After the build-up of finally coming to Innisbrook, the condition of the course was disappointing. Service is good, but things appear to be a bit tired here.
We only played the Copperhead Course and were not guests at the resort. The Copperhead was tough but playable for a 20 handicapper like myself. Greens were in great shape, fast and true. Fairways also in good shape. Tee boxes could use a little work and some of the bunkers had been washed out by the previous day's rain. All in all, a great day of golf. My only disappointment was finding out that the copperhead snake statue at the beginning of the "Snake Pit" was made of heavy plastic rather than bronze or some other similar metal.

We just concluded a 3 day golf trip and it was phenomenal! We had a group of 16 guys and played golf on 3 different courses. Considering it was summer, we thought the courses were in great shape, especially Copperhead and the Island course. The staff was great. The guys in the bagroom and working the carts had us loaded up and ready to go each day. Claire was assigned to our group and helped get everything set up with rooms, meals, tee times and pairings. Each day she met us at the course and checked in on everything. She was great! Our last day we got held up with some rain for our morning round. The starter worked with us and shifted our afternoon tee times back to allow for lunch. Much appreciated and great customer service!
Great Gold Courses.. Very Courteous staff, restaurants spa and gym. Nice place for the whole family
If you’re looking to just golf, then maybe this is right for you. We just spent 2 nights here for our anniversary & I was disappointed in how old, dated & far from a decent beach this place was. Yes, the rooms were clean but something from like the 70’s. Hallways smell old & stale with lots of carpeting everywhere. The place is HUGE & you need your car to get around. The only thing positive I would say is the Lochness Pool, which was nice & drinks were decent but pricey!-$16!! The nicer beaches are about 25-30 min drive. Don’t bother going to the state parks ones which are closer.
One of our favorite family getaway places.
Great place, very nice staff, beautiful grounds
Beautiful and gorgeous plants that grass will cut the trees or dreamed it's a very beautiful place
Never actually stayed here but I did book a stay. Unfortunately, I had to cancel. The resort was nice enough to agree to refund all my deposit due to covid. However, that was weeks ago and I'm still waiting on a response regarding where is my refund. Beware dealing with this establishment. Any place that holds onto $200.00 like it's gold and lies to the customer over and over is shady!

This place amazed me, Sometimes it is difficult to go to a place for a vacation with your family and decide what would be the best, well this place is great for a relaxing week. They have many pools but the Lockness pool is amazing we spend two days just in there relaxing while the kids played! Everyone was so kind and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable ???? loved it.
Got married..and played 2 rounds of golf..Yahtzee!! Katie helped coordinate everything seemlessly... The rooms with perfect view overlooking #15 at Copperhead was spectacular with the Valspar grandstands up..Everyone was Happy!
Went to watch Tiger play. Valspar Championship 2020 was canceled. Beautiful course!
Had a great time. Played the South course, the Island course and Copperhead. Unbelievable!
I wanted it to be so much better. Everything is dated. Choices to eat are limited. The event planner we worked with did not follow through on our contract. Getting to and from the room to the clubhouse and restaurants is challenging if you don't have a car. Walking paths and sidewalks are extremely limited.
This place is amazing. Four beautiful golf courses with Copperhead being the top course. If you're looking for golf souvenirs, make sure to check out each individual clubhouse. Found a few items that were specific to the Copperhead clubhouse that I thought were unique and had to get it. With the size of the resort, there are shuttles that you can call to take to around. I though every place was place was walkable and put in some good number of steps doing that.
Great concert! I love the tennis and golf here.
Great courses, great meal. Copperhead is one of the best courses I've played. Immaculate conditions excellent staff. Great job guys!!
Staff was friendly, course itself looks okay, but the front desk staff didn't know how to reference me to someone I could talk to about physically seeing a room because they have no "models" to view. The inside of the main clubhouse is dark and drab, looks like an outdated ski lodge. The food was delicious and creative but there were not a lot of options for vegetarians (I said vegetarians, NOT vegans). The water park for families was pretty at first... except the surrounding grounds around the pool were covered in fallen leaves and Spanish moss. It looked like no one cared about the grounds. The outside of every building had low hanging and large dark rooftops and the lodging and condos looked like summer camp cabins for YMCA kids... Chipping dark camo green paint on the siding and walls. If we had got to see a model I would be able to tell you about the interior. They supposedly pumped all of their latest budget into changing the insides of the "cabins" to make them more modern and appealing, as opposed to the 50-year old interior they said they were ridding themselves of.
Beautiful golf courses but hotel rooms smells horrible mold & fungus
What a place. Huge! If you're looking to host an event, Stirling hall was fantastic. The staff did a fantastic job of accommodating us and adapting quickly. The grounds are beautiful.. Also, if you end up going to the Steakhouse, ask for Ralph as your server, he is the best!!! Amazing service.
Horrible place to stay! Food was gross and WAY overpriced. The decor is from the 80s. No gift shop or vending machines. No place to buy drinks or snacks. No mini fridge in the room. Bar tenders were the worst I've seen in awhile. Everything I so spread out you have to take a shuttle everywhere that will stop at every stop before your stop. 1 of 3 lamps in my room was broken and one of the other ones flickered. Both of my keycards stopped working. They don't replenish your toiletries. The hallway smelled like dirty kitty litter. No elevators. This was probably a great place like 30 years ago but now it's run down and old.
Fabulous golf course and the turf was in great shape for early February!
Very average golf resort, many better places.
We are here for a seminar. The facility is nice, clean and well taken care of (Stirling hall we are in)
Went to outdoor wedding here followed by sit down dinner which was delectable!
Fabulous course, very challenging as a PGA Tour stop. Moderate elevation changes, lots of trees and turns to create an element of target golf. Fun course.
Played the Copperhead golf course and it was a joy. They will play the Valspar PGA tournament here in about 4 weeks and the course is in fabulous condition. It was bridk and windy, but the course was very playable. Greens were much nicer than the other resort courses here at Innisbrook. The restaurant is at the course is very expensive, and while the food was good, the service was slow. As there aren't at of local alternatives, you suck it up and pay the price and write it off to your vacation, but it was the only sour note on a great day of fun. This Copperhead course was a significant step up over the other courses and was fairer, though more difficult too.
Couldn't find any where to stay except a bad hotel, walked in and got a room right away. A little pricey but so thankful for a secure environment and restful sleep
Beautiful golf courses and pools. We didn't use the tennis courts but they were nice too. Loved walking outdoors... Golf rates were a bit high.
Great track! Snake Pit is everything and more but facilities are top notch everywhere you go.
I paid for a room with a kitchenette and a balcony and instead I received the most basic room that looked like it was from a motel 6. If I wanted a room like that I would not have paid $350. After realizing that I went to the front desk to request the room I paid for. The concierge was not only rude but also was giving me a hard time about giving me the room I paid for. She was trying to make excuses and kept trying to refuse me the room I paid for. Her coworker had to step in and help. Her coworker is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Just be careful when ordering room through here. The walls are very thin so you will be able to hear whoever is staying next door to you.

The best golf resort in the world! Ps: please buy any of the 5 newspapers in the marketplace. Thank you!
Mail room service is extremely poor. If "lady" is in a bad mood you can hear all kinds of rudeness from her.
Great day of golf on the south course.
Played the North course today, it's incredible shape. The fairway's are beautiful and the greens are fast and rolling true. What a great day!
Me and the hubby had a great time.
Dated but very nice. Awesome golf course
Ray Elmo E.
Quite expensive for a basic hotel room. It was dirty and carpet was worn. No refrigerator. Ice was one floor down. Not a resort worthy room.
We stayed for a week and loved it. We loved the firepit outback of restaurant. We spent 3 days playing copperhead. Nicest course!
Susan Dalton C.
I enjoyed a fun filled day planned for the Hospice benefit. The Gala, Hospice ship, fashion show and food was outstanding. I purchased these amazing butterfly ???? shoes for spring!
Had a great time at my jobs Christmas party here!! Everything was set up really nice!!
Old place...art auction
Beautiful place, banquet halls available for b-day parties, work conferences, classes, etc..., Very well kept golf course, great little eateries, friendly staff.
Great course and pools
What a great experience & the most well kept courses we’ve played. The staff is awesome & so accommodating & even went as far as helping us load & unload clubs from car, giving us the rundown of the courses & even helped locate a missing scorecard. We have collected several scorecards from courses all across the country! We would’ve been bummed out had we not gotten it back & it would’ve been a first but Jim Smith from Cincy saved our tradition. People like him should be rewarded & we’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks guys for the awesome experience ?????????
Beautiful place. Visit some family members that was staying there for a church conference.
A young gentlemen by the name of Connor was the working in the North Course Pro Shop on Sunday. His attitude and welcoming spirit was a fine example of how all hospitality employees should behave. He shined far above anyone else we encountered during our stay. We had a pleasant time overall but really enjoyed this young mans attitude and willingness to help.
Every On F.
It's beautiful, the food is above average, the service is excellent & they have live music. It is a terrific evening out!
a little dated but nice property, good golf, a little old Fla.
We've been going for years. Staff is always friendly and nice. Most areas are well kept. Need to improve the brick paths and it would be nice to have a place to walk/run around the property and not have to be in the road.
Need some upgrading liked the bathroom were not well presentable, the pool walkway area for a private party was old/washout looking like from the 70"s
Great people to plan a golf trip with
Great golf courses. The restaurants are wonderful and the people extremely friendly
Loretta Lady Of The L.
Friendly relaxing golf tennis 5 star dining. 5 golf courses to choose from restaurant on everyone.
4 courses that all give a great challenge! Great restaurants as well!
Island course is tough.
Loved the golfing experience at $285.00 per person.
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful show the countryside and the lakes (Original) Muy hermoso espectáculo el campo y los lagos
Great course it's not the copperhead it's called the south side. It's both kinds of courses with the really challenging play each hole's different. I played the ladies tees had some awesome drives and shots and still not even close to the green. The greens are amazing. Some of the sand traps are incredibly complex it's impossible to get on the green without hitting them.
Copperhead is an outstanding PGA tournament course!
Every December my Wife's employer has a Christmas Party at a select venue, which for the second year in a row was Innisbrook. Just so happens that this year my Wife was selected as a grand prize winner with a night in a 1 bedroom suite close to the hall where the Christmas party was to be held. We checked in the afternoon of the party and stayed in Room 2682 in the Lytham section adjacent to the Copperhead Course. We both were amazed at the room and it's amenities, which I compared to the 1 bedroom deluxe timeshare we own at Wyndham. The attached pictures tell the story of this suite, quiet surroundings and secure grounds. Check out was a breeze and no issues were had. We have lived in the area for 40 years + and just did not know what we were missing with this gem. A thank you not only my Wife's employer, but to the folks at Innisbrook for a great stay.
It was beautiful. Attended a wedding.
Good quality. Great service. Pricey.
The Copperhead is a must play bucket list. Elevation, water, strategy. Great challenge. Great 19th holes and food. If you have several days check it the other courses as well.
Wow, what an amazing spa! With your appointment you get to use all of their amenities and ANYONE is welcome to go there, not just Innisbrook members. Everything is new and so clean! Steam room and whirlpool are a dream and they have a wonderful lounge area with different types of tea, infused water and snacks. The products for facials are great and they go above and beyond for any service provided. I'll definitely be back with my friends to do a spa day!
Place is always great
Wow, what a course!
Beautiful facilities and great massages
Fun place great for families
Wonderful resort, very accommodating, tons to do, delicious food
Concierge Golf I.
Innisbrook has a lot to offer, 4 golf courses, 1 PGA championship course called Copperhead, good test of golf at a course called The Island and two other courses (The East & The West Courses) that play a little softer than the Island Course. Moreover, there is a two sided large practice area and why not avail of golf coaching that will improve your golf technique. Also, Innisbrook's location is no more than a 30 / 45 minute drive from Tampa International airport. The resort has the ability to host a larger events and banqueting. Notably, the staff at the resort are full of energy, nice, easy to work with and very helpful. Certainly, Innisbrook is worth a visit...
Beautiful resort. Only got to play the Island course but it was great.
Gurley For President !.
Great Resort and spa and top notch PGA golf course!!! The banquet's they put on and events are superb and well worth it!
A nice place for SPORTS.
John Scott M.
Location is nice, service good. Irritant was a TERRIBLE mattress in our room. ****Full disclosure--I did not tell anyone or complain about the mattress. The rest of the experience and location and the room itself were so nice I just tolerated the mattress. I am quite confident that had i notified someone it would have been taken care of.*****
Great place to golf and stay
We stayed in one of the hotel rooms for four nights. The golfing was good, but the hotel buildings appear to have been built in the 1960s and their age shows. The lobby, hallways, and rooms each have their own distinctive grandmas-house-funk. The AC unit in the lobby clicked 24/7. The room phones did not work and were not fixed despite our request. The heat lamp in the bathroom had a standard light bulb instead of a heating bulb. One half of the living room drapes would not slide open. A high-pitched alarm was coming from the lobby security panel for a few hours on two different days. And on and on...
Golf.at its finest
Always such incredible golfing experience and every course is kept in Immaculate condition and no matter which restaurant you choose delicious food and service. Copperhead Head Course is a fantastic challenge of golf. Can't say enough about the Courses and Resort.
Good place for relax
Food okay expensive golf course are exelent
What a GOLF EXPERIENCE
Great golf course. Good vacation spot
Really nice views, friendly staff and great sized rooms! Food and drink were great. I don't play golf, but the folks I was there with do and they all enjoyed it
This is the best golf course ever. Beautiful place and the staff is super friendly...
Absolutely beautiful, wonderful golf, 6 pools, transportation around the facility. A fabulous getaway!
Beautiful course, very helpful staff.
Christmas buffet was good
Beautiful golf course. Visited the resort as part of a conference. The conference center is located well within the grounds of the resort. A bit older facility. Overall nice location to host a conference or meeting.
Houses smell of moisture and mold. HOA is arrogant and does not deal with problems. There are no running trails and outside sports facilities, no sidewalks .If you want to take a baby stroller walk, you have to do it by road or in parking lot - survival training! But lake's are nice.
Beautiful place ???? i love the lady at Belcher gate
Love it here was invited to a dinner and it was lovely delicious food
good resort a little overpriced though
I love the environment....mature
This is a super nice place where our co ference was held!... a bit difficult to get around the resort finding the buildings etc but it was really nice and beautiful
Horrible place to stay unless you are a golfer. Everything is all over she place. Shuttle to pool, shuttle to any restaurant. When you call for shuttle the front desk acts like it's incontinent. They are rude on the phone. Many times when you call for a shuttle it goes to voicemail and you wait. The rooms are very old and outdated. When you walk into the Marion building it smells like mildew. NO elevator!!! Hall all you luggage upstairs 3 floors. Outer building was an inconvenience for the shuttle drivers to turn around so they made you walk all the way to the other building for pickup. I do not mind walking, if ai am paying this much for a resort, I expect resort amenities. The restaurant was great if your a man. The waitresses are rude and seem to cater to the men. Most the staff did not seem to care they blew us off.
Very nice complex
Very relaxing golf resort. We had a nice villa in a great location. We had the pool to ourselves. Tom, at the Loch Ness pool, and Christine, in the grille, were friendly and gracious hosts. They love helping people enjoy the resort.
Beautiful location. Huge oak trees. Rooms are nice, somewhat dated. If you play go.f you will enjoy staying here. Close to the sponge docks where you can get the best fudge anywhere.
We ate lunch there and totally enjoyed it. The food was good, the atmosphere was quiet, very relaxing!
Awesome place. Clean room and fun pool.
It was a little hard to find at first but otherwise pretty nice! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and helpful. The pool staff allowed us to stay later than the closing time while they cleaned up since we arrived so late. Maintenance of the entire resort was great. The room was spacious and came with a balcony. Of course everything is enormously expensive, and breakfast is not included, but you're going to get your money's worth.
The tennis shop was amazing
Super cool hard to find if didn't know was there
Very nice community
Nice place, It is very expensive and I stayed there over 6 times, furniture outdated, rooms need upgrading and the carpet In the lobby area.should be replaced.
Not good fairways, greens are great. Clubhouse is nice
Gulf Coast J.
During our visit we played three days at both the Island Golf Course and Copperhead. The Island Course is very challenging and absolutely stunning. The second day, we played Copperhead, it was also very challenging but a little bit more open than the Island course. The customer service was over the top and we had everything we needed right there on the property. The main pool which has waterfalls hot tubs and a very large swimming pool that has a Wade in area which is great for children. The water slides are awesome as well! I feel like I'm traveling back to the 70s with the Retro architecture, the inside of all the rooms is up-to-date, clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this Resort. It's great playing the course that many Golf Legends have also played!
The rooms should go some renovation
It's always a great experience it's a great place to play love it up here have a nice day
Check in was quick and easy. I have to take a shuttle to my room. The room was a little bit dated the mattress was comfortable. Shuttles run 24 hours a day. The pool is cool and the spa is relaxing. And the golf courses are fantastic
Excellent location and place to stay.
Great tennis facility!
Most Beautiful golf course I have ever played. Food was fantastic also nice and quiet community with 4 different golf courses. Courses are top notch. In Summer not busy still kinda expensive but well worth it. Play here and mark this highly rated and well earned golf course off your Bucket list. Same place where the Pros play. Lots of foto opportunities.
Wilmer Luis R.
Very loud construction going on. Lots of dust from jackhammering? Probably busting up tile. Terrible for paying guests.
Ask for room next to Lock Ness Pool. Will be a hit with kids and adults. Lots of activities on major holidays and even fireworks sometimes. Can get pricey
The hotel does not care about the safety of their travelers. They just care about money. They would not let me change the date or cancel my trip because we were under a state of emergency and a hurricane was coming.
Expensive but so worth it...thanks work function!!
Fabulous golf courses
Very good verpriced for just average food. The service has been very good.
Awesome experience at this place. The food was good along with the service. The band got canceled because of the weather but it still was a great time.
The pool is great, with relaxing waterfalls. Rooms are well cared for. my main complain is that the room's window does not have a courtain, only a blinder so is not dark at night at all.
I love it ????
Always great service and fantastic pool.
Spacious and comfortable room. Ideal centrally location. Absolutely the best brunch in Pinellas County. Family members are all here from various parts of the United States and from around the world. Something for all off to enjoy. Albeit golf ??, beaches, or taking in local festivals. ????
A nice, clean, safe resort.
Heavy Graphics M.
This is our 2nd visit to the resort. We tried it last July and came back this summer. We cannot express how much we enjoyed ourselves every visit. From the beautiful pool and the manmade beach, to the exciting water slides and delicious pool side cafe. The Blacken fish salad is a must try. On the weekend they even put up a giant movie screen right by the water showing kid movies. Very fun. The resort all around is family and kid friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are cozy, and housekeeping keeps them spotless. Not to mention the Grill restaurant is always serving delicious specials and have live music on the weekend. This is our 4th of July go to annual location. Bring the whole family.
Pompous overpriced and I really didn't know anybody
Love it ! Relaxing and comfy rooms are huge !!
Great place to stay the amenities are excellent the only thing is that it needs elevators because if you have to go to the 4th floor you have to go up to like eight flights of stairs that's not good for people with breathing problems
It was awesome. The room was really pretty and clean. They even had a waterslide. It was so fun!
Super amazing it has mini golf
Wonderful resort. The Loch Ness Pool was great.
It is a grest place overall though it is not handicap friendly
The people were great..
Rich in tradition beautiful clubhouse restaurant amazing drinks fantastic
The couple's suite is fantastic
My dad recently moved here and he couldn't be happier with the cost!!
Dashound Lover 8.
Housekeepers are rude don't ask the for something because in case they won't do it they are rude about it instead of saying no in a nice way. In other words. Snooty b...
It was amazing and there were so many people to help when I got lost or didnt know where I was going
Love the spa!! Everyone is extremely friendly and makes the experience nice and relaxing. The spa rooms are quite and provide a tranquil space. The common area at the spa is very relaxing and all of the patrons are respectful making sure not to use phones or speak too loudly. I love the steam room and have been several times always feeling comfortable and extremely relaxed and happy when I leave. As for the actual Resort/lodging at Innisbrook I am very unimpressed with and would not stay again. The rooms are outdated and in need of a serious overhaul. Our room smelled of mildew. The area was quite and the other guests were respectful not having loud parties or causing any disturbance.
Courteous staff. Clean facilities. Comfy rooms.
Nice place. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.
I went here for a Veteran reunion. I was very pleased with the place and my husband and his friend enjoyed the golf. The area is nice too. We were all stationed in Greece.
Challenging course with a lot of bunkers,or I was in a lot of bunkers
Amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating spa day RUINED by Alyssa working the front desk on the night of July 11, 2019. I came with a Salamander gift card that someone bought for me on Amazon. It says it is for Salamander Spa in the title of the Amazon item. I go to pay & the difficult girl says, "oh I dont even know if we take spa week anymore." I said, "I just put it on my wishlist like 2 weeks ago & received the card a few days ago...if you don't take them, why would you still have them on Amazon?" She calls Maddy for help (who is a sweetheart by the way) and she shows her that Salamander DOES still accept the gift card. Ok great, but now the difficult girl comes up with a brand new obstacle. My services came to $49 & my gift card is $75. She says, "I'm afraid if I charge you then it will charge the full $75." I said, "so charge me the $75 and give me credit or a gift card for the remainder." She says, "I can't do that." That's when my decompressed blood pressure sky rocketed. I didn't feel like I was at a spa anymore, more like a stressed out political debate. I said, "well call management & figure it out. She hit me the good old, "I am management" line. Management who can't problem solve? Hmmm. I sat down and told her, I'll wait for her to figure it out, she's management right? So figure it out! Guess what she did after a measly 3 minutes? FIGURED IT OUT. I said, "oh so you were able to do it after all, that didn't take you long?" She said, "well we are getting a new system in August so everything is changing." I said, "but it's not August yet." I mean, did this girl really expect me to break my wallet out after receiving a gift card from a good friend and say, "ok, I'll just pay with cash, who knows where my friends money went & who cares, right? Let me just pay you out of my own pocket and throw this $75 GC in the trash, no biggie." I mean WHAT PLANET AM I LIVING ON HERE? IS EVERYBODY BRAIN DEAD? LOL. I use to work @ a spa back home, so I gave her a little lecture on good customer service before I left. When you are in customer service, it is self explanatory....say it with me now, CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU ARE SERVING THE CUSTOMER. You are in the business of YES, NOT NO. It is your job to problem solve & figure things out, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE "MANAGEMENT!" Please let me know when this woman is no longer a part of the staff so I can come enjoy the rest of my gift card. Thank you. UPDATE: Alyssa called to apologize. #1 I do not want an apology from her, I want an apology from the person who was dumb enough to put her in a management position. #2 I accept my apologies in compensation.
Family was there for tennis. Nice facility.
The holiday events that innisbrook hosts are amazing! The projects for the kids, the social time for the adults and the food was wonderful. The pool area goes without saying was the favorite. We will be back again!
The place itself was nice and clean. The event was horrible. It certainly was not what it advertised! It was an event for that Scott Yancey from "Flipping Vegas". Although he and his wife were NOT there. Let's just say their "Dinner" was a boxed lunch consisting of a cold sandwich, small bag of chips and a cookie. No drink and we had to eat on our laps as they only had chairs and no tables. And seriously, it was actually handed to us in a little brown box. Ugh!
A whole new world
My daughter's "Great Gatsby" prom was phenomenal!
Staffs and service was excellent!!!
Great place with great restaurants, tennis courts outstanding staff and of course fabulous golf.
Very nice place. If I was in my 50's+, this would be for me.
No futher comment need
Lack of follow up, lack of communication, lack of service. Have never been to this place before and after the level of customer service they have shown over the phone my family and I won't ever be paying this place a visit.
Stay Elsewhere! This place isn't worth the money. Our family booked an executive suite at an average rate of $200 per night. Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed the age of the property through the dated exteriors and signage. Upon checking in and heading to the room, we figured out we would be unloading quite a bit of luggage and walking a good way to our room..without a luggage cart, and without a bellman. We entered the suite and quickly noticed that our room, like the rest of the property was stuck in the 1970's. The decor, textured wallpaper, paint and furniture were all very dated. The bathroom was small, there aren't many electrical outlets and the lighting was horrid. Then we noticed the MOLD. Coming from the A/C vents, and staining the ceiling and wall around the vent. GROSS. I called the front desk, who put me on a long hold to speak to the manager. When Fernando finally came to the phone, he explained their property was currently under renovation and that our room had yet to be renovated. He stated that he did not know about the mold, and would move us to a new room. He called THE NEXT DAY to let us know he found a room for us and we would have a "nice ammenity" waiting for us when we moved over. Again, no help and no luggage cart to move halfway across the property. We get to the new room and discover a small fruit plate (enough for 1 person, though we are a party of 6), and a $7.00 bottle of wine. The new room was renovated, but still not what you envision a $200 per night suite to look like. There was no mold though, so we stayed. The Lochness pool that they brag about is overcrowded and the slides are only open for a small portion of each day. The remaining pools on property are warm and again, very dated. Stay elsewhere! This place isn't worth the price.
As soon as you pass through the gates, you feel like your miles away from any city. Great place for families or couples. Golf, tennis, pools, spa, playground, putt putt, restaurants, and more. We are locals and visit multiple times a year.
Gorgeous resort community with lots of community events and amenities including hosting the Valspar PGA tournament.
Best place ever!
Crabs are the best I'm Clearwater area
Love the Loch Ness pool!
Always a wonderful time and all of the staff is fantastic! We are members and here a lot.
Great resort, unfortunately when we played 18inches of rain in 8 days made it not as pleasant
Fun place to visit and play for a bit :)
Spring Life Cbd W.
Staff there was awesome. Something interesting happened - A gentleman employee walked up to me and asked me if I enjoyed my visit. - I mean what was that??? I haven't seen that level of customer service in years. He was sincere and very professional. I will definitely come back to visit again.
Dingy. Old. Misleading. I guess the golfing is good but I left this place after 3 hours. The rooms were so small. I got the biggest room they had available and it was terrible. We asked for an updated room and they said we got it. Must have been updated in the late 80s. Chairs, sofas, etc were not comfortable.
Great customer service.
Nightmare finding buildings
Great course..go play it
EXTREMELY OUTDATED AND DISGUSTING
A big group of us go to Innisbrook every year for a "buddy's" golf trip and it has been fantastic every year! I shop around to the different resorts each year (PGA Village, Streamsong, Saddlebrook, World Golf Village, etc) but nobody can beat the deals at Innisbrook! Four awesome courses including the famed Copperhead which are always in immaculate shape and the accommodations are absolutely four star! These have been the best golf trips we have done.
Outstanding golf resort. Restaurant excellent
Excellent facility. Very large. Easy to get lost.
What a beautiful place
Only go if your rich. If your poor like me you will have a BAD time.
Wond err ful evening full of posh and cheer!
I attended a conference here at Innisbrook. I wish I brought my family! The resort grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The golf courses are pristine and well-maintained. The Osprey and Copperhead both had nice restaurants with good food... Not too pricey. I stayed near the Lochness pool which my kids would've loved. This is merely scratching the surface of all that this resort has to offer.
Not handicap accessible at all no elevators spent a week there I could have saved a lot of money and had a beautiful sweet on treasure island Beach overlooking the gulf poor service couldn't even get into a restaurant to eat no room service very poor experience and I am at an experienced golfer

