The hotel had a total of 10 umbrellas in the beach for all the guests. This is unacceptable specially during a holiday weekend when you know you are going to be fully booked. Restaurant was closed due to covid. Very little staff to help with anything. Our room smelled like cigars the whole time, we called and complained but it kept smelling like that. When we told the staff about all of this during check out it was like they did not even care about our complaints. Rooms not very clean and we had to use the same pool towels for 3 days since they did not have enough for all the guests... If you are going during the pandemic make sure to bring food and snacks because they don’t have anything. Also, there was trash all over the place... I know this is the people’s fault that leave their bottles and trash all over the place but at least the staff can pick it up.
I was not impressed by this hotel, The hotel is in need of a renovation and doesn't live up to the Marriot name, It is also too expensive for its current condition.

It was ok, 1st when I get there check in at front desk they gave me the key of a room that was still occupied, 2dn attended the room was dirty I'm attaching a WC pic, disgusting and then 3rd one was ok, all restaurants were closed because of the Covid19 but for some reason the bar was open, room service gone does not exist. I went a few day before to Marriott on Florida Keys and the experience was amazing. It's a shame same company diferent rules. It didn't said anything when I booked about it the Hotel looks like an abandoned place

NO MASKS , NO CARES. That’s tideline resort. One of the worst most disgusting stays I have ever had. Managers don’t exist , oh and Corporate could give a care less about the experience given to there guests. Great job guys running it to the ground
Love the place, beautiful room facing the ocean.but all the amenities due to covid-19. No fault to the staff very helpful people
Phenomenal hotel right in the centre of Palm Beach on Palm Beach Island beautiful stylish and modern with a little bit of sleek. You can’t go wrong with the prices phenomenal pricing spacious rooms Tastefully decorated you will enjoy their bar on the second floor also an outdoor terrace like sitting arrangement for relaxation or for brunch or dinner also they have an exquisite restaurant upstairs that is just to die for with excellent prices and great seafood on the menu you can’t go wrong. The tideline ocean resort and spa is indeed that a professional Ocean resort and spa that you will rave about for years to come.
The hotel itself is great. It’s a steal! Clean, decent rooms, nice details throughout the hotel & nice staff.

Aaron was great. He acted as though likee appreciated my patronage. LocaItion onthe beach is the best.. I like the room and hotel decor very much, the hotel itself needs some TLC. There is no services at the beach. The beach area was a mess with seaweed everywhere. Chairs thrown around and no working umbrellas. Blame it on Covid, no food. Aaron made sure self serve coffee was available. When he was off, you could only have coffee in the morning. The other desk help Sean, and a girl acted as they could not care less if you never returned. They did not smile, say good morning or thank you. To my surprise I did get my room cleaned and fresh towels after day one, but there was no bellperson to help with luggage. Thanks to Covid, parking was free, they waived the resort fee, and discounted the room.
We traveled to West Palm fir my father n laws funeral. We booked Tideline. The hotel is so under staffed that its the dirtiest we have stayed in. Being there Friday through Sunday our room was never cleaned. I gave it 1 star because the young lady working Saturday went above and beyond to make it better by her friendly smile and her kind gestures. There site did not tell you the restaurant, store, and spa were closed. No room service, or anything. Just a hint of advice. An ice machine you just put a bucket under is much safer and more sanitary than having to get a glove out of a box a 100 other people touched, open a slide lid that gets stuck, and use a scoop to get ice that 100 other people used. Marriott we expected better. The Fairfield Inn across the street had more amenities, and was much cleaner.
Mens locker room was very dirty especially the sauna. And there were no towels
Was told Marriott took over fired everyone there were only two employees no restaurant no bar bathroom not clean I felt like they weren’t cleaning anything so disappointed checked out it was a great hotel ???? so sad

A ghost hotel. Almost a "self service" kind of place. I know that it is because of the pandemic but one or two people can still give you an amazing costumer service no matter what. They didn't. The front desk guys are not very friendly and barely make eye contact with you. It seems like there's so much computer work that they can't stop looking at the monitor as they speak to you ... at 7am the fire alarm went off because apparently somebody pulled it. It was SO loud, the noise didn't stop until 15 minutes later. They said that if you call the front desk they can shut the noise in your room but nobody was there to answer. It was a 15 minutes nightmare.. Besides that, the place is beautiful. The rooms are really nice. We had the suit in the 5th floor with ocean view and it was incredible. The amenities are nice and the atmosphere feels great. The beach is super clean and just a few steps from the hotel... I would like to visit when there's no pandemic because I am sure everything would be so much better. Maybe then I can give them a 5 star instead of 3. Ps. If you visit during the pandemic, make sure you bring your own drinks and snacks because there's no service at all. No restaurant or bar open in the hotel and no service at the beach.
Horrible place! From the staff to the room to the amenities! We will never stay here again! My family and I just needed a 1 night stay while in the area and it was the absolute worse! When I checked in, the staff was on there phones, no hello no welcome, nothing! Didn’t tell me anything about the hotel or where anything was located. I asked when is the pool closing and she responded 11pm. When got to the room, the room had dirty utensils on the floor, there were only 2 towels, one bed was missing the top comforter and the room was missing the coffee maker. I called down and spoke to the same woman that checked me in and she said I have to call back tomorrow morning for a coffee maker! WHAT?? Okay I will call back tomorrow morning. The next morning I called down and a gentleman answered the phone and he said he doesn’t have a coffee maker. I go down to the front desk, I speak to the same gentleman on the phone, ask for a coffee maker and he again that he doesn’t have one available but he has a Keurig. I respond isn’t that a coffee maker? Come to find out that he only has 1 pod of decaf available. Then I ask what time does the pool open and he says that it is closed due to some vandalism that happened last night. I then check out the beach and apparently the vandalism went to the beach too! Broken umbrellas, chairs everywhere, bottles everywhere! My kids, my husband and I were very disappointed and just left! Again won’t be returning!
I can't imagine a better place to have held my wedding. Laura Damaschin supported us every step of the way for over a year leading up to the big day. The event itself was perfect. All of our guests felt welcomed when they checked in/ arrived, Laura made sure that the set-up/ ceremony ran on schedule, the food was perfect, and of course the venue was GORGEOUS! Palm Beach has become a new favorite destination for a lot of our out of town guests. We couldn't have been happier! Thank you to all of the staff at the Timeline who made our wedding so seamless, happy and memorable!!
excellent beach location and chill environment. Get an oceanview room because there ain't anything more beautiful than the view
Amazing room, amazing view! Jacuzzi into he room was a great surprise! Wish we had stayed longer but only stopped by here for work. Hopefully come back to enjoy the magnificent pool and spa!
I book a night and I keep callin the front desk no one pick up the phone I’m still calling and will be writing until someone pick up sorry not tryin to get no one in trouble but is this hotel really 4star
Had an opportunity to photograph a surprise engagement at this venue and it was stellar. The staff, rooms and ambience was breathtaking.
if i could rate it zero i would. the hotel itself was okay. no fridge, and for the price, i felt that wasn't "fair" for a lack of a better word. but.... what we are experiencing now is absolutely deplorable. my fiance left something of his in the room. later that same day, after realizing it wasnt in our possession so we called at 7. my fiance's phone calls were not being answered (his number was under the reservation.) i called and was answered on the third ring. i talked to the manager Erin or Arron not sure of the spelling.... who told us theyd give us a call. two hours no reply, we called again and spoke to Evelyn who was completely rude. & also told us to be expecting a call. after another hour.... we called again. this time Evelyn lied about not having a manager on duty & put me on hold for 7 minutes just to hang up on me. i tried calling back with no answer, as did my fiance whos number was under the reservation, like previously stated. i then made an alternative phone number with an 951 area code. and again the phone was answered within 3 rings. i was highly upset so my fiance took the phone to talk. Evelyn had no clue on how to put the phone on hold so we were able to hear everything that was being said to another worker, who happened to be the manager. (remember she said the manager wasnt there) after my fiance pointed out that we can hear them. the manager came on the phone, & again, lied one more time saying she left a voicemail, which we did not receive. & then hung up on us again, ignored our calls again.... & now we're back to speak face to face .HORRIBLE "!!!!
Best place to stay! ????
Older hotel that has been extensively renovated. Nice pool and beach areas. Good fitness center. Room was clean and spacious but was very dark.
So i called Tideline, and spoke to a man name Aaron, and simply asked if they were going to be open this weekend. He yelled on the phone said NO and hung up. I called back to speak with a manager about this, Aaron picked up again, and told me to hold on, came back on the line and yelled “I AM THE MANAGER” and told him he rudely hung up on me and I wanted to make sure what i was hearing was correct. And he told me “he does not have time for my nonsense Since he is the only person working” and hung up again. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and will never be back and i will make sure to spread the word.
Overcharged my credit card hundreds of dollars, ignored my calls when I tried to report it, after three weeks of emails the general manager refunded my card but was unapologetic, nasty and unavailable. Stayed with them in Oct/Nov 2019. Beach was lovely....
Made a reservation for a weekend away. I was unaware hotels were closed (one could still social distance in a hotel). Arrived to zero staff... except the manager, who i had to call. Keep in mind, I had a reservation. He picked up and spoke to me like a total nasty d*+#&, scolding me, “I’m not checking you in. Don’t you watch the news? Sometimes, just because you can doesn’t mean you should!” The last comment was referencing how I was able to reserve a room. Ok, maybe not the best idea to go at this time. But this place claims to be highly rated, not to mention it’s in Palm Beach. Maybe don’t show availability on Hotels.com or all the others. Or let someone know ahead of time the hotel is closed. Most of all, act like a jerk to customers. We got lucky, it looked like an overpriced place with underwhelming everything.
I had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and ensure a wonderful experience. Amenities where always spotless. View is priceless. I can’t say enough positive things about TideLine.
For all the resorts I've been to, I've never been surprised with so many additional fees after booking our room. Going through a 3rd party booking site had our final total for 2 nights at $630. After arriving at the resort was first surprised with a $25 per night parking fee and a laundry list of additional fees after checking out that added nearly $200 to our total! The resort was nothing special, rooms were out of date and included nothing other than a pool and beach access. When you are at their pool or beach area, you are restricted to only purchase their over priced food and drinks(average small alcohol beverage is $15-18). Staff on the other hand was very friendly and polite but had noting on their website to inform of all the rules and suprises.

Fine hotel with great customer service, breathtaking views, and good food. Special mention of thanks to front desk staff Miss Francois. Our stay was wonderful!
This hotel was not what we expected. The staff was very nice, however there are a lot of improvements to be made. The two chairs on the balcony were falling apart and the table was green with mold. The front desk kept screwing up our billing. There is no refrigerator in the room other than the mini bar. The hotel offers no ice machine on each floor, therefore you have to call room service and they are very slow. The bathroom is super tiny and we had to ask for refills on soap, etc., because we stayed 5 days. The food was ok, but the menu was very limited. The other issue we had was that there was a banquet room on our floor, and the door was across from our room. We were up all night with the noise. As far as the bed goes, it was a very hard bed. If you like a hard bed then you’re in luck, but I had a stiff neck for days. I do have to say that the waitress working the pool and beach was amazing. She worked so hard and we were amazed at her efficiency!!! I really don’t think that we’d ever stay there again.
We had a good time. Others in the group complained about this or that. We liked it
Went for a special happy hour. The food was fantastic. The service couldn't have been better. The real reason you should go is the beautiful Beach setting.
Room furniture was old and chairs had gross stains. The workers are OK. lobby ha# no resources to checkout things to do. We were able to get another room but it still wasn't worth the money we spent. I would differently NOT recommend this place
The valets were the best part of the stay here. Paul and Claude sincere, informative, polite. Oh, the view from my room was terrific!
There was no information about the hotel, anywhere. The floor in the room was treacherously slippery everywhere. We bought a shower non-slip rubber pad for fear o falling in the shower and coming out of the shower. One day, we received towels and toiletries yet the bed was not made. For the astronomical price of the room , we expected more. The folks at the desk and in the restaurant and the valets were friendly. From time to time, there was a great deal of noise from patrons mostly during the early hours of the morning. All in all, we will not stay here again.
If I could put zero stars I would, but I have no choice. I've stayed at a lot of 4/5 star hotels and have never received the experience I have at this particular hotel. I never write bad reviews, yet alone reviews in general (you can look at my reviews on google). This hotel was above and beyond dreadful. STAY AWAY. Upon arriving my fiance and I received a cold reception from the front desk. Check in was at 3pm, but they did not let us in till 6pm. This was not even the worst part! After settling in we had a semi upgraded room which was still very small for two people. We got a notice at 8pm when we were about to leave our room for dinner we'd have a fire testing at 10am. We'd just arrived and they wanted to do a fire testing at 10am! We wanted to relax as we were on vacation. Around 9:45 am (earlier then they said) we heard a knock at the door. I put my robe on and there were THREE men in suits at the door as if there was an emergency situation all starring at me. No, they only needed the mechanic who came in played with the fire alarm for 25 minutes while we were lying in bed in our robes and then he finally left. THEN We received another letter the same night saying there re-checking the fire alarms in the rooms at the same time the next morning. It continues again. We then found out it was only on our floor they had been doing testing! We called and they apologized. Would have been nice to compensate in some way, but that was too extreme for the hotel. Why in the morning would they test the fire alarms and not during the day? and not during the day when guests arent in their rooms? No sleep for two nights! Finally after the third night we were relieved to not get another note under our door about a fire alarm. Nope, the next morning we could hear loud talking from the cleaning people and clashing and banging. We called the front desk and they apologized and had the staff try to be more quiet, which only worked for a few hours. I could go on and on, but I'm going to go to the important issue, which is why I'm warning you NOT TO STAY HERE. They designed the furniture in the rooms to be very tight, even in upgraded rooms. I'm 5'5 and 120 pounds. They have these corner of the beds that stick out almost towards the dressers where the tv console is. I hit the bed posts multiple times and severed multiple bruises and scars that are still prevelent on my knees. We went downstairs to speak to the front desk. The manager was VERY rude. I filled out a complaint form. I sent them photos of my bruises, detailed info, and screen shots of other injuries of guests, while doing so an older man and his wife walked in and he had the same scars and bruises on his knees as me. He then exclaimed the same thing happened to him! Funny enough a few weeks ago a friend of ours stayed there and sent us a picture showing he had the bruises They did not help us at all! I spoke to the manager saying how much pain I was in and had stayed there for over a week and half. He slammed the door on my face and I then asked for a higher up manager. He then went to the fron with me privately and I exclaimed how upset I was. I also have a modeling job where my legs will be photographed and had to have this cancelled due to the scarring on my legs (hence losing money). I then asked for some compensation and he was very defensive and said he would give me $100.00 off my entire stay. I spent a hefty amount there and he was defensive and mean. I started tearing up and he continued to raise his voice. I've never been yelled at by any employee at a hotel before especially a manager and I did not raise my voice at him. I filed a complaint with my card company and they continued to deny everything they did. On top of that once we left, we found a small spider crawling in our bedroom. Why don't they have insect repellent? I will never go back to that hotel again. I have never felt more un welcomed in a hotel in my life. Run! Dont walk away!
As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, this is by far the worst property I've ever stayed at. Wonderful, friendly staff, but hotel is tired overall and in need of a top to bottom remodel. Hallways were never vacuumed our entire stay. 10a on a beautiful warm day and still no towels or water out for the beach chairs; TERRIBLE TO NO WIFI; two towels per room which is a problem for a wife with long hair after a shower. One soap bar for the shower and lavatory so plan on shuttling it back and forth; Room windows haven't been cleaned in ages; Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! ***************UPDATE ************** Upon checkout, the front desk person was extremely apologetic and admitted that they had received a number of complaints and were working hard to improve things. I was given a 40% discount off my bill without asking. I believe the management is sincere in their efforts and am willing to give the hotel another chance in the future.
This is a really solid 3-star hotel. I’m giving it a 5-star review as a 3-star hotel, if that makes sense. Basically, this place is a cheaper option than the 4-star hotels up in “proper” palm beach, but I feel it’s a great option for what it is; don’t expect a $500/night hotel when you’re paying less than $300/night. The rooms are a touch small (and ever so slightly tired) as is the bathroom, but you shouldn’t be coming here for the rooms. You should be coming here for the beach, and boy is it beautiful. The beach is VERY clean, There are comfy lounging chairs, and an immensely friendly attendant who will happily bring you a drink. Speaking of service, all the staff are wonderful, and we felt they had the right amount of people working here. The pool is also stunning and HEATED. The food is good (possibly overpriced, but I get why), and their coffee in the morning is excellent. As is the avocado toast. Lunch left much to be desired, though. Luckily, you can just pop down to Bennys On The Beach for a really excellent lunch and a trip down the pier. Or head into Lake Worth and try CWS Kitchen (amazing place, truly), or Lilo’s (food is generous and excellent). All around, we will certainly be back. We had such a nice time here. Note to the hotel: the only things I would recommend you keep an eye on is the dead flowers that have been at the main desk for the three days we’ve been here. Have super fresh flowers or none at all. Also, some of the white lampshades in the room have seen better days, might be time to replace.
Beautiful hotel on the beach. The views are amazing and the service is very good. Staff is friendly & attentive. The restaurant is excellent with indoor & outdoor seating. Great place to host a meeting with a view!
Location is amazing Oceanside and right off Lake Worth Ave. the facilities need a facelift, especially the rooms, but overall nice accommodations. Staff was friendly, not over the top, but consistent with other Marriott properties. I would return.
Lovely staff. Great location. The interior needs a little renewal. The bathroom design is excellent for those sharing the room. Adjacent to the Four Seasons, which is an excellent added feature.
Haven’t even stayed here yet, but I reserved a room for two nights for a room block for a large party at the hotel. My travel plans changed and I only needed a room one night. It was virtually impossible to change the reservation. They circled me around from “front desk” to “central reservations” , couldn’t even transfer between the two, and all hotel representatives were useless. I’ve never heard of not being able to contact a hotel about reservations because you had to contact a special reservations office that is only open Monday through Friday. I can’t even imagine if this hotel was reserved through a third party. Get your reservations in order. I would never reserve a room here again.
Had a wonderful pedicure!
Great, especially the sushi!

