Have been coming here for years with our family. Absolutely love this place. Get drinks poolside. Tasty food and excellent service! Not busy during the week. Weekends can get pretty crowded.
Great property... Didn't play any of the courses but they looked like they were in good shape.

The Westin Resort Rancho Mirage fantastic when you want to get away..
It’s my first time staying here. I understand that there’s a lot of restrictions due to Covid but you can definitely do a better job at cleaning. I was very frustrated to learn that there’s no restaurants or room service. There’s a small convenience store and pool service for the entire place. The hours for food are very limited and has to be pre ordered. They had hotdogs, pretzels, pizza and rice/beans and chips w salsa. For the price of this resort I would at least expect decent food. On the bright side any time with family is a good time. The place is cute just needs more attention. I will be posting a picture of their food menu and hours for service.
Very clean and adhered to protocols of covid19. Felt very safe and comfortable here and the rooms were spotless.
Magnificent resort. sad it's shut down due to covid 19. the pro shop, starters, especially Pepe and Lori are super sweet.
Excellent course and good service. Best to bring a water jug
Spacious facility was there for a Hollywood conference
Great golf course. Very well maintained! Excellent customer service. Tough course that will test your game.
Could use some updating. Poolside bar and restaurant at adult pool was opened only one day out of our 8 day stay although front desk staff advised us daily it would be opening.
Dreamy. Will be visiting again soon. Loved all the amenities. Tennis courts are over the top and the views of the golf courses are something else????
There Spa is great and personal. They have a great team.
Very cool place to go see the rooms are awesome the pools are awesome and the staff is really good
Nice, clean, hospitable. Still, parking fee is a money grab; $15/night outside and shouldn't be. $44/day occupancy and tourism charge (tax) is another grab. 16$/day State tax!? a pass-through! Staff are nice but often cannot answer questions or respond (eg: one tv channel was off for a week with no resolution, reported a leaking sink and it was not fixed). Would we return? Maybe.
Nice resort. Great catered food at the conference.
We loved our stay, our suite location, and all of our service was just lovely. We had a wonderful Valentines' Day. Thank you to all the staff. You deserve all the Kudos and all the tips. Thank you and see y'all again soon
Very poor customer service! Don’t book online and make sure your dates are correct because they will not refund you a dime and steal your money. Will not stay here or recommend anyone stay here. Will change my review if the issue is fixed The front desk and management was contacted and we were told the account wouldn’t be charged and the date would be changed. And the account was still charged and they said they won’t refund our money
When I reviewed my bill they had charged every room and extra days resort fee. They said they were going to fix right away and did, on three of the rooms, but I'm still fighting to attempt to prove to them that they overcharged me on one. Service in the bar was slow. Other than that it's a lovely property. The rooms are a bit outdated. The room above me woke up around 5am and started walking around and didn't stop, so if you want to sleep in make sure you request a second floor room!
Great golf course. The people behind the front desk at the golf course were more interested in watching what was on TV than servicing their customers though. Disappointing
Stunned.... Stunned I say! The level of customer service at EVERY level at EVERY locale in the resort is 6 star. There are more opulent resorts and hotels in the world -- However, I defy any hotel or resort to show the level of the pride and high-touch personal service of the Westin staff. They all were genuinely concerned that I have a phenomenal time. The pools were clean. The food on the resort was great. The ducks were cute. The rooms were well designed. The drinks were well made.
Wow wow wow - loved every minute here!! The resort is very clean and has the friendliest staff!! The view is so beautiful everywhere!
I spent ten nights at this property. It is run down, poorly maintained, and service is average at its very best. My first impression of the room was a sticking door leading to dirty vents and furniture(see photo). What appeared to be specks of dirt in the bathroom were actually chips in porcelain fixtures and tiles. With an ice machine that does not work and the worn down look, the place has the feel of a dilapidated Super 8. The outdoor veranda was nice, but the furniture was covered with thick dust. Does anyone ever wipe down this stuff between guests? Westin properties usually have great in room dining, but Mission Hills is the exception. The menu is limited, and there are discrepancies between the menu on the Bonvoy app and the printed room menu. Items were inconsistent. The identical entree differed from night to night, sometimes made with lettuce, sometimes kale, without explanation. When meals were delivered, items specific to a dish were missing, such as salad dressing or sauce. Upon both placing the order and delivery, staff strongly emphasized to call to have the tray picked up after dining. After two nights in a row of calling and then no one coming by, I gave up on the idea, and then understood why one sees food trays laying outside all over the grounds. So do not participate in this charade or delay bedtime waiting for a tray pick up. I had an envelope mailed to the hotel, and was charged $10 for this “service”. I inquired about the charge, and asked where such charges are listed so a guest would know upfront. There was nothing in the room or on the hotel TV information to explain this. I was told it was “online” on the Mission Hills website. After a substantial search, I found nothing on the website. Additionally, my tracking info showed the envelope had been delivered to the hotel eight hours before, yet there was no attempt by the hotel to make the delivery, or even inform me of its arrival. When it was delivered to my room, I was asked to sign for the package, but inspection of the slip showed it is an invoice to authorize being charged. The lack of transparency on this hidden charge delivery process was aggravating and is extraordinarily dishonest. The delivery charge is listed as “Rent-Other” on the hotel bill. What an innocuous looking, misleading description to rip off guests for a few extra bucks! If the Westin Mission Hills can sneak in a line item delivery charge in a lengthy bill, who is going to notice? I am glad that I did. Many say the grounds are nice, and they are in that they are in a beautiful part of the country. But nature, and not the Westin, makes this happen. To the contrary, rotting citrus fruit or large bird excrement tracked by a golf cart will be visible on a sidewalk for your entire stay (see photo). I did not see one person tending to the filthy walks during an eleven day stay. It is tempting to think a leisurely stroll while looking at the surrounding mountains is possible, but sadly it is not. All main pedestrian paths are shared by golf carts, with hotel employees zooming very closely by pedestrians at surprisingly high speeds, with near sadistic glee. On more than one occasion I saw a guest yell, “Slow down!” out of concern for their safety. You will be so focused on listening for the whir of golf carts that your evening walk will be as relaxing as a stroll in the middle of Interstate 10. I definitely would not recommend this hotel unless one needs to stay in the immediate area. To think of it as a luxury resort is ludicrous. General Manager Scaramellino, save your empty boilerplate reply to this review and do something meaningful, like hiring more people so the property can be improved and the service can show tangible improvement.
We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was so beautiful. The grounds were immaculate and we wished we were staying longer to just sit and relax and enjoy the beauty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our reservation included breakfast, which was a delicious buffet with eggs benedict, scones, made-to-order omelets, pancakes, fruit, potatoes, and more. We hope to return soon!
It's nice. It seems aimed at families with small children-- they have games and a small zoo (very small) with a rabbit and two tortoises. I was there for a conference. The service went well for the most part.
Property is in need of some updating, however it appears there is a plan in the works. Shortage of trash cans and removal of room service trays in a timely fashion remains an issue that can easily be corrected with a simple process change.

The Westin had a 9 & Wine golf event that turned out to be a disaster!! We were so disappointed. The weather changed to cold and windy. They still had the cold appetizers and wine outside practically blowing away. Far less than adequate appetizers, consisting of cheese, crackers, and fruit for over 70 people. No refills for anything. The last ones off the course lost out. The description online stated there would be food and drinks on every hole. Very disorganized event.
Stayed two nights for a conference. Drove up for registration, no help offered for bags and valet parking was not offered even though it was available. Checked in early but no King beds available as was reserved. Housekeeping dropped and broke my hairbrush and when brought to the attention of staff at check out went uncaring and no offer of replacement or compensation for a replacement of my broken property. Very disappointed. At bar I ordered 1 drink from bartender and he was great, moved to enjoy fire and was assured there were waiters to help me if I needed another drink. I was ignored until I called him by name and he explained he would help me hesitantly but my check was at the bar. His service was great to the others around me but not as much for myself. Not sure if he thought he wouldn't get a tip from me since tab was behind bar. (I did tip them both)
Quite ok, though there’s 2 things I didn’t like. As much as I love animals, there was duck “business” right in front of my door every day. By day 3 I already figured out I was in the duck’s way and not the other way. The other thing I didn’t like is there was no soda machine where I was. If I wanted to have something to drink I had to call room service every time.
Dated, needs upgrading and pillows were awful. Bar at adult pool closed 7 out of our 8 day stay yet each day front desk advised us it would be open. Our room key wouldn't work we called front desk who had someone drive out new keys to our location... problem they simply gave us the keys but did not ask for ID to prove we were residents of that room. So wrong. Restaurants did have great service and quality food.
Best staycation spot! I enjoy coming here any chance I get.
Villas are super spacious, friendly staff golf and tennis onsite...
Beautiful place. Beautiful course! Even is a great place just to come and walk!
Played golf. Beautiful day. Weather was great. Course was in pretty good shape. Clubhouse is in need of some work. Restroom was falling apart. If they're going to sell the place as a club, they need to step up and fix the things they're charging for.
I really enjoyed this property and would love to give it 5 stars but the room cleanliness could definitely be improved. While we arguably had one of the worst rooms (downstairs, no view, by the roll cart return) it was still nice! The property itself was well planned and we enjoyed the walk way between amenities. The cornhole, mini putt putt and grills were nice family touches although we didn’t use them. The main pool that was open was fun for my child. Room was spacious and had all we needed. But there were spills on the bathroom floor (yikes) and tub was not scrubbed white and clean and when we made the couch into a bed for my kid there was garbage underneath.
Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, good food, etc. Love the dog adoption program in the lobby, what a great idea! On my first night, they had excellent live music by the fire pit. I had two tennis lessons with Coach Chad and highly recommend him. He helped me to revamp my serve and develop top spin. He customized each lesson so both days were fresh while reinforcing the previous lesson.
Beautiful. Staff is wonderful. Very relaxing !!
Quiet, beautiful view of snow covered mountains

An amazing hotel with incredible staff
A place for a family to enjoy the resorts and to relax at the same time with luxury amenities.
Absolutely wonderful place! The temperature is a lovely 72 degrees F. And so quiet and relaxing this time of year. The villas are so spacious and already enjoyed a cup of tea in the full-sized kitchen.
A bit pricey but overall good.
Love this place. Great for young families!!
Great service and food. Love this place!
A beautiful resort at a very competitive price.
Brooklyn's Music A.
Very clean and well run place
This place is beautiful!
I attended a special event and was shocked at the prices of drinks. $20.00 for a glass of wine and $8.00 for a 8oz glass of Diet Coke. The food lacked flavor, I was extremely disappointed
We have been visiting this hotel for years. Beautiful landscape, clean pools, clean rooms, professional courteous kind staff. Very relaxing. Great please to unwind and have a good family time.
I am waiting to order late lunch for 10 mimutus. Nobody show up to take order.
Excellent service. Golf course is in great shape and pace of play was good.