Went to innisbrook for a girls weekend with my mom. Specifically to use the pool and spa and have a nice dinner at the steak house. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it was a horrible stay. The rooms are outdated for sure. You pay ALOT of money for something that personally I thought would be much better. In my opinion the photos online were deceiving. Maid service was terrible. Didn’t leave clean towels or more shampoo and conditioner. Lochness pool is nice. If you like golf and stuff it’s for you I guess. $190 for a one hour hot stone massage. Packards steakhouse was delicious. You won’t get out of there for less than $100 though. No elevators (we were on the first floor but I imagine going up those stairs with kids and stuff would be a nightmare). Obviously we knew it wasn’t cheap but for sure thought it would be better since we paid over $500 after the resort fee for two nights. Once you figure in spa, drinks, food you’re not getting out of there for under $1000 more than likely and that’s only 2 days. If they updated the rooms and improved some of their services I might stay again. Until then I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
Nice, the room I had was updated compared to the previous year, staff is wonderful
This place is outstanding! The grounds are massive and they have a little section where they conserve the area for the animals. The staff are all super nice! The room was a really good size, more like a large studio apartment. It was also very clean! The only downfall was the AC stopped worked 2 days running, but it was fixed without any hassle. I would definitely go back!
Our family has been golf members here for 30+ years and it never fails to excite. We love the children’s activities, the golf and the condos. We have had our condo and we love the homey environment. If you are staying here the rates are expensive, but is worth every penny.
This place is great
Stayed for Christmas. We loved this place! The full kitchen in our unit made it so much nicer!

Golf where the PGA plays
The rooms are a little dated but have been newly painted and carpeted. Golf courses are a dream and restaurants are delicious.
Beautiful golf course, impressive resort.
I loved watching the Valspar Championship here!
All I can say about this golf course community ,it's simply gorgeous.
Really nice apartments, condos and grounds. I do Uber/Uber Eats and I have done many pick ups drop offs as well as food deliveries and am amazed by how big it is, how much there is to do for any age and how beautiful it is at all times.
It was wonderful. The courses, the accommodations, and the employees were the best.
Went for a private party and the hall is beautiful and the food delicious.
Love this place! People are really nice and kind . You can relax, enjoy the pools, have a nice and complete gym.
(Translated by Google) A great atmosphere! Very good food, very good staff (Original) Ein tolles Ambiente! Sehr gutes Essen, sehr gutes Personal
Great experience. Good facility.
Nice area and nice rooms
Greens were slow and traps not in good condition. Poor resort condition. Disappointing for a course of this reputation.
I wouldn’t say it was necessarily bad. However, we golfed at the North course and with rental it came to $288.90. I HIGHLY suggest that if you are going here to golf you pay the extra $100 and play COPPERHEAD. Do not spend nearly $300 to play the North course. It is not even close to being a $300 course. Pay the extra money and play Copperhead. The staff was friendly, nothing bad to say about them, they were great. But, if you are going to spend $300 to play golf at the North/South course, make yourself pay the extra $100 to play Copperhead and you’ll thank me later.

THE BEST PLACE TO BE IN FOR A VACATION
Great venue for the Valspar Golf Tournament
Had a great time! Well maintained.
We stayed here for several days and enjoyed everything about it except there are not elevators in the separate buildings around the resort. Fabulous pool and lounge area.
Very helpful beautiful place and helped us out of a bad situation thanks for that
Beautiful area. Had no idea golf resorts were this big. Many different venues.
Amazing views great agriculture memories
Always a great place to eat, drink and have a great time.
Had a really great bartender .
It was very good! The Ahi tuna poke was great!
I paid $350 including rental clubs only to have a very disappointing experience. The rental club grips were worn to a shine. The course was at best in fair condition. The pace of play was slightly over five hours. The rangers were useless. To cap it all off, at the turn they didn’t have hot dogs buns. For the rates they charge this should have been a five star experience, but I can only give it one star. Innisbrook you sld be ashamed of yourself
Great resort. Made the trip there 4 times now. Finally got to play some golf last time around. The course was enjoyable. Not too difficult but challenging enough to be fun, switching from tight fairways to wide open holes and back to tight as we made our way back to the club house.
Great event looking forward to go back....
Seems like a nice place to vacation.
Went for an award show. The staff was nice, food was alright, the area is beautiful!!!!
Nice but expensive
North course was beautiful. My friend and I were treated with utmost respect and cordiality when golfing at the course. This included the gentleman behind the desk, the starter, and the stsff. Thanks for an enjoyable day on the course.
Haven't been there
AMAZING! Attended the Valspar PGA event - incredible place.
Innisbrook is a beautiful place. It is lined with gorgeous trees and lots of lovely wildlife! As part of the Tarpon Springs band boosters, we participate in both volunteering for Innisbrook and booking Inverness Hall for our annual Red, White and a Splash of Red Gala and our amazing end of the year banquet for our award winning Conservatory for the Arts and all the programs within it. The entire complex is set in neutral tones so it all blends with the natural beauty. There are a lot of things to do onsite including a spa, the Cooperhead golf course, Packards steakhouse, tennis courts and hotel with all you could need. Innisbrook is also townhouses, estate homes and apartments! If you're ever in the area slide by and see for yourself! In the pictures you can see me with some band kiddos working the Valspar championships at Innisbrook and some shots of us at the gala and making the awesome gift baskets for the auction!!
Super family resort - 5 star service and accomodations - great golfing
Wonderful, great, beautiful is all I can say.
Vaspar golf tournament was fun. I was a little disappointed in the food selection.
Great Time at Copperhead
Absolutely love this pool great way to spend the day with your kids.
only one word can describe it spectacular!
Valspar never disappoints!
Course in very good condition, played the south course. Friendly staff from pro shop to starters and other crew.
Came for the Valspar Championship. Beautiful grounds. Great time.
Resort is huge! Great accommodations and meeting areas are great. Course ain’t bad either ????
Lot of fun. Great golf
Miss Johnson runs a very nice resort and it does not like any amenities. With that said, after I got through visiting the golf tournament, I drove home since I could not afford to stay there. :-).
Great course and tournament
Valspar tournament was awesome and a great place to golf also
Anthony G C.
Enjoyed watching the Valspar TPC tournament. Beautiful course and tough as nails.
I played the Highland North & South today and enjoyed both courses. I think the South is a little more forgiving. I hope to play Copperhead & Island courses next winter.
Friendly staff. Beautiful landscape. Excellent amenities.
Beautiful place. Great facilities!
This was my second year participating in a sponsorship at the Valspar tournament. The vibe at Innisbrook is just great. The immaculate course and grounds were as beautiful and challenging for the pros as Augusta. The crowd management was very well done - even in 2018 when Tiger finished in 2nd place. This year I found the parking, security checkpoints and entry to be efficient and friendly. Walking the course a found many vantage points where I could quickly pivot from action on one tee to watch approach shots on another hole then players putting out on another nearby green. It was just great! Bring your walking shoes. There are some terrain changes that will make you forget that you are in FL.
I enjoy golf a little more than the next guy. Reason being I'm in special olympics golf with my best friend Mike. Innisbrook golf course is my favorite course because its the first course I aged on and learned it pretty fast
Difficult holes that are narrow. Greens are very undulated and fast. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Our third trip here
Real nice course
Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff. Wonderful and quiet family friendly resort.
Innisbrook is a wonderful golf community with a great steak house and family friendly resort. The pool is a must go to with the kids. And they serve World Golf Hall of Famer Jan Stephenson Wine and Rum!

Valspar PGA tournament. Congrats Paul Casey! Great job to all the staff, volunteers & local law enforcement supporting this event. Missed Tiger, Phil & Jordan - you 3 are 2 young to be skipping the "beautiful, yet challenging Innisbrook experience" you'all come back now!
Obviously a first-class tournament on property each March, and nothing much else needs to be said about the copperhead course. Amazing Florida resort
Went to the valspar open on Sunday tournament weather went on very well had a great time five stars to the people and volunteers that put it on. ????
Sir Frisco F.
The Valspar golf tournament was a great time and an awesome course to walk and see up close. The food and drink prices were way over the top and not even that good. The parking and shuttle system worked very well with no issues
We visited Innisbrook Golf Resort to attend the PGA Valspar Championship and we were NOT disappointed! The course was in beautiful condition, easy to navigate pathways, lots to see and do on the day of our visit! The food in the clubhouse was absolutely delish! Can’t wait for our next visit so we can get out there and hit some balls! ????
There was no water at the stands
Always a fun place to play golf or watch a tournament.
This resort has made a huge turn towards a first class destination. The ground maintenance has taken a huge step forward especially on the Copperhead course. I have been to the Valspar tournament a few times recently and have seen incremental improvement each year. Highly recommended as a great golf destination.
Suzen St D.
This golf and resort is a lovely place to visit, the food is ok, the spa services are very nice,I go back every year.
The Valspar is always great
Beautiful place ! Green everywhere ????
Beautiful course. Great concert. Love the Valspar tournament :)
Needs more signage like Exit Signs. Trying to leave today we kept asking where hole 1 was so we could catch our bus back. Workers that worked there told us different and we walked back and forth no Exit sign sure woukd have helped us.
It was awesome to see the PGA play there
Always a good time @pga tour
Restrooms poorly provided!
Excellent Event! And Venue! Very clean and spacious. Thousands in attendance but didn't feel crowded. We will make this a annual trip!
Valspar was awesome! You need more food tents.
I feel like I walked the whole golf course to get to the concert
Concert was awesome!!!!@
Well run organization.
Valspar classic is an amazing golf event. Well run and fan friendlt!
Beautiful course and grounds. Open to the public restaurant.
Loved it great time
Very good place enjoyed the golf tournament some of the Rangers and officials need to calm down they're not the boss of everybody that's there some of them try to tell you not even to talk when there's nobody in the Tee Box getting a little carried away too many senior citizens
I dont know what golf course is better island or copperhead, but we enjoyed both!
Always a pleasure to be here.
Better managed event without the tiger woods draw.
Love Innisbrook! Beautiful course! Photobombed by Steele at tournament! Ha!
Here for the vaspar championship tournament
It's a beautiful place to relax and play golf
I had a great time with my father. The volunteers were great . My dad is 86, the schoutle from the 4th gate to the number 1 tee made the experience even more special.
Great time at the valspar tornament
Course was great but signage for parking for Valspar tournament was not good for the second year in a row! Food was good; people friendly volunteers were very friendly.Everything was laid out very well.
Home of the Valspar PGA CHAMPIONSHIP
Great Golf Resort and very relaxing.
Great rooms, restaurants, staff and amazing golf. We stayed here for a buddy golf trip and had an amazing time playing the South, Island and Copperhead courses. Can't wait to come back.
Very classy place had lots of fun
Great place to work.
Resort fine, conference. Ok, Been to better presentations and benefit support
Great courses, played the North course and Copperhead. Great pro shop staff too!
Excellent customer service
I've played all the courses and loved them all. It is pricey but treat yourself sometime.
This place is outdated, musty, and has no elevators.
I got a job there
Had a great stay! Staff, courses, restaurants all worth the drive from Michigan. Of course the 80° and sunshine may have influenced my comments.
Always a good time
Room not ready, even with ample time 234pm. No dry cleaning in same day or even timely for next day. Gets dropped off in next evening if you are lucky. Front desk staff are ambivalent and sassy. You need a car to get anywhere, which is dumb in 2019. Restaurants are spread out and nonsensical. Avoid at all costs. Pathetic dump in the middle of Florida
Resort perfect especially Copperhead
Very dated rooms. No ramp or elevator. Nice grounds
Rich nosey people.
I went for a business trip with a group of people in innisbrook, it was education and fun. I love it but what I didn't like was the price changes.
Love this place for lunch.
Nice challenging fair course
We came for a conference and not to golf. We arrived at nighttime and the streets are poorly lit and difficult to see signage. Check-in was actually easy and the front desk was pleasant. We were given a room in Portmanock building. It is very outdated. We had to climb several stairs up to our floor. The room looks like it is from the 1970s. The carpet next to the air conditioner was damp and smelled of mold. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor and shower. There are no vending machines on the floors or minibars in the rooms. I’m not sure why this place has gotten so many good reviews. Maybe those guests stayed in the renovated rooms and were here to play golf.
Very nice but the waitress forgot to serve the salads
My family loves this resort. We visit 1 or 2 times a year. The Loch Ness pool is always the highlight of our visit. I love that the exec suites have kitchenettes & a room divider between the beds & living room (with sleeper sofa). We can sleep our young family of 6 comfortably in one suite. The property is gorgeous & well maintained. The staff is courteous & attentive. The shuttle service for getting around property is very convenient.
I work here.
It was avery nice place!!????
Lived here for 5 years best experience of my life. Golf, food, drinks ,pools amazing 5/5 ?
The rooms and property are very outdated. It was a huge disappointment. The restaurants are fair. The golf course is nice but that is the only thing this resort has going for itself. I wouldn't recommend this property.
Site visit for the upcoming Valspar Championship was successful. They're getting ready in the usual classy style.
Great resort and golf
Awesome place for golfing and family. 6 pools, tennis courts, 3 restaurants(steakhouse included). Very high end.
Very nice place, Excellent service and staff
Golf courses are in great shape
A beautiful sanctuary for the golfer in your life. Soothing spa for her.
Culinary Team is amazing!
Rooms were outdated and had a very moldy and musty smell to it. I was there for a wedding and can say the banquet facilities were very nice and the food was good. Just dissappointed with the conditon of the room.
Played the south course, 9 holes were blind shots from the fog. Overall, miss playing the courses. Great facility and staff.
Great golf resort & spa. Comfortable rooms, pools, and 4 courses. Multiple dining options. Great for buddies golf trips or whole family.
Love the Innisbrook spa. It's small but that keeps it feeling like your own private place. Very calming and services are good, especially the nail salon.
Too rainy to play, but nice bar overlooking the 18th hole.
Do not go if you are not filthy rich. Or white. They will look at you like you aren't good enough to be there. Not satisfied in any way. Their attitudes and the way they looked at us were enough to ruin the whole place for us. Racist old rich white guys, at their finest. ( I am white, too, and even I picked up on it )
We had two 2 bedroom suites. We were told check in was at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:30 and were told only one room was ready. The check in associate (Christan) was very rude, provided no eta of when we could expect the other room to be ready. The other room was not ready until 8:30 that night. The televisions in both suite master and guest rooms did not work for the entire stay. The view was beautiful and the beds were comfortable was the only positive thing I could say about our stay. We will not go back to Innisbrook. For our future needs we will always pick Residence Inn or an affiliate. The service you receive at a Residence Inn location is far superior to what we received at Innisbrook and it is half the cost.
Well.....stop in for a visit! Really nice folks there. Plus, they got great chefs there if you ever have an event!! Come see, you'll enjoy it!

