So excited that Spencer and his team are now open for private and duet classes!!!! I attended today with Angie as my instructor, and I’m so incredibly impressed with the new standards in effect to keep us all safe and secure during this time. It was great to be back in the studio and I’m looking forward to seeing all the incredible instructors there very soon in the weeks to come!!! Thank you to Angie for waking up my Pilates brain after a long six months of no reformer. So happy to be getting back to our (new!) normal!!!! ????????????????????????

I’m back at Spencer’s Pilates! Life got in the way and I took a break. I work in manhattan and tried a few Pilates studios. Definitely ick after being at Spencer’s! I love Spencer and Samantha. They are so good at what they do, so happy I’m fitting classes into my busy work schedule
