Love the massages here. Have been going for years and had various massage therapists and all have been amazing. It’s not a fancy shmancy place, but I don’t care-you literally feel the knots being worked out during the massage. We have moved and I happily drive 30 min to their location. I haven’t found a similar place by our new house.
Recently had one of the therapists come to our house for massage and that was also a wonderful experience. If you want a true massage to work out knots, stiff neck, whatever, I highly recommend the Whole You Spa.

Pro: Massage therapists there are very good.
Con: Spa did not call to confirm appointment and charged 50%. Owner said it was my responsibility to remember my appointment. However, every GOOD health organization calls and sends out courtesy reminders to their customers. Life happens!

I scheduled an 11:00am massage on a Thursday and when I arrived they were still closed meanwhile they’re supposed to be open at 10:00am. I didn’t get a phone call from the front desk until 11:22am with a nonchalant response about car trouble. Things happen but this is SO unprofessional! I’ve known this places for years and I think that years’ ago the customer service was so much better even though it’s the same owner. The massage therapist I had in the past was excellent but this is a turn off for me, especially that it was on my birthday!

The young lady at the desk was passive aggressively rude. The message was lovely but the experience with the girl in the front desk ruined it for me. 12/16

Update: posted more pics, this place is CREEPY. Dust is ALL over the place. The walls look crazy. The bottles have spots on them. Towels are frayed and torn. The heating pads are gross, there's no other way to describe it. Everything just looked like they haven't taken care of the place. I was grossed out. Only 1 star because how am I supposed to relax in an environment that really is not clean. The people there need to work somewhere else honestly. Do not recommend unless it's an absolute emergency.
Great little place to go get a massage. I posted pictures because a review said the rooms are dirty so you can decide for yourself. I am funny when it comes to that and I felt mostly comfortable. They do have you lay under a beach towel which is weird. They do need to update certain things like the couch and some other furniture but again you decide for yourself. As far as covid protocols they ask that you wear your mask facing up but laying down you can take it off. You decide how you feel about that. The staff are supposedly vaccinated but they do wear masks and shields while you're on the table. All and all I would go again. They know what theyre doing.

Whole You Spa has finally reopened with new Covid safety measures and I had a great first-time experience. Denise was my masseuse for a modified-for-pregnancy deep tissue massage and the entire hour was comfortable and so relaxing. A worthwhile treat in the midst of a crazy year!

Just make sure you read the extremely tiny print - this deal is for new customers only. If you didn't realize this when you booked, well then, that's your loss. Mgmt. is inhumanly unforgiving and money grubbing. Long story short: the staff is INCREDIBLE - Leandra in particular rocks - but management utterly, completely and totally blows, so... Yeah. Just be warned.

Very poor service for a so-called “spa”. First of all I went to do my lashes and they told me it would be around $150 for full lashes my I was completely fine with that price. When I came out they said it was $360. On their brochure it said it would cost $360 for top lashes and bottom lashes. I only has the top done and she said because it took 90 minutes to do that it was that expensive. I’m sorry they have clinicians that are slow and suck at their job. Overall horrible experience. Also the spa rooms are dirty. They lay you down on a beach towel!!!!
DO NOT COME TO THIS SPA. IT IS NOT A REAL SPA & it is OVERPRICED. NOT A CLEAN VIBE AT ALL

I was going to Vegas. Second huge vacation in almost twenty years.
I booked an anti-aging facial, a full leg wax and a spray tan at the Whole You Spa.
I'm sixty-five so I wasn't expecting too much as far as my skin was concerned.
However, I did expect to feel that my skin was deeply hydrated and perhaps a little more firmness and some fine lines softened.
To begin with I thought the facial was okay...but the second day my skin was so extremely dry that I had to apply moisturizer repeatedly all day. I thought back about what type of facial I got because it clearly had zero to do with anti-aging. I realized there was no moisturizing mask, no moisturizing oils massaged into my skin. All that went on was cleansing with constant steam being sprayed onto my face.
The girl then started squeezing white heads I guess, because I don't have black heads or any acne.
The squeezing hurt like hell and I was accused of being overly sensitive when I complained about the pain. The result of the squeezing, two little circular scars on my forehead.
Then came the waxing. That lasted about five minutes. She started with my bikini area, applied lots of wax to both sides of my bikini area and right away the first strip that she applied and removed completely bruised me because she didn't hold my skin tight and wouldn't let me hold my skin tight.
As soon as I saw the bruising that was it, I had enough, I made her stop and I finished waxing the areas that she applied the wax to myself (I'm a licensed Cosmetologist, I know about waxing, etc...)
When I complained about the attempted wax I was accused of trying to scam them into a free wax.
Of course, I scammed to get a bruised inner thigh and unfinished wax because the rest of my legs were still full of hair. I ended up going to a near by nail salon to have the full leg and bikini wax completed.
Luckily, I was not charged for the wax.
Then the spray tan. That was also useless. I did mention that I felt that it didn't quite take on my legs and my legs were the main thing. I was reassured that it would be okay, but it wasn't. I had to apply cheap self-tanning cream the next day and several days after.
So, all in all I may as well have burnt $200.00 because the Whole You Spa was completely useless.
I just wanted to have a nice facial, get waxed and have some color on my skin. I was so let down.