Playing bridge at a great venue.
A great place for the Palm Springs Regional Bridge Tournament, lovely grounds, friendly and helpful staff.
I'm staying at the hotel for a bridge tournament that is held here every December. I've come to it three or four years now. The hotel rooms are in a number of small buildings a arrayed along the golf course. Many of the rooms have golf course views, which are delightful. This year, I have a room with no View, but I'm still enjoying it very much. The room is large, with two queen beds, a large table with chairs which can serve as a desk, a sideboard / bar which has a coffee maker how to trade with ice bucket and glasses, a dresser with a large screen flat TV. The bathroom has a double sink and a separate room with toilet and tub / shower. Everything is up to date and tasteful. Throughout by several days stay , the staff has been very helpful. The convention facility where the bridge games are held is comfortable and conscientiously maintained by the staff.
My wife and I attended a company Christmas party at this location. I must say that for all of the hype of this being a high-end resort, their bar attached to our festivities was stocked with low-end 'well drink' spirits, wine and beers -- but charged as if these were top shelf beverages.
Beautiful venue, but what else is there to say about a Westin property. Went to a Jazz concert there! Awesome!! Valet was super nice. Had to tip him twice!
Everything you want from a Westin
I was disappointed in the cleanliness f the rooms at this property. There were items from previous stays under the TV stand, and the TV had a scratch in the screen. The service was poor, but the staff were accommodating. The room was extremely cold and the temperature could not be adjusted.
Worst vacation ever! Beware of Thief's...Make sure you lock up all the valuables in a safe all the time. Security has no cameras or any idea or solutions... Our nightmare started with Thanksgiving vacation with the family with 5 rooms in building 8. First day of arrival we check in and relaxed and gather together in one room and spent 2-3 hours (Between 4 - pm). Return back to our room and all the cash in my wallet gone! Wife's Cash and Bank Card in her wallet gone! My watch gone! My daughters watch gone! They even took our Toiletry Bag... First, the complex has no security gate or security to check you in order to enter the Hotel (Not like residence next complex). So, anybody off the street can walk in and no cameras on site. Entry doors to the Hotel room are old and did not close automatically, you have to pull/push to make sure it closes, and the balcony is cover with Hedges/Bush so perfect for anyone to walk right up to the glass door. Bottom line, the Hotel Security could not find out who came into our room while we were right next door for 2-3 hours if Theft was inside jobs or outside intruder. If you have plan to visit this Hotel, Make sure to lock you doors, store all your valuables in a safe all the time and be vigilant.
Course had lots of tree's down do 2 wind!
Very beautiful hotel with manicured lawns all around. Did not use the golf course. The restaurant was a bit pricey. Let to much to do around the hotel itself. Palm Springs is a great weather retreat. Just north of us California was experiencing heavy wildfires.
Awesome customer service even tolerated my cheer team. Rooms clean!
Excellent resort and spa and hotel
Large spotless suite with views of the golf course. A complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us to celebrate our 60th anniversary.
Classy, upscale, nice pool area. Try to get a villa overlooking golf course.
Mission Hills golf course is fun to play and nice view.
Clean and nice location. Some of the staff could be be more friendly. The golf course had a nice layout, but greens were very slow. The do have nice practice facility and swimming pools, but restaurant was very limited.
Over priced. Happy hour only goes 3 to 5. Won't be in a hurry to go back. Also, very boring..
One of the best resorts I have been to. Nice and quiet place. Enjoyed my stay. Also not too far from downtown.
The weather is so nice during November month. We stayed on the villas side and it is a walking distance to the resort. It is a beautiful resort and hard to believe the grass (golf course) is so green and there are so many pools in middle of the desert. The golf course is amazing, there are few restaurants between the resort and villa side. It is not too far from Rancho Mirage and there are tons of restaurants between Palm Desert and Palm Springs. If you like outdoor, Palm Springs tramway will take you to 8500ft elevation and there are many hiking trails up there. Joshua Tree NP is a driving distance and it is a good place for hiking, check out Joshua Tree and many places for rock climbing. It is a good winter getting away place.
Some staff are unfriendly but the rooms and resort are beautiful
We have our annual employmee banquet here every year. It's always a perfect evening. The food and service is impeccable.
Beautiful resort. Staff was great.
Stayed several times. You can get really great 2-3 night deal if you considering to get a timeshare. Beautiful grounds and golf course.
One of the best hotels we stayed in palms springs. More than one pool, spacious rooms and quiet environment.
Beautiful place in the desert great rooms ans beautiful golf. Great
Beautiful resort with full amenities. Family fun, adult fun and kids areas.
Frank The T.
Beautiful resort and had a great time.
Thank you for leaving those M&Ms out in the middle of the night
Stephen F. M.
They added a $40 per day resort fee which I was unaware of until check out. As far as I'm concerned this was a hidden charge which made the room $40 more expensive per night than the quoted rate. I have been traveling for business for fifty years and this was a new experience.
Nice place to be. Would definitely come back with my family.
Place is ok however is dated and needs lots of money to renovate it, old wood furniture from the 80's al worn out. My room has black mold out of the a/c grille, it seems that they only take money out of this place, hospitality in general could be better, more genuine and caring .
A very relaxing resort.
what resort should be
Alway a great go to place. In the middle of Rancho Mirage..great location. I always see some locals here..I guess the secret is out!
Had one of the most charming nights of my life with my wife...and it all started at the Westin Rancho Mirage...oh and the valet and parking was beyond first rate!!!!
Very clean, very large resort.
Comfy beds and great service at every spot you go at the whole resort. Not one full moment at this AA convention. Amazing atmosphere and fun pool area with volley ball and pingpong tables.
Amazing resort and nice ppl. Pretty tough to get service and food in your room.
Lovely resort hotel with a very romantic feel nestled in the desert with beautiful mountain views! Staff seem to enjoy helping and making your stay extra special!
Room has no trash bags in trash cans and food on floor!
The course in great condition and the summer deals were great if u can deal with the summer heat.
Very nice. Even though I'm on my Harley and dressed for riding, the staff has treated me well. Clean spacious rooms with a balcony or patio. Good views all around.
Thoroughly enjoyable! They have activities for all ages!
Very enjoyable experience!
Beautiful rooms, relaxing ambience, gorgeous pools! Highly reccomend for an awesome vacation
Lovely grounds and friendly staff. This is an older facility, but is well maintained and clean.
(Translated by Google) The appearance is beautiful, but the equipment is aged and it is quite disappointing. Don't believe the photos on the homepage. In particular, the room was old, and it seemed that it was not used much, so the furniture was dusty. The bathroom is also made a while ago. What does it mean to be a Westin and motel level inside? By the way, even if you check in, the staff will not carry your luggage and you will have to carry your suitcase to the room on your own. This is a motel. The room on the second floor will be even harder. It's too hard to take a suitcase upstairs to the second floor. Of course, you can carry your suitcase at checkout. The restaurant is also old, and the pond in front of the restaurant was clear and beautiful when visited a few years ago, but it is now black. It simply means that it is not cared for. The lobby is too lively and lonely. Staff are sparse. I think Westin is not motivated for this hotel. It was a hotel where I stayed and became sad. I challenge you to try and find their spa menu ANYWHERE... I challenge you to call the spa and have them answer DURING business hours... I challenge you to try and get decent customer service here. I can easily see why the ratings for this place are rancid. Marriott, everywhere, has become a total disaster.
Service was amazing and clean rooms but food was okay
We loved here , very clean, big and lots of activities for the whole family .
It has changed in quality and service since taken over by Marriott. Not very customer service oriented. I seited over to Desrt princess this last week for a visit.
Great resort. Gets busy on the weekend. Especially Friday and Saturday.
Place looks awesome at night....the entrance is beautifully lit ..

We loved staying at The Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa, the property was spacious and beautiful! Erin at the front desk made us feel at home while away from home. She even surprised us the following day after asking if the still had the "sangria night". Unfortunately, they were not offering that during this summer but she went out of her way to send us 2 complimentary margaritas. We spent most of our time at Las Hadas adult pool. Abraham at the bar made us a couple of delicious drinks, one of his special drinks (which was not on the menu) was the Spicy Mango Margarita with Tajin on the rim & perfect splash of lime! Definitely a must try! Overall, our stay was memorable and we cannot wait to book our stay again.
We just got back from our weekend getaway at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa. I cannot say enough how fantastic our experience was at this hotel. The service was impeccable. Shout out to David and Abram at the Adult Pool who made our cabana experience so incredibly wonderful and provided phenomenal service. Thank you to Jose, Jose Luis, Maria, and Enrique in the Pinzimini restaurant and the fabulous bartender who's name I unfortunately didn't catch that made me an amazing cocktail. Thank you to Mike at the clubhouse and Erin at the front desk. The amenities at this resort are fantastic: shuttles around the resort, shuttle to the casino and back, golf club storage at the club house, excellent driving range with balls set out in neat stacked pyramids, fantastic pools and lounge areas. We even were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh berries and chocolate sauce as a way to thank us for our Gold Elite member status and to honor the celebration of our 11 year wedding anniversary. We will be back again!
I highly recommend this place for your upcoming trip or vacation, the grounds and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating
Spent my birthday there in June. Property well kept and clean. Enjoyed every pool on property.
My 81 year old mother was fraudulently sold a timeshare at the Westin Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage CA in May of 2019. She was coerced, pressured and bullied for almost 4 hours until she finally signed the papers even though she didn't really fully understand the transaction that was taking place. She is very ill and heavily medicated and they sold her a timeshare that she cannot use until she is 83 years old. We reached out to the Westin/Vistana and they are unwilling to help make this situation right. It is unethical and I consider it Elder Abuse and am filing appropriate complaints. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful! Great services and food.
Nice place will be back
Hot but great place to beat the heat
Very nice only I just help pave the main Street in front of the facility
spa store-EXCELLENT. MY Massage-BEYOND EXCLLENT. love their chairs in the reading room. i'd like to live there :)
Love the Lakes good fishing in The Lakes as far as golfing can't afford to golf

This place used to be really great. Customer service has really gone down hill here. Our prices for our Maintenence keeps going up but they took away the ovens, the roll away beds, the pool is murky. Towels are old and thin. Gym not clean. No servers though out the day for food. Ice machine broken in room. Events like s’mores suppose to happen and it just didn’t. Hotel and villas not even know what’s going on. So disappointed.
Nice place, friendly staff
My favorite resort in rancho mirage. Great for family has it all.
Great place to stay. Clean and not cheap or expensive. Just typical for a resort.
Great experience. Very clean. Pools are nice.
You will enjoy you’re stay here and enjoy you’re golf round! Don’t forget the amazing spa!!!
Great deal included green fees, cart, club rental, 6 golf balls. Temperature was in upper 90's when I teed off around 6:00 pm.
amazing place to stay and honestly you don't even have to leave the grounds to have a relaxing get away
Celebrating my hubby birthday. I love ten Weston hills resort
The hotel was comfortable inside. The view and bar locations are always fun. They have excellent service and great pools. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The ponds and waterfalls are nice around the golf courses. The service is the best part
Very nice resort
I've been here about 4 times in a little over a year. I love the attentive staff at the pools. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. The restaurants all have great food.
Great weekend getaway
Great family get away. I taught my granddaughter how to ride a bike here.
Beautiful golf course!
Golf course is in great shape
I would give this place a higher review....however, I am just disappointed I left behind my expensive prescription glasses on the table next to the bed in their case. Then when I called a couple of hours after checking out they were gone. The only person that could have taken them were the cleaning people. Otherwise, our stay was good.
As a titanium platinum member I was shocked when I called in anticipation of an upcoming trip and their OPERATIONS LINE, which should be used to fielding questions was annoyed answering MY FIRST QUESTION. Cancelling the trip needless to say as if this is how the staff initially interacts with its potential guests then I want no part in being there. There are PLENTY of nice hotels in Palm Springs that have 5-star service. Did I mention she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME when I was ending the conversation and politely asked for her name.
The heavenly mattresses are AMAZING! ONE OF THE BEST NIGHTS OF REST I HAD IN MY LIFE! GREAT, friendly, helpful staff!
Beautiful property. The staff were most accommodating.
Golf course A+....so I played well....
Exceptional event space. From sales to banquet staff, our team was attended to at every step. These folks are definitely in the hospitality business. Only half star deduction would be on the lunch box menu... sandwiches were lackluster for such a high end feel. Maybe explore other sandwich options with chef.
Beautiful place and an amazing golf course but if you are going to have a nice place you better have nice customer service. The golf pro shop workers were extremely rude. The people who loaded our cart were being very disrespectful. Everyone who worked for the golf club couldn't be bothered to be helpful yet the people who were doing course maintenance and the woman who drove us to and from the parking lot were really nice. The restaurant workers were really nice as well and fun to talk to! If I acted like these golf club workers did to us I wouldn't have a job.
Quiet pool was very relaxing and close to our building 9. Great place for families or adult getaway. Rooms nicely appointed. Service excellent. Centrally located to great food. Sherman's is our go to.
Had a blast here, the employees are nice and friendly, customer service is on point
Spacious in and out!
Excellent facilities, restaurants ( somewhat pricey), pools, bars and golf course in the heart of Palm Sorings.
Good place and really so big..
this is a great place to go to and get away enjoy the pools and other things there is to do
Nice place. Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was there was some sort of Jewish convention going on, and each morning we were there at the pool, about 3 -4 Jewish men would come to the hot tub at different times, disrobe down to their underwear, wrap a towel around them, then take their underwear off. they would then sit down next to the hot tub, take their towel off and get in for about 30 seconds, completely nude. Then get out, get dressed and leave. It was like they were using it for a bath. Staff saw and didn't do anything about it.
BEAUTIFUL resort & facility, rooms could use some updating
Cool spot. Lots to do, and not too expensive.
4$ for soda in a bottle in a gift shop? Don't you make enough money with this place already?
Pool service was just OK , my server was great but the bar lady was so rude with a bad attitude, when I asked her a question about the menu I felt like I was bothering her. She gave my group HORRIBLE SERVICE. The grounds could be cleaner but they were nice. Overall was a nice resort, a good value for the money. I would had gave 5 stars easy but Just wish the pool people were a little better.
Right off the I-10 freeway. There restaurants and a Theater nearby...... Oh.....and now Krispy Kreme is not that far away from this resort!

Everything was Absolutely Awesome
Just visited a friends here but rooms were nice and modern.
Very much enjoyed my Spa day at The Westin. The Spa is so zen and tranquil. The staff is courteous, polite and professional. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're ever at the The Westin.
Spacious rooms nice property. Beds could use an upgrade. Too soft
We only stayed for one night and it was lovely - the pools, grounds and rooms were all to a high standard and very clean. We also loved hopping on and off the golf buggies! Unfortunately, we had an issue with the restaurant double charging us for dinner on the room and also by taking cash. Luckily, the excellent concierge, Patrick helped us by getting security involved and it was resolved within 40 mins! A huge thanks to Patrick!!
Best Place to stay we Love it.
Perfect place to recover from 5 days camping in Coachella. Beautiful golf course good facilities and friendly staff
Great resort. Several options for pools (adult, family, quiet etc.) Lots of amenities. Several different dining options. Two separate workout facilities and more. We didn't play golf but everything else was top-notch.
Excellent golf resort
Beautiful resort with excellent meeting and event rooms! The rooms are spacious with cozy balconies and every employee I interacted with was fantastic.
Love this place. Been coming here 10 yrs
Beautiful rooms, excellent service at every turn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful resort with Italian food on site and 3 swimming pools with water slide.

WONDERFUL Property for All occasions, even a " Staycation ." Came for the Veterans University sponsored by Rep. Dr. Raul Ruiz and it was well organized as well as attended to , very first class event at this fine venue.

Nice place, very clean, love the Shuttles
Do I need to say anything look at this picture. The course was perfectly manicured. I can’t imagine how they could improve. The green were true. The fairways were fair. And the sand traps were sugar sand and easily chipped out. Best round I have had.

Love this hotel. Been coming here for years. Rooms are nice. Grounds are well kept. Great place to bring the family. Lots of activities for the kids on weekends at the kids club. Pinzmini has great food. The course is really nice to play. The Gary Player course across the street is challenging. Never had a bad stay here
Love the extra large Villas. Having a full kitchen is an extra plus!
Had a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly Robin Especially, her warm welcoming really made us feel at home.
It's okay. Woefully understaffed though. The restaurants close very early for a resort and there's nothing within walking distance. I guess if you were there just to play golf the resort is convenient. But the location is not ideal if you are visiting Palm Springs. Pet friendly though. Continental breakfast had a good selection and omelette station.
I would stay away from this hotel unless you want to deal with them regarding 'surprise' billing issues many days after your stay. We had $100 credit with our reservation and were told (by several different reps on different dates) that it can be applied to their service fees. Also, upon check-out, I was assured I had no outstanding balance, and even had a printed receipt showing we had no balance. However, two days after checking out, I see several charges on my credit card totaling more than $100. The reps on the phone said that the credit could not be applied to service fees. Also, the rep also mentioned she had no way to modify billing as I had already checked out (but, conveniently for Westin, Westin can readily charge my card after I checkout). I find these answers very unconvincing. Going through this ordeal is inconvenient, to say at least.
This resort course is fun and very well maintained. They will pick up you and your clubs from the parking lot. The pro shop has great merchandise selection. Another quality troon managed course.
Kind of a let down considering what you pay to stay here. The property was massive but the rooms and premises definitely need to be updated. There was popcorn ceilings in the rooms and the ponds weren't even full of water. The paint around the pools were peeling off too. Wouldn't stay here again unless they renovated.
Phone service sucks here for any brand other than Verizon and AT&T
Wonderful Resort! One if my favorite in the desert!