Beautiful ocean front location Very friendly staff. The hotel is a little tired and needs a bit of an update.
Such a beautiful place very nice and clean. Close to the pier.
It's nice beautiful views from 1st floor level. Good service with courteous staff. Beautiful spa and experience. Rooms are dark. Small bath and floors are dangerous for any age. Must run air condition regardless of the temps or the floor is a slippery pool of water all over the room. Some out lets didn't work and lil beverage fright was warm. Some fixture issues & poor lighting. Pricey but it is high end. Overall a good stay.
It is always a joy to work at a venue for the first time. Even better when you are able to make the client's vision come to life in such a wonderful setting. Add to that having the staff treat us like part of the team. From the start they made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to having more visits there to help clients and go back as guests ourselves.

Spa Staff is very nice and attentive. From massage to facial to mani/pedi, so good I booked for next year!
Beautiful spot, good food, service is a little behind eventhough the waiters are fairly nice. Good experience overall and prices are reasonable. The terrace is stunning!

Great place to stay resort, spa, pool, ocean ,branch plus, valet parking, walking to Four season hotel. Public shops and restaurant at Worth Avenue, Lake Worth casino beach, Pubkic golf course, 15 min drive to famous worth ave and west palm beach airpory.Highly recommended by travel agent and realtor Valentina Aved.
Where do I begin? I’ll start by saying Incredible!!! That is one of the words I will use to describe our Wedding Weekend! If your planning a wedding look no further then the Tideline it is the PERFECT place! We had our wedding at the Tideline this November and it was simple magnificent starting from my initial contact with Laura the Catering Sales Manager she was very attentive to our needs and always available. She spent time with us and catered to our needs. Then I met Jose the Food & Beverage Manager who went Above & Beyond to make our wedding day so special. His attention to detail is spot on a true professional who is amazing at what he does. Then we met Chef Carlos there truly are no words to describe how he treated us. He was beyond professional and extremely accommodating. Our tasting was so personal and simply perfect! He is a Master at what he does and the food was beyond delicious. I am a New Yorker who knows food and I must say Chef Carlos out did himself on our wedding day. Our guest are still talking about it. I also want to mention the entire team at Tideline was amazing Yareni the Front Desk Manager was very accommodating with our guest rooms and our wedding room block. Bartender Joe and Pricilla the sever so nice and very helpful. Thank you Tideline for going above and beyond on our wedding day! We love you and we can’t wait to spend our one year Anniversary at the Tideline.
We had a great time at the resort. Friendly, quick service. Excellent food and drinks. The pool is refreshing with a slightly deeper middle section and walk-in stairs at all 4 corners. Hot tub is near but separate from the pool which provides some privacy. We noticed the beach being maintained one morning which is how they must keep it so clean. Public lifeguard stations not far from the resort beach. In walking distance of par 3 golf course, municipal pier, park, shopping, and restaurants. Kid friendly environment. Game room with pool, air hockey, and table tennis. Fitness center is on the main floor.
Beautiful facilities, great service.
I had a phenomenal time at this resort. Sean, the manager went out of his way to make sure that I celebrated my anniversary with a complimentary bottle of champagne. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to coming back for a future stay.
Love love love
Excellent hotel. We had a great stay. I've stayed at a lot of expensive hotels. This by far was the best greeting I've ever had. Room was extremely clean, staff was courteous from the cleaners to the front desk to the bar tender. Will definitely be staying here next time I need a beach staycation in West Palm.

Beautiful hotel !
Definitely going back!
It doesn't get any better in the world than on the ocean and in the salon with Marty master hair stylist extraordinaire!! Absolutely must book time with her to experience a divine meditative experience: she takes the time to really analyze your desires and delivers a stunning, beautiful, and natural result. Then step outside to let the sea breeze delight your senses.
Is really good service, I just have to tell you guys, the you need a Bigger menu. I love my room and the service at front desk is amazing. Latin guy I'm sorry I forget your name, thank you for your great service.
It was pretty cool. The 4 Seasons is right next door if you want to walk over and have a nice dinner.
Hotel just is not clean. Carpets aren’t vacuumed, pool is gross, shower moldy, food is not good in restaurant, definitely not worth the price they charge to stay here!
We checked in to the hotel late and were only staying for a single night. I don't know if I was lucky to miss the $27 valet fee to park my car 50 feet away, or lucky that my car didn't get towed but either way I saved myself a useless charge. The rooms were fair nothing to rave about and nothing to complain about. I suppose the you pay for the location rather than the amenities. Wasn't a bad stay but not worth the price to pay. Sorry
Great location. We went for special occasion. Beach and a very relaxing pool are great, just separate sides of resort. I do think management could step up on a few details throughout the resort though - like beach shower area to be more away from the sand to properly clean, more beach umbrellas for all guests, outdoor lighting (ground lighting to see where you are walking, it was so kinda spooky) around patio area to enjoy the beach from deck at night for a cocktail. Staff was wonderful and helpful!

Massage could have been better, nice resort
Great staff great location
Relaxing ambiance being that the hotel is situated on the beach. However the hotel could benefit from some upgrades. The elevators are extremely old and slow. No ice machines had to get ice from the bar downstairs every time. Also, the bed wasnt very comfortable. The staff was pleasant.
A wonderful place on the beach. Beautiful rooms and friendly hosts. Great Cobb salad!

Great Spa day getaway!!!! We had birthday spa day with my girlfriends!! It was a great experience! Very nice and relaxing!!! And we really enjoyed complimentary champagne!!!! We will definitely come back!
Enjoyed lunch with friends choosing from the Flavor Palm Beach menu, fixe prixe $23/pp. Definitely recommend to try it before September 30th.

Great views from the corner oceanview top floor. Comfortable room and great service.
Love this place. Rooms are clean and cool. Nice gym and easy beach access. Have pool tables and other entertainment in the Green room.
Beautiful hotel. Right on the beach. Rooms are luxurious. Great hotel for a getaway or vacation.
Beautiful location. Great service.
Great location! Right in from of the beach
It was an OK stay. No bar or restaurant after 10pm. No live music at night. Nothing special, other than being on the beach. Really liked our room, and that was the highlight. Beach area needs some investment. 50 beach chairs, and only 13 umbrellas...9 on one side, and 4 on other side, looking from right to left.... And one broken umbrella, just sticking out from the sand. Umbrellas were really worn and had thread runs. I looked at the next hotel over, from the beach, and had umbrellas between every 2 chairs. Food was expensive, based on portion sizes. Had a unlimited mimosa special, but only inside of the hotel itself, so I could not even order and bring out to the beach. Only allowed during the brunch area. Naturally, the beach drinks were priced high. Hotel needs to revitalize and become inventive. The front of the hotel has small man made water pools, with lights in them, but.. there was no one responsible for cleaning the leaves and debris out. Just gave me a bad impression of quality of services Overall, I would not return to the hotel. We booked for 4 nightz. It was exciting to visit for the first day only, as a new guest to Palm Beach Area, and then, after all of these incidents, we wanted to leave. Paying a resort fee, but didn't feel like I was at a resort at all.
Potential. Only potential

Unfortunately I cannot give a 0 star, this hotel stay was a complete disaster! Upon check-in I did not receive the room I booked however they did accommodate me in the correct room the following day around 4:30 pm. The following day it took over 35 min to receive ice to my room, as I walked down to the beach with a cooler of drinks I purchased and food for my 5 yr old severely allergic daughter I was SCOLDED at by a employee that I will be kicked off the beach if I bring a cooler on the beach or any personally bought drinks or food. Upon speaking with management and the food and beverage manager I was instructed that this is an internal policy which is not written anywhere else and if I did not like that I could chose another hotel. While on the beach we waited over 30 min for any type of drink service (which came out melted). The cleaning service did NOT respect the do not disturb sign on my door which I had my service animal in the room which they could have caused aggravation to or harm to themselves. The following day I asked for a little later checkout for my inconveniences and was told I only had ONE hour or I will be charged another half day rate. Upon leaving the valet crashed my wifes vehicle and not ONE manager or employee apologized or offered assistance until I spoke with a manager and he decided to remove 9.99!!! from my stay! I wrote to the hotel manager as instructed and he agreed to refund my incidental charges but nothing for the damages to the vehicle. I did not agree with that and wanted a complete refund which in response to my request he said all my story was fabricated and so was the valet incident that now he will refund me absolute nothing. PLEASE BE AWARE this is not service you want to go through or any aggravation you want on your stay, the looks of the hotel are amazing but the service complete makes it UNBEARABLE!

My family and I, decided to try a weekend as we found it on Travel Zoo. The location was wonderful with direct beach access, and amazing pool. The fish tacos and salads are very well prepared and delicious. Tasted very fresh. From Johny at the front desk to Shane by the pool, the customer service was impeccable. The only issue we had was that a promoter had rented out the pool for Sunday and no children were allowed. We spoke to the general manager on site, that went out of his way and offered us a free night stay, so we can enjoy a full day of pool with our son. This was truly appreciated and a show exemplary customer service and customer care. The Tideline will be added to our list of annual vacation spot.

Love this special hideaway.
I have been staying here for years and this used to be a great hotel in a great location. Sadly, aside from location, this place has gone WAY DOWNHILL since being let go from the Kimpton chain of hotels. There have been no upgrades to the facilities since then and it is starting to show. For the price they charge, the rooms are in dire need of some repairs/updates. The towels for the pool and beach are all stained and fraying (if they don't run out by mid-day), and the umbrellas on the beach are mostly all broken. Most staff members I interacted with were unclear as to what their job entailed. There needs to be more training for staff members regarding the expectations of the hospitality industry in Palm Beach. Also, staff needs to be given new uniforms, as you could tell they were all wearing very old, dirty and super faded uniforms. The pool party on Sunday is obnoxious for hotel guests trying to relax and not wanting to be bombarded by the loudest beats I have ever heard and trashy loud locals getting their drink on. Also, they no longer have a complementary happy hour in the lobby and our room was never cleaned for two days in a row.
Giving only 2 stars (I would have given 4 or 5) as I see $40 for parking fees for 4 days but when I checked the Expedia purchase it only mentioned the other fees equaling a bit over $32 a day which I also got charges but which I expected but it doesn't mention anything about fees for parking.
Beautiful Beautiful Place
Awesome place overall
Great service relaxing
Staff is friendly. Room was not cleaned properly. Lots of dust and chairs were really dirty
So so expensive... Only for a dissapointing room. Had very funny smell to it, we spotted a couple roaches on the ground. The toilet was very gross- not cleaned well at all, and there were stains on the shower floor. I love the style of this hotel, beautiful lobby. BUT VERY DIRTY ROOMS. I never leave bad reveiws, but I can't believe I paid for this. Do not stay here.
Has a lot of potential but the service stinks - not worth the price. . The only customer service comes from the valet team - they are kind, quick and courteous. Front desk is understaffed and unprofessional ( watch your bill closely as they have a hard time getting it right the first time) and the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is offered at a bare minimum including towels, in-room amenities (don’t expect a hair dryer or coffee pot without numerous phone calls and lots of patience). The lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms are hot, slightly smelly and very dark - probably a blessing so you don’t see what’s lurking.

We recently stayed at the resort. Casey at the front desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Best check-in experience I have had at a hotel. Nice ocean view room. Very comfortable bed.
Customer service by manager not good. Rude. I had my nails done and and one nail had a smudged and manager said it was my fault
Excellent place to stay great ample rooms friendly staff good price beautiful ocean views
Come and you'll love it

Unfortunately my experience here was unpleasant. On entry at check in time 4pm, I was poorly greeted by Evelyn front desk staff. She didn’t even said hi, her first words were “Your room isn’t ready yet, room service is running late and you have to wait.” She was very short and seemed like had no customer service training. My husband proceeded to ask her what time is the wait, she said about 1 1/2 hours, I was very disappointed. Being the fact that my room was already paid for, I was losing 1 1/2 hours of my time already paid for. She then proceeded to check in another guest and when my husband asked why is her room ready and not ours, Evelyn answer was “ her reservation was different”. What is that suppose to mean.? It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never ever go back there. Tideline definitely need some managerial training. Pricilla the manager looked overwhelmed and over worked.
Came here for a baby moon and had a wonderful and quiet time. Service was great and rooms were very comfortable. Only complaints are they ran out of towels and umbrellas were limited on the beach
Priscilla the Manager and Evelyn the front desk agent are the best , because of them I will be a life long customer and I will recommend them to everyone I come across
We have been staying here this week for our honeymoon. The resort is nice but super expensive for simple things like coffee. We have been here since Sunday and our room has only been cleaned once and that was because I asked the front desk to send someone. Asked them again today (after 2 days of no housekeeping) was told they would do it right away and came back and room still dirty. Our room is nice (minus the creaky bed) and love that we have a walk out room right to the deck and beach access. But the lack of housekeeping is putting a bad taste in my mouth. If not for that I would give 5 starts
Awesome little gem.

