The main reason i felt i had to write this review was because of how great this place is in customer service. The time taken by the women to explain the steps and procedures there was phenomenal. The only thing better than that was the massage i got from regina. It was so good that i had to come back again and even try out their oxygen facial which if you have dry skin like me i definitely recommend it. Very good experience overall.

As soon as I walked in I felt an immediate calming feeling. Laura and the other lady’s made sure to take care of me throughout the entire experience. I purchased a package which contained 6 facials and a 7th free one that is going to motivate me to come monthly. Another thing I noticed with this place is the attention to profession they have in skin care. The lady I had knew exactly where to exfoliate and how to extract the quickest and painless way possible. Will definitely be back.

It was my birthday and last minute I decided to go for a much needed facial, so I called and at first no answer but to my surprise shortly after I received a callback and was lucky enough to get in same day for an acne facial. The facial was amazing, done by Regina. She was very polite and explained every step of what she was doing and why. She checked in often to make sure I wasn't hurting when getting deep into my pores to clear out the black and whiteheads, etc. In addition to that she did keep conversation going which was nice and allowed me to feel more at ease and relatable to her. Not only was Regina gentle, great and friendly but so was Laura. When getting ready to pay Laura was talking to me more about the facial abs my skin and explaining products that I ended up buying and just giving me additional suggestions to help with my oily skin. Definitely going back beech I ended up buying a package of 6 facials. Will recommend to all I know.

Just like yesterday, I remember the first time I walked into Laura’ clinic. My acne was so bad that Laura herslf (with her gentle touch) took close to 2hrs on my face. I had to visit religiously every month(still do)..Fast forward to this day, I cant be more grateful to this pple. My face is a whole diff look. Clear and smooth.. even pple compliments and ask what I used on my face now bcos it grows radiantly. This is the best spa I have ever been to. Thanks to Laura and her lovely ladies too. Waste of money. The esthetician rudely insulted my skin just to get me to buy more services. I let her know that I found these remarks to be rude, and she didn't apologize or anything. She also completely skimped out on the massage aspect and barely even did it at all. This was the least attentive massage and facial I've ever received, as I was left alone for 20+ minutes, all time which you are paying for. When she was going extractions near my nose, I felt her hand crunch down on my cartilage. When I expressed to her and the clerk that I was dissatisfied with the experience, they just argued with me. Not relaxing, and not worth it.

Haven’t gotten a good quality massage in along time there was little to no wait , quiet rooms and relaxing service. When going in ask for Regina to do your massages she does it quite well also Rosa did my express facial and it was also very good. Highly recommended place to come to. The massage was very relaxing as well as the facial I got. There have been many places I have been to for massages and this place was the best. However I have never got a facial done before and little did I know I really needed one. Great staff and amazing professionalism.

I went for a Mani-pedi. I had called the day before to schedule an appointment, I explained i wanted a regular mani pedi and a simple design for the mani, lines only, the lady on phone said yes thats OK, the nail tech is " very good". They gave me appt for 4 so I scheduled my day around arriving at 4pm. I get there the next day and immediately I could tell the technician was frustrated. I didn't understand what she said to the owner but it sounded like there was a scheduling problem and the nail tech didn't have time to see me, she pulled out her appt book and started flipping through the pages. Eventually she asked me to sit. I should add she was never rude to me, just seemed like the schedule was a problem. I showed her design I wanted, a minimalist French mani, so basically a French mani but thinner line and instead of white line i wanted orange. She said "ok I try" so that was unexpected. Within 3 minutes of me sitting down another customer shows up and starts huffing and puffing and talking to the tech doing my nails, saying "I have things to do" bc I guess the nail tech or owner overbooked the appt slot. It seemed like this lady was a regular and they know each other... So this whole ordeal made me feel awkward. She rushes through the pedi, paints toenail with no base or primer polish, fine not a big deal. Mani was also rushed, she said "im only gonna do 1 coat" so i said ok and I could tell she was in a rush to get to the other customer, who was sitting nearby and glaring. It was fine but it's not like the picture I showed her and 6 hrs later I see that the nail isn't even fully painted (probably bc it was only 1 coat) and the line is already showing signs of cracking, even though i haven't lifted a finger since the mani, not even to wash dishes! The cuticles were also not cut well. I wouldn't be bothered if this was a $20 mani-pedi but it was $35 +$10 tip i left ($45 total) the entire appt lasted like 40 min, very rushed and awkward. Also when I went to pay by debit card the woman said "cash is better because there is a surcharge with card" so i said "I don't have cash, what's the surcharge?" She said "I don't know but the atm is $2 fee so its better"...so idk why she didn't want me to pay with my card, the stickers on the door say they accept card and i was willing to pay surcharge but felt forced to use atm for cash and I really hope my card info is not skimmed or stolen from the 3rd party atm, as I really hate using those.. I don't think I will return unfortunately.

