I incorporate several therapeutic modalities into each massage, that may include: Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cupping (decompression), Rapid Percussion (massage therapy gun), Hot Stone, Pre- and Post-Natal, Sacred Lomi, Aromatherapy, Reiki - energy balancing and chakra clearing. I am certified in Clinical Aromatherapy, Medical Massage Practitioner certified (Orthopedic Manual Therapy), and have over 200 continuing education credits within 2 years of becoming a certified Massage Therapist. My office is in Encinitas, CA service local and surrounding communities in San Diego’s North County coastal region.