Outside services people are so friendly and down to help people. Very hard working!!
Beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend.
Excellent! Everyone very courteous and family friendly! FOOD WAS. Excellent!!!!????
Our stay was awful. We arrived late at night and we were hungry, this hotel didn’t have room service food so we went to sleep hungry. Also the service is terrible. The employees don’t know anything about the hotel. The hotel has no system. We were in a horrible room away from the lobby so we asked to move, the employees told us that they would move our baggage’s. Late at night we come to our room and our luggage is no where to be seen! After this inconvenience we were promised to get a deep cleaning. We come back to our room the next day and nothing! The employees are rude. We wanted to rent bikes so we went by the pool. The employee there kept rolling their eyes at us. Finally we got our bikes and they forgot to tell us that they costed money. We explained that they need to let us know how much we would be spending and they didn’t care one bit. Finally the employees lack of common sense. When we arrived in our new room we checked our messages and we had a message saying that our new room was ready! How were we supposed to get that message if we weren’t even checked into the room?! My family and I were very disappointed and we won’t be coming back.
Elegant resort property contains beautiful function rooms
Typical high end golf resort in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. Classy place - huge pool, beautiful golf course, great service. Restaurants were good but expensive, nice bar. Tennis courts were good but need to be resurfaced. The rooms were huge with nice balconies overlooking the course.
GREAT property! Wonderful location, very pretty, very nice rooms! The fitness facility is TOP NOTCH! One of the best I have ever had the pleasure of using! There is nothing within walking distance form the hotel, but the property has good dining and a small convince shop. I will stay here again.
Had a couple of really nice holes Fairways and greens in good shape off Fairway you're hitting your ball off of dirt didn't want to hit my new clubs on concrete dirt if you're paying good money you want to hit off of grass.
Pool service was not the greatest. Some of the attendants were doing their jobs while others stood around on cell phones, talking, etc and it was very unfair to me. Although Sierra was very helpful and made my kids and myself very happy and at home. She was really making a difference at the pool. Food was okay slow service. Room was nice. Pool area should really get overseen better.
This could be a much better resort. The grounds are very beautiful and the main facilities such as the gym and pool areas are well kept. What will disappoint you is the rooms, housekeeping or lack of it and also level of cleanliness. I had my neighbors dirty room service dishes sitting outside my door all day and night. This is not an inexpensive resort so you don't expect a Motel 6 experience. I stay in hotels every month and personally like Westin properties but not feeling this place. Room for improvement.
We, me and my family, planned to come to Westin to have a relaxing weekend after having a tough week. Since we saw the resort is not cheap, we were a bit hesitant. However, we trusted that the reviews and star ratings were accurate, so we went for it. What a terrible mistake! Out first impression was wow because the resort is big and nicely decorated from the outside. After driving for many hours, we were looking forward to taking a hot shower and resting in our room. That’s the beginning of a very disappointing and frustrating weekend. First, the room was not entirely what we expected. One of our deciding factors for which room to book was the fact that netflix was included on some of the rooms. Well, ours did not have it even though the description of the room we choose said it was part of it. We let that one slide. At this point, it was late at night and we were hungry, so we ordered dinner via room service. While waiting for the food, we wanted to freshen up for bed and take a hot shower. To our surprise, there’s no hot water. A four star hotel with a room without hot water? Really? We called the front desk about it and they sent someone to look into it. We were informed by their maintenance guy that he knew that there was already an issue with the pump and that he will make a phone call to have us moved and have our breakfast comped for the inconvenience. After being informed that we were being moved, we started packing our stuff again and contacted room service that we are being moved and to deliver our dinner to the new room. Next thing we know, front desk calls us again to inform us someone is coming to fix the issue. At this point, we’re already annoyed and frustrated with all the misinformation, broken promises, and constantly changing information. Next things we know, our dinner came which we were looking forward to eating only to realize that everything was cold. Understand that this dinner cost almost $200, I expected it to at least be warm. Hungry and frustrated, we ate cause we are starving at this point. During dinner, 2 other maintenance guys came to tell us they fixed the issue. At this point, it was already past 10pm and our son was exhausted from our trip and all the inconvenience they’ve put us through that he did not get to take the “hot” shower he is used to before going to bed. Next morning, we ordered breakfast for 3 (pancakes and frittata with toast). The food came (again cold) with a set up for only 2 people, the pancakes without the maple, the frittata without the toast, and a bill for us to sign. This after being promised a comped breakfast because of the inconvenience the night before. We contacted room service again to ask for what was missing and about the charges. At this point, we asked to speak with the manager because we’ve just had it with the broken promises. We spoke with Abdul, GM of the food/room services. He apologized and “supposedly” comped the breakfast. I say “supposedly” because the charges are still pending on our account. I am unable to see the final charges they have made. After speaking with Abdul, we received another call from Araceli (she said she is the GM of the resort). I told her about our experience thus far. She apologized and asked what we wanted. I told her that this was our first time at their resort and that we have no idea what options we have. I told her that all we wanted was to have a relaxing weekend. Frustrated, I gave the phone to my husband and he just told her to do whatever it is she thinks can make up for the horrible experience we’ve had so far. I have more to say but it does not fit here. So I will end it with this, the entire experience has been one bad thing after another. I don’t think we were asking for much other than keeping their promises and decent service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will not go back to this place again.
Nice course, not too difficult but not too easy. Customer service was excellent, especially the golf cart shuttle driver. Nice practice range with free balls. Only downside was the constant beat from the pool that could be heard from every hole.
Westin - not off to a good start. Last night after check in, at the Italian restaurant we were standing there waiting to put in a to go order but I thought we were invisible. We were ignored for several minutes. At the coffee shop this morning, after waiting for smoothies for 25 minutes I decided to cancel them. I never witnessed such incompetence. There is an electronic record of the time i was rung up to the time of the credit as verification. Then, housekeeping completely neglected to vacuum. I'm not picky, but that is basoc, fundamental housekeeping.
We have really enjoyed our stays here. Beautiful grounds and excellent staff. As someone staying connected for work, the wifi is "fine" but hard to rely on.
Very comfortable place to stay with a good atmosphere. Beds were much better than most hotels I've stayed at. Amenities were great as well.
Great facilities and staff. Looking forward to coming back some day.
Came for an event,,,,no parking,,, zero parking,,,no directions......

Even has Tesla charging stations
OLD BUT CLEAN - signs on the property to navigate between buildings are not great. Pictures are room 1120.
Only a short night. But needs to try again.
Love this place looking forward to next summer.
Great place. Peaceful. Gorgeous. Mountain views. You need this.
Classic Pete Dye setup. Stayed and played here, would totally do it again!
What a terrible experience and start to a short vacation. I’ve stayed at many hotels and resorts in many places throughout the country. Amanda is the front desk employee at the Spa. She has to be the most rude person I’ve ever met in a hotel, resort or motel. She argues about everything, cuts you off and hangs up the phone purposely. You can’t wven get a word in. There is some serious coaching that needs to be done because right now she is a direct reflection of the type of place this is. Which is very bad
Nice resort and golf club
We stayed at the villas - they were good. Nice and clean. A bit dated. Easy access to pool from our building. Slim pickings on the kitchen/housewares. I took a star away because of the cheep skate daily parking fee. We’re there on vacation - they are in the middle of the desert - we all need cars. That was just tacky to charge $15 a day. The grounds and pools were all very nice though. Restaurants were both just average at best and we ate off resort or prepared something in the villas. Played the Pete dye course a couple times. Was really nice but not a desert course and also not one of Pete dye’s more challenging tracks - definitely a resort course just a really nice one.
Beautiful resort. Excellent staff and amenities.
Absolutely amazing place. Great staff.
In good place lots to do. People are friendly
After a long while we had a chance to take two days vacation and decided to spend it at this hotel. Paid close to $600 for two nights plus $15 a night for parking. When we were making the reservation we asked for upper floor room overlooking the golf course but we got the opposite. The room was on the first floor, and the concierge told us that they had more prominent gust attending and they got the first choice. I was insulted right there to be considered a lesser guest and not have my request honored. I guess they promise you anything before you get there! In spite of paying for a parking space we did not get any decent spot close to our room, they were all occupied and for our entire stay we never got to park anywhere near our room. It took 10-12 minutes for the hot water to reach the pipes in our room, at first we thought there is no hot water to take a hot shower when the outside weather was 52 degrees at night. Early in the morning, around 6:00 am we were awakened by a whoosh of water running through the walls. It took us a minute to realize it was the upstairs neighbor flushing the toilet, then she decided to take a shower and the water noise was so loud we could not possibly go back to sleep. Then she started walking back and forth in her high hills. That was our Saturday morning. Later in the day we came back to the room around 4:00 pm and there was no made service, bed was not done, room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied, towels were not changed ... The second night was not any better since our neighbor's ceremony continued. I could not wait to leave the place and not go back never ever again.
Beautiful place clean and great setting
Great pizza.....authentic Italian....wonderful wait staff that treated us like family
Very pleasant resort and I particularly like their small display of animals (rabbits, turtles, fish and herons/ducks/swans) along with the mini waterfalls.
Get easy lost u better set ur navigation on satellite
Great place friendly well knolageable staff great rooms
Unimpressed by this resort. The grounds weren’t clean and rooms were worn out and dated. The layout of the resort was confusing and inconvenient.
Huge beautiful property. Definitely my favorite place in/near Palm Springs. Close to the freeway. Courteous staff. Really have no complaints with this hotel. I would definitely reccomend and definitely will be back
Great service and relaxation value for a day pass. Chicken nachos and a coconut cooler enhanced my experience!
Great service but robin and Sam. Great property
Superb king size bed. Like sleeping in an Angela's arms. Excellent front desk attention.
Incredible resort with water features every where. Great service and large spacious rooms. Worth every penny!
I would give 4.5 stars, great place for desert golf!
I had my graduation there nice employee s clean nice place
I’d like to preempt this review with pointing out the fact that I did not stay in the resort and this review is only in regards to the golf course and facilities. The golf course itself was absolutely amazing. The layout and the conditions of the dye course were spectacular, my friend and I commented many times that it was a steal to be able to play the course for the cost that we did. We as well as many other individuals picked up a certificate on underpar, 2 rounds $79. It’s coming to the tail end of their season but the conditions were still impeccable. Kudos to the golf course maintenance team. There are two reasons that kept my review from being five stars. The first is the amenities at the course. I was very surprised to see that they did not have any sort of a snack bar or restaurant area directly connected to the pro shop where you could grab some pre-or during round refreshments. Definitely would have been more than happy to shell out 100 bucks between the two of us on a couple of drinks and snacks during the round but it was a little too inconvenient to get them. The second thing that knocks it down to four stars was how annoyed all of the guys in the pro shop seem to be with the customers using the under par certificates. When I called to make a tee time you could tell the guy on the phone was annoyed probably because they were swamped with requests and then during check-in It was also very obvious that the individuals in the pro shop were annoyed as well. All in all we did have a great time and I certainly recommend playing the golf course. But luckily for the rest of the staff which would have gotten a two star review I’m giving a four star review simply because of how great the course and it’s conditions were. Should have taken a few more pics the ones I posted are all I have.
Very nice resort. Has amenities and places to congregate also.
Awesome as always
Play this course every year on our desert vacation. Always in great shape. Get there early for parking lot pick up and practice on range, chipping area and putting green.
Fireside lounge was a great place to relax and just hangout. The resort has quite a few things to keep one busy, if you want to. The staff are attentive.
Decent rooms. On site restaurant was top notch.

It was clean but very difficult to find your way around

Great tournament every year
Love this place
Great facilities and awesome place to stay. The villas are the most spacious and comes with dishwashe4, fridge, microwave, stove, and oven. If you wanna cook and stay in it's pretty much got everything . Knocked off star for problem with arcade room problem (can't refill game card) and no"free" business center.
Beautiful grounds and Nick at check in has the spirit to serve!
Resort is beautiful.
I'm not a golfer, but when a business meeting went way too long and I didn't want to drive back to San Bernardino (Truth: my wife was with me and she wanted to shop in Palm Springs), we checked into the Westin Mission Hills. This place blew us away, both in the restaurant and (especially) the comfortable bed and pillows. HIGHLY recommended.
We stayed at Mission Hills resort for our winter break and couldn't be happier. The resort is in immaculate shape, and the staff is so friendly and helpful anywhere we went -- at the restaurants, golf course, and driving range. We will be coming back!! Thank you for such a nice stay.
Totally disappointed. Made reservation 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed room with king bed. Got a room with two queens. This was a special birthday weekend that turned terrible. Housekeeping was bad. Hotel management did little to make this a memorial experience. I think this will be my last trip to the Westin.

Had a nice stay. Spacious rooms and friendly staff.
It was a worth experience
Wonderful place to relax at, great restuarant and nice bars. Lots of pools, for adults only too
It's old and moldy but the grounds are beautiful
10 days here ... awesome mountain views and great for golfers. Free driving range for guests, $25 daily golf clinics, discounted green fees for owners, shuttles from room to either golf course.
Nice resort. Friendly staff.
Beautiful resort! Prices are reasonable
We have been coming here for seven years in a row, and each experience has been fantastic! The mission hills resort has exceeded expectations when it comes to service and hospitality. Although there have been issues with rooms every once in a while, they make sure to accommodate and fix concerns quickly
food for the event was below-average
Great hot air balloons
Love this place enjoyed the comfortable beds and pleasant staff.
It’s good but... This property could be amazing. It needs a little attention.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! Resort .....unbelievable and gorgeous place! It's a "Wonder" for sure...
(Translated by Google) Everything was spotless, the breakfast, the accomodation, the pool was even chilled (one of many) but it is too hot in the summer. (Original) Es war alles tip top, das Frühstück, die Unterkunft, der Pool war sogar gekühlt (einer von vielen) aber es ist zu heiß im Sommer.

