My daughter and I went here for facials and massages. The facials were ok. However, i paid a lot of money for a reflexology massage and the person who did the massage gently rubbed oil on me - she did not hit one pressure point. It was definitely not a reflexology massage. She had not a clue what she was doing. I complained to the manager who called me and insulted me by telling me that i dont know what i am talking about. Totally not worth the money. In fact, it was a total waste of money. I left there more stressed than when I arrived. I will never go there again.

I had a gift card for my birthday and wanted to try out. It had good ratings and reviews and decided to try it out. I loved my experience here. I got a Swedish massage, facial and manicure. The masseuse customized the massage per my needs and was happy with the results. My facial was one of the best I had and had a glowing skin next day. Definitely worth visiting

Absolutely fabulous dermaplaning facial with Tatiana. A complete professional, explaining each step while letting me feel so relaxed. Her touch, absolutely amazing and the foot and hand/arm massage was an extra bonus. My spa pedicure with Stephanie was in a nice quiet room and though she hadn't been at the spa long, she knows her trade very well. Picked out a perfect polish and even two weeks later, my toes are still perfect. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Love this spa and so happy to be living here full time now where I'll be a regular!!

We were in the area for a week long vacation, and wanted to pamper ourselves. As someone who is not from the area and who has a high standard for spa-services, I always feel uncertain trying new spas. Services are expensive, and there’s nothing worse than paying for something sub-par, or that you didn’t enjoy. My husband had the Gentleman’s Facial and the Essentials Massage. I had the Essentials Massage and a Hydrafacial. Our massage therapist was Laurette. She was very professional, and gave a great, relaxing massage with medium-light pressure. My husband loved her technique, and while I usually love a deep-tissue massage, I found myself so relaxed that I dozed off! Our esthetician was Nonna, and god bless her for giving my 30 year old husband his first ever facial. He loved it, and his skin was *glowing* after his facial. My Hydrafacial was also great. What we loved: - Location, right in Boca - Such warm, friendly, professional staff - A great menu of services provided - Very clean space where you easily feel relaxed. Smelled heavenly! - Prices were comparable with what we pay in Boston, and the service was good. What we would do differently: - We booked an evening service, which I usually love because we can roll into bed feeling the upmost relaxation. However, with it being so late, they were getting ready to close up shop, which maybe made the experience slightly less “spa-like”. This being said, we totally understand that everyone had worked long days, and were ready to get home! All this being said, we would surely go back. We highly recommend Eden Day Spa, and working with Laurette and Nonna! For those also vacationing here out of state, visit Eden Day Spa for some pampering!

Eden Day Spa is a terrific place to come and relax. It is very clean and beautifully organized inside. You are greeted by cheerful front desk receptionists and even more friendly therapists. There is a little room in the back to privately hang out in between services with snacks and tea provided as well. I will definitely be back!

Horrible Experience from the Manager Jeramy who is the owner Darcie’s husband. If you have a customer issue he will verbally belittle you and throw you out. He was hostile and abusive towards me and unprofessional when I had an issue. He is unreasonable and dishonest too.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I got my mother in law a gift card here for Christmas, and she went yesterday to use it. She made an appointment for 9:45, but accidentally put the time slot in her phone for 10:45. Mind you - this woman is NEVER late. They called her at 10:00 that morning wondering where she might be, at that point she was unknowingly 15 minutes late for the appointment. She apologized and asked if she could still be accommodated if she got there in 10 minutes. She arrives, with the technician waiting out in the seating area for her to come in. She admitted to her that she felt rushed. The tech said they’re down to only having 30 minutes left for her service. This was not mentioned to her over the phone - she was under the impression she would be able to receive her full service and had she known this, would have tried to reschedule. Since at that point she was already there, she ended up getting a different service instead that was within the 30 minutes, which she came out happy with. When it came time for her to pay(using our gift card), the receptionist was charging her for the full 55 minute service. She explained there was nothing she could do at this time, and it would have to be taken up with the manager/owner who was not there at the time. Since my mother in law did enjoy her service, she booked 2 more appointments, and gave her own credit card, assuming this would all be resolved by the next time she came in. My, my, was she mistaken. She walked in this morning for her 9:00 appointment, to find a man named Jeramy Pritchett at the reception counter. This was the owner/manager, husband of Darcie Pritchett, another owner. My mother in law mentioned who she was, and what she was there for - he says, “You didn’t get my message, I left you a voicemail. We have cancelled all of your future appointments, you’re not welcome here.” After trying to explain that there was a misunderstanding and barely getting another word in, she left. The seating area in the lobby had other people there staring at her, and she was visibly upset, shaking, left feeling extremely humiliated. She called me afterwards crying, explaining this story - and after picking my mouth up from the floor, I WILL be disputing the gift card charge with my credit card company. It is absolutely disgusting the way she was treated. I was so upset to hear that a gift we purchased for her to relax and enjoy herself, was entirely the opposite. Don’t waste a penny of your money here. The owners/employees don’t care about you, don’t pride themselves on service, and clearly do not know how to run a business.