I won't come back here again. I found this place on the internet. The salon was show 4.5 raiting. I have no clue how. I went there for European facical with deep cleansing+microdermabrasion. And I could be satisfied it. Lady that did my facical did it good. But... she also tried to convince me to buy extra servises like collagen mask and ect. She even tried to sell this procedure more expensive. Then she and front desk lady tried to convince me buy cosmetic products that I "can't buy anywhere els?" :). I took one. Of course I can find it online and even cheaper. It is not an exclusive. It is contract manufacturing. This laboratory produce products for any company just chang label. Front desk lady tried to convince me to buy a papackage there. She also demanded tips after. I don't like sales and marketing like I got in this salon. So, never again. On the pics product that you can find online easy.

Definitely would recommend to many. I got the new mango facial done after I received an email about it and wow imminently after my facial my skin was so bright and clear. She explained to me that my skin is like dry like most of the people getting this facial. So if you have dry skin the mango facial is one I recommend. Thank you Laura.

FRONT DESK LADY AND AND ELDERLY BLOND LADY DONT WEAR A MASK!!! I wish i would of taken a picture went there for mink eyelashes. The were 95 dollars, which was very expensive for the quality. Is been 5 days and one eye has almost no lashes left. The other side is really painful since it has a lot of glue, but lashes are still on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSION ALSO! I paid for a package which had aromatherapy. THAT WAS PURE MARKETING, I know exactly how aromatherapy works and smells and they didn’t do any of that. Same as “eye treatment”, i didn’t get any eye treatments. The lady that did my facial did a great job, but as she was working the other ladies kept walking in and interrupting (that’s unprofessional) They wanted to convince me to go to a lady’s house for services, which was inconvenient because besides going to the spa, I also had to commute to that lady’s house, which I didn’t. And she was like “IS ONLY A 10 MIN DRIVE FROM THE SALON”. Was told to pay full price for my package which was a mothers day special because I was using a gift card. Also, They kept trying to convince me to add more stuff to my package when I specifically told them I just wanted to redeem my gift card and not trying to pay extra. So between the difference in price in the paciage and and exttaction that I was told they had to do because my facial would be pointless without it I was charged 65 dollars on top of the 200 i spent

This was my first time coming to this spa. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for a European facial and a shellac manicure for the next day. Lola did my facial - I was satisfied with the service and would come to her again. I was not happy at all with the person who did my shellac manicure. First of all it says on their website $25 but the lady at the front desk charged me $30 - I should have said something so I guess it’s my fault. The color was uneven and it just was not neat, after one week it started chipping. For $30 I would have like at least clean work. Otherwise the customer service was great; I just wasn’t happy with being uncharged and shellac manicure service.

For a long time I've had very bad acne. My face was covered with blackheads and pimples and I decided to come to Laura's beauty touch for a facial and after two facials I saw drastic change ! All the ladies working here are extremely nice and cared deeply about my face. The two ladies working on my face took their time in making sure I had the best experience. My face has little to no acne right now and I still have more facials to go so I know my face will be completely clean by the end of my sessions . My face is so smooth and clean and I couldn't be any more excited. Never did I ever think I'd ever get my acne to go away. With everything going on in my life, I decided to take a break and give myself a spa day which was much needed. I also had very bad acne and oily skin. I didn't really have a specific facial I wanted to get done but as soon as I called Laura and described my issues she recommended I get the acne facial which was so good because afterwards my skin was clearer than ever which I know it was not supposed to show right away but it did. secondly, I got a express massage and it was the best 30 minutes ever (ask for regina). thank you Laura with everything you have done and I definitely will come back

