My journey to becoming a massage therapist began long before my formal training at Mckinnon Body Center Therapy in Oakland, California. It started with my own struggles in recovering from injuries, which opened my eyes to the power of different healing methods that work alongside the body's natural ability to heal. Exploring both Western and Eastern traditions, I realized that healing is closely tied to the mind and spirit. This profound realization sparked a passion in me not only to understand how these elements connect but also to channel that understanding into meaningful work.
