A really good value for being on the property with easy walking distance of Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Or use the water taxi.
Loved our room! Location of the hotel can't be beat! Swimming pools were heated! Negative things were no room service, no take out from the better restaurants, and don't order the onion rings from the Fountain!

Dolphin was great. The entire family had fun. Our only thing we wish was the water slide at the pool was open later.
Great place to stay on property. Plenty of things to do at the resort and walking distance to some of the parks. Not to mention the pool!!
Great location for proximity to parks like epcot and Hollywood studios
Check in time is 4pm; we arrived around 9pm after a LONG day and were told the room wasn’t ready. No apology, no compensation offered. Were told we would be texted when the room was available. It was almost a full hour before our room was ready for us. Still no apology, no compensation, when room was not available until almost 10pm. When we arrived in our room, we could hear that the empty room next door had the phone left off the hook and the busy signal was so loud we could hear it through the wall. We had to call the front desk to have this fixed before we could sleep. Lobby is beautiful but without many food options the line at the Fuel food center was unbearably long in the morning. Very underwhelmed and disappointed with this hotel stay. We are Marriott people and are not accustomed to this haphazard style of hotel management. At least apologize and comp a meal if you can’t have a guest room ready at five hours past check in time.
If anybody out there is searching for bargain deals for hotel rooms check ??????????.??? booked a resort on there and they had the best prices any where! This place is beautiful. It's sometimes hard to reach the Front desk but anyone who works at the hotel have been able to answer questions. The food has been amazing.
If anyone out there is trying to find great deals for hotels browse through ??????????.??? made a reservation for a hotel room on there and these guys had the best rates any where! This has become our go-to when going to Disney. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and a quick Uber ride to Disney Springs. Phenomenal pool and beautiful grounds. Limited operations during the pandemic, but still a great hotel!

I would like to give more stars, but there are just too many disappointments to warrant it. We booked this hotel in February before pandemic, knowing it wasn't a Disney owned hotel but had a lot of Disney perks-plus was within walking distance to Epcot and HS. We decided to keep our plans and set off for a great Disney adventure. Everyone on staff we have encountered has been so friendly, and hotel feels safe overall. Our room had multiple issues-drain on tub didn't work, safe was locked and couldn't open, and previous guest left deodorant and pretzels in room that my 1 year old appreciated, though I did not. The hotel sent several workers to fix issues and we moved on. We were disappointed the room did not have a microwave, which we have become accustomed to at Disney hotels. Also, no cafeteria style dining area so no toaster available. The microwave/toaster issue left us scrambling for dining options as many restaurants are closed or limiting hours. We had lots of "snack" dinners and breakfast in room because of this. We were excited by hotel proximity to boardwalk, but almost everything is still closed. Biggest complaint is change in transportation. Buses are mears owned now instead of Disney owned. So instead of dropping off at regular bus stop, you get dropped at another location. HUGE issue for us going to magic kingdom as it took us to main transportation center first, then onto boat or monorail. Added 30 minutes to our trip, with a 5 and 1 year old in tow. Frequency of buses not the same either, and there arent posted times so you can gauge your wait. We were not informed of bus change before we arrived, and we feel we should have been updated that such a major change had occured. We could have planned to drive ourselves instead and saved some stress and time. Overall, we feel a Disney owned property is much better suited for a Disney trip. If you really only wish to visit Epcot or HS, and don't wish for that touch of Disney atmosphere-this may be a great hotel for you. We found ourselves underwhelmed.
We got a great deal for $120 , our room was a corner with 2 balconies, great TV, excellent bed , perfect stay. The hotel has many places to eat, we ate at Shula's the first night which was good, great french onion soup!. Pool bar had great snacks and great drinks, friendly bartenders , we will be back , now that we know how to get those $$ deals
This was our first visit here to this hotel. It has a beautiful lobby and the rooms were okay. Now it was a little tough to find which restaurants were open during our stay. So I suggest you use the Disney World app to your advantage in cases like dining, rides and etc. We did have a little ant issue in our first room but they gladly upgraded and moved us to another room. Which was really cool of them. You'll find yourselves going to Fuel which is a deli/market because there is no room service, my guess would be because of the pandemic. We found that staff (what little they had) were friendly and helpful. The hotel by no means was busy at all which was really convenient. Park shuttle transportation was running and the parks weren't too busy. I can only give three stars here for now from our visit but I'm certain it's a five when fully staffed and functional. Would I recommend? Certainly.
Hotel is clean and nice. Staff are clearly weary from the additional work of 2020 precautions. Dining is a struggle, breakfast is only available 3 days a week, evening dining is also limited. No room service options either. Thank goodness for fuel, the quick service store in the lobby. We got most of our breakfast and lunches there. I would still reccomend the Dolphin but with reservations about dining issues.
The beds were so comfortable!!
Very nice, upscale resort with grotto pool and slide, splash pad for kiddos, restaurants, and more.
Lovely hotel and grounds close to all amenities. We are here for 3 days and no house keeping due to layoffs...So sad for workers down here where tourism is everything for jobs.
Shulas Steakhouse was incredible
The resort is beautiful and very convenient for Epcot.
Great service! Wonderful staff. Perfect for a family!
Clean... freandly, even in this 2020 the service is amazing
We just love it un unbelievable place.
Pretty clean place. It would be nice for them to have a section for smaller kids to be entertained for a bit. And if there is, I was not made aware of it when I asked the staff. The breakfast from the FUEL restaurant was overpriced, as expected. $10 for a microwaved breakfast sandwich. The bellhop and the young man who brought in the extra bed were super nice and provided fast service.
We had reservations and ate at Shula's Steakhouse. The service was very good and dinner was delicious. The best part of the whole meal was the bread. The steak was good but not the best I've ever eaten. The meal was pretty pricey for two people but that was expected.

Great service. Dated. Follows safety regulations.
Great place. Kids love the pool
Nothing open during lunch. Bathrooms are super small. No Disney transport, no magic band support. It is the meriot not a Disney hotel.
My fiancée and I stayed at this resort for 9 days and we had both positive and negative comments about our hotel. Positive: -VERY clean and well kept, no bug problems! -you are able to text their number and request extra housekeeping when you need -very attentive to our needs and even upgraded our room to one with a view since we had never been to their hotel before -they have a free shuttle service to all of the Disney parks plus Disney springs -multiple pools and hot tubs -quiet rooms -a wonderful spa that had great massage offerings -the lobby was spacious and gorgeous Negative: -there is no microwave in the rooms which turned out to be a bigger deal than expected -the restaurants in the resort are very pricey so you either have to order delivery (you will have to meet them outside of the hotel since they aren't allowed inside) or uber somewhere Our overall vacation was lovely and I enjoyed coming back to our resort knowing we would sleep restfully for the next day! Hated to leave this place but look forward to returning!!
Besides waiting for the rides it's magical.
The staff are very friendly do anything for you, rooms are bright and clean, I definitely will be back for a stay
We enjoyed our stay, as honestly I was not sure what to expect given the fact that my husband and I had previously stayed at the Dolphin and were disappointed. We decided to give it another chance as its location is great in proximity to walking distance to some of the Disney Parks (Epcot and Hollywood Studios). The room was clean and all our requests were made prior checking in. The only issue that we faced was when we tried to request items through the Marriott Bonvoy Chat option during our stay. Requests took a very long time to happen, and we ultimately had to come to the Front Desk ourselves to get them. Some of the towels that were provided had some stains, but other than that, it was a good experience. We would stay at the Dolphin again as everything else was great! I hope they stay as clean as they are now during Covid times, because that's what made the whole stay stress-free!
This place is beautiful. It's sometimes hard to reach the Front desk but anyone who works at the hotel have been able to answer questions. The food has been amazing.
Amazing place, loved it
Great location and amenities but my room had a roach running around my bed and through my breakfast. Informed the staff and shared pictures and they didn't seem to care. Only saw the one but makes me wonder what else was there. Lack of concern by staff was alarming.
“Best air conditioner in any hotel ???? I’ve ever stayed in.” - The husband We will stay here again. The location, the comfy beds and the wonderful staff made it an incredible stay. Thank you ????! This picture was taken on the boardwalk in route to Epcot, just a short walk from the hotel.
Very strict on mask . Hotels almost empty. Wait time on ride's same as always. Only fill too third capacity. Lot of stuff closed. I believe hard to get people to work. There week house keeping never came . Orlando's economy as whole appears to be in toilet.
Not the perfect place to stay but if you are visiting Disney, location-wise this is a very convenient place for the whole family. Epcot and Hollywood Studios are just a walking distance and the parks nearby are splendid to walk around and enjoy. However, the rooms are not so large and there weren't enough staff to accommodate our needs.
Had a great time! Pool area is awesome, kids loved the waterfall and the beach to play on. Everyone was nice and food was pretty good.
It's a very interesting hotel that is unlike other Disney hotels
The pool was amazing things to do for kids and adults.
All I wanted out of my whole trip was to go to Epcot... I enjoyed
This has become our go-to when going to Disney. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and a quick Uber ride to Disney Springs. Phenomenal pool and beautiful grounds. Limited operations during the pandemic, but still a great hotel!
Amazing hotel for family vacation. Follow all CDC guidelines
Great location, easy walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios. Many dining choices.
Service barely average. Our server initially seemed attentive, but it became quickly evident that he was not interested on "checking back" with us as he stated he'd do on several instances. I had to wave him over at least 5 times to let him know we were "ready" or when we needed the most mundane something (like order drinks). It became tedious. The food (crab cakes) we're similarly average (decently portioned over-priced for their taste/texture - I'll take quality over quantity almost any day).
Great resort. Close proximity to Epcot, great amenities. No complaints!
The employees have all been awesome. Beds are wonderful and easy to get tonthe parks.
The hotel is beautiful. They have a garden dinning area. The bathrooms are the cleanest public restrooms.
Very small rooms, but very comfortable. The common areas are full of all kinds of interesting art. Take the stairwell to check out the original grafitti art. A different artist on every floor. The rooftop and bar on floor 20 have amazing views.
Although Covid has made inoperable the things we love about the Swan and Dolphin; here is a list of things anyway my husband and I adore about this resort. 1. The food! Whether at the ice cream parlor with their awesome burgers, the 2nd floor open bar with their great snack options, the Picabu 24 hour cafe that has a great selection of Latin food for a great price!, Fuel when you need that coffee pick-me-up with a chocolate croissant of course ???? or the 4 restaurants they have on property... You can't go wrong because they do it so right! 2. The ambiance inside the hotel is warm and inviting. With an array of seating areas both indoors and outdoors you can find time to unwind with a group or by yourself. You even have great walking trails as well, one in particular that will lead you to Epcot or Hollywood studios (your pick). ???? Either way you will find yourself in a tranquil setting. 3. The Spa!! Mandara Spa is a beautiful spa often located in top resort destinations like Atlantis. The decor will transport you into another place altogether.
Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will differently be returning for another stsy.
Great time, great location, awesome people.
This place is stunning. One of my favorite resorts on Disney property! Staff are super friendly and understanding, rooms were spotlessly clean, and our stay was amazing. We'll definitely be coming back again very soon
Beautiful lobby, Friendly staff, and a relaxing pool. However, 4 nights,$880 dollars later and our room wasn’t cleaned. Each night before we laid down, my wife would clean and make our bed. So much for her having a vacation, huh. It wouldn’t be too much to ask for 15 minutes of their time to, at the very least, make the beds. I’m pretty sure you could find a place that makes the beds so you don’t have to after all it’s vacation from working.
Favorite place to stay at Disney . The staff is absolutely fantastic . Don’t miss a drink at one of their excellent bars . Kids and adults will love the pool and easy walking to the attractions.
Beautiful resort! Caution, very thin walls and our hallway smelled like pot which creeped into our room. Thought it was a no smoking hotel? No boats running due to covid, but you can walk to 2 parks. Long walk. Very limited staff and dining options. No concierge, no guest services. Computers had issues when checking out. Only saw fuel restaurant open limited, so make sure you don't arrive hungry. The staff that were there were very pleasant, but glad to not pay big bucks for such thin walls. Rooms clean and nice linens. Must wear masks everywhere at Disney property. Lobby bar beautiful and I did enjoy a nice glass of wine there after the park.
My bed fell apart, shard of glass on floor outside of room, washing machine ruined my clothes, valet and resort charges added but not all the property is open. My one night stay at Swan was way better and the staff at the Swan are more attentive. I would stay at the Swan again but never the Dolphin. Both Swan and Dolphin need new hall carpets but otherwise Swan was much better.
Very nice place! I was just visiting my son there, but I would stay sometime.
Great hotel very close walk to Epcot and HW Studios. Dolphin hotel is nicer than the swan
Disney is dope.
Doing a great job keeping everyone safe and everything clean.
Beautiful hotel, nice pools, child friendly
Has everything you need and then some affordable
Wish I could have stayed forever
Very nice, clean rooms, all of the modern features your would want. There was a very oddly shaped room safe, nice pool area, lots of little stores and things. I read online that some Disney resorts have removed the do not disturb sign for the door handle and will inspect your room every 24 hours regardless of if you are in it or not. The dolphin had a do not disturb sign so I'm not sure if this is their policy. There was nothing on the website about it. This is a total invasion of privacy in the name of safety. Safety at Disney is security theater just like it is everywhere else. I took a firearm with me as I always do everywhere I go. I wouldn't have left it in the room when I wasn't there anyways, I locked it up in the car but I still think it's total garbage to invade people's privacy and very shady on Disney's part to not post their policies like that on the website.
So not impressed. I had expected so much more, and finally being able to stay at the Dolphin, I was disappointed. The rooms were, to be fair, slightly larger than some, but no cleaner and in desperate need of an update. Nasty carpet and cruddy corners in the bathroom made my experience no better than the average low-end Disney resort, but the regular price is CONSIDERABLY more. The bars and restaurants shut down early and the bartenders were surly. Not staying in the super expensive rooms, the tower that I stayed in reeked of black mold when getting off of the elevator, clearly indicating a lack of cleaning in the air system and other places. The air unit in the room had been left a jar, and there was nothing more than the cheapest airfilter in it. No attempt was made to slow down the flow of microparticles. The restaurant I went to was nice, and the pool was nice. The location was great, but I expected so much more from what touts to be a higher-end hotel. My stay at some of the other resorts that are considerably less were no less enjoyable.
I'm working close to there it's not that fun
I haven't stayed here but was just watching the news that they are gonna have to start laying people off because there is no one staying there ok well lower your prices that are more affordable and you might have people staying there I mean 233.00 a night and by the time you stay a week that's more than a mortgage where I am from
Had a conference there
Love this hotel! Great rooms. Great proximity to the parks.
It's so empty here I feel like I have the whole place to myself well except for shorty
Really enjoy the Disney Dolphin and the Swan. Excellent accommodations and great strategic location next to Disney Boardwalk and Epcot (Hollywood Studios is close as well). Beautiful setting on small ponds and lush green walkways with multiple pools. There are quite a number of very good restaurants and other places to grab something great to eat. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed at both the Dolphin and Swan now and would return to either.
Not very prepared for new guests at the moment. Housekeeping came in my room before checkout and threw all my food away and took my neoces gift to lost and found. We were compensated 75 dollalrs. Restaurants in the area have a 2 hour wait on usual.
Excellent service. Courteous and helpful staff. Very clean. Fantastic view from our two balconies! Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on our balconies.
Best stay ever!!!!
Mildew/Mold is everywhere. Bathrooms have no fans or proper ventilation so moisture is trapped in the bathroom and is heavily dripping from the ceiling, walls and door for hours even after just a brief shower. The hallways have mold on the walls, ceilings, fire alarm devices. Light fixtures are rusting showing this has been a long term problem. We asked to speak with the on duty manager, which we needed to wait for him for 2 hours, he then tried to dismiss this as just mildew as though it is acceptable to him for families to stay and sleep in that environment. An uncomfortable bed, poor service or even small rooms do not compare to an unsafe environment. Keep yourself and your children away from this hotel until they permanently solve this problem instead of just using paint or chemicals to conceal it, as they are currently doing.
Amazing hotel. Great waterfall pool and slide. Easy walking distance to the Boardwalk.
Mean and uncaring people. I would never pay their prices to stay there.
This is a gorgeous place and truly a great experience
Overall a decent resort if you’re staying for a Disney vacation. Pro’s: it’s close to all the parks and an easy walk into Epcot and Hollywood Studios, or dinner on the Boardwalk. Pricing is good for a mid-range resort that’s close to the parks and has transportation options. Cons: rooms are not really up to date and combined with the hallways feels like it needs a little love. The pool gets extremely crowded early on, there’s no point showing up past 10 AM. Self parking and “resort package fee” push pricing for no real benefit and should both be included in room pricing. Food options are limited at the moment but should be better Post-Covid. Overall you get good bang for your buck.
After paying for a room with 2 queen sized beds we were given a tiny room with 2 full sized beds, that smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. After trying to call the front desk for nearly and hour we finally gave up and went to the front desk to straighten things out. Terrible service so far!!!
So disappointed! This is our first time staying here and boy are they not ready to reopen... we woke up this morning and none of the restaurants are serving any food. We were told by the front seat to go walk the boardwalk in 90degree heat to find nothing was open. We had to get our car from valet and leave the property sweating and extremely hungry. The concierge services are nonexistent and no room services at this time. No fairy or buses in service. Nothing of what is online is operating currently. The texting services that attempts to act as a concierge service is not of any help it just give auto responses and then eventually someone “Carlos,” calla as I requested and send me to the restaurant which was closed so he was of no help at all. I can’t believe Disney property would be this unprepared to attend to their guests. Terribly disappointed. In room 6116 in case anyone cares to help us get a restaurant reservation like I have been requesting.
3rd vacation here just came to a close. Has been great every year. Kids love it. Highly recommend.
Expensive but great food & location. Pools are amazing!

Great View of the canals, easy boat transport access to the Park. Great views of the Fireworks at night. Easy walk to Hollywood Studios, especially if you want to get their before anything has opened.
Overall Very Great Experience, took my 2 kids they had a great time
Good lord I think they disabled the ratings for Disney World. Dont go. You'll mostly likely catch covid and die
Love it a million
Very great staff and beautiful inside.
I worked there
Went for a dance comp. rly nice, fun and clean. Food is very convenient and there’s a range of not too pricy places and the expensive restaurants. Nice walk around the resort. Highly recommend
It's my home
Excellent resort. It's not overwhelmingly Disney like most other resorts on property.
Good luck trying to get a refund on a room deposit. Canceled my reservation for a june 1st visit, 7 weeks ago and still have yet to see my $230.00 deposit. Have call 3 times, first told it can take 2 weeks. Next call they told me it could take up to 30 days. Now im on hold with them in the phone again, and im about to go through my bank. Apparently this multi billion dollar company needs $230 dollars more than i do. Going on 8 weeks now after lest phone call.
The whole experience was spectacular. Thank you
Paid top dollar for best room to take my wife and 2 y/o... and they gave us a sub-level room stating thats what we booked...charged more to move us into a decent room the following night after we complained.
A little pricey. Why does a room have to cost so much when yiure barely in it. Yes, I understand cover overhead and housekeeping costs, but surely that's not hundreds of dollars a night. This would apply to ALL hotels at dusbey and every where
Very disappointed with customer service at this hotel. They took a deposit out of my account for the reservation. Had to cancel and did cancel within the allotted window but getting a refund on that deposit took forever. First they said it would take 2 weeks. Then i was told they were delayed on giving refunds and they wouldnt give me a clear answer on when I could get my money back. After calling 3 times, emailing twice, and calling corporate I finally got my refund after a month because I filed THROUGH MY BANK. If i hadnt gone through my bank who knows how long this would have drawn out. Its not like this is a poor mom and pop hotel. You would expect better from Marriott!
I really like & love this place 200000%!!!!!!!!!
My business partner and I attended the 10 figure mastermind conference here and I must say this resort is BEAUTIFUL! My favorite place so far. Even though we were there for business we were able to check out one of the spots inside where you can get food. Fuel is definitely a spot for Vegans & Vegetarians. They also have fine dining and other types of places where you can eat of grab a drink. I also love how they have an itinerary listed in the lobby of things to do around the resort. My first visit here was for business but trust me when I say I’ll be back and it will be all about me and my Family! See you soon Walt Disney World Resorts!!!