The one main thing that is very important to me is professionalism. And this place has a lot of it, as soon as i came to the store i was greeted immediately by laura with a calming smile and gentle feeling. The facial i got was a european deep pore facial with an oxygen treatment which felt so good because i got used to wearing masks. I have been coming to Laura for years now for my facial services. I started getting botox done here and let me tell you my results are the best! Laura has a doctor preforming these services and she uses high end products that make your botox form so natural and have completely powerful results. I don't usually write reviews but this is one of the best places I have ever recieved the top highest services. Laura always has a variety of treatments to please everyone. I had the vagacial treatment and yes even though it seems to be not the usual service you would get it sure does the job of feeling refreshed. I've been waxing for over 20 years now and in those 20 years my ingrown hairs have been present. The vagacial treatment that Laura has come up with is amazing. I have no words to describe how smooth your skin will feel after. Not only does the treatment help reduce ingrown hairs it also softens your skins sensitivity level for future waxing or shaving sessions. This is great to do after a brazilian wax! AND NO I did not have any reactions, marks, breakouts , or even itchiness after. You literally feel refreshes and new. I will do this more frequently. Thank you Laura see you soon!

I saw there promotions on lash lift and decided to give it a try I just wanted to make sure it didn’t ruin my eyelashes and as soon as I found out it dosent I made an appointment.when I got there I noticed how calming the environment is and I experienced a warm welcome. I only had to wait 5 minutes and the whole lift in general took about an hour (it was mainly for waiting for my lashes to curl). But they told me it would last 6 weeks I still have them up 7 weeks in. The experience was very good I would recommend to my friends and family.

Highly Recommend! Best place to get your acne facial. I had cystic pores and blemishes that I kept covering up with pounds of makeup. I was so sick of spending so much money on makeup I decided to invest in facials. Laura's beauty touch has the best professionals in the spa who will take the best care of you. I bought a package at the spa which consisted of 6 sessions of facial treatments and the 7th session free of charge. This is such a good investment. My skin has never been this clean in years. Literally the best spa I have ever went too. My friend kept talking about how much she loves this spa and I figured to give it a try. This spa is so organized and I love their idea of having packages for many different services. It is very convenient and the prices are so good my jaw dropped when I saw them. I bought a package for my aunt for her 30th birthday. The package includes massage, hot herbs which made her back pain soothe and come back to normal, face masks, extraction which cleared her skin, cleansers, toners and so much high luxury products that this spa uses for such a great price. She even gives an option to pay through installments which is great and you even get a session for free ! The amount of money that you save by doing these packages is actually crazy.

Let me start off by saying I was so scared to do anything to my lashes. When I first saw Laura I was like "wow I want your lashes" because of how thick and curled they looked. I never wanted to do eyelash extensions because of what would happen after. Laura recommended me to do the lash lift. This was an all natural procedure done on my natural eyelashes. My problem was not the fullness but the fact that my eyelashes are naturally straight and I was tired of constantly curling them. Lash lifts are really popular here at the spa and they are super gorgeous. The lash lift gave me a permanent curl effect which I was obsessed with because my eyelashes are beautiful. I was born with long straight eyelashes and no matter how many times I tried to curl them they would never want to curl. There is so much to say about this spa! I came here for my moms birthday I decided to take her out and give her the best relaxing day she has ever gotten. We got an amazing deal for the both of us. The massage was amazing and the techniques Roza used were spectacular. My mom enjoyed her Aroma facial and massage as well and Laura was very sweet enough to offer us a paraffin hand treatment. The before and after just shocks me. I was always thinking about doing eyelash extensions but I was too scared to try it out. I finally stumbled upon a special I saw on their website for eyelash extensions and decided to give them a call. Rigina my lash technician was very gentle and took her time with me. She said she was going to make my eyelashes look full and volume which is what I needed. The procedure took about an hour long but after my eyelashes looked amazing and I loved the results. I do my lashes with them all the time I promise you will not be disappointed.

