
Great big room and bathroom, very comfortable bed and excellent service. Love the fact that the window can be opened!

I had problems with noise from room above and was transferred to a lower floor room on the 6th floor facing a busy street (Grand Ave). Could not sleep due to loud road noise. Poor sound insulation. Front desk should have been more thoughtful as to what room they were moving to since I had moved due to noise issues. Poor customer service.
I had such a relaxing time at this hotel. The service was great!
Great location and friendly staff.
Wonderful hotel in a great location
Omni Hotel and Resorts hospitality is second to none...a place to be when visiting Los Angeles
Great location if you want to go to the Grand Central Market and experience the Angels Flight ride, very friendly and personable staff, room with 2 queen beds is nice, showers are a little tight, I'll stay here again if I need to stay overnight in this area!!
Staff is very friendly.
Great that day
Went to the banquet hall, I have to share that it wa as very well organized, good music was playing, and good food.
I stayed at this hotel for the first time. The reason was that I was invited to participate at a wedding ceremony and this hotel was recommended to me by the Bride's family. I was generally very satisfied. I would therefore try to stay there whenever I am travelling to the close-by locations. I would also recommend it to my friends and business associates who may travel to the area.
Such a beautiful resteraunt, we will be back
Our stay at the Omni California Plaza in Los Angeles was, as always, wonderful. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived. It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of style. And some lovely touches such as delicious pastries at the reception desk The staff are amazing particularly Amythe concierge, the reception staff and the courtesy car drivers The club offered a good range at breakfast and in the evening. We always love staying here! We will be back.
Had an excellent stay at the Omni Hotel Los Angeles. I was in LA for a concert (Snarky Puppy!!) at the LA Philharmonic which is basically behind and one street up from the hotel. Check-in was fast, the staff everywhere I went was very pleasant and helpful. On Saturday evening before the concert I had an appetizer outside at the Noe Bar and everyone made sure I was warm and comfortable. I walked by myself to the Philharmonic and felt totally safe. The next day I left my luggage with the front desk and made an impromptu visit to the Broad Contemporary Art Museum. My room was on the 10th floor, one door down from the elevator and I didn't hear a peep! I'm usually very noise sensitive. Had brunch at the Grand Cafe and it was delicious. Note that there is a hefty parking fee, but it's the same wherever you go downtown. This is a great property with lots of very nice amenities and within walking distance to museums and chic restaurants. I'm definitely coming back!
Convenient location! We weren’t too far from anything. Nothing an Uber or a Lyft couldn’t get us to. I enjoyed staying hydrated with the fruit infused water that they kept in the lobby. It was great. My friends actually loved the macaroons they had at the front desk as a welcome. I would definitely stay here again.
Unfortunately we booked the most expensive room to be treated like peasants. Richard at the front desk with the red beard, was rude and chewing tobacco on the job. He was aggressive at check in and made it complicated the entire time. He lied and said he was the only manager on duty , & then lied and said Terry the supervisor wouldn’t be in until Thursday but in fact his co workers said that was invalid and that Terry will be here gm in the morning. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DOLLARS TRY THE STANDARD OR RITZ CARLTON. HORRIFIC SERVICE. BAD STENCH.
Loved our stay. We went to the theatre Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, so we decided to have a Staycation at the Omni. It is so convenient to the Broad museum, Disney Hall and the Center Theatre. The quiet entertainment and food at Noe's Bar was great. My husband had the Shrimp Quesadillas and I had the Noe Burger. Yum! After the theatre, we came back for the lemon pound cake for dessert. Extra Yum! We would definitely stay there again.
Wonderful as usual... if it weren't I wouldn't keep going back there!
Poor customer service front desk guy was rude, and kept answering phones while trying to assist me, when I confronted him he tried to argue. Bad experience from the start
Tiny market square connected to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Friendly staff, and valet (mandatory valet). There’s a nice Starbucks only a walk away, astounding architecture and art displays. Also a little trolley with an orange castle building that takes you back to the ground. A bit interesting to see if you’re into that sort of thing.
Great customer service
Location is great--central in DTLA, and access to local sites. Staff were accommodating and friendly throughout stay. I appreciated how whenever I called the concierge/front desk with requests, I was acknowledged by name, and staff that I had spoken face-to-face with recognized me immediately (I only stayed here for 2 days!). The valet service is one of the quickest and smoothest I have ever experienced. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
Ne Ne K.
Amazing, clean, great service
I would give it 5 stars because the service and people that work there are exceptional. We stayed on the 17th floor and had club access which was awesome and way worth it! We have a baby and need cold milk so they brought us up a mini fridge right away when we asked! The only downside in my opinion was the $58 for overnight parking and $18 for a margarita at the bar was too rich for my blood!
Had a company award dinner here. The guests range from young to old and with every dietary requirement imaginable. On our table alone we had gluten free, keto, vegan and kosher. Horderves were available in all these types. The dinner was salmon and steak with broccoli and potatoes. The manager met with all who requested special dietary needs and outlined how they would be cared for. The dinner was naturally gluten free, the salmon was kocher and keto, the vegan plate was made special. Not everyone could eat the bread but there were desert options for all. A most enjoyable time for all. A whole lot easier than many hotels we have been to in the Los Angeles area.

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
Great dining service.
Loved it, great place. Very comfortable, nice view.
Beautiful rooms, quick service.
Fantastic rooms and excellent location!
I have been in correspondence with the Omni for the past two weeks regarding a credit card hold that they put for a stay at the hotel on 1/24/19 to 1/26/19. The representatives at the hotel have stated that the hold will be released after five to seven business days (i.e., not including weekends). As of the time of this review, 2/10/19, the funds have not been released. I have called multiple times and written multiple emails to no avail. I will update this post based on how things turn out. As far as the hotel itself goes: it is in a decent location with decent amenities. There is no real view of the Los Angeles skyline from most of the rooms because it is surrounded by skyscrapers. The interior is clean. Overall, a decent place. However, I would recommend looking into other accommodations before booking here based on their accounting practices.
Everything about the hotel was great, except the internet/wireless. For two days, it kept dropping for hours at a time. Even a call to their technical support desk didn't resolve the issue. Consequently, I was not able to do any work for the time I was there. Everything else was great. The concierge desk went above and beyond to try to get me to an event. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff were helpful.
Clean room. Great view of the city. Shower and separate tub. The added electrical outlets in the end table and desk are very loose. Hard to charge your phone or iron.
This was my second visit to the property, but this was the first time I had an unsatisfactory experience. But before I begin, please note that every on-site agent I raised my concerns with (including Terry and also various men at Reception whose names I don't know) was very quick and professional in helping resolve each concern. Still, I don't know why there were so many problems during this visit. First, from the very beginning my room keys continued to malfunction. The keys I received at check in did not open my door, so I had to go downstairs and have them reset. That happened to me two other times over the course of my short visit. Second, my room wasn't the cleanest. When I checked in, I immediately spotted a plastic wrapper of some sort left under the luggage rack in my closet. But I shrugged that off until I later found a bunch of women's hair strands around my bathroom. There were strands in the shower, on the floor near the sink, and even behind one of the white hand towels on the rack above the toilet. I have no idea whether they were the cleaning lady's strands or the hair of a former room occupant but either way -- I was then concerned about the overall cleanliness of the room. (Note that because of the cracked marble-like appearance of the bathroom tile, the strands weren't immediately visible when you first walked in. You just stumbled across them as you began using the room.) Then, after my first night, I woke up to find my tub inexplicably filled with some strange matter. I took photos and showed it to Terry at the front desk and she surmised that the plumbing had backed up into my toilet overnight. She sent an engineer to correct the issue while I was out for the day, and the I came back later that evening it had been cleaned out. (My entire room had also been deep-cleaned as well.) Then, two strange things happened on my second night (which was leading to the morning of my checkout). At appx. 3 am, the phone on the desk made a loud, weird humming/buzzing sound followed by three short beeps. I immediately hopped out of bed and ran across to see what was going on. I couldn't figure it out but I simply lifted the received and placed it back in the cradle and that seemed to silence it. But I have absolutely no idea why that would happen in the first place, particularly to a phone that hadn't been touched or used while I was there. I mentioned this incident to Terry while I checked out. (What I didn't say was that I had been unable to go back to sleep after that interruption, such that I tossed and turned for the next few hours until I actually got up at 6 am to start a busy day at the courthouse.) But one thing I didn't even mention to anyone was that on both nights, when I turned the heat up in my room -- it would run for a bit and then, as expected, cut itself off when it reached the desired temperature. But after that would happen, you would hear little taps (almost like the sound of water dripping slowly on a metal surface) for quite a few minutes afterwards. Very loud since the room was quiet and dark. All these things added up made for a very unpleasant stay though. Usually, my hotel stays are uneventful. But this one just had one thing after another that kept interrupting my attempt to rest and relax ahead of a long, busy, tiring day of work the following day. But again though, I'd like to commend everyone at the Front Desk for taking my concerns seriously and working to resolve them expeditiously. They are all 5-star employees and should be commended.
Beautiful hotel, warm and friendly staff.

Rude Parking Attendant's Please no yelling at consumers! If we knew where to go, we wouldn't have asked:(
The food was overall good, valet service was impeccable, and the front desk staff was very friendly. I do wish the internet speed was a little faster. My wife was not impressed with the spa services, as it seemed disorganized. The massage itself was fine, but the atmosphere and location we're not what she was expecting for the price. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the location. Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of the building. I will never stay downtown again. However, Omni was a satisfactory choice for our stay.
Always a great stay!
Great hotel. Excellent customer service. Good location. Shuttle a nice touch.
fantastic omni. great location and service. food was awesome.
I would say depending on the price skip it. If you are older than this pace will feel nice, but if you're younger you might want to skip it. The tv has your normal selections, but the Wi-Fi cost unnecessary amount of money. They of chrome cast on the TV, but it doesn't work. The bandwidth is restricted on their lower end Wi-Fi plan and does not work well with chrome cast. The service is okay, but they do offer already in room extras like soaps, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, a sewing kit, shower cap and a few other minor things- the bathroom has a magnifying mirror or "makeup mirror". The room was spacious and felt clean. They give you enough pillows and sheets to be warm or the right temp.
Great place to relax in Downtown Los Angeles. My stay was for 5 days, for a conference, was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the meeting rooms were good, the food was delicious, the room was clean, the workout area was nice and the location is wonderful. I will never mind to visit once more!

Good conference room
It was a really nice hotel. The parking was moot good, but atl the shops nearby and the event center was great
Good Hotel. Clean. Simple. Good AC in the room. Upgraded electronics with USB ports. Perfect for an above average but below luxury hotel
Everything about my stay here was perfect! The front desk staff were all very friendly and the dining options were pretty good. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the mountains beyond the downtown area. Convenient location in relation to many office buildings and dining options. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would happily stay here again.
This hotel is a level above, and it is apparent that they are watchful to perfect your stay.

Very spacious rooms, even for a single king bed, although that makes the TV sit very far from the bed. That is just preference though. One touch we liked was stayconnect, which allowed us to use chromecast on the hotel TV. This is a huge plus, as nobody is willing to pay crazy rental prices for an in room movie. Other than that, the rooms were quiet and furniture seemed to be in good shape. Bed sheets were nice, but the comforters had a cover that was hard and not very soft. We just tossed that on the couch before turning in for the night. Valet rates were 52 dollars a night, which seems quite high compared to nearby garages, but that's the premium for parking on site I suppose.
Spacious rooms, great location. Need work on attending to guest request and time.
During the women's March. They didn't make accommodations on my parking.
I was here for a Google event. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms we were in we're fabulously well designed and decorated. I enjoyed the bar service which was prompt and friendly too. If you plan on hosting and event - this hotel is perfect
Meeting area was nice, hotel lobby clean and updated, very good location
The conference room was nice and the catered was even better
Great venue for a technology social event
The location is great, moca is downstairs, and close to the broad and Disney hall. The service is good as well.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
This hotel is barely needs to be down graded to 4 maybe 3 star. It has really gone down hill since my last say almost a decade ago. The beds are in need of replacement and instead of two queen beds, you get full sized ones. 52 dollars required to use valet self parking is not optional. We had to change room three times. The first smelled of cat urine, We went back down for a new room. The staff was rude. They didn’t even offer to help with our luggage. The new room also smelled like car urine! The front desk girl was snarky “WE have never allowed pets”. A man behind the reception desk said WOW, it almost seems unbelievable. Then the 3 room smellled like a dirty wet dog. I asked for my money back. Id rather drive home. She said because you booked thru expedia snd already checked inwe can’t refund your money. If you don’t believe me ask them to show you the room you will check in. It took what felt like hours to visit 4 rooms, the room we stayed was OK., but not four star worth. We had to drag all our stuff back down then back up each time. It was embarrassing and the staff was super rude. You can find a much better place to stay in LA., Wish I had. This hotel sucks, its not worth more then 99 s nite. Happy Travels
This time at noe wasn't as lavish as my first. We were sat outside, mind you it was freezing. We thought it ok because they had heat towers. Gas runs out and we have to waif for engineering. We must wait like this for 20 min at least before I have to go and ask if we could be moved two tables down, to the empty table with 2 heaters around it . Now the food is amazing. The customer service was a little slow, being outside was the culprit I figure. 4 stars were given based on what the service has been and the fact that the gas running out was not entirely there fault. Definitely coming back. It's a great place to go and spend a romantic dinner.
Staff is great, rooms are clean and modern. All rooms have the ability to cast movies from your phone to the TV or login to any of your streaming services. It's one thing that sets this hotel above the rest
Average hotel. Rooms do not have tooth brush, shaving kit, drinking water etc.
Went to a business meeting here. The meeting took and facility was very modern and the food was delicious.
very nice and calming hotel with good staff
Love the service, location and just how clean this place is
Love! will be back :)
well-appointed room. excellent service. stayed at club level where they have an attractive and large room with views and a good buffet breakfast, drinks and cocktail-type food in the evening. convenient to Broad Museum and Walt Disney Concert Hall. Free car service to any location within a 3-mile radius is a great service.
A nice hotel in a good location. $49/day valet fee is over the top though.
Had a lot of technical problems with our room ex: shower did not get hot water and our door lock rejected three sets of keys throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and the lobby was great, the rooms were just okay.
Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out process.
There is decent food court right outside and a tram that drops off/picks up next to the hotel to central market. The staff was nice and there is a small window to open for fresh air. But the rooms are outdated with old uncomfortable beds that are sunken in the middle. It had horrible basic cable TV that lagged and a chromecast that I spent an hour trying to figure out how to use. Was not clean; toothpaste splatter on the walls, dirty glass desktop, found socks from the last guest, hair in the showers and on the floor, door to the bathroom broke off- called the front desk and none of it never was taken care of. They said management would email me and I never heard from them. I won’t come back ... it wasn’t the worst but if you are looking for a great stay in Los Angeles, look elsewhere
I really like walking around this hotel. It is located near the Broad Museum & the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Great staff! Super accommodating for a big groug!
Great location and friendly staff. Delicious Brunch and right next to California Plazza.
Rooms were very nice and the staff was very accomodating. Also the cantaloupe infused water was incredible.
Aesthetically pleasing, clean, kind staff, and plenty of dining options close by. Only downfalls are that a room that sleeps 4 adults only furnishes towels for three and how you have to insert your key-card into the elevator to access the floor--makes a full elevator tricky as it's a race against the clock.
Heaven And H.
Lovely place and awesome environment
No mini fridge available in the room. I requested one with the front desk and it was brought to my room but it never got cold. There was no free wifi available for guests, I find that to be odd. When i stayed here last year there were cookies and milk left in the room for the kids and I was disappointed that it didn't happen this year. We couldn't connect to Netflix on the TV so we were let down with that. I keft receiving declines from my credit card due to the hotel on 2 separate occasions submitting charges on my card; one for over $500 and the other for over $700. When I called the front desk they didn't know what I was talking about but I have 2 emails from my credit card. Also, every time a day passed we got less towels and had to request more every morning. Other than that we loved our stay.
Great place and the price was amazing. Will stay here again
Booked a deluxe king room they gave me a double bed room with the light broken in the entrance way. Then they gave me the right room with a broken shower and a phone that was broken so I couldn’t call front desk. Had to call from my cell phone to get to front desk. Honestly the most frustrating thing from getting off of a long day of business meetings/flights is not having a working shower in your 300+ a night hotel.
The hotel is very pretty, the door staff knew my name every time they saw me I was please with that. The down side is that they do not have any microwave in the rooms to reheat coffee or food. The hotel is. Located in heart of everything loved the location.
Great room, very clean with a great view (club room, 16th floor)
Love the Omni
Clean room, great staff, but hotel rooms are dim
Attended a wedding. Beautiful venue, held A LOT of people.
Was a nice hotel overall. Went for the buffet. Was decent but a bit overpriced.
nice 251 S Olive St
Fantastic hotel. Rooms are contemporary, staff is phenomenal and accommodating, and the onsite dining and spa options are first class.
We had a good time! Friendly staff! Room Service is brilliant! Many thanks!
Nice decor but service just average.