Wonderful bat mitzvah catered event.
It was a nice venue. Room was large food was pretty good. Service was good. The main issue I had was finding it.
Had breakfasts and dinner. Breakfast was great, including the service. Dinner was disappointing in selection of food, and preparation. Tasted bland with little effort to empress.
Very large complex with every amenity you could want. Everything was meticulously maintained
Beautiful place to visit
A lovely property and the rooms are big. The golf is off the hook excellent and the pools, restaurants and facilities are very good. All that said, the rooms need some serious updating. They are "rental pool" condos that rely on the owners to keep them up to date, good luck on that. Overall a good experience just be prepared, your room may not be what you expected, while not dirty just VERY dated.

Worst hotel experience we've ever had. We went for a wedding and had reserved a rate over the phone. When we got there it was much higher and they stayed that was always the price. I said listen to the voice recording (they had previously to confirm that we got a $50credit) and said there were no recordings. When we got there the room next to us was being painted and we asked to move due to the paint smell. They refused to move us stating their manager said no to any moves this weekend. We had to stay out of the room the entire time until it got cool enough to open the windows to vent the paint smell out of our room. Every day we had to call and ask someone to clean the room or get new towels. Such awful service, but the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Food was awful and inedible. We will never come back and wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
Best place to golf.
Mary Fran W.
Great lunch and wonderful friendly people.
Great food, great service
Best overall golf resort and convention facility in Florida. Only the ocean is missing but great beaches are nearby.
The staff is always accommodating and helpful, food and drinks have always been good the few times I've been here. Restaurants, bars, loch Ness pool all exceptional.
Was here for a golf tournament and the course was stunning.
Rating this one a 2. Very old rooms. 1980 I would say is the last update. Nothing like in the pictures. Asked for a change of rooms and they said they were 100% booked. I booked this hotel 4 months in advance and asked to be close to the pool, they put me in the last building which was a 20 mi Ute walk to the pool, or 5 minute car ride. I like staying at resorts where I can walk to the pool. Would not go back.
The property and landscaping is lovely. The wine selection is good. The food is pretty good and consistent in both restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, but the a/c ducts must need cleaning because of the dust smell! Three different vacations here and the smell is in every room we stayed in. My neighbor said same for his room.
A little dated accommodations, but the golf is outstanding.
We stayed for only three days and we wish that we stayed longer. It's a very beautiful resort as shown on the pictures. The resort has several restaurants. There's one restaurant that has really good sushi. The property of the resort is very big. This resort is a perfect choice for beach style wedding. The room that we stayed in was really nice, huge dan feels extravagant. We will definitely come back again.
Attended NYE at Innisbrook for the 3rd year in a row. Great food and service!
Bar was Good

New Year's Eve celebration was outstanding!
Very Serene and Quiet. Just the relaxation I needed to recharge.
Just re-seeded, beautiful! One of the nicest courses ever played.
More than I expected! The facilities were outstanding and the staff were awesome. Definitely will go on my list of topnotch accommodations in Florida!
Authentic food, nicely decorated
Had our Christmas party there and it was awesome
Golf course looked great
Gsby Mauricio C.
Packards steakhouse is great. Staff is so kind and pleasant. Osprey has a fantastic relaxing vibe and is great for dinner and drinks by the firepits.
Love this course. I could play it everyday. Greens were slow today but a very enjoyable round. I played from the tips and the tee shots were beautiful to see. One of my favorite courses in Florida.
Amazing place to stay in Palm harbour, Tampa. Beautiful courses and setting and staff can't do enough for you and your family, well worth a visit.
Beautiful hotel with well maintained restrooms, several pools and nice shuttle services. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!
Had a great time walking the course with Tiger Woods.
Visiting Baby Inc D.
Nice golf course as well as some good restaurants and nice pool area for the kids! New home developments and townhomes are very nice! We have delivered cribs to many locations in this huge complex and still need a map at times:) one of our cribs was hidden here for our Easter egg hunt this year:)
Tara L. F.
Beautiful resort with several pools and meeting rooms. Service was good.
I have only just begun my adventure here, but so far Ray at the Valet and Meghan at the front desk have been outstanding at being able to accommodate myself and my needs. I had a big adventure at the airport and then I accidentally picked up someone else's luggage never happened before they helped me get the luggage back to Southwest and my luggage to the hotel and completely checked in. Here are the highlights in pictures.

It was amazing clean and nice
Overall a nice place, but the rooms are dated and the food is average with above average prices. Room service was unavailable while I was there. I also didn't realize guest rooms are mixed in with residents - came home one night to a strong cabbage smell in our hallway.
I was there for a christmas dinner party. The party was held in the ballroom. It was decorated really nice. There were lights in the shape of snowflakes, a snowman, and more. The food was good and the drinks were also good.
It's a beautiful place
For the most part it was ok except outdated rooms the reason I gave 1 star is the Osprey dinner service was terrible then I returned to Osprey today for lunch because my fiancé is playing Golf , keep in mind I’ve been here all weekend he has been playing golf and I have been eating drinking and charging it to my room. The manager Alba came took my drink order and gave me a drink the bartender Cathy then comes and ask for my room I gave her the room number she says are you on the room I advised her I was not but he had given me the room key and paperwork with all the info on it, she then says that she cannot help me unless he was here, I was at a loss I’ve literally been all over the resort for the past 3 days ordering whatever I like and even in this very restaurant he was never with me, I explained to her that he was on the green at hole 9 I knew this because I texted him, she then proceeded to tell me to pay upfront and she would refund when he arrived. After sitting at the bar and finishing the one drink they allowed me I actually witnessed the bartender serve an older white male, without asking for any info, at first I figured Cathy must know this guest but after sitting for a while I see her ask the same guy for his room number, this makes me suspect that they were racially profiling me because I’m black they need payment up front, ridiculous what restaurant where you dine in ask for payment up front ? Rude and unprofessional I felt even though Alba is Hispanic she is also racially motivated to ask me for payment up front, I’m told this resort is now recently black owned I hope they will do ethical training for their employees particularly Alba and Cathy but it could benefit all employees. Although a large portion of business may be Caucasian I hope they can learn to treat all guest with that same respect and customer service.
Enjoyed the golf with my NAGG brothers. Great outing!
Very family friendly place with things to do for all ages. Love being on gated property. Good place for a golf trip with 4 courses
Great place to go.
We had a group of 20 ladies for lunch in the service and food was great! I had the Chinese chicken salad and it was amazing!
Room decor needs updating, but the course, staff and restaurants are excellent.
Excellent place to live. All the amenities of resort style living.
Deduct one star for the price from a slightly above average golf course. If you live in the Tampa Bay area, this is nothing special and there are better options for far less. South Course and North Course are way too expensive.
Room was old, dirty, stained, musty. This is NOT luxury for 200$ a night. Very disappointing
It's a very nice place.
Great clean place. Very upkept and very huge golf course
I stayed at Innisbrook for three nights with my husband on a work conference. We were in a room in the Killarney building near the clubhouse. Our room was updated and clean. The building itself is still pretty dated. Weird doors and an unusual layout. For golfers who are not in the room for any length of time...it would suffice. There is no microwave or mini fridge. That alone would have been a plus while updating. It is a bit unusual to have room rentals alongside condo owners. I enjoyed the recreation center and found it to be updated, clean and had a friendly staff. All in all....I had a good experience at Innisbrook
Visited for drinks and apps. Truffle fries were bomb. Drinks were just OK and pretty overpriced, but it's a resort. Just wish for the money they were better.
service and food was really Good I'm just surprised they didn't smile more
Fun times for gold, great place to visit
Absolutely amazing place! Beyond beautiful, clean, the staff is so helpful and friendly. Plus, they put on such a positive successful Holiday Show ????.
Outstanding, simply outstanding

Beautiful Wedding pavilion behind the spa.
South course was in great shape!
Outstanding place, great people
Great place for golfing, retreats, living accommodations are very reasonable, Clean and the staff is great!
Had dinner at Salamander grill, food was very good and service was awesome. Great server
A golfers dream. Three of the absolute best courses in all of Tampa/St.Pete. THE local standard since the early 1970's.
4 very different golf courses all in great shape fun to play! Fantastic staff. Super friendly.
Awesome courses. Haven't stayed there but golf is fantastic.
Went for a wedding was really nice.
Excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms, and great attention to detail. Always comfortable.
Golf on The Island Course
Hotel quest where partying and played so loud that we could be in our own condo, maybe good for party weekend, but not quiet and romantic weekend
Amazing groundskeeping, newly renovated suites
Great time at the Spa and pool for the day.
Beautiful golf course
Always amazing service and facilities!
I enjoyed the course and can appreciate it more now that I finally had my second chance to play it, the first time we were rained out after the 3rd hole. The course is challenging and forgiving depending on your tee selection. Everyone there was helpful and courteous. I can't wait to go back.
Island Course in great shape
Beautiful courses and excellent service.
Amazing property...just hit some out
Love Innisbrook, which is not only a beautiful resort, but a fabulous place to live. Magnificent facilities, including the Loch Ness pool, which rivals some water parks, multiple golf options, and superior dining options like Packard's Steak House which is consistently ranked in the top 10 in the area. Add to that the excellent conference facilities and spa and there's no place else I'd rather be on the Suncoast.
Great course to watch a tournament. Haven't experienced the spa aspect of it though.
Went to look into planning an event
Spent a few days for the LPGA amatuer tournament. The golf courses we're exceptionally maintained. The rooms were adequate. Spa was delightful and food was good
Gotta stop here on your florida golf excursion. Copperhead is amazing and the islands course was challenging with an amazing view the entire course. Great pro shop and fair prices on equipment and balls.
If you're a ?,go there.
Played golf at Copperhead. First class facility, awesome course.
Very awesome. Great staff
Enjoyed stay, very beautiful but at our seminar didn't like the feeling of being disconnected with everyone because the units are so far apart
4 golf courses. Plenty of pools on property. Tennis. Decent gym. Outstanding food.
Great for families. Location is close to shopping without the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Tampa.
Its nice coming back for the 4th time, the food I want as nuts for when coming back. It was decent enough but their breakfast wasnt my absolute favorite
We stayed in a beautiful, 3 bedroom condo. Every single staff member we met was very nice & helpful. We had breakfast at the clubhouse, it was delicious. Great place for families. We loved our stay. It was perfect!
Beautiful location and awesome courses
Nice place but has a somewhat old feel to it. Probably state of the art in the 80's
Hubby and I were invited for a wedding, it was very beautiful. The bartenders and the servers were amazing and so was the scenery.
Great golf and great food.
Nice atmosphere..good place for business conference
Fun Place, good tennis facility
Had a great round of golf at the best course I've ever seen!
Great Golf Courses

The club is beautiful. It is a lot different than it used to be when it was private, though. They sell condos there and are running into people using their condos for Air bandb, instead of putting them into the rental pool. So as a hotel guest, I had every right to be at the pool, but if I'd been an AirBandB guest of someone's condo, I wouldn't have had that right. So while sitting in the sun, a security guard approached me and and another guest in the pool and asked for ID room key. It was scary. They need to have someone there to check your ID before you go into the pools, not to shock and surprise you after you are already there. But the place is beautiful! Loved Lynn the Pilates instructor and Dawn Mercer who gave me a super golf lesson. The Steak house Packards, and Italian Restaurant are closed Sunday to Wednesday which was not ok with me. There is no room service now either, but there is a place to buy food and a place to eat called Marketplace Grill which is fine. You can call the Operatot to ask for restaurants that deliver and know the property. It is 75 acres so go that route. I had great Chinese from Chin-ho. Great prices too! Over all I look forward to going back. It is 25 minutes to Clearwater beach, I had a kitchen too...and the people were all very nice.
Played Copperhead and Island Course here. They we're both great courses. Will definitely play again.
Great 3 days of golf
The property was beautiful. It would have been nice to have a few more little tables at the Lock Ness pool. It also would have been nice for someone to give us a 30 second highlight of the best amenities at the resort when we checked it. If you can afford it, have a steak at Packard's, one of the best steaks I have ever had!
Lovely resort and terrific staff! Rooms were very nice and we had a great time!
Great service, with very nice and professional people. Try the spa!
Place was nice and everything was exceptional
The new buildings are beautiful. The older ones are a little outdated, as each building looks like a large Assisted Living Facility from 1982 .
Great country club
Went to the amazing pool area for a party.
Spacious Executive suite rooms, although a bit dated, rooms were very comfortable and nice.
The only thing they lack is way finding signage~that'd be awesome. Terrific facility and beautiful landscaping
Great golf, great food, great experience!!
Pleasantly surprised what a hidden place to be!
Copperhead course was awesome
This Resort is on of the best in Tampa Bay
Good golf. A bit stuffy with all the “tuck in your shirt” (and other) rules. Rooms were awful.
reception was great
Innisbrook just south of Tarpon Springs is a wonderful property to stay at for a night or week. They have many pools one that's really fancy with the spectacular waterfall and a couple of great water slides. The views from your room overlook a mature and well treed Golf Course. The rooms are very well appointed and the views are great because there are a lot of mature trees and the bird watching is incredible

Enjoyed the pool and drinks. Dinner was very busy and service was slow. Staff was otherwise excellent. Room was nice with comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom.
Inverness hall is a great space.
My fiancée surprised me with a weekend getaway to this resort. I loved it. We got a couples massage and the spa facility is amazing. Everything you need is right there on the property, but there are also some amazing restaurants within a few miles. If you stay here, I recommend checking out Ironside for some great bbq.
Wonderful stay! Clean and quiet.
Excellent golf place.
Always a wonderful experience at Innisbrook!
Good facilities food so so

Beautiful grounds.... great staff
Beautiful, peaceful. Great staff.

Not impressed..Very disappointed! Played the front 9 of the North course it was almost unplayable. Course was swamped, unkept and holes lacked marking. The lodging amenities are in desperate need of updating. Bed linens we're moldy and disgusting to say the least. Had to contact management and nothing was done in regard to the issue. Check-in was uninformative about activities that were taking place on Labor weekend. I found out about them through an email. Reserved tee times were mixed up as well as the names on golf tag's. I found this supposed top notch golf resort to be anything but below Par. If I'm going to pay high cost/ resort fees for lodging and a golf package, I expect the service of both to match at very least!
We come here regularly when we visit our two sons who live in Tampa. Beautiful grounds, great golf courses, nice accommodations. Highly recommended.
We love all the golf courses at Innisbrook! The lodging & accommodations are beautiful, great landscape, nature, it is like an OASIS in the middle of all that commercial stuff along or right off of Rte 19 - get yourself there! It's a wonderful lifestyle, country club, & ownership opportunity
Had to attend a work function held at one of their meeting halls and everything was great. Plenty of parking and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Conference I attended was a great experience
Nice meeting location, good catering. Need to be prepared for large groups - have extra chairs available)
Great facilities for meetings
It was good
Ver y nice, in a park setting. Great tennis and golf with 8 pools and decent restaurants, very quiet. The osprey has live music
I love golfing here. Staff is friendly and courses are great
Wonderful staff, clean facilities and super relaxing!
Always beautiful beautiful experience. Quiet when you wanted to be and fun when you want to go over to the Loch Ness pool. A great family vacation spot. Beautiful two bedroom condo facing the golf course. Even if you aren't a golfer you can appreciate how beautiful Copperhead course is.

Cool place to visit
Great golf course. Rooms are clean but need updates.
Played Copperhead and as always it's top notch.
Very clean, hospitable, and classy. This resort had an incredibly nice hall.

