This is a very cute establishment. The foyer smells wonderful and as welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long at all then the door opened and my Anesthetist came out. Everyone is very friendly. My facial was absolutely amazing with Kristie. I loved everything about it. Especially her beautiful dogs that laid very quiet, occasionally snorted, on the chair. ????My lip wax was perfect, painless, and quick. My henna brows were perfect and I enjoyed the services very much. The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than most places. I plan on going back again and again. You must try this place. Also the oxygen chocolate mask Is literally amazing.

I had a great experience here! Kristy was so nice and really good at what she does! I have gotten my eyelashes done at alot of places and I can say hands down this is the best place Ive been so far. They are very proffessional and friendly too! Also the rooms are very relaxing and quiet! I will only come here from now on to get my eyelashes done! Hands down the best quality lashes!!!

I walked in to just a room, no receptionist around but another closed door in front of you. No one came out to greet me to the sound of the door alarm going off. I just awkwardly stood there not knowing what to do, as there is no receptionist and no sign telling. At my exact appointment time, a worker finally walks out of the closed door. She greeted me and brought me back. I got into the room and dropped my stuff, she asked about my facial, etc. THEN told me she does not work on sunburns and that included my eyebrow wax. I have a very minor sunburn on my forehead, and they have a no cancellation policy after 24 hours. "Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service". When I brought this policy up, she says "Yeah.. but a sunburn?" Like it was my fault and I should've just known that was an issue on my first ever facial. Just no customer service, a very peculiar place and set up. Will not be back.

It was my first time coming here and they made me feel welcome. I got a facial and the girl who did mine explained everything she was going to do and asked me if i had questions for her. Excellent would definitely recommend

Had a reflexology session with Michelle, it was awesome! It felt like I was having coffee with a longtime friend. She was knowledgeable and informed me of what she was doing and the benefits. Looking forward to the next time.