Love the location, clean and excellent costumer services.
The pool party I went to on Sunday was FABULOUS!! However parking was awfully bad.
Room advertised and paid extra to have was not what we were given. Was told they no longer even have the decor. Floors were cold and slippery in entire room. I love contemporary but this was dark, cheap, lacked any warmth or comfort. Quality was subpar Rooms To Go quality. Resort fee is so high for the possibility of a beach chair and having to go ask for towels ourselves. $100 for a few drinks and small appetizer and sandwich. Staff was super nice and that was the only positive.
So Beautiful, and the people are so nice
I love Tidine's current menu!
Gorgeous property, great service, private beach!
Pricey but worth it!! This is my favvvv hotel destination in WPB!!
One of the best kept secrets on the coast of Florida. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Excellent staff would be an understatement!
No A/C for two days, room not available on time. Red wine at 70 degrees when it should be at 54 or less... Three good reasons for two stars limit.
Beautiful view, wonderful experience. Will definitely come back soon .
I hope I can express my satisfaction with our stay at Timeline in only 200 words. Outdoing my self with a relaxed romantic weekend on our 38th wedding anniversary its not easy.South America, North America, Caribbean Islands, Europe, Asia, we been around, Timeline in Palm Beach, FL its a wonderful place. Our host Trey was professional and made our stay to meet all our expectations. My wife had a wonderful time at the Spa, our dinning experience fantastic, the beach service wonderful. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, I must say taking a nap with the sound of the ocean is amazing. Thank you to Trey and all the weekend staff at the Timeline, we had an amazing 38th wedding anniversary celebration.
We had a very uneven experience when staying at the Tideline. Everyone there was very nice, however it was very difficult at times to get a hold of anyone. We waited at the restaurant one morning for breakfast for a good 20min with nobody around to seat us. All the while the phone was ringing off the hook because nobody was there to answer. We also had an issue with the cleaning of our room. A large clump of hair was left in the bed, and when we tried to call the front desk to report it we had to call several times before anyone answered. The cleaning of the room was also not up to par. The towels and toilet paper were not replaced regularly causing us to make several trips to the front desk to get more. The staff was easy to work with once you actually were able to find someone, and the Spa was top notch. But there were several things about our experience that will make it extremely unlikely that we will be back.
Beautiful resort right on the beach.
Went for my husband's birthday, we were both shocked how uncomfortable the bed was considering this is supposed to be a higher-end hotel. Our waitress Saturday night was mostly missing in action or maybe just plain forgot our table. Seriously disappointed, I wanted my husband to have a great birthday.
We were here for an adoption and need to spend 3 weeks in the area. We spent 4 nights here and couldnt do it anymore so we checked into a far better hotel. I woudl recommend going elsewhere if you can. The hotel by the ocean is beautiful but other than that the service, the accomodations, etc... is not what was expected.
I visited Palm Beach for Memorial Day weekend and stayed at the Tideline Resort. I was extremely pleased with the customer service, the rooms were nice, big, and clean. Johnny and Karla at the front desk were the best. The beach and pool was nice and the food was great. I will definitely be back to Palm Beach and will stay at this resort again.
Very disappointed In their service! I thought that I had ordered breakfast along with the daily meal included. But when I went to the breajfasr, the lady at the front said she would check and went down to check and then came back and said it was included. Then later in the day they said it wasn’t and still charged me regardless of their employee being the one who made that mistake. A service like that is inexcusable and poor especially when it was their employee who made the mistake in the first place. Also very disappointed at the service. I would recommend against staying here unless your a very patient person who doesn’t care about paying for high quality service when staying at a hotel
Needed assistance and Carla was the best!
All of our service was excellent, pool area is beautiful, and rooms were clean. All parking is valet. Overall atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful.
TJust a nice place stayed there many times
I personally really enjoyed my stay here. I booked my room really early in the morning and they accomodated my request of early check in by letting me into a room at 9:30AM. Very few hotels are willing to let guests check in that early so thats a huuge plus for me. Another thing i thoroughly enjoyed is the layout of the building and all of the stuff it offers. The hot tub and pool are large in a beautiful area with comfortable seating arranged around it. The exterior beach area however is even nicer with lots of well shaded seating arrangements. Overall would go back any chance i get
Interesting menu and swanky atmosphere, but not really my scene...
Our server was excellent, the drinks delicious and the burger was amazing.

The place needs a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave and some towel racks in the rooms. It has very slippery floors in the rooms, so be careful not to slip. Location is great, but place needs a remodel.
If you're looking for an affordable but nice resort with a private beach, this is the place for you. Customers are treated like royalty by an excellent staff, and you can expect a glass of champagne and cookies upon check in. The pool is gorgeous, and the beach is nice, although there could be more umbrellas. The rooms have great furniture and balconies, and the stand-up showers are spacious and could easily fit you and your romantic interest. This is a secluded spot that's not close to much in the way of nightlife, so it's a good place if you want some relaxing alone time or just want to spent some one-on-one time with someone special.
Best of best
Great trendy boutique hotel in Palm Beach!
Pool located in front of the hotel where the parking lot is. Hotel ok nothing special. Expensive.
Nice hotel oceanfront, with all conforts, quiet and modern looking
Really nice hotel. Early closing restaurant and bar. Should be open to at least 12pm not 10pm
Request for early check in ???? Request for late check out???? Amazing view, and overall anbience???? Check in service, beach service, turn down service...anticipated the need for extra towels before I could ask???? Could use some renovations, and as stated in other reviews the valet is very unnecessary, but is not negatively affecting my review, I needed a beautiful beachfront weekend getaway and that's what I got....will be back!!!
Beautiful Resort a bit pricey
Spent this past weekend at the Tideline Resort and must say it is absolutely fabulous! Love their rustic atmosphere. We were able to attend a private event at the pool and enjoyed every minute during our stay.
I stayed this past weekend at tideine resort and it was a stay I won't forget. The staff was amazing and we're very accommodating. During my stay I stumbled apon the new Sunday social events in the pool area and I had a blast. The dj kept the energy up with the music and I decided to invite some friends to enjoy the VIP bottle service that I got. The stilt walkers and dancers were one I will never forget with there costumes and amazing interaction with the guest. I will definitely be staying at the resort again and will plan it around the Sunday social with friends to have another relaxing and memorable afternoon!!!
Beautiful hotel with even better amenities! We stayed over the weekend and experienced no problems. The pool was gorgeous and of course being able to step out from the hotel right on to the beach is unbeatable! Will be staying again and definitely recommend.
Last Sunday we had the pleasure of attending the Social Sunday at Tideline with a group of friends and it turned out to be a Sunday to remember! Sometimes it is hard to find a place to go with a group of friends to just socialize and enjoy the atmosphere and we think we have found the perfect place. The event is by the Tideline’s beautiful pool where you can dip your toes, sip ice cold champagne, and enjoy an amazing DJ, entertainment and a great vibe to finish your week. I recommend everyone to check the Social Sunday event, I guarantee you’ll have a great time.

I had the pleasure of having a weekend getaway at your resort from 4-26-4-28 the food was incredible and the rooms are awesome. The staff went beyond too make my trip great. The icing on the trip was the incredible pool party I will be back May 19 for another serving Thanks for all your resort has done Five stars
Sunday Social at Tideline is the new hottest event in Palm Beach. It happens once a month and it is a great place to relax by the pool, drink your favorite cocktail and enjoy great music and entertainment. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this event and we’ll definitely be coming back to next Sunday Social at Tideline.
The resort staff made us feel welcome since we arrived. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. They had a event at the pool on Sunday. Curiosity got the best of me and ended up at a pool party hosted by Il bacio(nightclub). It had a dj, fashion show and other live entertainment. I will be returning this summer!
Beautiful hotel and view! Clean rooms! Hotel staff was amazing! I attended the Sunday Social event that took place during my stay. Had a blast! Great cocktails, music and service! Non stop entertainment! I’m so glad we chose this spot! I will defiantly stay here again!
Went to Tideline for a stay-cation this weekend and had the best time. The resort is beautiful and right on the beach! The service and staff we so accommodating. We stumbled upon an event called Sunday social at Tideline’s pool..it was fantastic! There was a DJ, fashion show, and very expensive super cars. It made you feel just like you were on Worth Avenue! I would definitely recommend and be back to this resort and their summer long pool parties.
We went to Sunday Social last week and we had a great time. Great staff. Friendly atmosphere and great food. Amazing DJ and bottle service was excellent. Looking forward to this summer at Sunday Social. I will be celebrating my birthday there next month.
Great venue, beautifully set up for Sunday pool party with excellent beats from DJ Uki. Cool crowd and chill vibes. Will definitely be back!
Sexy room, clean, smells great. Loved the ambiance!! The pool was very zen. They have complimentary beach chairs and Casey at the front desk was extremely helpful. Would definitely be back!
Went there for a little shindig for a 90 year old. Beautiful view from our meeting room... would be great for a wedding.

Great location and really nice resort!
Hotel and location was beautiful....however the location of my room was near the restaurant. All you could hear was silverware banging around while the staff did rollups.....lasted till around 11pm shortly after the restaurant closed and started up again at 6:30 am, rude awakening. Hotel should definately not use this room for guests I understand they want to make extra money but the for the relaxation of your guests.....DON'T
The room was awful. Faced a wet rooftop. No light in the room. When we asked for a light, we got a stem with a bare bulb...I kid you not! You can’t park your own car...it’s all valet...so unnecessary and costly. No ice on each floor. You have to ask for it. They nickel and dime you for everything! When we checked out, we were charged for room service that wasn’t ours and no one at the front desk was “authorized” to deal with it. This place is OLD and needs a facelift badly. All and all NOT a good experience.
Great guest services! Front desk is super friendly, thank you Johnny for letting me and my mom check in a little early :) Upon second thought, I must admit though...the location is a little secluded from a lot of restaurants and other places. Domino's does not deliver to that location so very little options if u don't have a car. Also, I didn't realize there was a $29 "resort fee" a night ?! That came as a slight surprise. . . :-/ Fridge is packed with drinks but beware--there IS a price menu and not much room for your own food to put in the mini-fridge. I'd recommend this hotel for a couple getaway, but be sure to check the weather. Don't come when its raining out (happened to me and now I regret it lol). The pool and hot tub outside are both very nice (: Shame on you John for blocking me on Facebook! So unnecessary and RUDE BOiii!
Delicious lump crab in avocado. Lovely outdoor dining. We shall return.
Love the staff everyone is so friendly
Great location right on the beach! Nice hotel bar & restaurant which opens out to the ocean deck. Shower has great water pressure, room was clean and has good counter/ desk space to do makeup/ hair with another huge mirror, a great full length mirror and balconies with table and chairs. What I didn’t enjoy: Bad lighting, sand paper sheets, no room service menu in room, cracked light switch plate, broken iron. Pics are the view from my balcony. Id probably stay again depending on the price.
Dirty, room smelled as old water
Tideline is a bit of a locals little secret. Yes, it's a boutique hotel right on the ocean where of course folks stay and enjoy the perfect beach day. But to me, the true joy of Tideline lies in the fact that you don't have to stay there to enjoy their bar and very "hip" outside seating areas. Fire pits, lanterns, DJ... Drinks, food... And the view! Valet the car at the door, pop in for happy hour, relax in one of the most beautiful locations of all. Palm Beach:-) They have a wide selection of food available outside and a full bar inside along with more upscale dining. In my experience the staff is always pleasant and eager to please.
I have never stayed at the Hotel overnight, I go strictly for the Spa. The hot stone massages at Tideline are top notch, and great ambiance to leave your stress at the door. You can walk out of the Spa feeling refreshed and rejuvenated by a qualified Masseuse. I try to go every 3 months as a bonus to myself and some quality R&R.
The hotel It’s very nice but yesterday I went to the spa and got a lemongrass scrub and wrap. I am a massage therapist for 23 years and work at a four star Spa in Ohio and this being a four star spa I was prepared to drop 242 dollars for this Service. I talked my friend into going as well she got a hot stone massage and her husband I talked into getting the same service as me. The scrub was OK but the room is cold and my back was cold my practitioner was very nice but is soon as she put the clay mask on me and it started to tingle and get very cold. I commented that it was like having icy hot or Biofreeze over my whole body. I began to shiver like crazy and told her how cold I was. She tried to tell me it was lemongrass it my skins reaction I have had many body wraps and scrubs and I do not have sensitive skin and she was trying to say it was because of my skin that is ridiculous and not how a four-star Spa should handle this and it wasn’t just me because my friends husband had the same exact reaction because later she did admit there was eucalyptus in it this is ridiculous. All I wanted was it OFF my body I was shivering like crazy and it was absolutely miserable the whole entire time. She started to do a massage Which I was really excited for it but I could not enjoy it all I could focus on is how much I just wanted this Mask off!!! I just wanted it off and then when I went into the shower I just tried to scrub it off as soon as possible and I kept being cold because of the eucalyptus every time I was out of the water so I just stayed in the shower. the rest of the service was terrible because of this I could not get warm when I went out and talk to my friends husband he said he felt exactly the same way he was miserable he was shivering and freezing. Eucalyptus should never be part of the wrap and was not explained or in the menu and it was a pathetic service. I did mention this to them at the front and they didn’t care enough didn’t do any discounts or any sort of make up for this service. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that we can drop a grand at the spa and have it such a terrible service. I would never recommend it to anyone or recommend coming here because of this. I work in spa industry and I would do anything I can to make sure my client is happy and if they weren’t I would make sure that that desk knew about it so they could compensate but they did nothing. I would never recommend this service to anyone or recommend coming here because of this. They did nothing miserable pathetic and expensive.
Hotel is mediocre at best. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend.. I would choose another place. Rooms are dark, floors are sticky possibly from humidity in the rooms. First dAy we went to breakfast.. understaffed.. we left and ate breakfast out. Don’t expect to get an umbrella in the beach.. it was going to rain all weekend.. you think they would accommodate for the horrible weather??? to really appreciate what it lacks.. walk next door to the Four Seasons. We had breakfast the next day.. WOW!!! Next time it’s worth to spend the extra $$ . If you are wanting to save money for beachfront.. realize you aren’t going to get the service or perks!! The hotel is overall dark and definitely not a beach feel resort..
Our stay was perfect, would go back here in a heart beat
This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING! It may look nice online, but definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The 1st room that was given to us was so gross! The bathroom wasn’t clean, there were finger prints all over the shower door and mirror. Plus there was someone’s pubic hair on the toilet. The chairs in the room were stained and god only knows what! And the bed spread was stained. After lasting in that room for about 10 minutes, we went to complain to the front desk. The guy at the front apologized and gave us a room with a “view”. Unfortunately, that room didn’t have view and wasn’t much cleaner than the 1st. They “up-graded” us to the handicap room, that had a slimy shower without water pressure. Just like the 1st room, there were finger prints on all over the bathroom. We will NEVER go back to this hotel. You would assume that for the price of a room at the TIDELINE, that they would have good house keeping and the place wouldn’t be as dirty as a motel! The bathrooms didn’t even have face cloths. The decor makes this place look nice, but once you start looking you’ll notice all the dirt and grim!
Love sitting outside on the beach
Great hotel, very modern and clean. Right on the ocean. Staff members are all about the guests.!! Will definitely stay here again.
While at my stay at the hotel, the power went out for 20 minutes. Which was not a huge deal because the staff was very nice and accommodating about the situation. Then I went to take a shower and the shower head came flying off before I could get in. The staff was nice, again, and moved me into another room. However, in both rooms the beds were terrible. Extremely uncomfortable for the price of the room. In one room there were actual springs sticking out of the bed poking me in the back. For the price that was paid, the hotel was not that great. I expected a lot more.Honestly I wouldn’t pay another $50 and stay somewhere nicer close by.
Beautiful location. Would love to have hot drinks available in the room to watch sunrise
Peta lee Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more 5/5. My fiancé and I checked in for 3 nights celebrated his birthday on 2/28/19, it was absolutely AMAZING!. I give this resort a 5 STAR The ladies at the check in area were so friendly, they asked if we were celebrating an occasion and when I told them yes, we were upgraded to an ocean front room with a balcony, I thought that was so sweet. Words cannot describe the view from the balcony. The room was very clean, the bed was sooooo comfortable. Overall, the staff did a great job! Thank you! The food was SUPERBY! They recently hired a new chef and was greeted by him after our dinner. He is definitely a KEEPER!. I only wished they had more seafood dishes. such as calamari, shrimp....etc.. Every morning, the ladies were out setting up the beach lounge chairs with fresh towels. That you don't see at many of the resorts. This trip was unforgettable!!! Thank you Tideline! Money well spent. I will definitely be visiting again. Add photos PhotoDelete this photo Cancel Post
First, check in- waited 25 mins- then she told us there would be a $200 deposit for the room- looked at my bank account and it was charged $537 (my room was fully paid for prior to check in) The room was disgusting, mildew, mold, dirt, unsafe electrical wise. The bathroom is not functional for 2 people, they have a door on the toilet room and you cannot stand in front of vanity while someone is in the toilet. If you are a garden room do not make the upgrade to partial ocean.... we could not see the ocean at all. They were using extension cords from the behind the bed for you to have a charger by the bed that was old. The room smelt like stale cheese. The pillows are too fluffy and the bed is harder than a rock. There’s no microwaves on the property and don’t plan to use the mini fridge because it’s packed full of OVERPRICED alcohol and drinks. I mean $4 for a can of coke?! The breakfast was overpriced ($15 for a short stack of pancakes- $6 for oj) and after 40 mins of not seeing our waitress I had to track her down and ask for the check- in which she started talking in a foreign language and being passive aggressive. The food is better at McDonald. The pool looks nice but the paint is chipping in it. The WiFi is horrendous and you can’t get any of your own cell signal in the building so be prepared to have to put your devices down. At checkout they charge you for your room upgrade ($50 extra each night for the room we chose), resort fee and valet (there’s no self park here) I felt iffy about the $537 charge on my card so I called the hotel the next day after checkout and was informed that not only did the worker put that in wrong but that unless I had called it would’ve been a charge that had remained and since I called so quickly he was able to void it. I would NEVER ever recommend someone to stay here. The Tideline is not anything near a resort. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that have better food, Better service, are cleaner and have nicer things.
Lovely spot ocean.front fresh food great sunset!
My husband and I enjoyed our visit very much. Service was wonderful. The staff was prompt and very friendly. We experienced beach time and pool time. I would definitely recommend The Tideline resort. Thank you to all the staff that made our visit GREAT.
A little background first to explain the 2 star rating. We stayed one night and it was around $450 a night. A friend who lives there said it's on the "Rodeo Drive" of West Palm. That being said, expectations were high. At check in the clerk asked us if we wanted a room with a hot tub and we said yes. The hot tub was a bath tub with a "Jacuzzi feature." We tried all of the controls and they didn't work. We called the front desk and the person seemed to be aware of the problem and advised the "Jacuzzi feature" didn't work. So the hot tub turned into a regular tub bath. The next morning we went to get a shower only to discover the shower didn't have hot water. We called the front desk and they said they would have engineering come look at it. We were leaving and didn't have time to wait so we ended up taking tub baths. We ordered room service for between 0930 and 1000. It was late and we had to call to check on it. The late breakfast was not worth $66. We ate at the hotel restaurant Brandon's. It was ok but the service was slow. The servers didn't check on us even though they kept walking past us. Our drinks ran out and we had to ask for more. The view of the ocean was nice. My wife and I travel a lot and will pay more for better accommodations. I adjust my expectations based on what I'm doing and what I'm paying. At the very least I expect a hotel room shower to have hot water. On check out I told the clerk about the shower and hot tub and she waived the $30 resort fee. For what we paid I couldn't see giving more than 2 stars. At the bare minimum a hotel should have hot showers and decent beds.
I stay at the Tideline when I come to Palm Beach FL with my wife every month. I have never had a bad thing to say about them. Now I will start of by saying they are under new management and ownership and this dropped their service. #1 - Upon Chekin My Fridge Was Broken And Needed A New One It Took 12 Hours To Get This Small Task done. #2 - 3 days at the pool there were no towels at the pool when they supply all the towels for the their guests. #3 - on Day 2 my AC unit broke the staff said we had to run the heat this was one hour before my dinner reservations so this messed up dinner plans then I was told to come down stairs and I had to switch rooms they told me I was getting an upgrade and got the same room 2 doors down (they said suite) No problem though I had to pack up all of my stuff and move it down even carry my broken fridge by myself. #4 - we have my nephew with us and there is a guy smoking marijuana in his room with the door open they did do something about that though. Checkout day - I realize not only was I overcharged for my room but I was double charged the larger amount as well. Makes no sense to me. This hotel used to be a 4.5 - 5 Star Hotel right now it’s a 2-3 Star and that’s because of the beach. No one apologized or offered us how they could fix it they received 5 negative yelp reviews this past on weekend. I hope the hotel gets back on track.
DO NOT STAY. No hot water , No towels , under staffed . Neglected property . I am sure being sold or torn down soon.
Where do I start? First, the sun and beach were wonderful despite this mismanaged and understaffed facility masquerading as a high end spa. Never did we see an "adult" overseeing the operation. The food was tasty but the service slow and inattentive. Need a clean towel at the beach or gym? "Sorry we ran out sir, I'll get that right way." General maintenance was poor. Broken lamps, phone didn't work, light bulbs out around the property. There's no excuse for worn paint or not so clean hallways. Clearly the profits are not going into upkeep. I don't mind spending 600 bucks a night for a ocean front room for a special weekend, but I do mind a lack of value for the expense. Stay here knowing it's neither bad nor good. At least the Florida weather is indisputable.

