I just finished my third session today!!! I am so happy with the results!!! Ellen is a amazing person, she always make me feel comfortable and motivate me how to keep staying on the track. It’s just relaxing 1.5 hours session and you will see the difference with in 3 sessions. I am doing RF Cavitation and Cellulite and Vacuum Butt lift and I lost 4 inches already which is amazing. I have 9 more sessions to go. I definitely recommend people who wants to lose extra fat and cellulite. It is also good for your skin. My skin got smother and softer than before.

I struggled with acne my entire life. Everything cleared up dramatically because of the skincare treatment, products, and peels a received at lavish Laser. I went to every doctor and they kept giving me medication that I was afraid to you especially because I was trying to get pregnant. I highly recommend lavish if acne and scaring are your issues.

LADIES PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE ! At this point Lavish should probably just go out of business. I purchased a Groupon back in April for full leg laser hair removal. I went into my first appointment the place was small and well put together. There was a girl at the desk whom informed me of other available sales. After my laser session my info was put in and I would surpassingly be able to book my appointments online. Within a week this site no longer worked and still doesn't. I wanted to go in for my 6 week follow up and bit earlier since the site no longer worked I called and was directed to a female at the call center who does the appointments. She was having a full blown side conversation laughing and all before she decided to help me, She claimed the location was fully booked for the day. (strange as they barley had clients) I decided to go in since I was near by to find that the location was already closed for the day. I gave her a call back where she insisted that they weren't closed of course. Ladies we are now in September I have gone back to this location about 10 times as I work nearby they are ALWAYS closed. This past Friday I went in and surprisingly someone was there of course they had no tech who knew how to do laser. I was given the option to come in any day this week. I was physically there in person when I made my appointment with a new receptionist at the 34th street 7th ave location for tomorrow Sept 11th at 4:30PM. I got a confirmation email and text with this address, today I get a phone call from the call center saying my appointment is at the upper east side location at 4:30 and that the 34th street location is fully booked. She also said the 34th street location is closed on Tuesdays (today) which is news to me since I was told they were opened. This place has so many issues it isn't worth the discounted Groupon price. There are so many better places out there with better customer service where you will have an overall better experience. Laser hair removal is a process, I should have been half way done already and I have yet to make it to my second session.

BEWARE! Purchased a Groupon for IPL to take care of freckles/sun spots on my face and chest and walked out with 2nd degree burns! It's been 3 weeks since the procedure and there has been little to no improvement in my condition. I've consulted with 3 dermatologists who had never seen such bad burns from IPL. It will cost me thousands to fix the damage and Dr. Wong is unwilling to reimburse me for any treatments done at another facility. His only solution is for me to be treated by his staff... How can I be expected to go back to the place that left me with severe burns?

Luv, Luv, LOVEEEE LAVISH...I cant Express what a Nice Clean Boutique like Spa...I have Lots to say about My first experience..I was always a bit, just a bit afraid of injections but I had interest in a B12 shot,Along with Skinny Shot...The staff at 7th ave location were patient ,kind very knowledgable of all that Lavish had to offer..They Helped me to decide what I am in need of n not just sell you Stuff....The Staff is AMAZING!! MIA is Such a pt Compationate worker does not Rush you at all in your appts..Sage does Amazing Job at Front Desk w Appts n Pretty Much every thing else around the Office n for the Doctor..You can even txt her after hrs n she will ans..No txtng too too late its rude U Guys..lol... Staff does have a life after wk..I ended up w Skinny Shot.Amazing results Soo far. I got 6 shots pkg.All I felt is a small pinch so quick in the buttox n done..Trust me it wks Best this way but u can get ur injections in ur arm if you prefer..Easy Location on 7th ave..I have yet to go to other location but eventually I will..

You will just waste your time. I bought 6 sessions of laser and Lesley - who is actually very sweet- was doing IPL instead. Machine was broken for 2 months and they were just rescheduling the appointment calling me the same day- sometimes not even notifiying me. It s just a worthy of money and time- also after 3 sessions no result at all.

The "Botox" don't last 2 months. Choose someplace else to do your REAL Botox!!! Yes! The people, staff are very nice; but I'm not looking for friendship; I'm looking for results. Didn't get what I was looking for. Very disappointed. Unfortunately :(

If you are looking for basic courtesy or respect go elsewhere. I have multiple bad experience with Lavishlaser. They initially charged my credit card $300 instead of $100 deposit for an appointment. I called and asked Leslie why was I charged a different amount than they told me. she was so rude and initially denied charging my card. But she called back and apologized, so I decided to give them another chance. Fast forward I kept my appointment time, I took time off work to be there because the procedure I want is only available on Wednesday and Saturday. I came in Saturday on time and Dr Wong was an hour late. I asked the lady on duty "what time will Dr Wong be in because I need to let my boss know I will be late if I wait for him any longer?" Her response "Go and have a seat and wait, I am with a client" I said I need to have an idea how late he will be, so I can decide if I want to wait for him or leave. She coldly said "I don't know and I am with a customer." So I decided to leave. 15 minutes late is understandable and acceptable but one hour. It is just rude and total disregard to customer's time. If you don't mind waiting and dealing with a rude staff. It's the perfect place otherwise, go elsewhere! UPDATE. I made a $100 deposit for my appointment and I left because Dr Wong was one hour late and I have to go to work. Leslie told me I will get a refund. I called her and she said I won't get a refund because I showed up but didn't wait for Dr Wong who I waited for an hour but didn't show up. I am making a chargeback claim with my bank no big deal. Look elsewhere and avoid this place like a plague. The five starts review are from the staff themselves, they have the same first name as most of the reviewers giving them five stars.

