i recently tried using kate hancock's sunscreen, moisturizer and acne clearing cleanser. to tell you all i really have a sensitive skin and it was so hard to find the perfect product, i just found out about these products from my friend who's a regular user. And the products literally blew my mind. I never had any bad reaction from it and instead it made my face healthier and young looking. the moisturizer really felt refreshing on the skin and you can feel that it really does hydrate your skin and even the inner layers of it. acne clearing cleanser is the holy grail! i use it first thing in the morning together with the sunscreen that protects my face against the harmful uv lights and before i go to bed. It really helps to minimize the redness of your new acne and will clear the spot in short span of time. The benefits of these products really amazed me. I'm so happy that I discovered Kate Hancock. I never felt so confident before. Everyone try their products its gonna be your skin's bestfriend!

I have never been to a spa where they offer comprehensive facial. It was so good I was snoring the whole time. When I saw my skin afterwards I was Impressed. Janice was beyond professional over the phone as well as in person. I have driven by OC Facial Care for some time now and finally made it in. Let me tell you it was worth it! I have had facial done on a 6 week period for about 3 years now and this was by far the BEST I have ever had. Today I came in as a new client and had the Super facial done. This included Microdermabrasion, Oxygen, and finishing with Radio Frequency. The massage was not to be missed either. Atosa was delightful and answered all of my questions before and during. I reached out through yelp and received a response almost immediately from Kate. I intended on going in for a free consultation, but after seeing the congestion I had on my skin, she was kind enough to take me in right then and there. The rooms itself felt very clean and relaxing with proper music, candles, and lighting. Then she went to work. I do wish each step was explained as she was working on me since it was my first time, just for my own future reference so I know what to get done next time. But I trust she knows what I'll need each visit, and at the same token ... sometimes relaxing doesn't need much talking. Anyway, I left feeling so refreshed! I never knew what it felt like to let my skin breathe like that before.. can't wait to see my own before and afters. As a guy it is tough to go to a spa. My fiance recommended this place and wow blew my mind. They were very accommodating and helped me even though I knew nothing about facials. I suffer from Rosacea and some acne so they did some facial that felt amazing but helped calm my skin. Even showed me a few products that have helped me since going. Now I have regimen and feel more confident. Linda was the person who did the facial and now I go every month. They have a membership I signed up for and it is extremely cost effective.

When I stepped into the spa yesterday, I was warmly greeted by the owner, Kate. It felt so calming and relaxing even before I received my facial. Linda did an outstanding job. I finished off my visit with 40 minutes in the Infra Red Sauna- which was such a unique experience!!! ! When I went to check out, I saw that she had so many fun items for purchase that I set myself up with a Swell Water Bottle. I would highly recommend the OCFacial Care Center. As a member, I get to use the Infra Red Sauna and get other "goodies" too.

We lost then found a Gift Certificate we purchased directly from OC Facial. Unfortunately, it had an expiration date and when I called they wouldn't honor it even though it had expired just a few months prior. In my opinion, this is not good customer service.

I went in this afternoon to get an Oxygen Facial, it was my first time receiving a facial ever and I can definitely say I will be coming back for more, I loved it! Grace did an amazing job and explained everything, I definitely recommend her and this place :) There was loud roofing going on at the time of my visit but nothing I will hold OCFCC accountable for I know it\'s not their fault.