Services at this hotel are great. Rooms are comfy, not the biggest in the world but roomy enough, restaurants are top top, room service on point, came here with two children and a teenager (got another room for that one) jajaja needed. Would stay here again for sure.
For the price , the rooms were very small. Even the bathroom was small. So small that the bathroom door only opened half way before hitting the bathtub. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. And the bath towels were hard and scratchy like sand paper. Check in took way too long , and we had to pay $25 a day to park (not valet). The staff were not friendly or very helpful. We will not be staying there again. Was very disappointed.
Amazing staff, uplifting customer service.
Stay there alot and can't seem to get in our room until very late. Then they gave us a room key for someone else's room. We went in a man in bed in his skivvies sleeping and snoring.
The park is beautiful. Many many things to do, but the employees were sad and it rubbed off to the customer (ME) numerous times. It was NOT the happiest place on earth. I dont know when we will ever return. :(.
If you can get a good deal, stay here. Clean, excellent location, lots of food options. Hallways need new carpet, it's gross. But everything else is really nice. Keep fees in mind when looking at pricing.
Booked a room and was quoted one price, got the Email confirmation Which was the same quoted price. Checked in and signed for the room at the same price and then was charged a different higher price. Was told there is a mandatory $30 resort fee for every reservation. Problem is, this was not listed on any confirmation and even when asked we were not told about the fee, only when we saw it on the bank statement did we know about it. Spoke with three different “managers” to no avail. This is false advertising along with a bunch of no customer service. Will not be staying here again just on principle of the whole matter. I hope if anyone reads this review you will stay some where else because these people will not be honest with you and if they do charge you wrong you will not get it back.
This hotel was nice but nothing outstanding. It's also a little odd that it's on property but not part of the Disney system. The best reason to stay here would be if you were walking to Epcot, because the entrance is practically on the hotel property and you can walk right into the park without going through the crowd at the main gates.
Beautiful lobby, excellent rooms. Too level concierge and device. Magical
very nice and clean hotel that was suitable for everyone. staff was also pretty friendly as well.
High style at low price
The hotel overall is visually amazing, but the rooms are average. I get that you're likely not in the room much, but for the price paid, it should be better. That aside, it's in between Epcot and Hollywood Studios, my favorite parks. Easy walk or boat ride to either. The Boardwalk being right there is great too.
Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. But the most impressive reason I would recommend and I would definitely return to this hotel is because of their honestly. I left my wallet with everything I own in it. And it was returned to me with everything intact!!!!
This place was excellent!!!
(Translated by Google) Very cozy (Original) Muy acogedor
If you're not actually staying there, it's $25 plus tax just to park! Even if you're there for a convention. If you leave the hotel lot and come back an hour later, it's another full $25!!
Very nice hotel. Great views. Just get rid of the dated carpet in the hallways.
The hotel super beautiful , great bar etc
We stay here all the time. Great staff and so Convenient. Awesome place
Amazing, beautiful, perfect. Disney does it right, this resort is stunning. The staff is great and property is beautiful. I would return anytime!
We love to stay on Disney property when visiting the parks. This was our 3rd visit to Swan and Dolphin and first time staying at the Dolphin. We loved it. Easy transportation to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk. All of our favorite stops. We especially like the Kareoke Japanese restaurant in the Swan, it's a favorite every stay. Can't go wrong with all the amenities at the Swan or Dolphin. Plenty of restaurants and shops too.
Amazing. Great place to stay. Very close to Hollywood studios and epcot. About 25 minutes walk from each.
Family friendly and also very accommodating! Very close to Epcot and the boardwalk!
Parking is tight, rooms are ok, poolis ok, it's just like any Disney property. Bank the points.
Great service. Shuttle to the park or boat ride. Friendly staff and rooms are quality.
Very basic accommodation but location is everything

Great hotel and friendly staff. The layout is a bit confusing, especially getting to the restaurants and cafes on the ground level.

The room was comfortable and clean and a very good value. Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Great place to stay.
It was so fun!!!
This hotel is very beautiful and affordable if you plan your budget around it
I really enjoyed staying here while I was in Disney a month ago. It was enjoyable, and convenient to get from the resort to the parks. It was more amazing that my family got a discount due to my father's job. I really like it here, and you won't regret it! But... since it isn't a Disney resort it does not have Disney Dining Plan or Magicbands provided so it made us have to buy some. I still love it here!
I like the big sculpture outside and how you may climb aboard the fairy boat that will take you to the other properties
A little worn but staff is wonderful and you are on Disney property.eady access to Epcot and MGM.
The food is great...salads and wraps that you may pick your own individual ingredients. Rolls are varied and tastey. Delicious dessert buffet after your lunch all included! Servers are friendly and attentive. Never had to wait for a table...plenty of room. Accommodating for larger groups.
Amazing time with friends and family
Beautiful Hotel, Great Restaurants and Water Features and an Awesome Lobby!! ????????????????
Great place to stay
Had so much fun.
After being gone since early this morning coming back to unmade beds and no clean towels was disappointing. I understand mistakes happen but when I call down front I'm told it's a two hour window for housekeeping. Unacceptable for a high end resort. If you are looking for quality within disney this is not it.
Very nice great staff great restaurants and location
Beautiful hotel, beautiful property and an absolutely magical place over all. Connected to Disney properties making it simple and stress free to get to the parks, and restaurants. Amazing week here, Will be back!
The only thing I like about this hotel is the location and the cafe in the lobby. Our fire alarm in our went off at 3 am after taking a hot shower and the management didn’t seem surprised. Apparently that’s normal at this hotel. They also don’t feel like they should give your money back after saying they would. All around bad experience for my son’s first birthday.

Great customer service! Clean great food!
Enjoyable because it is so close to Epcot. Everything is in walking distance, although there are other ways to get around. Such as many of the different kinds of Disney transportation systems. I do confess, this is my least favorite resort to stay in while on Disney property. We were charged with many miscellaneous bills that were just for staying in a room. I have not received these kind of charges from Non-Marriott Disney resorts.
had breakfast at Picabu not busy, very fast excellent fooc
It is a lot of fun to get away from Oregon for my trip and I would recommend that this is the best place for a good vacation
Clean good price point excellent resturaunts.

This hotel is NOT owned by Disney, the don't particpate in the dinning plan. But they real reason for my 2 stars is that they sell to hide the fact that they are not Disney.
Being a Walt Disney World Resort. They did not disappoint. The self-parking is pretty far away but walking is good for you. We weren't there that long and checked in super late. But I appreciate the hospitality. .
Beautiful resort, professional staff but not a place for peace and quiet. Charged for parking with no alternative but to pay, unsat.
This place is awesome! There is a beautiful pool and man made beach. I went alone for some relaxation and it was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful when I had any questions about the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean.
An amazing hotel with water taxi and easy to get anyone at Disney. And they take Marriott points which makes this a great value too.
Fantastic hotel for adults. Nice and quiet after crazy days in the parks.
Nice family place

This is not a family hotel. They focus on conventions. Room clean. View was of flithy roof tops. It was horrible. Had to pay more for a room directly across the hall. Staff not "disney" friendly. Lobby bar loud with all business people. Not a place for us to have a nice drink. Very expensive mistake for my husband's birthday getaway. Never again.
Always top-notch at Walt Disney. Beautiful grounds. Very great staff
Its amazing! The service is great and the food is wonderful! Not to mention this place is like a dreamland. A total bring for kids!??
It is such a great place for family's to get together because there is something for everyone to do and enjoy!!!!! it seems to make you forget about the real world???

A good resort for a complete family Disney package. Easy stay.
Nice hotel that is very close to the Disney Boardwalk and the rear entrance to Epcot. Room was ok, but a bit tight for the 5 it was supposed to fit. The two beds seemed smaller than two queens, and we needed a rollaway bed for our 5th.
Very clean friendly resort. Alot to do there. Close to the parks but not in the middle of alot.of people
What can you say, top of the line, high class fancy place. Place is elegant and beautiful. One thing I noticed is that some Disney employees are extremely rude. For example, 3 employees walking side by side on sidewalk, would not move, and we had to stop and get off sidewalk for them.
Dolphin is an amazing hotel, has great restaurants and the Mandarin spa was amazing. Could spend all day in there.

Great location and staff.
Wonderful hotel with a wonderful property. Easy to get to all the parks and excellent on site restaurants. Check-in staff was some of the best we have ever seen.
Very disappointed with this hotel . We were given a room with A view to the dumpster wich wasn't the major problem , we kept the curtains close ,but of course that did not protect us from the noise that the trash trucks made a 4:00 am everyday . Definitely no the place to stay.
Beautiful place nice rooms . meals were great esp the lunches . friendly courteous staff . my shoe sole had seperated and floor staff found some glue for me and then asked me about my shoe the next day . Awesome expirence for me ... 1st time at Dolphin resort and Florida .
Relaxing nice quiet spot and a close walk to the boardwalk.
A nice hotel with great views. There is a boat that takes you to Epcot and back.
A family friendly hotel with 15 min walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios. There are balcony rooms where nightly fire work can be watched from. Nice steak and seafood restaurants within the hotel too!
Great place to stay! Although it's not officially a Disney Resort, it's under the Marriott family so you can use/earn points for your visit. You can also catch a water taxi to bring you directly to Disney Studios, from where you can catch the Skyline to go to Epcot or catch a bus to the Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom. Plus, since it's not a Disney owned resort, you'll find much better places to eat, like Shula's Steakhouse. I've always stayed at a Disney property and only stayed here one night this trip because we came one day early and had reservations at the Riviera, but next time, I think this is the place we're going to stay. I can't think of one downside except the fact that it doesn't have as many direct access as parks, like the Grand Floridian. We always stayed at the Grand Floridian when my daughters were younger, now that they're teenagers and get around on their own, I think this is the place to stay. I'll definitely be back!
Good place for a Disney Park's trip!
Nice and clean Disney hotel but disappointed with the fireworks view. We paid extra for a fireworks view and balcony room but didn't really see much of the fireworks as it is blocked by tall trees and some part of other hotels.
Disney is awesome
This hotel, as with all disney hotels, is way overpriced. The details that I expect of Disney are not there. The room is just an average room. The service at Fresh, one of the restaurants there, is non-existent. It is nice to be able to walk to epcot or Hollywood studios from the hotel, but that is the only advantage over any other hotel in the disney area. On a bright note, the picabo cafeteria is an under-rated place to eat. It doesn't look like much, but it have good food. Conclusion: Don't stay there, but if you are walking the boardwalk, do check it out for the lobby and grab a bite at picabo.
The Walt Disney Dolphin & Swan Resort is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed very clean and comfortable and the view was pretty great too. They have a great selection of on-site restaurants and a beautiful walk-way that connects the Swan to the Dolphin allowing guests to enjoy the amenities and restaurants at both hotels. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great high end resort, close to the parks with great service and accomadations.
We had prepaid for a room with king size bed. When we checked in at 7:30 pm, we were actually told that our room was not ready!!!!! The manager finally found us a room..., however, the toilet didn’t flush and the sink was clogged. It was the worst experience.
Love it but TOO EXPENSIVE

Nice place.. pricey but it's Disney area.
What can I say...this place is insane! Fortunately I went with work, so everything was paid for. It was incredibly expensive though so if I had to pay myself I would knock it down to 4 stars because it was so crazy expensive. Everything is exactly what you expect for an American Disney resort - everything was huge, looked like it cost a fortune, super friendly staff and amazing varieties of foods and drinks. Not a hug fan of American toilets as I feel there is zero privacy, but everything else was so good it can be forgiven.
It's a beautiful and nice hotel, but you cannot use the quick service dining card at the hotel (It's only good inside the parks.), and they do not offer the unlimited soft drink cup like most WDW resorts do, so you may not have some of the amenities that you receive at other WDW resorts. Transportation to and from the parks was great, though. Parking is $25 per day at The Dolphin versus $13 per day at some of the other WDW resorts, and they charge a food resort fee in addition to tax and any tips. All of these extra fees really add up quickly, so I am not sure that I would stay at this resort again in the future.
We went here for breakfast. They charged us $25 for parking and would not validate. We won't be back.

Highly recommend ,spacious rooms ,awesome staff
So as a hotel/resort it's really nice. But if you want to stay at a Disney hotel and get the full Disney experience, this is not the place for you. While it has all the stuff you'd expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel, it lack's the extras that even "Value" Disney resorts have. No magic bands, no charging purchases to your room, no dining plan. It's a fine hotel, just not a Disney hotel.
Management and Staff were great! Older hotel but upgraded and nice. Lots of food options. Grounds were well maintained. Parking was a mess due to an event. Overall pretty satisfied.
I have stayed at allot of Disney Resorts and this is my favorite. The lobby is really impressive, the goodies ten times better, and the activities for kids really comes in handy for a date night. I can't believe I waited so long to try it out. It's also my less expensive that the higher tier resorts. Highly recommend
Beautiful lobby! The valets were top notch. Took a look at the car to check for damage. Very personable. The "Fuel" shop is snacks, sandwiches and coffee.... Nice!!!
Stayed 2 nights here. Found a giant roach in the bathroom in last night. The roach walked around whole bathroom sink and counters. Disgusting. Ruined my last day of trip. Talked to concierge when we checked out. Just said “Sorry”
Easy to get back and forth to the Park.

I have wanted to stay at the Dolphin resort for many years and this last vacation allowed us the perfect opportunity for my husband and I to stay one night after our adult children left for home. First, let me say that we are Disney Vacation Club members, so we are accustomed to exceptional accommodations and service. We arrived and had paid in advance for a fireworks room with a balcony. We were told upon arrival that this type of room would not be available so they offered us a $40 credit to make up for the downgrade. I will say that the room was lovely and appeared clean. That is the only positive I can note. We waited for over an hour for our luggage to be brought up by the bellhop and when it did not arrive my husband walked down to the lobby to get our luggage himself only to be told that someone would bring it up right away. When it arrived in our room we immediately noticed that the zipper of the front pocket of our suitcase had been shredded and is not longer usable. He asked the manager to put in a claim and after a week we have been informed that they are not responsible for the damage, even though it had stuff in the pocket and was clearly in perfect condition when we arrived. I suspect the damage was the reason for the 90 minute wait for it to be brought to our room and I am sad that they could not just have said they are sorry for the damage. Instead they would ask us to believe that it had been that way when we arrived, which we know it was not. Later that night we ordered room service, as I was not feeling the best. The food was less than stellar for the almost $100 it cost. When we had finished we called back down and told them we had put the cart out in the hallway and were told someone would come for it right away. The next morning when we checked out the tray, covered with unfinished food, was still sitting in the hallway, which seems very unsanitary to me. I am glad we had the chance to stay there and I can say without question that we will never stay there again! We go several times a year and refer many people to our favorite hotels as well and the only recommendation I will be giving anyone is to avoid staying at this resort. It was our most disappointing stay in over 20 years of visiting WDW.

Beware if something comes up last minute and you are forced to cancel your reservation. Their policy requires a 5 day cancellation notice or you’ll be charged the full price of your stay! I attempted to cancel my reservation tonight (3 days prior to my stay) and they absolutely would not help me out. $380 for a room that I won’t even be able to use now! Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Awesome pool. Got in about 2 mile swim. Think it is longer than 25meters though. Closer to 30 meters
Needs more vibes and remodeling
Clean and beautiful hotel!
Sub par, massive, impersonal overpriced Disney: as stated by others, no magic here. Front desk staff overly aggressive regarding selling add ins to rooms. Run down, and moldy smell in bathroom, inferior bath products (had to make a run to buy my own as well as to purchase room spray to freshen the overall smell) and not even a DND sign for your hotel door. The bathroom is the size of a postage stamp. And the sink is outside of it. Standard room is cramped and should be called the "Substandard" room for all the details listed above. Stay at another Disney property or, better yet, somewhere closer to reasonably priced food and other stores. Many non Disney hotels nearby which I will most definitely seriously consider based on this experience.

Not satisfied with the service. We will not return
Check-in was a mess, they confused me for another guest (even though they take ID and credit card?? Have never had this happen before). Luckily I caught it toward the end of the process and they redid my check-in correctly. They’re trying their best but it’s a massive hotel so expect things to go wrong. Room was decent and large sized but there was a strange buzzing noise that was a little annoying.
Great family fun.
This is quite impressive. Nothing else to say, it's Disney
Clean, lovely and ripoff expensive! A $22.00 cheese burger? Really? $4.53 for an avg 16 oz coffee nowhere near as good as Starbucks. ($9+ for a keto coffee, btw. No thanks!) Gouge gouge gouge. Disappointed in Disney. Will NOT be doing further events here.
I arrived at the 4pm check-in time but our room wasn't ready til after 5pm. After a 7.5-hour drive, I was very aggravated that I had to wait. The room was pretty standard. It was nice and clean. However the heating system was noisy at night. Parking cost $25 per day.

Great location, great service and very clean.
The place was nice but it wasn’t themed like other Disney resorts like boardwalk and yacht club. It was within walking distance of Epcot and Hollywood, so that’s a plus. They also have a boat to shuttle people but I’d rather walk.
Rooms not as nice as a Marriott
Took 3 to 4 hours and we are still waiting to get a shower mat for the bathtub. A potential safety issue for my wife.
I have always liked the Swan and dolphin as they were a breath of fresh air from typical Disney price gouging. However they have taken advantage of the new rides at Hollywood studios and have raised prices 150% from the exact same dates the previous 3 years. I would understand a price hike but not this much. Disney is hardly accessable to average people anymore and this greed is exactly why. Shame on Marriot
Place was clean, but maid services were slow. Came back a couple of times after three and room was not made up yet. Coffee maker still had coffee from from that morning still in it.

The hotel lobby and common areas were clean and well maintained but the rooms were just so so. First the bathrooms were not that clean. Grout lines on the shower wall and around the tub and baseboards were dirty. The bathrooms were small and did not look updated, however, their website says it was renovated in 2017. It probably was but it was not kept. I wish there was a microwave in the room because the food I ordered through room service was cold.
The views are great and the rooms are large. They need a remodel and the prices are high compared to other options. Being a non Disney hotel you'll find a lot of add ons to your bill. Awesome location!
Very, very disappointed with the lack of service. We reported an issue with our room. 5 hours later, no service. We called front desk and we were told it would be taken care of right away. 1 hour later, no service. We asked, to change rooms. No problem, they gave us a smaller room with no view. Stayed one night, checked out. For the rates they charge, service should not be an issue!

The hotel was nice, rooms very clean, need better room doors by the elevators very noisy. Do not buy drinks at the hotel bar, ridiculous prices. 2 single liquor drinks not even top shelf were over $35 dollars. Better off bringing your own. ???? Walt would probably be in shock.
The building is old and you can see mold here and there
Had trouble with outside contractor when booking the site, David Witt the one of the managers went above and beyond to help resolve our issues. Didn't get the rooms we originally booked but we were compensated for that.
Excellent resort and food is amazing
Great place to stay if visiting Epcot or any of Disney's parks.
We stopped in to the dolphin for a spa treatment and some dinner at Bluezoo. Both of those experiences were amazing and the hotel itself is lovely with a number of fantastic amenities. The location right between Hollywood studios and Epcot cant be beat! Lovely hotel!
Well its lovely grounds
It was my 1st time in USA. Nothing to complain. Really loved it

I was only here for a convention, so I can't speak of the rooms, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful. The hotel is also just a short walk to the park which is a bonus.
The hotel property is very nice and convenient to Epcot and Hollywood studios. The housekeeping service was indifferent. Beds poorly made, supplies added randomly. Room Service was terrible the one day we tried it. They lost our order and didn't offer any help or apologies.

We've stayed so many times we've lost. Count! Lovely renovated rooms. Great servicr
The resort and room was very clean, all of the staff were very pleasant and nice. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was a bit expensive especially when they add all of the additional charges, like parking, gym/pool usage fees (even if you don't use them), etc. Could have stayed at the Hilton and had the same experience for a lot less.

We checked in at around 11 and the roll away we paid for was not there. We called and they said it would be taken care of so we left for the park. 8 hours later we returned and it still wasn't there. We called and it took another half hour before it got there. It does not help that the family member who slept on it said it was the most uncomfortable thing they have ever slept on. I am very disappointed and will likely not come back. The service we have received is not worth the cost by any means.
The hotel definitely appears dated once you get outside of the lobby. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms have decent views. However, the check-in and guest care is abysmal. You're paying $30 for "resort fees" but I had to beg with the front desk to get what was listed on the card (smores and information on their ferry to WDW). They "upgraded" me to the exact room i paid for. As a Marriott member who stays upwards of 70 nights/year on properties, this one certainly lacks the care for their valued customers. If you are in the area save the money and either stay on the WDW properties or go off-resort to another Marriott property.

Very unhappy at the dolphin. Specifically requested 2 rooms close to each other when I booked and the rooms are at opposite ends of the hotel. No way to fix this. We weren't notified when our room was ready. Spent an hour on the phone figuring out why we weren't notified and even if we had rooms and this was after checking in 5 hours earlier!! Resolution? Have been to this hotel at least 10 times. Convenience to epcot is a plus. Nice property but after all these years they need to start updating it. Between the swan and dolphin there are plenty of food options to choose from.
Extremely disappointed with their customer service, especially after having high status with the bonvoy program. Despite making a request for something 4 times, it still wasn't done. The experience really spoiled our celebration and we won't be staying here again.

Terrific place to stay. One of the expensive hotels of Disney but worth it! Transportation of Boat or walking close by.
Couldn't get into room until 5:30. Rooms dated with old furniture. Spilled soda on floor and when wiped up the white cloth was black. I don't think they mop. Paid a lot for a suite. Kitchens old, sleeper sofas old and worn(no sheets), coffee table old. Dresser/Desk/Console pulled away from wall leaving no room between beds and dresser to walk. Breakfast food trays sat in halls all day long every day(past 4 pm). We were there four days.
The service sucks.
Always a nice stay

Reserved 3 rooms for family vacation. 2 of 3 rooms didn’t have shower curtains. 1 room missed daily cleaning during our stay. Front desk didn’t seemed too concerned when we brought it to their attention. As a frequent traveler, was quite disappointed with the property.
Shula's restaurant was great. Beef tartar was so good
Yeah, it's incredible... and also incredibly expensive. I'm not sure if the bang is worth your buck on this.
I liked the fact that this resort is on the Disney properties. You can just take free transportation from the airport to the resort and from there you can take free transportation to all things Disney! The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The only thing I was unaware of was that this is a Marriott and not an actual Disney hotel. This meant we wasted our money buying magic bands because we couldn't use them to charge all our purchases throughout all the parks.
Michael 'Scott' F.
1st stay since Marriott bought them... good move!
This place has transportation via boat to Epcot/Hollywood Studios and via bus to Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Animal Kingdom. It's also in walking distance to Beach Club, Yacht Club and Boardwalk. It's the perfect place for an adult getaway. No loud and rowdy kids.
Nice hotel room, awesome pool, good food, water taxi, and shuttle, very nice and comfortable place to stay!
Nice place, good food and service at the Blue Zoo
Amazing hotel do close to Disney. Bus, water taxi, quick walk, easy to get to any park. Rooms are great too. Best value of the Disney resorts.
Very well managed and maintained. Food is expensive but pretty great, with the notable exception being Picabu, which the property calls a “buffeteria.” It is so comically poor that I’m docking the review a star. There is easy bus and boat service to all of the Disney parks, you don’t even need a car or Uber. Great pool area and “beach” with tons of free activities. You will spend a fortune, anyway but we knew that going in. Highly recommend this hotel.
The restaurants (expensive) but wonderful, the room was pretty average though, to me, not worth the amount charged. The hallway carpet very worn... Plus an additional $30/night resort fee too. And I really resented paying an additional $25/night just to park. We knew of these added fees at booking, but if you want to stay here then you have to pay it...
Overall ok for staying close to the Disney precinct in Epcot but overall is feeling very run down. Convenience is good but otherwise I would stay elsewhere.
Love this resort, been coming to it for 8yrs now and I'm never disappointed
Let's focus on the bad. Beds are really small, whatever they label as double beds are really for one person. Perhaps two small kids can fit in one but not two adults. The checkout process is terrible, long line to check out just because the app didn't work. Then there is the wifi connection: horrendous! They charge $30 resort fee per day, plus two kinds of taxes on top of this fee alone, which include wifi, but there is no connectivity, you can't load anything via this wifi. On top of this scam, when you sign in for internet connection they conveniently offer an upgrade for $15, which is probably the connection that actually works. So in order to have working wifi, your resort fee is about $50 per day, including tax. No, this is not a hotel worth considering.
Convenient location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Water bottles provided each day. Rooms on central side of Resort provided views of Magic Kingdom fireworks at night. Room and bathroom needed swept.
Great hotel to experience to visit Disney World
There doing a show.
Huge outdoor swimming pool, free shuttle bus and friendship boat to Walt Disney Park!
No charging to the room in the parks, so that's one downside of booking this non-disney hotel, but other than that you get all the Disney perks (I think). Loved the boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
I love this hotel it's so cool and unique. The staff is friendly it I very clean. They have a 24 hr food center and a little fast food type restaurant. The pool is very fun too. This is one of my favorite Disney Hotels walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. A lot to do there. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

I am.shocked at the ratings. We checked in and from our check in to check out[ 4 days] the service, food, experience and value for our money were below standard for the cost and hype. Day 1: I had an average of 44 minutes wait at the concierge desk with no one to attend. [Horrific experience] My packages included free food for children.. but not really as it was free ONLY IF it was included with adult meal @ $36 for sub standard breakfast. overpriced?? Yes. Rooms no big deal, shampoo and products are not just bad but so much in the past trend.. plastic, plastic.. with little care for the green wave. There is so much missing for the resort that calling it a high end resort is far from our experience. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Unless they really evaulatr there space and service from a customer service perspective. Sorry to have booked this place.

