The Bar Method – West Plaza

The Bar Method is a one hour non impact high intensity interval training class that integrates isometrics, dance conditioning and physical therapy. This workout is intense but created under the guidance of physical therapists to create a very safe workout that reshapes you entire body, creating a strong sexy physique. You'll get more flexible and create long firm thighs, a lifted seat and flat abs. We have two locations in the Kansas City Metro Area, with classes seven days a week.
