The Worst service and customer service Ever! DO NOT GO TO BIOSKIN LASER AT ANY COST!!! Every appointment I went it was a new person, the machine works/doesn’t work every time a different story and excuse- no wonder why they closed the Englewood location. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!

I've always had a wonderful experience with Sofia. Prices are decent and results are great as long as you keep up with your appointments. Be sure to keep your appointments since rescheduling may mean you have to wait about a month! Love my results thus far and may even be getting more!

I absolutely LOVE Bio Skin Laser. I cannot believe how little hair I have left on my underarms, brazilian, and upper lip. I've only done 6 sessions and I rarely have to shave now. Andrea is incredible and I'm excited to see the final results at the end of this process.

My face is in complete hives ! Itching and burning. I am in tears. I purchased a package and I would like a refund. They denied my request and refuse to speak to me. Initially they told me they were extremely sorry and that the woman who did my face was brand new. Now they are telling me that they cannot help me and that the woman is extremely experienced. I am so scared right now and my money is gone because they will not refund me. Please do not book with them! These women are awful. I wish I could attach pictures of my face! I do not know what to do! Please be careful.

The experience was great Sofía "is an excellent host". The Candela Machine is different than other I used, means Is better about the cold air. I have to wait for 10 days to see the results. Is the normally time the hair come out, to me. Casue I know my body.

I had horrible experience in this place. First of all it’s not very clean. I was there on time but they made me wait 40 minutes and didn’t even apologize. The woman lied me that machine didn’t work but she was actually busy with other client and didn’t seem to hurry. She didn’t even bother to call me and ask to come later. As a result I was late for my doctors appointment.

I should have listened to all the other negative reviews.Nasty rude staff poor hygiene and never any manager or supervisor available. Had a terrible experience here and a waste of money they offer you additional packages for the inconveniences they cause you but when its time for them up provide machines are broken short of staff and no appointment availability. BEWARE

Staff, location, fees all of it is convenient but I noticed that they don’t seem to clean the machines well after or before each use. If you pay attention it’s always dripping or has some sort of gel on it. Makes me wonder.

I love how affordable and convenient Bioskin is. It’s easy for me to make appointments for days and times that suit me, and their services are effective. Cool slimming has done for me what years of exercise and careful dietary habits couldn’t accomplish, and their prices are the best you’ll find in NYC and beyond.

Went in yesterday and I’m completely at a lost for words at how terrible my technician treated me. I run a business myself and I ensure my employees give every client an experience despite whatever else may be going on in their lives. She had a terrible attitude and clearly did not want to be bothered doing my treatment. She did the treatment in one single section despite me asking her to do my whole upper thigh which is what I paid for . I’m suppose to get 30 mins she was done in 15-20 mins. When I tried to book my next appointment she gave me attitude as if I was a nuance to her. I did not appreciate her demeaning responses every time I asked a question. I have to finish my treatment but I will never let her touch me again what a waste of my treatment. I will be calling management.

I used the NJ location. When I 1st started i purchased an unlimited package for the fat freeze and it was great. The reason for the 3 star is b/c employees dont last very long and I was treated very poorly by a rep named Alice I believe. They keep notes on clients and she wrote lies that I was fighting regarding pricing when all I did was ask why she was charging a price that was different from the price that manager gave me. Nothing else. I was so upset. I asked to me called back because I felt I had to defend myself and never got a call back. But everything was great until this one rep. Place is clean and nice.

Do not trust this place with your money. I purchased a package directly from them. The Doctor left and they would not honor the balance. They did not respond to my emails and voicemails. I went in person they were supposed to get back to me & never did. DO NOT use them for your services or give your money. It’s a shame bc they had an amazing tech there & the office is in a great location but they don’t honor their clients or respect the money we spend.

Staff was nice and the wait was never long. I had bought two packages for laser hair removal over the course of two years totaling 19 sessions. Although the hair has diminished significantly on my legs I can say the same for my underarms. They did upgrade their equipment so maybe it will yield better results but I’m not continuing anymore sessions with them.

