Equinox Pilates is a small studio located in Indian Harbour Beach that is dedicated to teaching the STOTT PILATES® method of Pilates in an intimate and comfortable environment. This setting allows for a deeper, more efficient learning experience, enabling the client to observe her advancement within the exercise method. Equinox Pilates utilizes Pilates apparatus such as the STOTT PILATES® Reformer, mat, stability ball, Springboard, arc barrel and spine corrector barrel. Carrie instructs Level 1 (Essential/beginner) to Level 2 (intermediate) students. Carrie is a Certified Pilates Instructor in both Mat and Reformer and has extensive training in the STOTT PILATES®method. Classes are limited to no more than 3 participants for Springboard and 4 participants for mat. Reformer is offered through private sessions only.