Nice hotel to use
I've been coming to the Dolphin literally since it opened many decades ago. They have consistently updated its amenities and rooms to keep up with the market and its still an awesome place to stay whether visiting the theme park or for a convention. With that said, they have way too many double-doubles...getting a king size bed is a pretty challenging endeavor at this hotel. Also, the "balconies" are tiny, so no need to pay the extra money, especially since Orlando is hot and humid and you won't want to spend any time out there anyways. The Fuel outlet is surprisingly fast and very good. The rooms are big enough and clean and as always the staff is super friendly. The transportation to the theme parks is pretty spot on. And there seems to be a lively lobby bar scene if there is a convention in town.

Excellent service and very pricey.
Beautiful. I only had the chance to sleep there unfortunately.
Fabulous inclusive resort.. Reasonable... Beautiful rooms Beautiful hotel.. Easy access transportation to airports and parks!
Great place. You can opt to walk to Epcot or hollywood studio or take the bus or boat ride. Just be prepared to pay for sundries and daily charges. We'll try other disney resorts next time.
Awesome place to stay. Near to all the major theme park I enjoyed the stay. I am here for some training conducted by my company. Staff are very courteous. Free WiFii There is a fuel store inside. This resort has a huge capacity to accommodate 2000 Guests for training and Meetings.
My favorite resort! I love this place. That's why I decided to proposed to my girlfriend here last night ????
LOVED it!!! Great staff, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Quiet rooms and comfy beds. Walking distance to epcot, miniture golf, and boardwalk.
first time staying at this resort and it is by far one of our favorites. lots of ammenties, a short walk to Epcot or the boardwalk and a boat ride from Hollywood studios. the pool area is easily 5 stars as well.
Dirty room. Mold in air vents. Trash not taken out. Nowhere near the quality of a Disney resort. Only saving grace is that you can walk to Epcot.
The experience from beginning to end was fun and adventurous! Near the Boardwalk and Epcot but enough amenities to plan at least one ?? Resort day! Two Tips I wish I knew on day 1 : no microwave in rooms BUT one right off of West elevators on floor 6 and Shulas has TO GO! Amazing ????
Location, location, location! Enjoyed staying along Crescent Lake with easy access to Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and the Boardwalk area!
We were expecting a better view we try it twice nothing
Great location with many dining options
Very clean and everyone is very friendly :) There are a lot of things to explore as well! I recommend walking to the Broadwalk
Locations perfect ,new lobby bar is great rooms just ok
Home away from home!
Excellent service & dining venue ????

Asked for early checkin and they never even called us. When we checked on room at 430 they said it was ready. Room had a horrible smell. Black mold in bathroom and nasty smell of sewer gas. Had to go to the front desk 3 times before they would change our room! For the little extra money stay at a true disney resort. Your children will be much happier!
Awesome few days! Right next to Epcot and the Boardwalk
Awesome service!!Great tasting dood

A little outdated. They should put some money in their hotels. Good thing is that you can take a boat to Epcot and they have bus services to the parks. Make sure you put the room card information in their parking lot correctly because they can charge 25 dollars every time you get out. Please update your hotels Disney, they look stock in 1990s

Huge. Well designed rooms and large conference rooms
Great hotel, Disney know hospitality, but rooms in the dolphin are somewhat dated. Though clean and maintained.

Love this place!
Beautiful, comfortable. Good food. They forgot all of our check-in choices, which caused some grief. And the Internet TV was out for half the time we were there, which kind of sullied some of our plans. I was very frustrated upon checkout to learn of the additional $30 per day resort fee that you get charged regardless of whether or not you use the resort amenities (like the in-room coffee maker that every other hotel has). Why not just wrap this into the per night charges? So weird. I guess I should have read the fine print and taken advantage of the swan paddle boats that I had already paid for and not known it.
Would definitely stay there again!
Average place food is little expensive
I have stayed at many DisneyWorld Resort - ranging from the luxury to the value resorts. Don't be fooled by the Walt Disney Resort title in the name. It is in now way comparable. I get better service from the value resorts paying $89 per night than I get from this hotel paying $300 per night. They are far from accommodating if they mess up your reservation, delay check in, then mess up the reservation again, and not provide services. You are met with an I am sorry. I am not one to write reviews publicly, but I want people to be warned of the terrible service provided for the price.
Everything is PERFECT in Disney ????
Mobile app made check-in, requesting more toiletries, and check-out extremely easy.
Overall amazing experiences. Bell hops and valet visibly disappointed for not receiving tips. We typically don't carey cash on usm we asked if they accepted Square or some form of debit. They said no. My tip... train them to use square as a valid method of tip service and I'll gladly tip.
If yout want to experience what's it was like in the 90s to go to Walt Disney, stay here. This resort is in need of a serious face lift. The carpet in the hallways are worn and the general make up of this place is dated. If you want some expensive food in a dated hotel, visit the Swan and Dolphin. Disappointed

Great resort. A little hard to navigate but otherwise a great experience!
Loved staying at the resort with my family. Tons of things to do and very close to the parks. I would highly recommend staying at this resort.
The Dolphin might be a passable if egregiously overpriced hotel on its own, but it utterly fails as a "Disney" resort. On our recent stay the first thing we were told by front desk staff was to give up on the parks as there was "no way" to get there except by very expensive cabs. Oddly that is not true; if you are willing to walk a few miles in the Florida sun, you can access Epcot and Hollywood studios by paths. The Hollywood Studios path is almost a secret, and requires going by a canal and along a smoggy highway, past a bunch of signs warning about potential alligators though. Disney magic! The rooms were adequate but hotel dining was a joke. Food is astronomical in cost; drinks are definitely watered down to a criminal level. The layout is confusing and the hotel is under noisy renovation; our first day was spent listening to someone apparently trying to find a route to China with a large drill. Disney magic!
Great place four conventions. I see families and vacationers here too.
Fantastic place. I hope to be back soonest
Beautiful outdoors and connected to Disney boardwalk and also Epcot is walkable from here or you can catch a boat from here to Hollywood studios or Epcot.
Beautiful resort friendly staff

Not cheap but Disney does everything well
We stayed at the Swan but visited the bar Phines in the Dolphin a few times.
Great location withing walking distance of both Epcot and Hollywood Studios, plenty of restaurants in and around, comfy beds. Great pool area. All around we would stay again here for sure.
Nothing to say
The dolphin hotel is a great resort. It's much cheaper than the other Disney hotels but still walking distance to Epcot.
Clean, great food, wonderful staff. Can't much better than this place.

Love this resort so much
The rooms and hallways don't seem to have been updated since it was built in the 80s. My comforter was threadbare. Bathroom fixtures are not in good shape. The hallway carpet is very worn. You notice all the things you don't notice in a good hotel here, and not because they're good.

Great hotel. Stayed the first year when it opened, returned to bring my kids. Rooms were nice, but not a fan of the size of beds (1 queen would've been nice). House keeping was great, kudos to the team for their service. Renovation was great, but please tone down on the over powering cologne smell!!! Anytime spent in the lobby nearly made us sick just from the smell. Food options were either hit or miss - not going to go into great detail, but anything we got was either really good or really bad. Pool was awesome, bell hop, valet, and front desk staff were all very friendly. Please add a smoking section between the swan and dolphin. Would like to see Disney technology added to the rooms. Would definitely return and refer, but would seek out an option that included queen beds.
Great hospitality! Would love to re-visit.
Had a view of fireworks at nice so that was awesome. The boat and the bus rides to and fro was so convenient. The breakfast buffet was 30 per so that was nuts but I didn't eat there. 2 bottles of water per day for me and the wife was nice of em. ..but again the convenience was nice. I hate parking fees and wifi fees which I believe we had to pay or at least had waived partially but no matter where u go theres a good chance u get charged so ano th er ding but still...convenience and cleanliness. I'll take it. Might be more 4.5 of 5 but I'll let it go to 5 of 5
2 expensive for the value. Blue Zoo, $18.00 for a old fashion!!! Ouch! No happy hour!
Very nice Hotel, some maintenance would be good for carpet etc. Overall a good experience though.
Awesomeness is here
Attended a conference. Good food. Nice amenities and service. Workers generally seem engaged. But not enough easy to find washrooms.
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. While managed by Sheraton you are treated as a Disney guest. All the the Marriott amenities with Disney transportation to the parks. Epcot and Boardwalk are a short walk. Spectacular decor and views. Excellent range of restaurants right in Dolphin and Swan.

Love this place!
So close to Epcot and Hollywood. Just a boat ride away to either one. The Boardwalk is around the corner too.
Enjoyed the stay, balcony room was great, was very convenient as the conference I was attending was at the same hotel. Though pricey, a must stay place (at least once) if you are planning a trip to Disney World. Resort style, friendly staff, lots of dining options, beautiful landscaping and lots of park perks!
I really enjoyed my stay here (2 adults,no kids) and pick this hotel over any Disney property in a heartbeat. I came to Disney for a conference, and stayed in the Polynesian for five nights and and spent my three non-working nights at the dolphin. I wish I spent the whole trip at the dolphin. What's good: -way better restaurant choices with much higher quality food all around (I was sick of poly's 3 options by day 2) -awesome store with the best snacks and homemade sandwiches -balcony room allowed us to view Epcot fireworks every night - comfy beds (bed at poly felt like it had been slept in by obese people for a decade. I had to sleep in the middle but kept rolling into the depressions) -boat to Hollywood studios and Epcot, walking to boardwalk; direct bus to other theme parks -great service (my sister ordered chocolate strawberries for us from the hotel and it was perfect!) -Live music in lobby every night POTENTIAL drawbacks for some: -the hotel is enormous, which means a lot of walking. Elevator, Lobby, and Pools could be far from your room -hotel isn't magic banded -hosts a lot of conferences Definite drawbacks: -the brutal, obnoxious boat horns blowing for a full 5-8 seconds (I timed it) every 10-15 mins starting at 6 AM! Think: enraged driver leaning on their car horn. The boats honk at every stop and every time they go under a bridge. You can hear in your room, even with all egresses closed. It's very irritating, way worse than horns in city traffic. -the temps in the hallways are ARCTIC. Seriously unpleasant. we had to gird ourselves everytime we left the room. I would guess those vents blow 55 degree air.
Really enjoy the hotel, rooms are good size and clean, staff is friendly, location is great right in the heart of disney. Lack of king bed rooms is a problem especially because they allow you to book a king only to be told none exist when you arrive which is the only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. After a few stays I finally got one of the king rooms and the desk assistant was shocked like it never happens. Important to remember despite being in the middle of the Disney action it is not a disney hotel so you have to pay for parking and the staff isn't as free to do "magical" extras for you like at the more expensive disney owned resorts but great value none the less.
The Dolphin is a very visually striking architectural work. Fortunately the design theme is carried indoors to the common areas even though they have obviously been updated. Unfortunately my room layout was obviously from the 1970's. Really cramped bathroom, ill fitting closet doors and small window. Normally this would all be acceptable at a family resort but you are paying a Disney premium price to stay here and I would expect a nicer room for the price I paid. That said, the room layout was the ONLY negative. Every employee I have interacted with was personable and genuinely pleasant to visit with. Valet, front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeepers have all been amazing hosts.
Parking is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry, and far from Disney customer first philosophy. Hotel is ok for a Marriott.
Great conference facility, amazing staff!!
I needed a place to stay en-route to pick up a new kayak in Titusville. I am 45 and was traveling solo. I thought I would spend Saturday in Epcot for the wine and food festival. The Dolphin and Swan are architecturally gorgeous. I arrived at the Swan first and they had no room. The lovely lady at the swan went ahead and checked me in at the Dolphin so I did not have to wait in line at the dolphin when I arrived. She was awesome. I arrived at the Dolphin and was greeted by the most amazing Valet system I had ever encountered. I had multiple valets instructing every step of the way. I was quite surprised these millennial ladies and gentlemen were so very pleasant and helpful. I went directly to my room on the 15th floor. The room was architecturally pleasing and I had a nice view. The complimentary Starbucks coffee in the room was a plus. I bring my own meals with me and needed to heat one of them up. There was no microwave in the room. I ate my food cold. I went down stairs for a glass of wine. I was quite surprised that the valet were nicer than the bartenders. The bartenders are dealing with drunk adults some of which probably didn't want to be at Disney world on such a busy weekend before Halloween, so I guess the bartenders less than kind personalities were a little understandable. After my glass of wine, I retreated to my room away from screaming, happy children in the lobby with their exhausted parents. I turned the AC down from 72 degrees to 70 degrees. One would have thought I was pressurizing the cabin of a Space Shuttle preparing to enter outer space hahaha. I had never heard an AC that loud. I can only surmise being on the 15th floor put me close to the rooftop AC units. The AC noise finally subsided and I slept. My final thoughts are the following: This hotel is perfect for the family that wishes to completely immerse themselves in the Disney experience. If you are a middle aged, outdoors guy, like me, traveling without my adult children, nor my grandchildren this hotel is not for you.
Great facilities and excellent staff. If I have a complaint, it's vegan options are very, very limited.
Nice bar and place for a conference.
So far so good.
It's always a magical place

Close to epcot
The service is always good but rooms are dated. I also requested a king room 3 days in advance as a titanium member and got 2 doubles instead.
A friend came and stayed in the Dolphin recently. There's no insure parking and even getting into the Dolphin parking lot to find that out tool almost an hour because of the way they handle the traffic. Despite the self park signs, I was made to go to the next hotel over and pay for parking. If I had actually been on vacation trying to have a good time, I would've canceled my reservations and gone elsewhere.
Great hotel but very busy.
Nice main pool area with plenty of seating and lounge chairs.
Attending a conference (not staying on the property). Its a superb venue for a conference.
Very good spot for conference.

You can walk to boardwalk where ESPN club is among many other shops and clubs. Walk over to EPCOT. We rented we call them beep beep but they're ride on scooters so you don't have to walk. Fun fun fun!
Magical evenings with great food, drinks and live music. Best place to unwind and have a great time.
First: this is NOT, I repeat, NOT a Disney hotel. This is Marriott...... didn’t know that when I had booked it. that being said, my husband and I booked a one night stay as we literally decided last minute to stay in Orlando and head to Epcot for a day. We decided to stay here due to leaving our car parked here n taking the boat to Epcot the next morning. Our room was clean.... FULL size beds.... NOT queen. A little tight on the rest that evening. Pool was closed for resurfacing. We had to do valet parking as self park was full... we would be charged self parking price of $25. Not a problem. When we’re ready to leave just call Valet parking 15 min prior to leaving and our car would be ready. The next morning we decide to take the car as we would leave the park early.... My husband called before we checked out and got a recording that “due to experiencing heavy volume” we would need to come to valet ticket counter to claim our car. I was to check us out of the hotel while he took care of valet. I checked us out, headed outside, only to be told it would take 25 min to get our car. I started the timer on my phone just to see. Wasn’t thrilled due to the face I had done the Fast Pass on my app and it looked like we would be late. 29 min later our car arrived..... see pic. This is not including the time from when he was told.. it was time after he told me about the 25 min. This hotel has been on my bucket list for years. I have stayed at many Disney resorts and for adults, it’s like the kid inside gets to come out and play. There was no Disney decor that the real resorts have. Staff was friendly. Eat at the hotel bar. Food was good, drinks were good.....

I have stayed at the dolphin and swan many times since they were built. The prices are usually lower than the actual Disney hotels and they have almost all the same perks. You can beat the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood. It's an easy walk to the boardwalk and all the activities as well as walking right into Epcot.

More overpriced and poorly manged Disney properties.
Caught Epcot fireworks from our balcony. Large place, easy to get lost! Great pool and bar and LOVED the boat access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. So easy.
We stayed here for the first time with our 2.5 year-old, after generally staying at the Swan. While this hotel is definitely busier than the Swan the staff and amenities were amazing. Michael, one of the Managers, really stepped up to help us when we accidentally unloaded our bags at the Swan instead of the Dolphin (our brains were clearly on default mode). He was outstanding, from helping us transfer our bags to trouble parking - he literally helped us through the check-in process. Aside from Michael, the rest of the staff was so friendly. We travel to Disney at least 2 times a year, and while most of the staff throughout Disney is generally helpful - this hotel had a very consistent friendliness throughout our stay. The property is great too - from the food to the rooms, everything exceeded expectations. We have officially converted from the Swan to the Dolphin!

Perfect in every way!
Not a 'Disney Hotel'. I don't know why this property has 'Disney World' in all its marketing and title. It's not a true Disney Hotel and lacks those quirky details Disney provides. With that, it still earned 5 stars. See below Pros: - Great location! Right next to the boardwalk which is awesome to walk around and do things especially at night. You also have easy access to Hollywood Studios & Epcot. - The beds are great. Very comfortable. Marriott standards. Cons: - Not a Disney Hotel. They lack a lot of the attention to detail Disney has. - No Disney Shower products. That was a big disappointment as those smell great! - The hallway was disgusting. It badly needs new carpet. Faded and stained. Didn't smell great too. Overall if you don't have kids this is probably the closest 'Disney' property you'll get for a decent price. If you want to spend $150-300 more a night than you'll get the full Disney experience. Tip: If you purchase a reusable cup you can use it at any of the Disney Resorts.

The location of this hotel was amazing if trying to walk to Epcot and not having to worry about driving especially after Food and Wine. The room was just ok I thought for the price. The bathroom is super cramped and wasn’t in the best of shape. It was okay wasn’t run down but you could see the age.
Todd English Bloezoo is amazing!
The lobster dish was so overcooked you couldn't put a fork in it. Horrible. Mentioned this and got an "oh, sorry". The dish was inedible and $60 a plate, two people in our party got it. The food here was expensive and disappointing. Not worthy to be on a property at Disney.
Excellent service and location.
We stayed here last year. It was not a great experience. Other then the shuttle to and from the Disney parks, nothing special about this place. The rooms were super outdated and dirty. I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting in the lounge area in the room. The character dining was ok. It’s not any major characters. Buffet was not the best either. Overall, it was a below average experience.
Love the experience clean rooms
Excellent service. Very clean.
Rude people. But that's the state of America I guess. It is what it is right?
The check in went smoothly. Our room wasn't ready, but they were able to upgrade us to an available room with a balcony. It's a great space to stay at, especially when going to the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot!
Great resort with an awesome staff. There are plenty of places to eat, sprawling pool and recreation areas, as well as boat transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
Terrible, extremely overpriced Room was advertised as “fireworks view” What a joke. They put us on the second floor. The only thing we could do about the fireworks was hear them! This was supposed to be an upgraded room! Don’t waste your money!
The resort is my go to (if available) every time we visit Disney. It recently completed a full renovation that includes a makeover of the foyer. One of my favorite places to visit within is called: Phins (after the Phins and Feathers local beer). The attendants are on the top of their game and they serve the best wings I have had anywhere. Hands down, no competition IMO. Our favorite customer service attendant is: Justin (even though they are ALL attentive) and a stay with a visit to the bar is a must. Update: Celebrating a special event at the end of September into the first week in October, my wife and I returned to the Dolphin at Walt DisneyWorld to enjoy our favorite property which is just a 10 minute walk to the international gateway at Epcot. With an inventory of just over 1,500 rooms, it is not unreasonable to experience a hiccup on occasion. The memory happens during the resolution. As I visited the front desk to explain my challenges, the representative was quick to ask assistance from the Management team -who happened to be the Director of the Front Office. After a sincere welcome and congratulatory commentary for the event we were celebrating, she immediately began to work on ensuring our visit exceeded our expectations (mission accomplished). The efforts and result is the epitome of a true ambassador of the Marriott / Bonvoy brand! Thanks to the team, we will return in short time.

Was booked at the Dolphin for a single night at a low cost, but then had upcoming flight cancelled as a result of expected landfall of Hurricane Dorian, so decided to fly out the night before which necessitated another night's stay. While the hotel was happy to extend the reservation, they were singularly difficult about the cost of the second night's stay., quoting it at about double that of the initial booking. After several calls and conversations with succeeding levels of management, they knocked the cost down, but it was still $40 higher than the next day's stay. We arrived at 2 a.m. with checkout time at 11, so basically paid for the room just to be able to sleep the night. Due to the expected hurricane, there was a skeleton staff and no services available, including housekeeping or room service, and all restaurants were closed. The next day, as well, all facilities indoor and out as well as transportation were also unavailable. Not sure if this qualifies for Florida's price-gouging laws during hurricanes, but it certainly feels like it. If not, it is at least heart-hearted of the hotel chain and completely ruined my daughter's birthday, which was the focus of the trip. As such, cannot recommend, and personally not going to either of the twin hotels again.