Beware of the fine print on groupon that says "first time customers only" I went to this spa for my first and only time 3 years ago. Recently, I purchased a groupon for a different type of massage here due to the massive back pain I have been experiencing. When I called to make an appointment, I was ""greeted"" with an incredibly rude employee who chastized me for not reading the fine print. She accused me of ripping off the business and complained about how groupon hurts their business.
Let's be clear, it is not Groupon that is hurting the business, it is the extremely poor customer service. Here's an idea, if you don't like groupon, don't use it so that you can avoid taking it out on innocent customers.

I went to the Whole Spa for the first time, my experience was great. The atmosphere is very good. Staff is very polite and professional. Monica was my masseuse and I recommend her to anybody, she has magical hands. This was the best massage I've ever had and I'm a person that gets many massages.

They employ licensed massage therapists, not the "certified" masseuses that you'll find in some places. There is a big difference between the two. The massage therapists undergo years of education and training. They are real professionals and my massages have been excellent. Highly recommend!

This place was nice I went about 2 yrs ago the only complaint I had is that one of the workers there called me a couple months later saying that I made an appointment for chemical peel which I never did. Never had chemical peel done before and never want to. Luckily I wasn't charged they fixed the problem. Did not appreciate how the lady told me I booked an appointment put words in my mouth that I never said.

I had been going to physical therapy for a knee issue and wasn't making much progress. My physical therapist suggested I get a deep tissue massage so I went to The Whole You Spa. I'm so glad I did. They helped me get to the real problem which was actually muscular. I am so thankful to Jeanette and Mila for all they continue to do to get my leg fixed. Because of them I got rid of my crutches in 2 weeks and moved to using a cane. After 2 more weeks I am now off of the cane and I can put pressure on my injured leg. I've made so much progress because of the massages.

After herniating six discs in my spine, and being recommended pain management epidurals and multilevel fusion surgery, Dr. Cooperman totally fixed me with acupuncture without any drugs or surgery. He is an amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate physician to whom i will be eternally grateful.

Ok where to start...the woman who answers the phones during the day (woman without heavy accent) seems to be the people pleaser, the one who gets the business by giving out quick unverified info. When you arrive the evening receptionist (woman with the heavy accent) is awful. She is argumentative, then dresses it up with a demeaning apology. Now on to the service. I went twice for acupuncture with the doctor who says he's practiced for 20 something years. Well his manner seem to have left long before the he began practicing. He seems to want to push services and ailments off you as opposed to actually listening to you. He is rude, yes I thought it was worth mentioning again.
So why did u go twice? Once I thought was a bad experience, misinformation on pricing, but after the communication portion was over the acupuncture session for stress relief was actually quiet good, and so I gave it another shot thinking as I had been told by the evening receptionist that it would only be $50...nope. Next visit was more of the same. And apparently The acupuncturist doesn't change clothes because 2wks later my insurance info was still in his pants pocket (I provided a copy because they offered to check if my insurance would cover the treatment) unverified, but he claims that he called and it wasn't covered. Going into all of the headaches would make this review way longer but know that each part that required conversing turned into a negative experience due to the poor attitudes and customer service.

I've been going to Dr. Gregory Kuperman for acupuncture for over 2 years. He is WONDERFUL! He has helped me with circulation, with lowering my eye pressure, with the pain in my back, and with relaxation (I need that A LOT!).
There is no pain with the needles (VERY rarely, one hurts- it happens, and he removes it immediately). It is very quiet and restful in the room. He puts on soothing music and I often fall asleep for the hour. He's a fantastic acupuncturist! I highly recommend him!

The one and only reason I chose this spa for my very first massage ever is because they advertised a dry skin therapy massage. Considering what this past winter did to my skin, I was sure that this type of massage would fit the bill.
The dry skin therapy massage offers an exfoliant applied with a brush, then followed with a proprietary moisturizer. I got none of that. What I got was an exfoliant applied by hand and a deep tissue massage that was more than worth being mislead into thinking that I would receive a dry skin therapy massage.
I don't blame the masseuse for not giving me what I requested. As a matter of fact, he informed me before the session began that the dry skin therapy massage was just "a gimmick to get [me] in the door". I could have stopped the session and left at that point; however, I did initially want to experience a deep tissue massage, and because he was so blatantly honest with me, I decided to continue the session.
This particular masseuse was more concerned with demonstrating to me that it was a deep tissue massage that I should want to experience in order to become educated firsthand on the importance and benefit of such a massage for a person with my particular circumstance. I'm more than glad that I decided to stay because he more than achieved his goal. I am now so very aware of the value of a deep tissue massage to manage and control my specific situation.
Before I become a customer again of this type of business, I will make sure to take with me a print-out of the item or service that I'm requesting so that I can make sure beforehand that I'm going to receive the service that's advertised.
I have already scheduled my next deep tissue massage at this spa, and I have requested that same masseuse. As a matter of fact, I have so much respect for his integrity and professionalism that I will not be scheduling a service at this spa unless Mauricio is available.

Although the massage was nice I left upset. I bought an hour long Groupon massage, and was only given a 45 minute massage. When I complained in person I was told that they are very honest and don't cheat. I later sent them an e-mail complaining and yes they admitted they were wrong and did offer me 20% off my next FULL price massage, but would not offer me a partial refund for the time I had paid for but had no received at my massage.

I went in there to schedule an appointment. I wanted the Woman on their Voicemail but they told me "She no a work here no more". I tried to use the coupon that was on their website but it expired 4/30/12!
After all that I still got a full Ear Candling session it was all worth it. I had the best time of my life. I enjoyed every minute of it Thank YOu.
