I am not sure what these old reviews are about... But the experience I had here was SUPERB! I got microneedling and microdermabrasion here for $99 as a grand opening special! (They apparently just opened a new store under new management in December 2018) My laser tech Marilyn was so sweet and informative about skin maintenance.
Was denied a refund on a $1500.00 dollar pa kage by the owner. I started chemo and cannot have laser treatments for a year to a year and a half due to meds. The owner said i signed a contract. Called 3 other laser business in prescott, az, all said a refund would be no problem under the circstances. THANKS for kicking me when I am literally figjting for my life. BAD ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on Laserium, I am a business owner and fully believe that Karma is coming for Laserium. Please treat others the way you would like to be treated if in a similar situation! This is the type of business that cares only about the bottom line, not clients. THANKS AGAIN FOR KICKING ME WHILE I FIGHT FOR MY LIFE!