We checked in on the 11th And checked out on the 12 , the staff wasn’t hospitable at all . We were only there to catch our cruise to the Bahamas. We were over charged by 396$ and the manager agreed so did the fiancé hurrah , said the will be calling back this has been since March 14 when we got back .we have also ended up with over draft fees from our bank which says timeline is responsible for so they to will not return our money. Left messages and emails to there manager, finance manager ,and general manager with 0 response we’re a small handyman service that works off limited funds so as of this morning didn’t have funds to work so on top of it all we just lost two weeks of work which was a four thousand dollar job for us . Please share we did find out who the owner was which is Jeff Greene running for governor of Palm Springs we have reached out to him hoping to resolve our problems. We even emailed the proof and our banks statements still with no response
A clean, quiet and relaxing environment - just how it should be. Was there to treat (likely carpel tunnel from 2 decades of desk/computer work) wrist, arm and shoulder pains. Left relaxed and in less pain, but changing my seated posture and desk height will make the permanent fix. I went there to use a long-expired Groupon which still had its paid value, but found out it was not good on the weekend, so I'll be back to use that. Nice amenities, full locker room with showers, restaurant, bar and beach - valet parking as well. I think the prices are affected by season so call for current pricing... and check the fine print on your Groupon!
Nice resort. Compared this to all the others and it was priced right and as described. Yes there are resort fees + 100 per day for incidentals so prepare for this. Forced valet parking sucks! $27 a day and 100% not necessary! Beds are comfortable with good pillows. Rooms are clean and overall great with good bathroom.. walk in shower 100%. Turn down service in evening and they replace any used towels 2 times a day. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff are courteous. Would rate a 5 star but the parking garbage needs to go.
Bar fight, 1 hour for sushi... this is PB?
The hotel looks very nice in the picture but when you arrive there is a little different. The best area is the bar, very nice are and the view is amazing but anything else.
We expected a bit more to be honest. We did not feel 100% comfortable. The location at the beach is good, but to reach the pool, you have to go via the main lobby. Valet parking is mandatory - but cars are really just steps away. Service was always great, aside of being sent into someone else's room after check-in. The floor we were on may have been under renovation, there was some construction debris. They have Turtle-Friendly lighting, which is this ice-cold LED type light. The pics on Google may be with different bulbs. Go out to the beach at night and compare to the building to the right. The rooms have connection doors to each other, which unfortunately, allow you to hear what people next door are talking about.. or the TV.
(Translated by Google) Definitely positive experience. Large room well furnished and with every comfort. Good location. Private beach with sun beds and umbrella. Staff at the reception and restaurant courteous and helpful. Breakfast also outdoors on the terrace with excellent views. (Original) Esperienza decisamente positiva. Camera ampia ben arredata e con ogni confort. Posizione buona. Spiaggia privata con lettini e ombrellone. Staff alla reception e al ristorante cortese e disponibile. Colazione anche all'aperto sulla terrazza con ottima vista.
Excellent food and fantastic drink. Hit the daytime bartender Joe. He sure can make the perfect drink! Ahhhhhh and the fresh fish tacos....a must! Beach view is outstanding at the bar.
My actual stay was ok. When we checked in to the resort, we were hit with a $500 fee for "incidentals".That we were not aware of before hand. We were told it would be refunded the full amount 7to 10 business days after checkout. That was October 25 2018. It's now January of 2019 and still NO REFUND!! After several attempts to this resort, still nothing!! I'll never stay there again and not recommend to anyone

Great place to stay great food in the restaurant
The personnel is unprofessional and impolite. We arrive late at night with a baby and they spent no less than 30 minutes for the check in while my baby was crying. I do not recommend this hotel to be visit with a family.
Food is one of the best.
The originally chosen room did not have AC. The staff was quick to resolve the issue. Friendly staff, hospitable for sure. Not far from cool stuff downtown.
Very nice hotel and very good deal in Palm Beach: maybe the best value for money. Amazing swimming pool at the sunset. Very nice position. Good cousine. recommended
Beachfront view was gorgeous...food was sub par for our event but that may not have been the fault of the Tideline
The guests tell me it needs a makeover
Brandon's is a hidden gem. Always great service and food
Accommodations are okay. All Service is very slow.
They charged me A $100 holding fee for every night at check in and never refunded me. Can't get through to anyone who knows what's going on
Beautiful resort right on the beach. Nice room pleasant staff super views.
The service was amazing,we had a great server she brought amazing coffee the room was very nice, interestingly little details like a pad and pen missing from room, when you are traveling and like to make some notes and perhaps a coffee maker were the only things missing.i would otherwise highly recommend
Beautiful location, great views, amazing beach, though property is run down and neglected. Still a good value for the cost, as compared to the Four Seasons next door which is amazing but triple the cost.
Very nice place, great spot.
Working out management issues, dirty floors, hair in drains, vacant room next to us and smelled, ice bucket literally leaking, bugs and mosquitoes in the room. Charge for valet and car is right there in parking place. Counters and towels we're scratched and hard Staff ammodating best they can as they go along and polite and courtesy. A lot more but hope it can only improve. It was all a game.
What a wonderful day at the spa with my sister! We both enjoyed our services, a massage and facial. Look forward to my next visit.
Beautiful property! Amazing views! Friendly staff! Excellent food! Will definitely come here more frequently!
Rented a room for one night about a week ago. 2-queen room with a partial ocean view. You can’t beat the location of the hotel-literally right on the beach. The room was clean, but could’ve used a bit more lighting. Decor of the room and hotel in general was very good. No carpeting in the room, which is perfect for sand and allergies. Breakfast (not included) was excellent. Worth the price and would recommend for a romantic getaway. Not really for kids unless all they want to do is lay on the beach or get pounded by waves-there wasn’t much stopping the wave action on this part of the beach.
Attended a wedding here in mid November. What a beautiful venue, comfortable and elegant. I lost an earring on the dance floor and they even mailed it to me, as I live out of state. Very accommodating and professional establishment.
We enjoyed our stay The people that work there treated us like we were family Never a bad encounter with staff Excellent food
The hotel was very nice, wonderful location right on the water. Beautiful ballroom over looking the ocean.
Amazing food with an amazing view!
Not enough help..I feel badly for people who work there. Bug change since it was the Omphoy
Went there for our wedding night. Our maid of honor got us the night. The hotel, staff and room was great. Food was excellent. We plan on going back and staying in the room that we did for our wedding night.
Good hotel and fantastic service
Our room was nice and clean but the service was not up to par. Sunday morning we found the beach area littered with trash and dirty towels. Of course this doesn't say much about the guests who trashed the beach. Food was decent but had to find the waiter more than once plus he got our order wrong. Pool area was lovely and spa fantastic. Mixed bag, management needs to do better.
Very helpful staff. FOOD is excellant.Very tranquil.
Earl Crump I.
He resort is wonderful and being able to walk out back to the beach is what sold me! This resort is everything!!!
I was promised that I could go into the pool twice in September. When we booked the room. I asked before we booked it, because am handicapped just to make sure. Few thrills with being handicap, I was told no problem. and yet when I wanted to go into the pool I was told it was under maintenance. both times in September , different dates and that because I couldn't walk I was unable to use the pool, I must say that the big reason that I booked the hotel was the amazing pool area that you had available My boyfriend and I stayed there I couldn't go into the pool. At the prices that you charge everyone, I just believe that everyone should be able to use everything that you have available. And your staff lied to me saying that I could use the pool. I feel very embarrassed to call you out on this. And hope and pray that you don't have someone that you love or care for in this same way. It is sad to be treated this way. And more sad to bring it to your attention. Before my injury I was in the hospitality industry in management. I would want to know if anything like this was going on in my company. And I hope you find this as an asset to knowing what was going on. I have always loved this place and have been coming here for many years, It's a beautiful place and I have always loved the food and the staff is always great. Except for the last two times in September. All The other 15 years have been amazing, I love this place. I send my family here from out of town always. they really take care of you.
Absolutely amazing little getaway. Breath of fresh air.
Very nice pictures online nothing compared to the real thing way over priced compared to the quality, long over due for some updates and upgrades, super uncomfortable bed in big need of new mattresses, wine fridge was disgusting, Great location the the beach was durty lots of trash everywhere, breakfast and ridiculously expensive.
Amazing resort!!! Price was just right too! Everything was perfect for our stay. Exceptional staff, extremely clean rooms with a great view of the ocean, luxurious pool area and great food in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!
Nice location but pricey.
Fabulous place and great Sunday brunch.... Both on the Beach and amazing service especially Olivia and the restaurant staff
I came here for my birthday celebration getaway and from check-in to check-out the staff was superb. Very friendly and informative of places I could visit. My room was very clean (oceanfront view) to die for.???? The pool was great with the pool bar open. Brandon's restaurant food was delicious with the beach view & you can eat indoors or out. And lastly the beach was beautiful with beach attendants to make your experience a memorable one. The only thing I needed was a empty/larger refrigerator and an ice Bucket but that's only because I like ice in everything lol. Overall I had a fantastic experience. I had no vehicle but they do valet park with a fee if you have one. Uber is your best bet.
Beautiful beach and rooms
Awesome time, best beach service
My wife and I spent one night of what should have been a 3 night stay here. to start with the stick valet parking down your throat at $27.00 per night plus taxs so you landed up paying almost $30.00. Now first off I have a problem giving someone else control of my car. unless I chose to valet so not having a choice didn't sit well with me. Now lets get to the rooms. so there Idea of an partial ocean view would be if you can lean over the rail on the balcony about 3 feet and loot threw the trees. there rooms are very poorly decorated they love there barn doors they use them everywhere including the bathroom. there is no privacy at all in the bathroom not sure how a family could stay here at all. you are on the beach and the only refrigerator is the Mini Bar. were you can purchase a $.25 bottle of walmart water for $6.00. Don't even get me started on the $ 6.00 small bag of cookies. This beach is very dirty the hotel dose nothing to keep it up our make it appealing to swimmers. Need less to say my wife and I never even went down. the only way you can get to the pool is walk threw the middle of the lobby and across the parking lot. Never seen this before. so you have wet foot prints everywhere in the lobby. I have to say there 4 star rating is such a joke. do a little research you will find much better places to spend your vacation.
Not a bad place. Probably wouldn't choose again. AC barely worked. It's not the Breakers!
Great hotel on palm beach island next to lake worth municiple beach. Has a restauramt and bar and you can relax out back on the ocean for either drinks, appetizers, lunch, dinner.
Enjoyed our stay. 5 nights. Staff was Great. No ice bucket shortages. Breakfast was fantastic. Beach Beautiful. Adding bar to pool. Will definitely return. Thank you all for a well deserved vacation.
How in the world you are 3.9 stars , cleaning bad reviews and leaving only good ones , your “resort” max 2 star
Pool and restaurant ataff were great, hotel was not very clean. While there, we had "Ale House" style food, which was good. Much of the interior looked dated. When leaving, we waited for valet for a while before going back inside. Front desk came out and gave us our car keys, which we then realized, were completely unguarded! On the fence about a return visit.
Here for a conference. Staff was nice. Conference room overlooked the ocean. What better way to attend a conference!?
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Up scale. Pool. Right on the beach. Would stay again.
place has let it self go. falling apart broken chairs umbrellas outside mold on walls. went 5 years ago was so impressed now it's not worth the visit
Nice facilities. However the value in food and drinks is not there. Few guests order food as it is around 30% too expensive. For a premium beach location one expect to pay up. But 4 shrimp in an appetizer at a 24$ price point makes one consider other options. Also note that valet parking is pricy and mandatory. So that adds to the advertised room price. Nice amenities. We had a beautiful large room. Partial water views are advertised on our room and only achieved by standing on the balcony and leaning over. So that's a bit of misrepresentation. No big deal to us. The beach is gorgeous and at the beach and the pool are free towels for the guests. Not enough umbrellas or other sources of shade at neither spot. They need to buy some more umbrellas! Overall OK stay. Pretty nice but not the best bargain for what it offers. The facility needs some renovation. Pool tiles missing and resurfacing of the pool, exterior deterioration on the main building etc. Inside is nice and modern. 2nd floor down elevator button is not working. Automatic door to the beachside patio is broken. Things like that could be in better condition. The summary here is the Hotel is nice but missing the mark in a few spots. It you score a very cheap off season booking it might be still a good choice.
Staff was helpful and the room was amazing!
Nice place service should have been better!
From the moment I arrived, the property was fairly maintained and nice. Check in early wasn't a problem. We went directly to the room. They have valet parking, its about $29/night with in and out privileges. Balcony had a nice view. (Parital Ocean View Room). The shower was really nice and clean. The bathroom was clean overall. The blanket had stains on them and I informed housekeeping. They replaced the blanket but after that I was ehhh. Balcony could have used some cleaning as well. The bed in our room can definitely be replaced. It felt as if it was going to break, and was squeaky. The workers in the resort were nice. The beach is definitely not busy and they have enough beach chairs for everyone to use and lounge on. I give the hotel 3/5 for cleaniness. rooms could use some work and the bed needs some work. Valet parking is expensive in my opinion. Downtown Miami has cheaper valet parking. Beach is relaxing and clean. Overall good resort just needs some extra cleaning and the bed replaced in our room. Not sure about the other lines.
I loved the fact that the beach was right outside. The room was nice, bathroom was nice. I guess me and my boyfriend got a bad bed because this bed sounded like it could’ve been broken. I didn’t check out any of the food or drinks but overall it was a decent hotel. Oh not to forget, parking was WAYYYY TOO ESPENSIVE.. $27 for ONE NIGHT, when I went to a higher end hotel in Miami the parking was 20$!!
Staff and their service, excellent and accommodating. The resort, disappointing. Upgrades were being done, resulting in no restaurant for all meals. We had to go out for meals. The resort, peaceful and relaxing.
Great hotel! It could be a little cleaner. The wood had water stains, and the bathroom counter looked filthy but turned out to be more stains. Other than that the staff was amazing! Breakfast from brandons was good as well. The service was great and the ocean front view king suit we had was breathtaking. I didnt want to leave waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and the view of the sunrise!! My husband and I will definitely return in the near future!!
We were never treated like this ever before . when we arrived at 1:40pm. The front desk person said your room not ready . We ask can we maybe get a room a little early we have 4 of us, and my wife just had surgery needs to rest .She stated YOU HAVE TO WAIT TIL 4pm to check in sorry! So we waited til shift change 3:00 pm in front lobby finally the next girl gave us a handicap room we were so happy. We checked out and paid are bill in full. when we arrived home I realized there was extra $ 160.00 dollar of charges called hotel manager he said sometimes when you use debit card it takes awhile to take extra charges off. waited two more week charges still there working with my bank to return money.
Very luxurious place to stay, housekeeping, staff an front desk attained was the s**t
If I could give this place less then 1 star, I would. When I got into my hotel room there was someone contact on my bed (I don't even wear contacts), a giant clump of hair and someone else's toilet paper and tissues in the trash can with no bag, and goopy crud on the counter top. When I brought these issues up to the staff, they seemed very uninterested. Once they could tell I was very upset they simply moved rooms and asked me to email pictures to them as if they needed proof. Terrible customer service on top of poorly cleaned rooms. Even the floors had a weird sticky film on them. They also charge $30 a day and REQUIRE valet. Very expensive rooms, very expensive food, very expensive parking, very unacommodating staff. The sad part is, I understand that sometimes things arent perfect. If the staff had actually cared and had been apologetic, and done something to make it right, I might be writing a different review.
Private beach. Walking distance to great restaurant on the pier. Room was ok. No fridge or coffee maker in room.
Great place and service to eat very fresh food.