This is not a bad hotel but it too costly for what they charge you. Rooms are basic and there is no parking in the hotel. Valet is $49 per night and it wont drop even if you spend a week. There was no refrigerator in the room, and yes no microwave ofcourse.

If you want to get lost in LA when you leave your hotel
Great location in close proximity to Grand Central Market and other downtown food options. Great views of the downtown skyline and California Plaza. Great service, cleanliness, and amenities per standard at Omni properties.
Early check in,friendly and helpful staff, perfect downtown location-excellent experience!!
Great hotel, great services
Friendly staff, but a few seem "forgetful". I called a week before arriving to get certain things placed in my room that I never received. I was then placed on a "list". I honestly just stopped asking and counted my losses. EXTREMELY clean rooms, tasty drinks at the bar, but the food is sub par.
The Omni is your home away from home. The quality and customer service is consistent and unparalleled. This is my go to hotel chain for pleasure and business travel. The beds are heavenly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is luxurious. Love it here.
Great location. Close to Disney Performance Hall, MOCA and Financial District. About 25 min ride to Hollywood. If you plan to Uber, my experience had been that there is a lot confusion finding this address for some reason. The hotel is bordered by Olive and Grand (there is an upper and lower Grand) If Ubering from the Omni I would specify an Olive St. pickup to avoid confusion with the two Brands. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help.
The hotel was great, the staff were lovely and the location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and the food and drink was excellent.

My girlfriend and I dined at Noé for our anniversary and had a romantic evening. We really like the lounge with a live pianist playing. Our waiter José was very gracious and took great care to ensure our evening was beautiful. The food was also delicious and well presented. You must try the ahí tuna tartare and the king salmon!
Clean, comfortable rooms. The complimentary shuttle service was nice but a bit slow. Fairly pricey but good location for access to down town.
Hotel location, guest room cleanliness was nice. Bring your own water, coffee or tea because Hotel is expensive offers NONE of these basics or be prepared to pay hifty on the room service menu.
First rate all around...great location.
Clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff in a great location.
The staff was pretty amazing, they were always attentive to whatever I needed. And the room service was on point. I didnt stay there tho, I was just delivering food for postmates lol
Service was great, but the Queen bed I was downgraded to (after reserving a King) was a Murphy Bed (pull-down style). There was no blanket on the bed, and the air vent was right above the bed. I spent all night either shivering when the air was on or boiling when the air was off. I got very little sleep the night before an important meeting. Omni let me down.
Nice place the room was very clean

I went for the Saturday brunch. Excellent selection but parking is tricky.
Clean rooms, great location and courteous staff made the stay worth it.
Very nice hotel, kind of expensive
This was our first time in LA to visit our daughter , the stay at the Omin was 5 star, staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and location was great

Great hotel Friendly service
This one of the top Omni properties. The loyalty ambassador is always amazing and helpful. She upgraded me to the concierge floor. The Concierge floor come with free breakfast and happy hour drinks. Everything about this property is high end. It's located in downtown. I've stayed at thus hotel at least 6 times in the last 9 years and it's always a great experience. Sorry no pics this time, but the rooms are consistent with an Omni decor and amenities. The hotel bar was alive but not overbearing, plenty of space to sit and relax.
Went to a Thanksgiving lunch, service and food was incredible, it was a great experience.
Beautiful, great food, nice staff.
Right in the middle of downtown LA. Within two blocks are the Disney concert hall, grand park, grand Central market, and metro stations to anywhere else. Also built into a big plaza with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Rooms are nice and comfy, whole hotel feels very luxurious and high end.
I went for Thanksgiving brunch buffet. It was excellent. All the food tasted very good. The whole group agreed that this was much better than cooking and cleaning. We will be back next year
Location is nearly perfect in the downtown. The museum is at the very next door.
Will never eat there again or recommend it to anyone!!!
GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE
The bar had great service and great drinks
I love eating in here. The service is amazing and the Filet mignon was perfect!
Decent room, nice hotel. Wouldn't recommend anything from the room service menu.
Grabbed lunch in the Grand Cafe. Food was hot and came quickly. Would go back.
Celebrated a birthday and was able to get a private room for our party of 8.
Omni is nice. The staff is pleasant and they provide good service

A nice place for mini conferences and meetings. Good catering/waiting staff and decent valet service.
Hmmm, I wish they would do more for their customers...
We were evacuated due to the Woolsey Fire and we have no idea if our home is burned down, and Omni would not even give us an *one hour* late check-out to figure out where to go. We had no sleep and no information, and they would not give us a single hour - from 11 a.m. to noon. And to reply to their absolutely ridiculous response below, they said I had to be out at 11 a.m. Check in isn't until 3 p.m. They could have give me *one extra hour* to find a place to go. It doesn't take 4 hours to clean a hotel room. Further proof of what a terribly-run, dishonest business it is.
I sleeped heer. ????

ONE of the BEST HOTELS in CALIFORNIA
We had a fabulous time
The hotel is beautiful and secure, so you really don't feel like you're in downtown LA. I started on the 7th floor and my room was immaculate. They have lots of nice touches, included sweet treats as you check in and apples to take as a snack. Every staff member was professional and really helpful - from valet, check in, to bar.

I attended the brunch buffet at the Grand Cafe. There was a large variety of food available for the price, but the quality was of varying degree. The meat was very good; however, the dim sum was rather average. It's impossible to succeed at everything, especially given the wide net the Grand Cafe attempts to cover. Overall, it is worth the price of admission.
Delicious Saturday brunch! Great place to meet up with friends.
This is a wonderful place to stay. Room was immaculate, service was friendly and prompt, and the location is perfect.
It was ok. Room service was good, but the shower drain was clogged an we ended up standi g in 4 inches of water trying to shower
Only attended buffet at Grand Cafe. There was much bacon and the usual. Also kimchee.
Good hotel in downtown LA. Valet parking is $49 a night which is a downer. They have fruit and infused water refreshment and a nice variety of mini desserts in the evening. (Mini macaroon, chocolated dipped strawberry, etc.)

Staff was great. Tv remote didnt control the power, channel, or volume in Room (1243) Room 547 (I think) smelled like cat pee.
Clean restaurant. Drinks are nice.
Bed was not made
The location of my room could have been more ideal (the view from my room included a substantial portion of the building itself), but I was comfortable otherwise.
Clean place with huge event rooms. Parking is EXTREMELY expensive at the California Plaza underground parking.

Enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Omni hotel. Loved the variety of seafood and breakfast item with unlimited mimosas!
The Sunday brunch is fantastic!
Great place to stay in downtown. Right on california plaza. Plenty to do and see close by.
It is always an added bonus when they recognize me and make me feel especially welcome. From the valet to the Bellman, wonderful experience all round.
Very nicely appointed hotel in a great central LA location.
Fine room and service. No temperature control or bottled water in room made it uncomfortable
Nice spacious hotel room. A bit dated but it's downtown LA.
Hotel was very clean. Room was well cared for and Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good and has many options for dining and easy access to the convention and Staples centers.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni in downtown LA. I was in Los Angeles attending a conference for several days, and looked forward to relaxing in my room after long hours at the conference each day. My room was beautiful, quiet, and very clean. And the bed was super comfortable. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I had a chance to have dinner and breakfast there at two of the Omni restaurants, and both meals were wonderful. The food was delicious, the wait staff were attentive and friendly, and my food was served quickly, but without feeling rushed. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
Such a nice place for events. I've been here several times for events. The location is great and the staff helps events to run smoothly. I also like all the historic sure that sounds the hotel, like Angels Flight, and the museum. All this combined makes the interior and exterior interesting, beautiful, and fun.

It was nice.
Fantastic suite in every way.
Beautiful, clean, and quiet. That's all you need to know.
Every year we go here and the menu is always different and it's always good
Had dinner at Noe. The lamb was perfect, rib eye a little sinewy. Both perfectly cooked. Had the octopus starter and it was easily the best I've eaten. The presentation a little messy for my taste.
We felt welcome the minute we arrived the hotel. Staff were warm and friendly. Service was efficient and the room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was great, it is close to the downtown Museums and the Disney Concert Hall. We were able to walk to the Broad, had dinner nearby and caught our concert in time without driving. It was a very pleasant stay!
Upon arrival at the hotel you felt that the staff genuinely liked and wanted to provide you the best experience at their hotel. The accommodations were quite nice. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, pillows perfect. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Los Angeles and will look for other Omni Hotels for future travel. First class accommodations and the staff was wonderful!
Loved staying here!! I can't wait to come back!
The hotel was nice. We didn't get to stay overnight though because we got thrown out for noise complaint. I won't say they were in the wrong for it as there was about 8 or 9 of us casually drinking into the morning so it was fair. Had a good time though anyways :)
Very comfortable room, friendly and efficient staff.

The room had no fridge for water. Also there was no water in the room, we had to get our own. The refused pickup at the opera, even though my husband is disabled. I had to be excessively strong, they lied and said the driver was gone, yet after 10 minutes of my insistence, the same driver showed up. The person on the phone lied. The Noe food was average and pricy. They refused us a cocktail in the bar at 9 pm. They thought our 2 cocktails and 2 glasses of wine over a 3.5 hour dinner was enough. We were not talking to anyone, just each other and enjoying a quiet conversation. We were not driving. So we went to our room. We are 71 years old, quiet people. This was a first for us both. The room had a single sink. The bed was nice, the TV quite small, so we didn’t use it.
If you want to go to pretend to be rich, go for it, but if you're a peasant and just want to escape peasant life for a night, go cheaper. Cheaper hotels are in walking distance to fast food and shops, free wifi, pool, and in most cases a refrigerator in the rooms. There really isn't much difference in bed at more expensive hotel. Is being on the 15th floor really worth it? Read their yelp reviews because you can tell who is rich and lives in an alternative universe vs the rest of us....

We came to their restaurant to eat and it was a wonderful experience. The servers were attentive, the food was excellent, and the view was great. Only thing I wish was different was the music which made me a bit sleepy.
We stay at many Omni properties and this location is consistently one of the best. Customer service is very genuine and prompt. Eric our bellman to Eva in the Club Level lounge are two shining examples.
Went to dinner on a Sunday evening. The decor was nice, but the ambiance was off. It was super empty and kind of a cold atmosphere. The wait staff, while nice enough, wasn't that attentive. My date and I were also not too impressed by the sparse menu. We were also surprised that they didn't have any specials. We got some appetizers that were solid enough, but nothing special. We also both went for the Ribeye which again, solid and cooked correctly, but not special. The dessert menu was super strange. We tried the cheesecake but the goat cheese base was a little off putting for my date, so we changed to the vanilla ice cream. It was overly vanilla'd and overly sweet for my tastes. All in all, an okay night. Definitely not worth the price for me.
Beautiful once you walk in. Helpful and attentive staff.