Beautiful place. We stayed at Innisbrook Resort for a wedding. We loved the place, the food. We rented a condo with 2 rooms, very clean. Just an amazing place to relax.
Very good service
The event was very well catered and food was Exxon and professional staff
Rooms we're very clean, and the service is always excellent. Innisbrook is consistently beautiful and tranquil.
The accommodations take you back to the 70s but great service!
Great family fun. Two room suite with kitchen is the best way to go! Very spacious lots of amenities. Many fun things just 15-20 minutes away. There is a sand beach in the pool that my 2&5 year old daughters loved!
This place has a quiet setting but it is extremely dated and the rooms smell and look like retirement homes. We were so disappointed that all of the pools close at 8pm. The staff were very friendly. For the prices they charge, they should invest in updating their property.
Great for golfing. With beautiful landscaping. The buildings however are a little dated. It has that old musty smell.
Facilities are very nice. Parking is somewhat a problem.
Stay here evey year!
It was great
Attended wedding expo
The rooms were a little outdated but the staff was quite pleasant. The pools were beautiful and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will be back. Great value.
Once again this event and venue does not disappoint! We had our quarterly convention there once again and the staff was friendly and appointing as well as the rooms were accommodating!
Attended a wedding expo at the convention Hall. Amazing place and there was professional shuttle service and staff attending to guests. Would love to attend more events at the resort in the future.
I had a great experience at the wedding expo at the resort
Island course in great condition
I was a vendor at a wedding expo. Innisbrook is a wonderful venue for weddings! Such a beautiful place!
Outstanding in every way!
Decent food, very friendly and professional staff.
It's a really nice place and the staff is great and the rooms were very clean. The pools were clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. My biggest complaint was the A/C in my room. It just was not getting the job done the way an A/C in Florida should. With that said this is a great place to vacation and I really enjoyed my stay.
The property is nice, and rooms are spacious and able to hold multiple people with a hideaway bed kitchen and amenities. The beds are comfortable. Large balconies offer great views of the courses.
Nice course. Well kept. Overpriced for ccomparable courses around
My family of 5 will definitely be back????????
Course is in great shape
I work on the south Golf Course, pass-through Islands yesterday, what a beautiful golf course that is.
Attended USA Ambassador Pageant. Nice pools and golf course to bad I do not play. friendly staff.
Cinzia Ianniciello A.
Outdated rooms, smelly carpets, everything is in need of an upgrade. Not customer focused at all - maybe works well for residents. Staff is friendly, but not overly accommodating. Food is mediocre and overpriced. Loch Ness pool is small. Will not stay again.
Love the Salamander Grill. A bit expensive, but good food and good atmosphere. The breakfast they have there is great!
Copperhead course was impeccable!
This is a wonderful property to stay at.
Great place to go with friends hang out at one of the pools or restaurants
Same as others, rooms could be updated. Dining room chairs and sofa were pretty worn. Had to put pillows on seats to make them somewhat comfortable. Room was clean, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with outdoor balcony. Could use ceiling fans in various rooms and a full sized coffee maker. We enjoyed the big pool and quad bike. We didn't play golf, but many were. We stayed in a 2 story unit, no elevator. Ice maker on 1st floor (no biggie). Free washers and dryers. Grounds are were groomed and there is plenty of room between areas. The outside of our building and quite a few others, has mold and staining. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Spa is grossly overpriced, thus no one received services. We didn't try the restaurants or other amenities.
Had a wonderful time at the pool and resort!
Attended a church conference here, this past weekend. A very peaceful environment, excellent for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.
Hermes Ghost S.
Beautiful and resort, manicured to perfection. I can't say enough good things about the Innisbrooj golf and spa resort.
Great place to stay with alot to do with the family. The loch ness pool is amazing with 2 slides for the kids, a beach area and a lovely lagoon pool. Beaches are 5 minutes away with some great fishing spots. Rooms are big and clean. Just a great place overall for a weekend away with the family.
One of the top three courses I have ever played.
Stayed here as it was highly rated, near to the company I was visiting and low rates. Massive golf property that had very few people staying there (early August). Rooms were large but dated, kind of 80s florida motif. Room cleaning service was not a given unless requested. Rooms included living and dining area plus kitchen. Bed and linens high quality and comfy. Restaurant at the clubhouse had a really good grouper. I'd stay again!
Beautiful place, quite and reach of wildlife. For the golf lovers it's a paradise, for the others too
Played the Island course and really enjoyed the experience. The course was in great condition and the different tiers and levels made for a challenging round since most courses in Tampa Bay are flat.
Beautiful place, friendly staff and a very relaxed atmosphere
We love Innisbrook! Some rooms can be outdated but it’s very spacious, clean and reasonable prices:)
I love this place as my family do. Rooms are great. Stuff are friendly and we're having the best vacation ever
Went for wife’s birthday 40 years. What a great trip wonderful staff great food nice rooms. She had best birthday thank you.
Was here for a banquet at one of their banquet halls beautiful facility beautiful grounds great service great food if you're looking for a place to hold event this would be a great place to have it
A hidden gem! Spa phenomenal. Rooms great. Staff fabulous!
Had a blast playing the North Course for the Big Brother Big Sitter fundraiser event...
Amazing place, peaceful and secluded!!!!
Nice place, all buildings look the same throughout the entire place so it's not very easy to find what you're looking for
Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, with many amenities.
(Translated by Google) It is a fabulous place for the whole family. The pool has a slide, volleyball net and other amenities. The golf courses are very beautiful and very well maintained. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Overpriced.
Love the lochness pool
Awesome pool. Room was very large.
Great stay, the resort itself is great for the price, the pools are good and very friendly crowd but the reason I gave it 3 stars is one of the front desk receptionist who checked us in (let me not mention her name) had an attitude from the 1st minute but my luck she was the 1st one available. Didn't explain anything about the charges that will appear to my credit card and then after 3 days when I saw another charge pending I went to ask she said she did explain the charges and argued that she did which she never did also she said she will call us when our room is ready instead she emailed us and when I asked her she said she did call us which never happened. I kept checking my phone the whole time but no calls happened. But other than that it is a great place very close to every where. We visited Tarpon Springs and ate a lot of good Greek food at Costas highly recommended also visited Dunedin and Clearwater and they're all with in 10-20 minutes drive. Walmart and publix is down the street so I would absolutely recommend innisbrook for anyone.
Looks really nice. The security guards are polite. Can't wait to see more of it.
Incredibly beautiful four golf courses and spa resort. Very well maintained and well managed with helpful staff. A great getaway for you and your family!
Awesome place for family fun. Kids loved it.
Osprey Is really good. The kids putt putt is amazing.. Copperhead, rockes.ill be back
Big place convention place!
Great food. Fabulous spa. Challenging golf courses
Staff = Great Weather = Great Loging =Great
The best word I can use to describe my recent experience at Innisbrook would be underwhelming. My husband and I were really looking forward to our babymoon/staycation. I had heard so many great things, read positive reviews and it was recommended by a co-worker. Maybe my expectations were set too high. The short of the long is that in my opinion, if golfing isn't your thing, this isn't the resort for you. Their hospitality is very much lacking and things that seem like second nature at other hotels are an afterthought, if a thought at all. Property is very much outdated and there isn't a whole lot to do. For more specific details, feel free to continue reading. From the moment we arrived we were met with a cold and unpleasant attitude. It took a good 30 to 45 seconds for us to even be acknowledged by the front desk staff, after I said under my breath 'is anyone going to acknowledge us?' Odd thing was that when another gentlemen of caucasian descent came in after us, he was immediately and warmly greeted. My husband, black, and I, hispanic, immediately caught on to this without needing to say anything to one another. We were checked in and gave passes to explore the property since our room wasn't ready, we arrived 30min early so that's fair. We were told we would get a call when our room was ready but when it had reached our check in time of 4pm, we had yet to receive a call. We walked back and arrived 5 past 4 and our room still wasn't ready. The front desk representative was neither helpful nor apologetic that our room wasn't ready. She responded only with 'we'll call you when it's ready' and 'it's only 5min past your check-in time.' There was no effort on her part to see what the issue was or to try to expedite the process. None of this said hospitality or warmness by any stretch of the imagination. Finally, one of the other front desk reps who perhaps overhead decided to change our room when it got closer to 4:30pm and our original room still wasn't ready. We appreciated this a lot. We tried to move on and not let this ruin our stay and made the most of the rest of the time. The rooms were fine, there was nothing really wrong with them but the property as a whole seemed to be a little outdated. We were on our way out the room the next morning when housekeeping came by and so they skipped us and we thought they were going to come back. They never did. If golfing isn't your thing, there isn't a whole lot left to do. If you're a family, there is a large playground and one of the pools has a slide and kiddie area that's perfect for you, but for couples that perhaps don't want to golf and want to do something other then hangout by the pools all day, there aren't a lot of options. There is mini-golf, basketball and shuffleboard. We were excited about these activities until we arrived. All three of these things were tiny, outdated and not well kept. The basketball court looked like one at an old abandoned park, mini-golf was really rough around the edges with holes missing labels and lanes on top of one another. We played two rounds and made the most of it. On our last day on the property, the cherry on top of our stay was being asked for identification at one of the pools shortly after we arrived. We were the only ones there and the security officer on duty said he received a call about that gates being locked, even though he didn't check all the gates upon arrival. The officer said 'but while I'm here can I see your resort passes?' We didn't question him but again, we both got a sinking feeling and wondered why our presence was questioned. Security to get onto the property is really tight and everyone inside had already presented proper documentation. I'm not the type of person to make something about race, but too many things happened, even in addition to what I wrote here, that left me wondering. Maybe it wasn't, we did encounter some friendly staff along the way, but some obvious things did occur that left us with doubt and feeling unwelcome.
Rooms are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Second time I have been and will definitely be back.
Rooms are comfortable.
Great IAFC conference location.
Beautiful grounds, beautiful buildings.
We we're here for a PTA event. Such a wonderful time.
Overpriced room service. A meal for two people costs $110.00 for two sandwiches and soda. The upcharges were ridiculously high. It's very difficult to navigate to your hotel building. There should be someone to escort the guests to their rooms on check-in. Nice pool though.
I was there for the PTA leadership conference and the grounds are beautiful! Staff are extremely helpful. Looking forward to next year!
Beautiful landscaping. Apartment style suites and several pools. Spa onsite, room service, restaurant and several banquet rooms.
Lovely scenery, prices are high but are fair for what you get. They provide amazing accommodations and delicious food. Would recommend all of the restaurants, especially turnberry pub and packards steakhouse. Market salamander is also amazing, with a family friendly vibe
Everything and EVERYONE WAS FANTASTIC..... FOR A MORE DETAILED REVIEW YOU CAN CHECK OUT MY FACEBOOK
Very nice place to stay. Good food, service, very attentive , willing to try to meet all your needs. Great golf. Tennis. Pool
Beautiful resort and a great golf course and driving range. The room was great. The pools are fun for the kids and are very relaxing.
Awesome to play a pga to course, very tough
Multiple visits. Each one a gem! Fantastic service, clean and comfortable. Great location!
The room had a very unpleasant musty/moldy smell that was overwhelming. The pool lounge chairs at Loch Ness Pool had black mold on them. The server in the restaurant had an attitude. Overall, very unpleasant experience. However, the front desk staff were very understanding and listened attentively to what I was telling them. The manager called me the next morning, apologized for what had happened and explained to me in detail how the resort is undergoing renovations towards the later part of this year. The renovations of the rental units is in dire need as they are outdated and the smell is unacceptable.
Don’t waist your money in this resort. It’s a big ripoff they charging for everything you do
I attended a golf tournament on Copperhead. The course is beautiful and we'll maintained.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay over the past week. Sure, the buildings and rooms were a little dated, but they were well-kept and the price was nice. Forth of July at the pool was freakishly crowded so there was no place to put anything (lockers for guests or something would have been nice) but the fire works show on-site was a nice touch that we were not expecting.
The one bedrooms are extremely spacious and quiet. I love the views and the landscape.
Love the place
Enjoy the chicken wings and golf here! Take a minute to walk around the new changes to the restaurant.
Rooms are very nice, if only a little outdated. Grounds are beautiful and worth the visit alone. Staff are very nice and helpful and the pools are fantastic.
Nice, looks better inside than out!
I love this resort. Very spacious rooms, great tv service, wifi, everything. This resort is also not very far away from restraunts and grocery stores. Very friendly and accommodating staff. All around it is a great place to have a family vacation.????????
The property was very organized and the staff were surperb. I definitely felt five star, but at a affordable rate. The place very clean. The only thing was the furniture was a little outdated. My air condition went out, but with one phone call. the technician came and fixed it within 10 .minutes. I definitely be back. This is a great place for groups and families.

Best Fourth of July fireworks show we've been to in years.
Played Copperhead. Great course and staff. Super service in the "19th hole."
Over priced everyone is a snob.
Food was cold.

Great place to stay with family!!! Pool for the kids, and adults.. golfing, swimming, and restaurants to eat, and spas..overall great experience!!!!
Wonderful event!! Staff was very friendly and it is a beautiful resort. We will be back.
It was really nice
Island golf course is a nice track. Great people helping with all aspects of the experience
Good deals and nice way to spend weekend

Great golf facility
Great place with nice staff.
My Name Is J.
They had guest service so when we went to the pool we thought we would have to do the dishes and clean up but when we got back everything was done and there is plenty of stuff to do so you never get board and they have two beds and a pull out couch so there's plenty of room and there's a kitchen so you can make the same home cooked meals that you do at home
Beautiful, clean friendly . Food was outstanding
The One Eye B.
Was a nice setting, a little dated though
Nice facility. Great staff. Ok rooms.
Beautiful golf to be had.
This is the BEST spa in the area. I have been to spas all over the world and I feel fortunate that this spa is so close to home. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional and the facilities are immaculate. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. I love that the massage beds are heated and can move and bend to fit your comfort needs. I also like that the spa is separate from the main club. They offer a discount for locals. I had a "girls" spa day and we felt like we had the place to ourselves and were treated like royalty.
very accommodating and generous staff.... great stay for a great value
I attended a business conference. It was very crowded, so I'm sure we taxed the facilities, but all worked well. Restrooms were well maintained & stocked. PowerPoint worked. Sound quality was good. Seating was reasonably comfortable. Ice water in coolers was available at the sides of the room.
Island Course is nice but can be a tough course for weekend players. It rained pretty much the entire round but overall we had a great time. The cold delicious apples provided by the course at the turn was a nice touch.
Rooms are big and clean. Pools are golf courses are expansive and gorgeous. Staff is friendly but had MAJOR trouble in communicating and coordinating our rooms. I came with a group of 30 people and after checking in several rooms had to be shuffled around multiple times to be closer. Staff told us incorrect rooms that other party members were in over and over.

The Island is a tough test of golf, excellent course
Great place to see a tournament
Out dated decor no freaking microwave and fridge non existent good service though

I was excited at first because the front desk was really nice but the rooms themselves were poorly renovated, very poor workmanship on everything. The bathroom did not look clean either. The walls were super thin. Not only could I hear every word my neighbor spoke, but the view of Volcano Bay they advertise is from across interstate 4, and it was exceedingly loud. Never staying here again
Worst Hotel Ever , bed bugs , rooms are in really bad condition the mattress was broke , the carpet was dirty , the wall paper was in bad shape , bathtub liking , ac has mold around , the receptionist was extremely rude her name is VICKAYLA and definitely no refund , I hope parents read this I have a 4 years old daughter and a 6 years old boy please don't take it to this hotel find a clean place even if you spend more money
Wonderful place the pools are awesomelots of golf and things to do.
Bring golf balls
Great for all your golfing needs

North Course in great shape
Old rooms. Almost non existent room service. Nice pool.
We checked in, and walked up 3 flights of stairs with our 3 year old sons and all our luggage to open the door to our room to find it was still dirty from their previous guests. We called the office and told them that the room wasn't cleaned and they said they would call us back on our cell phone with options. After waiting 20 minutes in the hallway, we called again. We were transferred 4 times before some told us they called the room and left a message in the room. I told them again we were not in the room because it was dirty. They then said they would move us into a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch. We told them that is not what we paid for and wanted two beds. They abruptly told us thats all they had and nothing else they can do. Needless to say we did not stay and went to another hotel. Will not reccomend this hotel!
We had a good experience overall. The AC broke down around 2 am and they weren't able to help the situation by providing night maintenance, another room or any fans that night. However, the front desk manager helped in the morning and took good care of us. The experience was wonderful outside of the AC issues.
How does a Resort of this size, an supposedly a "classy" place, not have a ROOM SERVICE opition. The rooms look like a catalog from 1990. All their workers are very friendly, but this resort did NOT live up to the hype. NO ROOM SERVICE!!!!WHY?
I am a repeat customer of Innisbrook and from booking to arriving and checking out, the entire staff is wonderful. I so LOVE this place and will continue to visit For my upcoming visit for this July 2018, customer service rep name Brice did my reservation. He was Awesome. Excellent customer service skills.
This is a great place have a vacation. They've got everything swimming pools golf courses places to get massages places to eat. But it could be a little pricey.
Great rooms. The restaurant is awesome too.
Nice golf experience. Enjoyed breakfast at the Market and golf on Osprey North. Good food and a well conditioned course. Very enjoyable day.
Very professional, service and resort was nice
Very nice place. Stylish, fun, great pool and activities for kids. Pretty good rooms. There's a big guide book in each room with lots of suggestions of things to do on the property. Called several numbers one evening looking for information on things to do - only one number answered, and told me I had to call a different number (that one didn't pick up, either).
Nice place for golfers, lots of amenities
Friendly staff, clean and well maintained
Place is good not great but a nice getaway
They went above and beyond for me when I worked there.
World Class! I golfed here with my cousin Michael and it's the best course I have ever played on. I am not that good of a golfer, but did well that day for only golfing twice in 10 years.
The Rooms was beautiful, peace and quiet
The resort and staff were spectacular.
J Alan S.
Loved staying here got everthing
A spread out resort. Rooms are nice. I came here for a professional event, so I did not play golf or use all of the amenities. The pool was nice and kid friendly.
Great resort! We're staying in a one bedroom suite and it's huge. It's a very family friendly place!
The resort is a great place to stay. They were very helpful and the pool was really fun.
Staff is quite helpful. Room wasn't stocked as well as I had hoped it would be, but otherwise it has been really good.
Beautiful facility- immaculate golf courses, paradise scenery, relaxing Spas, and refreshing pools to lounge, sip, and eat by. Priceless experience.
I play the copperhead course usually 2 to 3 times a year. This was the slowest play I have ever experienced at the course. It was definitely overbooked. Garbage cans at every Tee Box were overflowing with trash everywhere. Very disappointed at the course was in this condition. The course itself was in great condition as always but the ambience of the experience was not the same.
Most amazing place everrrr!
Beautiful and quiet campus, great staff. The buildings are a little dated and have no elevator access. The interior room finishes could use an upgrade. Didn’t use the golf facilities, but the courses looked great!
Peaceful, Relaxing, And Has Everything You Need. Stayed 3 Days And It Always Something To Do Or Enjoy.
It seemed old
Beautiful place, courteous staff, clean rooms and grounds
Great place for a quiet getaway. The facility is very well maintained. We loved the Loch Ness pool. We were in a 2nd floor unit with our 3 grandchildren, ages 3-10 and unfortunately, a permanent resident in the unit beliw was disturbed by the playing around. Great proximity to Tampa and the beaches. Would return for a quiet golf outing.
This is a nice property but very old. Definitely needs some remodeling.
4 great courses, food, and entertainment. Staff pampers you.
Nice and clean
Always clean and efficient
Worst place ever !!!!! nothing like the picture , they charge 250 deposit which they don’t mentioned in hotels . Com and also the charge for refrigerator, 10 dollars a day and microwave too this in nothing like the picture, Not worth it.
Awesome place but overpriced
Great location, good room (just needs updating) staff was courteous and tram arrives quickly. Looking forward to coming back on a family trip again
Does not have elevators, or good lighting at night outside. Besides that a nice resort.
Great place &golf the best
Really fun place and has really nice people at the front desks.
(Translated by Google) Great entertainment place (Original) ???? ????? ????
Great courses (all 4) Well maintained property. Friendly and courteous staff.
Best resort golf in Florida, tees for all levels of play, absolutely beautiful!
Beautiful golf courses.
This is what it's
While having booked through third party. Called front desk to ad additional night with no mention of wanting same rate, or concern with price was refused help. They would rather loose a client who travels quite often to area as my aging mother lives in area then even give option of booking. Beside the outdated rooms pools closed with no reason why. For being a customer service based company there surely was none given on this trip.
One of the most scenic and beautiful golf courses you will ever play. Copperhead is amazing.
This place is fantastic. Great place to relax while on vacation.
The spa services were amazing! The facilities are beautiful, clean and relaxing. I received a 50 minute massage, it was fabulous and the customer service was great, I really enjoyed the experience.
Had a lovely mother's day spa package. Everything was very nice. I recommend it.
Golf, courses are Fantastic. Island might be even harder . worth a stop,100%
Always nice; would recommend for overnight guests, golfing, leisure, and dinner or drinks.
It is wonderful
Nice Pool and grounds. The rooms are extremely outdated and smell musty. The rooms need to be refurbished. Not worth the price of the room.
The dinner I had there was good and the waiters are good as well
Closest thing to Augusta in Florida.
Valdpar tournament..beautiful scenery and gorgoes grounds for golf
Thoroughly enjoyed the north golf course it was in great shape. And all the wait staff couldn't be more helpful. Two thumbs up all the way around
Can't miss here
Sheila & Alex C.
We had our wedding here March 24, 2018 and the staff were very good to us and attentive to all our needs. My wife said that everything she had imagined in her head, Innisbrook ensured that it was done. We would also like to thank Rick who was our wedding coordinator and his lovely assistant Sarah. They made sure everything was completed by to standards. They went above and beyond to make out day amazing!!!
You have to be kidding. This course should be lucky to get $25 greens fees!
The Salamander Golf & Spa is incapable of guaranteeing a specific room type when reserved through their own website. Their IT department is incompetent? because they are unable to write a simple line of code to ensure once a room that has a reservation on it is taken out of the space available group. They compounded their incompetence by trying to shift the blame for their lack of customer service to the group that contracted with this facility. I highly recommend avoidance of this place at all costs !
the trams were always late after day two...food was good rooms clean..staff nice