I went in for 6 sessions of the small area laser treatment, had such a good experience. They were very gentle and made you feel comfortable. Great staff and technician. Would def recommed to friends and family

The place is very warm and inviting easy to schedule an appointment The staff are very professional and nice The actual hair removal that I paid for did not work I spent probably about $500 and feel it was a waste of time and money I'm not sure why the hair removal was unsuccessful but I do not recommend this facility due to my experience

I went to the Englewood NJ office. The one nice person who took care of me was Orisola ( I know I didn’t spell her name correctly!). She was very professional and she tried to not hurt me in the treatment. I got her most of the time. There was one time when she wasn’t there and the person called to cancel my appointment when I already had driven there with 1/2 hour to go. She upset me very much as I drove from NY to NJ just for the treatment. When I came in she miraculously said that she fixed the laser by herself and she was very nasty during the treatment. She threatened to burn me with the laser as I was in her chair. She did have to turn down the machine several times and took joy in hurting me. The next time I had an appointment I prayed it wasn’t with the black haired torture woman. I even contemplated going to the NY office to get away from her. She was in the office that time but thank god orisola treated me! On my last treatment I heard that she was fired and I was very happy but wondering where that crazy girl would work next!! That is my experience and I would go back- and if Orisola would take me for the treatments.

This place is really good the staff is very friendly and attentive, is a beautiful and clean place the moment you walk in they make you feel very welcome, the ladies at the front desk are incredible the Esthetician who did my treatment was great explained in detail the whole treatment before hand so I knew what to expect, the results of the treatment were very good. I highly suggest you to try this spa.

I have been meaning to write this sooner but have been traveling and had rare access to text/email. I have had five or six treatments at BioSkin. The fact that I had more than one speaks volumes. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and provides suggestions to treatment options as requested. While I haven’t been there in a while due to travels, I still intend to seek further treatments of the “fat freeze” soon.

This is the best place I've found in NYC. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the salon is clean, prices are super reasonable, and you're in the heart of the New York City.

I got a package here. The staff changed about 4 times during a 9 month period. It’s very difficult to get an appointment if you don’t schedule far in advance but they do get back to you if you call. Staff was always friendly and peofessional

I had my first laser hair removal treatment at the 37th st. location and it went exceptionally well. Sofia was professional and had great customer service. She continuously checked on me throughout the process and explained the procedure both before and what to expect after. The location is clean and welcoming. Needless to say I will be going back and I have already recommended it to friends.

I was trying to get a simple answer from the faculty on the phone.. she decides to hang up in my face and tell me to stop calling.. mind you I was NOT being rude AT ALL and she was being rude the whole time while STILL not answering a simple question. Called back after she HUNG UP in my face and she doesn’t pick up. Definitely not a good impression. Do NOT recommend.

I bought 6 vela shape treatments and have had 5. I am very happy with the service and the results. Sophie is great and there are other 2 blond girls who are very nice and also do a good job. The office is clean and pleasant and if you arrive on time or a few min before you can be sure to stay on schedule. They are really punctual and work with the schedule and that is why you have to make an appointment. I would highly recommend and actually I'm buying a new treatment with them because I'm happy all around.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! NO MEDICAL LICENSE! The owner Shani V. is NOT a licensed esthetician and Dr. Dan does NOT have a medical license. You can check this on the New York Verify a License website. I found this out the hard way after one of her inexperienced technicians burned my face during laser hair removal. I called about a Groupon special and they told me to just buy it from them directly. I ended up purchasing a package of six session for three areas (underarm, jawline and brazilian). The tech started on my face and burned me. At that point I stopped her and proceeded to teach her how to properly use the laser since I am a medical laser safety officer. She completed the remaining areas without burning me. That evening the burn got much worse and by morning I called Shani who proceeded to scream at me over the phone and was extremely rude. I eventually got her to give me the email address so I could send photos and explain what happened. I emailed photos of the laser burn and a statement describing what happened. Shani responded saying that they could only give me a refund if I came into the office. Why would I do that? Your tech already burned me. I informed Shani that she had photos so me driving into Manhattan was a waste of my time. That's when she emailed that because I won't come in to be treated then it's not a burn. LOL what?! The next day I make an appointment with a board certified dermatologist who VERIFIED that I had a laser burn to my face! She even gave me a letter about it so I could email them and get my refund. I emailed Shani V. the signed derm letter and let her know that she and "Dr. Dan" are not licensed and cannot treat me. I am still waiting for my refund. At this point I will just do a chargeback and provide AMEX with all of her emails and the derm letter, smh. Lesson Learned - Check the NYS Medical Board to Verify Licenses before making an appointment!