Great boutique hotel! Pool+beach access!
Gorgeous place, very pricey food
Awful. Non existent management, front desk in the wrong industry, dark and tired, but was clean. Supposedly full, but felt like a ghost town. Some mini bar bottles full of water and front desk didn’t care. I’d pass on the food. Ocean access the only plus.
Second stay, excellent experience
horrible!!! the rooms shower is slippery for an adult, imagine a kid. All furniture are pretty worn out, and they charge $20 a day for parking!!!! crazy people.
The owner of this resort has been spam texting me to go vote for him. I really don't appreciate that.
Nice rooms and view
Had a great night here very pretty even though the weather wasn't good
The service was very nice, and the rooms were just as good. There was an ocean like 10 steps away and a pool 15 steps away from the hotels. I just hate the sand in the restaraunts but not a big problem
FABULOUS! If you are in the area you should book a room here. The rooms are spacious and clean. My room balcony was listed as partial view, but still had a very nice view of the beach through some palm trees. There is a private beach area with complementary chairs and umbrellas as well as a nice patio on the beach. I had coffee every morning on the beach. The only downside is that there is no microwave or coffee in the room and the very tiny fridge is full of expensive refreshments. But there is coffee in the lobby in the morning and I emptied the fridge so I could use it. Fitness room is small.
Went to look at the Tideline for my daughters wedding... Truly liked the concept ... only one wedding per night, liked that they have taken patrons comments and made some changes! Hats off to the management!!! The Ballroom is open with high ceilings and a beyond beautiful bonus room in the back !!! But desperately needs updating in the ballroom and they need to keep the oceanfront windows clean ... The Tideline Could become a top 10 contender in the Wedding Market if the get there act together with cleaning , updating rooms with coffee machines, and cleanliness ( especially in pool area) looked somewhat outdated and unkempt... you only have one chance to impress your guests upon arrival and at this moment the Tideline has missed the mark !!!! I look forward to the changes that will hopefully come in the future and wish them the best of luck in the wedding business...
No issues whatsoever walking distance to the beach great restaurants and Little Shops, only two cons is the room was extra cold when we first got our room and the faucet handle fell off but they fixed it right away but other than that very nice hotel.
Other than a miscommunication for hold amounts for incidentals per night the overall stay was lovely. (For planning be aware it is 100$ per night! Not 100$ total as I was told by phone before my stay.) There is a manditory valet parking, but it made sense to us because parking is very tight! Valets make sure your car is cared for and fits in the small lot. Unlike other reviews we thought this was great. Our car was always ready when we needed it and it took less than 5 minutes each time. (Literally our car was waiting for us each time we wanted to leave. Amazing.) The rooms are very minimalist, but beautiful. Sliding wooden doors for the bathroom, french glass doors on the shower, a frosted privacy door for the water closet, beautiful wooden furniture and big mirrors. Beautiful dark walls and tile. It was lovely. Our only complaint is that being on the first floor garden room area is you can hear people playing pool till late at night and the restaurant set up in the a.m. The property is RIGHT ON the beach. So small critters were to be expected. None were ever in our room but we found a few little crabs on our balcony. Again didnt bother us at all since we are at a beach resort, cant exactly keep them out! Bring a cooler with essentials since these rooms have no fridge. Theres also no convenience store on site, but we weren't shocked considering how high end the hotel was. The property is beautiful. We would be happy to stay again.
Upkeep needed. 1/2 the beach umbrellas were broken, 4/5 of the beach chair/recliners were broken, and they have a rule of no coolers on their beach. The room was clean and a some of the outlets didn't work.
Overpriced, average products, average service. Great location.
Located in a beautiful area. Installations are good, rooms big and clean. Poor services at restaurant and pool area. For the price you pay, I expected a better attention.
This hotel do not keep Okay, diner for me garbage no smell good ,I was one night, and we living
This place should not even be open! Horrible Horrible Horrible place! I checked in at 10pm, only to find that someone was already in my room, and they were not even guests. The door was open and two males exited my room. I went down to the front desk and they sent up security and gave me a new room. The new room's patio door would not lock and the room had stains all over it. Now on to the third room at 11pm, room again was filthy and bodily fluid stains everywhere, including the show imprints on the ceiling with squashed bugs in the center. Pink nail polish all over the dresser as well. Now I am off to the 4th room. I am tired and lay down and a large bug runs across my leg. At this point it is close to midnight, I call down again and the front desk person tells me to leave and find another hotel. I pack up my belongings and go downstairs to check out. The staff leaves at midnight and no security is present either. Hotel fully open and no one is around. Stanley in accounting finally shows up and I tell him I am leaving, he says its not his job but will leave a note for someone to call me in the morning. I call the next day and hotel supervisor if not in. I call the 3rd day and she refuses to speak with me or pick up the phone. The 4th day the staff knows my number and keeps hanging up on me. All this time the hotel still has me checked in the hotel and is charging my credit card. I then call the spa to transfer me to the Hotel manager and he was in shock that no one was passing along my messages and not connecting us. He did good and looked after the charges, but that was 4 days of frustration and fighting. This hotel is filthy and beyond dirty. Owner does not care as there head office has yet to call me back. The touch up paint used on the walls and doors is not even close to matching. If a health inspector is reading this, you may want to pay a visit.
Privacy Violation - Do not be surprised by a breach of privacy. We booked a room block for my daughter’s wedding at the Lake Worth Casino. As this was going to be a destination wedding for many of the guests, we wanted to give them a more upscale option to enjoy their stay so we chose the Tideline as one of the options. From the beginning, there was confusion between sales managers changing jobs. Prices, room availability and promises for what was provided to the bride and guests was chaotic. Once everything was finally done, we had agreed to host the rehearsal dinner there as well. The hotel, on the onset is beautiful. You cannot deny the ocean view from the back of the resort. The pool area, while nice, was oddly located in the front of the hotel wherein guests had to pass through the lobby and the valet parking to get to the pool. The rooms are nicely decorated with dark wood and white accents. However, the furniture needs updating or fixed. There were so many chips, scuffs and water marks, it was reminiscent of putting perfume on a pig. The walls are thin too. You can hear all the activity outside of your doors. Also, there were creatures, including bugs and crabs making their way into the rooms on the regular. Let’s add the force valet parking at $25/day. As if it’s some big city resort. Ridiculous! The rehearsal dinner was planned for yet it took an excessive amount of time to get food or drinks. This was unacceptable especially considering we had a pre-planned menu with limited options and the dining area, Brandon’s, was not at all busy that night. This was considered off-season, so by all accounts, we were the best business for the weekend. After hours at the rehearsal dinner, the resort was gracious enough to offer breakfast for the bride squad. This was as a result of all the confusion from the original booking. That too took an exceptionally long time. There were very few, if any diners again at that time. On the night of the wedding, an off-duty employee was driving down the road and saw a group of people walking and causing damage to lights at the next door condominium. He immediately identified what he thought as one of the people from the wedding group. I guess sitting at the restaurant for three hours would give someone enough time to remember a face. Nonetheless, someone from the hotel staff then identifies, and provides the name of my daughter, on the night of her wedding, to the police and her name was therein listed within the report. So as a violation of her privacy, my daughter, who was in a room at the time of the incident, now has her name associated with a police report because this hotel felt it was their duty to violate her privacy. For the record, she was never identified to be a part of this group this off-duty employee saw, nor was she in any way associated with what allegedly happened but for the fact that the hotel room she was staying in was under her name. I spoke to the newly appointed manager, Craig. He agreed this was a serious enough concern to investigate why her name was given out. He also noted that he thought it was ridiculous that an off-duty employee would even involve himself in something unrelated to the hotel. Craig, as promised, never called back. When I finally reached out to him, he noted he had done and internal investigation and there were no repercussions to my daughter so he saw no need to call back and that any negative review I gave him was fine. So here it is, his welcomed negative review and lack of concern for guest privacy. So aside from the sub-par accommodations, lack of attention to have a meal in the restaurant within an acceptable time and the over-priced stay vs. value ratio, the staff does not respect your privacy. I would literally check in under Mr. Magoo if you stay here to avoid any of your private information being shared with anyone. If you cannot even have the confidence that your stay is private, why would you stay here. Just awful!
This hotel is worn out and used. Great website, but it does not show the true status of this hotel. Not worth the money. Rooms in disrepair. Worst hotel in South Florida
Very nice upscale resort with plenty of cozy places to relax. Friendly staff and very nice private beach. Would definitely book here again.
Nice place, good accommodations and fantastic beach front.
Not sure I'm going to stay here again. Each time I've stayed the quality of room goes down. This last time, the room felt like a $60-75 per night room not a $160 a night off season room.
Definitely not worth the money. Staff was nice and hard working, yet they were understaffed. Always short on towels at the pool. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. We won't stay there again.
(Translated by Google) Beautiful place, it hurts that an elevator was not walking (Original) Bello lugar, lastima que un elevador no estubo andando
Nice location but that's about it. The rooms have connecting rooms, you can clearly here the room next to you talking as if they are in the room with you. You also can here upstairs noise pretty easily as well. I was given a partial beachfront room that was anything except beachfront view. The large palm trees blocked my view. After talking to the front receptionist about changing rooms I was told that would be an extra $100 a night on top of my already costly rate.I left after one night and was charged for an extra night as an early checkout policy. So my total for one night stay was $707. This is for a noisy room with no refrigerator, no microwave, and not even a coffee pot. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Do yourself a huge favor and save your money. Buyers beware, you been warned.
Location is good and good restaurants in walking distance, but the rooms, while clean, lack a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Additionally they put a 100 dollar a day hold on your charge card for amenities in the event you use anything at the hotel. The pool and beach service is poor, but not because the workers dont try, it is because they seem woefully understaffed. This hotel will nickel and dime you. It feels like very little has been done to upgrade. It feels like this is someone's cash cow and they are squeezing it for all it is worth. Shame really, with a little care, it could be very good.
Not good for the money they charge u.
Great service...great menu affordable prices
The Show J.
The resort was well ran and clean.
Great hotel in a wonderful location.
This place is amazing
Oceans and spa
The first time we went to this resort west palm beach tide line the entrance driving in stone was all loose I trip a couple of time no coffee in room no microwave and no refrigerator. Elevator was broken only one elevator work for a whole week. The back door going to beach constantly braking down and you would get the debri from next door construction we book for five days the third day we went to our room door would not open we went to front desk they said we thought you was checked out already out in the deck was terrible thousand of staging fly everywhere I will not be going there ever again
The restaurant inside is fantastic. Pristine is the word. Check it out!
We were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle from our every day life and just relax, and Tideline offered just that. The staff were excellent, truly looking out for their guest to make sure they helped make the best of our stay there. The Spa offered exactly what we needed, time to relax, and they helped by meeting our exact needs during our massage. The beach was not crowded, so if you are looking for that getaway it was great. The bar and drinks were bang on! The day menu was perfect, the only thing we would have liked to have seen was more variety on the supper menu. However, the simple menu that they did offer was fantastic! Give this place a shot! You won't regret it.
Pool access could be better. Water very warm. Beach was ok but you have to go through the dinning room to get to it. Also no luggage rack.
Second stay. Really like this lovely little hotel on Lake Worth beach. We had some trouble at check-in and desk clerks treated us very well. Good food. Downside - priced a little out of reach, no refrigerator in room, room needs hooks it something for wet swimsuits,etc.. Beach nice. Pool middle of parking lot, but elevated and screened. Spa services unfortunately overpriced so had to skip. Really bad but not their fault- Four Seasons next door under LOUD reno. Could not get away from noise.
My mother stayed in room 318 and wanted the family to come spend some time and get dinner there. Her room was nice with an ocean view and the food was fantastic. The workers were incredibly accomodating, they set up our dinner at a table for us while we were in the beach! Very nice resort!
Beautiful resort!! However would of loved to enjoy lights and fire pit that was advertised. Also let known valet parking is mandatory. Loved it tho?
I love this place and I've loved it since it was the envoy however I must say the rooms definitely need a little upgrading. Also, if you get a balcony View be careful, my last day I departed with several bites on my legs from what appeared to be fleas. I know this is a dog friendly hotel and I never had a problem like this ever there before and I've said many times. I sat on the balcony and within seconds I was being eaten alive. The problem was on the balcony not in the bedroom I want to make sure I'm specific about that. The staff is always friendly the food is great.
Had a great time, beautiful Oceanview and the rooms are gorgeous. Had breakfast on the beach before a business meeting.

