I am sooo happy with my skin after a facial from Sarah! She was so gentle, thorough, and answered every question I had throughout the process. Even with my eyes closed, I could feel how attentive and detail oriented she was with my skin. It's been days after, and my friends keep wanting to feel my face because of how plump & radiant it is. My skin basically looks like Hailey Bieber's now. Lastly, her neck & shoulder massage was better than any I've had at actual massage centers. I can't wait to come back! Thank you so much! 9/12/23 Update: I had another facial this time with Angelina and it was equally as amazing! My skin had been suffering from a supplement I took which jacked up my hormones, but Angelina fixed me right up with some red & blue light and a peel! <3

This is the best kept secret in Solana Beach! This is hands down the best local facial I have ever received since moving to SD over 20 years ago. Every corner of the salon is swoon worthy, including the stylish bathroom. The treatment rooms make you never want to leave ... My esthetician was Angelina. She recommended what treatments would benefit my skin type and customized the treatment to get me the best results possible. Her techniques were incredible and she really made me feel pampered while she worked her magic. I highly recommend!

Since I decided to make an amazing decision and start going to Smartface because of reviews, I had to leave one myself. I absolutely ADORE Smartface. Right when you walk in you’re greeted by amazing friendly faces and just feel an instant wave of relaxation. On top of absolutely amazing service, the entire team here is just so friendly. I feel so comfortable and relaxed whenever I go in. I have only had eyebrow shaping done by Kim, who I literally could not recommend enough, she listens to you and will make sure you are 110% happy about your brows. I’ve also had a lash lift and facial with other members of the team. Sarah did my lash lift, and Angelina my facial. Both amazing! Best facials of my life, best services of my life. Love this place for facials and dermaplane. The entire staff is so welcoming and inviting. The facial is so relaxing, I end up taking a nap each time and waking up with beautiful skin. I first found out about this place when I took advantage of their initial new client $99 promo and it was the best decision for my day off of work! I’ve been a few times since on my days off to treat myself. Their staff is all amazing so detailed and very knowledgeable. I highly 100 perfect recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. I would love to check out their other services as well. I moved here in January and have yet to find a spot for regular facials. This may be it ! I can’t speak highly enough about Kim at Smartface. I’ve spent $1000’s on “fancy” facial treatments (e.g. IPL, lasers) elsewhere, but since becoming a member and getting monthly facials, my skin has never looked better. For probably the first time in my life my skin truly glows and my pores have magically disappeared. I can run out the door wearing no foundation. I receive compliments on my skin all the time – and let’s just say I’m on the other side of 40! Kim knows exactly what my skin needs in any given month and customizes her treatment based on that. Plus she’s one of the warmest, friendliest and most compassionate people you’ll ever meet. All the staff are great! And don’t get me started on her products: some of the best I’ve ever used, and I’m most definitely a skincare junkie!

I got a lash lift here and it was amazing. This was my first time getting a lift and I didn’t know what to expect. The staff is SOOOO NICE, the process was relaxing and I’m so happy with the results. My natural lashed don’t curl well with a lash curler so this was a perfect option. The results make you look like you have lashes triple in length to normal. Highly recommend