I went to the hotel for food and drinks. The Noe Restaurant gets a lot of traffic, so reservations are usually required for weekends - otherwise, the bar outside serves their menu upon request. Valet parking is $10 w/ restaurant validation. The resturant is known to run dinner promos on groupon and living social.
Very pleasant reprive from the heat and business of LA. I stopped for a refreshing beverage. Comfortable, nice AC, clean, lots of comfortable seating. I recommend taking a break or grabbing a beverage here anytime.
Stopped in for drinks with friends. The staff was incredibly accommodating even generous. Great place to spend a few hours.
It was a comfortable clean room with a nice view overlooking the Disney Concert hall and the Broad. Walking distance from lots of iconic LA atrractions
Attentive staff, all very helpful. Down to the smallest inconvenience, once they knew about it it was taken care of. They rooms were kept clean a tidy. The towels and sheets smelled great, while the shampoo/conditioner/soap was always plentiful. A bit pricey, but location is key and they are in the heart of downtown.

Came here for vacation & customer service was ok, but for the costs of the hotel here, the outlets didn’t work in the room, no major restaurants to go to in the area besides the high restaurant inside hotel, also no one stated that to park @ hotel a night would be $49 a night. No refrigerator in room, no microwave, & the pool is only 3 1/2 feet all the around. Beds are not comfortable. Overall spending almost $1000 for a Premier room was so not worth it & very disappointing.
Great food! Good service

My favorite brunch!
I visited the hotel for the Noe Restaurant. The vibe was really nice but there were a just bunch of loud drunken people there. Besides that the food was pretty good, along with the drinks.
Great room with a great view. I would stay there again. Actually might spend more time there soon. The only down side is parking is $49 for the night.
Excellent pet friendly luxury hotel. They gave me a great room with views of the Museum. The rate was competitive but the “additional” services are pricey. Valet parking is 50 bucks, and the valet isn’t on the ball. Otherwise four stars all the way. Glad I stayed there.
Regular visitor here on business travel. Lovely rooms, very classy and relaxed hotel. Restaurant and bar are also top notch - great piano music multiple nights each week, excellent drinks, very nice food. Service is always top quality too. Excellent, calming oasis in the middle of downtown LA.

Very clean, and great location.
The quality for the price isn’t worth it. Many other options with better value. I usually like Omni properties but this one was not even comparable to a Fairfield Inn.
Fabulous hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Service was exceptional. They have the most amazing concierge who helped plan out our 3 days in downtown LA. there are always chocolate covered strawberries on the front desk, cold fruit infused water, and apples available at anytime of day throughout the hotel. Rooms offer Keurig coffee machines, or you can go to the second level at Peet's Coffee, and catch a cafe-style brew free + no charge at any time. The gym is decent enough, and is attached to an outdoor pool with a few lounge chairs for Sun Tanning and towels readily available. More exceptional service included a free ride service anywhere from the hotel to 3 km distance. Make sure to provide a 30-minute waiting. To be able to use this free service. The driver will also give you their phone number, should you like a pickup and return to the hotel. Great way to save on taxis in Uber costs. Two streets away is the Grand Central Market. Not to be missed if you're a foodie!

Hotel was ok
Beautiful hotel. The valet service was very great and friendly. We ate at the Noé restaurant inside the hotel and everything was so beautiful and the food was even more than we expected it to be. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, I have No complaints. Over all 5 Stars
we were there for 5 days for our "American Trip". what can I say? I'm totally in love with the position of this hotel, it's close with all the main spot we would love to be, the staff are really friendly (every time we had a problem, they were there to solve it!), the car valet is a little bit more expensive (maybe a difference in price between guest and visitors would be really appreciated) but really useful.
The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are also very comfortable to stay in. 10/10 would recommend
Confusing to find entrance
We liked everything! The room was very clean, the furnitures were classic (which was the only thing we didn't like so much), the view was amazing. All the staff was friendly and happy to help you. There is also a plaza (that you discover if you visit the 3rd floor of the hotel) with many shops. From this plaza you can also take the historic "angels flight" train. The location is great as the hotel is a 5 min walk from the Walt Disney concert hall and the Broad. It is also a 1 min walk from MOCA. Further, it is near to the metro station in the 7th street, to the metro station Civic center and to the metro station Pershing.
Nice hotel but the parking rates are absolutely insane!
The hotel is nice enough. The staff is accommodating, no free Wi-Fi, no fridge in the room. Room is ok, things feel a little dated. All the hotels in the area are just ok for the price you pay.
Nice clean and classy hotel.
Went to the restaurant/bar for a wedding after party. The staff was pleasant and quick
Great place for a wedding.
We had a lovely 2-day stay at the OMNI, LA!

Poor arrival experience, took a long time to get room. Poor bathroom storage, lighting. Room not cleaned. Restaurant, employees excellent.
Good place, Good staff.
VERY chic, clean, comfortable hotel with GREAT staff and friendly service - food was AWESOME - breakfast, lunch, dinner...even the 24hr late night room service was awesome. A++++
All around wonderful experience. This place is a must stay for your visit to LA. Also would suggest the club level room. It's worth the upgrade with all the amenities.
Clean rooms good location!
A cute hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. A down to earth spot to stay while visiting Los Angeles. The employees will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome. There are a lot of choices while in DT, however you can't go wrong staying here. :)
Little old looking inside and rooms. Pool wasn't great and food at the restaurant was mediocre
(Translated by Google) Excellent hotel !! (Original) Excelente hotel!!
This is a great place to stay and use as a base for seeing all of Los Angeles. The beach was a 20 minute drive and we loved seeing so many lovely sights to include the Bradbury Building. The restaurant was good and the bar fun and lively. The piano man makes it all fun. The room and service are outstanding. I shall return.0
The restaurant & bar was amazing cant wait to be back
Super clean and enjoyable experience for my partner and I. Make sure to try the saline pool and tell me all about it. I didn't have a chance but have heard good things about it
Great Hotel! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. If you are a select guest, you receive lots of perks. The best hot3l chain!
The steak was great as was the lamb chops. Bar was just ok.
Heading back to Omni LA this week-best hotel in the City and the staff is fabulous ! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
The staff at this Hotel were the best! The service was impeccable! We could not be happier with this Hotel! Highly recommended if you are in town for a Dodger's game, They have a wonderful complimentary car service that will take you to Union Station to pick up a free shuttle bus to the stadium and the same complimentary car service will pick you up after the game at union Station.
Conference rooms were decent and clean.
Great hotel, LA Classic!
T Lynn B.
Very comfortable & clean room!
Impeccable service. Beautiful rooms.
This is a wonderful Hotel. It is truly lovely, very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great amenities, and I loved the ease of using valet parking. Heidi Anticevich
Love this hotel. Staff is always welcoming, rooms are great and nice size! Always a wonderful experience and my "Go too Hotel" whenever I'm in LA
Very dated in very bad need of a remodel, felt like I was almost in a retirement home and the food definitely was just like hospital food or old peoples mush, if I could have given no stars I would have
Very nice hotel. Not ce size rooms, huge bathrooms, comfy beds good service
Nice hotel, great food at the Conference I attended. Loved you could get other food right out the back in a big food court.
Valet parking only. Food at the grand cafe was fantastic.
This was our first time visiting any Omni property and I was very pleased with the level of service provided and our room. The property was very nicely maintained and the staff were polite and helpful. I stayed on their executive floor and the snacks and breakfast available were a nice touch. I will be looking into staying at this hotel brand from now on.
Beautiful hotel in downtown L.A. Excellent service and very professional and courteous staff. The only downside is the pricey overnight parking fee ($49) per night. We stayed there three times and we LOVE this hotel....They will even give complimentary rides in the hotel town car within 3 miles of the hotel...
Solid restaurant, polite staff.
The food was delicious at Noè but it was hard to find not being from LA. Just take the trolly up from grand central market and it's a lot easier to get to
Clean, relaxing, entertaining
A nice hotel with a great location. A lovely mid-priced (for the area) hotel in a very interesting location downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, but the real selling point was that it was so easy to stroll down to Grand Central Market for breakfast or cross the street and visit the Broad Museum thanks to the wonderfully helpful concierge who obtained tickets for us.
Perfect clean nice and best service
Good hotel. clean room. So nice experience for me.

The Omni hotel is wonderful! Upon entering you are greeted by a pleasant scent that comes from the fresh bouquet of flowers. I specifically came for the brunch buffet and thought it was great. My favorite thing there was the freshly made waffles. Light, crispy, and full of flavor. The next best thing was the succulent prime rib. Ill definitely be back!
My wife and I had dinner at Noe Restaurant and it was very delicious.
The view, room, and location were nice. The café breakfast was absurdly over priced and had seriously weak coffee. Checking in was not as smooth as I hoped. It was 5pm by the time our room was ready and the front desk never called to let us know that it was ready like they promised. Whoever decided that white cushions on outdoor furniture was a great idea chose poorly, as the patio furniture was nasty.
A five star hotel located in downtown Los Angeles within walking distance two major business centers. Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price full stay there again and would highly recommend it to business Travelers
Facilities were fine. Photos of the pool area was very misleading. It’s a pretty small swimming pool. Photo makes it appear like a large lap pool. Not so. Being a daily swimmer, was pretty disappointed. The on-premises store closes at 8 pm. Which is pretty inconvenient. There is one restaurant on premises, although plenty restaurants nearby which was quite helpful! Hotel People were lovely.

Great hotel in downtown LA.
I had a wonderful stay at the Omni. Every single staff person that I came in contact with was just lovely. The fitness center was also better that I expected it to be, which was a nice surprise!
Large hotel with nice pool and friendly service.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
The restuarant was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Our server didnt seem to be having a good night. The service was good but she hardly smiled and we felt uncomfortable to ask her for anything. Overall great experience though.
Great Ambience. Loved the bathrooms. I went for their brunch and the brunch was lacking but loved their servers. So great service but just okay food
A mixed bag, but overall a disappointment. Room maintenance issues, poorly cleaned common areas, and excessive delays with check-in made for an underwhelming experience. Despite a great location and staff generally focused on good customer service, some glaring shortcomings negatively colored the stay.
Pool area is small. Food choices while at the pool consist of hot dog or plain hamburger. Drinks only beer and wine. To get better food requires going in the bar a floor below and bringing your own drink back to the pool area.
I think it is very good it was national chocolate chip cookie day and they gave out free cookies!!
Highly recommend staying at the Omni when in LA. The staff is wonderful, especially the valet and drivers, and the rooms are spotless!
Great location! Good services and clean rooms!
No free WiFi, no refrigerator, and it took five hours to check in despite being assured of an early morning check in upon booking. Many others who attended a conference with me expressed they also had difficulties checking in. Staff seems inexperienced with conference block reservations.
Cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar. All other aspects of our stay were great.
The hotel facilities are great. They had macarons and chocolate covered strawberries available at check-in. The food was good and the meeting rooms were nice as well. However, the overall layout of the hotel is so confusing. It's very hard to find your way around.
There is no wifi, at least but free WiFi
Great place to stay! Very comfortable.
Byron B. A.
This is comfortable stay with great service.
This hotel is in a great location! The bathroom could use some updating and the bed was very uncomfortable.
Rooms were clean and well appointed. Parking was expensive, but there's much cheaper overnight parking in a garage down the street
This is the only hotel I will stay in when in downtown LA or nearby.
Typical resort prices on food and drinks but overall customer service top notch service
Nice place with gym and small pool. And a lot of cold water!
Nice hotel in a great downtown location. Cant wait to check out the performance venues across the strert!
Easy access, great location! Very comfortable. Excellent buffet, fresh with nice variety of choices. Great shower. Very pleasant. Willstay again whenever we go to LA.
The bar was really nice, and the outside patio was a relaxing place to sit and have drinks in both a casual and professional enviornment. The prices were a bit expensive for a professional bar, but overall, I would visit this place again.
The Omni was perfectly situated for my business needs in downtown LA. My room was spacious, well air-conditioned, and featured a very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs had a piano bar feel with a variety of options. All of the staff that I encountered were helpful and courteous. I will be certain to return here!
Nice hotel, but for the price there are some nicer options downtown. Location is ideal if going to museums or Civic center, or working near Bunker Hill.
Very clean and beautiful
I left my car overnight for one night of valet parking for $49 per night. The car was returned to me with a huge chemical residue splattered on the hood. I was tired and in a hurry so did not address it to the hotel then, but it's left a permanent stain on my car's paint. Yes, I should have brought it up immediately, but for $49 a night I should also not have to deal with something this ridiculous. It seems to me that this has happened before, it was a significant amount of residue, it cannot be the first time this has occurred at the hotel's lot. Update: July 26,2017- No one has been in contact as your reply states.
Extremely comfortable and perfect for the weary business traveler.
Great service and location.
I love everything about my stay..
I was there for a conference and did not stay at the hotel. Glad I took Uber though, parking seemed difficult and completely full. Seemed valet only
I may add more stars if someone ever gets around to rectifying a several hundred dollar vallet issue I just recently discovered when I inspected my bank statement. I agreed to using vallet service upon check in. We were standing in front of hotel more than an hour before they brought it up. Causing us to miss our reservation. We informed the front desk we wanted the vallet canceled we would use the self park lot instead. We were assured the service would be canceled. We stayed 4`nights every day shows the vallet fee, every one followed by a self park fee. Aside from the terribly managed vallet Our stay was decent nothing special to speak of. Definitely nothing to justify $800 on Parking alone. I did try to speak to someone over the phone I was quickly cut off and put on hold for a good 20 min before I hung up. I thought the email would be more effective. As I'm writing this I'm hoping I don't have to write this again.
I had a Be Well massage and facial and it was wonderful.
excellent location and rooms.
Convenient downtown location right off the 110. Beautiful lobby, outdoor pool and clean guest rooms. Beds are a bit soft for my taste, but thats not a bad thing. Coffee service to the room is prompt in the am...now that's important!
This is a very beautiful hotel, in an excellent location. This close to museums and delicious food. People are super friendly and nice. Terrific coffee shop With wonderful service.
Overrated, there are better hotels in the area.
The first room I was given smells like cannabis, but the second one was delightful. Parking is dear at $49/night, but you can avoid the $10/24h wifi fee. The real standout here is the fantastic staff.
Beautiful hotel, and beautiful rooms. The food was great for the catered dinner. I really look forward to going back
This place is Beautiful , I especially love the floral arrangements in the lobby
Great hotel. Nice lobby. Wonderful customer service. It would be great if their shower heads were just a little bit lower. Difficult sometimes for shorter patrons.
Decent service, clean room. Great location. Somewhat close to subway station. Very close to the famous Grand Central food court with many many great food selection
I was a walk in and they made sure I had a room and set for the night even without a reservation.
The hotel is very good. Service was great, and the location near the center of LA with metroes nearby is great. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable too.