I had an excellent experience at Eden Day Spa, a cozy and clean place. While waiting, the staff brought me tea then I had a facial with Christine, she was excellent. Christine took the time to ask questions and look at my skin before determining which facial would best suit me. I asked and she was happy to explain the treatments per application. Over the next few days I could see and feel the tightness in my skin, it was noticeably healthier. Highly recommend this spa and cudos to Christine. :)

I was supremely disappointed in my facial. She upsold me on a $85 dermaplaning procedure that made my skin texture worse and break out on my cheeks and chin (still, two months later) and also now I no longer have peach fuzz but peach pokey hairs. I felt duped, overpromised, regretful, and disappointed. Don't fall for it.

I booked the Couple’s Retreat package weeks ago. We are only in town one more day looking forward to our massage and facials and when we arrive, the guy at the front desk gives me a weird look when I’m checking in and tells us to have a seat. One person took me back for my massage, leaving my husband behind. 5 mins later, another person comes in and tells me that they don’t have my husband booked at all or my facial booked after the massage. This is the most disorganized spa I have been to. They even confirmed my appt before coming. I do not recommend them. Only come here if you want to do the extra work of confirming that you actually have your appointments scheduled before coming. The lady who apologized was nice but nice only gets so far when you’ve been looking forward to something for weeks.

This beautiful boutique spa has everything you need to get your relaxation on. The staff is friendly, helpful and so very nice. I had a milk and honey wrap, which was delightful. Rose took great care in making me feel comfortable. I also had an ultimate massage and again, Rose did a great job. Very sweet and attentive and the massage was wonderful. One of the best I’ve had. Finally, I had a hydra facial with Tatiana. She walked me through the entire process and did a fabulous job, very nice. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spa. WOW. 10 out of 10! I had such an amazing experience at Eden Day Spa. It is so beautiful, clean, and everything smells incredible. Gabby did my massage and it was one of the, if not the, best massage I have ever had. Sarah did my facial, and my skin today is drastically improved. I took my daughter here for her birthday and we both booked facials and pedicures. I’m rating this spa 3 stars and that’s for the pedicure. The facial gets none. The pedicure was great. Only problem is there is only 1 pedi chair and technician. So we couldn’t have the pedi done together. In the very long list of pedicures and facials on their menu the online appointments don’t allow you to pick which pedi or facial you want. When I called to choose I was told we could choose once we arrived. But when we got there the pedi was already chosen and set up. Our technician was very nice, friendly and attentive. We were given the standard pedi when we really wanted the peppermint wrap pedi. When I went in for my facial Patty was my esthetician. She said I signed up for the 55 min facial (which I never put online because it doesn’t allow you to choose which facial you want) and asked what I wanted. I wanted the anti-aging facial which just happened to be 55mins. She then sold me the extra patches for my chest and neck which was an additional $30. She rubbed a few gooey things on my face. Wiped them off with a hot towel. Massaged my shoulders neck and head. Placed the patches. Then more massage and a hot towel to my arms. The majority of my facial was literally a scalp massage but the kind that is annoying because she rubbed my scalp in the same area over and over. (I had a huge knot in my hair once I removed the head band at the end of the facial.????) Patty then applied a tinted SPF makeup and colored in my eyebrows (which I never do!) right after she was done. So my face immediately felt dirty. Patty never gave me any steam. Nor did she consult me on my skin. And who puts makeup on a client right after a facial especially when they don’t ask first? The patches were removed and placed back in their original bags for me to reuse again at home once or twice. Huge waste of money. Side note - my daughter got an add on of a pumpkin enzyme mask. The extra cost was $45. She was then told after her facial that she could purchase the entire jar that would last her approximately a year for $48. So be aware of these very costly add ons. Not worth the added money. Next spa day we will definitely choose another spa.