Wow! Loved my facial, I wish I could remember the name of the guy who did my treatment because he was fantastic. They do an initial consultation first and did a custom facial based on my needs. I booked an Elite facial with Kiki before going on a date, and oh myyyyyy was my skin GLOWING. I felt so confident and beautiful walking out of my appointment and went to my date totally makeup free, which I truly love to do. I have struggled with acne on and off for 12 years (I’m 26), and Kiki made me feel so taken care of with this and my skin feel so clear from the inside out, which is one of the things I had hoped for going in to my appointment. I was in treatment for nearly 90 minutes and felt like a queen. We did everything from light therapy to oxygen to extractions to microcurrent to masks on masksss and more. It was an amazing and very nurturing experience. Kiki also gave me multiple head, neck, and shoulder massages that made me melt and feel so relaxed into the table, and I truly believe that this was equally as effective at making my skin glow as everything else we did. I felt like a new person after my appointment. I walked in with my skin feeling dull, dry, and congested and walked out feeling so glowy, hydrated, and CLEAR. I wish I could do that every day hahaha, but it really was such a treat and luxury that I’m so happy and grateful I got to experience. I highly recommend booking at Smartface and booking with Kiki! I had an amazing experience getting my first facial as an adult with Kiki! I used to struggle with acne when I was younger and have neglected my skin in the last few years since my breakouts stopped. Although I don’t have as much acne as I used to, I definitely struggle with combination skin and the beginning of fine lines as I get closer to my 30’s. Kiki was so sweet, funny and knowledgeable and walked me through my facial as she was doing it. She told me about the different products and treatments each worked, one worked by stimulating collagen to help with elasticity, one exfoliated and helped with cell turnover, And others gently cleared my pores that are often clogged and appear large on my combination skin. She didn’t even do an extraction and the pores on my nose already look half their normal size. I left my appointment feeling glowing, so much more educated on how to better care for my face, and feeling so beautiful in my own natural skin. I can definitely say I am now addicted!

I have been seeing Kim and Jackie at Smartface for a few years now, and there are truly no words for how talented they are and how amazing Smartface is. I recently had an eyelash treatment at SmartFace, it was a lash lift and tint, and it came out looking amazing! My lashes now have a natural looking very full upward curl and are tinted so that I don’t have to apply any mascara, it makes me look brighter and the makeup process is so quick and easy! They were extremely detail oriented and careful around the eyes, nothing was uncomfortable, I basically took a nap and woke up looking fabulous. A no brainer for those like me who don’t have the time to spend on perfecting their look in the AM. I recently visited Smartface Skin & Brows for the first time a few weeks ago for a facial. It was truly one of the best facials i've had in San Diego. She pointed me in the right direction for a solution when she could’ve easily taken my money and claimed she could fix it. I have been a faithful client of Smartface for over 2 years now. I originally went to see Kim after a girlfriend I know had been seeing her for a year and transformed her sparse brows into gorgeous, natural, but clean brows. Kim conservatively shaped my brows, gave me tips on how to grow them back naturally, and a timeline by which we should see regrowth. After that time passed, we knew my eyebrows had grown as much as they could on their own, so I saw Jenny for nanostroking. It's been two years and I STILL get compliments nonstop on my brows! I can not recommend their brow services enough. Finally, facials. I've been seeing Jackie for over a year, at least, and she does an incredible job. She customizes you're facial for your skin to address your concerns, and nails it every time. I’ve had the thinnest brows for so long. I found this place through a friend to get powder brows. The spa is so cute and you immediately walk in and feel at ease. From the smells to the cute designs, it’s a must do! Kim did an awesome consultation for me. She took her time, got the color match and explained the whole process. Kim is the brow queen! Have been following Her since before she opened up her own salon! I would not trust anyone else with my brows! She gets it right every time! Her facials are amazing! My skin has been stubborn lately and she’s helping me get on track! My skin looks amazing after my appt every time and weeks after!! Jackie is also amazing at facials! She knows her stuff and is the sweetest and so gentle! Al facials are tailored to MY SKIN’S NEEDS! I would not go anywhere else! Things just keep getting better at Smartface!!????????

Kim did my eyebrows about a year ago. Permanent makeup can be scary (especially for someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup naturally) - but I can honestly say getting my Powder Brows has been hands down one of the best aesthetic thing I've ever done! Kim walked me through every step in the process, and even called and checked up on me as my brows were healing. I just went back to see her for a light touch up after 1 year and they are still AMAZING! To be able to wake up, throw a bit of mascara on, and still look like you've spent hours on perfect brows has been life changing. I can't recommend Kim more!

This place is the best! Kim has been doing my brows and facials for about 2 years. I don’t trust anyone else to do my brows; she is so consistent. I have also received facials from Jackie and Jenny - who are just as amazing! The facials leave your skin glowing and feeling like butter. Also the massages add to the relaxing experience.