Great setup, great service, great people... if you're in the area definitely a course to try to get to.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good food, good wine. Altogether pleasant luncheon experience.
Had a great time. Rooms were in good order. The only problem the walkway was under construction and we had to enter on the side of the building with luggage.
Love it, the Loch Ness pool is nice, has snacks in case you are hungry. You got a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Pretty much a full on apartment complex, haha.
The golf course is as top tier as people say. The greens were smooth and the workers were nice. No complaints here.
I played Copperhead with a client and everyone loved it. The grounds were beautiful and the employees were very kind.
Loved DJing weddings here BASH ENTERTAINMENT
Beautiful place, high on price but that's fine.
Nice view from our room. Food at the club house was amazing. Great service and nice people. Kerry was a fantastic server.
It was a nice quiet time
Great courses, great facilities, great staff
Played the North Course. Staff was friendly, helpful and there to make sure we enjoyed our round. The course was in great shape and pace of play was great.
Beautiful course. Well kept and in grear condition.
(Translated by Google) I was to apply for a job and the place is very beautiful, total harmony is breathed (Original) Estuve para solicitar empleo y el lugar es muy hermoso se respira armonía total
So far from town.
Amazing stay and awesome pool!
Very nice, clean and friendly.
Very nice resort. Great golf course and a wonderful environment.
Great golf. Third year on a row coming back.
Inverness Hall, which I happen to frequent often for Homecoming, FBLA District 12 Fall Rally, and other events. The hall is nice and spacious, however parts of the hall definitely look their age.
We truly enjoyed our stay. Innisbrook is a very quiet property and it's close to lots of fun stuff to go do. HIGHLY recommend the historic sponge dock area in Tarpon Springs and also John Howard park/ beach.
Fantastic!! Nothing negative to say. Perfect, just perfect!
Great quite place with very friendly efficient staff.
Nice place to visit
Tony Townsend P.
Very nice atmosphere. Good prices and great location.
This has to be the cleanest put put golf course I have ever been to. When her kids were younger my wife and I used to travel all over the United States with them and we would always find the local pub putt golf course. When my wife and I found this one I could not believe how well-maintained and how nice everything was. I would highly recommend this place to any couple or family looking for a good time
Course is absolutely gorgeous I really keep this place nice.
The Easter Brunch was just too spread out & difficult for my.elderly parents to get too. At time of RSVP you have to pre-pay. They regret to inform you of the CASH ONLY bar. Who carries cash anymore??!! It was very frustrating! Although after complaining they took care of us, it shouldn't have been an issue. The food was mediocre. The carved beef was the best.
Excelent place to relax and play golf!
Great service and attention
Great place to rest and relax.
The navigation was reasonably easy and the event was well-done. I was a performer in the event, so I didn't have hardly any interaction with the staff nor did I have the food, but the venue is nice enough, well-suited for our purposes
Played my instrument for an event. Great service and location.
Wonderful place for a gala. My daughter had a masquerade ball there as a fun raiser. Staff was excellent for was great. Property was very well maintained. Great job
A little dated, but very clean. Rooms are very spacious and the view was great from our building.
Place was very nice!
Beautiful property. Rooms were spacious, but a little dated. Over all positive experience.
Went to the Valspar Open for two days, Saturday and Sunday. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. This was my second time around and this place is awesome.
Great place to live!
Service wasn’t very good and the rooms were very outdated. Golf was good but very over the top expensive. Staff would price gouge if you weren’t with a member.
Great golf course! Millennium Lawn and Landscape do an awesome job at taking care of the grounds. Looks better than most others!
Excellent week for our 12 man tournament. Beautiful courses, great menus, and warm Florida winds. #PinehurstCup
Great amenities and facilities
They waxed in-between my toes
Great experience here at Innisbrook. Staff were great overall. Particular notice should go to Breakfast staff at Osprey clubhouse market. Room was clean and appealing. Played both North and Copperhead which were excellent. May actually have liked the North slightly better. Will be back in Fall
This was my second time here. Was disappointed. Breakfast was overpriced and not good. The Jacuzzi at Island pool was extremely dirty. It's a quiet relaxing place but more for older upscale people. It's overpriced for what you get.
Kind of outdated and the pools close at 7.
Very well kept property, beautiful golf course, it's older but still very nice. Pools are clean and heated. Rooms are clean and roomy. Rooms are condos. On property complementary shuttle service is nice.
Nice and quiet at 1st but noisey maintenance men changed that
Awesome course! Just finished playing the South course and loved the layout. As always was in great shape
Great venue for the Valspar championship!
Clean and pleasant, nice staff.
Expensive place. They added another $25 per day in addition to what we booked when we ck out. Good service tho. A great place for family w/ kids: swimming pools, 2 water slides, open hot tub. Bar on site for drinks. Free use of washer & dryer but no laundry soap provided. $150 per day green fee. Steak House was expensive & old style. Good breakfast omlett but $16 each. Lodgings on golf courses.
Never been there
Always a wonderful place to golf and visit
Staff attentive. Bloody Mary was delicious. Salads were generous and tasty.
Fantastic grounds, but rooms are very dated and has an old smell
Loved it tiger did his thing

5 Stars... Nuff Said
Good property. However there is a lack of services.
Its clean good value for $$ it is a massive complex mixed golf residential and hotel so its easy to get lost in.
Great place to stay over the weekend
Very overpriced. Club house service is terrible.
Service left allot to be desire!!! WAY OVERRATED FOR VUSTOMET SERVICE!!!
Jack Helms Class Of 2.
very cool course
Nice facility. Rooms were clean. Residents were tolerant of children. Pools were clean. Tram drivers and gate guards were pleasant. My only complaint being the water heater was shared for 2 bathrooms so hot water ran out quickly!
Fun place to hang out, swim, have a beer, and catch some rays. Plenty for the kids to do.
Had to take a cart to pick me up to get to first tee.
This inn is so charming. Went here on Spring Break with my sister from another state. There’s a lot of amenities here. It’s so relaxing in the morning and quiet at night. Even though it’s mainly for golfing, it also has unique vibe for all ages. There’s different pool area, club houses, and spa just to name a few. Would so book this again. ????
A premium destination, whether for a day or week, or more. The best golf courses in Florida with outstanding restaurants and accommodations. Great swimming pools for non golfers.
Beautiful place to stay
Did not see tiger there was busy with a special friend that I will never forget maybe next time ????.....
Had a great time attending the tournament
Rooms ok. Somewhat dated and awkward. Golf very good but somewhat overpriced for the quality of the course.
2018 Valspar tournament was great.
Love the ballroom n grounds. Rooms stayed at needed updating.
Awesome Valspar Tournament
Cortious, helpful staff, challenging course, but fun, pro shop is fully stocked and fun to browse, $$$$.
Understaffed at the pool, but those that were there provided great service. Maid service was questionable and rooms were very dated.
Great courses. Just attended the PGA 2018 Valspar Championship. Tournament and course were amazing.
Not impressed. At all. Room with 2 queen beds was clean but very small. No food storage or place for drinks and there is nothing available on property to run and grab a few sodas, water or snacks except during the day at the pool. Large pool with slide was not bad but several of the pool chairs have mold. Food at Loch Ness was not bad. Property is very dated, from the 70s, though seems to be maintained. Golf greens are beautiful but we don't golf and unless you do, hanging out in a small room is just pretty boring.....not awful, but boring.
Bad service and staff. Old rooms and plumbing. Horrible food and overpriced. Great golf courses also high prices.
Great golf courses but outside of the accommodation is very dated.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room
Wonderful place and Resort. Good food good entertainment wonderful outstanding golf
Great amenities. Had a wonderful time
Currently staying in a room after my brother was married today. Got to the room, TV doesn’t work. Called the office, said they were sending someone, and that someone came with keys. I told them we didn’t need keys- and they informed me the desk clerk doesn’t speak good English. Then person said they can’t do anything they don’t have anyone on duty to help. Expensive room for such lackluster service.
If you love tennis or golf this is an incredible resort! Beautiful and challenging golf courses and great tennis courts with fun clinics and tournaments. Great tennis instructors!
We attended the Valspar PGA tournament. Traveled almost 5 hours. We bought our tickets to the event to include the Owls Nest seating, plus premium parking 2 months in advance. They oversold the event because of big name players announcing to attend last minute. We did not get our promised parking. The lot we paid for was full. The lines were so long to get into the Owls nest. Once you did get in you could not sit or even get close to viewing the golf. This too was oversold, and way too many people in my opinion to be on/in a temporary structure. Walking the event was difficult. I saw multiple people tripping and falling over tree roots. Then my husband tripped and fell over a large missing chunk of asphalt. One of the volunteers said That's the best tuck & roll we've seen all week. The other volunteer said you okay? That's been happening every day. Not a great experience!
A great place to relax, golf and enjoy.
Over the past 3 days I have spent close to 3 hours waiting for a tram. Maybe other buildings are better, but upper Canterbury is not the place to stay.

While I didn't enter into the facility, I had the privilege to meet some very special people while working n the parking area. The best were in handicapped parking. Being able to be the first face they see is a joy because it gives them the feeling that they are in for a wonderful day of play. If nothing else they give me insight and put a smile on their faces
Watching the Valspar was awesome. Needed better/more restrooms, and the food situation was very subpar
Larry Jolliffe S.
Top notch golf facility.
This is a top notch golf course and very well maintained. We had a fun filled day at the Valspar Championship! We hope to return next year!
We go to the PGA event...
Gorgeous golf course.
Beautiful location great walking paths, however everything is really spread out. The shuttle drivers weree quick to the call. We had a work conference there and the space was very nice, but very far from the airport.
Excellent golf tournament. Good watching and great people.
Great destination golf resort, restaurants are good and courses are great. Main Pool area is great for the kids, you will often see baseball players there during spring training.
Great place & beautiful golf courses
Great venue for a great tournament.
US Open difficulty paired with Florida beauty
Waldo Carbo J.
I was standing next to Tiger Woods!
Very family-friendly. Heated Pools which helped on our chilly spring break vacation. Didn't have time to go to the recreation center but there is shuffle board, putt putt golf etc. Beautiful grounds and well maintained.
Great golf course
Just checked in to the hotel for what was to be an exciting weekend with friends. Originally, had booked to check in on a Friday. However, for my wife's 30th birthday decided to check in a day early since we found a good rate. Front desk worker didn't even check to see if we could stay in the same room all weekend. Just said that they are very busy this weekend and we would have to switch rooms tomorrow. I asked if there was anything they could do since it's my wife's birthday and we have a 3 month old with us. Same reply...Okay, I get it. First night, they have us in the St. Andrews building. Very dated. Way far away from the main pool and where our friends will be all weekend. Not impressed with the room, as there are dirt marks, old coffee stains, and the wallpaper is peeling from the wall. (See pictures below) Called the front desk to ask again if we could switch rooms so we wouldn't have to repack and move tomorrow - again told they are busy but she would look into it and call me back. Received a call back about 45 minutes later, and because the room was booked for two different room rates/types we can't have the same room for all three nights. Regardless, offer an upgrade or even the opportunity to pay for an upgrade. I get this place is busy with the PGA event last weekend, but was expecting that the bar would be set a bit higher with rooms, cleanliness, decor, service and friendliness given the attention that event had received.
The Valspar golf tournament Tiger Woods at the 9th hole.
I Saw Tiger Woods enough said.
Was therw for the Valspar. Got to see Tiger play. A great course.
Went here for the valspar championship to watch tiger. The grounds were amazing. They did exceptionally well for such a crowded event.
Great course for a golf tournament!
I was there for Valspar PGA tournament and as always had a great time.
Golf is boring but this place was great
I had a great time here. I had a chance to s÷ TIGER WOODS play it was great..
Beautiful golf course. Watched the Valspar Championship there.

BEAUTIFUL golfcourse and perfect place to hold a Tournament!
Excellence service and quality room
Attended the Valspar Open. Incredible looking course.
We visited during the Valspar Championship and never new such a great course located in our back yard. Including the concert after the event was amazing
Ben Badcock J.
Went to the Valspar championship here and it was Awesome! Well thought out golf tournament. Food and drink were top notch and the atmosphere is incredible.
Tiger Woods brought an audience draw that many did not anticipate. Innisbrook is an amazing course and it was just a perfect weekend
Great time watching the Valspar this past week, where Tiger just missed his comeback win by a stroke!
Best time ever
Mary Carole T.
The golf course is wonderful. I was so excited to see what a beautiful venue for the PGA.
I stayed at Innisbrook March 2nd and 3rd. I reserved a double and was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a one bedroom condo, because they ran out of my type room. I had a hard time finding the right building. They need to mark them better. When I finally found my room, the key didn't work. Security came....long story short, they gave us the wrong room, building and key!!! I was very frustrated to say the least. The first evening we sat in the clubhouse lounge by the fire pit. It wasn't that busy at all, and it took a long time to take our drink order and just as long to get our two glasses of wine! We got the same server the next night and I nicely told her about it. And much better service this time. Others told me that they had had the same issue. They do have the fastest and nicest shuttle drivers. It seemed the second we called for one, they were there ! The hot tub at Loch Ness was the best. Overall, a really nice resort. If not for my two service problems, I would have given it a 5 star rating.
Beautiful golf course. I watched the pga players play here on Friday
A very nice place with lots to do & nice staff.
Attended the Valspar Tournament this past week. Such a beautiful course.
Beautiful grounds for valspar open. Would be 5 star if tiger won 2018
Long course but great playing surface.
Great Valspar Golf Tournament
Great golf tourney
Karene Spurlin C.
Great golf course
Fantastic golf course and what a wonderful event with the Valspar Championship.
I love it
Fantastic golf courses, great restaurants.
The Valspar was a great event. Should have had more food and drink vendors.
awesome pga tour venue!
No bicycle racks at gate 4!
Best professional golf experience in Florida. They do an awesome job hosting the Valspar.
Attended the Valspar Championship. The resort looked nice and golf course was immaculate.
Best golf course in Tampa Bay
Amazing experience and great tournament
Excellent golf tournament ????????beautiful weather ????great company great food????
Great accommodations at reasonable rates. Restaurants and virtually all other resort needs seen to
We've stayed at this resort three times in a condo, 1 bedroom apartment. All of the staff are professional and the resort has wonderful amenities. It is true that the condos are an older style, but they have everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Traditionally we stay the week before the Valspar tournament, so the entire resort is under construction with the building of platforms and staging. It has never bothered us, and because of the construction the rates are ridiculously low during that period. Honeymoon beach is a short drive away, or 10 minutes by the hotel shuttle. It's a luxury resort and with a visit.
Juan A. R.
Love this place. Clubhouse and Golf Courses are always in great condition. The Copperhead course is home of the Valspar Championship, so you can play where the pros play.
Copperhead coarse was beautiful and the condo was spacious
A beautiful view with comfort food and enjoying the Valspar Championship
Went there for the Valspar Championship and it was awesome and the course was in awesome shape. Saw alot of Pros and Tiger make birdie on the third yesterday.
Despite the large crowds, there were plenty of bathrooms, food and water! Great management job in my opinion!
Came here for the Valspar tournament. Great place. The snake pit is unmatched. Nice clubhouse and Spa.
Valspar Championship is a great event. Have attended it for the last four years. Great way to spend the day.
Beautiful golf course.
Where else in Tampa Bay could you see Tiger Woods!?
Amazing staff!!! Always great with directions around the property! Huge place! Gorgeous!!!
I was here shuttling for a golf tournament. Tiger Woods was here playing