Just did my first VelaShape treatment and really appreciated how knowledgable and friendly the staff were. I asked the technician a million questions about the process (it was my first time!) and she was so patient and informative. Yes, the process can be uncomfortable but I was never in excruciating pain; that said the technician was attentive to my pain threshold. I visited the E. 37th St. location, highly recommend!

I love this place! I have been doing Microderm and Laser there for almost 2 years now. They are clean, fast, friendly (Sofia is great!) and have very competitive prices. Highly recommend it!

No Results Fat Freeze 8 treatment nothing 12 weeks later.

Had a pleasant experience going in for some treatments. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would return.

Very professional staff at the Englewood office. Explained the fat freeze procedure in-depth. I lost 1 inch in abdomen and 1 inch in upper section after 5 weeks of first treatment. Extremely clean and bright office. I would highly recommend BioSkin Laser. I will be returning.

I went to the Manhattan facility a few months ago, paid almost $400 and got nothing out of it. It's a scam. The "technicians" don't know exactly what they are doing. They hurt me as well. On my first treatment the technician couldn't get the machine to work properly. I don't evern know if they are really certified. These people also wanted me to go on a 1363 calories a day, I was already at a 1300 a day and going to the gym, for that I paid almost 400, for them to tell me to do what I was already doing. If I looked for their help is because what I was doing wasn't 100% working and I needed a little push, it didn't work. This facility doesn't even have a machine approved by the FDA. I DON'T recommend this place at all. Be careful!!!!

Started a treatment course at the Englewood Office, great layout and staff. Love the decor! The technician was efficient and so sweet, i was a little nervous but she made me feel comfortable and answered any questions i had! She made me feel at ease. Looking forward to seeing my results over the next few weeks and treatments! Would definitely recommend and have been telling all my friends!

I had a pleasant experience today for my 1/6 laser hair removal sessions. I went to the new location opened in Englewood. I only gave four stars because it was a little unorganized. Which I could tell was do to just recently opening. The office was clean and new. The technician was running a little behind but it seemed she had a lot on her plate. She was doing the job of the receptionists (check-in, paperwork, and taking appointments), cashier, and seeing clients in-between. They did have a woman at the front desk but again she's new, as is the location. That's really my only complaint. Other than that it was great. Quick too. I had my lower legs done and though the technician was running a little late I was still out of there on time.

I went to the 37th St location for fat freezing today. So this review is for my experience in the office. I'll post another review in a few months when I will know whether or not the treatment worked. The tech who both greeted me at the door and treated me was sweet to me and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't know much about the process and she answered all my questions without seeming to judge me or rush me in any way. When she looked at my body, she asked me what was bothering me and what I wanted to change. She didn't try to tell me I needed more work done than I wanted. I have some fat deposits that don't bother me and others that do. The tech didn't try to make me feel ugly or fat or anything so I would get more treatments. All she did was make me feel good. She checked on me during the treatment, asking me multiple times if I felt ok. So, as far as courtesy goes, I would recommend this place.