My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves and our college son and his friend to massages. Because there are only 3 massage rooms, I booked a facial, so we could all finish our treatments at the same time. Jeremy, who is very professional and helpful, assisted me. He also helped me with a follow-up call when I made changes to the original treatment plan. I, my son and friend went in as scheduled. My husband was told his technician was running late. After checking with the front desk twice, and just about to cancel, my husband was called in 27 minutes late for what was supposed to be a 55 minute appointment. The 3 of us finished our appointments and waited, not realizing he was called in so late. Nobody informed us. When he did appear, I asked him about the timing. He told me about the late start, and that he only received 45 minutes of his massage. I suppose they were trying to get back on schedule. Nobody explained, nor apologized for the late start or the deduction in time. Apologies mean so much! We spent a lot of money for treatments for 4 people, which is a rare treat. If I were the manager, I would want to know how this situation was handled, so that I might teach my team to better handle things from a customer service perspective when issues arise, which they inevitably will. Follow up: we appreciate that the manager called to discuss the situation and offered to help.

This Spa has been here for a very long time and seems to be a family run business owned by a very nice couple. It has a classically nice and relaxing atmosphere, and they use many more natural products and try to offer a very classic spa experience. Everything smells really good, and the aromatherapy aspect of some of their treatments is very nice. In the past I have had some great & then some just okay experiences, but I have to say recently... I have experienced some therapists here that are really great at what they do. *** Some Advice, Make sure you get very specific when it comes to their add-ons. Ask " how long does that last for " - " What kind of product do you use for that " - before you add it on to your treatment. Since they are more of a natural spa, some of their treatments & add-ons are not the conventional thing you might expect from a conventional spa or a med-spa. For example they have a "hot stone massage" that they use hot stones the whole time, and a "hot stone" add on that is just a 5-10 minute experience. They also use different peels and products than you might find elsewhere, so again, just make sure you communicate your expectations clearly and ask solid questions.

What a great way to spend 80 minutes! My dear wife gave me a gift of the Signature Massage for my birthday. I’m lucky to be able to say I’ve had a lot of massages, and this was surely one of the all time best! The place is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The Covid protocols were very evidently adhered to, in a very efficient yet client-friendly manner. Politely took my temp upon arrival, with a sweet smile. Entire staff warm, welcoming and SMILING! And obviously, sincerely. But the main event...now that’s where the real magic happened! Cindy was just spectacular! This petite lady is a dynamo! Her technique, strength and stamina were a wonder! I’ve had massages in the past from therapists who were not “strong enough to be gentle”. This was NOT the case with Cindy. Always firm yet comforting and comfortable, my massage was never “pinchy “ or painful, though intense enough to reach deeply into my sore muscles and turn ‘em loose. Most amazingly, as I’ve said, this was an EIGHTY MINUTE massage, yet she never lost momentum or ran out of steam. The last five minutes were as perfect as the first! As I was leaving, Cindy asked me how I was feeling. I had to admit that I was so blissed out that, while getting dressed, I put my pants on backward three times! Having a bad day? Want my advice? Book yourself some time here. You’ll float out, and you’ll be smiling, too!

I was escorted to a private room with soft music and lighting. Leidy made me feel so special. The chair was so comfortable with built in massage options. Leidy brought me a neck/shoulder heated pad that elevated my comfort and always checked to see if I needed anything. My pedicure was perfect! I visit Eden Day Spa about once a month, usually for a deep tissue massage. The spa is small but the facilities are very clean and very well appointed. The decor makes it look like a resort spa. The staff are very professional and polite. I have had several different massage therapists and all of them have been very good. I have been very pleased with their COVID safety measures. I see they check temperatures with a touchless thermometer for all staff and clients. They ask that you wear a mask but you can take it off while face down for the massage. I felt safe and protected but still comfortable. I would highly recommend Eden Day Spa.