Heart of downtown and easy to walk everywhere. Good service and decent breakfast. Can stay here again
Went to their buffet on third floor. The food was okay.
Maybe I'm just accustomed to the economy, family friendly hotels, but I would thought luxury would mean more amenities, not less. The room is attractive, clean and well-appointed in terms of decor. However, there's no refrigerator in the room. There's no free breakfast or even bagels and muffins in the morning. There are restaurants on site, but they are prohibitively expensive. I'll trade the ceramic tiles in the bathroom for a Belgium waffle flipper any day.
Great place. Clean. Downtown near everything.
Dr Mohammad Abd E.
Great location, great food choices, great front desk staff and concierge. First time to LA, felt supported by staff!
Excellent! From check in to meals, well done. Highly recommend!
Nice air conditioning
Clean room, comfy bed, good window shades... Overall a very positive experience. One warning: don't wear socks into the bathroom. I almost died a couple times from that!
It was ok
My first time staying at the Omni and it was pretty amazing. Upon arrival the room was ready within a few minutes. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside I'd say was my lack of phone reception inside the room other than that an amazing stay
Always a great brunch, great food and service. Service is very quick and they won't forget you. There is plenty of variety
A nice enough place. The champagne brunch at the Grand Cafe is reliably decent, if pricey. The food is good but not great. The waitstaff seemed spread a little thin.
I'm not sure what they had going on but the wall paper in the hallway outside out room was peeling. And the pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't. Also they had plastic covering certain areas by the pool and fans. I wonder if they had some sort of flood. It looked like water damage
The buffet was okay, not the greatest.
Just passing through when meeting friends who did stay there, very nice lobby and fruit-infused ice water which was a lifesaver on 100+ degree day.
Amazing weekend brunch buffet. My fiancee and I make reservations every time we come to LA just for the unlimited mimosas and amazing spread. The wait staff is always extremely polite and we never have to wait for drink refills. 10/10 will come again. (:
Rooms are really nice and they have great service.
One of the best ways to stay, the "Omni" way! Loved LA!
We had dinner at the NOE Restaurant after the Grand Performances concert at The California Plaza. That was simply the best filet mignon with asparagus I've ever had!
Easy drive way to get to and spacious lobby. Poor cell phone reception though. Was only her for a quick merting
Very comfortable bed. High thread count sheets and down pillows. Spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable room.
The rooms are very spacious and nice!
The check in service and valet were excellent. The only issue I had was with the lack of room amenities and the lack of saying what the room comes with. The double queen does not come with a mini fridge btw. All in all, the staffing is excellent and even though I was dressed up in costumes for an event, the staff treated me with respect. Would come again.
I've been staying at the Omni for at least 5 years, and the rooms are always spotless, the beds are always super comfy, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
Goat Boat (.
Service is good, though their lobby is very dirty. We saw cockroaches in the urinal and table tops. Rooms seemed clean
Clean. Friendly staff.
Clean and friendly staff
Great hotel for a decent price.
Clean hotel that's close to the action but out of the mess for LA Convention Center.
Have not stayed night yet, staying for next 5 days.
Beautiful soft bed and pillows very clean lovely amenities great piano bar. Very friendly staff
Apex Property S.
Great stay! Room was clean with nice decor. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the LA area.
Very clean resort, friendly staff and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Valet parking only which is far overpriced but at least they were quick with service. Right next door and easy walk to many great museums.
Very nice, excellent service.
Clean rooms and excellent service. Walking distance from great marekets
The classical overpriced US hotel. Staff not very friendly. The only plus of the place is the good positioning near some museums.
One of my favorite hotels. Guest services are fantastic. Rooms are lovely. Stay was peaceful. Being in the heart of downtown los angeles was easy to get around. Restaurants, banks, bars, entertainment within walking distances.
Martha Santa A.
Food took long
Everything feels old and used. Probably has been a good hotel 20 years ago. The breakfast and service was good.
Always a great place
I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Omni Hotel in Los Angeles. All of the staff greeted me and treated me very favorably. I was very impressed with the Warmness of the staff from the valet man all the way up to housekeeping services. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Cant be beat!
Great location, walking distance to restaurants and outdoor concert area. Hotel is clean and updated. Staff is very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for exploring. The Broad, MOCA, Disney Concert Hall, Grand Central Market, The Bradbury and more within walking distance of the Omni. The staff is very friendly and professional and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Omni is, however, showing its age and feels a bit tired. Still, a lovely hotel in a great location for visitors.
Keep forgetting at every omni to request a firmer pillow, my neck kills me every time.
Great for business lunch. They have a nice patio. This hotel is next door to the museum if modern art.
We went to the omni for the mothers day brunch. We had been last year and loved the food selection and service it was wonderful so we decided to go again this year. Well this year was beyond disappointing and we won't be returning. I sent an email to their customer relations department concerning the following: The man on the omelette bar did not know how to make omelettes and was clueless on how to prepare one. My daughter asked him for an egg white omelette and also for an egg over hard and he said he could not do those items and did not know how. The desert section was the smallest we have seen for brunch as the year before it was large with a mothers day cake and many fabulous desserts not this year. No crab claws or sushi as they served the year before. Everything about this brunch was disappointing for the price. Won't go back, very dissppointing! By the way their customer relations department never got back to me after I sent them an email about these issues. Update. We went for Fathers Day Brunch and it was wonderful. Dragan the food and beverage manager offered us a complimentary buffet on Fathers Day since we had a less than great Mothers Day brunch. We loved the Fathers Day brunch they had everything we loved...Pig, seafood station, prime rib. Bass and wonderful omlette station with wow dessert bar. We will come back again. It was really improved.
It is not a terrible hotel, but a far cry from what an Omni property at this price in a major city should be. The property is dated, the service is mediocre and the overall experience was 3 stars at best.
Do carefully check the departure bill and subsequent credit card statements. My own credit card was only supposed to be charged incidental expenses (with room and the associated taxes billed directly to the corporate travel agency the firm used for travel arrangements), yet when I checked out everything was charged to my credit card. It has been a nightmare since then trying to get the hotel to reverse these charges, even though I complained immediately at the time of the checkout. The promised charge reversal, however, has yet to arrived after nearly a week.
Great location! My room was nice and clean and had a great view! It's walking distance to Grand Central Market, The Broad, Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, and to nearby restaurants as well.
This was my second time at this upscale restaurant and hotel with my wife. We enjoyed our meal and talked about spending time there some time soon.
Went to grand Cafe for brunch. Excellent food and service.
great spot center of downtown LA
The hotel is good, but the price tag is just way too high for a "good" hotel
I love this hotel.
Excellent and quick service, however, the room had a weird stench to it.
Cozy place to stay.. nice view from my room.. close to go to garden market where you can find any kind of food..
Nice hotel super fancy
We went to the Noe Restaurant in the Omni Hotel and it was great. The service is nice and the food tastes delicious.

Clean and well staffed, excellent place to stay...
Good hotel next to Disney Performing Arts Center, the Broad Museum and MOCA. Some good restaurants nearby - try new P.Y.T. Close to the metro. Using Uber to get to other places in LA was very reasonable.
Great hotel with great customer service.
Clean. Friendly staff. Definitely recommended.
Staff at the front desk were very unwelcoming.
Great hotel but average location
Centrally located; good service.
Good hotel. Standard amenities. A little far from downtown though (25 min walk).
Comfortable but outdated. Excellent bed linens and towels, but very few outlets, for instance. Outlets that were integrated into furniture were loose and poor-performing. Friendly staff, though. Not sure I'd be happy to pay the full fee if I were on a personal trip, but it was perfectly suitable for business travel.
Confusing to get into. Multiple large well marked entrances but require a room key to enter. WiFi is not a free amenity. Charged 2005 prices ($15/day) for 2010 speeds (15m download)
Room was very clean, beds were immaculate. Overall a good hotel. May not be important to others, but there was no fridge in the room. Even the cheapest of hotels I've been to have fridges and I travel all the time. As a pumping/breastfeeding mom this was a major problem on my vacation . Other than that pretty good hotel but I feel is a bit overpriced compared to value of others nearby.

One of the best hotels in the downtown srea
Overall average. The hotel is clean, but bar and food service is slow. The mandatory valet parking service is an insane 49 dollars per night and I was not told of the price prior or even after booking so it was a surprise on checkout. I cannot recommend this hotel as I feel they dishonestly charge hidden fees. I stay at numerous hotels and even resort fees when applicable are not hidden.
Good food, reasonable prices. Nice accommodations.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and room service have great quality food. Love the Plaza attached- you can walk around and get food or just enjoy the patio. Didn’t go to pool but it looked amazing from my window. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
I was there for an event hosted by the California Immigration Lawyers association. The food was good, the service was great. Parking is expensive ($15) but expected in downtown.
The location of the Omni DTLA is excellent for concerts and art museums, all within walking distance.
Beautiful hotel! The front desk was very accommodating to my needs. My room was beautiful, staff was friendly, room service was excellent! This hotel is in a Great location downtown with beautiful views. I'm definitely recommending this to others and will stay here in the future.
Lovely hotel with an outstanding staff. Everyone I encountered was terrific. And the room was nice with an wonderfully comfortable bed. Great location as well.
Great food and ambiance.
The grand cafe has an incredible buffet at an incredible price. Bottomless mimosas, a wide spectrum of cuisine, and macaroons!
Love this property! No surprises. Staff are friendly and helpful...make eye contact evenw passing in the hall. Room is clean and spacious. Plenty of outlets for my ever growing collection of chargers and e-devices. Bed is comfy. Perfect after a loonngg day of meetings!
Very comfortable hotel in downtown, nice and spacious rooms
We were so impressed with the amenities and decor. It was so comfortable I did not want to venture out into the city! Loved having beverages offered free of charge by the elevators and apples everywhere. It truly is the little touches that make a difference in in a hotel stay
Very nice hotel, good location downtown, great staff.
Other than the fact that our room, 1305, had bedbugs, this hotel is fine. I alerted the hotel to the problem and perhaps they have addressed it. UPDATE: Got a call next day from management assuring me that they checked the room and it doesn't have bedbugs. Hmmm, so the two dozen bites appearing in the morning behind my ears and along my neckline were what? My takeaway is that management is in denial and most importantly, doing nothing about it.
Omni is the best hotel in downtown LA. Phenomenal service and staff. Impeccable grounds super attentive valets . Food is great downstairs at NOE' and even in house room service is wow especially the breakfast arrangement for Omni members wow ! Omni is tops for sure . :)
Parking is not readily available but there are public paid parking for 9$. Valet is $10. Food was great and atmosphere wonderful. Good opportunity to take photos outside too!

Wonderfully accommodating staff. We were greated with friendly staff at both the front desk and the concierge desk. Our bell service man Eric offered us some greatly appreciated insider tips and advice for our stay. Great downtown LA ...
Overall all was nice. Just very disheartening to discover they did not book me for my complete stay and could not accommodate me for my last night forcing me to locate another hotel.

Beautiful, classy, and with a touch of chic, this Omni will delight you and meet all of your needs! The beds are comfortable, there's coffee in the room, a gym, a spa, and the view is beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Love it really superb hotel
Beautiful hotel, prom was hosted here
Great hotel - clean, friendly guest services staff, large rooms, quiet yet centrally located DTLA.
quiet , hotel staff polite and helpful; great location.
Great brunch buffet!!!
Friendly staff and a great place to unwind
Perfect place to stay in downtown. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable. You won't regret staying here.
Central location and super clean hotel
I like this place.. pros.. little away from central LA (staple center) or LA Live but near LA LA Land stairway train (orange train).. good price.. cons.. little away from central LA (if you are going to the game or other stuff near by).. but overall very nice place
Clean rooms, great location, excellent customer service. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
Wanted a quick getaway. Stayed at this beautiful Hotel at the beginning of DTLA. Love the entrance! Makes you feel important and sets the mood perfectly. Staff was extremely nice and courteous. Hotel was also close to the night life. The bar and lounge at the hotel was not too shabby either!