Great staff! Helpful and friendly. Many food options on site, but super expensive. One pool is closed, bummer. And walls very thin, can hear neighbours talking.
Fantastic place to stay
LOVE THIS PLACE
We went to check in and they said our reservation had been cancelled. We were excited when they upgraded our room for the inconvenience. However, the extra time it took meant we were running late for our dinner reservations. We dropped our bags off at our room to rush to dinner, when we got back to the room, our things were covered in ants!!! We shook out all our things and went back to the front desk to tell them we couldn't stay in that room, only to be downgraded to a much lower floor where we couldn't see the fireworks we were looking forward to. No apology or explanation, just downgraded. And then in the morning when they asked about our stay and we said we were really unhappy, we didn't even get at least an apology. Just our bill and sent on our way. We will NOT be spending our money here ever again and you shouldn't either! We even found a few ants in our second room too but were too tired and discouraged to switch again but we should have just left the hotel at that point, honestly.
Had a fn ball

Fun hotel & resort with lots of amenities, offers lots to do for the whole family. Extra magic hours is a plus too if you want to beat some of the crowds! Short walk or boat ride to Hollywood studios for the star wars fans!

It was a good venue for our event. Not a resort run by Disney, so perhaps not on the scale of Disney. Everything was very expensive as expected since it is on Disney property. The shuttle service to the parks and Disney Springs was fantastic.

services are bad. really dont recommend. ants in rooms.
Clean the convention Center's and everything are very spacious very large
Great location and in love that it is a Marriott-owned property but it is older. I am a titanium member and was "upgraded to a resort view" room. My room has a view of a roof top and an air conditioning unit. Their are no vents in the bathroom so the paint is bubbling in several places, obvious mildew, the shower door doesn't close, and the bathroom door paint is peeling off. The facilities are nicely equipped but need some updating.

Decent bar in the lobby....could spice it up a bit and provide a constant flow of snacks to munch on while one is paying way out of bounds for the drinks!! Seems to me that the basic philosophy of the entire Disney experience is to milk the guests for everything that you can and smile at them while you are doing it!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Our first visit has been amazing. Beautiful resort with a fantastic view, comfortable bed, & friendly employees. Isabel was awesome at check-in and so helpful. I love that it is within walking distance to Epcot and the Boardwalk and that you can see the park fireworks from your room! Water taxi available to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and a bus to Magic Kingdom. Excellent resort!
T Bone R.
Very friendly staff and walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
Hosted an amazing conference this year! Thank you!!!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The convenient location for a work conference was the selling point. Our room had a view of a roof top, so that wasn't great. The king bed didn't have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet over the top. Other than this oddity, we had a great time. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, well maintained and had some newer upgrades. The pool area for both the swan and dolphin were worth checking out. If you are looking for a sweet treat, the Fountain in the lobby has some delicious shakes! Self parking was $25 a night, which seemed a bit high, but I would recommend this to anyone visiting Epcot or the magic Kingdom. Epcot is a quick boat ride away and the magic Kingdom is a ten minute bus ride.
Love the Dolphin!
Nothing special. No hot water!!
Dated architecture but beautifully run and managed
Great location at a beautiful hotel. I would stay here again.
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. However, two things went missing. I couldn’t find a pair of shorts I knew I came back from the water park with. And later when I got home I realized the Toy Story slinky dog I bought for my son was missing. We double, triple checked to make sure we didn’t forget anything and realized later the dog was never packed because it was not in the room when we packed.
Went for macna 2019 and somehow Disney ran out of parking. If macna wasnt such an awesome event id of given less stars.
Dont go its overpriced
Location - Great! Beds - Super Comfy! Restaurants all close by 11 pm and the only thing available in the whole resort is PIZZA - mind you, only cheese or pepperoni. You have no other options, and a little overpriced. I mean for the amount we pay a night for this resort, food should be a little better and have a little more variety.
My wife and I ate at Don Shula's steakhouse. The food is outstanding.
Fantastic resort. Impeccable service and staff. The resort grounds are wonderful big and well done. Close walk to Boardwalk and views of park fireworks
Shula's was a great experience, hotel getting dated
Evacuated here for the hurricane - treated us beautifully! Rooms were wonderful, walking distance to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk. Highly recommend!!
Good location and value
Let me start by saying the Disney Dolphin is one of my favorite hotels to stay in at Disneyworld. I go to Disney very often. It is certainly a 4.5 star hotel. Very luxurious hotel. The most comfortable beds in the whole park. The pools are amazing. Now that ive said that. The one issue i had a problem with was my last stay of many. I had a terrible encounter with the hotel security about being in the pool 15 mins after the 11pm closing time. Me and my son were being very quiet and just relaxing after a long day in the parks. When hotel security made us feel very uncomfortable. Now i will not get into detail due to the fact that the head of security for the hotel took time out of his day to rectify the situation for us and handle the way his security treats disney customers. I was very happy with the attention they gave the matter and hosnetly he changed my mind on if i would stay there again. So rest assured if you stay at the Dolphin hotel i can feel right saying i believe you will have the most incredible stay. And i know personally if there are any concerns the hotel management will make it right.
Wi not be returning there. Wasn't happy with service. They are not owned by Disney so you have to pay for transportation from airport to them & back. They don't care about common folks.
(Translated by Google) Good hotel, good service although security outside in the lobby are poorly educated (Original) Bien hotel, buena atención aunque la seguridad afuera en el lobby son mal educados
Big roomy hotel. Got lost for 2 days. Survived off mints and butterscotch. 10/10 Will get lost again.
Would stay again. Only negative was the poorly designed bathroom in the room. 10089. Everything else was great.
The pool area was amazing! Great dinning areas and great food.
Attended a conference here and stayed onsite. Staff was very helpful but the rooms were a little disappointing. Our toilet was a pain to flush fully, the towel hook by the sink fell off the wall several times, the fan over the shower didn't work and was falling down. As for the conference area, everything ran smoothly but on the day of checkin there were workers painting trim and walls as we tried to set up.
Well overrated. 3 days 2 nights well over 800$ in just room,parking,taxes,fees,1 dinner for 2 and a few drinks. Our room was well ok,the door was very hard to open, and it smelled like dirty socks. Later that day we went to closed the curtains and found a pair of smelly socks from a previous guest. The walls are very thin and all hear are doors slamming shut. Stay somewhere else and keep an eye on your bills
Whent there to see a show but the hotel is pretty cool.
Beautiful resort and the Fountain is a great place if you are an Ice Cream fan!
Beware if booking with Expedia. Expedia is currently charging well over $100 above what the hotel is charging. Extremely quality service from the staff with promptly addressing issues (Within an hour) such as a lose hanging towel rack. Only complaint is the water pressure in the showers and washroom, and relatively small bathroom size.
The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort is a must stay place. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. As i walked in the room it smelt fresh and clean. They have a safe in the closet and a refrigerator. They get you shampoo and conditioner and bathsoaps. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. The landscape is very beautiful and well maintained. There is so much to see and do. They are several restaurants and gift shops with inside of the hotel. Their are hourly activities free for the kids. They have a big swimming pool, playing ground, arcade game room all for the children. They have a work out gym for the adult. They have jogging trails outside through out the two resorts. They have paddle swans that you can rent for there lake. Twice a week they have a family get together and make roasted smores. In the lobby area they have a beautiful water fountain and their chandelier over the water fountain that is out of this world. They have beautiful statues and water fountains throughout the resort. They have banquet halls for your wedding reception. They have a sister resport that is acoss from them same owner that also very beautiful. They have a play ground and miniature golfing across the street. The nearest fast food dining in ans other gift store is about 6 mile away. There do have a Walmart in town. You have to parking for parking at this resort. They have a boat fairy that take you to apricot and the boardwalk and other reports. And the other disney parks you take a bus shuttle there. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport.
I was there for a conference and would not choose it otherwise. Needs to be updated and cleaned. Has a musty smell. The room was recently redone and nice but overall not what I'd expect from a property on Disney.
Crazy Muskoka F.
For what I seen it was amazing. Daughter had a dance comp here and it was beautiful and amazing
Fabulous. As always.
Great location, comparatively reasonable prices, good pool, bar, and restaurant options.
We have had a great experience here! I am here for a conference and my husband joined me with our kids. They have been having a great time at the pool and Disney during the day and then we have been walking over to Epcot for the Food and Wine Festival in the evenings. We love this location because of its proximity to Epcot the boardwalk and Hollywood Studios. We can also get to the Magic Kingdom without ever getting in our car.
Furnishings were pretty old very small beds
Son found bed bugs in his room! There comment it was only in this room. I would not stay there.
First class resort! This the only place I am staying when I come back to Disney ????
Fantastic service with an upgrade to a lovely room with balcony where we enjoyed the view, a simple dinner, and views of Epcot's fireworks. Thank you for the memories Dolphin!
Frost Ne 1.
My family and I checked in around 12 pm just to see if our room was available early which it wasn’t but that was ok. I was told that they would text me when it would be ready. i Never received that text. When we got to the room my wife found a red pill on the floor. Luckily my 1 year old never saw it. We gave the pill to the concierge but she didn’t seem to sorry about it. Later that night my wife was going to take a shower and noticed the air vent was hanging by 1 screw. The other screw was on the shower curtain rod. This is a Walt Disney hotel. I expected a better quality especially for what I paid.
Love the man made beach with the free s'mores! That was my family's favorite part of our stay.

Lots of walking and the restaurants were crowded and had long waits.
Nice and close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
Would not allow for reservation cancellation. Tried to cancel 3 days before. Very inflexible! The hotel itself was nice.

Best place to stay while visiting Disney, first class.
What an Amazing place to stay! Friendly Associates, always are greeting you and ask if you need anything! Pool, Restaurants, and Service is awesome!
Looked like a nice to hold the 2019 MACNA event!
AMAZING HOTEL I LOVE IT very fancy!!!
Great experience. But I asked someone where the Neptune room was and 2 employees said "I don't know". I thought disney employees were not allowed to say that.
Was not impressed. Escalators half not working. Fuel left a lot to be desired.
Had a great time. Great place
Badabook badabing! All wonderful!
Worst experience at a hotel ever very unprofessional and frustrating! After several complaints throughout a week+ stay, managed to get one housekeeping done very poorly!! Keep in mind that we didn't opt out of housekeeping for the free coupons. And after 3 days of complaining to the manager, until the day we left, nothing was done about it, except empty promises of getting it done the next day. Also for those who care:this is NOT a disney resort, meaning not owned by Disney nor is considered for some services (e.g. free wristband for disney parks ), which explains a previous comment.
Bad and slow service. Impossible to get your room cleaned, even after requesting it directly from the staff
The stay at the Dolphin resort was awesome!. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful all the time and the hotel have all the required amenities. If you are here for Disney world, than the bus station or boat ride are very close by and the longest ride you might have to a park is a 20 minutes ride. Evening walks on the boardwalk is a great way to relax and have some quite time with your family and friends. There are multiple different restaurant across both the swan and dolphins which provide a unique experience per each one. The rooms are fully equipped and provide a great leisure. The room service are extremely nice and provide all help/information you will ever need.
The resort is beautiful and big! The floors are a little poorly planned. The balcony view of Epcot is great to see the fireworks! But walking to the room is a bit of a chore. It's very discouraging to be walking back and forth, and the numbering system doesn't help too much. The staff are wonderful, helped me with everything I needed and even offered more to make my trip magical! The room for the most part is nice and clean. Meeting expectations. I do say that the balcony view can be a drawback. As some balconies just fast the resort itself. The other balconies can view the fireworks from the theme parks. I have to say, very enjoyable indeed! Overall a fun experience, and I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay. It's good so far. Can't wait for more!
Easy walk to Epcot, comfortable mattresses, room had a great fireworks view with balcony, (fireworks views face either Epcot or Disney Studios.) walking distance to Disney Boardwalk and Yacht and Beach Club. Beautiful lobby bar, lots of ambience. Ate at Schula's. Superb food. Weird thing...hotel has king and full size mattresses. No queen size beds! Not cool!
Great luxury hotel
Convenient distance to all the Disney parks. Twenty four restaurant on the lower floor, for that late night hunger attack. Compared to its sibling Swan Hotel, the Dolphin seems to have more excitement to it. Like a grand opening as you walk into the lobby with a center bar.
An amazing place and friendly environment. Everything around you is cheerful and nice. I enjoyed my stay very much.
I went to see to my nieces who were visiting Disney from Canada, very expensive ! Self parking was 25$ + tax! I didn't even bother asking how much was valet parking. Then their cafeteria food not good I must say the place is clean!
Excellent layout and pool area. Location is perfect. Very pleased.

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin are great places to stay if you want to be close to Epcot Great location, places to eat, and bars. Great atmosphere all around Easy and quick access to all the parks either by walking, bus, or boat
Did not live up to the Disney standards. Rooms were small, old, basic.
This place is awesome
Good venue. Expensive to park.
It's good but they won't let you use a cart unless you use their bellhop service. Also the restaurants and shops are very pricey. I will say their room service is actually quite good.
Average, overpriced, inconvenient for restaurants and health club.
Paid an Extra hundred a night to have a balcony room facing the fireworks, as I can't make it through all day in the parks as I have cancer. We were given a lovely room on the wrong side of the hotel NO Fireworks, when I called the desk the 1st night they put me on hold and hung up on me. They also charged me an extra 100 dollars a day in case my credit card didn't cover incidentals even though we have stayed there several times before at club level and have never had an issue, they indicated they would return our money in ten days even though all our charges went through immediately, we are done with the Dolphin.
Great hotel with amazing facilities and lovely staff, but had a decent number of hidden fees
Beautiful hotel. Great Service
I loved the resort. The only thing it need is a basketball court, and 1 more water slide
Veronica Patricia F.
Super nice resort!
Beautiful place, but the parking fees are ridiculous. Disney that's not right after you pay so much for hotel & food you have to really pay for parking????
(Translated by Google) I loved!! I had never gone, it is magical, but yes, excessive marketing plucks economically, already in case the parks are expensive .... anything for sale has extreme prices, more for those who do not earn in dollars, euros or pounds (Original) Me encantó!! An average hotel with way overpriced restaurants inside except for room service which was reasonably. Also it is not a Disney hotel but sister hotel which means way less perks.
Beautiful place! Great environment!
Lois Irene J.
We walked through to enjoy the decorations. Very lovely!
Rooms a little date tub got clogged and all the hidden fees are crazy
Very convenient to the parks. Beautiful hotel. Food is very pricey, also parking is not included, they also hit you with a resort fee per day.
Great place to bring your family no trouble and absolutely beautiful setting
This is an awesome resort and I had a ton of fun here!
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Only giving 2 stars because of the location and ease to take a ferry to the properties! Disappointed that its not the Disney feel from the workers though. I know they arent Disney employees but when you want the experience at the hotel and the parks, you expect more. Fire alarm went off 1 night and not even ONE employee was outside with the evacuated guests. Had to call from a cell phone after 20 minutes with no information or guidance. Someone from the other wing of the hotel (a guest) came out to tell everyone all clear.
Beautiful lobby, great restaurants
Crab cakes and scallops delicious... couldn't get the baked potatoes to come out hot despite 2 tries. Apple dessert had to be ordered at beginning of dinner and was very good.
The lobby was nice but the ac was off on our room when we checked in so it was extremely hot. The door to the closet was broken and our “resort view” balcony just looked at a wall of other rooms. Not worth the money.
Convention hotel at Disney. Rooms a bit worn on first visit several years ago: door didn't close on it's own (1st floor). More recent visit in Dec 2018 was better; we were on a higher floor. Long halls. Staff were good, but note that receiving a package isn't free, and for grocery deliveries you have to meet them. The Pikaboo restaurant on the lowest level was quite good
Tha Moses D.
Very clean and everything you need is there.
Always love staying here. The people are great, property is excellent, and rooms are nice as well. The easy access to the boardwalk and epcot is a huge plus. Lots of good dining options between here, Sean and boardwalk.
I really liked this spot
Very nice place but huge
Great hotel near Epcot center if you cannot find a Disney hotel. They have Starbucks coffee. Keep in mind this is not a Disney Hotel. This is more of a business hotel.
Did not experience the rooms. Resort is beautiful. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
Had an awesome time here, staff was friendly. My wife and I would highly recommend.
Hello friends, the swan and dolphin sister hotels are great to say the least. I have stayed at both for 2 nights and my opinion is the the dolphin hotel has a slight edge over the swan because of its incredible lobby. The only issue with these hotels Is the price but you do get what you pay for.

Second time we stay here and agian we had charges to our room that were not ours. Hoyle staff can't explain. It's too easy to just give them a different room number to make resort charges. They sometimes don't even ask for your room key or ID.

The absolutely worst check in at any hotel I've ever been to. The employees at the desk move at a leisurely pace and there were only three employees to check in guests!!!!
We got to the hotel at 3:30, not realizing check in wasn't until 4. Asked the lady at the front desk, who seemed super annoyed with me and my kids and was very rude to us, if our room would be ready anytime soon. She responded, no and it won't be right at 4 either. We paid a lot extra to have a "fireworks" view room on the 8th floor. She said there was a room ready on the 3rd floor, so she was ready and willing to down grade us. Unacceptable! We ended up leaving the resort to head down to Disney springs for our dinner reservations, we got back around 7:30. Got our keys handed to us with no directions on how to even get to our room. I had to ask and the girl seemed annoyed yet again with me. We get into our room, I call for the front desk to see about getting a rollaway bed, there were tiny sugar ants crawling all over the phone, all over the nightstand, and up the headboards. They had no extra rooms that night to move us, and sprayed them instead. So now it was time for fireworks, my kids and I were so excited.....they started promptly at 9pm, from our room we could see them IN THE REFLECTION of the windows to the rooms directly ACROSS from us! I was so upset. So we waited for Hollywood studios show to begin, the star wars show started at 9:30pm, they literally had SIX fireworks go off and that was it. How can you call that a fireworks view room when it really wasn't?! We were so disappointed with our experience. I would be willing to give it another try, but not for the price we paid and making sure our view would be much better.
Generally best bang for the buck in its range at the park. Love staying here.
As a Titanium Elite Marriot customer writing this review upsets me. I stayed at this resort expecting great customer service as Marriot usually provides me. But this time I was completely disappointed. First, my door malfunctioned and I had to wait over thirty minutes to get a security guard to come up to my floor and let me in. I walked to the lobby twice and made sure it wasn’t the room keys by getting them reactivated during my wait. Secondly, around 5pm this same day I realized my room hadn’t been cleaned and called to request to have the room cleaned and when I got to the room at 10pm it wasn’t it cleaned. The front desk lady tried to make it up by asking us what we needed and we said we just needed some towels. She promised we would get them within the next 15 minutes and still nothing... They really let me down. Promise and apology one after other and just let downs. After a long day at the fun but hot park and my hotel can’t even take care of me. I woudn’t recommend this hotel to anyone that is trying to enjoy your time and be comfortable with your family. If this hotel cannot maintain the high quality customer service that is provided from Disney... maybe they shouldn’t be a Disney resort.
The location is absolutely amazing. Having the ability to just walk to Epcot, directly into the world showcase, was just fantastic. The lobby is also very lovely. The grounds were pristine and easy to navigate. The rooms are nothing special, but clean. We had quiet in our room. In the hallway, you could here children being children, loud conversation, etc. However, you couldn't hear it in the rooms. Every once in a while you would here people in the hallway, though.
Great location,, good value, clean, and good selection of restaurants.
Great lovely place
My Loneliness Is Killing M.
The hotel was great, very scenic and the help desk was great. Although I have a complaint on customer service. We called room service for 4 plates, half an hour passed and the plates hadn't arrived, we called the same staff member, Elizabeth, and she claimed to have not received the call the first time. Even after the second call, they failed to give us the plates. We called a third time too, and still no plates. Again, same staff, Elizabeth. We ended up called for a fourth time to cancel our request.
Dolphin Resort and Swan Resort share the same spa and swimming pool. Transport is free to the Disney parks. It was a good 1st time for us. Boardwalk is walking distance. They also had an art camp for kids so the adults can have dinner while the little ones are busy. It only cost $12 per hour. We had a good stay overall.

There were bugs in our room we complained they changed our room. We weren't able to get room service for 5 out of the 7 day stay
All star hotels no resort fees free parking free magic bands and lifeguards at pools and transporation to parks is much faster. All those things would make Dolphin much better.
We had another great dinner at Todd English Blue Zoo.
great place, free buses to parks, conveniently located
Every interaction with the staff was great. The lady who checked us in set our mini vacation off on the right foot. She made our day!
It a nice big beautiful hotel with a nice pool comfortable beds and great workers!!! My only complaint is its hard to find where everything is because I ts such a big place and it's hard to find where everything is but overall it's the best Disney hotel I've ever stayed at I hope other lucky people get to experience this wonderful time at Disney world it's the happiest place on earth!!!! That's why I gave it 5 hole stars I would have gave it 10but it only did 5

It was fine. We only stayed here because there was absolutely nothing available on the entire property for DVC on this one Thursday of our vacation and we had some Marriott points to use. If you're a looking for a fun themed Disney hotel then this hotel is definitely not for you. It's subdued and kind of boring compared to the boardwalk and yacht and beach club that are within walking distance. Don't get me wrong, It's a nice hotel, just one that we probably won't stay at again for our Disney vacation.

My Platinum Welcome "gift" this time included mold covered strawberries. No joke. This was such an unforced error. They brought mold into our hotel room.
This place is soooooo lousy, I wouldn't put Joseph Stalling in there. We made reservations for adjoining rooms almost eight months ahead to attend a once in a lifetime special event. We checked in several times by phone including the morning before arrival. We get to the place early, waited 2.5 hours for the rooms to be ready. They gave us keys and sent us up to half of an adjoining two room suite. The adjoining room that part of us were supposed to have stayed in! was unavailable. They had admittedly over booked the adjoining units. The question is, how much later in the following months did they make more reservations while refusing to honor ours???????