Got to watch Tiger, Jordan and Patrick at the Valspar on Friday. Great Day with JOHN LOSSING. Also saw Kuchar, Els, Gooden and many other Greats.
Very enjoyable experience well done
Best field they've ever had at this tournament and the weather was gorgeous.
Don't get off of fairways, bad news.
Watching tiger woods live.
Played the Island Course. I'd highly recommend it if you can get on.
Great day in the sun and folliwing the golfers ar the Valspar
Very well organized and very courteous people good advisor's
Great place to stay
Innisbrook's fabulous foursome, all designed by Larry Packard, is crowned by the traditional and wonderfully challenging Copperhead course. This golf leviathan has tested the best on the PGA Tour, every year for many years. It still commands their full respect and requires great shot-making before the winner's trophy can be lifted. The finishing hole on the Copperhead is a wonderfully testing long uphill par-4, played to a prodigiously bunkered green. A fitting finish to a thoroughly impressive tournament golf course.
Great venue, awesome layout
Walter Smith I.
Attended the valspar championship on the copperhead course. Great event access to the players was phenomenal and the volunteers were amazing. This is what all PGA events should be modeled after.
Awesome golf courses
Disappointed. I arrived there my room wasn't ready yet at 4:00pm. Got ready at 6:00pm. They didn't give me a offer.
Although I don't live there, it's a beautiful place to visit
David Trigg J.
Not worth the money at all. For as expensive as it was, we had a terrible experience. The receptionist was rude, the room was out dated, the AC didn't get cold, and we ran out of hot water twice.
Me and my family have been coming for years...and we never get enough of this place!! Really wish I could get. I'm contact with the owner would love to tell her about a few issues that I'm sure she has no idea about...but other than that we really love the place!!
Loved the room great customer service. About to order room service so I'll let you know about the pizza ???? later
Spoiler alert, I am an owner. Great golf and accommodations will be updated in 2018.
Tremendous facility. Plan a visit to plan golf... no regrets!
Slider Care Plus L.
If you are a golf lover it is a perfect place to stay, also is a beautiful property to go for a walk or bicycling, has many Good amenities. My 2 star rating is for the room I stayed in. The executive room. Very very outdated, smell a bit like an old place, hallways are even worse. A/C was not cold enough never went down 75 degrees. Very disappointing and is not cheap $$
I love the atmosphere and the place is clean, serene, and beautiful. The Osprey Clubhouse provides amazing food and live entertainment and the staff and management is worth 5 stars. Love coming here!
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful the place (Original) Muito bonito o local
The worse experience I could have with a resort.ive waited almost 2hrs to get a key for my room because there not ready yet. and still waiting. Customer service sucks,it's my birthday, very upsetting day for me,with this resort and spa.Not recommended for anyone if you want to get ripped off.
Very nice upscale place the dine
Like a nice Apartment
Great Resort good staff
Patrick Pj C.
Awesome Course, super staff. Most beautiful course in Central Florida and home of the Valspar PGA Championship!
We love staying at Innisbrook when we come to FL. The rooms are great, several pools, spa...ECT. Super close to just about everything that you could need.
What's not to love? Golf, food, drinks, entertainment & friends!
The service was great, the food was excellent and the facilities were superb.
Loved it there, has really changed since I was there last!
Right down my alley
The property needs a facelift, eapecially the pool baths
The ballroom was absolutely stunning, we had an amazing time.
Attended a 1 day conference. Clean campus, convenient parking, great place for meetings.
All ferfact but 3rd floor.....
Its a nice place to just go for a few days an get away. A little outdated but still nice
Nice location and great at night outside with a fire pit. Food was very good ????
Heribert Von F.
Nice golf destination. Rooms are spacious, houses are nicely renovated. Restaurant and bar with life music. Food is overpriced.
Nice clean, apartment like rooms
Not as nice as some other resorts but ok
Premier resort and residential community with three golf courses and full tennis facility, home of the Valspar championship on PGA tour, the Copperhead course known for the snake Pit #16,17,18
Great food, Great Service, Great place, a lil expensive but you get what you pay for...
Best resort in Florida. This property is so incomparable to anywhere else. The location is amazing, close to beaches and hidden right in the middle of the suburbs. Best golf in Florida!
Best in the area. Four 18 holes courses. Variety of accommodations. Tennis center. Excellent restaurants
Innisbrook was a very nice resort with a lot of beautiful amenities. We were there for a wedding and the grounds were beautiful. The staff cleaning the rooms were very thorough amd went above and beyond!
Played the Copperhead Course for perhaps the 15th time. Great experience as always, if the rough stays that high for tournament week, it'll be an interesting Valspar Championship!
Everything was great! Loved this place and will definitely visit again.
Touch dated, but great staff and greens
Beautiful location, but very dated feel due to very "70's" architecture. Well maintained, very good service, food was quite well presented, and only one meal of six was not prepared absolutely right. They were quick to replace the food that was not done right immediately.
Service at the winter career education luncheon was great.
Was there for a professional conference. Everything was great breakout rooms were big enough for 20-25 people. Good venue for training.
Wayne R R.
Clean, well maintained and friendly staff throughout
Copperhead is any awesome course
Beautiful property. Wonderful employees great restaurant. But some room are dated.
Innisbrook is based around golf. The property can be a little confusing but the golf courses are well designed and fun to play. The Copperhead course is in very good condition right now.
Beautiful but Moldy
Great venue for wedding
The service here was wonderful. The decor was pretty dated and room service was lackluster.
Attended for a wedding. It was incredibly nice, with great food. The outside wedding area is beautiful.
The pool and spa we're outstanding and the staff just wonderful
Great courses if you don't mind the green fees.
Love the view
Awesome golf course and conditions, copperhead only
Great food, great service! A must for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you're visiting innisbrook!
Surprisingly in poor condition early December 2017...hopefully will improve quickly.
This is a beautiful resort with world class golf , tennis , swimming or just relaxing on the beautiful acres of landscaped beauty. There are many different rooms available at resonable prices for everthing you get.
Nice place to stay
Very good service
Property is difficult to navigate at night.
Rooms are fantastic and staff is very friendly. The only issue we ever experienced was that the shuttle service could be a little slow \ unreliable.
Top notch golf resort with 4 terrific courses in wonderful condition
Nice but old hotel. The rooms need an update
A top end experience for golf and vacationing!
Pretty nice place, overall. It can be a bit confusing trying to find the different buildings.
2nd time. Only complaint this time was the weather but that's not the facilities fault.
Staff is not capable of handling an event requiring interaction with people. Gate staff was uninformed and lacked basic knowledge to provide accurate directions to the venue.
John Dooley Pga Golf P.
Well done to Innisbrook... The newly laid greens on the North Course adds significant enjoyment compared to the previous greens.
Lush greenery immaculate house keeping services and customer service beyond compare made this stay 5 star worthy
Wonderful setup, but confusing to find your way around
Had a great time it's a beautiful place.
I stayed overnight at innisbrook. I enjoyed the room it was clean and spacious.
Anyone in the family can find something fun to do here! Its Innisbrook!!
Class hotel if you like golf and share the area
Sun Young L.
Golf courses are good condition but range ball basket is too expensive.
There was great service, we had no issues with the resort, and we had a blast there. The food we got was great and the beds were very comfortable. I recommend attending this place
Always a beautiful place to be
Old outdated, expensive.
Five Dollar F.
The rooms could use a little bit updating
Very nice well kept property great for vacations
David N. C.
One of the greatest place for vacation and it is here we have our Tampa Bay Leadership School with Primerica.
Golf is excellent. People are friendly.
Beautiful landscaping, variety of unit sizes and prices (directly from owners is cheapest, or through the club if you prefer traditional arrangements), and the amenities are great... excellent pools and a mini-water park, gym, spa, restaurants, park/playground, tennis and other racquet sports, and of course, several golf courses.
David J Dunworth Marketing P.
Spent a week there recently for a conference. Superb staff, great food, luxury accommodations. Highly recommend this resort. Did not golf, but by all it is a great location for an event or getaway.
The golf course are excellent, but are outdone by the exemplary staff. I don't know the magic formula they have but I trust they will keep it going. I've never seen happier, more helpful, engaged people. Everyone else is eager to help you with everything from opening a door, giving you a lift or cleaning your clubs. Awesome.
Great Resort, superior golf, and friendly staff
Went for New Years. Fun night night. They give out party hard and great band.
I work at Packard's steak house it's an awesome place to work. It has great steaks, osso bucco, lamb chops. Please come for a visit with us.
Ok place to golf
Outstanding resort. Golf / Tennis
Shocked is the word for the Innisbrook.stayed overnight at 180.00 for the most outdated room I have ever seen.the furniture drab plain beige.tinny pillows and the rooms and hallways smell like your grandmother's basement.asked for a 30 extension to check out.and was told an extra 75 dollars..very disappointed in what I always thought was an exclusive place.
Perfect place for visitors if you are looking for all possible amenities in one place! (Except for a microwave). I would recommend to everyone! Great customer service!
Always the best
Excellent customer service, but the lodging facilities are like walking back into 1977. A truly dated golf community.
(Translated by Google) Luxurious, beautifully decorated, beautiful (Original) Lujoso, muy bien decorado, bellísimo
Great service. Food mediocre for the price, high price but just OK food. Not bad but nothing exceptional. I know these are resort prices so I do understand.
G S W.
What a GREAT PLACE! My experience was at least 5 STARS!!!
Out dated decorations and design
Had my nails done. I experienced extraordinary customer service. Sandra took such good care of me that I would have stayed if I could.
Copperhead, decent fitness facility, close to beaches.
Serene and beautiful. Calming
Beautiful golf course and facilities. Very friendly staff.
We love the entire staff. Everyone is friendly and professional.
Awesome location... They have everything you need on site. Great food.
Beautiful property and very friendly staff. Only thing I am unhappy about is the lack of handicap parking to get to the building we were at, not a disabled friendly place.
The food is amazing. Staff is great!
Great service, great people, felt completely pampered.
We had our holiday party there and it was very beautiful and well done
Had Thanksgiving Dinner there. Delicious. Lots of friendly efficient staff members.
Nice Staff ,good food, really nice place to have event .I recommend to everyone
Top notch..friendly service
Older property in need of updates and modern amenities. Not much to do except golf
So much fun with family! Well maintained golf courses! An amazing staff! I am so blessed to be able to come here! Good Pokemon Go spot by the spa!
Not what I expected
Beautiful, calm, relaxing, and well maintained :)
James A W.
Very nice and clean inside
I really enjoy going here however I feel the food is WAY over priced for what it is. Ive eatten here 5 times now and every time I wish the prices were lower. If your prices are that high I expect nore than average tasting food.
Very nice a little soft do to the rain
Very accommodating, made you feel right at home
Innisbrook is a resort where you go to play golf but have plenty to do with your family. The Osprey north and south course, the island and the famous Copperhead make four championship courses at Innisbrook! The rooms are very nice, great restaurants in the Salamander Grill and Packard's. Playgrounds and the Lockness pools give the kids stuff to do. Great staff, top notch facilities and amazing golf make this our favorite place to go!
Room was very dated. No free breakfast and dining was very pricey. I will definitely try another place next time.
Now this is place is heavenly! It is the closet you can get to a Utopia.
It's beautiful peaceful, and the staff is amazing both innisbrook and other staff
Beautiful golf course, challenging holes and excellent amenities
It's a little slice of heaven embedded in a small surburban Floridian neighborhood.
Great Place to plan an evening or social event.
The rooms and the service are great. The food is also very good. I would recommend this for any one
A great course for avg. Golfer IF playing the holds st 5700 yds
Cooperhead is wide open and very forgiving course. Fairly easy track
It is ok for the events. Looks more like one of the Hilton Head properties
Was here for a work function the environment did not support networking because everyone was in different buildings. The clubhouse was nice, but hard to find, and staff was very friendly. The building I was in was very dated and the room was worse. Everything (other than the tv) was outdated. The room smelled horrible, was not very clean, and ended up making me sick (even after spraying basically everything down with Lysol). Was not there for golfing and did not go to the pool. I would say for a convention atmosphere this was a fail!
The Copperhead course is a bucket list item.
Great staff and nice accommodations. Lots of opportunities to relax, workout and eat. The rooms have comfy beds and soft water in the showers leaving ypur skin soft to the touch.
It was a nice experience.
While the beds are comfy and it's nice to have the TV on a swivel, the rooms, and buildings, are very dated. Old Florida 80's style, not something I expected. The pictures do it way more justice, than reality does. And please don't think the bottled water in your fridge is free, read the tag first, they are $2.00/each.
Hot rooms, no towels at pool, WiFi that cuts out because we were given the wrong code = 1 Star
Great place for business and family fun
I pick up students to bring to school. The gate guards are very good at keeping things moving
nice place, big open area, clubhouse served a tasty lunch!
Beautiful resort especially if you want to totally get away. Staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel rooms are in separate lodges. Important note is there is a separate resort fee added to the daily hotel rate and taxes.
Played the Island Course, excellent shape, greens were almost perfect.
Seems nice for golfers
Lovely setting. A little spread out so conference experience very different. Conferences services quick and efficient, staff friendly. Not great for mobility issues.
All around great experience
While there is nostalgic value in 70's decor, there is no value in the, still lingering, stagnant smells of the 70's. Nice grounds but expensive for what it is.
Played the South course for a charity event. Not impressed. Greens were awful.
Classy place, really expensive, I will not be golfing here much because of it but I loved it when I did.
Awesome place to visit. Didn't know you can get on the property to use the restaurants. The food is great. The atmosphere very calming overlooking the golf course.
The staff is what made my stay here so lovely. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and went out of their way to make recommendations or assist me with late check out, dinner recs, etc. Some of the buildings look a little dated, but the ones that have been more recently renovated are lovely. I'm not a golfer (I was here for a conference), but the grounds are beautiful for strolling and the conference hall was well equipped.
It is always a pleasure staying at Innisbrook. The service is impeccable, the grounds are serene and the staff always goes above and beyond. Looking forward to my next conference at Innisbrook!
Visited for dinner and dessert, had a great time.
(Translated by Google) The place is beautiful all the beautiful and immense houses I install 90% of the floors of the houses of innisbrook (Original) El lugar es hermoso todas las casas lindisimas y inmensas yo instale el 90% de los pisos de las casas de innisbrook
It was a great time
Decent place for staying and golf. The condos are showing their age a little but still nice enough. If you are here to hold, the courses look amazing.
The Island golf course was in great shape.
I had a wonderful time! The staff are very polite. My only issue is I wish they had elevators. Carrying groceries up those stairs is a work out. But other than that I loved it!
Peaceful and beautiful! The staff is so polite and made our stay extra special. The rooms are a little basic but clean and comfortable
I stayed at Innisbrook last night for my birthday with pretty high expectations for 250$ a night. I walked in the suite and it was pretty nice not as dated as everyone said. We turned on the tv in the living room - it didn't work. Okay no big deal called down they said they would send someone. So we had to wait an hour for maintenance who finally came fixed the problem and left. Later on we decided to go to dinner we ordered to go food from the lucky dill our bill came out to 50$ I gave her our debit card and she said it was declined I thought it was their mistake had her check it again declined . Checked my bank online and Inverness charged 500$ to my card locking my card down. Now I have to wait for three days to get the funds back. Vanesha was actually very good to us and gave us dinner at the salamander grille my husband was very impressed I however didn't like mine at all and didn't even eat it, i ate half of his. We had no money on our card to go down to the sponge docks like we had planned no money for coffee or breakfast in the morning nothing . Very disappointing. We came here to have a relaxing day with no issues thanks Inverness ! We were hoping to make this a permanent get away once a month but now we probably won't be returning. It makes you feel like your trust has been broken when your money is tampered with without warning. I would like to add that they are actively working with me to fix this situation and said they will be calling back to give us a free stay for one night to make up for this. That's nice to know they cared and reached out like that . Thank you innisbrook for doing the right thing ! We will be coming back They said they were sending us a voucher in the mail it's been two weeks and they never sent anything. I never even asked to be reimbursed it was just something they had offered. I was going to go down there and get a massage this week but I think I will pass on that too. I'm so tired of going back and forth with this place. It was a headache from the moment we stepped into here. It's just a shame people offer to make something right and then never do.
Beautiful venue, wonderful staff. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage. Even smaller suites can be partitioned off from sleeping area for entertaining guests.
Very nice. Classy
Fantastic courses, bar, restaurant, and an awesome pool.
great place for a convention!
The tennis courts are very well kept and they are run by a hard working lady
Very clean and courteous staff.
Attended a dinner function and had drinks after at the I sorry club house. All in all a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and the venue is very bell maintained. The drinks are a bit pricey but thays what you expect at a country club.
Was in a conference room. Smelled funny.
Quiet luxury vacation rentals
Innisbrook is tucked away, in beautiful Palm Harbor Florida. Five minutes from historic downtown Tarpon Springs, ten minutes from the Sponge Docks and 15 minutes from two local beach spots. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is fun, friendly and very accommodating. With the restaurants, bars and pools, you don't even have to leave. The golf courses are PGA rated. I deliver pizza there daily and it is gorgeous.
Great place! Everyone so friendly, will definitely visit again!
Room too hot. AC kept breaking. 3rd floor only available and no elevator.
Other than being basically ignored by bar staff when I made the turn, it was a great experience. The pro shop was well stocked and the young man was very helpful. The cart guys were courteous, efficient and friendly. They even knew my name! That never happens. The course was tough, as you would expect, but I would recommend it.
Great rooms, peaceful, great staff
Bring Your Wallet!
The staff is amazing. .. The beds are like sleeping on air.. We stayed 2 weeks so I could recover from my surgery. Best recovery every..
Nice for escaping Irma
Great golf destination with wonderful staff at the front desk. Condos are quaint and decorated in golf memorabilia, overall a wonderful place to stay.
Hurricane Irma knocked out power at our house. The following days were a confusing mess and extremely stressful. Pinellas County emergency services provided me the info for Innisbrook as an available hotel. The staff at Innisbrook was so great! Like everything about that hurricane, there were several bumps along the way, last minute changes and uncertainty. They really worked with us through it. And the property staff we so kind and helpful even though we were like a refugee population at their resort. :) We would definitely stay there again...hopefully under more pleasant circumstances!
Room was great, staff was nice
Rooms are dated and don't resemble the photos on the website. Musty and dusty, triggering the allergies of everyone who stayed in our room. The grounds and golf course are impeccable, and the staff's service was great, but we will not be staying again. On a positive note, it was very quiet.
Best Golf Resort in Florida
The gym was excellent. The rooms were clean and the pool was beautiful.
Nice hotel... Little dated.. Adds something.
Clean, great place
(Translated by Google) Hotel really old-fashioned. I do not understand the previous comments. The hotel is out of the way (45 min to find a restaurant), the room is really dated, gloomy (very dark) and very poorly equipped (this is the first time we did not have small fridge in a room despite all the motels we passed). The complex is more reminiscent of buildings of the former USSR than anything else. The pool is not very clean and closes early (at least the 2 times we went at 6pm it's closed). We are very disappointed with our stay.We do not recommend this hotel.
Beautiful if a little dated.
Drove through the grounds on a recent trip. Beautiful!
I worked there for about a year nice people
Copperhead course was great!
Service was good. The rooms need a bit of an update
José J. J.
Staff was pleasant. Rooms are in need of a serious remodeling
Four golf courses! Well maintained
For the price I paid I have had a much nicer and more updated room at one of the discount chains. I stayed for a work function for only a night. The buildings you stay in are condo style and look to be slightly older. I did have a nice view of one of the golf courses from my window on the second story but did not have a balcony. There was no fridge in my room and one of the lights by the sink was not working. Besides that the wifi worked great and the tv was good. They provide a paper every morning for a price unless you call the front desk and cancel it (I called late at night but no one picked up). The lobby and check in were a bit hard to find at first in the dark, but it is beautiful inside and everyone was very polite and helpful. The check in was very quick and easy. I can not comment on the pools because I didnt get to try them, but from the pictures they look awesome. I dont golf so I cant comment on that either but they supposedly have a great course. I do fish and was able to get over to one of their lakes and had an absolute blast for a few hours. Make sure you get out early because the fish were tearing it up. It looks like there is a bunch of people who live at the resort as well and they were all very nice. The dining options on the resort looked very nice but well above my price point, but the surrounding area had many good options for restaurants. Overall this resort seems like it was top notch a decade or two ago but may still be worth it to an avid golfer who wants to spend more time on the greens then in the room.
The minute you enter the resort you feels miles away from the rest of the world. It's not just about world class PGA golf. The restaurants are amazing! The spa is incredible! The Loch Ness pool is really cool. I just love Innisbrook!
Very nice place for a vacation or a visit
Nicole V. A.
I had a terrible experience booking an executive suite here for the weekend. In fact, I only stayed one night and checked out the very next day at 8am. The building and room smelled like old library, my room was extremely dated and dingy (not at all like the pictures on the website) and the big kicker for me was a very off-putting smell that came from the bed sheets as I twisted and turned in the middle of the night desperately trying to get comfortable. The only thing I can compare it to is "old dead lady" smell. At check out, it was explained to me that even though they market themselves as a resort, the units are individually owned and it's up to each owner to keep up with the upkeep of their unit.
Very nice gulf courses
Great staff. Fantastic golf.
I came for a professional event, and although I didn't stay overnight, the place was nice. The golf courses look fine, and the drive isn't bad. Some of the linens were a little overused, and electricity was sort of hard to come by, but I would think of coming again.
Hike It F.
Nice property but buildings we're kind of old.
Amazingly beautiful, enjoyed my stay here very much. Not to mention the amenities that come with the package. I recommend everyone who stays here to take advantage of the pools and beautiful Florida weather.
Amazing staff and the resort is beautiful
Amazing customer service and the resort is beautiful! My kids LOVED the water park they have.
Great room..fantastic amenities
We have stayed at Innisbrook/Salamander Resort in Palm Harbor Florida 5 times. It is a Beautiful Property, with good security, 3 restaurants on the resort property, a beautiful spa, great, fast on resort shuttle and of course golf and tennis. Everyone from concierge, drivers, servers at the restaurants, the spa professionals and staff are all polite, informed and genuinely nice. Our only disappointment is the accommodations are dated, the bathrooms are small and most have very little counter space. The other thing that does not make you feel special is when you check in they asked if you have stayed before even after 5 times ? When we go to Maui and have breakfast at the Montage the first morning they know us right away & call us by name for he rest of the time and we are staying next door at the Kapalua Bay Villas !
Today I played copperhead was the first tee time of the day they course was in amazing condition. Greens were smooth and rolled great. The cart girl seen us every 3 holes or so and we were treated like friends. Always enjoy the innisbrook experiance at all of the courses.
Excellent service every place we go, great options for golf and resort style pools
Room was nice and have several pools including a large beach style pool with two water slides but wasn't impressed with employees..
It was clean and in a nice location.
Fantastic hotel with amazing guest services. Amenities are great. Was there for a wedding, and the venue was beautiful.
Beautiful resort, great amenities and awesome service.
It's always a pleasure to attend a function here!
The Island Course and clubhouse are exceptional in every way.
Salamander had good food the Suite i stayed in was great and the round of golf i played was perfect
Restaurant was fantastic
They had us originally in the 4th floor but realized when we had a 1 year old it would be way better for us on the 1st floor since there are no elevators. Thank you Rachel at the front desk for accommodating us. Food has been pretty solid. Service has been excellent. Lochness pool was awesome for the baby. And thirsty Thursday $4 off pitchers was a great deal.
Nice place for wedding.
We've only been here a day so far but are enjoying it. The accomodations are pretty decent, the kitchen in the suites is well stocked but the deluxe rooms don't even come with a mini-fridge. We also have three closets but not drawers, and the bathroom is kind of small for a long suite. We're looking forward to all of the on-site activities though - nature preserve, fishing, biking, pool and tennis. The resort as a whole is spacious and pleasant to walk around in, but it could use some updating. EDIT: After a few days, revised my rating from 4/5 to 3/5. While housekeeping and staff are great, other things leave a lot to be desired. The Loch Ness pool is awesome, with a slide and waterfalls and great decorations, but the other pools are were meh. The fishing and tennis cost a ridiculous amount extra ($25 for a court? When there's hardly anyone in the resort?) The nature preserve area was boarded up so we couldn't even enjoy that. The rooms have a musty nursing home smell. We've just been overall very disappointed by this place. It just doesn't really offer the level of amenities we were expecting. I've stayed at other resorts and they were more modern, had a lot more activities, and the rental fees for equipment were nominal. Not coming back.
Stayed here for a week, first time booking. While this place is marketed as a resort and a golf club, it definitely seems better for those looking for the golf aspect. The location is decent, close to US-19 where you'll find plenty of chain restaurants and the usual stores, beaches about 20 minutes drive away. The room we originally booked didn't have any kind of fridge or kitchenette so we went with the upsale for $20 more a night. The "executive suite" we were offered was a decent size, although complaints about the smell from other reviews is true. All of the lodgings seem a bit dated. You'll be paying more for other activities such as use of the tennis courts, it was not included in our reservation fees. Overall if you're looking for a true resort experience there are better options for the money.
Stayed there for 10 days this summer and had fun, the pool is beautiful.
Adorable place. Very calm. A oasis of peace.
A destination away from it all. Copperhead and Island golf courses are outstanding, food is excellent, the property is quiet and relaxing
Very nice place for our class reunion event. Great service and food was good.
Kat Aka P.
beautiful place...pricey though.
Great course, slow play for a summer Friday afternoon.
Loved the spa. Beyond reproach. Got an overcooked lobster tail at Packard's steakhouse unfortunately.
Golf was fantastic. Great shape as always and the staff is great.
Sergio A. M.
This is our second stay here and we won't be returning. It's not as nice as it was in the past. The staff is not very friendly or accommodating. I had to request a high chair be delivered twice and was ignored the first time and treated as a nuisance the second until it was delivered. The cleaning staff refused to give us another roll of paper towels for our suite. The AC is the rooms is not the best, not great for Florida summers. Too bad because we really enjoyed it last time.
Curtis J. W.
Location and rooms were adequate. Service, however, was quite lacking. We had blown lightbulbs, dead cockroaches and cleaning services were not available on a daily basis.
Awesome amenities, friendly, professional atmosphere, exceptional customer service! Great pools and excellent dining with a variety of foods to satisfy the pallet!
This facility is beautiful.
I went there for a convention, and the buildings were very clean and the staff was helpful.
Beautiful resort and great service
A beautiful Florida resort. Staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Site map is accurate and easy to read, buildings are easily identified. Did have difficulty deciding when side of building to park on to be closest to the room though. Ballrooms and meet rooms were great. While there are some updates that are needed to bring things more current, I was still very impressed.
Likes: They were clean and attentive. We ordered room service and they called back to see how everything was. The grounds are beautiful as it is a golf resort. They have free transportation to get around the resort area. They had lots of pools. Different restraunts to choose from. Although pricey they were really good. Gate guards and more than one entrance makes it feel safe but easy to get into! Dislikes: a bit outdated, no fridge in room, 3rd floor no elevators (I live on the 3rd floor of an apt complex and was hoping to get a vacation from the climb)
Great amenities. Nice clean room.
The hotel is great, but it is a bit difficult to navigate through. Great water slides!
Axel De J.
Beautiful property, awesome golf course, nice pool, and great staff.
If you need a quick getaway just to relax this is the place to go. I love the greenery and how there are lots of activities available for you onsite.
Amazing! Wonderful experience. Very clean, staff was super helpful and family friendly.
There doing business.
Beautiful and accommodating. Great staff!
Polynesian vibe in an upscale but relaxed resort, centered around world-class golf
Country Club setting Michael and Michelle enhanced our over experience at a stellar golf course
Excellent resort, with a beautiful golf course. Great food and drinks. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
The resort was pretty nice, but we saw roaches in the kitchen and halls, and my daughters and I all got eaten alive at night while sleeping! This ruined what was otherwise a nice, local getaway. The staff was very friendly, the tram service made getting around a breeze and the shuttle to the beach was perfect. Our room was a little dated and housekeeping came around dinner time when we were usually in the room, which was inconvenient.
Quiet environment, kid friendly pool, great food and drinks
Tst Food Llc T.
We stopped by there for a dinner. Friendly service with the owner greeting every person coming in. Food was authentic and both , beer and wine were original. Our server did a great job and we found that pricing was good. Go back there for sure :)
My favorite place to vacation
(Translated by Google) It is very comfortable, and the pool is big and very fun. (Original) Es muy comodo, y la pisina es grande y muy divertida.