Comfortable, business friendly hotel. Stay has been very pleasant.
Comfortable, clean room with very friendly people at the reception desk.
Went to Grand Cafe for brunch. Everything was great. Great service. Great selection for the buffet. Very nice, clean place. The entire hotel is clean and welcoming.
Sorry nice hotel in a great location, close to many fun things to do in the heart of LA. The restaurant was fantastic, with great good and service.
Lovely location by moca, waterfalls,California plaza.serene atmosphere. Relaxing place to sip n talk
Very good service, friendly, enjoyed my stay.
I went here with a friend from out of town. They were so happy with what a beautiful place it was. I like it because staff is attentive and drinks are well served. I always drink whiskey on the rocks but my friend's cocktails were great. The surrounding is beautiful and with LA weather, it's the perfect place for drinks. The dress code is casual but we were in semi formal wear and we felt very comfortable and not out of place. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice chat over some drinks.
Beautiful location and amenities for a personal development event.
The Omni LA is super convienently located upscalr venue. Close to many cultural ventues (the Brode & Moca museums; Disney Hall, thte Dorothy Chandler Hall , great restaurants etc. The staff is friendly, knowlegeable, and very helpful. All in all, great place to stay.
Very well maintained hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
You are well cared for at the Omni. It is a fine hotel in the Traditional category. Can be pricey, but location and access to some outstanding venues are unmatched. Plaza on 3rd floor is beautifully situated about 100 steps from MOCA, and directly across the street from the unique Disney Concert Hall and the even more unique Broad Museum, all on Grand Avenue. Rooms are nicely appointed and food is good with lots of nearby options. Valet parking overnight is $$$ but Omni offers a free courtesy car to drop you for free at any destination within a few miles.
Really comfortable hotel conveniently located downtown near the convention center and great places to eat like the Grand Central Market. Valet parking was easy and the staff made the stay really great. I'll be back.
Very friendly staff and clean! Looks upscale, feels upscale.
I went to the Grand Cafe to take advantage of their lunch buffet. Food was good and service was excellent. I definitely recommend this if you need something quick and convenient.
The Omni Hotel is wonderful. A lot of amenities, large rooms, great bathrooms. There's a couple of restaurants built into the hotel, and it is adjacent to a plaza that has tons of food options. The Disney Theater is connected as well, and the Philharmonic and art gallery are both one block up. The only negatives we had are that there are no refrigerators nor microwaves in your room, which doesn't help for a long stay. Otherwise, the hotel is very convenient and taken care of. Looking forward to our next visit!
Outstanding. Great, attentive staff. Excellent location for downtown, museums, Dodger Stadium, the Music Center.
The Noe restaurant had great service and food
convenient location near Fisherman's Wharf. valet parking is VERY expensive, and public spaces are available on both sides of the hotel.
Nice hotel but slow in cleaning room

Beautifuly appointed room, wonderful spa services, excellent friendly staff at all points-door, front desk, bar, restaurant, spa Numerous delectable meal choices in the restaurant. Our food was cooked to perfection. Wonderful wine list. We'll look forward to our next opportunity to stay with Omni.
Everyone so nice and professional.

Very nice, modern, and upscale with great service, would recommend to all my friends and family!
Close to concert halls and theatres, good bar & nice restaurant, friendly helpful staff, fair price. Enjoyed the 2 night stop taking in Hollywood from Downtown
Great place to hang out with friends

Mediocre, in my opinion.
Luxury hotel very handicap accessible.
Beautiful place and Friendly Staff. I left something behind and Loss Prevention shipped it to me.
Beautiful hotel. Perfect location in DTLA. Right across the street from The Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Its too overpriced for the service they provide
Dope Sunday brunch
the Omni Hotel his in a great location in the surroundings of the California Plaza that place itself already is a great place, the bathrooms are pretty clean
Best hotel experience by far! ALL staff were friendly felt very welcomed!
The place was nice enough but kind of worn. When I opened the bathroom door, the handle fell off. Our fire alarm was going off intermittently for one day. The hotel could use a refresh.
great service, delicious food and desert, beautiful view. great for a date
Great venue, awesome staff.
Room wasn't cleaned properly, something that looked like blood on the bathroom light switch, food was nothing to write home about, and the parking was$49. Gym was cool.... won't stay there again, over priced as 4.5 star, but more like a 3 star. Priceline failed in their negotiation.
Ester Guardado G.
Great as always, excellent food, fabulous service and pleasant ambiance. Going there for years and will continue for years to come.
Great, clean rooms
50 bucks for parking. Nice valet reception and delivery. Friendly delivery of bags. Great view of California plaza. Not free wifi.
Very nice hotel and clean

Great place. Beautiful view
Easy check in and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The restaurant is very nice. Sit out outside if you can, they have heaters out there. the Prix-fix menu was excellent. Even the pastry chef came out to see how I enjoyed her newly concocted dessert! It's walking distance to many eateries, Broad museum and the Disney Theater. Plenty of things to see and do. It's also a short distance from the Staples Center. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for one night while checking out downtown LA. Overall the hotel is fine, but unremarkable. A plus was the separate walk-in shower. Our room had crayon lines on the walls and furniture from a previous occupant - this can and should have been cleaned. The pool is tiny and not worth it. Parking is $49 per day. Ouch.
Beautiful!! Inside and out
Great stay and and great food at their restaurant!
I really enjoyed my stay. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. Convenient location and plenty of amenities. The room is available 24 hours a day which is very nice. The breakfast buffet was more than decent quality, though slightly pricy. Valet parking is pricey as well but is quick.

Service was great, I had the room service and it was great. Good location (walking distance to a lot of cool museums and stuff). Breakfast buffet wasn't the greatest but there are plenty of other options nearby.
Beautiful property, and closest hotel to the Court houses. Walking distance to shops and food. Rooms are clean and updated. Service is great. Valet parking is a hefty $49. Park next door at Cal for $35.
Clean and comforable rooms. Next to parking garage or you can do valet parking for only $9 more.
Great Sunday brunch. Come early if you want to get at it.

Employee who got to take advantage of a great discount. But I wouldn't go again... The guy who checked me in wasnt very nice-wasnt rude but seemed like he was having a bad day. Woke up to sewer like black gunk in tub even tho we didn't use. Idk ...it was just ok.
We were at omni for a business meeting in one of their conference halls. It was great. Spacious room. Good breakfast snack selection. Clean location. Wi-Fi access code was provided, which helped. Parking, however, was outrageously expensive and even with validation we still paid quite a bit.
Really enjoyed my stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet all you could ask for and the piano bar/patio perfect place to wind down & decompress in the evening
Very beautiful Hotel
So so so so good. If you want to impress your date or gather with friends. This is the place.
Brunch is overrated; food is not that good and the price is too high
Nice view. Comfortable bed. Valet parking was nice, the restaurant/bar was nice too.
Wonderfully accommodating staff. We were greated with friendly staff at both the front desk and the concierge desk. Our bell service man Eric offered us some greatly appreciated insider tips and advice for our stay. Great downtown LA location. Angels flight and Grand Central Market were both steps away from the entrance on Level 2. Only a 15 minute walk to Little Tokyo. Wonderfully designed rooms with space to spare!

Was here for the buffet. Amazing!
Stayed here for a work trip. It has such a pleasant aroma when you walk in. I wish the rooms smelled like that too! Not that they smelled bad, though. Had the buffet breakfast every morning. I'm a vegetarian so I was happy to see lots of fresh fruit and other options that worked out for me. All of the staff I interacted with during my stay were so nice. Valet service is pretty quick and super friendly, despite how fast they're moving. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Oh! And I like that the room had a shower and separate tub. My husband and kiddos came to visit for one night and it made bath time so much easier. When traveling to L.A., I'd definitely stay here again.
Omni hosted the NBA 2018 All-Star game. Amazing hotel and staff. Would recommend for any one to stay there when attending an event in L.A.
Very pleasant staff, spacious rooms, and great food.
Pretty good experience. Don't be afraid to state what you need and stick by it. Good room for the price. Staff always willing to assist.
High end hotel located in the museum district.

Spacious, great service
Very nice and clean hotel the staff was amazing
Lovely dinner at Noe before seeing the LA Phil. Perfect location, valet parking and a delicious meal.
Great service, clean rooms, easy check-in and check out process, friendly staff
Everything about the hotel was nice except for the Parking; it was valet only and I enjoy having options. Also, wifi was not complimentary. Thankfully, I have t-mobile so Netflix is unlimited. But, seriously, what kind of hotel doesn't have free wifi? That's messed up.
Nice atmosphere, good food, and good place for a nice date.
Nice place to have dinner and relax
I love this hotel. .. excellent food, service and clean!...great location & happy employees! My favorite hotel in L.A.!
Food was phenomenal! I enjoyed every bite. Had the Salmon and my husband had the prime rib, both were cooked perfectly. Great ambiance and service. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and was even complimented with two glasses of champagne to toast. We will definitely visit again.
Over priced restaurant with a good view. Food is neither a pro nor a con. Orange juice is $6 and not freshly juice , minute maid in disguise.

The service at the lounge is very nice. I enjoyed spending the afternoon having a few drinks and appetizers. The food is excellent. The ambience is perfect for mature couples. Got place for a getaway

Beautiful Hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were to die for. Lovely stay.
Nice place to stay in LA.
I went to the Omni Downtown for drinks with a friend. The valet service is absolutely amazing and very affordable!
Terrible hotel. They withdraw money ($210) from my account without explaining the price i should pay for and receipt. I asked about what happened, but the accounting part only said that i misunderstood because i am having a short English, Asian girl. Then, they block me not to call anymore. I hate racism. I’ll never go again.t

A very nice hotel, with a very rude bellboy and doorman
Beautiful courtyard, right up against the back of Angels Flight. A great view of DTLA. The hotel is quite nice, very private and professional. It's one of my favorite places when I am in town on business. Great hotel overall.
Very nice hotel
The best service of any Omni I've stayed in.
Location is great. Services are horrendous. This is the second time I have given the Omni the benefit of the doubt. I am through. I know Peter Strebel believe each property should be unique, but does that mean there is no level of service standards? I was not given instructions on the wifi. I was on my hands and knees cleaning up someone's hair on the floor. I felt like I was trying out for the Rams dodging all the room service trays, multiple times throughout the night. Maybe others will have a better time here, but this has really soured my experience both at the Omni in LA and Omni's in general. $4 for club soda and a discrepancy in the parking cost ($49) didn't help either. #unhappy #guest
The staff is extremely friendly. Especially the chefs. I particularly love Guadalupe Morales one of the line cooks who also works banquet. She has a creative edge that stands out.
The food was tasty and delicious. The only complain I had was how long it took for all the food to come out. It was a 2 hour long dinner for a 3 course meal.
Late check in was easy. Staff was very friendly.
Best part is being close to Grand Central Market.
The personnel is Very corteous and the food is delicious
Excellent hotel, awesome staff, and overall great experience!
Beautiful Hotel!!! World class Service!!!
I lobe this place its so beautiful kind of high on price but worth it. Customer service great.. Came here when my honey and i got engaged and for his birthday. There is awesome groupon deals. I really love this place jazz music i xant stop telling them about the Noe restaurant
Very comfortable and accomodating. We we're within walking distance of beautiful architecture, great bars and restaurants. This weekend was the date of the Women's March.
Clean location, amenities, rooms are decent..
The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned every day while you are there. The conference spaces they have are well kept and they keep on taking people's dishes and trash. The valet people were very kind and helped out whether you were using their services or not. Great experience overall.
I had a great experience. The staff was professional.

Ok, just ok. If you’re traveling for work you won’t notice anything about this place that’s out of the ordinary. If you’re a tourist in L.A. you won’t like this place. The lobby is nice the rooms are old, dark and in my case falling apart. Shuttle service is a big plus.
good customer service
Very good conference service
Beautiful Hotel. Staff friendly and rooms beautiful as well.
Horrible service..for the price of a stay here you would think room service or any service would be top notch ...4 times I have had to call front desk to have a room service menu sent up and then 2 x I call to find find out any information on my order..then 45 mins later I’m told $60.57 for 2 pizzas ...lol yeah right ..would have been better staying at a roach motel.
The Omni has a really excellent bar on the 3rd floor, the Noe. The ambiance there is lovely and dark, and there's a nice view of the back of the Museum of Contemporary Art from the lounge.
I had a great night. Everyone was nice and helpful.
Very nice hotel, everything was clean, great food from room service and late checkout time. My only issues are $49 per night for parking and paid Wi-Fi.

Came for a chocolate festival. Nice place, kinda far from the DTLA action but sometimes that's a good thing. Nice upstairs bar if you need to hide for a bit.
Nice venue and a great event to attend
Quiet rooms, poor coffee bar , no refrigerator in rooms,
Loved the service here. Service was great, staff was friendly and very helpful as well. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and sitting area was clean and comfortable. Room didn't have a fridge or microwave. Bathroom was very clean and shower worked very well. They don't have on site parking just valet. Didn't get a chance to see if there's street parking.
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. No complaints here. I had a good stay!

Great location and beautiful hotel!
Good place to stay near downtown, but not in the thick of it. Late night parking can be limited in the area so be prepared for an expensive valet

Most worth it for its location away from worse areas of LA, the Omni hotel truly tries to cater exclusively to the wealthy. No complimentary wifi/breakfast, and they deny access to the stairs and force you to put in your card to get to any of the floors to keep out "unwanted guests." This would all be almost expected out of a really nice hotel, but it doesnt live up to other nice hotel standards, such as working elevator buttons or a fridge/microwave in the room. Still nice decor and presentation, I had an okay time.
Brunch buffet at the Grand Cafe was delicious. Great place to meet up with friends. Parking was expensive though, but that's pretty typical for Downtown L.A.

