Express Hot Yoga

Express Hot Yoga is a beginners' therapeutic series of hot yoga comprised of twenty-six postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a mildly heated room. This series is designed for all ages and levels of fitness. It encompasses all four aspects of fitness: Balance, Endurance, Strength, and Flexibility. The series is offered in a 50-minute format as well as a 90-miniute format. We also offer Yin Yoga which is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) Express Hot Yoga practice.The focus of this class is to stretch the connective tissues of the bone joints (tendons and ligaments) targeting the hips, thighs, and lower spine.
