Ran the half-marathon. Saturday morning. On one call, they fit me in for a 90-minute combo that afternoon, with a nice mix of massage and stretching. It was so good I did the 90-minute Thai the next morning. Usually it takes a few days to recover from a race. But I was back on the canal trail the next morning, thanks to my wonderful therapists. Super nice manager up front, fun to talk with. Add in the surprise that, among the fancy boutiques and galleries of Scottsdale, you can find a real workout for a fair price. What's not to like?