Hotel very very good and clean. I have visited this place for a trip and it was really good. q q by italy
Everything was great but expensive
The location was perfect considering we were going to see a show downtown and the theater was a block-and-a-half away. The rooms were spacious clean and beautiful. We ate at two of the restaurants there one for breakfast, and one for dinner. Both were excellent and the food was delicious and the price tag didn't hurt either. All around we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend the Omni Hotel to anyone who wants to go downtown and stay for a night or two
Perfect location in downtown. Close to metro stations. A shuttle cab that will take u anywhere within 3 mile radius for free. 1 min walk to a shopping plaza. Good customer service. Parking fee is high. No fridge in the rooms but can rent one. No free WiFi. But u can get free WiFi if u become a loyalty member. Hotel is clean and rooms are well kept. Rooms do have a good view. Food is expensive but u can receive service in the room

"Rooms are nice n clean with comfortable beds but extremely soft pillows."
nice venue for our work holiday party! I loved the table of desserts and food!
Lovely sitting on patio for drinks
Great location, very clean and curious staff. Room service can be improved, we stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for coffee cups, water bottles, tissues all the time to get them. Why have complimentary coffee maker if you are not going to provide the water and cups for it! Room service aside, I will definitely stay again at Omni and recommend to friends visiting LA downtown.
Gavin De C.
Stayed here for a couple days. Staff here are very friendly. They will be there for all your needs. Restaurant/bar service was great. One of the best customer service I've experienced.
A friend and I met here for brunch and bottomless mimosas and had a fantastic time! The food was great, there was a huge selection with a variety of foods at the buffet, and the mimosas were appropriately strong. I will definitely be returning here.
Nice staff, but a bit dated. Bathroom was nice with separate tub and shower
It was what you'd expect out of a hotel good price for the middle of Los angeles
We had an amazing, wonderful time. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the room and the amenities were all top notch

I always stay here during my business trips to LA. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location above Grand Central Market!
Very clean and sophisticated hotel
My friend was staying there and absolutely loved it
I've never stayed overnight at the Omni, but it's got a great upscale bar and restaurant. It also has a flame-heated patio where lit cigars are welcome. No Happy Hour though, as of this writing.
Awesome food buffet. Took a group of people and ate really well. We paid 60 dollars a person that covered taxman tip on Saturday Brunch. Excellent food.
Awesome location right in the center of dtla.
Helpful staff. Very comfortable stay.
Attended a conference for work room was fine but refreshments were subpar
Very beautiful interior. Attentive and friendly staff. Stayed for 10 nights and I definitely recommend becoming an Omni member for free WiFi and morning beverage delivered to your door.
Becareful. I read on travel sites that certain things were complementry. Not true, very expensive hotel. Pool area is small and not the best. Very nice house keeping and a nice breakfast buffet
Stayed here as an overnight guest and I have to say, omni hotels are really nice! The decor to me was nothing special but was high end. It felt pretty generic. However, it's always the small things. Free morning Juice or coffee delivered. Free pressings or shining. Free courtesy shuttle. Free macaroons at the front desk. The only thing that sucks is parking is crazy expensive and we could not for the life of us find a good alternative. Why do LA lots forbid overnight parking!!
Great service,friendly staff,convenient location too.
Centrally located reliable chain hotel. I've stayed here many times on business without any issue. There is free meter parking along the street in the evenings when going out with friends. Friendly hardworking staff.
The room was very nice. It had a beautiful outside my window. Once you exit the hotel, there's stairs immediately to Grand Central Market.
Very nice rooms and great location! Prettynice view from the 10th floor!

Great Service, Great Food Nough Said
The Grand Cafe's food & service are superb.
Great atmosphere to go with friends
A nice place to stay, relax and unwind. Home away from home
Great place for brunch
Very nice! Great value for the location and amenities offered. Would be better with a mini fridge. But totally worth it, even without!
Overall really enjoyed it
Great very good service almost too good.
Nicely located. Rooms were well kept
Expensive, mediocre food
Nice hotel, clean rooms, courteous staff. They can’t deliver a package, however. Fedex package had been delivered for me at the front desk and despite repeated inquiries over four days with the concierge they didn’t get it to me. It was critical to my business. So that’s the reason for three stars.

the OMNI Hotel in LA is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the world. the thing I like the most is that any individual I interact with anywhere in the hotel will reletlessly dedicate him or herself to helping me get what I need or solve my problem. It is really quite awesome. thanks guys,.
I stayed at hotel for a business trip. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly- helpful professional staff. Conveniently located near many food options too.
Well appointed old style hotel. Friendly staff excellent housekeeping department.
Great location in downtown LA. Service was great. We got a room "with a view", which was just OK - nothing to write home about. The extra features that came with a room on the top floor were worth it (IMO), which included access to a "club room" (I forget exactly what they called it) that served complimentary hot and cold breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and a happy hour in the evening with booze and appetizers
Very clean, private
Cute hotel. Nice stay.
Love their pillows.
Wonderful! The amenities and service, all in all are spectacular! Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in downtown Los Angeles!
Clean rooms, great service, convenient area! Great place to stay at!
Ideal location downtown.
Although not the new establishment like others in downtown, the Omni hotel all is classy and very well kept. The service is good and the rooms are well remodeled. The chairs are a bit old.
A great place to visit.
Beautiful hotel. Convenient to downtown. Excellent staff service. Just skip the restaurants as they are overpriced and the food isn't all that great.
I was surprised that the attention to detail just wasn't there. The restroom in the hotel room in particular was just not up to par. The tile work and grout around the shower was messy and frankly off putting. The sprinkler base in the restroom was missing and the drywall around it was cracked. The valet area was a nightmare. I was traveling with children and had a lot of stuff to load/unload and the area was so crowded it was hard to manage. I've stayed at the Omni San Diego and there's just no comparison. Omni Los Angeles has some work to do.
Grout in bathroom was ugly. Had to wait 4 hours to check in. Got comped breakfast only after complaining.
The valet service was awesome everyone was very courteous and helpfull. The hotel dining area is amazing.
My stay at the Omni Hotel in Los Angeles was a great experience! The room and amenities were outstanding and the breakfast buffet was top notch. Mia made the stay very welcoming and accommodating. She went out of her way to help our time to be satisfying and memorable! I will definitely book another stay at the Omni next time I visit beautiful Los Angeles!
Terrible service. Overpriced food. I had a Groupon so maybe I didn't get the best service because of that but I definitely won't be going back. Be aware that there are 2 parking structures built into each other and they will validate for one side, but not the other. Also be aware that after 10 they lock the parking structure and you have to get through a labyrinth to find your car. All of it sucked.
Nice hotel and really comfy beds for a overnight trip. Pricey and parking is not cheap
It's really noisy even though we were having a professional event. There was lots of noise coming from the staff and the rest of the hotel as we were getting ready to start and it didn't stop until one of our members told them to stop.
Great staff and outstanding rooms. Be prepared for valet parking only and that extra cost.
Pretty darn cool
Great customer service and nice hotel
Nice rooms, great views, convenient area.

A splendid hotel, with wonderful rooms and helpful staff!
Great location in the downtown area, spacious room, free courtesy shuttle, friendly staff, close to the metro, although it is an uphill hike.
Bought a Groupon for a dinner here. Definitely one of the better dinner I've had in LA.
Amazing hosts of our conference !!
It was a nice looking hotel.
The very best service ever. Immaculate rooms and first class dining.
Everything spot on, perfect. Staff, ambiance, food, ...
Very clean and spacious room with a king size bed. Wish the basic wifi wasore than 3mb, but the wifi was free. Coffee was available in the lobby in the morning, and pineapple water in the afternoon and evening.
I can only vouch for the exemplary service at the restaurant, Noé. Fantastic service, delicious food! Walking through the hotel to get to Noé was a lovely feel of art deco styling, very posh, yet casual. I will definitely be going back.
Experience was great, food was great. The check took our waiter longer then expected (long enough to notice) but other then that all good.
The Omni has an excellent location, near Disney Hall, The Broad, and the theater district. Lots of good restaurants are located within walking distance, but the hotel's restaurant Noe is a great choice.

The hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful
This beautiful hotel is centrally located to everything in LA. I did not experience any traffic near the hotel all week. The valet service was very convenient and the guys were friendly. The staff at the front desk were attentive and pleasant. The only slight issue I had was with housekeeping. We were a family of 4 in the room. Two of the days we came back to limited towels in the bathroom. The first time was 2 washcloths and 2 towels, and the second time there weren't any washcloths at all. We called down, and each time extra towels were brought right up. That is my only complaint and it's minimal. The hotel was quiet and the pool was just right. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Los Angeles.
An amazing place with a stunning view of downtown L.A.
Very Nice hotel in the center of downtown Los Angeles. With lots of Close shop walking around.
Overall the hotel is conveniently located downtown for those who are traveling for work. The lobby is really nice, but the rest of the hotel is a bit dated from the bar/lounge to the rooms. I stayed here on a weekday for a business trip and was disappointed with the cleanliness and how the room felt really outdated. In addition, my room was located above the lounge which played loud music until 2am, keeping me up all night. Overall, I doubt I would stay here again unless mandated through work.
Good Sunday brunch buffet. Our waiter was a bit weird.
Rooms are good. Service is amazing. Toilet paper is sandpaper single ply.

Great service. Foods was great!
Room was meh. Tub didn't drain, emenities were not impressive. I didn't see the value for the price.
Nice place to have dinner and drinks after a long day
Freaking amazing and best employees hands down
Stunning. PERFECTLY located to a number of cultural sites that "matter". Was always offered bottles of water as we exited. "It's the little things" like that after all!
Very nice cozy Hotel
Hotel was nice. Restaurants were very overpriced even for the area.
I loved my 3 day stay at Omni. The staff were very nice and friendly. I ate at the restaurants every day since, the food was delicious. We usually stay at Mariott chain or Hilton chain, but after staying at Omni, I am hoping to only stay at Omni now on. Hoping to come back soon with my family! ?
Really good location that is just one ride down Angel's Landing to the Central Market. The room was completely immaculate, stocked with an iron and ironing board. Great thing was that there was a shower and a bathtub in the room. Though they didn't have any bath supplied onsite, they were happy to direct us to the nearest place that sold these items. One thing that they provided that I did not realize to take advantage of is their free shuttle service to anywhere with in 3 miles. Would have been helpful since it was blazing hot this weekend!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Omni. Location was great, with easy to access to DTLA. Rooms were clean and spacious. I was quite surprised to see I had a shower and bath. Great experience!
Noe Restaurant was great. Check Groupon for specials!
Room was spacious however shower was a little bit hit and miss which I never like in a hotel. The one thing I was really annoyed about was the smell of cannabis on our floor and when I reported it to the reception nothing was ever sorted and still had the smell for the remainder of our stay.
An elegant downtown hotel that is so convenient to theaters, museums and businesses. Very comfortable rooms with luxuriously comfortable beds. I was impressed with customer service of desk and valet service... they hand you each a bottle of water when you arrive and another on your way out... Nice touch at no charge.
Gorgeous rooms. Pool on mid level roof. Valet service.great location.staff super polite.only here for 1 night, had a great time.
Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff (willing to go out of their way to make guests happy). Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Delicious small pastries upon check in. In a convenient location and walking distance to top notch restaurants, Little Tokyo, and the Grand Central Market. Easy, fast transportation options.
The first night we stayed we woke up to a dirty sheet. Talked to the manager as anyone would get it taken care of for not getting a COMFORTABLE STAY. Second night comes we sleep wake up in hopes everything is better but my luck to see that they had given us the same dirty nasty OLD Blanket. Then for the second manager Tatiana to not be able to do nothing for me staying another uncomfortable night but just to assist and get someone to EXAMINE THE blanket as if that would help my problem IMG_1061.JPG
Attended the Grand cafe buffet. Great service and food selection for a big group.
Great service, very friendly. Good variety of food for brunch.
Had breakfast here and amazing service
It was okay
It's a nice area.

The omni hotel was incredible beautiful location center of everything, once you reach your room fantastic view and service was outstanding will return most definitely.
Nice hotel and great staff, but watch out for the $50 a day parking
Breakfast here is awesome but a little pricey
Large room, great amenities, very clean and conveniently located.
This hotel waa amazingly maintained especially considering how old and classic the omni was. The service was impeccable! Couldn't have asked for a better night in Los Angeles! I would definitely stay there again!
Great location. But there is no self parking.
Amazing experience! Great customer service! Worth every penny!
Incredible service, even at 2am. Bellhop/Valet Brian was exceptional, and the room was squeaky clean and gorgeous. The breakfast buffet is a pretty solid choice, especially if you get the package price. I recommend to anyone coming to LA for any reason
I have only eaten at the restaurant downstairs at the hotel. The food and service is excellent. Food is so reasonably priced.
My time that was spent at the Omni Plaza was relaxed, comfortable, and wonderful, as it was the last time I stayed at the hotel. The hotel personnel, and everyone connected were extremely helpful, and thorough. I give the Omni 2 thumbs up, and 5 stars...thanks a lot Los Angeles.

Great central location to discover LA from. Wonderful rooms and friendly staff
Drinks were good, but a bit pricey

Fantastic locale, food & superb service.
Nice clean and very friendly
Impossible to navigate the building
Room I stayed in was nice.. service was good but parking is pricey
We stayed at the omni at la over the past weekend and I have to say it was one of if not the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff and other guests were very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back and stay if I'm ever in town again.
The inside is beautiful, good restaurants on 3rd level.
It was a good stay a little pricey for my taste since the room was smaller than I thought and you have to pay for wifi
We really enjoyed our four day stay at The Omni. The bed were very comfortable and the towels were thick. Shower had great water pressure. The food in the restaurants was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Completely worth the money .
nice room ...but no option for self parking and charging 49/night for valet ridiculous. Also 10/day for internet is obsurd !!! Had I known this when booking thru other website , I would have gone somewhere else !
The food was decent but the service was dismal. We were handed off several times to various servers, seemingly overlooked a few times. The food, while delicious, took way too long to get to our table. Overall, not worth the extra cost for subpart service, which is a shame considering the food was good.
Not staying here again. Main bar wasn't open during the day and outside local area shops were mostly closed. Typical area of LA, I guess in that way even though it was the weekend. Is close enough to downtown LA, though, so that was good but not walking distance for most people. No discounted parking for guests. Stayed here to go to concert at Dodger stadium, took a cab the first night outside hotel. Cabbie tried to convince me to take a bus, wow, never imagined a cabbie would say such a thing. People were generally nice here and room was ok, so that's why 3 stars. But very expensive for lack of amenities, no parking and makes me want to Airbnb next time I'm in this area of LA.
I was staying at the hotel unexpectedly and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. Beautiful rooms.
Luxurious, beautiful room. Amazing, to-die-for dinner at Noe, extremely courteous and competent staff. I am very impressed!
Very well appointed hotel with a cafe, restaurant /bar. The business district in which it is nestled is very safe yet not far from downtown Hollywood, universal studios, etc. Uber rides are very cheap. ... $4.50 to get to Hollywood Blvd. Staff are professional and very friendly.
When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk upgraded us. He was very pleasant and helpful. The next day theybooked us on a bus tour, last minute. The employee who helped us pick the tour was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great time and a wonderful stay.

We only went there to eat, but the atmosphere was amazing. Sitting outside on couches with the city all around us and amazing food - it was one of the best eating experiences I've had in LA.