Loved it! Great place to stay while in Disney, super comfy with great places to eat
Very nice resort.
Very nice hotel with an excellent venue for conferences. It is not the most modern Disney hotel but no doubt it's a great hotel. It has kind of a pier with restaurants and some shops and you can take a boat to enter Epcot. The rest of the parks you have to move by bus as the monorail doesn't pass by. I didn't like the recent policy of $6 for receiving a package that was sent to the hotel
Great location, but staff was so-so. Housekeeping did not come to clean our room until 7:15pm. At that point someone was in the shower, so we didn’t even bother. Very expensive - but that’s the cost of Disney. Still overall disappointed. They tack on a lot of extra charges... $30/night resort fee + $37/night valet fee.
Premium resort experience that caters for every family member.
Very large. Still looks old.
Always a magical experience at the Dolphin and Swan. :-)
Amazing resort and staff
(Translated by Google) A wonderful place to remember, a friendly, kind, competent and attentive staff, a spacious room and a nice bathroom I strongly recommend and then it is not far from the boardwalk (where is a box of night, some restaurant, cinema, shop etc) and then there is the possibility of taking a small boat at the foot of the hotel to go to the Disney parks, it is at the edge of a lake, besides there is ducks (the wildlife of Florida in general and really beautiful) (Original) Un Magnifique hôtel que de souvenir, un personnel accueillant , gentil , compétent et à l'écoute , une chambre spacieuse et une belle salle de bain je recommande fortement et puis il ne se trouve pas loin du boardwalk ( endroit où se trouve une boîte de nuit ,quelques restaurant, cinéma, boutique etc) et puis il ya la possibilité de prendre un petit bateau au pied de l'hôtel pour aller dans les parcs Disney , il se trouve au bord d'un lac, d'ailleurs il y a des canards (la faune sauvage de la floride en général et vraiment belle )
Avoid this hotel at all costs, i was charged twice for the resort fee and when i called about it the lady i spoke to said that its normal to get charged the 30 and that it gets added to the bill because apparently i don't pay it when i pre paid a month ago. The next day i checked all my statements and saw that i was in fact billed twice for this resort fee. When i called to speak to the manager he said he will return the extra charge. I stated that was not good enough because you gave me the wrong information the first time and im on vacation wasting time again today on the same issue that should of been resolved yesterday. I got transferred to another manager and she said the same thing at first then after i explained it again she put words in my mouth that were not true and when i told her the call was recorded she said you cannot do that and literally hung up on me. Last time i checked the law was calls can be recorded as long as 1 of the parties agrees which obviously was me. This is very unacceptable and will be the last time i stay here. CHECK YOU'RE BILLS AFTER TO MAKE SURE YOU DIDN'T GET CHARGED TWICE. Im sure they get away with it to often, double charging guest. What kind of Disney sister resort is this?? Managers i spoke to Dominac ferreria and janeley diaz.
Overall nice. I do think our room was a bit muggy even with A/C and it didn't seem to run at night much. Only when up moving around the room. I was here for a convention and it wasn't bad but I have had better experiences at other Disney resorts.
Beautiful place, staff very friendly
First time staying here. It was awesome felt like we were at Disney. Pool is fantastic!
Service is lousy, for anything that requires more than bringing you a drink. They don’t follow up if you have any issues. The just ignore your request. The prices are astronomical as well. Would stay outside of the park and travel in if we came back which we probably won’t. The gym is very nice however, but that doesn’t make up for the other issues.
Beautiful resort with every convenience you can think of
Great price great location. You can walk to Boardwalk, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios
Waited in a really long line to checkin. The hotel was very nice and kept clean and neat. Our room was spacious but the bed was no better or worse than other hotels. Had some spiders in room but staff was quick to spray. We were there three days and never saw any Disney characters at the hotel. Hotel proximity to parks is a plus. While the food was very good we found the prices astronomical. Our on property car rental wasn’t available until about 90 minutes past our pickup time but I did get a free upgrade. If renting a car you may want to check out the Florida Sun Pass. There are toll roads everywhere in Florida!!

We had an amazing time during our stay here. I highly recommend.
Ammenities are great. Hotel rooms are clean and we'll equipped. Bathrooms and water fountains can be diffixult to find and are far apart on the lobby and 1st floor level.
Great for families, lots to do and convenient if you're going to the parks. The nearly $80 in taxes, parking and resort fees are ridiculous however. Also watch your bill... we got charged for someone else's room service!
(Translated by Google) This is the worst hotel that paid the same price. I paid extra for a balcony with fireworks view, but the view was not good. It was a view that could only be seen by going out from the balcony or by the window. It's an old hotel, so I turned it off when I was sleeping because the refrigerator was so noisy. There was a whispering sound with a low tone, so I called the front desk several times, but I hung up the phone while on the phone and went down to talk directly, and then the engineer came and took a temporary measure saying that it was the sound of the ventilation system. I asked if it was okay to cancel the rest of the day, and I stayed there because there was no room to change and I had to pay a penalty for the day. As I looked around the hotel, I noticed that there were restaurants in the Dolphin West Wing, the sound of a huge ventilation system running. It is clear that other customers have already complained, but the response from employees who say they have never heard such a protest is deceptive. This hotel is not recommended especially for those who are sensitive to sound. It is not directly managed by Disney. I booked the check-in at 4 o'clock on mobile, but there was no contact saying the room was ready even after 6 o'clock. Still, online check-in seems to be processed quickly even though there is a separate line, so it would be better. It was a disappointing experience, even though the cost of paying the resort fee and parking fee in addition to the hotel fee was considerable. I have no intention of staying again. The advantage is that there is a shuttle to Disney every 20 minutes, and there is a grocery called fuel in the lobby that sells sandwiches and gourmet food, so it's great for a quick meal. The distinction should be made that employees of the Dolphin and Swan hotels are not Disney employees. These hotels arw owned by Marriott /Westin. They have a close relationship to Disney, but it's apparent that they do not hold to the same service standards as Disney. At Disney, you won't see employees on their phones, etc. Just a note in case it feels just a little different. Service was not bad, just not exactly what I expected with the Disney name attached to it. Nice hotels though!
This review is in reference to the Picabu cafe..."Not the Hotel itself". I just had the NASTIEST cup of coffee I ever had in my life. So bad I had to write a review to warn others. A ccomplete waste of $4...Do not I repeat...DO NOT get coffee from the Picabu Cafe...YUCK!!!
Exceptional resort with loads of fantastic amenities. Staff is nothing short of greatness!
I came here to attend conference and the hotel doesn't have not sufficient self-parking lots. I was asked to valet parking or swam hotel's parking lots.
My birthday weekend at the Dolphin was beautiful. It was my 1st time staying at the hotel and everything was great. I had an awesome view from the 18th floor, the beds were so comfortable and cozy, and the hotel is just beautiful. I enjoyed my stay.
Awesome hotel... I was there over a weekend for a conference and the staff was so sweet and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and so easy to get around in. Great experience!
It was a wonderful hotel vary big kind of hard to get around easy and the elevators took forever o get to you over all an amazing hotel

If you are looking for a hotel to go to after you take a Disney Cruise, don’t choose this one. I called this morning and asked about checking in early, and they said one would be available soon. Then we got here and we had to sit in the lobby for hours.
Pricey for a very average room
No internet, no cable, needs up dating in the lobby . Disney world was to pricey.
Awesome location, pools, cuisine, staff. Room sercice was very poor.
Beautiful resort. I attended as a conference attendee, and staff were friendly and helpful.

A great place to visit.
expensive no breakfast (complimentary )
Incredible building and service! From Almond milk for my coffee to the helpful staff and everything in between.
Room was nice and food was good. We went on 4th of July and I paid an extra $100 a night so we could have a balcony to watch fireworks. They gave us a balcony facing the wrong direction to see the fireworks. :-(
The Best! Service is amazing especially valet! Arthur was the best!!!
My Family and I loved this place we are coming back next year. Staff are nice and helpful. Love the pools , its beautiful.
Our first staying here was wonderful. Second time even better! We didn't want to leave.
Stunning decor, beautiful grotto pool and fantastic restaurants

The rooms were not great for the price you pay. Bathroom is way too small and hard to get out due to lack of space.
Very nice hotel. Some rooms have a bad view though. Food isn't too expensive and the pools were great

I just called and they said that was a resort fee!! I already paid $200 a night!
Bathroom reeks of mold/mildew.
Pretty good hotel but everytime when my room was done with housekeeping, sometimes thing were half fast. Also on the 2nd day I met a little half sized cockroach crawling around the wall.

The best time off my life
This resort is probably among the best values at Walt Disney World if not the best value. You really can't beat the price given the resort location. It still uses Disney boat and bus transportation, but has the option of a nice, liesurely 15-20 minute walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. I highly recommend the walk because the views are beautiful and you don't have to wait for transportation. As far as service goes, everyone I encountered on this trip was phenomenal. I don't believe the staff are Disney cast members, but you wouldn't be able to tell except for the different name badges. They are just as friendly and willing to go the extra mile for guests as any cast member you'll find at the Disney resorts. The rooms were a little on the small side, but it's not terribly noticeable. I only noticed the size of the room when dealing with a slight lack of counterspace on the vanity. The beds were comfortable, but maybe a little on the firm side for me. The room looks like it is fairly well up to date, and modern features such as being able to log into your Netflix account on the TV we're appreciated. Overall, this was a great stay. If you're looking for a great room, great location, and Disney-level service all at up to 50% off what you'd pay at one of the Disney Epcot area resorts, look no further than this resort.
Great location at epcot!
Its ik, no Great food choice.

Had early check-in at 2pm. Knew we had to had spare bed brought up finally got bed after 3 phone calls and of course after midnight. Maid staff would on ask if we wanted anything. Never came in and cleaned room or asked if they could. Not real impressed.

Absolutely awful. Waited HOURS for check in when they told me my room would be ready by a certain time. When I finally got in my room it was dirty. The hotel is disgusting. And when I got my bill they over charged me 300 dollars for things I NEVER had. Not only had this happened to me but 4 others that got a room as well that were there for same thing I was.
I have visited this location at least 4 times for a business event. This place is awesome, it is also ideal for family, with amazing restaurants and surrounding amenities! Pleasant staff, busy or not..I would visit on my own in a heartbeat...additionally moving the bar into the center of the lobby was a spectacular move.
I have literally stayed in countless hotels from all over at a wide variety of prices, and this place, Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort takes the cake. Starting the day off with the Starbucks coffee they have in the room for you helped start every day off on the right foot. I loved that they had an option of not having your room fully serviced everyday, and they also give you a voucher for doing so. The place is very well kept and looks stunning. Several lovely pools, plenty food and shops along a boardwalk just outside, and so much more. We where there as part of the Arts International event and they where lovely hosts. I have so many fond memories from this place. If you ask me, this hotel comes highly recommended! Thanks for the stay!
It more than a hotel it also a cafe fuel 6 pools! It cool at the walt Disney world dolphin.
This was my first time coming to Florida and coming to Disney world and I actually had a great time I will love to come here again I came with my girlfriend an her kids I have two daughters that live in Chicago with their Mom I will love to bring them to be kids to see it's more to life on top of having the best time of their lives here it's a fun but hot place to be!!!
We love the Dolphin Resort... the fact that you can take a boat or a bus to the parks is so convenient. The service is excellent, the restaurants are great, you can even do character dinning at one restaurant. Also they have "PickAbu" a 24 hr eatery with good prices.
I always have an excellent time with my family here. The amenities are well worth it.
Would not go back... hotel is dated, no disney theme inside, overcrowded pool, room smells mouldy. Worst value for money hotel in Disney.
Friendly staff and comfortable beds!
Family oriented hotel with plenty of restaurant to choose from. Options from quick breakfast to pricy steakhouse, all will please your appetite during your stay. Kids activities run from pool, basketball court, pin pong and even a camp will keep them busy. Transportation to parks is always available, free buses and private cars. Hotel rooms are equipped with finest linens and smart TVs have all your shows and services from Netflix, Hulu and more all you have to do is sign in. If we get a chance would stay here again.
Worst stay ever! Room was dirty! On 2 separate nights i returned to a room that had not been serviced by house cleaning. Staff, when i called the front desk they practically blamed me for it saying i had placed a do not disturb sign on my door(not true) besides that i had even called before leaving the room and asked for service,i had ants that had got onto my snacks,,,kids running around the halls yelling and screaming until all hours and large clear hefty size bags of garbAge lining the hallways to my room at night.i spoke to 3 different staff members and only one was truly helpful and apologetic and offered a 50 dollar credit for the cost of my ant infested groceries that had to be thrown away.all others was quite rude and not very helpful other then to say they would send up some towels, when i mentioned that room had not been serviced by housekeeping
Cost to much for parking other wise very nice place
Everything is WAY overpriced down to the $3 granola bar. Bathrooms in rooms are tiny. Hotel is freezing, bring warm clothing. Very crowded with many conventions... I see no reason to stay here unless you're attending one of the conventions.
Convenient location to the parks, and you can use your Marriott points for a room. The resort features 4-5 pools, a small water slide, Smores at 6 PM on the beach (near the pools), a movie at the pool once a week and a decent view of the fireworks at Epcot every night, even from the pool/beach. The resort is close to the Disney Boardwalk hotel area which consists of a hotel and waterfront dining/activities. You can catch a water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the Dolphin resort, and Disney includes this hotel in their park bus service but not to/from the airport. This hotel is a resort, and everything is 3-4 times more expensive. It's got a funky layout, so take some time when you first arrive to see how to get to and from different parts of the resort, to water taxi, Boardwalk, buses, etc. They charge a $30 daily resort fee for access to the internet which wasn't very good. You'll have much better internet connectivity in the Disney Parks (I tried this!). The fee also gets you 4 water bottles every day in your hotel room, which cost $3.50 a bottle in the park. I suggest using the Marriott app - you can book your room, check in/check out, chat with hotel staff, etc. This was our 10th visit to Disneyworld in the past 10 years, and we expect to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a good location but I was very disappointed with this resort. The property is overdue for a renovation, rooms need redone, only 1 of the 6 elevators in our side of the hotel worked. Customer service also left something to be desired, at checkout we could not reach the Bell Service so I called guest services, who still was unable to get us a bell hop in a reasonable time. I would not recommend staying here.

Unlike any other resort linked in the heart of the six other resort area Hotels surrounding the Walt Disney World parks. Adjecent to the sister hotel and sharing in amenities and luxurious restauraunts, outdoor dining, fitness centers, and a golf course next door, there is a one of a kind fountain and river side taxi to port you to the neighboring harbors. Highly recomended and well enjoyed.
It is beautiful and it is Disney

room are nice...
The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The only reason I gave it one star was there was no lower rating. The customer service wa terrible. The facilities were horrible. None of the employees were courteous nor knowledgeable. During our stay our bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. Housekeeping would clean our room and would not leave clean towels. When we called down to request towels the front desk employees told us they had no way of getting us any clean towels and that we needed to contact the housekeeping supervisor and he never answered his phone or responded to your voicemail. All the employees at this location acted as if they were affiliated with Disney and that they did not have deal with you.
Never been inside but my sister worked there and she says its nice

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful resort! The staff is lovely ??
We did not feel the Magic of Disney at all, at the Dolphin Hotel!!! The rooms were pretty bland and boring. The atmosphere screamed for "let's not do this one again please". Paid extra for resort view and learned it wasn't worth it. In addition to paying for a very far away parking space you also have to pay an additional $30 to use their swimming pool. The kid's club was a very small room and the staff did not seem to enjoy working with kids. Very unhappy with our experience at this resort. Even my son didn't feel excited to be here. It did not feel like it was a 4star hotel at all!!
Great place to stay!
Where do I even begin?! Came here for my daughters first trip to Disney (shes 9 months old) and it was just stressful from beginning to end. For the amount of money I paid I would of expected a lot better. As soon as we checked in (me and my husband) we thought the hotel looked beautiful and big! Lots of people... we waited in like to check in for about 15 minutes. We finally get to the counter and I think, great! Finally! Up to our room to relax! All for the guy to tell us they will text us when their ready! EVEN THOUGH I requested early check in (1pm) and we were there at 2pm. Then it made sense to me why there was almost 100 people waiting in the lobby. So we waited a total of an hour for our room which was really upsetting. I was done at that point and just wanted to already turn around and go back home. We finally get up to our room and get settled at 4:30pm. So it was really over 2 hours we waited. As soon as we got settled in our rooms we decided to order room service cause we were starving from traveling. First off, they had no sweet tea. I ordered chicken tenders with fries, my husband got a BLT sandwich. Food was pretty bland. Had no salt.. no flavor.. just tasted like hospital food to be honest. I ate half. So My husband needed a robe to rock our baby to sleep. (It’s a routine of ours don’t ask) and we realized they didn’t have our “complimentary robes” so I called the receptionist and asked her to send us TWO. What do they do? Send us two hangers and only one robe. I thought to myself, goodness I can tell this trip is going to be fantastic. ???????? Later on we all decide to go to downtown Disney, which was another horrible experience that I won’t get into. Basically we didn’t get anything to eat there cause it was just so jammed back with people and so hot.. we decided to come back to the hotel and try the pool. Pool was ALSO jammed back with kids and people there was no room for us, so we had to go to the swans pool which was nice and quiet. But we were pretty bummed we didn’t get to experience the dolphins pool. The main reason why we chose this hotel was for the big pool. It was my baby girls first time in one and I wanted it to be worth it and fun. So that was a big let down. We got back to the room pretty late... I was starving at that point from not being able to eat at down town Disney so I was looking forward to getting room service again and trying something else. I didn’t care what it was at that point I just wanted to eat. Well I call and find our room service stopped serving at 11pm. Needless to say, I ate my daughters puffs for dinner that night. With some water cause I didn’t feel like walking a mile and a half to a vending machine or store. One thing I would like to add though is the person who picked up our luggage was a real sweet man. He was very polite. And the lady who brought our food up was also very polite. I thought that about all the staff to be honest. They were all so nice and had that “Disney positive attitude” and just pleasant, it’s just a real shame the service didn’t meet those same standards. If those little things could be fixed, it would be a great hotel that I would be happy staying at each time I came to Orlando. So we wake up the next day and I ask for a late check out. Thinking they would honor that since they didn’t honor our early check in, but they gave us a big fat nope. We had to leave at 11am. Which honestly I was ready to leave anyway. I wanted to come back home and be in my own bed. This trip could of been a lot better if they catered to guests more. I’m not saying they had to wait on us hand and foot but it just would of been way better if guests were made top priority.
Hotel rooms are old, small, and expensive.
Very pretty grounds. Close to Epcot and Hollywood studios.
Great amenities, several good dining options, convenient boat to Epcot. The pool areas are really nice. I would definitely stay here again!
Affordable, great location, boat rides take you to sone parks. Alot of amenities, Rooms are mix between modern and not, very clean

Beautiful resort. Great rooms. The lobby is a little bit perfume-y. But overall a great experience.
Great place to stay. Pool area and paddle boats are fabulous Food is good.
Very pretty place to stay
Have stayed at the Dolphin and the Swan in the last 2 months. Significant difference in service - the Dolphin pales in comparison to the Swan. Rooms are better at the Swan. Service was also poor at the lobby bar at Dolphin. Be careful when booking a fireworks view room b/c they do not tell you what park view you will get - be sure to indicate on reservation that you would like Epcot view as the Hollywood Studios side has minimal fireworks activity. Will not return to Dolphin.

Easy check-in and out, spacious clean rooms, and the best view for Epcot fireworks. We visited this resort with my in-laws for a weekend getaway. While my husband and I loved it, my in-laws had a bit of trouble getting around the resort. The hotel is one building, and had quite a few hallways and paths to get from the self parking to the rooms. For those in good health, the distance won’t be much of a concern, but for those who have trouble walking long distances, this may not be the best choice. The lobby was spacious and had lots of shops and restaurants. And the location was truly walking distance to the boardwalk, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. I’d stay here again, but for my in-laws, we’d favor the Caribbean Beach resort or another with easier parking to room walking distances.
This is a great hotel, however it doesn't feel like Disney hotel. This feels more like a business hotel, lots of conferences and groups. It has a bar right in the middle of the open lobby. If you are planning to come to Disney with kids, I suggest check other Disney hotels. Swam and Dolphins it's a great hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, with several restaurants in the property. Great for business trips.
We were told that early check in was offered, we waited for 5, hours to get into our room.We also were not the only ones The front desk experience was unprofessional and contradictory. Our official check in time was 4:00, were informed that they had until 6:00 to perform the service . We were never told this nor did we read this anywhere. We have never had such an awful experience. Beware that they don't disclose this check in information. We would have preferred to pay more and stay elsewhere. The property itself was beautiful. The restaurant's were excellent. This did not make up for the aggravation. Be advised , consider carefully before staying here. THIS IS NOT A DISNEY RESORT. Nor do they adhere to Disney standards.

Most comfortable and best place to enjoy the real Disney experience. Only disadvantage was no access to airport shuttle. After spent whole day in park few hours sleep made us very fresh next day. Awesome restaurant, 24X7 shop that sell frozen food, cereals, salads, milk, snacks, candy etc. No microwave in room though there were common microwave available. Beautiful lobby with bar. Pool and hot tub was wonderful, kids will have lot of fun in hotel. There was a TV near to the checkin counter was very helpful to entertain kids. Great staffs, Disney park Helpdesk available to get the tickets and fastpass planning.. Best is the view from higher floors.. we had a room with EPCOT fireworks view.. sunrise in the morning was another spectacular thing.
Always a delight.