My experience was very bad with this place. Customer service is very poor. Specially the management. Nothing is organized specially on E 72th brunch. It seems like after you pay them for the service they will no longer pay attention to you. Very disappointed

This review is for fat freeze. So far I did my stomach, arms, love handles, back fat and today bra fat. I did four sessions on my stomach because I am 50 with four children (the baby just turned 21), so the fat has taken up residency in my stomach. I see results with each session. The arms and back fat showed the best improvement. I just started doing pilates for the stomach area and I am seeing wonderful results. The professionals say that you cannot spot train. Well this is the next best thing. p.s. This does wonders for stretch marks on the stomach (an added bonus). Also, Dr. Dan (a.k.a Dr. Freeze) is funny as heck and the staff are very sweet and accommodating! LOL

The facility is clean and the technicians are nice. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Amanda, is incompetent. On more than one occasion she mixed up my appointments and I had to reschedule. In addition, she is aggressive and speaks to clients in a condescending manner. As a small business owner, I understand why she takes care of billing issues, as many businesses have someone rude to take care of billing. However, I am disappointed that she is most client's point of contact. My interactions with her and observing her interactions with others, has me doubtful of returning to this facility.

Purchased a groupon for 4 cool fat cryo treatments and the ladies were very nice to me. The procedure did not hurt at all. I am waiting to see results as I only got it last week and the week before. I Will update my review once I see results. Update: I am leaving two stars only because the girls working there were nice to me, but unfortunately the cool fat cryo did not work at all, although I was assured it would. Not only am I disappointing about the fat freeze not working, but I'd spend $100 in transportation from NJ to NYC and I came to Bioskin Laser two times which was a total of $600 down the drain (including the groupon and transportation). I should have saved up and gotten Cool Sculpting by Zeltiq instead. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

I purchased four microdermabrasion from Groupon for the Murray Hill site. I did my first micro session 2 weeks ago and they suggested spacing each session 2 weeks apart which was great. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and relaxing. They also give great recommendations when it comes to skincare and I'll be using their services for other things.

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and sweet, Dr. Dan made me feel very comfortable and assured. Nice clean environment and excited for my future visits!

Sofia is the best! I have had almost 12 Venus legacy sessions on my ass, and she has completely reshaped it. At the age of 49, I am finally seeing a shape I thought was gone forever...even after years at the gym, certain areas would just not budge. It's really exciting to look in the mirror, and see things lifting. I'm definitely hooked! This is the first time something has truly worked for me, and I'll be staying with Sofia at Bioskin for a long while, working on other stubborn areas!

About a year ago I went for a consultation at Bio Skin Laser for upper lip and chin laser hair removal. Before starting any of my laser treatments the staff had told me that facial hair may take longer to remove because of hormones and so they recommended doing a total of 9 sessions (one session per month) and not just 6 sessions. I agreed to doing the 9 session plan because I trusted they're word. After going for 9 months total and still seeing hair growth on my upper lip and chin I asked the staff why was I still seeing this hair growth if they promised 9 sessions would do the job since 6 sessions was too little. They said that it's not totally guaranteed that the laser treatment wold remove all hair from those areas and that I would have to continue doing these laser treatments for years because it doesn't all go away with just 9 sessions. After these people had first told me that 9 sessions would remove all hair from my upper lip and chin, they dare to say that I'm going to have to do this for years. The issue here is not that I would have to keep paying for more sessions (for years), the real issue is the lack of honesty within the staff and false information they gave me when I first went to their office. STAFF NEEDS TO BE HONEST AND CLEAR ABOUT THE INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS!

Complete and total waste of my time! I booked an appointment for a wax, also because I wanted to inquire about their laser skin procedures in person. The technician I was supposed to see found out she was pregnant and left a few days before my appointment and no one bothered to let me know not to come in. I would have given them 0 stars if it was available.

The customer service here is appalling. They show up late for 9am appointments, tell you to "hurry up and make up your mind" and don't even do a thorough job. The positive reviews here are likely because the salon offers discounts for positive reviews. So disappointing.

So far, so good. I just had my first visit/consultation with their Medical Director in regards to the Cool Fat Cryo and I am super excited about the experience. From the moment I walked into the facility, I felt welcomed. Everyone was knowledgeable and nice and the experience as a whole was very pleasant. I am excited to see what happens as I move forward with my procedures.

These guys make you feel so welcome. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, the space is clean and professional, and the services offered at a fantastic value. Highly recommend to anyone.

One of the great things about this business is I can choose between the two offices. The uptown office on 72nd is just as clean, professional, and wonderful as on 37th!.