Scallops were really cold. Service was slow. Waitress was really really nice
Friendly staff, good food, very clean
Ate dinner at Noe. Delicious salmon, steak, scallops appetizer and creme brulee! Excellent service.
Nice room, helpful staff, great breakfast buffet. Didn't get to check out the garden but it looked cute from above. Thanks!
Comfortable bed, great location, refrigerator and great a/c. Small bath tub,but great view
Great place within the heart of the DTLA footprint
It was nice
The location was fabulous. The valet was super simple. The conference room was very spacious and elegant.

We will quickly accommodated with an early room and the staff treated us very friendly. The valet service and timing was impeccable.
Beautiful hotel, lots to do and enjoy at the hotel itself but everything closes at 10pm, only reason for the 4 and not 5 star
Orange water in the lobby was a small but welcoming gesture. Friendly staff, extremely convenient location. Grand central market is a five minute walk, the broad museum is also within walking distance.
Brunch is good
Came here for their AYCE brunch at Grand Cafe. The quality & food options has gotten a lot better. It's a bit pricey due to the seafood option but there's bottomless mimosa. $55 per person
Nice hotel but a bit dated. Ordered room service but the forgot to deliver the food.
Fantastic service and great location.
Very fancy. I was astonished as to how nice the service and facility was. Would definitely recommend and is truly worth a 5 star rating.
Great and fun place very upscale
Good location. Room is fantastic and staff are very nice as well.
Went here for the lunch buffet. It was really good. The options were plentiful and the wait staff was quick to refill and clear plates. Only downside is the valet is extremely slow.
Had dinner at Noe inside Omni Hotel. It was a lovely experience. The bar tender was great and the service in the restaurant was pleasant. The dinner plates were reasonably priced for downtown LA. Expect to spend between $150 to $200 for pre-dinner cocktails and a 3 course meal for two.
I had the privilege of staying a few nights in 2010. Since then I have revisited the facilities often because I found them very social and entertaining. There seems to be a lot to see on Bunker Hill and the Omini is a great central starting point.
Great service but didn't like the extra costs

Noe restaurant is absolutely wonderful! The service is great and the food is amazing! Will be back soon! ????
Amazing stay. Spacious rooms, great staff, great ambience and close to museums and attractions in Downtown LA.
Got a poor table, I cut my steak and my glass wobbles all over, spilling half my drink, we get relocated but no replacement for my drink. Food was good, nothing amazing tho. Atmosphere was poor floors were unpolished concrete lame.
It was nice.
Great hotel! Friendly staff, great location if you need to be downtown. Close to Grand Central Market and several Metro stations.
I actually did not stay here myself due to a prior booking at a different location but my friends did and they enjoyed their stay. I was dropping them off and picking them up and both times the staff there was very courteous to me and helped with baggage as well as redirecting my vehicle for ease of access. My friends have noted that the location itself is very nice so I would consider staying here myself for future events.
Really nice hotel great service but a bit to expensive for what you get. Room service price were expensive.
Had some trouble getting some stuff we forgot in the room after check out.
Stunning lobby area, excellent pillows and mattresses, incredible staff, great, central location. I can't speak highly enough of this spot.
We at at the Noe Resturant since we had a Groupon. Resturant opens at 5pm, but the lounge area was open for anyone to get a couple pre-dinner drinks. We got the Scallop Appetizer (comes with 3), the 14oz Rib-Eye (delish with mashed potatoes and vegetables), and banana bread pudding ( SO GOOD). Get the raspberry iced tea lemonade cocktail, its so smooth you can't even taste the alcohol! Service was great and atmosphere was beautiful (view of downtown LA during sunset). Definitely would come back again!
Nice setting and great view
It was a nice hotel, but we didn't actually stay at it haha. We just used their shuttle to go to Anime Expo.
Nice ambiance and the food and drinks were great!
Ernesto Candelaria Manacop J.
Nice classic hotel
Very close to the broad museum and next to MOCA.
Good food but not enough selection
Courteous personnel and room was decent. There was no microwave or way to make hot water. There was no fridge that was empty. They were nice about extra blankets/pillows/towels/keycards. Good amount of outlets available. Walking distance to the museums and both interior and exterior was nice. Complimentary infused water was nice but not refilled timely. Access to Peet's Coffee on the 3rd floor was great as well.
Nice facility and location near the beach
This is really nice! I can't lie. It's a bit pricy for economy people. But it's really good. They provide hygiene products in the bathroom, ready to go. If you want Hand Soap, use the Body Soap. Overall, really good stuff. They have a really good view outside during the night.
The Hotel is well decorated and the staff attentive. My only concern is that after you pass the front doors, there was no one to help locate our conference room. The map and electronic display wasn't very helpful. The front desk had one attendant and he was extremely busy. I had to walk back outside to speak with the doorman to get directions.

great service, comfy rooms

Love the room, and the view of Grand Performances.... such a fun night!
Excellent service and great location in downtown LA.
Great location. Would recommend. No complaints.
Very close to all the attractions in downtown like moca, broad, etc... Very nice.
Great place to stay if youre spending time with dtla, and near transit
I attended a special event here recently. The ballrooms have surprisingly? good acoustics and are well-appointed. Comfortable seating, nice bathrooms, and a friendly and helpful staff made the experience pleasant. Parking at the hotel is very expensive so look at neighboring lots for a better deal.
Visited Omni Hotel for a choir conference. The venue was beautiful and I liked the layout of the spaces. The waiting rooms were also nice.
I was only at the Omni for a conference, but the ballrooms we used were great facilities with useful amenities.
Super old School hotel!
good location, nice views, nice evening bar (with cosy vibes and candle lights). Was also pleasantly surprised when they provided me with some toothpaste since mine was finished ... (without need to ask)!
Was a cool hotel. Front desk was polite and helped us get around the city. Overall good experience
We booked a premier view room which had to have a view of California Plaza or the brood / concert hall, instead had the street view. I could have asked to change the room but I was too tired! Excluding this, it's a great hotel! Large and clean room as well as bathroom. Being on a high floor the room was silent, otherwise I think a bit of noise would have felt due to the proximity to the busy street. The location is great for visiting Downtown. Nearby there is the metro station, the brood, concert hall, markets, the city hall, the museum of contemporary art, the spanish district , Japanese district and Chinese district. It's true that in the evening there are not many people around being the business district and there are many homeless people, but they do not bother and homeless in Los Angeles are somewhere everywhere. Breakfast is good and large although it starts a little late. Returning to Los Angeles I would go back to this hotel!
Helpful staff, well sized rooms, well equipped and great location
Great hotel, great staff, great rooms, great breakfast, great location.every at the hotel was great, Parking area was very great, fenced in with easy access, Asked for early check in and all rooms were accommodated. The place was really nice
I've been to the omni severely times now, and have always enjoyed my stay here. Service is good, food and drinks at NOE are delicious and the atmosphere is nice. I definitely recommend this place!
Great and clean environment to hold any event. Would love to come again.
Overpriced, very nice rooms but still really overpriced. I really dont like paying for wifi when I have a report due by the end of the night. Liked the place alot except those issues. They have alot to fix based off that, but its still a pretty good experience overall.
Nice hotel, great location, expensive parking
This Hotel is beautiful.
Door staff was attentive and warm. The lobby is beautiful!
Comfortable, beautiful, good food
The facilities and location we're great for my needs attending a conference at the convention center. The staff was helpful and kind. The only negative is that they were updating the WiFi which lead to some hallway noise and some spotty WiFi service.
Great ambiance--although it's big, it's easy to miss in dtla
Henry E Mayumi Y.
Even with a reservation , there was no room to check in when we arrived at 3pm.
Great location in downtown LA. Self park in California plaza parking structure. To save from Omni hotel parking. Clean rooms.

Walk past this gorgeous hotel, everytime I visit California Plaza and Angel's Knoll!! Can't wait to stay there. :)
Good service and clean rooms.
Love it. Looking forward to staying there soon.
I always feel like a VIP at this hotel! Thank you You Clark
Located in the heart of downtown next to the Walt Disney concert hall, The Broad and Moca. The hotel was very clean and well staffed.
The steak was amazing. I wanted to take it home to cuddle with

Good food. Tough to get in and out of parking.
Nice looking place. Food was ok. Had salmon and a salad. Was there for a conference.
Everything was good, food reasonably-priced, overnight parking a bit expensive.
had a wonderful evening here. the staff is amazing especially Mia at the front desk, and William at the bell desk. also the night time concierge was wonderful! I love this hotel so much!
It has a really nice view. It is very luxurious, nice bedrooms and dining area
Nice place. Friendly staff and clean, updated rooms.
Coordinated a conference there. The staff couldn't have been more attentive. Great customer service.
My wife and I love the brunch buffet at the Omni. They have a great spread and the service is excellent. They take reservations but we have been seated quickly without one twice. The bottomless mimosas are a hit as well as the bacon.
Great service. Cool vibes
Had brunch here on a Saturday morning. I had made a reservation for 10, but immediate seating was available anyway. The buffet is diverse - standard breakfast foods and pastries to endless shellfish to a carving station to fried chicken and the list goes on. $50 is pretty pricy for brunch, but the endless mimosas, quality food, and great service make it worth it.
Visited the Noe restaurant and was impressed by the hotel staff, parking, and the food
Lovely hotel, location a bit quiet, good for business not for leisure unless you hire a car. Service great, rooms great.
Great location, helpful staff, nice rooms.
Very nice and clean. Great experience.
Nice and quiet. Plenty of friendly staff. Food is pricey but that seems to be the norm around Cali.
Used a groupon at the noe restaurant, it was great.
Aly Di C.
Ate at Noe, the food was fantastic! Service was a bit meh but did not damper from the experience.
Very classy and clean. Upscale. Good catering and good for large events.
Very clean, professional, workers very kind
Rooms were nice and clean. Parking is difficult, and the valet was a little pricey for 50 dollars, but over all, a very nice stay.
Went out for the night with my girlfriend. Stopped in for drinks. The staff was fun and great. Really enjoyed our night.
Excellent room a rapid customer service. Would absolutely stay here again.
Great champagne bruch...
The Omni hotel was a good place to stay. The beautiful sculptures inside the hotel and outside of it made my stay fantastic!
Cindy Chang X.
Great hotel! Had my prom here in 2007 and the place is just as I remembered.
Location is near MOCA and Grand Central Market. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had great views of downtown. Free breakfast was included in our stay and it was a great breakfast with eggs, wakes, sausage, potatoes, granola, bagels, fruits and pastries.

Omni is my favorite hotel brand and I was very disappointed over my stay. Room was not properly cleaned from past guest, i got stebbed on this sharp pointy metal scrap that was on room floor near the table. In bathroom, there was yellow watermarks and hairs, seems like some yellow liquid was there and dried. TV was too far from the bed, i have very good vision and I was not able to read TV guides from the bed. Very disappointed for this one of LA's Top Hotels.
Great food and the service is top notch! I really like Mario!!!!
* Booked on Omni site 3 nights at 9:15 PM * Received no email confirmation after 30min. * So booked 3 nights again and no email confirmation after 30 Min. * I called reservation number at 12:10 AM and system was shut down * Fianally received email confirmation 12:22 AM * Called local LA Hotel next morning was told to call Omaha Res * Omaha answered phone identifing themselves as Omni LA (confusing) * Was put on hold/ Music loud and off the frequency (very annoying) * After 7 attempts I was finally able to book 3 nights successfully
Nice hotel, close to a lot of art and culture
No WiFi in conference rooms
Incredible rooms. Staff very friendly. We came here to stay at the hotel for the LA Marathon and the hotel made extra accommodations for us. The location is very nice, as the Staples Center is about 2 miles away and there are many food places nearby. Definitely recommend this hotel!
The room has everything. It has that "Timeshare" feel. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Perfect for late night snaking. This location has a Pizza place, and a Sandwich shop within walking distance...both open late!

Here for a long weekend in March. Attentive staff and nice view of the beach crowd. New lobby bar revamped and opening soon. Hallway carpet and decor is due for refurbishing but still a great location and stay!
Stayed for two days (March 2017 weekend). Room was Okay (noises from hallway, upstairs and next door neighbours). Everything else was not cheap; Wi-Fi $9 per day; $7 for a small bottle of water; $48 for one day valet parking (in and out) and traffic was bad around hotel areas.
Beautiful location, large and extremely comfortable rooms and great staff. We stayed here for one night while our house was getting exterminated. There is lots to see walking distance from here like all the museums and restaurant's in downtown. Will return here next time we need a night out!
The hotel was dirty. I refused to give my daughter a bath as the tub had a thick black ring around the drain. The staff was pushy and condescending and the price to valet was ridiculous
Considerate, polite, quiet, great atmosphere
Would prefer if cash bar then show a menu of options and prices
The thing I remember most about my stays here the soft sheets and comfortable beds
Very nice hotel. Rooms are huge and we'll appointed. Small things are missed though like having somewhere to put your shampoo in the shower.
The place is really nice. As expected from a fancy hotel, it'd well decorated and staffed.
Very nice hotel and updated rooms. Awesome front desk staff. Great location
The orange juice was also a limade and the buffet had poor selection
The location was about .5 miles from the Civic center metro stop which was extremely connvenient. I attended a professional event there recently. It was a good space. I could not eat meat that Friday I attended, so i had a beans and rice vegetarian dish. It was disappointing. However, everything else met my expectations.

Great outdoor bar experience to work and have a glass of wine.
Fine scene and menu, nothing unique
We've been living in downtown Los Angeles for over 20 years and I didn't even know that the Omni Hotel had Spa and Massage services. I took my cousin when she was in town and we had a massage by Brian. I highly recommend this Spa because it has a wide array of services within like facials, whole body massages, partial massages, the list is endless. Go to the Omni Hotel website to see the complete list.
Great brunch buffet
I was just visiting a relative who was staying there
Great service, well kept, gorgeous throughout, excellent food, comfortable beds.
Polite staff, clean rooms, awesome location. Attended a class here and the amenities were great. Recommended for groups of 50 or so.
I've stayed at the Omni in LA three times, and it's always been very good. Plus, it seems to get better every time I go. I used room service for the first time on this trip. The food was quite good, better than most hotels I've stayed at.