We had a traditional room so the lowest room. It was nice but the bath was a bit old. The bath's faucet leaked. And looked like it had a ring around the bath tub but it turned out it was a bad paint job.
Very beautiful Westin in sunny Palm Springs. Will definitely stay here as a guest in the future!
I would have given it 5 stars but any place that charges a resort fee and parking for non owners will never get a 5 star rating from me. ????
Great experience for all ages
Wow. Stunning views. A bunch of amenities if you have the cash. Quiet area for when you need to get away
The Westin Mission Hills was a bit unsettling at first, but after making myself at home it was quite the experience. The Food and service was great. I had an enjoyable evening.
It was beautiful!
Confirmed reservation not complete. Not provided room. Very poor maid service too. Conference should not return here.
This place is outdated, needs to freshen up. Comfortable beds and the rooms are clean and spacious. No elevator to get to the second floor.
Wonderful amenities, pools, and views.

Had a great time, the grounds are phenomenal, well kept crisp and clean. Don't be surprised by all the wild life, ducks, I think I saw a swan. Exhibits with two massive live rabbits, and indoor wildlife exhibit with live lizards turtles and frogs. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The bathrooms and shower were also done very well, clean and well kept. I know to most it's not a big deal but to avid travelers the shower head felt like warm rain falling on you in the tropics. Some places have a really high or low water pressure and it makes a difference. Some things can be spaced out so be prepared to walk, but it is peaceful and enjoyable and the hope is that is what you came for and probably what you need. The staff is beyond kind and attentive to your needs, I don't know if that is just a desert culture or a part of good training and a taken care of staff. Either way I had a wonderful time.

It was a nice place and provided much comfort and class

It's time to renovate! Got to my room it was uncleaned from prior guest, staff apologized and adjusted quickly.
Had dinner and the food was good. Our server was really nice and helpful
Staff was very friendly and professional.
The entrance, grounds, and layout are great, although it can be hard to ever find your room. However the rooms are very ordinary. A bit run down. Attention to detail lacking. And they feel more like a Motel 6 than a Westin, with design elements and such ignored, cheap furniture, and wasted space.
BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE!!!!!! This place is absolutely wonderful and the rooms are fantastic. Very clean and MODERN! The wonderful customer service just tops it off. This place is 100% worth a visit. Thank you!!!!
Stayed here on a trip with some colleagues. The grounds are beautiful, spacious rooms and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the rooms are starting to show a little wear and there were no microwaves in the rooms which would've been nice. Overall would stay here again.
Wonderful location and spectacular facility. It's all a little dated. Small things limited enthusiasm. Requested in room breakfast using an overnight hangtag and it wasn't even picked up. But lots of activities and spectacular backdrop
Had a business meeting at Pinzimini. The food was great, the service was attentive. Would definitely come back.
Westin in Rancho Mirage is upscale and lovely. It's one of our favorite places. All SPG properties have great linens and towels. Wonderful staff.
A little disappointing for the price. The rooms were clean and nice, but the grounds felt kind of hokey. We ate at the italian restaurant, which was really good until we got to the main course, which was AWFUL. A hotel this nice should have a decent restaurant, as well as a lower cost option (there was none).

Loved this resort. Our family of 4 with two teenagers booked the doble queen traditional room last minute on our 4 day trip to Palm Springs. We arrived late from Los Angeles and were greeted warmly by Alphie. All my dealings with him were outstanding!! Our whole stay was very pleasant especially the pools. Our daughter really enjoyed talking the puppy for a walk and watching the hares and tortoises being fed. They also have a games area with a pool table, foosball and small shuffleboard. The Westin resort is about 15 min from the Palm Springs airport in Rancho Mirage and about 5 mins from easy access to the freeway and many stores (Costco, Walmart, Home Depot etc.) and restaurants. Weekends were a lot busier with a DJ at the main pool but the weekdays were a lot quieter. I would highly recommend this resort for a family get away.
Check it was very quick and there was someone at valet that drove me to my car (since the lot is very large) and then he drove me to my room. He asked if I wanted to repark and he'd be happy to drive me back to my car so I can repark. Very nice staff and the place was really nice looking and the rooms are large. Only thing I didn't like at first was how confusing it was to find the lobby.
Wonderful facility! Pete Dye course is super challenging.
The first time that I stayed in here, and I love it, the room was big and super clean, the food was delicious (kids loved their pizza and nachos), we went in two of their swimming pools and they were clean, not at lot of people on them, kids had fun in there and also in the mini golf...Customer service was excellent, the environment was so peaceful... I definitely recommend this hotel..
So beautiful, we're already saving up to return! Our villa had everything we needed, and great views over the golf course. Staff were so welcoming, smiley, and willing to assist. Unfortunately my husband injured his back on our first day in Palm Springs, so we were unable to play golf or tennis, but we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and watching beautiful sunsets on the balcony. We were travelling with our toddler, and he made himself quite at home in the villa, the pool, and the playground, so we would definitely recommend this resort for families. We'll be back!
Fantastic hotel and staff. Amenities are excellent..food fantastic!!
Great hotel. Employees were very attentive and enthusiastic. The resort fee comes with some perks. One of the perks is that it comes with two free drinks at the bar. Beds were very comfortable and the size of the room was good.
Went here for a professional meeting. Wasn't there long enough to evaluate the facilities, but got directions from one of the staff who was pretty helpful and seemed nice.
Free parking, nice location, here for a conference. Not sure why they water grass at 4 PM when it's 92 degrees however.
Awesome place and staff
Really nice resort. It's pretty large and spread out, so they give you rides in their golf carts to your buildings. They will also pick you up from your building, but there can sometimes be miscommunications about the pickup location, so make sure you know where they're gonna pick you up! Nice staff, restaurants are overly expensive though and the food takes way too long to come out (took 1 hour for our breakfast to get to our table after ordering and there were barely any customers in the restaurant).
Was here for a conference, didnt stay here. The conference facilities are very nice. The lunchon food was good also. The buildings were kept at a temperature that was uncomfortably cold. It was 90 degrees outside & had to get a sweater for inside. Would have given 5 stars, but there were no chairs or places to sit in the common areas. There were guys is suits sitting on the floor. Add some conversation seating & up the temp. then 5 stars.
Extremely dated, dark and rather creepy room, no mini bar, only decaf coffee in room, screen missing on patio door, bulbs in bathroom flicker - waiting for Anthony Perkins to jump out, not much for the money. Sad for a Westin.
Great leisure destination and the golf is good. Staff are the pinnacle of service
A little dated but still pretty good.
Attended a conference here. Beautiful location.
Nice, but slightly dated. Also, you pay resort prices. For example, $16 for a hot dog. The staff is wonderful.

Great job we love this place
The hotel is fine. It has beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, and very nice employees. However, there are a few things that haven't been great. 1) We paid for a resort view, and our view is a sidewalk and a Bush (definitely not what was advertised). 2) The coffee maker was dirty and had leftover coffee grounds in it. 3) There is no microwave in the room and they want to charge $10 a day for one. I have a special diet and thus pack my own food (I hate to trouble people by asking for anything special) even when I explained this, they wanted to charge for the microwave. Overall it is a nice hotel on beautiful grounds! But for the advertisement of a resort and the price I would expect perhaps a bit more.
I just attended a golf tournament here. The landscaping is beautiful, the service was very good. The bedding were very comfortable, the hotel facilities however are old and need some improvement. Iy was my first time I'm the area and I can't speak about the room pricing (I didn't book nor did research the area to compare), but food and drinks were a bit expensive. Suggest you visit Palm Dessert and take a trip to the mountains nearby. The view is gorgeous from up there.
Westin Willows is much better, this one is outdated.
Fast wifi, spacious standard rooms although a microwave would've been nice to complement the mini fridge, working A/C everywhere!
Great Westin in Palm Springs area
Beautiful place. Very attentive staff. The place is huge
Friendly and kind staff...great amenities.
Attended for an AA convention with my gramps. Amazing service, food, and treatment.
We stayed for 5 days in the villas. Awesome property! Activities for all ages, multiple pools, villa had everything we needed, even a washer dryer which was great with kids. Spacious & great for families, full size kitchen & affordable. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was although I am a reward member and booked few months out, we were given a handicap room which made it a little challenging for a family to share the bathroom with no door or enclosure around the toilet. Ha! Next time I will know to note no handicap room online when booking.
This is NOT a 4 star hotel! Ugly, uncomfortable rooms, poor service ex: I called for an extension cord 2 days ago and have still not received it. The bed is not made correctly, towels are skimpy, staff do not appear happy to see you or want to be helpful. Shower is gross. Rooms are dark and dreary. Plugs not located in accessible places. No beauty swag. The layout of the "resort" is awful - can't get from our room to the conference center without either going thru the loading dock or walk around the resort. The food is like what you find at a rest stop or airport. Concierge not helpful. Awful experience...can't wait to leave (enjoying the conference I as m attending so that is not the issue).
lack of sign information
My husband recieved a ticket for a 2 for 1 . He called to arrange a tee time. He was put on hold then dropped. He went through this 3 times. Beautiful golf course but PR is terrible. We will not be recommending them to our friends and visitors in the future.
Great experience. Slow time of the year due to the hot weather. Courses we played were in great shape.
Location of the resort was conveniently close to other shopping areas. The rooms weren't as updated as I thought, but nice and clean nonetheless. Front desk and house keeping were so nice and helpful. Concierge was a little distracted and not as informative But would definitely stay again if we were in town.

Stay for a few days to enjoy the full layout. Poolside drinks, music and fun. Relaxing SUPERKING beds, a.c. that works, charts to take you EVERYPLACE, nice linen, t.v. room service.....I would finish my review ....but, I'm going back....right now....
Luxury at it's finest!

At first i was upset because they turned down my application right after i called for a follow up left a voicemail and never heard from them even though i have way more than plenty of experience then i realized im over qualified!! And they dont want to pay more so thank you guys now i feel awesome and i should apply for positions more my level ????
We stayed here for Labor Day weekend. We bought the luau but the food wasn't all that great. The chicken and pork tasted like old animals. However, the hula show was a lot of fun and entertaining! I recommend the show! The rooms were very clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, my favorite being the eggs Benedict. I bought a drink at poolside but the girl used black (rotten) mint in my drink. I felt this was unacceptable considering my drink was $14 plus my tip. A Cabana rental was a whopping $400 a day!!! We did enjoy talented live music and dancing on Saturday night. I do recommend this resort because of the staff being so friendly and helpful and the rooms and the grounds being so clean and pretty with the waterfalls and ponds, fish, turtle and rabbits. If the food was tastier I would definitely give this Resort a 5 star.
The middle of the desert. Hot as hell. At least it's not Los Angeles, and that's the point. I'm here to escape the insane crush of traffic, the murder cops, and my neighbors, who are decent enough but can only live in the city by fitting twelve of them in a single apartment so that when I say hello to two of them in the morning, they just stare at me as they take a whiz on their own fence. The resort is fine. Mostly older golfers and their bored wives and kids hanging out at the pool. There staff is welcoming, but the help is kind of incompetent; I ask for the pet amenities that aren't the food bowls and that's all they bring. Also, somebody brings me a new room key I didn't ask for, getting me mixed up with another guest. The food is okay, very overpriced and underwhelming. Serving staff is mostly very outgoing and cool, but I travel with a service animal and sometimes you can tell they hate that, even if it's a docile creature that just lies there. I escaped LA. The place served it's purpose, at least.
Great spot for the family or just adults. Water slide is great!
I love this place to get away and not have to trek all the way to Vegas. Good for the kids and adults. Great atmosphere and activities.
Two championship golf courses. Both are very fun and wide open from the tee box. The pete dye will force you to shoot at the middle of the greens or you will pay. The Gary player greens are dead straight putts, good luck with that. One of my favorite places to play in the desert.
We stayed at the villas and all the amenities and service was excellent.
The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is nice but can get hot, after a while you won't notice it. The food is good but expensive.
I was an overnight guest at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa. I'd recommend staying here. The grounds are beautiful. It's a very large hotel; 40 acres. So there are gold cart shuttles that will take you around the hotel. We are at the Fireside Lounge. The food was good. I will say that the room was dated. It was fine, nothing bad, but the rooms could use some updating. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the downtown Palm Springs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
Nice place but no continental breakfast, I'd stay there again
(Translated by Google) Great room, very nice with also a large bathroom. The green environment is very nice, the pool large enough not to be bothered by his neighbor. We only stayed one night but had a great time.
I really enjoyed my stay here!
It was awesome very beautiful the people was nice to very friendly thanks Westin

This place is amazing. Everything is top notch. From the fully furnished rooms to the immaculate landscape. They thought of everything.
If I could give a zero, I would. Booked the room months ago, we were headed to Newport Beach, but wanted to break up the drive because we have 2 small kids (2 years, 5 months). I stressed on booking we have to have connecting rooms. The day of check-in, I worked with someone to get pre-checked in because we weren't arriving until super late. Again I stressed, we need connecting rooms. Checked in and was told, no connecting room...but the rooms were next to each other. Was I supposed to let my kids just roam the room and hope for the best? Was told they had no other rooms. Decided to just do the one room and cram in there with my oldest utilizing the pull out sofa. Got to the room, no crib as we requested ahead of time. We called down and asked for a crib and to have the pull out made up. Was told they would try to find a crib....try? A not so friendly person finally showed up set everything on the bed and just left. Didn't make anything up. Upon me setting up the crib/ pack and play, a huge stash of left over food (gold fish and crackers) came pouring out. So obviously they don't clean things after use. Probably the worst resort experience I have ever had! On top of all of this, the rooms are super dated. Popcorn ceilings and the bathroom doors look like they came out of the 70's. Tldr - They messed up our room request after asking them several times for connecting rooms. Dirty facilities and rude employees
Nice place for kids to play on the slide. Reasonable prices if you book with third party apps.
the view was amazing and everyone there is really nice. It was my first time here and even though it was hot the rooms had air conditioning and the pool is refreshing.
It was a family trip to celebrate my son 18 birthday. We enjoyed very much. The pool amazing, the staff very nice. I recommend this place. We will definitely come back.
This place is huge Lots to do. Great customer service. We loved the rooms. The kids loved the slides. We will be back for sure!

