Mindful Body is a Health and Wellness Studio offering a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes suitable for all fitness levels and body types. In a Mindful Body class you can step away from the daily stresses of life and be completely immersed in your own wellbeing. Allow us to focus on your individual unique needs, injuries or chronic concerns. Custom programs are available in Pilates Mat and Apparatus, Hatha Yoga and Nutritional Counseling. We also offer a variety of alternative healing therapies. Enjoy a Reiki, Reflexology or Integrated Energy Therapy session with one of our experienced practitioners.