My favorite place to stay
It was beautiful, nice ambience. Would definitely go again.
great ambiance and amazing service . management especially banquet management is the best !
Great location, outstanding service, top-notch rooms and decor.
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Ensuite is pretty big and has bath and separate shower. As for the bed, I think I only used a 1/4 of it! Food in the bar on the third floor is tasty, I didn't check out the restaurant.
We had to be in town for a family member's funeral, and when the staff learned of the reason for our stay, they simply could not have been nicer. From the valet to the front desk to the bell man to the housekeeping services to the room service.
Beautiful hotel and the rooms on the executive floor are awesome with free happy hour with all the drinks and food you want! Great service
Stayed here for the night with a friend who was on business. They have a cool hotel car that will take you anywhere in a three mile radius, as well as fresh pineapple and grapefruit water with free apples in the lobby. There is a full length pool. BUT NO HOT TUB!!! Rooms were clean, and well kept, excellent service, would stay there again if I had a need for a hotel.
Super clean and great location. Staff was very professional and friendly. Cookies at the front desk to pick.
room was a nice size, good tv, fridge, good size bed, nice size shower, etc. hotel was a little quirky. the bar downstairs was cool, so be sure to not miss the happy hour there
Customer service was the best I've ever experienced from the valets to the restaurants to the room staff! Unbelievable concern for what we needed and how to best give it to us and always with a friendly smile.
Went for a conference. Overall decent hotel.
Free Valet parking was very nice, no tip policy was nice, nice room with terrific view of downtown LA, good Happy hour at bar at top of building (with great views).
Excellent hotel for business guests coming into the city.
I enjoyed my stay. The room had great views of the Mississippi river! The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was quiet and no external noise
As a majority and minority investor in Marriott, Hilton, and other independently flagged hotels I always pay special attention and love to go to a good hotel. This is a wonderful property with a tremendous staff (they just opened so probably over compensating but they're friendly) one glaring design flaw that has many members of my family feeling a bit..
Great, convenient spot for a quick turnaround stay in LA.
Great location right next to museums/galleries lile the MOCA, The Broad, Disney Concert Hall. Also in walking distance to the Grand Central Market. The hotel itself is immaculate, classy, clean, and has a calm and luxurious atmosphere.
Convenient, comfortable, centrally located
The buffet was amazing! All you can eat seafood!! Loved it
food was good a little pricey but it is downtown
The guest room is clean and the hotel location is good.

The hotel staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in downtown LA and close to a lot of the central locations you'd want if you're visiting here. The hotel itself is quite nice. Updated amenities, spacious rooms, good views. The beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are nice, updated and clean. The hotel gym is ok, not great but not the worst I've ever seen. There are machines for upper body, a hamstring machine, but interestingly no quad machine. There are several treadmills, bikes and elipticals which is nice. There is a heated outdoor pool, open until 10pm. The gym is open 24h a day. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It's large, modern, spacious, and staff are great and it's very comfortable. The location can't be beat and you would have no issues staying here.
My stay was standard, I had no complaints
Attended Indulgence LA festival, really enjoyed the space, the staff was very thoughtful and efficient. I will definitely consider staying here in the future.
not very big, but nice and clean
The beds are clean and comfortable. The lobby is very nice and check-in was a painless process; everything was all ready for me so I only needed to give a name. Finding an entrance to the hotel when arriving after hours can be tricky if you're on foot.
The Sunday brunch us to die for.. mimosa hallelujah

Staff were welcoming, room was quite nice. But parking is $48/day. Spa was underwhelming...on the plus side, my better half said her facial was one of the best she had, on the minus side my massage was the worst I have had. Perhaps I should have provided more guidance than I did (preference for long strokes, as opposed to pressure point work using her thumbs), but I left the hour massage with a sore back (which was not the case when I arrived). Maybe I'm jaded by the great spa and massage I had next door to the Sheraton Kuaii several weeks ago, but this one was not worth the money. Ate breakfast at the Grand Cafe, Tess liked her pancakes with lemon zest, blueberries and maple syrup quite a bit, whereas my "juevos rancheros" were terrible, again the worst I've ever had. Bland pinto beans (with none of the advertised bacon), and no hint of heat, nary a chile to be seen. Order anything but this.
I stayed here with my wife while she was attending a multi-day business meeting. The staff were courteous and attentive. I always felt like I was being taken care of. We stayed on one of the top two floors, so we had access to the guest lounge. It had a great view and the amenities (drinks and snacks during the day, self-serve bar with hot appetizers at night, and breakfast in the morning) were awesome. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance of the Broad Museum, Walt Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, and the Grand Central Market. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great food places for vegan & vegetarians.
Nice, clean, centrally located, rooms are in excellent condition
Nice hotel close to DTLA areas. Only issue was that Uber Drivers have a challenge getting to it. They keep going under the tunnel.
Nothing too special. Drinks are expensive at the bar, but rooms are pretty cheap. The gym is pretty generic - dumbbells up to 50 with minimal machines and several treadmills.
Mediocre room but good view
Hotel was amazing but the parking fee was outrageous!
It was the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed in!!!! The attitude of the staff was HORRIBLE!!!!The staff was extremely RUDE!!!! He treats my friend and I like we were trash!!! (The way he talks to me sounded like I own him a million dollar. I don't know if there is any race issue...to make him treat me like that!) It was 12:00am, my friend and I was on the phone with speakers on. We were just talking with normal volume (phone on volume 2 only!!!). We didn't raise our voice or anything. Then, we receive a complain about the "noise" that we are making by two hotel staff. I know that they have a "night's rest policy" (googled it) about the noise. When the staff was talking to us, he sounds so angry. I apologized at first even though I didn't think I have disturbed any one because we wasn't being loud at all!!! The reason why I apologized is because it is the manner to treat other people!!!! The staff said:" you are being loud! I will stand in front of the door and if I hear any thing I will KICK YOU OUT!!!!!" (he points his index finger at me while he is talking to me) The other staff in black suit was standing behind him and he is so much calmer than the staff who was talking to me. I was like : huh....is that how this hotel train their staff to treat their guest?! What I want to say is IF I have done anything wrong, I am so sorry about it! However, the more important thing is that I treat him with manner and I expect he do the same. While he is accusing me with being loud at night, he was talking ( more like yelling, hurts my ears) even much louder than I was!!! So, IF my voice have disturbed other people, I don't think he is making anything better here!!!! Another thing is that I have read through most of the comments of this hotel by other guests, and I have found out a lot of complains about how bad was the staff treating other guests. Everything that the general manner said was they were truly sorry about the unpleasant experiences..... I mean, if they have found out their mistakes, please work on it and try to improve their imperfections instead of just saying sorry by words but not feeling sorry by heart. There is no meaning of shutting people up because they have negative comments toward the service, people will find out about it eventually, and when that happens, the reputation of the hotel is only going to be worst if they don't fix the problem! Once again, no matter if I was right or wrong I Apologized, and I apologize again here. At the same time, I think the hotel staff who talked to me owe me an apology as well for being so rude to me. I mean you don't normally talk to people like that (with that attitude!!!), at least show some respect like any human being would; I was being polite during the whole situation, so I feel like I should be treated the same. It is extremely rude to point at people, even my 4 years old cousin knows that let along being a well educated staff of a high quality hotel. He didn't even dress properly, he is wearing a white shirt but he did not wear his blazer ( isn't it all the hotel staff are required to wear proper suits? or is it just what I have seen since I was born.........). People did not pay this price for this kind of service here. I am really disappointed with this hotel's service, after all it is a 4.5 star hotel. I wish the person who is in charge of the staff training can know about this and try to make improvements to make this hotel better especially the ATTITUDE, if the staff is experiencing any unpleasant things in life please recommend them to see a psychiatrist or help them to control their emotions better. Is it ok to raise rage toward hotel guests as a hotel staff? Anyways, I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at Downtown LA until the service have been improved, there are a plenty of amazing hotels out there at this price range. P.S. If my normal talking voice can create such a huge disturbance (everyone have said to me to talk louder because they can't hear me) , then the sound barrier material is garbage in this hotel.....
The beds are a little hard but I mostly thought it was okay. The staff were excellent.
Brunch at grand cafe in Omni. Great selection of brunch items including seafood! Loved it.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Location is difficult for Uber and taxi drivers to locate, however.
Brunch was okay. Bottomless mimosas were a definite plus. Lots of delicious seafood.
You can always count on top notch service s in the heart of downtown LA!
They messed up our reservation, and had to wait 1 hr to check in. Parking was redicurously expensive! 3 times more than if u were to park 2 block away
(Translated by Google) Central location in Los Angeles, 10 minutes drive from Union Station. The California Plaza is just in front of the hotel, and there is a live concert at night, and the atmosphere is great! My husband and I stayed for one night in the standard room and used a meal in the hotel restaurant... great food and service. The standard rooms are exceptionally comfortable, large and thick beds, and there is plenty of room in the room and bathroom... it's easy to stay for a week! The helpful staff and the simple check-in and check-out, the Americans are also polite! This Hotel has nice friendly staff.
Decorated for Christmas. Very lovely.
Great service and food
Clean and comfortable
Great location and clean rooms.
Overall a nice experience but there was some hidden fees for WiFi and 42 dollars for parking . We loved the convenience of the sedan service
Banquet room, food, service, and valet was great for a larger gathering. Very attentive wait staff!
Everything was great.

Really nice and clean hotel.
Excellent facility for a reception. The hors d'oeuvres, drinks, stir fry station and desserts were impeccable. Thank you for providing a fantastic service
Beautiful environment. Drinks a little pricy but can't complain.
Stopped by coffer shop for a tea.
Very welcoming and accommodating buffet at the Café was very good
classy DTLA hotel. Old school glamour
We arrived before check in time for the AMA awards, everything was smooth the room size was decent and it also came with a nice view of the pool. Unfortunately the biggest downfall of this hotel is how thin the walls are. Guests in the rooms next to us kepted making loud noises...and they also kepted sending security to our room because we were too loud even though it was 4pm and we were having a conversation between 4 people. It practically it felt like we couldn't even shower without a noise complaint. Besides this, the hotel staff was nice and I would stay again but only if I rent out the surroundings rooms so people won't hear me doing simple tasks like unpacking.

I had brunch at the Grand Cafe. The service was nice and the food was plentiful. I enjoyed being there with my friends.
Very beautiful property. The hotel is connected to the California plaza, which expanded our nearby eatery options. The only complaint have is that there is no self parking. It's valet only.
The concierge noticed the lost expression on my face and took it upon herself to help me find the event I had been hired to photograph there. She was very helpful and set the tone for a great day.
What a classy place! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we had a fantastic time. I ordered the lamb and my god was it good. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet, fancy place to eat on a Wednesday night.
We were at the Omni for dinner at the restaurant, Noe. Beautiful hotel and the food was incredible. I had the salmon and it was phenomenal. Also tried my boyfriend's lamb and it was even better.
Great location, spectacular rooms. Attached right to underground shops that have plenty of options.
Classical Japanese Ambience
Good on site restaurants, very helpful staff and a nice clean and well run hotel.
One of the best I have been too.Staff are the best.Very nice hotel.
I was staying there due to the Porter Ranch gas leak and it was the worst Hotel I ever stayed in. Front desk treats you like trash. The valet doesn't even know how to drive manual Vehicle. I asked them that i prefer to park my own Vehicle but they gave me hard time so I gave up and let them drive it which ended with them burning my clutch. The manager of this Hotel said they will never let him drive it again but the next day the same person drove it. In few weeks there was a accident in the parking and they let other people drive in the parking lot. This placd is filled with lies and rudeness. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel.
Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Surprisingly affordable (for DTLA) prices as compared to other high end hotels here.
Very nice Hotel, but overnight parking prices for guests are a little extreme
Nice omnieonce and atmosphere, comfortable rooms, parking is valet only but expected being in the DT area.
Great old style hotel with friendly staff
I just met some friends who were staying here at a cafe where they had just finished breakfasg, the waitstaff let me eat my (outside) leftovers and brought water for me.

Stayed here while I was going to a convention and would highly recommend staying here ! Love the hospitable staff and the restaurant attached to the hotel! They also have a nice cafe that serves expresso.
Went to the sunday brunch. Service was excellent.
Great bar and amazing pool.
Great location! Superb service and the food was awesome!!!
the location was good, lots of air and light. The service was pretty attentive, although we had some trouble hailing our waiter at the end for the check. The food was quite good, with well sized portions and not too pricey. I ended up being able to bring half of my sandwich home for dinner. the fresh fruit was great too! Overall I had a good time and would certainly consider returning if I was in the area
It's a beautiful hotel with lots of friendly staff eager to assist you in any way they can. I was visiting a friend and the parking situation was difficult.
Great location and nice staff. From the outside it's not much to look at, but rooms are modern and comfortable, and amenities are A+.
Great place! Stayed here for a family wedding, and it was very special.
Great staff nice rooms a good size.

Very nice hotel in the center of downtown

Good hotel. Expensive mini bar and very bad WiFi coverage that is also pricey.
Stopped by for a late night drink at the piano bar. Service was excellent and the drink very enjoyable.
Nice room, nice breakfast service. Confusing way to get in if you come from anywhere but the front.
Grand cafe was nice, service was top notch. But the buffet prices and the valet were a bit expensive.
This is a great hotel. Hotels all around the world can learn from these people, especially old nasty European hotels.
I went to the Gramd Cafe and had there lunch buffet. It waa good food with good desserts.
The location is in downtown. Hotel is very nice.
Room was ok and about what you would expect at a Motel 6. You would think that as much as they charge for a room that parking would be free instead if $48/day. But they did only charge $7 for the bottle of water they left in the room so that was a plus.
Professional staff and excellent meals
Went to the hotel for a professional event and we were located outside, great view, great srrvice, but the appetizers they served were mediocre.
Great customer service. Great proximity to court.
amazing service from staff
Clean, comfortable and overall beautiful place to hangout.
Nice hotel need more night life activities and need to have after hours Dance club
Stopped by after jury duty to look for the bus stop on the opposite side of the street. Great bus stop.