Nice, clean, fun resort. We love Westin’s...and this one doesn’t disappoint. The pool area and slide are great for kids. Employees are very nice. Underground parking is sparse. Grounds are lush and clean. Loved the place!
This resort is simply not what it should be. We've loved other Westin properties, and Mission Hills is severely out of character for the 'upscale' brand. We were given the wrong directions to our room by the front desk, the food at their restaurant on property arrived cold, we waited 35 minutes and had to make 3 calls in order to get a golf cart to take us back from a pool, they have a bad fire ant infestation that they aren't taking care of (avoid the golf courses- you may get stung a dozen times), the hot water barely works in the rooms, one of the glasses in our room was badly broken upon our arrival, and it is a feat to park on weekends. Staff doesn't monitor if people bring their small children to the adult-only pool, or if cars are parked in the fire lanes overnight. The staff is missing effective management and passion for the brand. Sadly sub-par.

Lovely accommodations. No hidden fees
Very nice things and Golf Course!
Great resort, afternoon breezes.
Beautiful resort. Friendly staff, dog friendly, excellent for children.
Really liked the hotel. Started here twice my only complaint is the ceiling is thin and you can here people walking above you in the rooms. Not enjoyable when you are trying to go to bed.

Nice sized rooms, multiple pools, and a few onsite restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
A little pricey for me but the pool is awesome there are live animals for the kids to see.and a adult bar for the adult.a five star restraunt..rooms are very nice.

Fun and family friendly
Good value for the money, but it does need a renovation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were very nice. Parking was generally easy to find. Ordered a piece of pie one night and the bill was $17. Lots of things to do close by and in Palm Springs. Bring lots of extra water if you're not used to desert living.
I absolutely love staying here every year! If you are looking to escape it all and relax for a few days this Is the spot!
Very nice resort with great amenities. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Our kids loved the pool with the waterslide and the game area. We will definitely be back!
Attended a dance competition. Appreciated the cold water provided in the dressing room and performance area. Cell phone service and wifi was terrible. Had a difficult time using cell

Overall good experience during my stay here. There were couple things I wasn't happy about. Like the key would only work on one door to quiet pool but not to the main entry one. So had to go around the fence to the other side to use the door that the key works on. Also, one day after room was cleaned we only had 1 bath towel to share. Had to call and request more towels. On weekends the main pool was too crowded.
Beautiful facilities, but alcohol in the pools every day make this not so kid friendly.
Place was beautiful, fun, and food was great. Just don't go during the summer. Too hot.
We had a great night at Mission Hills. The rooms are all good sized and the beds are nice. The pool is decent sized and the waterslide is a very nice touch for the kids. Highly recommended for anyone interested in staying in Palm Springs.
Found bugs in the room
Make sure you get your welcome package from concierge!!
Great place good and very clean just want to charge for everything
westin mission hills.... hotel ruined my vacation. The hotel cleaning service was really dirty. I've been waiting for over an hour to change the room. I seemed to be in dmv. It was a nightmare. so.....I will not come back
Alberto Velasco J.
Great sized room with plenty of amenities. Small game room with a pool table and a few arcade games including pinball. Plenty of seating area at the pool.
Relaxing, clean, very well organized. Too pet friendly
Five star establishment. Very classy resort, nice rooms. Very scenic landscaping and water features. Nice little store on site. Very friendly staff. Good looking bar and restaurant, but I did not try them out. Nice pools. Overall worth the price. Great site for an event.
The Westin is a great resort to be at. The rooms are very clean and the customer service is great. I wasn't really in my room a lot though since I was attending an event, but other than that, it has been an amazing stay.
I just want to take a minute and thank everyone from the Westin Mission Hills golf resort and spa for making our 15th wedding anniversary an amazing time. Special thanks to my friends at the pool...Karen, David and Dmitri. Special thanks to the ladies at the spa...Christina, Moara, Debra, Barb and Mireya. And of course the front desk...Lisa and John and Lance the bartender. We made so many memories this weekend and we feel so blessed to share them with you folks. We will see you all very soon. Many blessings, Matty and Karen (Please forgive me if I forgot anyone and if I spelled the names wrong!)
Extremely beautiful place. Live ducks, geese, swans, giant bunnies and a huge tortoise. Plenty of pools, slides and activities all day. The food is really good! Golf and rental golf carts! Complete Resort of Fun!
Loved this hotel. Super quiet rooms due to outdoor entry. Great amenities. Pools are really nice.
Normally I don't care to eat at hotel restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised I enjoyed their food and the service was exceptional.

Very good hotel !!
Beautiful facility but as the locals know, the wind in certain areas can be an issue. This is one of these areas. Plus major construction going on across the street with iver 1000 homes. The closer to the mountains here in the Coachella Valley the better the environment. Really nothing against the Westin. But if available there are better options.
This place is great! The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are so amazing and I sleep better at the Westin than at home. The pool is awesome-there’s a water slide, jacuzzi and pool bar. The self parking is a pain because if all the spots are taken near your room, you have to walk far... in the scorching heat with no bellman. Also, they don’t have an elevator so ask for a first floor room if that’s an issue. It’s annoying having to carry a bunch of luggage upstairs. The staff is great! I recommend it highly!
Beautiful golf courses, very well kept
Great spa experience here, Whitney was a great masseuse!

Pricing was fair accommodations were great except the pool and all ships and dining were closed by 10 do to being off season
great place to spend a weekend, is a little pricey $$$. DRINKS ARE CRAZY Money, bring your own.
Michael Van W.
the course was nice.
Nice biiiig place. 5 pools. Good size rooms. A little pricey.
Summer run out
Very beautiful course, very friendly staff. Bathrooms on the course i think 3. Id play there again
Was an oasis for us on our road trip providing a quiet pool, great views and food.
Excellent locale. Good food.
Was there for an awards ceremony. Easy parking, plenty of options, bright easy venue, very nice meeting hall. Pleasant experience, would love to come again.
Wonderful vacation resort!
The staff here are exceptional. My room is perfect... it has a big tv, a huge bathroom, and a nice balcony. I will definitely be back...
What a great get away. Close enough to drive from LA. This resort has it all. If you need restaurants, stay on the hotel resort side. Lots to do there along with poolside activities. A kid friendly place but with enough quiet for a romantic getaway
Nice Golf Retreat great service
Wonderful location for overnight stays with family and friends. Terrific golf courses, too.
My favorite hotel spa and golf resort - the customer service is amazing each person is helpful !
It's relaxing and I enjoy being with my grandchildren. There are a lot of activities and places to go to, and lots of restaurants or you can eat there where they also have several restaurants on the premises. In other words you never need to leave the resort to buy anything just relax and enjoy!!!!
It was one of the single best resort I have ever attended. From the amazing food, to the nicest staff ever, never have I felt so important in my life.
Awesome spot. Lots of fun.
Beautiful grounds, friendly and professional employees, pool area is a really great layout and size, and having a great golf course on-site is even better. Rooms are nice, but for what you pay, they aren't anything super special. It's also not really close to anything "touristy" so you can expect a few minutes drive to get to downtown Palm Springs or the airport. Overall a fun experience.
Wonderful place to stay, attentive staff, plenty of places to eat on-site.
We came for a golf outing and couldn't ask for anymore than a perfect day. The weather was great and the staff at Westin Mission Hills (Pete Dye & Gary Player) were fantastic. Best customer service received every time we visit
Beautiful place. Very friendly and welcoming
Beautiful location great staff
Great getaway... Peaceful and beautiful with great services.
Very nice resort and golf facilities. Came for a work trip and brought the family; something for everyone here and highly recommend the Westin.
Place was very nice.
Love this place. Always great.
Warm, inviting, relaxing.. truly an ethereal experience. The staff is keenly aware and available to fulfill your every needs. Love it!
Rented a pool cabana for the day. Had a great time with friends.
Great location, large rooms, nice amenities for professional event.
Mario Jvs And Aj S.
The Westin has great rooms with competitive prices. Interesting attractions such as a turtle, a puppy dog you can adopt, unique lizards and a geroom for kids. The variety of food available is perfect to suit everyone's tastebuds. The staff is attentive. The grounds are immaculate and the decor is "grand".I truly enjoyed my time there.
Astoundingly gorgeous location the Villas were absolutely impeccable and the food in lodging was spot on. Is located right between Palm Desert and Cathedral City for easy commute to anything you may need or want in the low desert with quick freeway access
Beautiful grounds and people!
My wife and I stayed at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort when we drove down for Coachella. What I saw of the facility was very nice but I can't really comment on all the amenities as we spent a lot of our time at the music festival. The pool area seemed about what you would expect for that class of place (several of them throughout the property, misters setup by/in the cabanas). Our room was quite large and the bed was firm and comfortable - better than most hotels I've stayed at. With all the space they allotted to the room and wash room I would have preferred a larger shower as the one in our room was smaller than ours at home and we don't even have what I would consider a large shower. My wife and I generally shower together and it was quite difficult to do that there. We did enjoy and make use of the back patio area off of our room (ground floor) which was fairly private.
Room service was great, cleaning service and amenities a little bit lacking. No towels on last night.
Had this reservation for 2 months. Check in is 3:00. Should not be a surprise but here we are at 3:35 waiting for a room. They can't even give us a guess as to when it will be ready. Very dissapponted with Weston. Never again. Will stick with Marriott!
The customer service is really really terrible! Charged me twice my fee and took a long time to get my money back. In addition, we had a drone to fly. Their employees said it's okay to fly it, but manager said that's not allow. We ask for the drone instruction and rules, there are no certain rules for that. That's stupid service. In words, it was my worst trip in all SPG.
Came here for Cochella and the hotel is great. Very friendly staff and great servife and very helpful when needed
Only had breakfast here. Looks like a beautiful resort with lots of amenities. Easy access with lots of parking. No complaints on breakfast... typical Resort pricing but food was served quickly and was very tasty. Close to the freeway off of Bob Hope Drive exit
Sun Young P.
Terrible !!!!!! I am over charged for no reason and never got any returning call about my complaint. It hasn't been resolved for a week. Even harder to reach to the person in charge. I wrote my situation to their web system according to one of the staffs direction, HOWEVER STILL NO PROGRESS!!!!! I even wrote an email to the WESTIN HEADQUARTER, BUT STILL I got no answer. Huge disappointment about WESTIN hotel chain also about their whole SPG hotel group.
Stayed here for Coachella Weekend. The staff was very nice. Mark in valet provided exceptional service!!
Clean, peaceful, friendly staff. Resort
Nice location, good setup for families.
It's the best.
Really nice resort with beautiful pools
Overpriced food, some snooty staff, but they keep the grounds up nice, and there's animals for the kids.
Martha Ann R.
Beautiful place love it
Great weekend getaway. Golf for the fellas and Spa treatment for the ladies.
Nice hotel, beautiful golf course. Rooms need to be updated, they kinda look old. Our room wasnt clean thouroughly and we found empty coke bottles in the closet. I hope that they will address these comments for the sake of future guests
We had dinner at the Fireside Lounge after checking into the Villas. We had a cocktail and shared a Calabrese Pizza. Very good and the staff was very friendly.
This place has it all. Great service, beautiful course!
Bad service, overpriced, and they nickle and dime you. Our room was not ready at 4 and even after they gave us a room it still was not finished. Avoid this place!
Excellent beautiful golf course. Great restaurant. Service was wonderful but then he was in the Army reserve program. Disciplined well mannered thoughtful and very efficient. Above all friendly.
Calming and enjoyable even if you don't play golf or tennis like me.
Nice large rooms in sunny Rancho Mirage
Very nice place with lots to do. Always very clean. Fun for the whole family
Went for a golf expo, was impressed with the conditions of the grounds and how lush the golf course is. The main pool area is great.
Nice place. Super friendly staff.
Beautiful resort. Great, great staff. Good drinks. We rented a cabana at the pool for a day with a coupon....so worth it!
I can't believe my eyes I was sitting at the restaurants I ate steak and the Ducks were in the pond it was amazing it was amazing it was amazing
Although the resort was beautiful, and the staff friendly, the room was terrible! The floor was filthy. Hair in the bathtub, as well as what appeared to be lipstick smeared on the wall. Lots of finger print smears on various items throughout like nothing had been wiped down. When you got out of the shower and walked across the floor, then back to the tile it left muddy footprints! See pic-you can see what color the grout should be, and that is was black from grim in most areas! We called and requested a new room, but the resort was full. They offered another cleaning but unless they were coming to shampoo the carpets and clean the grout, it wasn't going to make much difference. We were given a fruit basket instead. Definitely disappointing for a Westin!
Housekeeping Good customer service
Food was good, service was slow that night but we were not in a hurry.
Nice room, nice pools, nice overall place. We are college students here on spring break so the staff was kind of rude and didn't seem to like the thought of us being there. But it is very nice and fun.
Got food poisoning
Top Luxury Resort great grounds views architecture
Had a great experience playing golf on the Pete Dye. Nice facility.
Excellent courses & facilities. Top notch.
I love this hotel, so relaxing and the service is top of the line.
This place has very nice suites and an amazing spa. I recommend a facial and manicure.
Nice resort, could use some modernization in their guest rooms
A very nice Palm Springs area Golf course and well maintained
Karen Elise D.
Great place. Seemed understaffed for a weekend night i the bar. but our waitress was as attentive as possible. Not as impressed with the mixed drink I got.