This place is poorly run. An attempt was made to book a massage over the phone after providing credit card number to receptionist. I was away on travel and it was meant to be a gift for wife. It was assumed after taking credit card number the massage would be charged then or at the time of the massage. It was not and my wife had to pay for the massage. An attempt was made to contact the manager, but there wasn’t a manager in. Update: The owner did contact me and was able to provide further explanation amid the confusion. Another employee from the spa also reached out and was pleasant over the phone. They even offered discounts on a future visit to the spa. The spa did show it cared about following up to get more details from the customer and shed light on business practices on their end. In the end, it changed my perspective of the spa for the better.

Received a gift Certificate a few months back and decided to use it since I’ve been having a lot of shoulder pain. Called to book an appointment and told receptionist the problem I was having and asked for a very experience therapist. She assured me that this was the most experience person they have. Arrived at appointment received a 55 mins Swedish massage when I was suppose to have a 85 mins deep tissue massage with hot stones added. I asked therapist during massage for more pressure and didn’t receive it. After the service was done I was told by receptionist that I have a balance remaining and I can choose a product of equal value. I Asked why I have a balance and her response was “she don’t know”. I was so looking forward to this massage and was very disappointed. I will definitely not be recommending anyone to this establishment if what I received was the best they have.

I haven't been to Eden Day Spa since they remodeled, and I have to tell you the update is gorgeous! You can tell they take pride in their business. The serene, white atmosphere will make you will feel calm and peaceful, and that's before you even start your services. The massage therapist, Chrissy, thoroughly listened to the issues I was having and focused her attention to them. The massage was relaxing and I felt stress-free afterward. I also received a facial from Christine who was very sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable for a first-timer. Thank you to Eden and their staff for taking such great care of me.

I had the lash tinting. I have short blond/white lashes. I was very satisfied with the upper lashes, but it didn't seem to take well on the lower lashes. My lower lashes are short, but I and my friends couldn't really see them on the day they were tinted. Judy was terrific and caring. I guess I just wouldn't recommend tinting for short blond lashes.

My wife and I were referred to Eden Day Spa by our realtor when we moved to the area and decided to try them out for Spa Week. We both had wonderful massages and facials, and could not be more pleased. The service operators were very professional, kind and caring, and they excelled at their crafts. We found the young ladies and gentleman at the front counter to be true professionals who greeting us enthusiastically upon arrival, making sure that check-in and check-out were a breeze, and even scheduling us time together in the relaxing room to enjoy champagne and light refreshments as a surprise treat which made our first experience even more memorable. The space is very clean, attractive and well-kept, as well as small and “cozy” – which creates the perfect environment for personalized service. We both prefer this and felt at ease the whole time, which has not been the case when we visited larger spas and felt somewhat “lost,” for lack of a better term. The smaller size allows for more “one-on-one” and they really make us feel special. The pricing for Spa Week couldn't be beat at only $50 per service; however we continue to return regularly and find the prices to be quite reasonable, especially for the level of service we receive. The spa also sends out special offers from time to time and we usually take advantage. This is my wife's favorite place and I've learned over the past 35 years - happy wife, happy life. We both really love it here and highly recommend it

Eden Day Spa has been my go to place for pedicures since I discovered it several years ago. I have "difficult" feet, and their technicians have always done an excellent job with them. It's also nice to get a manicure or pedicure where I am the only person in the room, and can truly relax during my service.

I got a spa teaser and peppermint pedicure gift certificates for the holidays and redeemed this week. Erica was AMAZING..had a 30 minute massage with focus on neck shoulders and lower back...walked out feeling fabulous and wanting more!! Facial was great for the time allowed and Ali was meticulous with my mani and pedi. This was not my first time at Eden and I highly recommend!! They carry Lollia hand creams and candles.. one of my favorite brands!!