When you walk in the front door, you walk downstairs while smelling a beautifully relaxing scented candle and into what I think is bliss. It's so quiet and serene. Went to get my eyelashes done for a wedding and I saw them on Groupon and the place looked beautiful. I went in and I could tell the pictures were filtered to look beautiful but I was rushing so I decided to stay. I got the lashes done and when they were done they were really uncomfortable but sometimes that happens with lashes however it goes away after a couple of minutes. After I got them done and paid I got picked up right away so it didn’t seem weird that they were still uncomfortable. Once I was finally able to see them with my own small mirror I could see that the eyelashes were very straight, and crooked going down my eye and made my eyes look small and as if I was crying which I was because the discomfort and burning was not going away. However I had this wedding to go to, so what I did was constantly curl them which helped a little. I work and go to school full-time so as you can imagine I don’t have the time to just go but they were so uncomfortable and the glue was so noticeable I couldn’t bare to keep them. I skipped my morning class about 3 days later and told the ladies what the problem was. They agreed to take them off for free. I do not exaggerate when I say I was in sooo much pain, the eyelash remover burnt soooo bad and to top it off the hard, cheap ass eyelashes were stabbing my eye everytime they brushed them to remove it. They tell me that if I came later they would’ve been able to take it off because it’s too fresh. And Guess what? They weren’t able to take them off and the glue had run all over my eyelash making me look crazy. I tell the lady if I could get a refund she tells me if I came the day if they could’ve fixed it, I tell her I had a wedding and she says “well you used them for that wedding” , “you should’ve came back”, if I hadn’t had the need to cry so bad I would’ve told her this and not walked away when she said “sorry”. First of all the eyelashes are suppose to be silk I have done my eyelashes 5 times and the places I go to silk is suppose to be better quality than mink, the first thing she tells me is that if I got mink it would’ve looked better. Is it my fault they use cheap quality eyelashes, I am not crazy my friends and sisters completely agreed that they looked cheap and like pharmacy fake eyelashes. Second the fact that she let me waste 50 dollars on burning my eyes and being in pain with absolutely nothing to make me feel better is shameful as a sailing that is suppose to make people feel better about themselves. This was a very disappointing experience, I’m out 51 dollars ($47+credit card tax), and I look terrible. And I offered to just take half my refund but she refused. Please look at the picture I posted!

I understand that extractions are part of the facial, but not the way she was digging in my face. I don't even have acne! This is by far the worse facial I've ever gotten. The salon is very basic, and cluttered. Their is no customer service. Beware!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Oxygen facial at Laura's beauty touch spa two weekends ago! the experience was amazing from start to finish and I highly recommend Lola, the facialist who worked her magic hands on my skin. the facial involved microdermabrasion, and oxygen-infused therapy. My face wasn't suffering from many blackheads or pimples so there wasn't much extracting to do. The face massage was the best part of the procedure. I FELL ASLEEP during this part! I was the most relaxed I had been in a while. It was incredible! The only reason I woke up was the oxygen part of the facial! It was literally a blast of fresh, cool air all over my face and felt so cleansing and cooling. I was absolutely in love with everything about my experience. I will definitely be coming back here more often!

I went in yesterday for eyebrows shaping. The lady invested good amount of time, but did not deliver what was asked. Instead she screwed it up by making one eyebrow thinner than the other, making it look very odd. And she ruptured my skin below the eyebrow line. On top of all these, the owner demanded tips! When I googled for best eyebrow shaping salon near me, this salon was picked and showed 4.7 ratings. Not sure how. Facials and massages might be good, but for shaping eyebrows I wouldn't recommend this.

This is a great beauty place. I go there every month for their acne treatment and I have seen a big difference. I have mild acne that would just not go away. Ive went to different dermatologist that all told me the same information and proscribed the same topical washes. Ive even had antibiotics that i was proscribed but did not work.. Laura first examined my face and then she got rid of all the black heads that was causing me to break out. My first session I seen a difference but it wasnt until the third session that I seen a big difference. I will continue to go there until i have no more acne.