Exelent place for vacation
Spacious, clean.. Good pool
Great rates. Great customer svc. Layout not bad.
This is a great vacation/business destination, great service, super friendly and helpful staff. You eat good food, with good golf course and some excellent jazz music program. Thank you
Our favorite winter escape.
Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Large rooms at decent prices. The room service options could de better but overall a great experience.
The water in the pool was warm, the grounds were lovely. The villa we stayed in was so-so...the couch was not very comfortable and the basic supplies provided could have been a little more robust. (Coffee filter, for those who brought coffee, eg)
Great resort service on the Pete Dye. Kudos to Chris who brings out clubs from the car and Jason and Jon at the club house afterword.
Very nice lunch.
A lot of things to entertain kids, but food was average at best.
We spent the entire day at the pool, and we all had a great time. I highly recommend it.
Amazing family getaway! Unlike many upscale resorts this one catered to kiddos with waterslides at the pool, mini arcade, mini golf, movie nights, lawn games and an 11:00 rabbit petting session. My 7 yr old son was in heaven! We enjoyed playing ping pong with him poolside and sipping our complimentary margarita in the pool. The grounds and room are wonderful! We'll definitely be back!
It is a beautiful hotel with a ton of amenities to offer guests. Great staff too.
Great! Watch out for the $35 resort fee.
Beautiful resort, great weather in Feb. Family loved it
It was so awesome the staff was so nice the food was delicious the heart Association luncheon was awesome loved it
This review is specifically for the pool area. We spent the day at Westin in a cabana and I'm really disappointed by the lack of service. To me the Westin name has always represented a certain level of luxury and this was not the case on Saturday. Only twice did someone come by to check on us and our lunch dishes were never removed even though 5 different pool staff people walked by. The dishes were nicely stacked right where they could easily be seen. Sadly the food selection was lacking in quantity and quality. We were also supposed to have the use of 2 chairs next to our cabanas, which we did use in the beginning. However after swimming for awhile, we came back to an employee removing the towels and she never returned so a group of people came up and took our chairs. As a cabana guest I shouldn't have to chase people out of chairs I've paid for the use of. As a Starwood preferred guest, I prefer to use the resorts & hotels associated with it but I will not return this "resort". There are plenty of other fabulous places nearby to choose from with amazing service.
Great hotel in Rancho Mirage. Golf course I'd amazing, stayed in the villas and were super comfortable. Furnishes are a little dated, and standard Villa only has a kitchenette. Pool is amazing with a fun slide and jacuzzi built into the rocks!
We played golf, course was in excellent condition. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming.
The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa is where I like to stay in Rancho Mirage. Large rooms, golfing just outside your door, relaxing lounge, market place with a nice wine selection and a quiet adult pool area. Customer service at this Westin is great. This is a very large property and can take a bit of effort to find your room. Thankfully, after check in, the valet hopped in a golf cart so I could follow him to easily park in front of my villa. If you are traveling for work or just looking to relax in Rancho Mirage stay at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa.
Nice hotel and property, the rooms were a little dated
In town for work so haven't had much time to enjoy myself. Very nice staff and a spacious room. Small bathrooms in relation to the test of the room but very clean.
This place is beautiful and staff s amazing
Great course and organized efficient staff.
Great place for the whole family. Exceptional golf course, nice rooms multiple pools, and many activities for kids .
Great time! Slide going into the pool is awesome for the kids
Nice place and great course.
Exceptional service - but rooms need to be updated. Salvador (Italian restaurant) was the best server, very attentive. Gary (Westin Spa) very knowledgeable about the services they offered, recommended services to fit our needs/budget.
Course was in great shape but the greens were much slower than they looked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent and beautiful resort. On the top of our places to stay in the Palm Springs area.
Affordable resort and clean.
Had a great time comfortable rooms
The service staff is always nice. I was there for an attorney convention. Had no complaints.
Nice relaxing resort. Nice rooms and super staff
Spacious rooms but the property is very spread out.
Beautiful resort, great food, friendly staff

Was very much so blown away as to the staff on site with the banquet department. They really made everything at the event run smoothly.
Really nice hotel with a beautiful golf course. Hotel has a lots of ground to cover.
Hotel is nice but the staff is surprisingly rude. From the waiter to the front desk. Maybe that's just how palm springs is.
Sandeep K C.
Great place! Loved the complimentary wine put in the room for my first marriage anniversary.
I WENT TO ELKS CONVENTION
Everyone was exemplary.....
Beautiful in every way
I love the event centers we went to and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had smashed my hand in the car door and they searched till they could find me ice for my hand. We had catering by the hotel for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately it is my only complaint. The food was expensive and only so so.
It's a quite large resort, location is good for when you are running away from the cold LA winter. And there's plenty of amenities nearby. Parking was a bit of a hassle because it was limited, other than that service is great.
Great location and venue!
Nice and relaxing place to stay. Great place for couples and for families. Nice pool area. The pool is heated. There's a water slide. There's a pool for small toddlers.
Rooms are smaller than expected. But the staff is nice as are the amenities.
Nice resort. Very comfortable and huge. Big rooms! Would be nice to have some non-golf related activities..
Facilities and service were fine but seafood appetizers gave me food poisoning.
Keiko Kawamura U.
Good amenities, kind staff, gorgeous rooms and views.
Great, the staff is amazing. Property perfectly manicured.
A very nice place to stay in this area! Very helpful, courteous staff.
This hotel is beautiful but old, and sometimes it shows. The shower could be replaced and the sinks probably have seen better days. The lawn is groomed and the artificial lakes and rivers are very soothing. The restaurant is mediocre at best, and offers both takeouts and dining. Rooms are spacious, but the bed was very old and uncomfortable. Staff was courteous, even thought the last time the carpet in our room was vacuumed was probably when it was installed. Overall a solid 4.
Great course with an excellent instructor, David Curtis.
Very nice resort in the middle of the desert. Restaurant is fantastic and the rooms are luxurious.
I started in a deluxe villa. The room was clean, spacious and extremely accommodating for my wife and I. The staff at the resort were courteous and always willing to help. I have to say that even the on site restaurants were pretty good. I plan on returning again when I come back to Palm Springs.
Went there for a convention, good facility. Parking lot filled up quickly.
Beautiful grounds with excellent amenities and friendly staff.
It was an ok expirance. The room was very old and for what they charge I expected a lot more
Love the relaxed atmosphere
Nice generic hotel for 4,000 bridge players.
I didn't have a good experience here. The valet team was good at brining us to our rooms but poor St picking us up. Several times we called for a pickup and ended up walking because they did not show up. My colleagues and I also experienced billing problems that took two weeks to resolve. In good conscience I can't recommend this property.
(Translated by Google) The best of the best in Palm Springs! (Original) Lo mejor de lo mejor en Palm Springs!
Beautiful grounds to walk along and the best martini I've had in a while in the lounge - they could upgrade the towels in the rooms...But that's minor
Dinner on a banquet room was great.
The grounds are very clean and well kept. A very nice place to go if you're looking for a place that has everything you need located on property.
Golf is for old people but golf resorts are for everybody. Especially resorts with happy hours at more than one bar.
I like the fact that they do trivia when your out by the pool and play movies for the family
Great place, superb service with friendly and courteous staff. Food is great, rooms are nice and clean, properly is well maintained, you’re in good hand . Good for family gateway or singles Perfect for corporate events.
This place is old, popcorn still on the ceilings of rooms. Definitely not worth $200 bucks a night. Save your money and head down to La Quinta or the Hyatt Grand. We were unable to get the water in the washroom past luke warm.
Nice golf course
Fun family resort
Food overpriced and not good.
Fabulous jazz concert!
I dined at the Restaurant while the hot air balloons were being shown on the field which made the whole experience wonderful. The classic music made the experience even more comfortable.
Ryan J. C.
Always good service
Beautiful grounds and scenic views of the mountains. However the staff was not very helpful or flexible in the rooms were not $250 accommodations!
The staff was great and very helpful. We loved the poolside area and had a relaxing weekend retreat.
It was cool
Love this place!
Logo ball design is Fair.
I'm completely impressed with this resort and the immaculate tiny details that make this place stand out about the rest. As a photographer, it's rare to find a location with both scenic views as well as gorgeous architecture. THIS PLACE HAS BOTH. I imagine that every guest departs with sadness, wishing they could stay forever! The staff was overly helpful, the landscaping is lush and picturesque, and they even help contribute towards animal adoption! If you're looking for a resort that has everything you need, you've found it.
This was an awesome place. A great time of year to visit. Amazing grounds great service and we had a fantastic time
Bill Deem, C.
Nice resort. Friendly staff and nice accommodations. The only complaint I have is about parking.
Great hotel. Staff fantastic!
Excellent customers service and valet parking very professional
Very good restaurant here, great outdoor dining.
What a great place. Lovely and clean.
Great staff and atmosphere
Wonderful resort with great pools and relaxing atmosphere. Courteous and attentive staff help make this a great destination for family getaways, professional stays and/or a couples retreat.
So beautiful. So much to do. The gym is really good too. Didn't care for the restaurant, but there are loads of places close by. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
Good spa. Nice adult private pools. Very nice staff.
Very nice property with great amenities and activities for the kids! Pool is beautiful and fun. Overall very happy!
Beautiful resort with very helpful staff. Very nice golf course.
Lovely, great property and restaurants, attended a convention - every seat was a great seat in the conference rooms.
Nice 4 star hotel. Great pool and good restaurants
Amazing place to stay! Love this place!
TERRIFIC experienced no
I attended a convention this last weekend. I love locally in the community so I didn't stay in a guest room. The grounds are immaculate and the convention space is impressive. There are a variety of meeting rooms that will provide just the right ambiance and hospitality necessary for events of all types and sizes. This is a resort hotel and find the amenities to be exceptional.
This place was a wonderful experience the staff was so helpful our Villa was amazing. I recommend this resort for great family fun. Pools a huge waterslide .
Beautiful grounds. Nice place.
Fantastic resort. I spent a week here at a golf tournament, and easily could have stayed on. Beautiful golf courses by Pete Dye and Gary Player. Great amenities such as bard, restaurants, trails, water features and palm trees.
Good food, nice beds (at least in the suite) and well maintained.
Beautiful weather, awesome venue, clean and comfortable
S. K. M.
Loved our stay. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Customer service was their number one priority. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay with children or a get away for adults only.
Great place to stay...however the presidential suite is not worth the upgrade.
5k for united way-nice place
Very nice! Great amenities, golf course on premises, restaurants, cafe... They even have a pet rabbit, pet turtle, koi... And a mini golf course.
Room was nice.
I roomed with a Brazilian whose wife in Brazil sent a couple things she ordered from local stores for her husband to bring home from the US. The items came in two small boxes and a small package on the same day we arrived at the hotel. The hotel charged him $64 for storage and delivery. Thinking that price was absurd we went to the receptionist to request they remove it reduce the charge. After talking to the manager the receptionist came back saying they wouldn't remove the charge. Besides the horrible management and the room service not getting to it room until very late in the day, everything was pretty much as expected.
Gorgeous resort. So many amenities for the entire family
Came here for a work convention. Facility was great. The ac was on a little too much.
My very favorite vacation spot in CA!!
Great hotel if you want a quiet get away
(Translated by Google) Very good resort and restaurant equipment, swimming pool, golf course, tennis court, gym facilities, barbecue equipment in each district, it is recommended to have a family vacation! (Original) ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Amazing place to relax even if it's only for a day.
We stayed in the hotel side of this resort.(It has villas as well) the resort itself is well laid out with multiple two story buildings and well appointed rooms. This resort has 3pools. Plus access to the pools available on the villa side. Restaurant on site was great(we only ate Breakfast there). Pools and pool staff were also great. The reason for the 3star instead of 4star rating is to do with Management continually messing up our breakfast package and we continually had to fix it almost Everyday. When I am told "don't worry we will have it fixed for you" I expect that to mean you will fix it. Not just remove the charge and have the same issue the next day. My vacation and the property were great, but this constant issue left me with a sour taste and I will have to question whether I should use this Westin property again.
Great golf courses! Like the Gary Player course more but Pete Dye was nicer overall since it was at the resort.
Coming here for years. We love it
The rooms were slightly dated but clean and nice. USB ports and enough of outlets for your tech. The pool amenities were nice including salt water pool and water slide. Staff were super friendly and conscientious of their customers. Would stay there again.
the tub was a bit small but overrall great experience
The resort has a lot of nice amenities and facilities. The resort fee is a bit high but the rooms are reasonably priced if you book the right time. The golf courses are excellent. Highly recommended.
This is a great resort to relax and be treated very well.
Nice and quiet and never too packed to where you're bothered by other people.
The resort was awesome, as I would expect a westin to be. It was super kid friendly, almost too much so. At several times, it felt more like a Disney area resort. There was a waterside at the pool, yard games, bike rentals, dive in movies, a game room (most games were out of service during our visit). My son's favorite things - animals on property with a scavenger hunt to locate them all and the dog available for adoption in the lobby. Because it was so kid friendly, there were some drawbacks. At dinner at the restaurant on property, 730pm Saturday night, large groups were letting children play tag around their table, throw thing across their table, yelling. Yes, I understand kids will be kids. But we purposefully went to dinner at a later hour to enjoy a quiet, peaceful meal. If we return to this property, we'll probably opt to eat off site.
Amazing villas and professional staff.
The grounds were nice. But the t.v. didn't work, the glasses in the room were dirty, and worst of all for me was im the morning they were cleaning carpets and the cleansers smelled terrible. Could smell them 2 doors down. Not worth the price unless you golf
Great place family fun or just a getaway with your whoever but I've only been there with my family which I love more then anything!! Pools ,Golf course Pete Dye and Gary Player course and etc ??????????????????