Dolphin was a great resort. Marriot owned but most of the perks of a Disney resort. Couple of restaurants and bar. Large pool, nice rooms, ask for a room with views of all 3 of the firework shows. Early and late magic hours. Best of all, can walk to the Broadwalk and to Epcot and Hollywood studios quicker than bus or ferry. Would stay again and you can use Marriot points!
What dream place to visit it's a beautiful area to come and enjoy a great vacation
We stayed here for the 2nd time. I took my parents, my family and my in laws. The location is great, you can walk to Hollywood Studios and to Epcot. A short bus ride to Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom. The pool is great and the bars and restaurants are always top notch. People will complain about price, but it is on Disney and you get the magic hour and Disney prices too. That being said, you get a calendar of things at the hotel. What you don't realize is the cost. IE, we did the shirt tie dye. We were charged $40 for 2. The person doing it had never done it before and had no rubber bands, bags, or idea how to do it. So a waste of money. The s'mores are free, and the swan boat, after that I would skip most things.

It was awesome, amazing place to visit ????
First off I was under the impression all hotels on Disney property were Disney resorts(it is called Walt Disney world dolphin resort) but this one isn't so no free Disney magic bands here(didn't know this until we checked in). Also I had no idea they had a $30 a day "resort service package" charge until check out. What this resort service package is I have no idea but I was forced to pay for it. I booked through an outside company and the booking said it came with free parking, guess what I was charged for? Yup $25 a day to self park(i.e. put my car in the lot and leave it there til I left). They said there is nothing in my reservation that says free parking(I have contacted the other company about this as well). So I was slapped with another 181 dollars in fees on check out. I check my account when I get home and it shows they charged $200. I called the hotel and I didn't really understand what she was talking about they hold $100 on check in and the charges went over that so they are holding another $100 and that it will be 5-7 days before that extra money is released back to me. My money that they have no right to. I was already upset but this just made it worse. Oh and I ordered pizza from one of the restaurants thinking it was a personal sized pizza but it wasn't. When I realized this I asked them to cancel the purchase. They had to call someone to come down and tell me they can't reverse the charges and they will email somebody to issue me a refund in 3-5 days from Monday. Really? You couldn't just give me cash back? Never again will I stay and here and for that matter may never stay at Disney period. Do not stay at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel and the proximity to Epcot is definitely the top reasons to stay at this hotel. I also thought the conference audio system was one of the better ones I've seen used. The pools and hot tubs are really fun and the 6am to 11pm hours are a nice touch (especially for conference goers and adults wanting to have a little chill pool time). And all those great things about this place (and being in Disney) are certainly why it costs so much. The room (two doubles) was tiny and fairly outdated, nothing too special. But I suppose you don't spend too much time in them anyway. It looks like they're starting some upgrades to the 90's decor which would be welcome. I think I was a bit allergic to whatever they use to clean sheets and towels which is why I gave only 4 stars. The signage is also a bit lacking/not placed well and getting around the hotel, which is enormous, was a bit confusing and sometimes took quite a long time. Overall, a decent spot in need of an upgrade to 2019 with incredibly accommodating and thoughtful staff, basic pools, and great access to Epcot with access to other parks through the shuttle.
Mickey Mouse was at the bar and he was terrifically drunk. I think Minnie is seeing someone else.

Excellent Resort Location Close to the Disney Parks and convenience stores.
One of the beat hotels I've ever been to
I loved the hotel. The pool was a little nasty
Front of House staff were very knowledgable about their property..rooms could have been cleaner with less dust. Restaurants on hotel property were actually good experiences serving good food.
The boardwalk is adjacent to the hotel. Good for long walks at night. The bars are open until 2am. Great entertainment.
Lots to do. Restaurants are pretty good. The only thing is I could hear the person in the room next to me using the bathroom when I was in my bathroom.
This is a beautiful resort but be aware that this is not a Disney owned property and as I recall guests staying here are not eligible for extra magic hours. That may have changed but do check with the hotel if this is important to you. It is in a great location, central to everything in Disney World.
For what you pay not worth it . Staff was not friendly , rooms need to be updated . Our room was close to the elevator I guess because you could hear it every time it went up or down . The pool was nice . We enjoy the All Star resort's more .

Besides the really creepy statues on the building this place is really nice. From the pools to the landscaping and to the rooms. This location is awesome if you wanna go for a walk. Or visit Disney's Boardwalk. If you are out partying too late at the Boardwalk and don't know where you are at. Just look for the hauntingly lit up gargoyle fish like creatures on this building. They will light your way like Sauron at Mordor.
Loved it!! Don't want to leave.. Ever!
Clean rooms and great service
i’m staying here with my family for about 3 days. i’ve only been here for one night so far but... when my brother went to open the fridge there was leftovers from the guests that were previously in this room... then found a beer bottle in the corner this morning. i cannot make this stuff up LOL. wouldn’t stay here again.
Bought a “fireworks view” room as an anniversary gift for my daughter and her husband. While this is an Epcot area hotel, there are apparently no guarantees to see Epcot fireworks, and while Hollywood Studios does put on some fireworks they aren’t visible from the hotel room. When they complained to the manager they were given an amenities package delivered several hours later while they were in the shower! The room was not consistent with 4-star Marriott hotels. There were big mousetrap boxes are all around the hotel and where there were no palm trees they left stumps. All in all, Marriott made the decision to take on this property and they need to get this property updated and WDW needs to hold properties that claim to represent WDW quality resorts accountable to be high quality.
Good resort and very convenient to get to all Disney theme park locations. Quick grab fuel is good but food choices are limited.
It's a very nice resort. You need to know that its 25 dollars per day to park and 30 dollars per day resort fee. It adds up quick.
Always go for Shula's Steak House! So good.
I felt the handicap parking should have been were the valet parking is. You have to pay $50 to do valet, $25 for handicap parking, which is 1/8 mile from front door. I paid for a fireworks view and say 3 mini fireworks...very disappointed.

Great place and close to most Disney parks
Convenient and decent pricing for staying on the property.
4 of there popular rides were either shut down. One was cancelled while we stood in line. We were in line for and hour already. Two of the rides were water rides which was a sad thing since it was 90+ degrees. The lines for most rides were almost a two wait or more and the fast pass lines were 45mins to an hour wait.
Stayed here with the family for 1 full week, had a wonderful time. The 3 tops things for me: Room was beutiful and super clean, always fresh linens and towels, multiple pools with different perks very nice, and the food was good, but, my favorites are Fountain for their huge waffle icecream cones and Bluezoo for their food which was amazing. In both places staff went above and beyond. I definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel. Awesome restaurants, and good entertainment.
Close to parks. Great service
Beautiful lobby and retail store.
It was amazing
Great hotel. The facility is clean and accommodating. We did have problem with hot water. One room had hot water. The other one was luke warm at best. Otherwise, location was convenient to Epcot and the boardwalk.
Polite staff, well appointed rooms, good restaurants, and walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
Chris , Kristen , Justin , and Travis are the best customer service bartenders we have ever had at w Disney resort ! That’s the reason we have been coming the dolphin for years best resort in Disney and just remodeled two years ago amazing
Love it , planning to go back next year.

The area around the hotel, and the hotel itself is amazing visually at night. The pool is incredible, but finding a seat can be challenging. The boardwalk is a short walk from the hotel. That's a great way to walk off a very delicious meal at shula's,one of the lobby restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is big and can be tough to navigate. We loved it overall and would definitely stay there again.
The pools don't have lifeguards. You can't use your magic band for charging purchases. The bus service from the parks is slower than the buses to the actual Disney hotels. But the hotel itself is nice. You just don't get the same quality service that though get at the Disney owned resorts.
Excellent value for a deluxe level resort. That said, however, the walls are very thin so we were constantly woken up by people talking in the hallway. Additionally, they forgot to clean our room one day, which is inexcusable.
The food was very good, especially the breakfast buffet. There are several reasons I gave it one star. It was our son's 3rd birthday. When we booked both of the rooms, as his grandparents were coming along, we were told that they would decorate the room with balloons and a card for him on his birthday. We left that Thursday morning to go to Magic Kingdom. Upon returning, no housekeeping had been done on either room. No... we didnt put signs out to skip the room. Our son had a nap, and we then left for Disney in the afternoon when he woke up. Upon returning to the room in the evening, still no decorations. Still no picking up towels or tidying up the room. We called to complain. The next day, no one came again to clean either room. We are not planning on staying there again.
Clean place, helpful staff, walking distance from Epcot.
Great location and lots of activities for the kids
Don't leave anything behind at the Swan. You won't get it back.
Didn't feel like Disney
Nice resort. Tons of pools . Peaceful atmosphere
The resort mabe everything easy.
Clean, Nice Staff, Great food.
So far this Resort has been outstanding and accommodating in every way. My daughter and her baby have severe food allergies and every step of the way they are facilitating a happy vacation for us. My little grandson is having the time of his life exploring all over the facility.

Beautiful lobby, stunning bar, cool quick serve food locations....BUTthe rooms are average (which is not okay for what they charge) and the self parking/valet parking leave much to be desired. We stayed here for 2 days and moved on to Coronado Springs. Can't compare the 2. We wish our entire trip was at CS. Dolphin is nice, but not sure we would stay again.

Excellent place to stay! I definitely recommend it! Restaurants are excellent, and the view in all the corners is awesome!
No free wifi for Marrott rewards members. Have to pay for business center internet use and additional cost to print. Rooms are okay, bathroom door stop makes it difficult to get in and out of tub.
I stayed at both the Dolphin and Swan and thought the Dolphin was a better overall hotel. The pool amenities are awesome and one can also entertain themselves with some outdoor activities such as volleyball, basketball, and corn hotel. The hotel room was spacious with a modern feel. There were also several onsite dining options to choose from. I would personally recommend the Picabu restaurant because of their wide selection of food.
We always love staying at the Dolphin. When planning a trip to Disney we don’t even consider any other resort! Mo is the main reason we continue coming back to the Dolphin. He always goes above and beyond and top notch service. He’s absolutely the best employee at the Dolphin.

Wonderful place but do your research before going for best times and fast passes and other tips.
Stayed for a conference at the beginning of April. Overall the hotel is good and enjoyed it. Except for one nuance that spoiled everything! The accommodation was paid for by the partner company in advance. At the end of the stay we were charged off fairly large amounts. We have a second month of contact with customer support and can not help us for SIX WEEKS! I would not advise you to stay at this hotel, because the orientation of the customer is at a very low level!

This had to one of the biggest Hotels I've stood in. You walk into the main lobby and it's just wide open with a judge water feature in the middle with two bars and seating everywhere rooms were fine, beds were comfortable we had access to busses that took us to and from the parks. But even if you just stood at the hotel you would have a blast. At night is where it came to life. Different colored lights lit up the paths and the boardwalk had so many things to see and do. From live shows to all type of restaurants. I ended up at the dance hall on 90s night and had the time of my life.

Hotel was a little cheaper than staying in actual Disney resorts, but you still got a lot of perks! Being able to walk to Hollywood studios and epcot was awesome, and so was being able to walk to jellyrolls at night! I do wish the cafe in the hotel was a little more reasonable with their prices.
Super friendly staff, great outdoor pool and on site food options. Hallway and rooms a bit dated, but still nice, comfortable sleeping.
It was a very nice resort. But unfortunately does not have free airport shuttle. They were very accommodating and even moved us into our room earlier! Very clean. Beautiful pool areas. Very close to Epcot
Awesome!!! Will be going again in the winter.
You can't beat the location of this resort! Plus, the staff is wonderful. Great housekeeping, guest services and concierge. You won't go hungry with all the dining options available. We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was a highlight for me. We could see EPCOT and Hollywood Studios from our room. The only negative was the small bathroom. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort.

Super super recommended good resort
The property looks great but the rooms are mediocre at best. First room we had the door wouldnt open. They changed us to another room that the toilet kept clogging. It is super expensive to stay and play on this property. Would rather find something not sponsored by the theme parks .

A little dated and not an official Disney resorts but loved it otherwise . Great pools and lots of stuff for kids to do. Restaurant at pool had great food but bar staff seamed miserable and slow. The jalapeño infused margarita was great but the bluezoo restaurant will make you a better one if you ask. Bluezoo food was also amazing best meal we had there!
The hotel was amazing; Great, friendly staff, lots to do and see around and inside the hotel including: a spa and a karaoke restaurant/bar. Rooms were big and comfortable and clean. Just overall a great place.
My brother invited me to go with him on a work trip. I loved it here. this was a very good start for my first time at a resort. Transportation was brilliant. The hotel its self has so much to do inside. It has a variety of restaurants . My favorite was Picabu. Its a small buffet like area with the most reasonable prices. The mid eastern restaurant is good too. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BLUEZOO. Its not worth it. The staff is also friendly. They have a game room, laundry room, 5 pools ( one has a slide), a beach portion as well, a spa, and an awesome gift shop. The gift ship prices are a bit up there but they have good mugs, key chains, and candy for a great price. i will say that I wishthe gift shop was a bit bigger. They are very clean and the scenery makes for awesome photos. Lastly you may want to try the board walk. Take the ferry over, yes the hotel has a ferry, and just walk around. They have games, more restaurants, and an extra clothing shop. This location makes a great trip for the family. I would likely stay there again.
Nice hotel just to far to walk to Transportation
Every time me and my family go to the disney beach club resort we walk around and stop by dolphin resort and eat at the cafeteria rosted chicken. If you visit, try the milkshake at (THE FOUNTAIN).
Magical.........realistically, it is amazing to see all of the different properties and the enormity of the entire place. The vision was huge, but the result is absolutely overwhelming. The real magic is having the foresight to purchase all of the land Walt Disney World encompasses. Building it out can be done over 50 years......still......quite a remarkable place..............you just have to come with some bank in your pocket.
Our room was placed next to a family with a child that cried over and over for long periods of time. Just because we had our son with us didn't mean we should have to endure that. Overall a good experience.
Wonderful! Great service, food, location to Disney parks. Rooms are elegant, large with comfortable beds! Great choice! Will be back. Even my children loved it.

A fun place
If i could give this place zero stars, i would. When you first walk in you’re immediately hit with a weird mold/chlorine smell that i never could figure out where it was coming from. The restaurants downstairs drain you of every last cent you have. Charging almost $4 for a soft drink is outrageous. The carpets in the hall are old and worn out and the room wasn’t clean when we got in. My boyfriends iPhone XS was also stolen while we were swimming and the security guard we spoke to about it acted annoyed that we called him out there. In exchange for a $1200 phone being stolen, they sent a $20 bottle of wine to the room which was almost insulting. Housekeeping also came in without permission while i was asleep. The internet is horrible and basically unusable. Our final night was filled with the guests across from us allowing their kids to stomp up and down the hall, screaming their lungs out for over 45 minutes. We called the front desk twice and were told security would be sent up. That never happened. They started again at 9 the next morning, but it was our checkout day and i knew nothing would be done anyway so i just let it go. Please save yourself the money and don’t stay at this gross tourist trap.
Had a ton of fun with my family! Celebrated great successes and reminded myself of the reasons we do what we do everyday.
Great hotel rooms, pool, and staff. They have a place where you can buy frozen yogurt, and the proximity to Epcot is nice.

The best hotel that my family and I staded. Our vacation was a success. My kids had a amazing time. Me and my husband as well.
Linda nice, didn't stay here. Lot's of conventioneers.
Absolutely hated the place. Carpets in the Halls are old worn and dirty. we parked in the handicap parking which is way at the other side of the convention center and had to walk all the way to a room at the very end of the hotel on the opposite side of the parking lot absolutely deep by the time we got there then we had to go clear back to the lobby to go downstairs and get to the buses. We will never go there again
Great atmosphere! Helpful and friendly staff. Our rooms were neat and clean. The pool was inviting. The grounds were immaculate. Highly recommend!
Great team and awesome restaurants!
Great location near Epcot. Perks of staying at a disney resort such as disney transportation and early fast pass reservation date, with the perks of using/earning Marriott points. More of a resort than the other Disney hotels I've stayed at (all stars, Caribbean etc) . Good restaurants.
It's nice, but not for the price. I LOVE Disney but the Dolphin hotel has probably had the same decor and amenities for the past 20 yrs. Let's start with some details that are positive...The service from staff is as close to impeccable as anyone can get, the various dining experiences are GREAT, the Spa shop (not $ included) is AMAZING, the balcony views are AMAZING, the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, there's digital heating and air control, and the shower heads in the shower were nice. I also liked that I could log into my personal Netflix acct on the large flat screen TV rather than pay for channels. The negatives.... The place looks incredibly outdated by the color scheme & patterns, there's no refrigerator or microwave in the room, the room offers bar soap instead of a gel for hands and body, super old hardware on the sliding door to the balcony, the carpeting throughout hallways is beyond worn and doesn't even look shampooed, the furniture in the lobby are so worn (sagging and chipped) they need to be replaced, no charging stations but plenty of outlets anywhere in the hotel, no bellhop staffing after 10 pm when you return from the parks that stay open til midnight (we rented a stroller), no sitting area, full mirror or flat table surface in the women's lobby bathroom so if come in before the 4 pm check in time so you can't place your things on something without using a stall or check your clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for what we paid per night in 2019 it wasn't the pricey experience that I paid for that, frankly, you'd find in even a $80-$100/night hotel.
They nickel and dime you on w everything
Over all a very nice hotel. The staff is not very commutative though. They seem to be overwhelmed and they are not properly trained to handle this stress. Any question you have is answered with short burst answers. The main issue I have is with the valet staff. We arrived under a storm and we notified them that we were checking in. We were asked if we would valet or self park. Once I told him I was gonna self park he said I had to park elsewhere and pointed out to a different direction. He walked away. I started to drive away and found the self parking lot and it was far. I realized that he didn't even offer to unload our bags and I would have to do it under a thunder storm. I said screw this and drove back parked inside of the valet and unloaded my bags and had my wife and kids take them into the building. I then drove back into the parking lot and ran back to the building with a fortunate to have umbrella. Wow what a first impression. If you dont valet get the hell out of the way so they can make tips on other people who will. Unload your own damn bags. Upon checkout we simply walked our bags directly to the self park area and left. We generally frequent Universal theme parks and universal resorts and we've become accustomed to way better service. Dont miss Disney resorts and parks.
Our stay during our work conference was great. Ted was one of our servers. His service was, in the simplest word, Superb. He went above and beyond for my colleague to get her fruits because she had a dietary restriction. But that's not all. The best part of Teddy was his personality and most of all us attitude. His positive and upbeat nature was highly contagious and uplifting. We recognize great people when we see them. Teddy is one to be highlighted and praised. Highly recommend Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney specifically because of Teddy. Thank you!
Awesome rooms and service.Beds great.Price didnt bankrupt us.
Being within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is fantastic. This hotel is huge and we were there while there was a conference so it was very busy. I spent all of my time in the parks but if you wanted to eat at the hotel it was challenging because of the people attending the conference filled up most of the restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and pretty quiet.
Overpriced bad food, great staff though.
a beautiful resort, and for convenience offers transport via river boat or bus to the disney worlds. loved it!

Beautiful place to stay. They have a lot of hidden charges at check out that was not previously discussed prior to booking for your "convenience" fees. No wonder why I haven't visited a theme park in over 15 years.
The Hotel is excelent, but must be paid for every additional services, eg. Basic package in the room ( 2 mineral water+wifi). Must be paid for parking (25 USD/day!) as well, it is not too elegant from the hotel.

Visited the spa for a massage. Very clean space. Massage was great, post massage space was very relaxing.
This place is gorgeous!!! I'm not typically a fan of Disney resorts but this property is beautiful. The staff is super nice and there are plenty of restaurants on site as well.
Spa day only
For the amount we paid, I would expect better room service, nicer rooms and at least a microwave.

Had a great stay and they don't discourage use of grocery delivery service or Uber Eats. Dropping rating from 5 to 2 stars: "Not thrilled with Disney's response Re: possible spycams in their suites; they didn't even open up a case with Sheraton and just asked me to contact them. Thanks for caring :S All I wanted to know is if they have 3rd party detectives sweep rooms randomly which is the only way to ensure guest privacy! Be suspicious of hair dryers in washrooms as that was a common tactic in South Korea!"

Great location. Room very noisy and mattress need replacing. I have a bad back and had to get a roll away.
A nice and convenient place, ideal for a large scale congress. Large ball room for plenaries, lots of smaller although decent spaces for the breakouts and a spotless service from the hotel staff. The concierge is smart and tolerant, as opposed to some of the representatives of the front desk. The Phin's bar is pleasant and offers a large variety of tasty cocktails. The gentleman of the business center called the 11th hour is extremely efficient and fast.

Disney is the BEST
The Dolphin Hotel was just remodled and the lobby, shops and restaurants are great. The hotel is on the Boardwalk and you can walk to all the bars and restaurants in the area. It is also about a mile walk to either Epcot or Hollywood studios.