They have a great variety of facials which is perfect because not every person has the same skin complexion. I came into the spa and I headed straight into my room. Laura took care of my skin really good. She was really gentle when doing extraction and managed to clearly clean my skin. I love how they have add-ons which you can add onto your facials. My face is so smooth and feels really clean after the procedure. I love the outcome of my skin if I knew this spa earlier I would've went all the time. Furthermore Shanel took her time doing my lashes she explained each set and told me which one is better for the look that I wanted. She took her sweet time and she asked me if I’m comfortable and even offered a cup of water and a foot pillow when she was done with the procedure she told me to look in the mirror and said that if I wanted to add more she would add more. I've never felt this way in a long time. I am originally from California and I came to visit my family in New York. I was going through my instagram feed and I found 'Laura's Beauty Touch' on my explore page. They had so many deals and offers and it looked like the spa was well organized and put together. I called the owner Laura and scheduled an appointment for my facial. I have very irritating skin and unusual tones. No one could ever figure out whether I had dry. oily. or neutral undertones. At last, Laura depicted my face quickly and found my skin type. The facial room was so clean and nice. The sheets were folded properly and the bath robes were fresh and soft. Laura did not rush on my face! And that's what I love about this spa! She took her time and address every concern she had about my face. The face, neck, and shoulder massage was so soothing I fell asleep. After the facial I asked Laura if she can look at my eyebrows and try microblading. God bless Laura!! My eyebrows looks so good and perfect I don't have to waste tons of money on eyebrow pencils! The place is very sanitary she opened up a new blade in front of me. Furthermore, she numbed me and waited until I was fully numb and started the process. After I purchased Laura's face products that she recommended for me! My face has never been better. They aren’t heavy at all, I barely notice they’re on and they’re super natural looking. Chanel is lovely, explains everything in detail and lets you pick the best option for you. She makes sure to take her time & also tells you how to take care of them afterwards. She is there on Tuesdays & Fridays and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to go here. Laura's Beauty Touch literally has every great service! I gave Laura a call and booked an appointment for chocolate Brazilian wax. Laura said that the chocolate Brazilian wax is best for sensitive skin. The place is very nice and sweet. The room is clean and the music is relaxing. Lola is very gentle and took her time with me. Laura talked to me about the package and I decided that I would save a lot of money so I purchased it. What I love about it is that I get one free session and this is giving me motivation to come monthly because I already have a package prepared. Since then I have no ingrown hairs. I have less hair growing and my skin is much smoother! The atmosphere was welcoming and they have a lot of candies in the front desk! I love this place!

Laura's spa is amazing. My friend recommended this spa to me and I absolutely adore it! She is a great and professional aesthetician. She cares a lot about her clients and about the services she provides. The european facial is amazing. She always takes her time to ensure her job is done thoroughly and with quality. She doesn't rush and explains everything to me when she adds something to my face. She uses new and clean utensils on me which is a positive! My face feels clean and smooth. Her products work great and are super-affordable. Every time I walk out of the spa after the facial I feel like my skin is rejuvenated. She steams the face well and gently removes all the blackheads and all unnecessary stuff, therefore there are no red marks on the skin afterward. Afterwards I decided to get my brazilian wax done. It was my first time I thought it was going to hurt but it didn't! The vanilla wax is so soft and doesn't leave me with any rashes. She was so gentle with my skin I loved it. Her pep talks helped me get my mind off the wax. This spa is highly recommended!

I love this spa so much. I live around the area around Rego Park so they were promoting eyelashes. I don't really use any false eyelashes or do eyelash extensions. I had to choose between cluster, silk, and mink. I loved the mink lashes because they were individual lashes! My eyes look bolder and better.It is more of a natural look! I get compliments all the time. I save my money because I don't buy or wear mascara no more! Chanel is so sweet and does my lashes perfect each time. Chanel uses a sweet talk and knows what is always right! It last's for about a month on me and than I always go back for touch-ups. I see that they do a lot of different services. I will try a lot of them I see all of the clients coming out of the room happy. It is amazing that such a small comforting place can be amazing. The procedure wasn't really long but it was worth it because the results are amazing. I love this spa a lot!