Love my experience everytime I visit. Leslie is awesome she is always proffesssinal and truthful! I love that about her she tells you what you need and what are your realistic expectations before and after the procedures. Bianca is another one love her to death! She is so adorable and professional she gives me the best advice and she is honest. She knows what she is doing to the T! My skin was terrible almost horrible I broke out everywhere all of a sudden I had acne all over my jawline and my cheeks. I never broke out before like this not even as a teenager. It was uncontrollable and nasty. I went to lavish laser for treatment it started in February 2017 and I got clear perfect skin within. 3 months. I have done the perfect derma peel and the products are lovely! I'm super excited about my results and so glad i came here. I went to other places and they just took my money not at lavish! Thank you for all your help love you guys you have changed my life and got my perfect skin back!!!

Horrible place! The most unprofessional and disorganized staff I have ever encountered. I bought a package and after the first bad experience was forced to give it another try, but at this point I wouldn't go back if they paid me. First visit I waited standing up for 15 minutes, there isn't really a receptionist because they all work reception and see appointments at the same time. The place is tiny and only has two seats in the waiting area if you can even call it that. Finally when the esthetician showed up her mannerisms were aggressive and inappropriate based on personal questions she asked that had nothing to do with my photofacial. She didn't change the seat paper nor did she wipe my face clean, she simply turned on the machine and applied the light for less than 5 'minutes. Needless to say there were no results and I have had this done before and know what to expect. Second visit, they checked me in and left me waiting standing up for 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. I left and they didn't even call to reschedule or apologize. Update: they did call me the next day, but not to apologize, but to ask if I left a bad review and I said yes. Then the very rude lady proceeded to accuse me of being late (i was less than 5 mintes late). So the logic is my appointment slot was 5 minutes. The audacity!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I bought a groupon for an IPL treatment on my face, it did absolutely nothing. You are suppose to get the "coffee grind" look on your face, showing that the dark pigment has come to the surface, scab up and then come off. Trust me, save your money and go to a reputation place.

Lavish has clean offices in a convenient location. The IPL photofacial procedure is worth trying, though it does take several sessions to yield results. Leslie and Bianca are incredibly knowledgeable about the numerous procedures and products for different skin types, and I trust their recommendations. The IPL machine was out of service for a while but the staff was quick to make things right. My only suggestion is to expand the reception area. It gets fairly busy and can currently seat only 2 people when there are sometimes more than 5 people waiting.

This is a great laser spa. Leslie really knows skin. She is very thorough in explaining treatments, and recommending the right type for you. She also explains very clearly (not a lot of spas do), that skin is different and that sometimes to see the results you mingle need more than one session for a particular treatment. Leslie has done what several Dermatologists failed to do, she has made my skin so much better with just one micro needling. I feel confident without make up in public. It is a great feeling. I also started using the products she recommended. My beauty routine has gone down to 3 simple products, and my face is radiant, getting smoother, better, and younger everyday :) The atmosphere and the staff are friendly & casual. The services offered are great. Highly recommend Lavish Laser. They know skin!

Very bad costumer service. I wanted to buy a groupon for one session of the Tighten laser for $50 Leslie convinced me not to buy the groupon, instead she insisted that I get a three sessions package. I did. The results last less that 24 hours. There's no difference after that. I still schedule a second one to give it another chance. I went to the appointment, the machine was broken. I wasted my time because not cared to call me to reschedule. Once I was there she rescheduled me without asking. I ask for a refund for the two sessions that now I definitely don't want. But she threatened me that I will have to pay the original price for the treatment and I will end up owe her. I WANTED A GROUPON FOR ONE SESSION. I'm scared to go back to her. She even showed me pictures of a guy on Facebook that is clearly 30 or less and told me he was 50 something. I really don't trust her.

I found this gem of a Med Spa on Groupon. I went in for an IPL treatment and honestly it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. It's been a week and the results have been amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The treatment was about 30 minutes, and completely painless but as if I was getting my money's worth. I'm already booking my next appointment and I can't wait to go back.

I am so surprised by how smooth my bikini line is. The shaving and waxing has left dark marks continuously. with the laser treatment I no longer have to shave or worry about those marks coming back. It's amazing. and to be honest I'm only on my second session and it looks flawless. I might just think about going to the beach in this cold weather!lol
