My work involves a balanced fusion of Swedish, Neuromuscular techniques, Myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy and intuitive nuance in the present moment of a session. I enjoy creating a calm atmosphere conducive to the therapeutic experience and offer work that is both profoundly relaxing as well as medically therapeutic.