I visited this spa after purchasing a Groupon for 4 microdermabrasion treatments. The facility is in a great location and the space is nice and feels very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I thought the facial itself was a bit short and rushed -- I have had this same treatment at other spas in NYC in the past and they have taken their time and done more than Bio Skin. However, overall, a good experience for the discounted value.

I have been going to Bioskin for a couple of months now and its safe to say I doubt I would be wanting to go to any other location. The staff is extremely friendly and open, always will to be honest with you about something even if it doesn't benefit their location. Extremely knowledgeable and a clean/ quite location.

excellent service. I had my second of 6 treatments with the Venus legacy today. Christine is wonderful, professional, encouraging and knowledgeable. She was able to answer any and all questions about the machine and provided realistic outcome information. The décor is pleasant and inviting. The receptionist was so pleasant and accommodating. Makes getting up early on my day off for a trip into the city well worth it. Thank you all for making this experience a great one. I look forward to competing my program.

I've been coming here for years, first to blast away the sun/age spots on my face with IPL treatments, then for complexion tightening laser facials, and I've never had anything but a fantastic experience and superb results. The staff is highly skilled and friendly, the facility beautiful, and the equipment state-of-the-art. It took 3 or 4 sessions to clear my complexion of brown blotches, freckles, and broken capillaries. It was amazing what a difference that made; I no longer needed concealer or foundation and I definitely looked fresher, maybe even younger. This isn't the only laser spa I've tried. I use to scour sites like Groupon and Gilt for deals on any high-tech beauty service, indeed I discovered this place through Groupon a few years ago. But those days are over for me. BioSkin Laser is my go-to laser spa.

I purchased 4 Microdermabrasion at Bio Skin and have had 2 so far. Both have been as wonderful and I came out feeling great. The technician has given me excellent service. and are very professional I would highly recommend Bio Skin to every one. The entire staff works with you and make it a very comfortable experience . I've been coming to Bio Skin Laser for over a year now for microdermabrasion. I had gone to a couple of places prior but no place even compares! Everyone on staff is just so lovely - they are always so friendly and every technician that I've had does a stellar job (with each visit my acne scars are fading and my skin is super soft). Plus their facilities are well maintained and always clean and super easy to get to. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering microdermabrasion to go here!

I came here for a groupon VELA shape package thinking that I would use my sessions and that would be it. One year later, I am still going on a weekly basis thanks to Sofia. She has treated me for laser hair removal and Vela and I love the results. She is professional, always on time, and has become someone I look forward to seeing every week. Do not come here, unless you want to give them free money for leaving scars on your body. This place should be called BIOBURN LASER. I just graduated college in May and as a gift to myself I had paid upfront for a package of 9 laser hair removal sessions and after the FIRST visit I had scabs and severe hyperpigmentation. The technician did not use any special eyewear or explained what machine she used. She also never tested my skin to make sure they are using the right laser/setting. She put the setting high on my underarm and bikini areas (where I now have scars). The laser sessions were EXTREMELY painful (I was sweating profusely and twitching every second) and swelling afterwards lasted several days. When I asked for numbing cream I was told I had to see a doctor on my own because they do not have a doctor at their center. My doctor instructed me not to get anymore sessions and could not believe this was an actual laser center, plus advised me to report them to the medical board. After 3 months they STILL refuse to refund my money for the other 8 sessions. They blame their customers for anything that goes wrong so they don't have to be liable. When you call to speak to someone they never call back or hang up on you. They have no reguard or care for their customers.Now the hair is still there of course, and I have very dark spots that my doctor said may not never go away in my bikini/upper thighs/underarms. I wanted and tried to make it work with them considering their low prices but don't be fooled.

This spa was great! The technician helped me to pick the appropriate service for what I wanted to accomplish, and was very knowledgeable about the different procedures. The spa is relaxing and clean and I would definitely recommend. Will be going back...

Hate this place. I paid 8 dollars for a round trip to get here and everytime i come there is always some lame excuse in why i cant receive my treatments. I completely regret buying the groupon package.

