Overall the lashes are OK at best, but they’re not worth how awful the customer service is. I went here 5 times and it was NEVER easy. If you want a Saturday appointment, forget about it, as they make it almost impossible to get one. It seems like none of the ladies want to work on Saturdays so they make it as hard as possible to book then. I also waited a minimum of 15 minutes every time i arrived for my appointments because my tech was always still working on another client, event up to 30 minutes. They DEMAND that you respect their time (with late fees) but completely disregard yours. My tech asked me to change my appointment to for her schedule 3 different times, and I always obliged happily because I understand that other people have lives too. No big deal, right? Well the ONE time I was not going to make it on time (for a weekday appointment at 4 PM) due to an issue at work not allowing me to leave early I texted and asked if we could push it back or change the day they inform me that I will have to pay for the full price of the appointment I missed plus the reschedule appointment and that’s not including a tip. I politely asked if the fee could be waived since I had changed times before as requested by my tech. The receptionist then goes on a long (and quite rude) rant about their policy and how hard the techs work and that this is my fault so of course I have to pay the fee. She also told me that my tech never cancelled on me, to which I replied with screenshots of our texts where she asked me to switch my appointments, and again her reply was rude (and didn’t make sense). So I just told them I would go somewhere else and haven’t looked back. I would recommend no one going here. Go somewhere cheaper, more professional, and nicer in general. They charge the same as upscale salons in Dallas for none of the same value.
THIS IS THE BEST PLACE. I’ve been coming to Courtney for years now and have never walked away not completely blown away. I’ve had lashes done too which was an amazing experience. My forever salon!

I really wanted to love this place after hearing how amazing the results were of getting your lashes done. But these people are snobby/ rude and don't return phone calls. I went from having lashes to none... I did everything by their recommendations brushing them daily washing them every 3 days. This is seriously a big waste of money almost 100 dollars thrown away. I called and told them my lashes were falling out...all she said was "Oh they're not supposed to do that" How about a refund? Yeah not going to happen. Please take my advice and don't do this. I promise you will regret it.
Not one to do reviews but I figured I’d share my experience for anyone looking into getting lashes done. Upon going in and getting my first ever full set of lashes, something I’d looked very forward to for a long time, the end result was perfect! My tech hit what I wanted right on the head. HOWEVER!!!! Within just a few hours they slowly had started falling off. I figured “okay I’m sure that’s normal, no biggie”. 24 hours later and lashes on lashes were repeatedly falling out. I texted my tech to let her know, as I was being OVER cautious in taking care of them to make them last. She said to find a time to come in a get a complimentary fill. (Uh yea, it’s only been a day and they’re already sparse.....) I couldn’t go in right away so a few more days passed and by DAY 3!!! They had ALL fallen out!!! I told her about this and how I’d rather not get the full or get them redone because I don’t want the same thing happening again in a few more days and that I’d rather just have a refund or a partial one. Tech tells me “sorry but no refunds, company policy”. IDK I just didn’t feel that was right. I paid $100 (tip included) and spent almost 2 and a half hours of my day for some lashes to last me 3 days.........no thanks....just felt it was horrible customer service to not give a refund or even a partial one..

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had too. Lashes came out quick, no professionalism, and some of the ladies were rude. They do it fast and get you out like all they want is your money. No not Recommend at all !

I have been going here for about 6 months now and absolutely LOVE it! I use Christina and she has done a wonderful job every single time. I'm not sure what others are talking about with the lack of professionalism, I've never witnessed that there. Every time I've been in, the other ladies are cordial and have fun with each other which makes the environment relaxing and inviting. I will never go anywhere else!

I had lash extensions done by Letty and she was great! My sister had someone else and loved her as well.
I agree with the unprofessional manner in wich this shop is managed. Letty does an amazing job. However, its not clearly presented to the client on what price you pay for being less than 10 minutes late. I was running a few minutes late and called Letty as a courtesy. My appointment was at 12 pm. I called at 12:01 and was almost there. .and she told me I would be charged $10 late fee. I completely understand that her next appointment should not have to be inconvenienced by me being late. But seriously $10 for being 5 minutes late?? So she asked me if I would rather reschedule and I did. After we hung up she sent me a text telling me I still had to pay her $10 for being late. This all occured before 12:10! I had already turned around and headed to Walmart when I saw her text...so I texted back I would come now if I was expected to pay the $10 late fee no matter what. So I turn around again and head to the salon. I am practically back there when I get a call from someone else at the salon stating that Letty is now busy with a walk in. I complained about being charged this Fee when Letty clearly was not going to miss out making money since now she was magically busy. This lady told me I had missed the 15 minute grace period. WHAT GRACE PERIOD? Then i really went crazy (but I never raised my voice or said any curse words) and she put Letty on the phone. When Letty could not logically explain why she was charging the fee but did not give me the chance to come in she put the other lady back on the phone. At which time I politely told her I would find another salon. I have the time of my first call on my phone plus the text to me which all occured before 12:15! As a professional she should have told me at 12:01 I was being charged $10 no matter if I came on or rescheduled. I would have continued to the salon, been about 6 or 7 minutes late, and paid my penalty. Further make sure you schedule your two week appointment the same day. Otherwise the attendant is going to tell you she is booked when you call for two week appointment....even if you are at day 15 instead of 14 you will be charged for 3 week refill. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I LOVE coming here. Courtney is great, and not just because we share a name. Getting my lashes done is one of my favorite treats, I always look forward to my visit. Courtney is so talented and always makes me feel comfy and welcome. I recently got my brows microbladed and I am extremely pleased with the results, I wish I had done it sooner. My brows were thin and uneven, now they look great all the time with no makeup! Filling in my brows each morning was a pain in the butt, I am thrilled I no longer need to waste my time on that. Highly recommend Lashed Out!

Great extentionists, but not so great management. I went for the quality extensions and reasonable prices, however I will not be returning due to the unprofessional environment. I speak for myself when I say that as a client, I have never witnessed so much unnecessary drama between co-owners/coworkers. I appreciate all the work your extentionists have done, as I fell in love with lash extensions here. However, I do not in anyway support the behavior of ownership and management, between gossip and all sorts of accusations, for that to be witnessed by a client just isn't of good taste or Christian conduct, nevermind professionalism. Good luck in all you do, but you've lost my business and recommendation.
