Really should be a zero star rating, because that is really what I would give! Purchased a groupon for a massage. I’ve been trying to call this “establishment” for weeks now. There is NEVER an answer, and can’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full! I contacted groupon , and hope to get a full refund! A disappointment!!!!!

This was one of the best massages I have ever had in my life (and I have had a LOT of massages). She tailored the massage to my needs, giving me the most relief possible. I love a head and neck massage and she was on point. Never experienced anything of this caliber. The space is also very clean.

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon for a Swedish Massage, which cost $95. I'm pregnant, so I would need a Pregnancy Massage, which costs $75. $20 LESS THAN THE SWEDISH MASSAGE. However, the spa will not honor the Groupon. So I'm 35 weeks pregnant, just found out my mom has breast cancer and can't use the Groupon I paid for even though the service I requested costs less than the service I purchased. Awesome customer service. Thanks but no thanks.

I am a regular patient at Lisa's for about 7 years now. She always asks what problems am I having and concentrates on the areas I ask her to. I believe she has a better understanding of the human body compared to some doctors I've visited over the years. Don't waste your time and money going to these fluff massage places that advertise on TV. If you are looking for real pain and stress relief, then Lisa is the person you want to work on you.

I'm always impressed by professionals who put a premium on continuing education. Lisa really knows her stuff. She took time to assess my problem and used serveral differt types of massage to help me. I highly recommned Red Phoenix.

Went in for a sports massage. Lisa was excellent. Later on in the week, I felt none of the minor pains and tightness I've felt in deadlifting and squats that have bothered me for a decade. If you're an athlete or an active person I highly recommend a sports massage here.

Loved my facial with Susanne. Found Groupon online 82 bucks for massage and facial and it was worth it. Wish the massage therapist had talked a little less but all in all she was ok.

My full body massage was AMAZING!! I had no idea at the time that Lisa was the owner. She was very pleasant and respectful. She is definitely skilled in her massage techniques. I will most definitely be going back!!!

Red Phoenix Wellness Center is an amazing hidden secret tucked within Mineola. I've visited Red Phoenix Wellness Center several times for numerous massages and facials. The owner, Lisa, is an incredible masseuse, and I always walk out from a massage with her feeling absolutely amazing - no more pain in my neck and back! You can't beat their $45 medical massages. The facials there were great too, the lovely facial specialist worked wonders on my skin and suggested a wonderful product that really helped with my dry, rough skin. Overall, Red Phoenix is my go-to place for all of my wellness needs, I love it and would definitely recommend for anyone who wants an affordable spa experience.

Incredibly disappointed with my massage this morning. I get a massage every two months, and although I have been a client at another local spa for the past 5+ years, I decided to give Red Phoenix a try since it came highly recommended to me. Although I had a coupon for a $45 introductory offer, I wish I had saved my money and time. When I booked my appointment and given the massage options, I selected the aromatherapy massage. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, as was asked of me. Although the sign at the front desk says that if you arrive late your appointment time will still end at the original time to accommodate other clients, my appointment started 15 minutes after my scheduled time because the client before me arrived late. When I was finally taken into the room, Gunther asked my what injuries I had and what accidents I have been in. I said I had requested an aromatherapy massage, and he said he only does medical massages. My massage was nothing like I was promised, or expecting. When I made the appointment I was told that he was the only one available at the time. I should have been made aware that he does not do aromatherapy massages, and I would have picked a different time to get the massage that I was paying for. When I got home I called to let Lisa know my experience. Her only option was to book another massage for $49, more than I paid today. I declined, as I would not pay more for another massage experience like I had today. I am incredibly disappointed with the overall experience and customer service.