I got a massage and facial here. The massage was awesome. However, the facial was completely disappointing. I have ok skin. It doesnt have any open sores or eruptions, but the closer you look the more it begins to resemble Baron Harkonnen from the movie Dune. My facial started with the technician making claims about how wonderful it was going to be, how clean my face would feel etc. After about 1/2 of pointless lotions the technician began to focus on the clogged pores. Although she did some extractions it really didnt feel any better or make a noticable difference. She left the room when she was done, obviously distressed over how much more there was left to do. Now at this point I was expecting her to upsell me on the treatment, explain how my skin was so bad it would take three more hours to complete the process. But she seemed to just give up, discouraged. Instead of making more money on me, which they could have easily done, they just let me walk out. Not impressed.

I don't usually write reviews but my sister was so happy with her Birthday Spa Day that she made me promise I would since I was the one who picked the location. I chose Eden Day for her birthday because the first 2 times I went by myself it was really awesome services plus the staff was so nice and friendly. I am so glad for this choice as my sister and our other 2 girlfriends also said it was the best they had. The pressure was on me to find a great place so it was a relief that everyone loved the services and intimate setting. My sister loves deep tissue and she said it was the best ever, and the 2 of us who got pedicures are now spoiled for nail salons. The facials were the most amazing, like nowhere else! The spa is small and cute, plus calming and clean. Also at checkout we were happy with what our bill was for a party of 4. I've been to a lot of other spas and we will keep coming back to Eden Day.

I have never left a review in my life but today I'm very disappointed. First of all - the staff is very friendly and I really enjoy the atmosphere of this small, quaint spa. However, I spent $70 (+$14 tip) on a "Lash Perm" yesterday that simply made my eyelashes look frazzled, clumpy, and bent at the ends in every direction. Yesterday I got home from my appointment and I noticed how terrible my lashes looked. I then called the spa to ask if I could come in and get them fixed or get anything done to help and they very nicely offered for me to come in first thing this morning. I got there and the same lady who did them simply took a look and said there was nothing she could do. She even asked one of the front desk ladies to come in the room to try and assure me that they looked good? The front desk lady couldn't even genuinely assure me because they really look that messed up. I now have to wait about 6 weeks for my eyelashes to go through their growth cycle because there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and I've wasted $84. They are absolutely awful and I'm so very disappointed in this Lash Perm service. I'm sure other services offered are fantastic - but this is not one of them. I have a picture I wish I could post with this. (AND there is still some weird sort of tinted black glue all along my eyelid that I can't get off.)

Eyelash tint experience. Once my eyes were closed and tint was applied the employee doing the procedure to me, set her timer which made a series of loud beeps, right next to my ear. It startled me. She then left the room and mid way came back in very quickly and loudly to ask if I was ok. I found the experience to NOT be as relaxing as it could have been and she did Not put anything on my skin to protect it from the dye so, I left their with dye on my upper left eye lid. The experience was disappointing.

I booked a hour & a half massage for myself and a facial & pedicure for my girlfriend when we were visiting the area, and I have to say, after shopping around online for a while, I'm really happy I chose to go with this spa. I received one of the best massages I have had and felt like a new person afterwards. My girlfriend absolutely loved her facial and pedicure, and is still raving about it and how she wishes there was another Eden Day Spa up by us. I came in for a pedicure thinking it would be amazing considering it's a spa....and I was really disappointed. They took me into a dark dingy room all the way to the back that didn't even have a massage chair. The chair that is there was uncomfortable and not what I was expecting. I put my feet pretty much into a bowl, when she was cleaning my feet I had to hold my legs up which hurt after a while and was uncomfortable...Colour choices suck all around not good. I'm sure there other services are great but skip the pedicure from this place.

Let me start by saying that the massage I received was great. The service is not the reason I gave 3 stars. I have to say I am not a fan of the tiny waiting area cluttered with tons of products and nowhere relaxing to sit and wait for your service. But the real reason for the three star rating is my shear annoyance with this spa's discount and gift card policies. If you get a gift card, you can only use it on full priced services. So you can't take advantage of any of their sales or specials. I received a $150 gift card from a friend and wanted to take advantage of a Mother's Day special they had going on to maximize the value of my gift card, which was the only reason that I scheduled the appointment at the time that I did (had to leave work early to get there before the special was over) only to find out that I couldn't pay with my gift card if I got the discounted price. When I expressed my confusion and disappointment, I was told that the reason is because they often sell their gift cards at a discounted price so they don't want to lose money on double discounts. What the hell? If you have a gift card from any other business, you can buy things on sale or clearance with it, but not here. So now I have money left over on this gift card and I don't even want to use it because I feel like I will be overpaying for the full priced service when I know other people are getting the same service at a discount. This is a terrible business policy.

