Focus Massage & Wellness

Therapeutic massage varies depending on the individual clients needs. Sessions can induce relaxation, help ease muscle tension, increase circulation, aid in pain and/or stress relief. Modalities included in one session are a variation of Swedish, Stretching, Deep Tissue, Intuitive massage, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Energy work and Thai Massage. Cupping Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Prenatal sessions are also available.