I was looking forward to a nice getaway weekend with my husband, all of the pictures of the resort looked beautiful. We just got here, check in was very pleasant. Got to our building and it's super dated and smells like old cigarette smoke. Got to our room and the smell is even worse. Nasty and musky. I don't even want to take my shoes off and walk around in my bare feet. Please don't waste your money here, it's far too expensive.
Great place, will go back.
This place is wonderful, it has it all. They are renovation too!!! It's looking so beautiful!!!
Copperhead Course during our round 6/24, stay away from this course and resort. Course is in terrible shape, greens are slow, fairways are burnt and garbage everywhere during our round. Do not pay $125 (afternoon rate) local munis courses are in way better shape and taken care of better.
Lux course. Fantastic facilities.
There was tuna salad there with roasted got dog's!
Had a wonderful time at this resort very clean it was absolutely beautiful!!
Larry Fisher J.
Very clean, a good vacation spot
Hotel was well kept if a bit aging, and staff were polite but unremarkable. The monster pool seemed like a great place for families, and the poolside restaurant was actually pretty good quality. Was rather crowded/noisy, however.
Beautiful! 6 pools, 4 golf courses.. several restaurants
Big resort and golf club. I've attended many weddings and events at Innisbrook and the service Is great. Location can't be better and great views
The location was gorgeous. The food was high class and the evening was very well organized with very polite waitors.
Nice grounds. Nice pools
The Loch Ness Pool is always a favorite of mine.
It's a nice quiet place for the family, with a great pool, and stuff to do. Only the rooms could use some updating and I wish there was no smoking.
Copperhead golf course is a beautiful place to play a round. The staff of the resort are friendly and kind.
Very classy place. Visit my cousin here when she and her husband are in Florida.
Really nice place here great golf also
Really nice place upscale dress suggested
Extremely nice facility!
Room me are nice m, and the grounds are excellent. Obvious pride in quality across all services is evident.
Good food and nice server.
I attended a wedding at Innisbrooke, A Salamander Golf and Spa Resort and the hospitality was very good and in fact exceptional with the waiters and waitresses in the hall. The hall was was very clean and very decorative and beautiful. The lighting was also excpetional and had a brilliant capacity of possible over 400 people. It was great.
I've been there twice because my company held their annual sales meeting there. The staff are wonderful. But the food is very lacking. The rooms are spacious but very dated and smell musty and like mildew. I won't walk barefoot in the room.
Great time in Palm Harbor
Place is great
The first too checked into needed a bit of deep cleaning. I asked to be moved and was immediately moved to a nice and clean room. The staff it's very friendly and polite all over the property. Lock Ness pool has beautiful waterfalls and foliage. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. I rented a bike and enjoyed seeing many different birds, beautiful trees, plants and flowers everywhere. I'm not a golfer but this property makes me want to learn so I could enjoy a day on the amazing courses. This place is family friendly and wasn't crowded. It's my first day so there's much to see and do. I'll be trying the eggs beneficial breakfast on Sunday morning. Beach volleyball, rent a Surrey. Honeymoon Island is 10 minutes away. Beautiful beach with a great sunset.
Excellent and clean rooms with great accomodations. They have great customer service, although it's quite pricey here.
Not the worst location for a wedding. Apparently golfing is good here
Very nice place and very accommodating for my friends and I
Very clean and friendly
Great time out here. The staff is wonderful and the courses we're well maintained.
Everything was good. Nice sweet with full kitchen. Golf is amazing. No complaints!
Attended a residents on the golf course
Stopped in for some cocktails. The staff was wonderfully helpful.
Convenient to... Uh... Everything. Great atmosphere. 3 time guest.
Very nice place! The room are a little bit old, they need to be update.
The amenities and staff here are amazing and the property itself is beautiful and well kept.

very hard to haul luggage up to second floor without an elevator. Very friendly staff.

(Translated by Google) Perfect resort hotel, clean and calm! Extremely polite and helpful staff. The accommodations are of the old American "retro" standard, but everything works perfectly! Beautiful setting, all the staff is attentive, restaurants are all good. Quite possibly the best beds, linens and pillows ever.
One of the nicer golf resorts in all of Florida. A true paradise with two outstanding and challenging tests. The Copperhead course, home of the PGA tour event, and it's near equal in the island course. There also are two regulation courses that. Are equally well conditioned. The property, and both championship courses offer amazing and unheard of elevation changes in Florida (60-75 feet) . The sand hills are perfect terrain that offer a lower rolling low hills basin, that is bordered by the higher sand hills that are both climbed and descended on several occasions.
We were in Innisbrook Hall. The food was delicious. The staff was professional and courteous. This event had a lot of speeches and they were very quiet as they served and removed items from tables. Outside of the banquet room was a comfortable area for sitting. I told the man at the gate it was hard for me to see the way to the exit at night and he gave me a map. I was thinking he would just tell me directions from the hall, so it was a nice to have the map. Thank you!
Place is like a maze, but super cool
(Translated by Google) I loved. Very nice and quiet. (Original) Me encantó. Muy lindo y tranquilo.
Very nice and professional resort
I was a members guest at the Merien (spelling) complex by the 18th hole of copperhead. I had an amazing time and the staff, especially att he golf courses, were absolutely amazing. The only warning i would give guests is to stay on the resort. It is amazing and has everything you need. The surrounding areas of tarpon springs, tampa and palm harbor are crime ridden and should be avoided at all costs. Be very careful getting cabbies or ubers as they tried to rip us off twice. Other then that the entire Innisbrook experience was amazing. Copperhead and the island were basically empty when we golfed it so now is a great time to go i guess if you dont like crowds.
It was my first visit to Innisbrook as I attended a fundraising banquet for a local college. The staff was courteous and professional. The facilities were well-kept and attractive. Food served was much better in taste and quality than similar functions I've attended elsewhere with menu items I'm sure were chosen by the college organization (salad, chicken, green beans, sliced broiled potatoes, strawberry shortcake). A very pleasant experience.
It was great wow Holy smokes this place is awesome
Had a excellent evening at a social banquet. Seriously ice staff was excellent.
Service was fantastic and the whole place looks beautiful. When we stayed some of the facilities were closed. We wanted to walk through the nature reserve but this was closed off for maintenance and the pool slides where intermittent. Overall beautiful surroundings and huge rooms.
We were at the loch Ness pool for an end of the school year social event with our children. The staff was wonderful and the food delicious. The pool was clean and there were many activities for the kids to enjoy in addition to swimming and water slides.
Great Hall to host senior celebration.
Very nice and pleasant ambiance. Didn't stay in the resort but enjoyed a social event in one of its several exhibition halls, but the service was warm and friendly but the only reason I can give 5 stars is because I did not experience the resort via its entirety.
Visited Inverness hall for a school function. Location easily accessible, food service prompt and stellar, dinner served was great and the entertainment provided was up to snuff.
Cozy suites and amazing pools.
The room was amazing and the food was excellent
Nice tram system to shuttle you around the gated community. Wonderful golf course nice rich green grassey playing fields. Bar is overpriced and guests rather snobby.
Awesome entertainment a must if you haven't been
Was a great place for a 10u tennis tournament.
Great for work events
Excellent venue for a conference. Beautiful hotel rooms
I was here for a conference. The venue is very nice, the shuttles between buildings are convenient and can be ordered on demand, abs there are three or four options for food and drink which vary in price, but were all pleasant. I come back here every year and I look forward to it.
(Translated by Google) The buildings are not very old, but the meeting rooms were left to me (Original) Los edifìcios son in poco viejos, pero los cuartos de reunion me quedaron líndos
The golf courses are in absolute terrible shape and the head course superintendent should be fired. Even though we haven't had rain in awhile, Innisbrook pays just 1 dollar per year for their water. Also, the Copperhead course was just very recently completely replaced costing millions of dollars and the course looks no better than before; $15/rd courses are in better shape now.
A+ service, but club members seemed to be a little snooty. Our group tried striking up conversation with a couple of members at the bar and they were rather short with us. Perhaps because we were a lot younger than the average guest in the room. Beautiful facilities, however, and like I said, our bartender was very friendly.
Nice place, food was good.
Great variety of holiday buffet food
Innisbrook's South Course was beautifully maintained and a pleasure to play
Nice place. Only visited one hall, but the ballroom was lovely
It was a delight. Thank you to all of the hard working staff!
Great golf Copperhead!
Went to Innisbrook for a wedding reception. The grounds were lovely and we had a fantastic view of the pool and course from the second floor. They had a large selection of drinks and the food was lovely. Overall a wonderful venue choice by the happy couple.
Top notch all the way!
Extraordinary golf resort.
Huge, clean facility for the gala event we attended. It provided the necessary environment needed (stage, lighting, sound equipment, tables) as well as good food and service. Also plenty of parking.
Great golf beautiful grounds and tennis
I was there for a work event. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean.
Good course is first rate, however the accommodations are in a time warp in much need of upgrades
It is huge like a campus. The rooms are huge like a whole apartment. There is shuttles to go everywhere.
Met with an old friend from high school. Food was great at the restaurant. Came out on time. I also enjoyed the customer service
Staff is always polite, good food, and a great view while eating
Marco A. A.
Went to the pool area for a birthday party where the host had the resort cater. The pizza was not good at all and they were trying to serve the check for the catering service as the hose was taking pictures with their child and friends. Only thing worth anything is the pool itself.
Great area staff was nice and on point
Played golf on the South Course. I loved it.
Had to drive victim escorted by police. Not a fun uber drive.
Very friendly staff, beautiful grounds, places to eat right here, the only negative I have way the room wasn't anything like what they have on their website. Ours looked liked something from the 80's but it was clean.
Far and away my favorite course in Florida, the Copperhead course here is rapidly becoming one of the best events on the PGA Tour. If you find a course that is as beautiful and majestic with all the challenge as the terrain changes here provide, please share.
Great venue for the valdspar golf tournament
A nice place
We played Copperhead and the course, the facility, the staff were just amazing.
The resort was super clean. The staff was fantastic and polite. The tournament was run efficiently and everyone involved was hands on. It was a great experience.
I was told check in was at 3p. We arrived 3:15 and the room wasn't ready. Was told they would call my cell as soon as room was ready. We went to the pool. I called the front office at 5:30p the room wasn't ready but was told housekeeping was in there and it would be ready shortly. We went back to the office and after waiting 20 minutes we were finally told the room was ready we drove back to the building, got to the roomand housekeeping was still in there. The old linens were on top of the freshly made beds. We were all in the room for almost 30 minutes, it was awkward. We weren't sure what to do.
The hotel was great. Nice staff overall a lot of stuff to do. The golf is enjoyable and there are multiple courses. There where a couple problems
(Translated by Google) Cozy place, great areas. (Original) Koselig sted, flotte områder.
Beautiful Resort and great Golf Course!
Best golf resort in Florida if you can afford it. The course and amenities are nothing but first class.
I went here for the Toby Keith concert. Once we figured out where to go we had a great time!
Great golf great food!
I made a delivery to this place and the people were very helpful and friendly and I didn't get to see the rooms but very clean and organized
Great facilities, fantastic gold course!
Nice golf resort
Went to a concert on the driving range. Going to the event was very frustrating, not enough parking and the vendors did not have enough food for everyone there. Stood in line for a 2 hrs to get a burger for them to tell us they are out. Bathroom lines outrageously long, kids going to the bathroom in their pants. The only upside was that Toby Keith was great
It was ok.

Beautiful grounds and fantastic customer service!
The Copperhead is a beautiful course. Haven't played it just attended a Saturday Valspar Championship round. A nice course to view professional golf.
Attended an event here and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend.
Nice place. A real rustic feel.
Outstanding facilities and staff
Event was very well planned and the area is very nice overall.
On-site for the valspar championship great venue very organized.
I went to attend the Valspar Championship at the Copperhead Course. Beautiful grounds and a great experience.
Customer service is outstanding
Great service and staff.
I recently participated in the Par4miler held at Innisbrook and it was a fantastic event.