Great place to get away for the weekend..
Laura the manager was so attentive to our needs. .. a large conference has so many moving parts and kept things moving smoothly. She became my gaudian angel at one point when I was lost and tired. The entire staff was great, the grounds are lovely and the desert animals on the property are a special treat. My only request would be to keeps the pools open later in the summer time, 10:00 is too early when it's still so hot ourside.
Amazing place. Looking forward to staying again
Great people and resort pool was a bit chemical but other then that amazing resort
Loved the venue! The TV systems need a bit of an update, but otherwise great to relax and do a work vacation.
Big rooms, great staff.
Very beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very nice also.

Nice area. Clean. Good service
Desert Oasis with PGA Golf Course and Comfortable Suites and Pools...Great Location for Conventions.

Free WiFi was nice and which should be a foregone conclusion these days but often isn't; the on-site Starbucks was very expensive and didn't offer standard fare; my kids loved the pools and waterslide; gorgeous glaring sunshine (which I love) and dry heat over 100°F. All things considered a nice family oriented place.
Staff, location, weather, pools, food... all amazing. I really enjoyed myself during my stay there.
Relaxing place with quiet setting and plenty of pool choices.
Gabriel Gonzalez S.
Good customer-service everybody was smiling faces had a good time beautiful place Just don't like that you have to pay for microwave And to make phone calls On their landline. Other than that they have good housekeeping Very respectful and helpful.
Freshly baked cookies the night we arrived! Staff friendly and courteous. Great breakfast provided! Poolside, relaxing and refreshing.
A beautiful place but to hot this time of year.
We went for a dance competition. It was extremely hot outside and parking was to be as expected for such a crowded event. But the indoors was nice and cool and there was water for all who needed some as soon as you walked in. Very nice.
Old, concierge was pushy on there 90 min resort propaganda display. The grills don't work properly, The crowd is it family oriented. Mostly guest and felt like we were on spring break. There's no kid friendly pool. Shuttles are slow and not enough at times.
Large rooms and serene surroundings!
Pete Dye course was in great shape! Staff was excellent.
So far so good
Great place relax and enjoy tell off. Allowed to bring a small cooler and drinks to the pool.
Super nice, people were really friendly & Professional
It's a beautiful Resort, I think to attend an event, the parking for valet should be a little more reasonable, for just a few hours. Overall it was awesome!
Very nice grounds. The golf course is very competitive. Has meeting halls.
Beautiful course. A must place to visit even if you don't play golf..
Great family resort.
Beautiful place but the weather outdoor is super hot.
The floor creaks, the roof leaks, there is a terrible draft. The winters are harsh, the summers are brutal and there is even a wild man eating clams in the pool area! But they gave free soap and shampoo in our rooms 11/10 would reccomend!
This place is incredibly beautiful
Played both the Pete Dye course and the Gary Player course. The Pete Dye course at the main resort was in great shape given the hot June weather. The people who work in the pro shop and the snack bar need some tips on what it means to work in the hospitality business. They didn't seem to want to be there and were not very welcoming. It also took 15 minutes to order and get 3 hotdogs when it should have taken 5. The Gary Player course is the better of the two layouts BUT... it doesn't seem to get as much TLC, since it's not directly at the resort (it's a short drive away). The bunkers on the course were atrocious with standing water in many and just in overall poor shape. They had also aerated the greens a few days before we played and failed to tell us this weekend booking our tee time. It's too bad... these courses have the potential to deliver a five star experience but they just don't.
Customer service is excellent and accommodations are also!!!
Awesome place to stay.
Beautiful and relaxing. Great get away.
There is no way to NOT enjoy this place. Comfortable luxury, service and scenery!
Family spent an entire 5 days at the pool and loved it.
I have no problems with this part of the hotel
Had an all around excellent experience at the Westin. Comfy room. Nice meeting space. Friendly staff. Solid electric vehicle parking.
Nice resort. Very comfortable room & bed. Know that if you choose a green stay, NOTHING will be done. They will NOT resupply coffee, empty trash, etc.
Good location near the 10 and the casino. Big, stylish rooms and beautiful common areas with decent mountain views. Would stay again!
(Translated by Google) Buildings do not have elevators. The workers work very slowly and do not help much, only the concierge was friendly. Clean and pretty.
The starter let me out first as a single followed by another single who joined me on the third hole. We played in 2 and a half hours. Plenty of time for a replay. Course was in excellent condition. Highly recommend the Pete Dye course
Great staff and attention to detail
Attended a company event and everything went flawlessly and very smoothly.
William Chapman M.
Beautiful ambiance, unobtrusive service.
My favorite resort in the desert. Great selection of pools and on site activities. Very family friendly.
High ceiling room...large resort.
Very nice area with plenty to do all across the area. We stay here a few times a year and love it.
Clean and updated room, friendly staff and nice amount of parking available.
I love the Pete dye course...it's always in great shape...
The resort has multiple pools to enjoy, great customer service and good dining options.
Nice courses. I think the Pete Dye course is the best but definitely more challenging!
The check in was great and very quick. The rooms are awesome and very comfortable. Large space. We had a banquet dinner for our conversation and the food was amazing ????. Have returned twice since this conversation.
Located very close to Palm Springs, very spacious resort. Rooms are big, essentially a one bedroom appartment with everything in there, including stove, washer and dryer. Room service is fast and very helpful. The two pools with water slides provide perfect entertainment for kids.
The Westin Mission Hills is absolutely gorgeous! The hotel, it's amenities, food and drink and staff are worthy of a 5 star rating in all categories. My family reserved a room and when our check out time came, we liked the hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay another day! The pools and golf are exceptional, especially if you have children. The food was incredibly fresh and healthy. The staff provided the best customer service we have ever received from a hotel! We had an amazing experience and we'll definitely be back soon! Thank you Westin employees!
Very clean resort with nice room layouts. Nearly all of the power outlets have USB power as well, so our 10+ devices could easily be charging simultaneously. Flat panel TVs in each room with cable. The pool has a great waterslide. Restaurant is around $15 per plate, but the food is top quality.
5 stars for the great service at the bar!
Very well kept, spent the weekend there and had fun
Great place! Very relaxing the only issue is very bad reception.
If you want to relax and play golf, then you need to stay at The Westin Mission Hills. This place have plenty of pools at different locations. I also noticed they have kids section. You definitely love the architect and landscape of the resort.

Really happy with this hotel and our stay here. I'm looking forward to coming back!
Great resort with comfortable rooms
Beautiful hotel, incredible view, and great for golfing.
it was fun
Very clean, well kept, friendly staff, amazing pools
Paradise in the desert
Great resort and staff
Great service. Lots of amenities. Modern rooms.
Beautiful resort, great pools and the golf course is gorgeous.
The rooms are big and really clean. The pool is also very big. Great customer service.
Shining star in the valley with great deals for local residents and, of course, the guests to our area.
beautiful facility...love going to the Balloon Fest there!
It's a windy place
Excellent food, pool and privacy, very comfortable.
Didn't know what I signed up for when I came to Palms Springs in the hot summer. I am pleased to say, the Westin has been the best thing ever. Centrally located with the best Amenities, large bathrooms, living rooms, pools, games, HD TVs so I can hookup my Roku and 15mbps WiFi. Still here so I gotta end this post and continue living it up

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was great and the pool was great. We enjoyed ourselves here and would recommend it to others.
A wonderful resort for a romantic getaway. The memories you will treasure for a lifetime.
My stay at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and spa was fabulous, they have a pristine golf course with many tough holes. Not to mention the great service and prices they offer I rate the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa a 5 star.

Fantastic Golf experience...Great conditions, staff and pricing for Troon Members :)
I was treated like a VIP service could not be better. GM Tom would come around and ask if we could do any better, on top of his job . We even would see him on the golf course asking about everything loved the whole experience
Facilities and golf course are great. Most employees are clueless and offer little help.
Great destination for families. The employees feed 2 giant Flemish rabbits and a tortoise every day, they'll even let you kids go in and let them. Pool was great, nice slide for the kids to use.
This has to be one of the nicest upscale locations to stay in the Palm Springs area. I can only rave about the Westin, its staff and dining facilities. If you love golf, the Westin is the place to be. Weather permitting it has a great outdoors area for concerts and when the weather does not cooperate large indoor facilities are available. We have enjoyed many great jazz concerts here. In addition, it is closer to all three entertainment and shopping that Palm Springs has to offer.
Want a fun bike ride and a wonderful breakfast experience? Ride over and experience the "bananna/pecan pancake! Yum! Or the yummy buffet, breakfast or lunch!
Lovely place to relax and enjoy the Coachella Valley....Great Pete Dye Golf Course...
Gr8 location and friendly
Loved this place. I will return!!!
Great course. Lovely layout, well maintained and plays very nicely.
Beautiful grounds and very large rooms.
Very comfortable beds with awesome style Will go back for vacation.
Very nice hotel. Visited family that was staying here. They have lots of activities to do here. Very nice golf course that runs through the property. Very property with lots of rooms. They look more like apartments than room. I like it.
Excellent customer service

friendly staff and beautiful landscape
Great room great service.
The layout of the hotel seems to not make any sense. Rooms aren't bad, but lack certainly amenities such as outlets that seem obvious in this day and age
One of the most beautiful places we have visited
Very nice grounds.
This hotel is luxury, Very nice it has pools and hot tubs ,pool slide for the kids there is also fishing , golfing, and tennis the hotel rooms are very nice it is a 16 building resort
Went golfing for the day. Beautiful place and very nice people.
Great rooms, grounds and golf. Food has been so so. Not many choices and every meal has been cold.
The best resort I have yet to visit!
Westin Mission Hills is an oasis in the desert. I've been here many times and love the whole experience. The rooms are large and accommodating. I always enjoy sitting on the patio enjoying the view of either the pools or the gorgeous night sky.
Nice and clean. Lots of animals.
Nice place. Great staff. Beautiful grounds.
Beautiful set in Rancho Mirage CA. Picturesque with multiple heated pools and restaurants. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Staff throughout is outstanding.
Beautiful grounds, very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good bed and water pressure

Comfortable and professional atmosphere
Wow. Beautiful, peaceful location with everything you could possibly need on site. Parking, restaurants, golf, walking path, convenience store, gym, conference/meeting rooms. Spacious, upscale rooms are incredibly comfortable. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
It's such a nice place to visit and maybe become a overnight guest. The niciest facilities I've ever seen.
Nice updated rooms. Enjoy
Really great location and a place to enjoy and relax your weekend
Attending a conference and it was absolutely an amazing venue!!! I loved it so much. Every meal that was served was perfect!
We love staying at the Westin. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are excellent. They never disappoint.
Beautiful hotel, fabulous service.
It was great and relaxing!
The place is beautiful. There's like 2 or 3 pools, I only went to one and the kids loved it. I would definitely go back!
The Westin had a full buffett for returning guests at midnight. As soon as you got off the shuttle bus, BAM! A freaking awesome buffett. This place makes the Doubletree Palm Springs look like a pile of poop.
Fantastic stay. Wonderful services. Great pools and waterslides.
It's a really nice place to visit and stay the night
I enjoyed their pool and Italian Restaurant.
A great place to relax, with plenty of activities for adults and kids alike. Plenty of pools to choose from and two with water slides. The evening cinima is great too!
Service was great. Atmosphere was awesome. Great golf!
Parking is far from rooms and rooms are a bit dated. Overall nice property. Staff was a bit stuffy.
Too far to rooms.

Wonderful, relaxing and worth ever penny. Not too crowded during the festival times
Love this place best!!
I was there for the Hackers tournament and the resort was great and the staff was friendly.
The design and rooms are a little dated. The rooms in particular could desperately use some upgraded tech and renovation. Still rocking popcorn ceilings and the entire fridge/coffee bar is plugged into a power strip stuffed next to the bed - we only found two open outlets to use in the entire room outside if the bathroom. But rooms aside, we're enjoying our stay. The pools and amenities are nice, and the restaurants are good.
Golf course is awesome.