I found this spa on google and decided to get my eyebrows microblading done here.Laura explained the procedure through the phone and when I arrived she explained everything more in depth. When I came in I entered my room where she was going to do my eyebrows. My eyebrows look bomb! After the procedure Laura introduced to me that she was also doing lip and eye tattoo's. She showed me pictures and I agreed because I needed a line up. I used to do my lip tattoos in another place but my lips burned and I felt every pain. As of this place Laura uses expensive and high tech numbing serum where I couldn't even feel anything. My lips look better than ever. They looked contoured and much more fuller. The color variety is amazing. Laura's beauty touch has many shades to choose from dark to light. The numbing and soothing cream helped my lips so much. I finally don't have to waste money on expensive lipsticks and lip glosses. The outline of my lips is perfect. I did an ombre color of pinkish reddish and white that Laura has chosen for me and it is amazing. At last I decided to do my eye lids so I got my eyelid tattoo with a nice shade of dark purple. The procedure was painless and the results were amazing. Overall, throughout the procedure, I loved my eyes. My eyes did tear up a little bit but no strong pressure was added. I got everything done in one day I feel accomplished and I am so happy I treated myself! Love this place!!

Very bad service, the lashes lady Silvia is very rude and disrespectful. They should recommend before the appointment to do not use any cream and do not curl lashes. And when she finished I ask for a mirror to see the result and she said outside at the end of the hallway! I’m not coming back. I got my lashes really damaged. I purchased the Chocolate Waxing package and i am very happy with the service and treatment at this place..... i used to go to European Waxing Center and girls at the reception were rude and pushy, their prices are too pricey and when i Googled for waxing services in my area i found this Laura's Spa and i am glad i made the decision to give it a try. I had a facial and a eyelashes extension done at this place. Was not a pleasant experience. During the facial the owner Laura was keep going out and answering phone calls and talking to other customers. She was pushing to sell her products which are not even legal to sell, they have no manufacture name and other consumer related info About eyelashes the girl was totally inexperienced. She put the wrong size of eyelashes eventhough I specifically told her I want short lashes but more density. Instead she put the longest one and told me this is what everybody getting. She also got glue into my eyes which ended up burning and lead to infection. And last but not least when I posted a yelp review about my experience at their place, the owner Laura emailed me stating that she removed my review Now everyone knows what kind of business she runs by keeping only good reviews to mislead customers Would not recommend this place!

I had an acne problem and I tried many different creams and masks to reduce the pores. However, that did not work so I was on facebook and my friend recommended me to attend this spa so I tried it out. I don't usually trust people when it comes to my face. When I first came in the owner Laura was wonderful and helped me pick a facial that fits me. She recommended the acne facial which she said was going to exfoliate and detoxify my skin. I signed for a package that was so worth it 6 facials and the 7th free. The room was very clean and Laura was neat. She was very gentle with my face. After the procedure, I bought products that would enhance my face. A week later, I am seeing tremendous results and my face is much more clear. I recommend to all people out there to come and experience the changes when it comes to the face. Laura is a professional woman and very trustworthy. I have 5 more facials to complete and I will be the lifetime client. Especially the price I had to pay was very reasonable only $80.I saved $20. Laura took her time during the procedure. The facial was about 70-80 minutes long. UPDATE: I have used Laura's face products for quite a while and I see that my face has progressed and became shinier. I totally recommend this spa for anyone that would like to relax and see excellent changes.

She was professional and explained everything I needed to know. She is very confident about her job. First I came to consult an appointment with my mom for her non-visible eyebrows. She gave me free consultation which was very nice of her. Right away I was confident to make an appointment with her for microblading for my mom. My mom was pretty nervous and Laura talked to her about the procedure and made her calm. First of all, the room was very clean which is so pleasant and the room smelled good. The music was relaxing which made us loosen up. She numbed her first and said that she will not feel any pain. After, she drew the shape of her eyebrows which looked totally perfect. Laura is an artist and finally we got very nice results. My mom was very happy and not only that, we tried her anti-aging facial with oxygen treatment. I was so impressed with Laura's knowledge. My mom's skin looked like she was 10 years younger and gave a nice glow. About Laura she is very professional and has a personality like her beauty. We definitely going to come back from now on. Been coming here for years for my nails and this week finally had a facial done. Laura was absolutely the best. She did a microdermabrasion treatment, which I had foolishly always been afraid of doing. I'm so glad I did it this time. The actual procedure felt so good, and my face is clear now! And the Gold Mask was wonderful. I feel like my face is softer than it has ever been in my 30 years of life. All the products smelled great, and the head/neck massage was relaxing.
