Warmth Studios

Warmth Studios is a community hot yoga studio located in the Grass Valley / Nevada City area. At Warmth we believe that conscious movement is medicine for the body, mind and Spirit. The Warmth team is a collective of experts in their field who are passionate about the human body, therapeutic movement and eastern traditions. We practice and teach traditional hot yoga and hot vinyasa. Classes range from 98 to 103 degrees, 35 - 40% humidity and 60 to 90 minutes. Each class is a strong physical & spiritual experience. We aim to provide an experience that leaves you feeling like your Highest Self. We use movement, heat, conscious breathing and traditional yogic practices as tools to assist you in connecting with and embodying your Highest Self.