Stuff doing All illegal Transportation Service. If you need a Transportation service to go Airport or somewhere they call Someone “Who don’t have proper Permits. It’s happened with us for 2nd time. We Just come from Port of Palm Beach and Person got stuck. Security asking him the question “he said he doing UBER. But we didn’t call UBER!!!!!! We scared...... don’t ask front desk for you Taxi Service. Hotel is nice. I ask Manager....but they don’t take any action.
Overall good experience.
Nice place. Only downfall was mattress

Beautiful ocean views. Disgustingly loud wedding party throughout the night entirely disrupted sleep but they did give us $200 off the $500 bill as an accommodation.
Where do I start... We came here for our anniversary and the only part that was good was the food from the in house restaurant. They advertise a sushi bar in their literature and on the TV when you walk in the room... But it is closed. They advertised a room with a "partial view of the ocean." The only way I was looking at the ocean is if I hung off the balcony, so that was misleading. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the bed was horrible. I now have a crick in back. The mattress was so warn out I kept rolling to the center. To top that off if you moved the board holding the mattress creaked and woke us up. To top all that off we found German cockroaches in the bathroom. When I told the staff about it they sort of wrote some of it down. They comped my taxes and that is is... I will spend more that that on bug spray to make sure I don't bring the roaches home with me. Also they REQUIRE you to valet your car. The website doesn't mention that and when we arrived they said there was no charge for it. $27.00 later there was a charge for "overnight parking" don't be fooled ok led by the low price it is a horrible place and will NEVER go there again.

Loved this place. Definetely coming back. Right on the beach. Was there for mothers day, too bad was raining.
I went to the spa with a friend after being quoted a specific price. When I went to pay it was 60$ more than the original price I was given. The woman at the register offered me no help and states the spa does not even have a manager. I went to find the general manager and He was not there either. The woman at the register said "I know this doesn't make up for it but I can give you a glass of chamaigne" I proceeded to find someone who was able to refund me 30$ but was unable to do more than that. The spa technicians were absolutely wonderful. Everything else has gone way down hill since my last visit. It is not likely I will return.
Location is great.. staff seems a bit lost. It looks like they are in a management transition. Lot of potential. Need some attention to details.
would have liked to have hot tea in the morning but only coffee available. rooms could use some updating valet everytime you go in and out gets expensive going out 3 or 4 times a day
Awesome resort. The people who work here I would invite into my home anytime. Great experience!
Nice modern rooms - some with great views! They charge $27/night for parking. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No breakfast - but good coffee.
Nice hotel set up and very outstanding customer service. They offer peculiar services.

Ask for Taxi in front desk, the lady call someone and me Nd my wife went to PBI, but Driver get warnings because he don’t have Taxi License, He don’t have Airport permission, he trying to Lying with the officers “ he do UBER” but he failed to show any evidence. Officer ask us “How we got him?” We tell him true. So, please be care full of this Resorts front desk People. I am sorry to say because I use the service few time and I don’t know person doing illegal service with this hotel. But other then everything is fine. Nice manager and all stuff. It’s totally unprofessional Taxi Service they provide you. I request to manager for solve this.
Awesome thank you.
If I could give this place a 3.5 stars I would but it’s not an option. We started off the stay a little rough when the check in staff gave us a room that already had someone in it. They did make up for it with an ocean view upgrade so that was nice. The staff was friendly and the beach was nice. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a little old and used. The hotel is right next to the Four Seasons in case you want to walk there for a meal as well. I enjoyed the pool and the fish tacos were good. I would probably go back if the price was right.
Stayed here for a work retreat. Really clean and beautiful restaurant view of the beach. Good service.
Brandon's was awesome!
Great View Good Food GREAT Tequila !!!
great hotel! amazing staff and my goodness what a view. very enjoyable and amazing room service! my wife wanted to live in their 5* spa and never leave. made our trip so enjoyable!
Save your money people , this “resort “ not worth this much money, dirty rooms , need paint 100% !!!! A least paint , we got most expensive room in the hotel with ocean view and balcony, not small balcony but with corner , bigger than others , 600$ per night + (with all fees) was total disappointment !!! Counters looks like not clean , side small mirror few cracks , shower handles broken, tub corners black , sliding doors very not easy to open , we stay noght before in holiday inn 3 star hotel was like 10 start comparing with this “resort” , restaurant service not good too , food was great , beach towel , is like you need proof that you belong to this resort, pool people coming from everywhere to use , no control over there, workers later was going and asking what toom we stay if we belong to that resort , few people got kicked out because they was not staying in that resort

Fabulous. Best price on the Beach for a 5 Star Hotel.
Great restaurant, surprisingly well priced. Cant go wrong with amazing Ocean front views and fresh menu no matter the meal time.
Beautiful, accessible, with everything at your fingertips. This property and staff are all about comfort.
Quality has dropped significantly since the management changed. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. Rooms are dirty and outdated, furniture is falling apart. This place is nothing but a glorified Red Roof Inn!
I've stayed at Tideline twice now and was very pleased both times! Exceptional service from beginning to end. Interior not as updated as other hotels close by but nonetheless our room was clean and staff was very attentive and accommodating. Great that the hotel sits on the beach so we stayed in an suite and got to wake up to an ocean front view. Food was consistent every time. The spa was lovely and small, massages we had were great! Gym needs to be updated to bigger space and more equipment added. Looking forward to being back here in a few months!
Pictures is nice reality is very different, don’t waste your money .......
What a nasty rooms , 500$ per night and believe me total tragedy , don’t waste your money people
Excellent view, wonderful service from lorrie, she's GREAT
Lovely oceanside room from which to enjoy sunrise on the Atlantic.
Went for brunch. Nice selection of breakfast items to choose from but no lunch items at all so not sure how you can say it's brunch. $12 a mimosa unless you get the brunch, then bottomless. Service was excellent from Greg. 18 percent service charge added to bill but not the tip according to the waiter. Not sure what that is about.

cold tile floors. kind of uninviting. led white lights make it look hospital-esq.
Beautiful hotel and. Ocean front view! Delicious sushi also.
Everything was great but the check in and check out time its an inconvenient ...doesn't have the option on checking in earlier like other hotels
Im a frequent quest. The bar is great, sushi is very good, and the staff is friendly. You can't beat the location.
Do NOT waste your money staying here. Stay somewhere else. The hotel is in horrible shape with horrible staff and food. The pool is in the parking lot of the hotel. They charge you an 18% service charge for everything (this is not the tip) for horrible service. Other than this hotel being on the beach absolutely NO redeeming qualities. Staff not accommodating and don't care about customer service. Stay at a Marriott or Hilton instead or the Four Season's next door!
Dirty rooms. Lacks any owner investment to be remotely considered a 4 or 5 star resort. The only reason this place remains in business is Bec most of the high paying guests are duped thinking the Tideline is almost equivalent to the Four Seasons next door when FS sells out and are desperate for sun. We stayed in the most expensive suite they have for 5days. I will never ever come back here again. Paid $850/night. I feel bad for the staff (they are shorted and try) but the owners have not spent a dollar on this place in many years and it shows. One elevator for entire building and it stinks like garbage. Im sorry I had to post this but I spoke w many fellow guests and it needs to be known. Many people like myself work to hard to stay in a dump and call it luxury.
Rooms are nice. Best shower ever. Food is great.
Very poor customer service, still waiting on correct billing after 8 days and 4 calls
After Reading The Reviews I Will Not Be Booking A Stay Here????????
Staff were cold, unfriendly and actually made me uncomfortable. The rooms are stylish, though walls are paper thin. It made sleeping a challenge. Overpriced- but i enjoyed the view.
Hidden gem! Very nice place!
Very nice quiet and rejuvenating atmosphere.
I'd rather stay in a motel 6. Hotel had a lot of potential but the way it's run is criminal. 1. 18% service charge added to meal does not go to server. So staff asks for a tip and you are expected to leave 36% tip so staff are fairly paid? 2. Staff are completely incompetent and not trained in service. Had to go behind the bar to get ice when staff refused to help. Had to retrieve my own car when valet were not there. Had to actively look for waiters. Could go on and on. 3. After I left the hotel I still had family there and I tried to order champagne to be sent to a room for a special occasion. Took me 3 phone calls and 2 emails to get the gift confirmed and then they charged my card twice and never sent the gift. Have left several messages for managers and called repeatedly but no one will get back to me. I could write a novel of all that is wrong with this hotel, do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.
Very nice hotel
Nice place - if the Four Seasons is full :-)
Nice hotel good service
very nice hotel good service
Excellent customer service. Beautiful and clean resort and they are dog friendly!
André-Pierre Du P.
Unnecessarily expensive. You merely pay for the pool, jacuzzi and access to the beach. The building is falling apart (see photos showing clear tape keeping the wall together) and the front desk is incredibly unhelpful.
Great view. Food was outstanding. The staff was lovely. Overall great place to catch up with friends or business partners. Always love my visits here. A+.
Great resort. Pool is lovely!

I love coming here for a "staycation", the rooms are beautiful and modern and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The beach is amazing as well. It's right next to the 4 seasons. The service was ok. No where near the service at the four seasons. The food service was not that great and very overpriced. I'd rather walk next door to the 4 seasons or further to the pier area where there is better food. Also had some issues with valet last time we were here, had to just park my car in the front and come back later to valet it. Overall I'd come back again if the price is right.
Double charged me for a room and can't get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue. Pictures make it seem nicer than it actually is. Old hotel that was attempted to be redone but fell short.
Fabulous hotel and restaurant
Average facilities but spa and facial services were very good and great prices
Contact Gap Antenna Products, I.
Wonderful experience! The staff was amazingly accommodating from the valet, to the front desk to house keeping. The clincher was when they handed my wife a rose on our way out.
Love this hidden gem
Clean and right on the beach
First of all, the front desk representative Wayne deserves a raise for treating us so well. 10/10 parking is $27 but you get to come & go as you please and it has a view to die for wish I could of stayed more nights
Good service for business conference, okay rooms.
My husband and I stayed here this summer. There's a great relaxed and modern spa like atmosphere. I'm not sure what it actually is but the lobby always smelled like pretty strong, but pleasant cologne. I loved the fact that this resort suits right on the beach. The pool area was really nice, never terribly busy. Most of the time it felt like my own private pool and spa.. that was pretty cool. I did order some drinks from a pool attendant..I could tell this was something he was not accustomed to, it took a little while but he accommodated us. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff throughout the establishment were very polite and helpful. I did get a spa treatment. It was a very relaxing service. I will definitely stay here again!

The Spa Review: I visit many hotel spas both nationally and internationally. The hotel itself is very nice. Great amenities, pool area and Jacuzzi. Great location very nice. I bought a Groupon for the spa. Here is the review on the spa alone. The team overall was good. I have been to many many spas. Its not the service that needs attention, but more the layout of the spa that makes this spa, inferior to the others I have been to. 1. The quiet room is not quiet. A lady was in there talking on her cell phone. No one told her to hang it up. There were no displays of no cell phones in the spa. The room is more like a lobby than a relaxing quiet room. It is located near the front desk. So as you are trying to relax, enjoy quiet music, and read a book, you are interrupted by the front desk conversations, and patrons coming in and out, treating the quiet room like a lobby. Not good. 2. The locker room is so small 4 people couldn't really fit as we were all trying to change. There is trunk utilized a a bench instead of a decor. I had to wait til ladies left, so I get into the room to get my items out of the locker. 3. The chairs in the quiet room are not that comfortable. Most of the spas I go to, have nice lay down relaxing chairs, so you can enjoy the experience. 4. No honey for the tea? just sugar and sweet n low. Odd. They did have defused water, and fresh apples which was nice. I understand I bought a Groupon and you cant really expect too much. However, I have visited many other spas that also participate in Groupon. The other spas seem to have that spa, pay attention to detail touch. I did not stay in the hotel. I have no review of the hotel itself.
Beautiful view and a friendly staff!
Good hotel. Average to good service.
Right on the beach, nice hotel but it's dark inside the lobby
Nasy rooms and overpriced. Great food and location. Just no maintenance of building in terms of cleaning it. Elevators super scary. Food delicious staff nice. Paper thin walls heard dogs barking all day and night. Plus could hear every word and noise neighbors made. Terrible. Not happy wont be back.
Beware you pay extra for parking.

(Translated by Google) It is a very nice hotel but it is definitely not as nice as it is shown on the pictures. (Original) Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel aber es ist definitiv nicht so schön , wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wird.
The place seems a bit overpriced to me ($50 for two people for breakfast, $40 for two drinks) but when you cross over a bridge and see mansion after mansion what else can you expect. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn't the greatest considering we couldn't even get into our first room because of a faulty lock and then the second room they told us to go to still had people in it. Valet parking is $27 a night but it is also mandatory which I thought to be a little ridiculous considering they're parking your car a foot away from the front door. Other than that the resort and the people who worked there were very nice. Being right on the ocean is definitely a plus and the pool was nice as well.
Lovely hotel. I was there for business meeting and the hotel had serious issues with the WiFi service. They did give out champagne and treat to make up for it.
Great ambiance, relaxing atmosphere, decor is spot on and definitely screams relaxation. Only bad thing is that it's pet friendly all around, meaning you might get pumped up to a room with a screaming dog, and even if you change your room, you might just get lumped next to another one. Staff is very friendly and accommodating so they definitely can help you sort any inconveniences out.
Seemed a little too expensive for the experience. $27 a day for parking and very thin walls we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing...
The location and beach access were superb! Front desk staff was kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was a little lackluster for the resort prices we paid. The bathroom in our garden view room was quite small and dark. Probably because dark brown tile was used throughout. The room was clean and the bed satisfactory. We attended a wedding which was gorgeous, well run, and the staff seems very attentive during the event. Overall, the place was very nice but not quite worth the amount spent. Almost, but not quite.
Just visiting someone who was staying here. Seemed like a nice place great beach and pool.
I visited my in-laws who were staying at this hotel. We had lunch with them on the patio area after swimming in the ocean on their private beach. My husband and I split the fish and chips and it was because good. The portion size was huge, so both my husband and I got 2 fried fish and lots of fresh homemade fries. We would definitely go back. The only thing that was slightly off was how show the elevators were, but that's about it.
Great views and wonderful service and great food.
Great room, great view!
Wonderful wonderful Resort just remember they charge $27 for valet parking a night but other than that wonderful rates wonderful views in the staff is out of this world
(Translated by Google) Okay, but nothing special (Original) Okay, men ikke noget specielt
Great place. The attention in the pool was exceptional (look for Shane great services)
Fantastic ocean views and beach access. Clean, spacious rooms with nice amenities, nice bar. If you're afraid of elevators, though, be careful - I got stuck in one for about five minutes.
So nice is the only way I can describe this Palm Beach island resort and spa. Oceanside experience what more can you ask for....
Great location, nice rooms and view. Pool and beach location were both missing towels and other ammendities. This visit wasn't as nice as previous ones.
Best spa in the area!
Ahhhhh- mazing. Will return. No complaints. Great staff, rooms and service!!!!??????