I got all 3 services - the organic sugar scrub, the facial and the massage, plus I added on aromatherapy with hot stones to my massage - and every minute was divine. Pretty much a waste of time and money. I felt no connection with the therapist who spend zero time trying to understand what my needs were. She was just going through the motions and I left neither relaxed or in less discomfort. Perhaps a conversation would have been a good place to start. I was told it would be both Sweedish and deeper where needed. At best it was a light Sweedish massage, which I was clear that I did not want. So, all in all I would def not recommend getting a massage there if you have any issues, pain, problems, tightness that you want addressed.

Found this spa online and have gone 4 times now. Didn't want to review until I was sure that my great first visit wasn't a fluke. They haven't disappointed! The services are the best I've ever had. It's small inside, but very cute and cozy, and I think the size adds to the charm. And they must have something piped into the air or water, because every employee I encountered was really happy and friendly, and not in a fake way where they are just reciting a script - they seem to genuinely enjoy their job and people - and to me that makes a world of difference to feel like they really want you there, appreciate your business and care about what you want. Their smiles reach their eyes, if you know what I mean. I've tried different techs and all were excellent. Also, the prices were very fair, especially for the value that you receive. Go - you won't be disappointed.

Eden Day Spa is the best spa around! The services are among the best I've had anywhere. I travel a lot for business and go to a lot of spas all over the country and the therapists at Eden are unmatched. They all seem to have a perfect combination of therapy and relaxation, so you leave feeling renewed with results! Their skincare is 2nd to none, and a combo of hydrafacials and Miami peels have made my skin radiant and about 10 years younger. Massages here are heavenly. Body scrubs are the best because you're kept warm & cozy the whole time. They even manage to make a mani/pedi a special experience in a private service room, one on one with the nail tech. Plus they use the best products like Eminence and other organic and "green" lines (this is important to me) and they have high quality products for sell too. I get all of my Jane Iredale cosmetics here. In addition, they are friendly, professional and have the kind of customer service that you only find at 5 star resorts. If something is less than perfect, they will bend over backwards trying to fix it and make sure that you are beyond satisfied. You can tell they really care about their customers on a personal level. It's not a big spa, and it doesn't have the amenities of a resort spa, but you won't even miss that - the services and staff are THAT good here! Awesome treatments, friendly and professional staff, tranquil environment, beautiful décor and super affordable prices (plus they always send out special offers via email and in the mail, so it's even more affordable). It's definitely our best local spa by far - they deserve all of their 5 star reviews! One more from me - 5 stars all the way, well-earned - highly recommended!

I don’t know what I would do without this spa! They have been so good to me over the years and I have had ALL of their services. The facials are my favorite! I can’t help but feel like my skin has been replenished and restored with every visit. It’s actually a bit unbelievable to think that such a small and quaint boutique spa can provide the most amazing services in town and probably in the state. I knew I would be a regular the second I stepped foot inside the building nearly 2 years ago. Always a great time! So happy I found them. I can't vouch for all of their services, but the facials are incredible - they actually do something unlike most of the other places I have been. They get every pore clean, my fine lines vanish and I feel pretty! Even my hubby noticed. That is priceless. And did I mention it's beyond relaxing? So much massage and scented steamy towels included with the deep cleaning part. Ahhhh. Brow shaping here is also great. Now that I've seen what a real professional shaping can do, I don't think I would go anywhere else. Massages = Incredible, and the same with manis and pedis my "(polish on my first pedi here lasted SIX weeks with hardly a chip!). I want to try everything they offer, but mommy budget" doesn't allow for it right now. Hoping for a GC for Valentine's Day ... and Mother's Day ... and Christmas. LOL. I've had several massages at Eden as well and wouldn't go anywhere else in Boca.The staff is friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The facilities are clean and it always smells like a true 'spa.' I would recommend Eden to everyone!
