Every session will focus on the interrelationship between the mind and body. In order to enhance your body's ability to heal, elements such as Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic body oils, Hot Stones, Warm Bamboo, Fire Cupping and Gua sha may be used; depending what your body type responds to best. If needed Therapeutic techniques, as well as Sports Recovery techniques will be applied for aches and pains, and help realign the body. Detoxifying techniques will be used when there is a high level of toxicity in the body and mind (brain fog). After every session you will given specific homework to continue the healing process.