The staff made way too many errors, only the parlor in my suite was available well after 4 pm. They said we would receive a text when the bedroom was ready and never did

Overpriced , aging. Not a disney hotel it's a Marriott on Disney Property they don't tell you that and they false advertise. WiFi sucks very bad. Disconnects and you have to jump through hoops just to connect.
Jad El M.
Family friendly hotel. Very well designed and maintained.
As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I've stayed in many of Marriott's brands. It's unfortunate that I have to post my first negative review. Yesterday my family stayed on the 5th floor of the Swan Hotel. We were expecting nice accommodations, but of course not at the level of what Disney provides. We ate at the Garden Grove on night one of a two night stay, and were delighted to learn it was a buffet, and Chip & Dale were their to great the dinner guests. The buffet was arranged sloppily with pieces of food spread around, and some items missing. The steak meat was a very poor cut of meat, and some of the fruit had a spoiled taste. The worst part is my wife got food poisoning, and was very sick within an hour, and is still a little nausea two days later. The positive part of this meal was the service provided from our waitress Merinda, and Chip & Dale, who both visited our special need son together. It's unfortunate that we refused to eat anything on this property on day two, and will never return. This stay cost me 100,000 points for two nights, $29 dollar a night resort fee, and $35 a night valet. The decor is way out dated, very worn, and not attractive at all. The room had old curtains, and the hallway carpet design was almost worn off and buckling. I would have given a 1 star rating but for the service provided at dinner and the character experience.
Just had dinner at Shula's in the Dolphin, after dinner port at Phins......yum
Very nice place to stay. I want on a couple of sites to read the reviews. (I only read the bad ones) And the whole time I was there I never encountered what the reviews were saying. My room key worked every time, (You have to be smarter than the lock your trying to unlock) The carpet didn't smell like puke, how ever it was a little worn. All staff seemed to know what was going on, if my wife or myself asked for something we got it no hassle no problemsthe restaurants were a little pricey, but what resort restaurant isn't? Over all great place.
The Modern V.
Rooms very good. But they do not serve breakfast so you have to buy your own breakfast. The lobby area can get over crowded with conference attendees.
It just doesn't impress me
We love this resort! In my opinion, it's one is WDWs best kept secrets. Shhhhhh ;-) The fact that you can use points really enables us to go more often! It's got most of the benefits of a Disney resort and the remodels have helped keep it up to par. The location is sweet! I've taken my family there 3 times and counting!
We went to this hotel for a 20th wedding anniversary and was very disappointed. The room was just ok. However the balconies were unusable because of the constant water coming over the edge. If you sit outside on them you get soaked. Not what we wanted to do being forced to sit inside. Directions to restaurants was non existant. Board walk was extremely disappointing. They had a big convention so we were not even recognized. The pillows felt like rocks. We wont go back again. I can say Jake was really nice but most of the people just seemed bothered if you asked a question. Expected more than this from Walt Disney hotel.
Great location and almost always cheaper than the official Disney resorts on the Boardwalk... its not the same quality though. Fantasic restaurants too!
Well ran conference we were a part of. Even dropped coffee refills for the room (cups would have helped though). Only frustrating part was the toilet kept running so we needed to wriggle the handle to make it function which was a bit difficult since we're on vacation
Nice place but they need to communicate with the guest so they will know what all the cost will be up front
A great place to stay!!!

Good hotel, amazing staff- very polite and thorough! Shula's Steakhouse has amazing wine list and really good steaks!
Amazing. Going back again in a few years. Loved it!
Worst hotel ever. Checked in at 10:30 said room would be ready a little after 11. Finally got my room around 6.....horrible customer service. Could not get a straight answer out of anyone. Will never stay here again.
Worst experience ever. Here for a conference and the service is horrible. The room is not clean. And the staff is extremely rude. Went to go check on status of the room (room in wife’s name) “are you x” only “x can get room status “get x, x needs to be here” really is the room ready?
A very nice place to stay, there is plenty to do, obviously, because it is Disney world. The staff was awesome and the room and view was the best.
First when pulling in the parking lot for our first family Disney vacation at the Dolphin, we were told that self parking is full and that we HAD NO CHOICE and had to use valet parking and are not allowed to have our keys to our vehicle for our stay. Then when unloading our vehicle we were told we COULDN'T unload OUR own luggage from OUR own vehicle. I paid extra for a balcony room with a view and our wifi didnt work, so when we asked the front desk for help they said "we should have gotten a room on a lower floor". Since when does that "HAPPY PLACE ON EARTH" TELL THE PAYING CUSTOMER what they can and can't do with their own vehicle and luggage. If we had elected to use valet parking and/or bell hop services then that would be our choice not DISNEY WORLD. O, and one more thing we felt expected to tip the bell hop and the valet for their MANDATORY SERVICES
Maybe my expectations about this place were the best but at the end of my stay there, I was a little bit disappointed. The Resort in general is beautiful and the views are impressive, my room had a view right to the Swan Hotel which is beautiful, the rooms were clean and organized but every time I tried to open the door it was a really hard battle because the lock had some problems. For being a huge and expensive hotel the pool wasn't as beautiful as I thought but it was nice and enjoyable. The customer service wasn't the best, I was waiting for some creams and coffee to be delivered to my room and it took forever to get them and they didn't even knock the door and left them at the door. Ladies at the bar in the pool were unfriendly and not costumer oriented . There are about 2 boats that take you for free to most of attractions in Disney which is nice. The Mandara Spa is beautiful and relaxing but very expensive. There is a lot of restaurants in the resort but most of them are expensive and in general the hotel is overpriced for what the amenities are. You can enjoy the fireworks in Epcot at 9:00 pm from the hotel and the Boardwalk which was great. In general the hotel is beautiful but I don't think it wasn't worth it to spend more than 300 bucks / night. I don't think I'm gonna stay here again.
Great Hotel alternative at prime location on Disney property. Clean, updated, great places to eat and walking distance to Boardwalk, Epcot , and Disney Studios.

Love this Place, We will definitely be back...
Great location next to Epcot... short walk back from park after sampling beverages.
Valet staff was outstanding!
This hotel was very nice. I'm still confused by the name, when there are no dolphins.
Absolutely the best place to stay at Disney. The resort is so relaxing and it's within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
It is pretty, but everything has extremely exorbitant prices.. 27 bucks for a burger and fries, 32 bucks for a cheese pizza.. glad I am here for work, otherwise I would never come here, evere.
Beautiful resort! Great location and friendly staff
Swan and Dolphin Resort is a great hotel
Decent experience, hotel is dated needs updating
Shula's was beautiful and the staff were exceptional.
A favorite when visiting Disneyworld
Beautiful resort. Maintained so well. Baby crib AND mattress was the best we've used while traveling (we had our younger three children in 39 months, so we've seen a crib or two). When our youngest got sick and I asked for a new mattress protector in crib sheet, they just brought me a completely different crib and mattress replacement so that the other one could be cleaned (even though the mess was contained to a small area on the crib sheet). The pool area is wonderful... The placement of the kiddie pool with chairs and shade nearby is genius). LOVE the coffee shop and their cold brew iced coffee - stopped in every morning for eight days! We only had one bad interaction with an employee during our stay who just seemed the polar opposite of everyone else - unfortunately, it was a front desk/first impression staff member which put a cloud over our first day. But after that, all was well and we highly recommend it. We also really liked strolling the property and it's close proximity to The Boardwalk.
Great location. Great way to stay at Disney more adult accommodations.
So much to do here! Great restaurants, bar, so close to everything Disney! Wonderful place. And the beds are super comfy. Bathroom was sorta small but that's the only complaint.
Resort is great lots of food and things to do. Dolphin resort side the rooms are clean but very dated. Could defi6 use an upgrade. Staff was exceptional and food was very good.
Pretty cool place driving in but only got to see the dock area,as I'm an otr truck driver
Great location and beautiful rooms and grounds. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Very nice resort.
Very nice hotel
We stayed here during our disney vacation and it was wonderful. They provided us wonderful service with our trips to the disney parks. The disney boardwalk was within walking distance, the pool area was well maintained and staff were very accommodating. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. Restaurants located inside have wonderful food, we had a hard time leaving
Came to stay here on business. Room wasn’t ready. Got a text that room 8109 was ready- nuce room but no bed! 1:15 am and sleeping on stiff couch no pillows, no blankets, no pull out, no Murphy bed. Used bath robe trying to keep warm curled up on couch. Didn’t work, exhausted next day for meetings. Switched rooms, told that my belongings would be transferred to Room 8172. I had one very small suitcase and sunglasses ready to go for transfer to a room with a bed. Suitcase made it, but someone (either bellhop or maid) stole my sunglasses. I filled out a form and blah blah blah to find my sunglasses. Never returned or found the STOLEN sunglasses. Good luck staying here. Ignore the worn out carpets in hallways. Disgusting and pathetic excuse for a hotel. Worst single hotel experience I have ever suffered through, and I have stayed at many of the best hotels and resorts this world has to offer. Would give -100 rating if possible. Stay under the overpass for an upgrade,
If there was a zero, they would get it. I booked this through my Marriott app and accidentally booked Pre-pay (which was $8 a night cheaper). Immediately I realized my mistake and cancelled and rebooked. According to Marriott I had 24 hours to cancel and was well within that time. A bought 2 rooms and they instantly charged my credit card (about $2000). Almost a month later I have not been refunded. Marriott agreed I was due a refund and opened a “ticket”. But in a month no one at the resort has responded to any of their emails. I called the resort and talked to accounting who agreed I was due a refund. They even sent me an email with refund details, but apparently it was never processed because i still don’t have the refund. I’m not looming for other recourse such as credit card dispute. It’s simply incredible that this place can take $2k from me and just ignore giving it back. LESSON LEARNED. DO NOT EXPECT ANY RETURN FUNDS FROM DISNEY.
It is a very beautiful place. The only thing that bothered me was they state that check in is at 4pm but your rooms not ready (well at least our room wasn't ready). They didn't text us until 5:30 that our room was finally ready. The room was nice but I didn't enjoy the mattress it felt like I was sleeping on the springs there was very little if any cushion on the bed. I wish I would have had more notice before we stayed there so I could have done more research into a few things. Like staying at this place if we get extra magic hours, because if you stay on Disney property you get to take advantage of that perk and the place is also called the WDW dolphin. Well we asked customer service and they say they are not a WDW hotel (even thou it is in their name????) so we don't qualify. But after we get home and I do some research I see were people have posted that staying there or at the swan you get to take advantage of the extra magic hours. Well it sure would have been nice for customer service to tell us that be I guess since they don't get paid for telling you the perks you can take advantage of and if you don't know then oh well.
Awesome resort. Great attentive customer service. Great room service. Pool is kids friendly. Shuttle and boat service to and from parks. I would definitely stay again.
So far the hotel has been very nice. The rooms are clean and well taking care of. Came for work because there's a conference in the convention center and the staff was outstanding. So far the food has been average at best and extremely expensive. I don't know about the connection to Disney and additional perks for going to the theme parks so I cannot comment on that.
Great resort, I think the service of the restaurants was not up to Disney standards. They were quite slow, not engaging and definitely not attentive. An example was getting drinks at the lounge at the pool, very slow, no acknowledging what we wanted, almost like they did not regularly work there. The resort itself was decent, comfortable.
Awesome place, second time stay.
We have stayed here almost each time we go to Disney area. For some reason we love it. Its clean, lots to do at hotel, close to Disney parks, convenient to get around entire Disney area. Staff has always been friendly.
The place is good, clean and friendly to all ages. The prices are worth it but my.only issue is the signage can be confusing
Great room, friendly staff, but charge for parking. $23.00 a day!
Dining is pricey, but the location and service is great!
Absolutely beautiful AMAZING resort! Very nicely maintained.
Good variety of food. Pools are great fun. Loved the waiter service around the pool. Newly refurbished room was lovely. Would come again.
Fun resort with a lot to do and wonderful park views!
Great non-Disney property, on property. Can't beat the location.
The customer care in the Dolphin Resort was far from being Disney. Yes, it was a nice (Not great) hotel. My room was not cleaned for 2 of the 3 days stayed. When asking the hotel about it, I was told that they were busy. They weren't busy enough to continue to charge me the $350 per night fees. Then there was the magnificent $61.00 buffet breakfast for 2 in the hotel ( Not Room Service). This was for scrambled eggs, link sausage and grits. Not my favorite place to stay for business let alone for a vacation. Shoot for the La Quinta for better service and at a lower price.
Great hotel. Only 4 stars because the a/c in room would not cool below 75 and the elevators need updating (peeling paint). Other than that room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many options from hearty to healthy.
Very pleased with this resort. Much nicer than some other moderate Disney resorts. There was plenty of food options as well. We had 2 queens and my daughter's queen bed was great, but mine was overly saggy in the middle and thus the reason for 4 stars and not 5.
Great location, right next to Epcot. There are boats to hire and water taxis to get between a coupe of the sites. The hotel itself has lots of amenities from pools to the gym and a an abundance of restaurants. The size of the hotel is impressive, just a little daunting if there is a conference on at the same time as this can mean a lot of people around the hotel.
(Translated by Google) Stayed 5 days at this hotel. Check-in at about 4 pm. Guests are not welcomed in any way. Accommodation offers a room with a view with a surcharge of $ 25 daily for a side view of the pool, breakfast is not included in the price. Although we expected more for the price that we paid, after living a couple of days at the hotel, we went to clarify, it turned out that we paid more due to a system error, promised to make us a refund, because we were charged twice more than we were given the number. In the hotel itself, there is no atmosphere that came to the territory of Disneyland. Children are bored there. There is a coffee machine in the room, they put a couple of Starbucks tea and coffee bags every day, and a couple of bottles of water. And then you need to periodically call the reception and ask if water or coffee is not supplied after cleaning, a trifle of course, but necessary. here everything needs to be bought separately. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, detergents are also put in a minimum amount. I don't want to call the reception and ask all the time. Clean the room well. Breakfast goes from $ 70-100 for 2 adults plus children in a regular cafe-store (Fuel) If you take pizza in a cafe on the territory, it is from $ 20 per 1 piece. Conveniently, on the territory of the hotel, you can use the washing machine, dryer yourself - this is a plus of America (from $ 3). It is very convenient when there are children and a lot of things. Parking for a car is $ 25 daily, if you go by car to Disney parks is also about the same price, plus you can put the car a little closer, because this is the only bonus from the hotel, even though it's closer to walk in the heat to the entrance to the park. Or you can take a mini ferry (boat) for free. The view is very beautiful when you go by boat. There are good pools on the territory, you can say no entertainment. Simple, if only to entertain ourselves and swim. Children are bored. Swimming tanks, etc. can be bought near the pool or rented from $ 15 for 3 hours. The hotel is only convenient if you take the ferry to some of the Disney parks. Be sure to buy tickets to parks in advance, book attractions online, otherwise you will have to queue for at least 1.5 hours for one attraction, but this is a separate topic. It is advisable to find out everything in detail at the reception, online through the Internet reviews, what and how, so as not to stand in the heat and not spoil your rest and impressions. Had the most wonderful visit. The hotel is on the expensive side, but try to stay for even a day to take advantage of the perks. There is a water taxi that picks and drops from Epcot for free. You also get 3 fast passes for Disney rides, per day.
Gorgeous place with excellent service. Highly recommend!
Loved this place. Only stayed one night to visit some friends who were visiting Disney World but it's great. The view from our room was gorgeous we could see the lake and all the boats and ferries coming through. At night you can watch the firework show right from your balcony. It was very clean and service is 5star the pool areas are so relaxing. One even has a waterfall and water slide. Great spot if you want to stay off the Disney Resort
Was here for Alamo rental car. It was excellent.
Great place to stay. Right on the boardwalk and can walk to the back entrance of Epcot. Great pool as well.

Beautiful resort, in between Epcot and Hollywood Studios so you can take either walk to either parks or take one of the fairy boats to both parks as well. Close to Disney's Boardwalk which connects to several other hotels as well as stores, and different types of food options.
Blue Zoo is awesome, crab nachos rock!
For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed. The amenities are there but so are a number of issues. There were tiny bugs that bit us, everywhere in our suite. They looked like small ants. Some of the charge ports in the room did not work. Several times we had to request a thing twice before we either received it or recieved the correct item/s. Upon entering the hotel I was choked by the overwhelming piped in artificial fragrance. Some staff apologized and several acknowledged the fact. I avoided the lobby or covered my face passing through so as not to be ill. As previously stated amenities are in place. The pool is salt water, which I love. Several restaurants. You can purchase a cup for free refillable drinks. Laundry room. Valet or self park. Nicely outfitted exercise room. Curtious, accommodating, friendly staff. Please note this is NOT a disney hotel but there is a working relationship with disney as well as a store, representative and bus stop on site.
Can't wait to come back. Very clean rooms and great hospitality. Beautiful resort.
Clean, great location, good customee service
Do not be decieved that this is a Disney property. It is not. Very poor service. Very poorly maintained. Understaffed and horrible front desk. Management is unresponsive. Carpet is worn out and stained.
Lovely. If you have time, spend a day outside of the parks and enjoy the resort itself. Swimming pool was perfect for families! Java was an awesome spot for a meal. The lobby was perfect for resting a moment with a drink and a snack.
Nice renovations. Lobby is great. My room had two balconies - one looking at The Swan and the other looking at Epcot. Terrific view of the 9pm fireworks. As expected, very nice staff, and some of the comforts of a Sheraton hotel!
Was there for a convention, very nice venue. Didn't see the rooms so can't speak to that bit there are restaurants and shops in there.

Shulas restaurant at dolphin. Fabulous food
Great service and food
Beds are comfortable.
A great spot to get a good rate to get the Disney experience. We were able with our Marriott rewards to get a character breakfast across at the Swan as well. We had a room with a balcony view facing the Boardwalk, and although it was a little older, we really enjoyed the balcony (2-3 people max can fit). I got into another tower that a buddy of mine had a room in, and the view of Hollywood Studios was awesome. Their room was a bit more remodeled (it seemed), so some of the hotel must be in transition. If you're on a budget and find a great rate at the Dolphin, you can't go wrong. Plus, if you can't do the parks, you can just hang around the different Epcot hotels. It was beautiful.

Outstanding quality, and the cleanliness of our room was the best we have ever experienced. The complete decor of both the lobby and more importantly the beauty of our room was more than impressive. The cleanliness of the whole facility from pool to the lobby, the lobby bar and the restaurants were unparalleled. The staff was very pleasant although we did not have to make any special request. The overall visual, sound and total quality has far surpassed any experience we have encountered.
Everything you need to relax. If your going to be here a while hit up a grocery store on the way.

Our stay has been good for the most part, but the afternoon house keeping is sub par. We have stayed here for four nights. For two of the four days we were here, our room (1020) was cleaned very thoroughly. The morning cleaning staff has been excellent. Clean freshly made beds, towels, clean glasses in the room, freshly vacuumed carpet. 2 days of our stay, our room was cleaned in the afternoon and a lot of details were ignored. The bathtub was not cleaned, with stains and hairs left in the tub, new glasses were not put in the room, the carpets were not vacuumed and the comforters were thrown on the bed without the sheets having been tucked in. Very disappointing.
Nice rooms, restaurants and service
Check in was a hassle with the getting proper key and late check out was not possible even though I was running half marathon. Very rude to not be even give the option to check out late since we are given less than an hour once done with the race. Not going to be staying here next race , I’ll tell you that much. Room service was great there. I’ll give them that much.
Did not stay here . But ate at shula restaurant in the hotel. Excellent
Lovely room, comfortable bed, restaurant options, easy access to the park. Only thing was the extremely confusing, unorganized valet situation.
Awesome location! Great price, comfortable beds.
Clean elegant Disney hotel. Service is top notch and area is easy to navigate.
Sadly disappointed. So loud. Not easy to find our room. Not up to what we’ve experienced st other Disney hotels. Even some of the staff were unfriendly First time we e had that. Definitely not worth the $$$$ we paid for one night.
Great location to quickly get to any of the parks. Great for walking to Boardwalk or Epcot or even Hollywood Studios if you don't mind approx. 1/2 mile walk along the river. Many restaurants and quick food at the Dolphin.
Great place to stay anytime.
The cafeteria excellent
I normally here for conventions. That said, they remodeled the lobby and I have to say good Job. The market has a very good variety of lite food, good quality but hotel prices. At least you are not locked in to having to go to the restaurants.
Dined at the boat house it took one hour for our food that is overpriced server said it took so long because they had no pasta And had to go to another restaurant
The service was a bit iffy. We ordered another like, futon bed at the beginning of the day while we were out. We got back in the evening, and it wasn't there. So, we called for it again, and an hour and a half layer, nothing. So we called one last time and they brought it 30 min later. Other than that, the pool is nice, the food is great on lobby level, and everything is just really nice here
(Translated by Google) The Dolphin Hotel is a Diseny hotel, but the Magic bracelets can not be used anyway (which is the only really negative). The location of the hotel is very good and some Disney parks can also be reached by boat. The complex is well maintained and the pool for children ideal to cool off. The rooms are clean and functional. It is advisable to ask for a room on the top floors. Here you have a nice view (fireworks in the evening). We can recommend the Dolphin Resort.
I visit alot. Nice place.

Rooms are dated
I was here for a conference. The facility was a little dated, but the convenience is hard to top. The pool was a lot of fun too.

Very beautiful lobby, everywhere you go, people are just the friendliest!! This is the place to go if you want to rent a car for a very cheap price!! Well worth it!!
Great room. Very poor food
I have been waiting for 4 hours for my room with no end in sight. Asked when I made the reservation if I could check in early. No problem they said, the room might not be ready but it will be ASAP. Apparently ASAP is greater than 4 hours.
Amazing best place to stay at Disney!
Great service, convenient location, comfortable rooms
Love this place so much!!!
Swan and Dolphin has a gorgeous entrance. If you want a place with a great picture spot this is it. They also have great restaurants.
This hotel sucks. We got to the hotel very late and it took a long time to wait in line to get our room key, and then when we got it, the room key didn’t work. WE DID THAT TWICE. We had two rooms, in both of which the keys didn’t work. By that time it was almost 2:30 in the morning. This hotel is not worth your time and please don’t stay here. If I could id give it zero stars.
The staff is amazing. Gave us so much knowledge of our area and the things we can do. We also got checked in early and a awesome room upgrade! Our first stay and it definitely wont be our last!
Massive place. I needed my GPS inside the hotel! LOL. But amazing property.

Beautiful at Thanksgiving. Christmas decor was just put up. We loved it being so close to EPCOT.
The dolophine is beautiful and very large and big thier is valet thier shuttle busses a board walk and thier a lot to do for kids and adult pool is very grand fun for the kids no kiddy pool slide waterfall the room are nice siize and very clean and worker are great help if neeeded.its very family friendly close to disney parks or if business meeting thier something for every body here.
Great food and an amazing experience! Very clean We will definitely be back! Great restaurants and plenty of things to do right on site. Shuttles and ferryboats take you to any disney park or attraction. Its really cool how the dolphin and the swan are connected. The place is huge. You wont be able to do everything in one day so be sure to stay for at least a few days! I paid $200 a night for 3 nights and i feel it was well worth it! Cheers!
Disappointing price value . Old, rooms old mildew.
Nice but expensive, too many incidentals.
fanciful hotel with unique architecture and design. I hope to stay there soon. until then, I'll have to admire the resort from afar.
Beautiful property, excellent food, loved how close the Dolphin was to Disney Resort Properties. The Dolphin has everything one could want- dining, pools, gym etc. however, the hotel staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. I expected more from this resort.
Rooms are small but very clean
Nice resort area. Great Boardwalk!
Accomadating staff, and very friendly
Awesome and beautiful
Awesome resort. In resort dining amazing, pools amazing, valet great, rooms great.
Wonderful place to stay lots of amenities to use, close to EPCOT and Hollywood studios, good restaurants and entertainment.