I booked this hotel for my 17 year old son who lives in Miami so he could go to a concert with out of town friends and stay in the same place with them. Note that these friends were accompanied by their parents so it was not some party situation. However the main reason I booked this place was that I did not want him driving back to Miami late at night the Sunday before Labor Day. I was traveling so unable to accompany him but have had no problem with my kids checking into hotels before when they went to Orlando. So when he arrives he was told he had to be 25 years to check in and they turned him away. THERE IS NO FLORIDA STATUTE THAT SAYS YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO CHECK INTO A HOTEL. There was no age restriction on the booking site I used. Just so you know some hotels have POLICIES restricting age but these are NOT BOUND BY LEGAL RESTRICTIONS. In fact when the Tideline refused to check him in after I explained the situation they also said they could not promise a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and I told him that there is no legal restriction but that it was a policy they could adjust for in this situation. He said he would call me back and did not. Meanwhile needing a last minute place for my son to stay we called the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Palm Beach. Although they also have an 18 year old restriction Christine immediately understood the situation and faxed over a credit card authorization form so my son was able to check in. As I said these are policies that can be bent. Thirty minutes later I received a call from the Tidelines saying they were returning my call. I told them I had been waiting for the manager to return my call (it was not the manager) but had been forced to look for additional accommodations given the time and that they had not been helpful. The person on the other end said "I don't know who around us will check in a minor." And I reported to her that again these are policies not regulations and that the Fairfield next door was able to accommodate us. THERE WAS NO REASON THE TIDELINE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THE SAME. Instead they would rather my son drive back late at night putting his life at risk. Now I get to wait for them to call me on Tuesday so see if I get a refund!
It was good
Don't stay here. After they were dropped from Kimpton Brands this hotel is a joke. The valet guys even make fun of the service because there is a line of frustrated customers all the time they say. Trying to check in was as difficult as completing mortgage paperwork. No management available and a staff that is helpless that leaves you feeling sorry for them that they have no authority to do anything. We walked out before staying the night and the hotel still charged $231 to my credit card even though the sheets were dirty, we were given the wrong room and then yelled at by the front desk attendant. Big scam unfortunately because the property itself is gorgeous. I wouldnt stay here for free. The hotel still has not responded or called us back to apologize.
Lovely Resort with a fantastic atmosphere. Rooms we nice, beds were comfy and the staff was excellent.
The service staff was incredible and the private beach is second to none. Food exceptional as well. Minor complaints: Phone in room didn't work, valet is mandatory and $26 - we went during quiet season so we paid for them to park it 10 meters away. Other than that, fantastic experience. Cannot emphasize the quality of the beach enough.
Spa Treatments are supposed to be relaxing & peaceful. The Tideline Spa sadly lacks a well trained staff despite charging premium facial fees. A Hydrafacial is supposed to provide a multi-faceted approach to improving your skin using the latest technology to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate by a trained esthetician. Unfortunately, Tideline's esthetician talked throughout the entire facial about her dog, and asked too many non-related facial questions, she did not take the proper time required for each phase of this 50 mins. Hydrafacial, and whisked through the entire facial in 35 mins. You are better off going to PGA National Spa, or The Breaker's, or a luxury spa for the same fees, and you'll receive professional services, better results without the chatter.
Very poor experience, 1st got there the linens were dirty with some kind of make up. The luggage rack was broken. We paid extra for a partial ocean view, but the balcony sliding door kept getting stuck. The blinds were not closing correctly and the sun came through!!! When we made a complaint, all they said was we are sorry!!
The staff does there best to help but are hindered by a higher power we discovered to be the owner. Ignorant in the ways of customer service, he has successfully driven away staff and managing companies leaving the hotel in a constant state of unease. We were fortunate the wedding held there was pulled together by bright, accommodating staff. If you want to stay at a great hotel with quality customer service, this could be the place. As long as they aren't hurried home or scared away to save a penny
You are not helpful and they were not friendly
Great atmosphere, very clean, the staff is very friendly, and right on the water!
I had an amazing girls day at the Tideline! Everyone was very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful & clean. The food & drinks were great & the massage was excellent. Would definitely recommend the Tideline to anyone. Well worth it!

(Translated by Google) The hotel requires maintenance, some areas are not enabled for guests, customer service was mediocre and worse is having to listen to the guests around closing the doors or other noises late at night in the middle of sleep plus the room next door had so Poor insulation that steps were heard and shadows were seen through the connecting door. I do not recommend it. This hotel looks pretty but the service aspect is non-existent and the bathroom was tiny. My room overlooked the overhang at the front of the hotel but I paid for a pool view. They reduced the price $26. The front desk staff are nice but screwed up my check-in twice. The restaurant has a nice ocean view but the staff both for breakfast and lunch were slow and inattentive. A table of 3 for breakfast at 10:30am, the ONLY people awaiting food, and it took 30 minutes for bacon and eggs and pancakes to arrive. It was $90 and terribly over cooked. This place is NOT worth $100 a night, and I paid $280 off season. ????This place was horrible. They only deserve 1 star but I gave them 2 because they are ON the beach. By the way, there's NO parking--only valet for $30. Not even parking nearby. Your screwed. Uber is plentiful though. This is obviously not run by experienced hotel people ???? I checked out and went elsewhere via Hotel Tonight app. This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. And I travel a lot...
On the beach hotel
Great location, nice rooms and right on the ocean.
This hotel is a scam, they charge you as a 4 star hotel, but the service is 1 star. The food is very expensive and not good at all.No room service, no cofee at the room, the faucet in the bathroom had a leak, no food after 9:00 pm. No service at the pool, no service at the beach after 5:00 pm. The valet parking is mandatory, they charge you 27 dollar per night, but the ballet parking guy is not available after 12:00 am. This hotel has just a few employees in their staff. No enough to give a good quality service to their guests. I'll never come back again.
Great room, great service and great area. You also get access to an amazing private beach. Would highly recommend and would come again.
My overall experience at Tideline resort and spa was very unprofessional and unorganized, checking in took longer than it should and my room wasn't always up to par mind you it was my anniversary and it seem like things just didn't go as the advertised on the website we booked for The romantic getaway and the things that really blew my mind was the fact that the breakfast was not advertise the way that they said it would be for example in the romantic getaway it said that breakfast was either going to be brought to your room or you come down to the restaurant which is called Brandon neither of that happened we decided to go downstairs for breakfast and let's just say the breakfast that came with the package wasn't actually breakfast we had to actually go to the front desk to see if breakfast was included in the package we payed 300 plus a night for because for some reason it didn't show that it was included with our package the front desk people apparently never herd of our package it was just ridiculous do not believe all the hype this hotel is horrible it's so dark and gloomy I would never recommend a couple to go to Tideline resort and spa for a getaway. My room wasn't always cleaned ,like we left around 8 o'clock in the morning we come back and my bed is not fixed I don't have no new set of towels I was really upset they did offer wine and yes I took it but I still did not enjoy my trip my overall experience at Tideline resort and spa would be a 2.5 I wouldn't recommend it to any couple to go and relax I should've stayed at a Marriott or Hilton.
Definitely do not enjoy handing out poor reviews but Tideline "Resort" and Spa deserves one for the following reasons. You MUST pay $28 right up front for parking which is minor but it piles up quickly. Dark and small lobby which leads you to the slow elevators, it takes about 1 minute to the 5th floor excluding stops. Dingy rooms with a significant lack of decor and comfort, the LED white lights are very bothersome. If you take a trip down to the ocean which does deserve some points for proximity, but... Good luck trying to find a towel! Had to ask 3 staff members for towels, once I found them, the staff member told me to bring the pile of 10 towels to the water for everyone else. Plenty of actual resorts to stay in Palm Beach, not this one again.
Excellent Staff nice room perfect beach setting we will be back
Shower and phone were not working, had to ask to have our room cleaned the 3rd day, service not the best and manager was never there
Steps from the beach

Nice view, attentive services for our meeting here...
Beautiful views. Wonderful service. Great accommodations. Will return, for sure.
Beautiful hotel however severely under staffed. Feel bad for the few employees they do have running around doing their best.
I attended a wedding ceremony the courtyard facing the beach. The building was tall enough to provide a shade over the whole ceremony (4pm) and a nice breeze flowed through. A clear glass sound barrier between the beach and the courtyard allowed us to hear the speaker as the ceremony took place. The second floor was a little hot due to the air flow from outside. It was not the hotel's fault since it was about 90° outside, however, the inside air conditioner temperature should have been adjusted to better suit the event. The third level where cocktail hour was catered was also a uncomfortable due to the weather, but again, I think it should have been a lot cooler in the room to compensate. The food was delicious, set up was lovely, and the waiters/waitresses were courteous. Hors d'oeuvres were replenished shortly after them finishing. I especially liked that since the wedding party had to stay behind for pictures. They didn't have to worry about the food being all done when they got there. The mobile bar served a light, but lovely rum punch. I think more than 2 pitchers for a little over 100 people should have been prepared/brought out at a time though. Other than the punch, the drink service was fast considering the amount of people present. Lastly, the ballroom where the wedding reception was held had a stunning view gazing out on the shore. A full course meal was served: Soft bread and honey butter for table appetizers, salad with an oil and vinegar dressing, the roasted beef could have had more flavor throughout (some pieces were more seasoned than others), and the salmon was so juicy (and to die for!). Dessert consisted of a bread pudding and a scoop of ice cream. I was a little disappointed that spoons were not on the table so the ice cream could have been eaten properly. The bread pudding was light, fluffy and delicious. Overall, the venue was perfect for the event. There was plenty space to mingle, hold a conversation, order a drink, take pictures in a blow up photo booth, and still be uninterrupted while sitting to eat. The glass window panels and high ceiling made the room feel spacious as well. Great venue to hold a wedding reception or other special function.

Quiet, beautiful,,I rest like baby
Nice, quaint location. Was looking there for potential wedding venue and was impressed with the potential.
Way to go CHAZ! She is awesome. We had a rough start to a weekend elsewhere. Booked here and within 10 minutes she upgraded, accomodated, wrote a card, gave a balcony and sent champagne! A++ here and thank you to Jay also!
Beautiful location. Very attentive staff and fantastic view of the beach from anywhere in the hotel
It was a beautiful place.
It's was nice and relaxing
Staff was amazing! For whatever reason they weren't able to provide any drinks or food for one day, which is why they get one less star, but they made up for it on the free alcohol from the mini fridges inside the rooms. Definitely going there again.

Beautiful beach outdoor dining. Highly recommend the Spicy tuna tacos.

Oceanfront resort on the Sandy beach. Private and smaller, more intimate atmosphere.
Very comfortable place and laid back staff. Great location right on the beach. Good food. Thanks Web1 for a great event!
We loved the Tideline!! The hotel is beautiful. We stood in an Oceanview suite and not only was the view perfect, the rooms are more beautiful than pictured. The staff was amazing. The beach access was priceless. 5 stars!
The room decor is fantastic. The bathrooms are top notch. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is great and the service is very professional. They addressed all my concerns immediately. The restaurants will not disappoint. Beach service was great. Pool area was away from beach but made it quieter with less wind. Lots of smiles and a quiet hotel. Walking distance to pier, shopping and restaurants. Valet parking rates are reasonable. Mini bar rates are comparable, Spa rates are good, workout facility is good and free WiFi is included. Room rate for ocean view was the best in town. However, no convenience shop on the property. No 24 hour room service. No 24 hour valet, the night auditor pulls double duty. No coffee maker in the room or mini fridge. No toothbrush, toothpaste or mouth wash kit in the bathroom. No shaving kit in the bathroom. No on-demand and tvs are dated. Did not see an icemaker or any vending machines. Did not find a international universal plug adapter in the room. A 4+ star hotel should have all the above included. They amenities you find in most 4 to 5 star hotels. Good location for a romantic weekend or for a business trip. I would stay here again for the right rate.
There was not a lot to do in the hotel, but it was a beautiful room. The drinks and food were great, but they were a little understaffed at the pool and restaurants. Beach was beautiful, as was the pool. There were always seats and places to hang out available.
The service here is awful. 45. Inutes at the pool bar for a drink. 2 hours at the pool for a sandwich. Pool was unkept and not organized. Breakfast was a one hour wait for two eggs. Waited 30 minutes to get the car from the mandatory valet. Sushi is good. Rooming cleaning as well. But this is not enough for a good experience.
The food was so subpar it was saddening. The best part was the setting seeing hearing the ocean. Our server was very sweet but was clearly in a rush to do other things than serve. The food was so bad I can't even.
The restaurant was wonderful. The deluxe spicy roll is amazing.
Spa was great.
Charged others bar& spa services to my room called hotel and never revived a call back other then the ants in my room my stay was great.
Beautiful resort. Very friendly staff.
Very relaxed and pleasant hotel, kind and friendly staff. I liked the beach being so close and the pool too (although the location was a bit of a surprise). Would definitely visit again if I'm Palm Beach again.
Nice, clean, easy to find, dpaciois room, great pool, not a lot of people, pet friendly.
Have a nice day :)
this is the only place I stay. They treat me and my family like long lost relatives. always excited to see us. Great hotel food, great drinks, once you arrive, you don't need to leave.
great food, hospitable and friendly service. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Our meeting room overlooked the beach and was probably the best place ever for day long meetings.
Awesome hotel. Exactly what you would think of on palm beach. We just held an event there with 60+ people and the staff executed flawlessly. I would highly recommend for a getaway or for an event!
Staff was curtious and very helpful. The beach access was very nice. The pool is beautiful. The staff at the pool and beach were very attentive. Had such a good time ,highly recommend it, and will be going again.
I absolutely loved this place. The piece of private beach is clean and peaceful. The staff is super attentive and kind, and the rooms are not huge but very nice.
The only thing that could make this a 4 star hotel is its Palm Beach location. Bugs are everywhere, dead ants all over the bed in our first room, ants all over the outdoor dining. They need pest control badly. When brought to management's attention they offered no apology or gesture of good faith to bring us back. In addition, it's designed to pack too much into a very small space. Bathrooms are closet size. The property in general came across as dirty and dated. Silver lining was the food, which was solid. Might come back for an oceanside breakfast or sushi, but probably wouldn't stay here again.
Lovely hotel, great style, not too big. Service exceptional.
Service is great. Rooms and hallways are very dark and the floor in my room is covered in sand - I haven't been to the beach. No soda machines (just the extremely expensive mini bar) and ice must be delivered by the front desk.
Best place in palm beach to stay or dine
Great location and staff, but, it's hard to be a 4 star hotel when the basics are missing. No ice machines (have to order ice from room service), no in room coffee, communal coffee in the lobby is not 24 hr., mini bar is too small to use as a mini fridge, universal remotes can't turn on closed caption on tv. The interior decorator tried for a rustic chic and failed. Sliding slatted doors are difficult and fail to provide a sense of privacy.
The restaurant attached was great but the waiter was inattentive and did not seem to want to focus on the job at hand.
We were excited to stay at this Kimpton and walked away disappointed in our experience. We arrived early around 1:30 and were told we would receive a phone call when our room was ready. Checked back at 3..still not ready...checked back at 4:30 and the room was finally ready. Never received a phone call as promised on two different occassions. When we finally got checked in they said they would send our bags up...45 minutes later they arrived. Couldn't find ice so I called the front desk. They said they would send some to my room. Never showed up. After 1 hour I called to cancel the request so I could go to bed. Over and about these experiences whenever I interacted with different staff the customer service was below average in most cases. There didn't seem to be a sense of urgency at this hotel. Our room had broken shades which are the only way to keep out light because they don't have drapes. Just a frustrating experience. At the end of my stay I was asked about my stay and I shared my experience both positive and experiences we wish were better and they offered to comp some charges on our bill..something I didn't expect but appreciated.
Great drinks and food... The outdoor seating area is one of the best around right on the beach. Worth a trip for sure.
This was an awesome hotel once. Needs some TLC. Still nice, but feel like it's on a downward slide. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Bartender was awesome.
I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff are all welcoming and accommodating and the rooms are wonderful. Go. Go now!
What was Once a Perfect Hotel. Before it was bought by kimpton and made into the tideline ocean resort, it was the omphoy. Every year we attend this exact hotel for labor day, memorial day, and the 4th of July. But in recent terms the hotel has gradually shifted down to something I'm enjoying less and less. They removed The pool table and Foosball table that every regular guest loved and replaced them for lounge chairs that I have never seen in use. It seems as is the kimpton touch is messing up what we have loved from the old hotel. Besides the Activities outside of the bar, it seems as if the decor and setting has changed into something I, and many other employees do not like. If it weren't for the few original employees working here for over 6 years that we now consider family, we would shift to the four Seasons next door. Besides all of the appearance changes the customer service is perfect and it is an overall clean place to stay.
First class service, beautiful hotel, great food, and a private beach. Worth every penny.
This is a great hotel. The service and location are amazing. Malyn at the front desk pays attention to detail and gave my husband and I am amazing welcome after she heard it was our wedding anniversary!!
The best kept secret in Palm Beach Country!!! The atmosphere, the location, the food, the drinks, the view and the service all add up to a really wonderful and relaxing evening out for dinner and drinks!
Great hotel. Stylish, friendly staff, and very comfortable. My only gripe is the required valet parking which is $27/day. This should be informed on the site or during checkout during booking. Overall it was a great experience

