My husband made an appointment for us to get a couples massage on Valentine’s Day. We get there fill out the paperwork then are told the massage therapist got in wreck and no one else is available. The receptionist was very kind and apologetic. He offered us an 80 minute massage for free to compensate for Valentine’s Day. The day of the next appointment we get an email saying the owner is not renewing the lease and our appointment has been cancelled. Very bad experience.

Please go visit this spa. It came to me highly recommended and I've been back 6 times since. The staff is amazing. The spa is always clean and quiet. My massages or therapies always start on time. The facials come with tons of advice and recommendations for skin care. I've taken my mom here a couple of times and she thanks this place is a slice of Heaven!!

My favorite spa in Dallas! Timmy has changed my life. I get the LET (Lymphatic Enhancement Technology) massage every month. My body has difficulty detoxing and this service helps so much. 6 months ago I had the worst case of acne and most of it accumulated on my neck. Timmy explained to me that this was because my lymph nodes were not draining properly. The LET improves the lymphatic flow and helps detoxification. After one treatment, most of my acne cleared up! I had a couple’s massage here a couple days ago, and it was so amazing. Chris hit all the right spots! It is such a nice place to relax and let go, my back pain was relieved, and he even told me a good tip on where I need to work on and how to stretch at home to avoid any tightness in my body. Thanks for everything, it was a great experience. Hope to come back soon!

First and foremost the Therapists are great and Staff are very friendly. My wife and I have been in for messages a few times and we are both impressed with the quality of the Therapists. The nice thing about Green Lotus versus a chain is they allow slightly alternative types of message, so if you don't love your Therapist's style you can request a different Therapist who will likely have a totally different technique, while still being familiar. If nitpicking it's the location, it's on Central which is convenient, and you don't really hear the traffic when inside, but it does hit you right in face when you walk out after that relaxing message. But if you're looking for a Spa that offers great service, check them out!

Just had a prenatal massage there with Michelle, it was great. She was super nice, and I loved my massage. One tiny detail: it would be great to have the option to fill out the forms on my laptop at home before coming, rather than when getting to the spa and then having to do it on a touch screen.

The best massages I've ever had. When visiting family in Dallas 3 years ago, Timmy provided the best massage I've ever had. Back in Dallas again and I had to book another massage with Timmy. Absolutely incredible. After this second massage, I can confirm the first was not a fluke and Timmy is the real deal. I can't rave enough just how fantastic it is. I'm 6'2" and 220 pounds and I am so very pleased with how effective and responsive the two massages have been. I will be visiting Timmy every time I am in Dallas.

Not the best massage I've ever had, but definitely one of the better ones. I had the couples (swedish) massage, but Jessica made it more of a deep tissue. She was able to pinpoint the knots and tight points in my back fairly easily - I was sore for a few days. The "80 minute" massage was really only 70, but it sounds like that should be expected here. I'm not sure if I would go back for this price, but the quality was above average.

Love this place! Very quiet and clean with a wonderful side room that's dark and quiet while you wait and relax before your appointment. They also have cucumber water and warm neck wraps if you choose. I visit Crystal for facials every 6 weeks and I can't say enough good things about her service. She has a great memory about your concerns and desires and makes every appointment so calming and a full experience. Irecently enjoyed a Swedish massage with Melissa and left wonderfully relaxed and with many of my knots worked out. She's a great masseuse for those who don't like to talk a lot during the massage and just enjoy the relaxation! The desk staff is very sweet and attentive and really tops of a wonderful experience. I love having this option so close and convenient and I never feel like I'm right off the highway.

I heard lot of good reviews so I went there for Detox, Deep tissue Massage and foot ritual. Deep tissue was good the day I had it but after that from next day I started feeling pain on my neck and back. I felt that at some points pressure was too much and for other body area, she was just finishing it off. Foot ritual was fine but not worth the money. Detox facial was worst, no massage was done at all, she was only putting some creams scrubs and washing it off. From the next day my face was having all red marks and skin has become more dry. Face skin got worst after facial which should not be the case. Ambiance and staff was good, but since services are not good it doesn't matter. Not at all worth for money :|

I was gifted the opportunity to go to the Green Lotus from a great friend and I am so grateful that she did. I got the himalayan salt stone massage with Carri followed by a Reki session with Olivia. Everything about the experience was wonderful! The greeting at reception was friendly and informative. She guided me to a waiting area that was calm and relaxing. My salt stone massage was the first time I've done something like that but it will not be the last. It was perfect - especially since I had worked out the day before. My Reki session with Olivia was relaxing, releasing and healing. Both practitioners that I worked with were professional and kind. You can tell when someone truly has compassion as their passion and both of my ladies radiate that. It was very easy for me to feel comfortable and trusting in their hands. I will absolutely be coming back to Green Lotus and I will be bringing friends. Massage, Reki and other forms of healing like this have been used for thousands of years and Green Lotus really takes pride in being fine examples of the craft.