Definitely be on time - and plan to come 15 minute early for your first appointment. You'll have paperwork to fill out. They are booked solid and can't afford to run late -- so if you run late you'll miss time off your appt. They are very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant.

Dr. Burgmeier is spot on about my treatment. He knows what I want before it even comes out of my mouth and he truly cares about getting the results that I want. I had Venus Freeze on my upper arms with the goal of decreasing the overall circumference in order to look more toned. It can also help tighten wrinkly arm skin, but I haven't hit that stage in life yet, so we were just focused on getting rid of the ""waddles"" as much as we could. My end result was that I went from approximately 10.75"" diameter on each arm down to just over 9.75""...which for not touching a dumbbell, dieting or really doing anything else to help tone my arms throughout the entire treatment process, is quite a feat!"

Today I went for my second full body procedure, 4 weeks after my first body treatment and I must say, the results after the first session are amazing!!! The first 2 weeks I honestly thought the procedure didn't do anything but by the third week, after the hair follicles pushed out the treated hairs, I had barely any regrowth, UNBELIEVABLE!!! I shaved once in the 3rd week, only because I was going swimming with friends but the growth of the hairs I did have was slowed down tremendously! My second treatment today was great as well and Sophia turned up the setting a bit which she does at every session, as your skin gets used to the laser. She is very diligent in following up with her clients to make sure they are doing well after every session and keeps a file to record every patients settings etc. I'm going on vacation in February and I couldn't be happier about not having to shave every day while I'm there! I highly recommend Bio Skin Laser for laser hair removal and I will keep updating my results as my treatments progress. There are countless providers of laser hair removal services for women. However, very few of them offer the services of an actual MD, or even a skilled/experienced aesthetician. Bio Skin Laser staff's attention to detail and my needs as a patient have resulted in virtually 100% hair reduction, baby smooth skin, no ingrown hairs, no new scarring, and almost completely faded old scarring. I could not be happier with the results. After investing in only 6 treatments to get rid of a what was probably a certified beard (one must have a good sense of humor to survive such shame) and just a few recommended facial cleanser and retinol products, my face now makes me proud! Tears of sorrow, seriously, have become tears of joy. Some background: I am a woman of color (medium-dark) in my early 30s. For well over 10 years, I battled with female facial hair growth. Makeup covered the hyperpigmentation, but it did nothing to hide actual the coarse, dark hairs or the ingrown hairs that caused painful bumps and scarring. So it took me awhile to actually make an appointment for a consultation but I finally set in to do it. So I went in for my appt and met with the technician. After explaining what Venus Legacy is and how there's 2 parts to it (the rebuilding of your elasticity/collagen fibers and the shrinking of fat tissue). Granted, she also showed me pictures of other clients with different body types before and after photos, I was still a bit skeptical. Needless to say, I still bought two packages one for the back of my thighs and the other for my inner thighs. Secretly I was soooo excited about it but I still kept my poker face, ha! Anyway, my first treatment was not bad at all. It took about 45min, the technician took pics, measurements and talked to me about the machine. Before she started, she put a thin layer of gel on my thighs then started to go over them w/the machine. I felt it get warmer & warmer and the suction felt really comfortable. Anyway, it was about 30 min on each leg, and it really felt like a heated massage which was amazing!! Absolutely no complaints!! So I continued on w/my weekly treatments. It wasn't until I got to treatment #4 that I thought I started to notice my skin looking firmer, but didn't pay it much attention. Then comes treatment 6....... HOLY SMOKES!!!!! I went home that night and took a pic and compared it to my starting point. I couldn't believe it!!! Sure enough, each treatment after that just transformed my thighs right before my eyes. I kid you not, I would literally stare at my butt in the mirror almost EVERY NIGHT after that in shock that it was actually mine!!!! I actually bought short shorts the other day and prepared myself to be disappointed at how they would look in the fitting room (since it seems that lighting is the worse). But....nope, my thighs looked just as good as they did at home, lol. So, if you're looking to tighten your skin & basically tone up your thighs, I totally recommend Venus Legacy!!!!!