Beautiful room for an event
The place is huge, but outdated, especially the Loch Ness monster pool, you can see a lot of yellow stains on the pool floor, on March 2 2017 slides were closed
The facilities are great. The food is great. We had a very nice time at state conference.
Nice property, the basic room is a bit worn.
Playing Copperhead before PGA Valspar tournament course is tight
It was very nice.
It was great overall. Plenty of pools to choose from. Heated pools were nice for February. I wished our bathroom was like the photos but it was clean. I will visit again.
Here for a wedding. Bit of a snafu checking in with 2 different parties booked into our room. Rooms are a bit dated, and it's tough getting up and down the stairs in wedding heels. On the bright side, the grounds are gorgeous, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the food is amazing! It's incredibly difficult to serve a perfect medium rare filet to a party of 200 and these guys nailed it! Our wedding planner was incredibly helpful and top notch
Big place wish I had more than one day to stay so I could play golf
Nice rooms, easy location. Pool is nice and staff is helpful
Highly recommend playing Copperhead for an all-around fantastic round. The Island Course is surprisingly more challenging than Copperhead, and significantly narrower. The South Course was a surprising gem, opening up on quite a beautiful Links-style course. Worth the trip from NYC.
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds and tough golf.
The resort was built in 1969 but has been updated since. Many golf courses to play, lots of restaurants to eat at. Pools and walking trails are interspersed on the huge property.
Resort rooms are large and clean. The pool area is nice for a relaxing afternoon, I would say it's a more family oriented pool! A short drive from the beach which makes it a great place to stay when in Tampa area!
Stayed here while in the Tampa area for a golf trip. The grounds and resort look very well kept. Our room was kinda dated, but for the most part was just a regular hotel room. Despite the room being no smoking the hallway reeks of cigarettes.
Packards restaurant is absolutely fenominal! Highly recommended. Service was outstanding. Two thumbs up!
We attended an Irish Step Dancing tournament for my daughter. We didn't stay overnight. The facilities are beautiful and we'll kept.
Not my kind of place, can smell the money wafting of the patrons, a few gave me the stink eye as they could smell my desperate poverty, if your a regular Joe or Jane go somewhere else.
Very large, yet welcoming campus. Trams to get you everywhere and plenty of restaurants to keep you fed between the many activities
This place is okay but apoeats quite out dated appearance. We attend every year for the PGA golf tournament. The food is very ecpensive with minimal service

This is a long standing golf resort in Palm Harbor, Florida. I've visited Innisbrook a number of times, both for events hosted in one of their large ballrooms and when a friend lived in one of their condominiums. I think they have done an excellent job in constructing a beautiful course and first rate lodging to go with it.
The ladies at the spa are top notch. Best service we have ever had at any space we've been to.
Been coming here all my life. Love it
Required stay for a work trip
Convenient and enjoyable location. Everyone on the property was committed to ensuring an enjoyable time.
Very nice very good quality. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
(Translated by Google) Very well maintained golf course. Very good training conditions. In relation to the surrounding places an increased green fee. The range balls are included unlimited. (Original) Sehr gut gepflegter Golfplatz. Sehr gute Trainingsbedingungen. In Verhältnis zu den umliegenden Plätzen ein erhöhtes Greenfee. Dafür sind die Range Bälle unlimitiert inkludiert.
A little confusing trying to find the rooms
Drinks for the events held there are beyond expensive. After paying over $50 per ticket, then adding $10 per alcoholic drink or $4 for a cup of soda (must ask for the can) or a bottle of water adds up quickly and becomes very expensive.
Nice rooms, amazing restaurants
Awesome menu! You can even order from the lunch menu, which is arguably better, at dinner. We sat at the outside seating on the patio. Great atmosphere inside and out. Will definitely be going back.
Beautiful golf course.
So this is my second review in consecutive years. Last year my primary complaint was the service. Long waits and ride staff. We're back this year because we come for a junior golf event and quite honestly, it's just convenient. The staff this year was much more friendly but the service and amenities remain outdated and poorly maintained. Three floor hotels with no elevator. No offer to assist with our bags and room just plan sucks. The cable was out and took an hour for them to respond. Arrived for buffet breakfast which is readable but not extensive. We showed up with 20 min left in serving and there was virtually no food and no service. We were still charged full freight $35/for two. Still hungry, we stopped at a small market off the restaurant and I bought a 12oz can of soda. $2.50 for the can....now I understand the concept of price discrimination (you know, paying $10 for a beer at a sporting event), but the price of sodeis the same on the course as in the shop. Ridiculous.
Nice if your into golf or old and dying.
They were all right; though we had to wait hours before we got our room after check-in time. They made excuses about our room not being done. We went to check the room to see the room completely empty. The size of the room was RIDICULOUS. Way too small. Especially with a big family. We asked for 2 queens; not a king! Room was horrible. :( Though; I did love how they gave us a great view from the balcony; not only that, but the pools were great!! :) I also liked how you cold pull a little separator out so that when you pull the pull-out bed from the couch; the kids can fall asleep quick. So the parents can stay up a little later and watch TV.
Went to real estate seminar
Beautiful grounds and accommodations with 6 pools!
We went to a wedding and reception there on New Years Eve. What a wonderful experience! The outdoor ceremony was in the most stunning location. The drinks and food at the cocktail hour was great and the dinner served at the reception was delicious! Couldn't have had a better way to ring in the New Year! They do it right at Innisbrook!
Overall nice resort but the rooms feel dated
HORRIBLE! Dated rooms, they LIED that the blocked rooms for the wedding would be in renovated rooms. But the WORST part was the service. Many of our wedding guests had to wait hours AFTER the normal checkin time. One even had to wait until the AM HOURS. It was unbelievable to say the least. And the excuses they gave everybody were laughable. Hotel also had tacky stained signs in the rooms, PINK sofas. I can go on and on. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS again on the personal side or on the business side.

Great rooms and an extraordinary golf course
Calm, beautiful environment. Good, solid food. Classy service.
I had a great time
We spent time relaxing in the spa. Champagne, pampering and peaceful setting made it all so lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great so far! Not sure why they charge you for balls at the range if you already plan on paying for four days at four different courses, but otherwise staff is great and the amenities are on point.
Visited the fitness center with family, the center is always clean and inviting. Great atmosphere.
The course is beautiful, the streets are difficult to navigate, but the neighborhoods are gorgeous
Had dinner at the spa for a special event. It was a great setup outside in back and excellent service.
Nice older facilities. Long walks.
Excellent golf facilities, top notch restaurant and clubhouse
Very nice, excellent service
She She M.
The staff was very polite and friendly
It's like it's own little world. Beautiful and the service was great.
Very nice place, with excellent service.
Wonderful place if you want to spend some good time! Like the trim service there!
A lovely resort
If you love golfing this is the place for you. Great courses and accommodations.
Beautiful location and great place for seminars! The catering services are the best around!
My family stayed a suite a Innisbrook this weekend! It was perfect for their needs! Room service was delicious, and the lockness pool was great for my sister's children.
Very nice clean quite every one freindly price same as local hotels with out traffic
Great place for meetings and conferences.
Pleasant atmosphere and service. Very good food, especially the Cuban.
Nice place. Drinks are expensive.
More lighting of signs at night to help navigate to clubhouse/check in. Better WiFi (slow 1.5Mb/s + ran out of IP addresses/couldn't connect). Silver couches in clubhouse look dated. Colleague had x3 different rooms upon check-in infested with bed bugs. I had none, but made me paranoid.

Best place for a vacation.
Great place for a Seminar!
It is a massive property but the staff are really accomodating and nice.
Nice space but food could have been much better
Great scenery driving thru. Beautiful landscape
Attended for a music competiton with my kids. Very pretty, sprawling grounds and first-rate conference facilities.
Everyone at the resort seems interested in making your stay nice. I was a little concerned about the Resort when I read other reviews, but it seems most of the rooms (at least the ones rented out) are individually owned so some rooms are more up to date than others. The room we stayed in was very nice with nice furniture and well appointed amenities.
Rooms were large, but there were no paper towels In kitchen. Ran out of toilet paper, they only gave us one roll, we called housekeeping and they gave us a bag of washcloths, 3 hours later we got our toilet paper.
Really secluded feel. Slightly dated but then again it's at a very reasonable price. Only complaint is that they didn't have our room ready until 7pm and then had the audacity to tell us it would be a $75 charge to get a late checkout until 3pm.
Very clean, upscale
Beautiful place. Huge grounds. Hopefully I'll be back!
Attended a wedding here. Very beautiful location.
Great amenities reasonable rates
We went for my nephew's birthday party at the Loch Ness pool. It was awesome! Staff was friendly, helpful, and available when needed. The pool and slide were great. Apparently, the staff takes care of the whole party, clean up and set up and towels were provided. Great time! Would definitely recommend it.
Great golf course!
Great food. Great prices!
Forget the food. The golf is the thing. Copperhead tough. But the best is The Island. My favorite course. Nick Tubby is the man.
The grounds are stunning, the staff is always capable and friendly.
Great place to stay, service is awesome along with the food and drinks
Enjoyed pool and bar time at Copperhead; quiet, relaxing, with attentive friendly staff
Amazing pools. Very well maintained.
Swam at the Loch Ness pool. As always, had a great time.
Nice rooms. Great golf
everything was absolutely great. great food, service and the location was fabulous

It was extremely nice looking and very cosy
Loch Ness is awesome
Love this place
Beautiful grounds, courteous staff, charming facility.
Older rooms. Good campus
I have been coming here for years with my family as our sort of getaway. It has always been a pleasure staying here!
The service was great food awesome, and the staff pleasant
Very nice dinner
Very clean rooms. Awesome grounds, though a little tough to find your way around. Thankfully they provide a free shuttle. Fitness center was great. Room service was good. Would stay again!
The pasta bar there was great
Absolutely wonderful, i went for my college's student government training and every aspect of the hotel staff and amenities was perfection.
The rooms are very dated but spacious. Our problem started our first night when we tried to shower and the water was brown and left a disgusting residue in the tub. We reported it to the front desk and they sent a maintenence guy to fix it. When we returned to our room they had left a note saying our water was fixed. However, they had left standing muck water in the tub and sink which wouldn't drain. When I called management and talked to Josh he was very short with me and seemed not to even care. Two nights of dealing with disgusting water to bathe with and I feel as though you could do a lot better for your money. When you pay the kind of prices they ask you expect problems to get solved and delt with by management with something more than the indifference that Josh gave us. We will never stay there again.
Immaculate and beautiful!!! The grounds of the flowers, trees and lawn are perfectly groomed. The pools are exceptionally clean and maintained. The customer service all through the resort is spectacular!!!
Nice rooms. Shuttle service very efficient. Staff very nice. Food is mediocre and overpriced although there are lots options outside the resort.
Everything is really spaced out. Restaurants can get pricey but not terrible considering it's a resort. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The ballroom was amazing
Great service, beautiful grounds. Conference guests were treated very well and staff were professional and friendly. Room was large and clean and fully stocked with dishes for cooking.
Great course. Great service.

Every now and then we encounter a true professional, Diana Felix helped me not only secure exactly the vacation desired, she made the experience a pleasure. This visit is to not only play your superb golf courses but see my 91-year old father for perhaps the last time. The kindness and attention to detail Ms. Felix provided are so appreciated, she is a true asset to Innisbrook. Harrison Flynn, Washington State Just returned from 4 days / 3 nights of the best golf vacation ever. The quality of golf, service and food are five star. From the front gate attendant to Osprey Club House check in staff to shuttle drivers, food service personnel to bellman Stan the Man the experience was beyond expectation. My room, spotless and more than expected, these folks know hospitality like few others. A heartfelt thanks to all, you made the visit to see my father the most enjoyable yet. Look forward to returning next year.
I want every 3 month on Primerica event This place is wonderful
Innisbrook is a beautiful property with all the amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was quite good. A lovely place to spend the weekend.
Relaxing but dates accommodations.
We booked our room through Priceline and I was shocked at the lack of standard amenities. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator in site, no hair dryer in the bathroom, and no mini fridge in the room. None of this was stated on the website, and I guess we just assumed that the average accommodations would be in the room. The golf course is scenic, the room was warm and decorated nicely, and most importantly clean. The pool area was a lot of fun, and seemed perfect for kids and adults. With it being a golf course, it was confusing at first trying to find our rooms, the place is huge. Overall, the rooms needs basic updating and the information on lack of ELEVATORS needs to be addressed. Or at least have someone on hand to help with bags. Carrying two suitcases and toddler up the stairs was not fun.
Always a pleasure never a complaint staff handles all needs
Beautiful location! Friendly, helpful staff! I was here for a Beachbody Coaching Event and would gladly return to the resort for another event!
Came for an event, went smoothly.
We're here for tennis, and there's lots of courts, and awesome instructors.
Its first class
Attended the Valspar golf tournament at it was outstanding.
Went during the Valspar Tournament. Great location, friendly staff.
Service was wondetful easy check in food was aesome kid friendly invironment, would reccomend it
Innisbrook always has the best service, support and amenities every time I stay there. Especially when my a/c broke while I was staying there. It was fixed in less than 2 hours. The event I attended was a PGA tournament. It was a fun experience and had great service.
Went to the valspar tournament and attended the concert after. Very organized and had a great time!
A beautiful Resort to stay... Valspar Championship. Very kind staff. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
Stayed 3 days to visit family in the area. Our room was wonderful & we will be back every year.
I have stayed and played at Innisbrook 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed. The accommodations were very good and the golf courses a joy to play. Look forward to returning and playing the "new" Copperhead course.
Valspar Executive Women's Day was fantastic! Great speakers, great ladies!
Beautiful resort and courses. Friendly service.
Looking forward to the Valspar tournament.
The staff is great, food was awesome?
Very friendly staff. Great facilities.
We only received one bar of soap to use between the shower and the sink. They never replaced any bars of soap the whole week we were there. We only received 1 bottle each of shampoo and conditioner. I had to go out and buy some. We paid enough for the room to get this stuff replaced everyday. At every other hotel it is replaced every day. The hot water ran out at the end of the first person's shower. We had to take showers and different times of the day because there was not enough hot water to even take one shower. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty when we got there. We never saw our room person to say anything. The room was spacious, but a little dated. The grounds people were very nice. Always smiling and saying hi. The people at the pool where very nice. Little disappointed the pool closed at 5:00 pm. :(
Great resort for golf and tennis. Would give it five stars but room cleaning service was not existent.
Last year was a great experience. Nighttime activities at the pool (movies, trivia, etc). This year? Pool closes at 6pm every night. We won't be back.
We did not like this place. Spacious rooms but not cleaned well.
Beautiful grounds. Did not interact much with the staff. We enjoy our room with a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of local restaurants. About 5 restaurants are on the premises.
Great views and atmosphere, come ready to relax and don't be in a rush the food service can be slow.
It was beautiful
Went for a work event food was not that great and parking was terrible
Food was horrible
(Translated by Google) It was for a work event. Everything was fine. (Original) Fue para un evento del trabajo. Todo estaba bien.
Great people, great service. I would recommend Innisbrook to anyone.
Went for a work event, the food and layout was very nice
Friendly competent staff, clean facility and beautiful environment.
The resort was very clean and well maintained. Clearly for the older golf fanatic, there are a handful of pro shops on the grounds as well as restaurants, pools, bars, and a very nice spa. An included 24 hour trolley can be summoned to take you around the grounds. I would absolutely stay again.
Stayed here back in the sevenths and we had many bank meetings My sons and I stayed in Jim's condo one time Terrific facility !!!
I didn't stay at the Innisbrook, I attended a bridal show in one of their ballrooms.
Went to an event the past weekend and there were way to many people in a small expo hall
Fiancee and I went to a wedding g expo. The building was nice but they sold to many tickets for the limited space.
Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Room was very clean
Innisbrook is a beautiful resort with excellent golf courses, many pools and various other activities.
It was perfect. Find Range but beautiful. And service very nice people
Great golfing. Awesome food and incredible service. Over priced drinks tho.
I attended a business event, the facility and the staff were great.
Stayed at St. Andrews at Innisbrook, and attended a conference at the resort. Tram service was quick, rooms were large and clean (though outdated) and steak restaurant on the property was great.
The staff here is awesome. The food was great!! Andrea was an awesome waitress that helped make dinner fun.
It was fancy
Great place and service
Attended shadowcon 2015 here. The staff were nice and the facilities were welcoming.
Rooms where great and the staff phenomenal. This is the second year I come here and I loved it. Definitely recommending this place to others and staying next year.
I had no issues. It was an amazing resort, all the staff were very accommodating.
Lots to do, great transportation, lovely scenery.
I stayed at the Innisbrook resort for the ShadoCon convention. The price was extremely reasonable and the hotel rooms were nice. It would have been better if the actual hotel was closer to the convention but overall I was happy with the experience.
I went there for shadocon. It was a nice venue
Fantastic Rooms, Excellent Staff, Beautiful Grounds what more can you ask for
I went to Innisbrook to attend ShadoCon and was impressed by both the property and the level of service. All interactions with the Innisbrook staff were delightful and I look forward to staying with them again!
Comfortable, well equipped rooms made our stay easy!
Location is great. Service was awesome. Can't describe the rooms because we didn't stay in one. We simply attended a convention.
Went to a convention. Staff was great. Beautiful resort.
Pretty decent hotel. I've stayed here for a con twice now. Will do again.
Our condo was clean and we'll maintained. The appliances were up to date and functioning. The air conditioning kept us cool. The showers were actually too hot if that's possible. We visited the gym which was too notch with new equipment. The Loch Ness pool was great with ample lounge chairs. The bar at the pool was reasonable. Their signature drink, the Loch Ness Monster was tasty and refreshing. Every staff member we met was friendly and willing to assist us with whatever we required. All in all it was an enjoyable week.
It was satisfactory as i was there on business
Nicolette Van B.
It was very pretty but the food was gross. It was cold and not seasoned
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Catered food was good. Overall a great experience.
Spent the evening at the Loch Ness pool for the Innisbrook Halloween party. A fun time was had by all. Staff was superb!!
It was an on place staff was very nice
Advertised as "pet friendly". Booked it and showed up with my two kids and small dog, informed the non-refundable pet FEE is $250 !!!!!!!!! Obviously cancelled. You would think there would be a big disclaimer. Beware!
EXPENSIVE! ... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
No elevators. If you are on the second floors me sure to ask for bell service when checking in.
We come here each year for a conference and always enjoy our stay. Great Staff!!!

Good place to play golf, relax, and enjoy with the family. Nothing bad to say just everything is perfect.
Good place to spend a weekend. Clean and comfortable.
I played at Innisbrook Resort for the Golfweek Junior Tour Event at the South Course, and I must say, the resort is in the top ten golf resorts in the entire United States. The practice facilities are in immaculate condition, the greens are some of the nicest I have ever played, and the Osprey Clubhouse was beautiful. The food in the clubhouse was delicious, and the staff was great. The hotel room was very clean and I loved staying in it. I wish I could have gotten the chance to play the Copperhead Course! That would've made my day! Go to Innisbrook if you get the chance!

First time visitor and there for The Henderson Family Reunion. from check-in to checkout, staff and service was wonderful. The facilities were well kept, clean and just right for our events ( banquet, breakfast and worship service). Golf course experience was good as well. Played two of the four courses, South and Copperhead. Both were challenging....
The grounds are very nice. They are certainly 5 star. The food is good. The service was ok/marginal.The accomodations are 31/2 star. Very clean just dated. The golf courses were in poor shape. Nice tracks but like every resort that is trying to max profits without putting the needed fertilizer and water, they depend on overseeding with rye grass in the winter. When it burns off in April/May the course looks like it has cancer. The fairways were very poor. The greens were average to sad. So if you are coming for golf ???? On top of that they ran my credit card for an additional $525 bucks when they said they would "hold" $ 200. In other words they lied and they stole money that wasn't theirs. Will I get it back ? Yes I'm sure I will in a few days, but why is a major golf resort saying we will hold $200 but take $525 without notifying their guest ? My advise is there are plenty of nice golf resorts here in the south. Unless Copperhead is open for play, consider other locations. At least from April through December.
Best Golf Resort Experience I have ever had. Our group of 150 golfers make this an annual outing. The leadership and management of Salamander courses is second to none. They pay attention to the smallest detail to rate in the high band of excellence for total satisfaction - Golf, lodging, leisure, dining - professional in every sense.
I recently stayed at this resort with two friends of mine for a quick golf trip. Our first impression of the place was quite a let down only due to the gentlemen we spoke to at the front desk. Just very difficult to work with. We arrived around 11:00am and could not get our second room and was told it should be only a few hours and we would be called when it was ready. We had a tee time of 2:00pm and once golf was over we still didn't receive a call that our room was ready. Needless to say we expressed our displeasure with the front desk manager I believe her name was Landra. I expected to get more of the same but to my surprise she was quite pleasant to deal with and she certainly went the extra mile to help us out. She needed some time to get things in order but she hit a home run and changed our perspective of the resort. If not for her we would not consider returning. She was calm and cool thru the whole process and we finally got our rooms around 8:00pm. If not for our first impression we would have given the resort a five star rating.
Awesome resort with friendly staff and 4 great courses
OMG, this place is like a dream, absolutely loved it and will be back again
Loved it here courtesy of the Buick Experience!

I love the courses. Copperhead is great but a harder course is the Island. It is very tight and demands great ball striking and thought behind every shot.
Wondetful staff. They will bend over backwords to please. There is something here for everyone.
Probably great for golfers but not for business. The buildings comprising the hotel are very spread out and you end up being dependent on your car or the hotel shuttle bus to get around. You get internet in the room via a cable in the kitchen; we were told there was wireless as well but none of us detected any evidence of that. I conducted a 32 minute conference call to an 1-855 number and was charged $65 + tax. The room rates are low though.