These rooms are huge!
Very nice villas.
It is a beautiful result with plenty of pools, an amazing view of the golf course, and great service. I loved the iced hot tub.
Beautiful grounds. The pools are great. Service is awesome.
Amazing place to stay... Beautiful!
My family and I loved the bike riding they had avaliable as well as the 4 pools they have on site. My dad was a big fan of the golf course and they have workers drive you around in golf carts!!
This is a terrific resort with a friendly, helpful staff. Most areas are well maintained but there are some signs of age. The resort was built long before people had devices to charge. Some rooms have been updated to make outlets easily available. Others will require a search for an open outlet.
Very nice resort. Lots to do and nicely spread out.
I love this property. I've stayed here several times and everything has always been perfect.
Food is good, the weather is hot, the rooms are spacious
Had a great time. I'd go again.
Fun times. Adult pool is the way to go
Really liked this hotel. Huge property.
Very friendly staff! We are here every year for Camp Yearbook. Despite the 110? temp the pools are refreshing yes I said pool's' . There are three 2 with slides and volleyball net. Surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas with cabanas for rent. The third pool is smaller but adults only do it is very peaceful. The staff is wonderful. Myra goes far beyond her duties to be sure you are comfortable. If I were to complain about anything out would be the popcorn ceiling in our room. It just looks so dated. Not much to complain about.
It's was wonderful
The check in process was a mess. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get to our rooms after driving 5 hrs. Granted it was a group check in but the process should have been much smoother and The afternoon/ evening manager sent me on a wild goose chase to find our group coordinator to help with the check in process rather than taking the time to find them for us. The staffers were very kind however and the resort is beautiful and well kept inside and out.
Not coming back ????
Beautiful and quiet grounds
Rooms are a bit dated but service and the property are very nice. Resort is about a 15-20 minute drive to the fun parts of Palm Springs. Price was on par with what we generally expected.
Prefer the fall to summer time.
The resort itself is very nice and clean. The staff is so courteous. We went on a 4th of July weekend and thought it would be chaotic but everything was orderly and enjoyable! The caddy guys gave us a tour and history of the place . They did a great job. Thank you Westin for a very memorable weekend stay.
Fantastic property and staff.
Extremely bad experience! The room is too old, and it is way too expensive for the value. I can clearly hear the footsteps from the second floor, and the pluming noise from other units. I felt like I was staying in a low quality motel. No power outlet near the bed.
Big resort. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Staff very nice. Reminds me of Hawaii but in the desert. Overall I'd recommend.
We have our graduation there every year, and it's always lovely!
Had my graduation here. The restaurant pinzimini was amazing and the the ballrooms were nice and clean. Overall great experience.
Nice resort and amenities. Staff was friendly and property is beautiful
Great hotel! Loved the grounds...beautiful and relaxing.
Great Spa...... Debra V... is fantastic...
Memorial day weekend, the hotel at full capacity. We are here 3 days already and were unable to get a seat around any of the pools. Managment are dismissive saying they are at "full capacity". Apparently full capacity in a Westin hotel means that you practically cannot use the pool and need to wait at least 25min to get a table at any of the hotel restaurants. STAY AWAY get an Airbnb! #Westin #airbnb
Worst hotel in palm springs. Tiny weeny swimming pools for lots of people. If you would like to sit on the patio chair, do not come here.
Staff are all amazingly friendly, amenities are nice, rooms could be cleaner and use an update but generally clean enough to be comfortable and restful. The main pool could be bigger and the adults only pool could be a little cleaner but generally adequate for an hour or two poolside. Overall, a good resort. I would recommend and would come again
If you are a golfer, you might really enjoy this. Otherwise the rooms are a bit dated, though the staff is friendly enough. There are multiple pools, and food prices are decent. Rancho Mirage also has good food and shopping. Dog friendly!
Cool layout and beautiful meeting space and property.
The spa was small amenities were very limited but great customer service
Golfed at resort on a Friday morning. Fin course that is being kept up nicely. Only complaint was that it took the cart girl really long to get to us.
Did not stay
Currently on our 3/4th night here and I've enjoyed my stay. The best villas I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Everything you need in a household is provided. Front desk was friendly and fast. Servers taking drink orders at the lovely pool were attentive. Will highly recommend this place to anybody.
Kyle Dela R.
Pretty good, staff is very friendly and it's a beautiful resort.
Beautiful, family friendly, great for relaxing vacations
I booked a suite and the rooms were spacious. the service was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Great amenities!
Attended a professional event. Venue and food were excellent
Very nice if you are looking for a family oriented Resort. Great for children and teens. Spacious, clean rooms. Nice Restaurants. The Pete Dye golf course was a beauty of a course to play. The Staff was the best.
Staying at the hotel for Coachella. Couldn't have asked for a nicer room
Our family has spent a couple of mini vacations and we all love it. Given its only a couple of hours from our home here in Orange County we hope to make another trip soon. So much for he kids to do as well as us parents. Great restaurants, room service, pools, games area , water slides and golf courses. Would recommend it for any families.
Clean facility and beautiful grounds
Great place. Check-in was fast and courteous. Huge place with multiple pools. Room was clean and nice. Very nice to have shuttle service around the resort.
Very nice rooms. Well kept pools.
Nice rooms and golf course.
Beautiful resort and design matching the locale. Fireside lounge is a very nice, comfortable place to unwind. Staff has been very accommodating. If you forget workout shoes, call the front desk!
I live next door to the Mission Hills Resort and last night I hosted a group of friends and we had a terrific dinner at Pinziminni. On our way out we scouted around and walked through the lobby...where HORROR of HORRORS is a giant terrarium...fully lit at 10:00PM filled with suffering reptiles. The cage is filthy both inside and outside, a large lizard had ooze coming out its nose that was smeared on the glass and snake looked to have some sort of obstruction. I do not claim to be a reptile expert, but the suffering of the creatures was weirdly obvious. I am an expert at hospitality design and I do not understand why on earth having a filthy cage of pathetic and sick reptiles in the lobby of a resort hotel is desirable. The display is simply ignorant, nasty and cruel. The cage should be removed and the abused creatures should be taken down and the animals placed in a humane environment. My take away is that the managements gross neglect of the hotel lobby's "LIVING FOCAL POINT" is a strong indication to me that the guests and employees at the resort are neglected in the same sort of insidious fashion and that this is a resort to stay clear of...even though we had a delightful meal there.
Average WiFi, good rooms/beds, good gym, located near a nice outdoor mall.
Was there for concert
Very top of the line, luxurious hotel. One of the greatest, prettiest pro golf course in the valley.
Joseph M. T.
The rooms and grounds were great, but the food was terrible, and because it was bad I would say it was way over prized. Had chicken that was under cook, old shrimp, the breakfast buffet had slimmy, under cooked scrambled eggs and their poched eggs had white slim in them, and I had a hotdog that would have been good (for a hotdog) but it was very cold the fries that came with it were hot though, and I am not picky when it comes to hotdogs, or food in general, I never complain. But on a great note the staff was amazing so when we pointed out the under cooked chicken they removed all food from our bill and we only paid for drinks and they gave us the breakfast on the house, which was bad as mentioned above but free which was good.
Amazing atmosphere, comfortable rooms. Staff is excellent.
Played golf rounds. Awesome condition and perfect golf place during winter time.
Beautiful, beautiful place. WONDERFUL workers and people. It has such a great atmosphere.
We were there to pick up friends who stayed there. Had a drink at the bar. It was a nice place, they enjoyed their stay.

Love it. A beautiful atmosphere.
This is a management observation based on a phone call. Attempting to call and speak with a Hotel representative on Tuesday Morning at 9:00 AM seems to be an impossibility. Voice recordings and instruction is all that is available. After 8 minutes on hold a person answered just long enough to ask if I could hold longer!!! One of two thoughts on this; Not enough employees to provide acceptable service which leads to the other, extremely weak management and oversight. In either case, eventually your resort will become 2 star and you won't need better or additional employees!
I love this place. My family and I go here every year for Thanksgiving, and it has never failed us. The resort is gorgeous and festive, and so nice. The city of Palm Springs is just as gorgeous and festive. We will continue to go here, and in Palm Springs
One of the best golf courses in Palm Springs area.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with my experience there. However, an older man tripped right in front of me because of an unmarked step. Which I didn't even see myself. And a little while later I almost tripped and fell on another unmarked step. They're not clearly marked or easily seen. I suggest putting some kind of visible strip to distinguish the stairs
There is no accessible wifi in conference rooms and horrible guest/visitor parking.
No free WiFi, horrible parking situation, and limited food options.
Played Pete Dye Golf Course. Fairways and greens were in great condition. Pace of play is terrible. You definitely need to hit it straight or else you going to break someone's windows. I'd play here again, but I'd rather try another course.
King L H.
Other than the miscommunication when checking in, we had a pleasant stay. Furnishings were remodeled since we last stayed a few years ago there were plenty of activities for the kids.
Very nice hotel. Not much to do around it, but the beds were comfortable. The TV quality wasn't great, though, and everything takes a long time to walk to.
Decent hotel in the desert with a golf course on the property. Only stayed one night. Room was clean, if slightly older.
Great rooms and amenities. Fantastic pool and poolside service. Staff are nice and helpful. I've been staying here since I was 8 and I still come here as an adult at 21 years old. Highly recommend.
No better location in the Coachella Valley if you enjoy golf, casino nightlife, exquisite shopping, and fine dining in the warmth that is Winter in Southern California...and be honest, is there even such a thing as a Westin/Starwood property NOT making you feel like a rock star?!
Went there for the grooves at the Westin concert. Great atmosphere and amazing service
Nice quaint place for a weekend getaway.
Clean and quiet. Perfect.
This hotel was overprices for a basic standard room. They even add on additional fee that is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...
Beautiful Hotel, great service!
Typical Westin experience EXCEPT despite requesting on three separate occasions 4pm late checkout as SPG Platinum, and getting it at check-in, housekeeping came into room, ignoring the do not disturb sign, and removing items needed as part of the reason for the late checkout request. It was addressed afterwards by staff, but this is the first time I've ever experienced such a fail with any SPG property.
Wow. Super beautiful location. Loved taking wedding photos here.
Nice place with friendly staff. Just make sure you double check what the concierge says has been completed. A little annoying that they forgot to complete something they promised.
We had an enjoyable time. The resort has everything you could want for a family. I do think 4 nights is a bit long, given the amount of stuff there is to do in the area. That being said, we had a memorable time.
(Translated by Google) Although the "Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa" has lost some of its service and maintenance over the last 4 years (but minor details are visible, such as peeling paint at the pool gate) and overpriced pricing in the "mini market" is suffering it remains a good and beautiful place to stay. High quality and absolutely amazing
Very clean and packed a lot of resources
Just here one night, which was enough for me. While the grounds were impeccable, and the valet and check-in staff quite charming, the room we stayed in #1217 was quite dated and seemed run down. Being in town for a math conference, we missed out on the hotels near our venue, so my friend tried to find us something near by. Being a teacher, I am not independently wealthy, so I was a bit taken aback at the $250+/night cost of our room, but was guardedly hopeful that this room was going to be incredible. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I had a sick feeling in my stomach when we got to our room, because even though I was expecting an amazing $250 room, what we got was nothing better than a $100/night room. I've stayed in Courtyards that were so much nicer, and I cannot believe that we spent almost $300 for a room of such low caliber. I was expecting so much more from a Westin, but was instead extremely disappointed. We will not be back.
Decent property, good rates. Came here and stayed one night in one of the villas for business. The room was very nice and spacious, cames with a kitchen and a living room. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the room is on the 2nd level and there's no elevator, so I had to walk up and down the stairs in over 100 degree heat, not fun! The check-in process was also very confusing because the property has the hotel side and the villa side. I went to the wrong side and they couldn't find my reservation. Parking was pretty easy next to my building.
Updated furniture sand appliances, new and renovated rooms were a big surprise for us. As always top notch Westin services. We had a great time. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you to staff members at westin mission hills villa. Great job guys!!!
Me and my wife loved it. We are staying at 214, chairman suit. Great service from top management to subordinates. 10 out of 10. Lol
Have stayed 9+ times over past 3 years. Excellent staff and clean, pretty villas with elegant furnishings. They're always updating interiors which are impeccably clean. Amazing pools and grounds. Healthy meal options @ restaurant. Super family-friendly, but also great for a romantic or last-minute golf trip getaway too. Secure entry and staff always make us feel happy to return. Our #1 Go-to place to stay in the desert!
Nice shakes fun stuff big place
Very lovely ! Quiet and relaxing!
Resort fees should be broken down and charges ale carte for the things you use. If I wanted to rent a bike, I'd expect to pay. But I don't want to pay for 90% of things I will never use or take advantage of. Hotel rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained. Grounds are lovely. Pools are well kept, yet Mai Tais at pool are a bit over priced. Staff was amazing. Cheerful, kind, and helpful. Sometimes this makes up for the shortfalls in the resort, but never a resort fee. Good place for a weekend by the pool.
Just stayed here for a conference. The staff was outstanding and accommodated our large crew very well! All the staff was beyond friendly! Beautiful place to stay!
We are here for a conference and have been very pleased with our room and facilities. Very quiet and comfortable.
We are stayin in suite #401. In the morning I woke up to the scream of my kids. A giant cockroach was crawling on the towel. We've alerted the front desk. A gentlemen came in 15 minutes and contained the issue. Can't say the conversation with the management went as well. I spoke with Julia (Manager) she offered to downgrade us into a standard room immediately and move us into another Resort Suite after 3 PM. I told her that moving twice with the kids was unacceptable. She called 45 minutes later to tell me that there was a Presidential Suite to which we can pay $150 a night to move into within the hour. This blew my mind away. To summarize, the options presented to me was to either move twice in a day or pay $150 every night for a clean room that we've deserved from day one. It is now 11:30 AM. The morning is completely lost. Our kids are grossed out and my wife is unhappy. We did not have breakfast this morning. No one was in the mood to sit at the dining table and order breakfast... We just had Pringles and that was that. We are not doing anything at the moment but on a stanby for a room to be available. We do not want to go out anywhere because we don't want the hotel to give out the available room in our absence. We are hostaged in here. This is unacceptable. This is very cruel. All in all $150 a night ($300 total) isn't a lot of money. But its the matter of principle. As a customer, we have the right to a nice clean room. We should not move into three different rooms to get to a cleanroom NOR do I need to pay anything extra to get myself into a clean room. Offer by Julia is insulting. We are repeat visitors here. we had wonderful steak/lobster dinner here last night. This morning, the past 6 hours have been miserable. My wife and I had to take Friday and Monday off to make this short getaway a possibility. Time is precious. Who will reimburse us for our lost time? This is not right.
Great getaway, just went with my fiancé and nephew for two days and the pool, service, and quality of stay was amazing! Definitely recommend for families and singles on a weekday since its quiet and the pool isn't crowded. The golf course is really nice too and I also did a facial at the spa and can I say AMAZING! Anette was so sweet and her services for the facial was outstanding. Will be back again!
When you speak to a reservation employee, make sure you get their employee number. They tend to hung up the phone on you. That's the reason why I'm giving them one star before I even when to their facility. Rude and unprofessional customer service!!!!
Great place to stay at :-)
Love it. And so does our dog. It's a great place to bring the wife and the dog. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great Golf Course right out the door.
Best mini-vaca I've ever been on! We took our 5 year old daughter and we played in the pool most of the trip! The food was amazing and the customer service was incredible. Upon check in I received a flower and a mini margarita! I also was given a welcome gift. They went above and beyond what I expected! I will definitely be visiting again soon!
Great resort for families. Facilities are showing signs of wear and tear. Double check your Folio. Incorrect charges show up out of nowhere.
(Translated by Google) I spent 3 days in this hotel, I appreciated the quality of the service and the availability of staff, as a whole and at any level. The site is superb and the structures of leisures perfectly adapted, I appreciated the three swimming pools, the 2 18-hole golf courses, The cuisine is very high quality and the catering team managed by its chef Joel Delmond works wonders! if you have the chance, try the lobster risotto! The rooms are spacious and quiet. I will return with great pleasure. What the hell is 15dollar fee for parking
Debbie at the Spa is outstanding
We just finished a stay at the Westin. Definitely not an upscale place. Overcrowded with kids over Spring Break. Tots running upstairs is easily heard down below.