I recently stayed at the Tideline Resort and I truly enjoyed the time spent. The staff were all friendly and accommodating throughout and the atmosphere was relaxing. I especially liked the Jazz and Bubbles band that played in the lounge area Thursday night. If I didn’t have business to attend to I would have spent the evening listening to the music. I observed the manager, Peter, interacting with the staff on a number of occasions and it was apparent that they all enjoyed working together. I expect to be back again soon.
Awesome Drinks. Great Decor and Ambiance. Amazing Vibe and 100% worth it
It has improved greatly.
Wish it was a little closer to downtown but the place is great! Good place to say for the beach. There are a few restaurants that are within walking distance.
The hotel is impeccable and a beautiful beach. The reason for not giving all 5 stars is that both at breakfast and lunch the food took soooooo long to come out.
Beautiful hotel, great service, awesome bar and restaurant, steps to the sand! What's not to love?
Great view, great service, great food! What more could one ask for?
Did I just walk into a spa, or a hotel room? Is that a soft glow of light and spa music awaiting my entrance? More importantly, can I live here? But seriously... Definitely a beautiful hotel with great design and top notch finishes. Jonardo met me at the door at was super sweet and accommodating through the entire check in process. He gets an A+ for courtesy, friendliness, willingness to help and handling everything with grace. I regret to say I was just passing through, so I didn't check much out, but judging by that little staff interaction and my beautiful room, I'd guess the rest of the place is immaculate as well. I don't know why anyone would complain about a thing here. I mean, everyone makes mistakes... I just didn't see any while I was there.
very nice view of the water
Quiet. Good service.
Staff are friendly and helpful. They tried to billed me something that I didn't even authorized for. An order of Bloody Mary-pool/beach area, where I didn't even spent time over there. An unauthorized three days charged of $27 per day parking fee. I have been told the parking fee was free of charge for my entire stay, since they took little over half an hour to checked me in. I didn't realized until I got home and credit card statement came. So they decided to charge me anyway $98 for parking and Bloody Mary which I didn't even had. Sure, just enjoy your stay, we'll take care of you....Later! P.S. Don't forget to visit their unforgettable "POOL BY THE PARKING" Yeah, you can't missed it, it is just in front of the hotel, across the street, pass the fence and doggy release area, there you go. What a genius? You can just get out from the car with your bathing suit and jump right out to the pool. Don't ruin your vacation! Four Seasons is just right next door.
Parking is crazy expensive lower it 27 a night come on
Very relaxing atmosphere, expect the service to be slow at the restaurant, so there's plenty of time to enjoy.
Rooms are small, no coffee pot, no HD TV and no movies on demand. Beach front, beautiful view.
Good service and rooms
Great beach. Great staff.
Great place to stay .
We stayed at the Tideline resort for our honeymoon and we were so impressed with the beauty of this resort. In addition the staff was nothing short of amazing! They were professional and incredibly friendly and accommodating (especially Josh at the front desk). The food was also excellent and they had a great little happy hour that we were able to take advantage of. We would certainly recommend this hotel to any travelers or locals looking to get away.
It's not what I thought it would be it's a lot smaller than it online. It pool and I hot tub is on the opposite side of the hotel. The restaurant is too pricey for the quality. Overall I wasn't too impressed with my stay.

Tranquility!! Staff members by far have been super helpful and polite. Cocktails by Eddie have been SUPER. Food is great! Waitstaff have great recommendations and are right at point. Definitely coming back. Thank you guys and gals for making my stay wonderful!!!! You all rock!!!!
Awesome resort!! So beautiful!!
The staff and service were excellent, the food was quite good, and everyone was pleased to see our dog. Some reviews complain about the darkness of the rooms (yes, a little dark but very modern) and the walk-through to the beach through the casual dining areas (we did not mind at all, part of the show). We went there to see friends in the area and decompress for three nights, and felt we received excellent value. I would not hesitate to book there again.
the only reason i booked 4 nights at tideline ocean resort is because they are so called "dog friendly". To those of you thinking this, it Is incorrect information! You can not take you dog to the beach or to the pool. They say that the beach is ruled by county law, but why can you not take the dog to the pool? Then I came back to the room and the maid service people asked us if we could take the dog out for "just 15 mins" while they cleaned the room. Why? I was never given an explanation, yet we still complied. Not like we were trying to enjoy our vacation or anything! Then, they called us to complain that our do was being too loud at 4:45pm(we had just got back in the room and our dog was just happy to see us). Also, the parking situation is extremely annoying, you have to ask and tip the valet every time you get YOUR car. There should be a way for you to park your own car. Furthermore, there's no empty fridge, microwave ice machine near nor in the room. I am pregnant and I wish I would've known this information before we stayed here. We would've just left the dog with relatives, like we always have. I just wanted to enjoy our baby moon vacation, instead it was full of headaches. Not worth it at all.
The hotel is quit and nice , very small though we were fooled by the professional pics they have on the website .. The partial view room its not even related to partial, i can see the ocean between the tree's only very very limited view ! The pool is actually on the street side which is very weird and annoying at least to us , its suppose to be on the ocean side , like cars come to the hotel door can see the pool ! The restaurant on the 1st floor at the ocean side is actually the worst food i'ver ever had in my life .. Don't ever order the fries ! Didnt try the pool side yet but i dont think i will !! Will never come back here again not worth the money
Lovely place. Great customer service. Staff is awesome
Stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. It was the price and new ownership that attracted us to this hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and very accommodating, absolutely no complaints. The hotel is a little dark, but nothing worth complaining about. The room was very well decorated and the bathroom was beautiful. The uniqueness of the blinds does cause for light to come through, so don't expect absolute darkness in the room. As far as the restaurant goes, the atmosphere and service is great but definitely overpriced, but our server allowed us to use our free continental breakfast for everything on the menu. Having to walk through the restaurant to get to the beach did seem odd and the walls did sound thin. Although for the amenities, service, and quality of the room, the hotel was definitely worth it.
At best, the Tideline is a boutique hotel lacking the boutique. At worst (and in reality), it's an embarrassment to the Kimpton brand. Pull into the Tideline and you're hit with a big FU right on arrival. Mandatory valet parking (in an uncovered lot) from teenage staffers for $25+ per night with no option to self park. We then walk inside expecting a bright lobby with ocean views and big beautiful windows to celebrate the coast and beautiful water. Nope. You head up a flight of stairs in a dark, mostly windowless lobby that's better suited for the meatpacking district of NYC. Your best shot at viewing the beach and crashing waves is by passing through the lobby restaurant, Brandon's. Their on site restaurant, Brandon's, has a lackluster menu that screams "chain hotel conformity" and does little to celebrate the beachfront locale and foods/ingredients indigenous to the area. No breakfast was included with our $330/night stay. Their pool faces the parking lot/road - not the ocean (are you kidding?!), and provides little tranquility or waterfront vibe. As with Brandon's, the poolside food/drink options here are also overpriced and devoid of character. We later attended an event at the Tideline and no one was on hand to greet us, direct us, or escort us to the appropriate room. We had to meander through the lobby, past the seated restaurant patrons, and up to a waiter to even ask where their "event space" is located. ...talk about killing the mood. Service throughout was so so, our server informed us that all steaks would be cooked to the same temperature (not to order, as any other place would do), and attendants were very slow to bus dishes and refill drinks. Some staff were dressed in uniform, some were just in regular "business casual" attire. Restrooms are on the first and third floor, but none on the floor with the actual event. Honestly speaking, this hotel isn't ready for primetime, and I'd argue that it doesn't even deserve its beachfront space in Palm Beach. Their saving grace is that they're next door to the Four Seasons. While it's nice to see their GM replying to reviews here, there are far too many flaws to the building/layout/premises and their abysmal level of service to fix with an online apology. My suggestion? Tear it down and just start over from scratch.
Discovered the Omphoy Hotel in 2014 as part of a Jet Blue promo,, and loved it. Thought it was a 4 1/2 star hotel and 2 1/2 star costs. Returned this year under new management (Tideline Ocean Resort), now it's a 3 star hotel with 4 star fees. The costs are almost double last year, and some of the negatives have begun to weigh more in my evaluation. For the positives, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach is grand. Everything is kept neat and clean. The lobby, outdoor pool and other public areas are very attractive. Negatives: Bad lighting--bring flashlight with you. Not enough outlets in room-- only two for charging phones, laptops, Ipads, Kindles, etc., We had three occupants (a granddaughter) in our room--had to create spreadsheet schedule for rotating devices. Bathroom small and not very elegant; water closet was dingy--Motel 6 quality. No outlets or lights on balcony. Door to balcony extremely difficult to open or close. Beds were creaky--if anyone moved at night while sleeping, everyone else is the room woke up from the noise. Mattresses uncomfortable. Only one chair in room to sit on, and very uncomfortable. . Dining facilities inadequate--menu in main dining room much too limited, and everything overpriced (after tips and tax, close to $50 a person for buffet breakfast), so we generally went elsewhere for meals. Worst: music piped into all public areas, including pool, dining areas, lobby, valet parking waiting area, locker rooms, was horrendous, intrusive and distracting. Mostly just repetitive percussion sound, over and over and over. Impossible to tell what genre music--a mix of minimalism and punk? Perhaps you can stand it for an hour or so, but after 3 or 4, you need a valium.
I had breakfast there today with friends who had stayed 4 nights and hated the place. It's dark and seems dirty and service is 2nd rate. Breakfast food was fine, service and ambiance were nil. The valet service for my car was pleasant. They will never set foot in the place again. Me too.
Best hotel I have ever been to. P.S. you can use the "rise and shine" cards for anything on the menu
Stayed 3 nights in this hotel in Early Summer 2014, and I think it's more closely a 3-Star hotel. It may offer the amenities of nicer hotels, but the attitude of the staff and quality of the food do not reflect the rating. So many reviews comment on the "darkness" of the hotel, and yes, it is nothing like the cheerful and bright environment of the Four Seasons next door. Also: book this hotel through AAA and save some money. The halls are dark, but not as bad as some make them to be. The rooms, while sparsely decorated, are clean. I think the bathroom was our favorite part: large tiled shower with two heads, separate toilet, seemed updated. Good luck finding an outlet in your room: we had to move large furniture to charge our phones. The balcony was nice. The restaurants: The menu is the same wherever you eat, despite their separate names. To go to the beach via the hotel you must walk through the lunch/casual dining space, it's hardly private. The outdoor eating space was nice, but was off-limits for a private event, which was disappointing. The formal restaurant (upstairs) had a great view of the beach, but the staff was rude and hesitated to seat us, despite the restaurant being used by only 2 couples. It was clearly a very slow night for them, and yet they stumbled around as if to consider where to seat us in an all-but-empty restaurant. The waiter was polite, but the food was mediocre. If you want a great dining experience visit the Four Season's next door. I will say that the breakfast food (via room service) was very good; eat lunch and dinner elsewhere. The pool: Yes, it is in the middle of the parking lot, so you must walk through the lobby and out the front door to use it. Once inside, you forget its in the middle of the parking lot. While the pool is large, it is also very popular, and it was hard to find a seat around it at times. Lots of kids, but this is to be expected. This hotel does have a liberal policy for using it however, and we were able to enjoy two swims late at night without interruption. It was quiet and very relaxing. Don't make a scene and you probably won't be asked to leave the pool after hours. The beach: good waterfront, towels and water available.
I stayed overnight, I had the best time I had a facial and a massage. Drinks and lunch by the pool and the beach, the best staff Carlos, Cesar, Daniel and Yuly. Very nice I give it 110.
Had our seventeenth wedding anniversary and the food and hospitality was five *****
Most of the staff was excellent and work flexibly with me. The balcony was excellent addition to the room. I agree with another reviewer that the menu need some work and some healthy alternatives would suit this atmosphere. Probably my biggest con was the pool in the parking lot. It sort of through me off but when you get inside you soon forget about it because of all the landscaping cutting off your view of cars and sound. The place is exciting overall and I had a great time hanging out here with my significant other and her little brother.
Great ocean resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Peaceful atmosphere. I felt so relaxed as soon as I entered the hotel and than the spa was truly amazing. I highly recommend this place
Treated my wife to a spa day. The owner was yelling and acting up in public.
Very nice modern decor in hotel with an excellent location on the water and views of the Atlantic ocean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The interior of the hotel is very dark. So much so that it makes it difficult to see. The food is high priced and not much better than a TV dinner. The room walls are very thin. I had to listen to the metal hallway doors being slammed all night long. The layout inside is also confusing. It doesn't appear that much thought in planning went into the placement of amenities. They have a small workout room with a cheap weight machine. The hotel's location is too far to walk to town and there is no shuttle available for trips to the airport or the city. If you drive a car, you must use valet. They do not allow you to park yourself. This is absurd since the lot is only feet away from the front door. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Because of the high prices, I would recommend staying somewhere else unless you get a heck of a deal.
Had a great time, until Valet keyed my cars speedometer... Thanks for the souvenir. Check your staff working saturday nights. 11/2/13
An interesting experience. Unlike most resort travellers, our teenage son was with us, and we were here for a wedding rather than for a resort weekend. It's a beautiful building but very dark and somewhat cramped. It does not present itself as luxurious, but rather as an earthy alternative to the Four Seasons. The staff were very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV worked pretty well, the bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious and attractive. The pool is beautiful, as is the beach, where there are chairs and umbrellas waiting, along with waiter service. We did not try the restaurants or the spas. There were details I would change, including: - a self-park option. We were in and out a lot, so every visit to the driveway was another tip so that someone could walk 20 feet and drive the car to us. Not necessary. - the shower door was clear glass, so for a family with reasonable modesty, one could not use the sink while another was showering. The commode had a frosted glass door which provided privacy; the shower should have the same. - the brush on the bottom of the room door scraped loudly whenever the door was open, which was disturbing when an early riser went in and out while others were sleeping - some of the outlets didn't work well - the wi-fi was inexcusably TERRIBLE, especially in this day and age - ice can only be obtained via room service, i.e. another tip In all, it was a nice weekend, not distinctive, not spectacular, but nice.
I just wanted to let you know that you, your team, and the ENTIRE Omphoy staff made my wedding weekend such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. You guys took care of everything so that the only thing Tim and I had to focus on was each other. For that, I am truly thankful. I am sorry I missed you after the ceremony so I could thank you myself for everything you have done but please know I appreciate you so much. You probably get this all the time, but you are always on your A game. (Tim was telling me that you are 'so refreshingly direct and on point'). I know Jasmine loved you too! Also, your staff made us feel like rock stars. I felt like the whole staff was given a picture of us beforehand so they recognize us because even the day after when we lounged around the hotel, they were all stopping in to congratulate us and say kind things. It's that attention to detail that makes you guys a whole head above the rest. Thank you for blowing me and my guests away. Marrying my husband was the best decision I have ever made, but having my wedding there comes in as a close second. :)
The hotel and crew are great. The food was better before and is still overpriced. More healthy option would suite the concept of that hotel. I will check again soon and see if it was updated
Stayed here and following day on news $250 repair assestment not proper construction permit.then
Loved this place! Gorgeous room, sweet price, awesome workout classes in the spa. Beach is steps out the back door. Balcony was a bonus and shower was spacious. Highly recommend!
I stayed at the hotel twice, both times the staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were absolutely georgous! The second time we went, we were upgraded to an oceanview, the room was stunning. This year we plan to go back!
My husband and I were married at The Omphoy Ocean Resort 2 years ago next month. I have never been catered to like a princess the way their team catered to me. They helped to make my wedding day so spectacular. Because they did such a great job of making us feel special, Along with how delicious their food is, my husband and I return to The Omphoy Ocean Resort At least every three months, maybe more, to have dinner or lunch, or just To stay for a two day weekend. Last year we spend our anniversary there I'm going to assume we will be spending our second-year anniversary With them again.
Great ambiance and stellar service. Great breakfast buffet.
Had brunch there. Great food and service.
