Tropical Expressions Boutique and Spa is a full service salon located in Altoona, PA that offers hair, nail, waxing and spray tanning services. Owner Carly Sullivan took her idea of creating an atmosphere, one where the client is at the center of everything the salon does, and made it a reality.