I was very nervous, as I have dark skin, and I've heard so many horror stories. I'd also had two laser sessions years ago and saw little (if any) results. So, the pain plus the skepticism made me quite nervous! When I first walked in I was greeted and asked to fill out paper work (typical). Got there maybe about 10 minutes before my session. After the paperwork I met the technician who would be doing my session (Andrea). I asked her a million and one questions. Not once did she get upset or try to rush me. She explained the whole process. As to what I should expect with the hair growth in the future and the pain level. Everything was very thorough. When it came time to actually completing the session I do admit I was still a bit anxious and nervous. But Andrea was AMAZING. In less than 5 minutes it was over -- Brazilian conquered lol. It was without a doubt painful, but if you've had a Brazilian wax before, it's actually less painful. It's psychological pain in part for sure - knowing you're burning hair off your lady bits with a laser would make anyone think it's more painful than it is! Plus the slight smell of the hair burning doesn't help! But I am SUPER pleased with my results. Its been 4 weeks after the first session, I would say 75% of my hair had shed (and I haven't seen a re-appearance, except baby- fine hairs). We'll see how it is in a few months once a few hair cycles have happened, but considering my Brazilian waxes were usually showing re-appearance after a week and a half I'm pretty pleased. I had my second session yesterday, and it was definitely slightly more painful (but kinda expected it, still a bit nervous). The office is clean, and relaxing. My technician was extremely patient with me being very jumpy with every laser hit! I was profusely apologetic but she reassured me I'd done a good job (which I'm sure was not true, but I appreciated it none the less). I am very excited to go through my treatments and even more excited at the possibility of never buying a Brazilian wax again!

The space is really gorgeous, clean, and full of super awesome, knowledgeable estheticians complete with the clinical white jackets and all. I came in for a laser hair treatment. I was very anxious and nervous since it was my first time. The treatment however, was great (painful but great). The office has a calm, clean, and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for soothing you afterwards. All my questions were answered, and I can really see the results right away. It's been 4 weeks, a ton of the hair has NOT grown back. Which is spectacular =). She was totally friendly and a great wealth of information on the treatment. I'm scheduled to go back next week totally looking forward to it.

So I HARDLY ever write a review, but this place truly deserves a good one. So after I been doing bikini waxing with the normal waxing strips which was really really painful I started looking up for some other options and came through this center. They are a little bit pricier than most places, but their lasers are in immaculate condition. Everything is top notch here and the staff are so efficient, that's what is most important to me when I'm getting zapped. I highly recommend them!

I've been going to Bioskin Laser for about a year . I was referred by a friend who had frequented many other laser hair removal establishments in the city and concluded that Bioskin Laser was the best. Because of the price, I was a bit skeptical at first, then I saw a groupon deal for Bioskin Laser. I bought it and that was the best decision I ever made. As far as the treatment itself, it's a easy if you've been waxing for years like i had. I'm very pleased with the results so far and I will definitely go back to Bioskin if I decide to have more laser removal done. They're also great with responding back to calls or emails you send to them. The place is very clean and has a warm, inviting feel to it. I had a different technician at each of my first two visits. On my third visit, I got Shani and she's been my go-to girl ever since!

I really like this place. Their estheticians are top notch. They are always on time - a plus! I like how I can trust their work there ... so many places have old technology, Bio Skin Laser place has the newest and the best one like Venus Legacy for body shaping and skin tightening.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with this place. I have been a regular client for the laser hair removal that worked very good but I am still not done with the treatments. My favorite machine is now the Venus, this is the best! it made the skin in my stomach so much tighter and I can notice some of my stretch marks fading, I only had 4 treatments and I am ready to go for my 5th. Best of all it is painless. I am super happy with this place.

I really liked my first visit to Bioskin Laser. There was zero wait for my appointment, which I appreciate. The receptionist Jalisa was competent and nice, and resolved my Groupon questions quickly. I also had to reschedule a few times and thankfully they were accommodating. The place itself was very clean and spacious, at least compared to other laser centers that are cramped. I felt like the equipment was much stronger than other laser places, it even gave off cool air. Shani, the technician was very good and made sure she covered all areas thoroughly. Hopefully the results will be as great as the experience.