Stayed at the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel for 3 days this past week. This was a work trip not for pleasure. Stayed there many years ago and wanted to say they still look brand new. The staff service was excellent and the food their was excellent. Enjoyed my stay and highly reccomend.
Awesome stay at the Dolphin!

Older, but nice resort
great hotel, room was clean but average. would stay again, but not wowed. property seemed older. Great views of fireworks tho.
Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. This property is very well maintained and offers so many amenities.
This is a perfect business meeting/conference hotel walking distance to Epcot, Disney boardwalk and more. Rooms very nice and larger than expected. Good restaurant selections, plus catering for my conference was delicious. Not a true Disney themed resort property if that is what you are looking for, but an excellent hotel with the Disney hospitality you expect.
Love the restaurants here, breakfast is great,my go to for last minute weekends, except when weddings,to many people not enough parking, rental cars and tickets sold here, the higher you go the more the room and rooms with a cute pricey,,just like Disney,,the 24 cafe is good for late night,,need more laundry facilities,,
The lobby is beautiful. Nice shops and restaurants. The room itself was ok, and appeared pretty clean. However, the hallways, elevators and balcony's were so old, dirty, smelled like throw up and were just gross! Marriott needs to up their game and cough up the money for some new carpet and paint! It makes guests wonder what else is in disrepair?

Booked a king. Told me at registration I had two full size. I told her I booked a king. She said there is one with handicap shower and bath. I said okay. I got to the room, it was 2 full size beds. And a shower that came up to my chest. I paid $500 for 2 nights. It was definitely worth what I paid. The property was nice though!
Took my girlfriend here for her birthday a few days ago and had a nice stay. Our evening was nice and calm, with a beautiful view of the fireworks. The morning was the worst experience I've had with any hotel at all. Two separate people burst into our room while we were completely undressed, then ran off as we tried to get a look at their face/nametag. Throughout the entire morning we had to put up with extremely loud power tools and banging. When speaking to the manager, he offered to buy us lunch, or a $50 room credit; an insignificant mark on our expensive bill, and less than my breakfast was. Will never, ever return here as we were essentially violated and punished all morning by their construction crew.
Love spending vacations at this resort
the food was below average...rooms are clean but nothing special...
Great hotel on Disney property. Awesome pool area. My kid loves their daycare center too.
$25 a day parking, even if you're attending a conference there. 2 minutes or 24 hours, all the same- too high!
The people were amazing and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.
Not really a Disney resort. Couldn't use magic band or gift cards here.
We love this hotel! We had a Disney character dinner at the Swan and had time to go check it out. We had our new year's Eve bash here. Lobby was adult-scene.

Beautiful resort and grounds, 5 minutes from disney parks and disney springs shopping, staffing was great , rooms were simple, clean, and chic. Loved the resort the only thing I personally didn't care for was the 23 dollars a day to park at resort and that was self parking not even valet. Other than that a very beautiful resort.

Nice hotel and close to Epcot
So Clean People Was So Nice
Cannot find the hotel easily
They overbook and dont care!! Was there for a Conference, showed up to a nice small 1 bed room, problem was I have a roommate so we(2 adult men) were expected to share a bed for 3 day and the staff tried to blame the company I work for. Nice property with BAD decision makers!

We loved all the pools, hot tubs and activities to. We were only there for a day but it was a great day.
You may think the place is old but very well maintained and modern rooms provide excellent vacation experience. Lots of amenities and also just in the heart of all attractions.
Beautiful resort and nicely close to everything.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. You are on Disney property so you have all the transportation amenities without the higher prices. Great lounge for adults. Live music on Saturday night. Shops at the hotel have most everything you forgot. You can walk to The Boardwalk, Yacht and Beach Club and Epcot if you like or take a boat.
Sitting in the lobby as I type this at 9:48 PM. Checked in at 2:30 and was informed the our room was not ready. Multiple visits to the concierge desk trying to update our status and continually getting the "I'm sorry but your room still is not available." I am completely baffled as to why I am at still stuck sitting here in the lobby next to my luggage, but I am extremely unimpressed so far. **10:19 PM update. Was now informed that they dont actually have a room for us here and that we now have to walk across the pond in the rain to our new room at the Swan hotel. Still trying to wrap my head around this situation.
Needs a major renovation. BAD. But if you are planning on spending much time in Epcot it's a great place to stay within a relatively short walk.
Nice place to take the family.
The best place for a family time!
Great location where you can walk the boardwalk to epcot. Can also take a boat or bus to other areas. Shulas was yummy located inside hotel. Many other options and amenities available.
One of my favorites
Old hotel but okay standard
Nothing but pleasant experience during the stay...and a cute elephant too

Everyone is really nice, and the hotel is so pretty.
Good hotel. Friendly staff. Food is not the best but doable. You can get around the Disney parks fine but they don't ahve connectivity to downtown.
Walt Disney world Dolphin Resort would recommend to anyone x
It's a beautiful resort. I went to the fountain for lunch, a great staff and really attentive to food allergies.
Rented a car from the Dolphin resort while staying at the Beach Club - very convenient and quick reserving it online.
Wait staff at Fountains was VERY helpful with allergies that a couple of people in our group had to lemon and gluten. The chef came out and spoke with us about how they handle cross contamination and such. Food was well above standard Disney fare. Great experience all around.
Nice hotel on Epcot property. Great that you can use Marriott points! Small rooms could use renovating.
The dolphin is outstanding! There are many different choices here for dining and/ or drinks. The main lounge in the lobby is excellent! Here you can grab a quick bite to eat if you are hungry or a nice beverage if you just want to relax. Charging stations are available throughout and the atmosphere is so calmiy that if you need to, much work can be accomplished! we
Enjoyed our stay there!

Went to Shula restaurant. Excellent food and service.
The dolphin resort is nicely located within walking distance of the boardwalk, putt putt golf, and Epcot. Being a Disney resort, it's no wonder that the service was impeccable, being both fast and friendly. The room was well taken care of. There were no stains or marks anywhere, the bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of channels to watch on the TV, and the air conditioner worked just right! Honestly, the only fault the room had was that the USB ports on the lamps did not charge our phones very well, so just be sure to bring your own charging blocks.
Beautiful resort, view of the balcony rooms are beautiful ???? will recommend highly. Magical place.
Nice place but was really here for the steak house. Absolutely incredible that was. Right down to the after meal cigar. One thing I don't get ... dolphin... got no dolphins just carp... every place you look statues of carp.

Very convenient, easy to park, hotel was full but you could not see people , restaurants very convenient
Staff is very efficient and helpful
Being on Disney property is convenient. The rooms are fairly nice & clean. Ordered room service a few times & it was also good.
Nice swimming pool & easy bus access
The Dolphin is a very large and clean hotel. The landscape is well manicured and the service is extremely friendly. I was here for a conference but there were many families there and the amenities we're pleasing to all. I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient and clean. Excellent ataff.
The service is excellent, the area is beautiful, the rooms are clean and have nice views. Overall, the experience was wonderful and is highly recommended to anyone.
Loved it. Stayed there maybe 20 times for conferences. Lots of family memories. A magical place
Some great outdoor spaces, and great restaurants (looking at you, Shula's.)
Was not Disney quality
Everything about this place was wonderful! Amazing views from the rooms, gorgeous pool and outdoor area. Boats to Hollywood studios and Epcot with the Boardwalk within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and again.

Not a hotel guest. We used the Club Dolphin childcare service, which was excellent, and essentially the only childcare option in Disney World. The hotel and property are beautiful. There was a corporate leadership event taking place so the lobby was crowded and it looks like one of the pools was closed. Walked by three restaurants. The staff we interacted with were helpful and we'd consider staying at the Dolphin in the future.
Less Disney vibe bit still very nice.

It may be expensive, but it is luxurious and comfortable. Everything we could have asked for, for a place a walk away from Epcot.
For the price point this place is set at by disney the stay was not very good. The hotel seemed great when we arrived but it ended at the elevator at the lobby. The hallway carpets were horrible worn, faded, and filthy. The wall paper peeling, scratched and gouged in areas. The few employees I interacted with were pleasant to deal with. Parking situation was terrible. The ramps to get to the side walks were blocked by the busses as well as the valet parking staff not quite sure why they parked cars there rather than the valet parking lot it was never full, lazy maybe. Also not sire why self parking guest that pay for parking like the valet parking have to park so far away. I would have to say this was about as good of a stay as the B resort near disney springs. Minus the ants, the dolphin didn't have ants. Also found out there was a complimentary swan paddle boat ride that my son would of loved but wasn't told about that when booking or checking in. Just not what it was always described to me as being. Maybe it just needs more refurbishments. Hopefully my stay at Port Orleans two weeks from now will be better.
This was our first time staying here and we were not disappointed! This hotel is beautiful inside and out. They have free transportation via bus to all the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. There is also a boat landing between the Swan and the Dolphin that takes you to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, as well as the Boardwalk and the Yacht Club. The hotel is huge but everything is easily accessible. Multiple restaurants, a spa, a huge lobby bar, concierge, bell service, a quick service store for snacks and hot food (and a self serve frozen yogurt bar), a pool, a beach, clothing store, and a Disney store are some of the things you can expect. They are a big conference hotel, so if you come "off-season" expect lots of suits in the lobby :) The rooms are large, but the bathrooms are small. We got a balcony room, which are nice but you may have to ask for. Be specific and ask to face whichever fireworks (Epcot on one side and Magic Kingdom on the other) that you want to face. Also, I recommend staying in a balcony room floor 7 or higher and furthest away from the elevator...which give you the best view. During our stay, we were able to forego housekeeping and received a $5 voucher per day to use in the hotel, which was great! They offer Starbucks coffee and Dasani water bottles in the room for free. Quick note: If you are like me and hate the powdered creamers in hotel rooms, go to the lobby store and grab some cow's milk, almond or soy milk. Oh, and some raw sugar packets and cutlery while you are there :) The lobby also has free lemonade out all day and the concierge can answer any of your questions. The beds are comfortable but the duvet was a bit too heavy for Orlando, even in January. The pillows are feather pillows. Which are great unless you are allergic or need more support, so let the front desk know you can't have the feathers or bring your own. The television is large and the room comes with a fridge, desk, coffee maker, real glasses and plastic, basic toiletries, iron and board, hairdryer, safe, and large closet. I took an uber from this hotel, as well, which was so convenient. There is a gas station just off the property where they hang out and wait, so they respond quickly. But, this is also great if you drove down here and need to refuel before you leave. There is a beautiful mini golf course on the property as well. The sister hotel, the Swan, is fully accessible to you if you stay at the Dolphin and it is just a 30 second walk across the bridge. The bridge which has a light and music show every night. You can also walk to the Boardwalk area for restaurants and shopping. Overall, we loved it and would stay again!!
Great place to stay. Loved the boat access
The lobby is beautiful and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. That is the only nice thing about this hotel. I was very excited to stay there but was disappointed with the reality. The room was average. The room was not worth the $240.00 a night. The $30.00 resort service pack, that you have no choice to acept or decline, is a joke. I feel the hallways and hall decor could have benefited from a redo. My husband is handicapped and we had to park, in our opinion a little ways from the main lobby and our room. I can't believe that where you park a valet vehicle takes preference over a handicap person or even regular parking due to the fact that a velvet person drives the vehicle to the spot. Why can't the valet use the farther away parking lot and let regular guests use the parking lot closest to the hotel, being those guests walk to their cars. I know people will say because valet parking is more but the guest isn't parking there car, the valet is. That's my point. Also where some of the valets were parking the cars blocked the ramp where handcap guests had to come up to the hotel, from the parking lot. Just very disappointed with this experience.i could say more but this is enough.
Lovely but expensive hotel
Went to visit. Enjoyed the customer service
Dreamer hotel ????
The Swan and Dolphin resort was beautiful. We attended the Premiere Event. We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The had swan paddle boats, an arcade room, stores, and so much more at the hotel. My kids had a blast.

breakfast buffet was great for kids lots of different selections
My favorite Disney hotel.
Love this resort, we have stayed several time. It is in a great location. The only problem we had , which we 2 years ago also, was it took forever for the room to be ready.
Location is great if Epcot or Hollywood studios is your favorite park. The rooms are nice and the bed is pretty comfortable. The restaurants are also really good.
Clean, friendly and close to EPCOT and Disney Studios.
The Dolphin is one of the best upscale Disney resorts on the property. With multiple restaurants and venues for entertainment there's something to do for everyone. Also the Epcot theme park is within walking distance.
Staff and food are amazing! Lodging there was a "eeeeh" beds aren't the comfiest but ok.
Would've been 5 stars, but, children at the bar? Really? Bars are for adults.
Was not impressed at all.vastly over priced could not get a regular cup of tea in my room
Very big resort large bar and entertainment
Convenient location for getting to several of the Disney theme parks, which was the goal. Decent selection of restaurants, pools and other entertainment inside the hotel complex. Rooms are fine; friendly service. Good experience overall.
This place is great. Super clean and comfortable. Its proximity to Disney's boardwalk makes it an excellent choice for your Disney vacation.
Huge resort and very clean, and close to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Loved being able to get a boat ride instead of buses. Their buses only go to Magic and Animal Kingdom. It was crowded on the boat at times. I leisurely walked to the hotel from Hollywood studios and it only took me 10 minutes. Faster than waiting for the next 20 minute boat ride. Ate at Bluezoo and Fuel. Pricey but good. I was a little upset with being on the 5th floor and I chose a fireworks room. On New Years Eve, I could only see some of Hollywood studios fireworks show through trees. Be sure to ask for a higher room on the Magic Kingdom side. The room comes with a rusty balcony. I hope they begin to clean and paint them. I refused to go out on mine. If you have kids, be mindful to keep an eye on this area. They have several beautiful pools and one with a large waterfall. A lake in between you can get a swan boat to paddle across during the day. Exercise room and laundry center. A sand beach with chairs, but no swimming permitted of course. If you don't like the parks, the boats give you access to the Boardwalk and Beach resorts. Or you can walk to them.
Slow front desk service, 1 hour on phone waiting for help, 2 nights with non functioning door keys
The dolphin was very nice. The employees are amazing, the rooms are clean, stylish and more importantly comfortable. You are just over a half mile (15 min walk) to either Epcot or Hollywood studios, or you can take their water taxi to either. They offer regular shuttles to the other Disney locations. The pools are amazing. A must stay location.
This Disney resort has a boat that jets you right to Back Entrance of Epcot! Kimono sushi & Karaoke Bar allows you to enjoy sushi and take you lil'ones because it is loud. They also have great Martinis!

Seemed extremely nice
Well kept, great staff, convenient location. Quality is fair for the value, I recommend. Especially for those who like convenient location.
Walked through to Epcot, had a drink after. Great hotel if a bit run down looking.
The guest relations individuals are very kind and informational for questions regarding the parks.
My wife has been slaving away trying to plan the perfect trip for our family to disney. She works in hospitality so this comes easy to her but she has really been trying to make everything perfect. She was talking about the front desk receptionist that she spoke over the phone with Danielle. She called two days in a row with tons of questions and she told me that never before has she experienced such perfect service. She told me that it made her feel like she was right there speaking to her face to face. She answered every question and gave various options. She walked he through everything and made her feel wonderful. This is our first time bringing our children to Disney and if we are recieving this wonderful service from 600 miles away, then I cannot wait until we check in this March. This is the true definition of above and beyond from start to finish. Thank you Walt Disney World Dolphin and thank you Danielle!
Upon check-in, they told us the rooms were no longer available...the prepaid rooms which we reserved atleast a month or two prior to coming here...were no longer available..after a 10 hour trip from Brazil, this is what we were told when arriving here at 12 midnight. Staff were being smart Alec’s and not helpful whatso ever. Do not ever book this place. Completely over charged and even a banana is 2.75.
I love this place, so much to do.
When location is actually everything! To start with the fact that this is really not a Disney resort, but half of the blame should go to my agent (the other 50% goes to Disney itself), on the other hand has the transportation that makes your life 10x easier. But the service is terrible... through the 7 nights we stayed, in 7 they never fixed my daughters sofa-bed (sofa which one care barely seat imagine sleeping on it), in 2 days there were no service at all...garbage was left inside my room, which would be minimal compared with the garbage that is left by everyone else on the corridors...????
Close to the parks. Room is just a normal hotel room. The lobby is showing signs of needing refurbishment
1st time here. We were just checking out Christmas decorations and this place is gorgeous
As contractor I didn't feel the intention of being supported by concierge department.(both dolphin and swan) there's not package reception for guests and who deliver them must wait for the guest at reception, if present.
The decor is very calming!
Beautiful hotel. Our room wasn't ready until 6 pm though.

Enjoyed character dining
We ate the Todd English BlueZoo...amazing. it's our xmas tradition
Beautiful outside hotel and service
Awesome staff nice restaurant the hotel itself is a bit dated so it has odd colors but it has its own charm and is cheaper than other Disney property hotels with a 24hr market as well
It's ok but not a Disney resort so don't expect it to be like the other Disney resorts
Very relaxing and enjoyable. Great for kids
So far a wonderful experience
Happy but not so happy. Comfortable room, no view so make sure you check that before booking. 9th floor only one elevator location so plenty of steps depending on your room. Please let Disney do all the gouging, your the resort. 3 dollar bottle of water, 8.50 for a domestic beer 3 dollars for a banana. The cafe is not so good and over priced, the burger joint is expensive but very good and friendly. 28.dollar a day resort fee and 22.dollar a day self parking fee on top of your regular fee. Pools are very beautiful, clean resort very out dated in my opinion. There are other places that would be better. Biggest problem is you just feel price gouged for everything.
Great hotel, close to all the Disney Parks and has lots of food options! The rooms are nice and the pool is great too.
Honestly this hotel us amazing. A few of the carpets etc are showing their age - but the place is massive, full of wonderful staff, and well run.
Excellent dinner experience at Schula's restaurant. Professional staff, friendly and capable of making you feel pampered.
If you are going to choose between the Swan and the Dolphin, pick the Dolphin. If you are choosing between the Swan, the Dolphin, and one of the other Epcot lagoon resorts, pick any other resort. The Dolphin may seem like a good deal, but they tack on a lot of resort fees. The rooms are nice, but the service is only fair. The big selling points are the great pool complex, the recreational amenities, and the fantastic lobby. One plus for adults visiting Walt Disney world is that the Dolphin seems to attract fewer families and therefore fewer children. It's also (along with the Swan) the least Disney-like of any of the on-property hotels. That can be good or bad depending on what you want out of your vacation.
Very hectic and too busy. Everything was over priced. We had to wait in line for 1 to 2 hours for 5 minutes ride.

Nice clean. With bus and boat tranportation to theme parks provided from and returning to resort. Boardwalk with resturants and nighttime entertainment along walk. Hotel security not very efficient. One thing that is bad, parking is 23.ooUSD a day...a day. So you pay for expensive room and have to pay to park at same resort? Parking lot was half empty during Christmas, no security seen.
Great Hotel. Schulers is a fantastic restaurant

Great view, Great Customer service and things to do. A walk away to epcot and Hollywood studios. FUN time for family.
Great hotel but kinda old
Rooms were ok, but the resort overall was showing signs of wear. Especially the elevators which would break down and perpetually smell like urine.

Horrible Customer Service. Rooms are dirty, hallways smell like pee and mold. Do not stay with Dolphin resort unless there is absolutely no other availability. Will never stay here such a waste of money and very bad experience from beginning to end.

The hotel is beautifuly decorated for Christmas. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is very good for a hotel gym. They even have free weights and a Smith machine. Great hotel!
Great service and food.
Very well updated Hotel
Fun to relax in
Good for a non-Disney owned resort
Good stay for Disney world trips. I liked swan more than dolphin for the rooms (more Westin like than those at dolphin, which are basically Sheraton). However as a platinum member I felt there was a claw back on perks after Marriott takeover - No flexibility in rooms, breakfast. Also amenities
Love this place , would come back next year
I've been here twice for conferences. Aside from proximity to the Disney attractions, this is a fairly run of the mill business hotel: good service, clean rooms, helpful amenities. There are a bunch of nice activities nearby, from the lagoon to the boardwalk.
Best place for kids
Room is nice and clean
Great place. Great time, but it's time for a remodel.
Old rooms, towels smelled dirty, rude staff- I stayed in Days Inns during college that were nicer.
Just walked around to see Christmas decorations.

I didn't stay there, but went to thier Picabu restaurant and saw the manger stomp on a cockroach. We decided not to eat there.
Fantastic convention property within walking distance of Disney mini golf, Epcot, and Boardwalk
Conveniently close to Disney parks with frequent transportation. Great conferencing facilities

Point blank, you're on a resort so everything is going to be expensive. We were traveling with our 8 month old and ran out of a few things, first the trick was finding what we needed, then paying much more than we're used to. Oh well. The service at the hotel though, is really great. And I loved water taxi access to 2 of the 4 parks, plus the boardwalk. Just wish the shuttle to the Magic Kingdom was easier to do by myself, with my infant (I had to take her out of the stroller and carry her and the stroller-something I didn't have to do on the water taxi)
Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of amenities to help with your Disney stay. Only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the fact that there seems to be very limited access to courtesy wheel chairs. My mother isn't able to walk far distances on her own and we've had some issues with mobility in and around the hotel.
Lunch at The Fountain; Wow! Great sandwiches and ice cream treats. Our waitress was very knowledgable and made great suggestions. The special seasonal milkshake was peppermint chocolate, delicious!
Great place to stay, if you are looking for direct access to Epcot and if you are looking for a better price than say the Polynesian, contemporary, or the Grand Floridian. From the Dolphin and Swan resorts you could either take the water taxi or simply walk the short path and be able to directly access Epcot.
High quality service, beautiful rooms, and great bar/restaurants. Overall I would absolutely recommend. Plus you can use you Marriott points which is a bonus!
Went to look at christmas decrotaions
